"Niisan's Graveyard has no monsters! No monsters! Due to Abyss Kraken's effect, you can't destroy it!"
"His Equip Magic is another matter! I destroy Admiral Harpoon!"

The satellite dish in Deep Space Yggdrago's middle head's mouth oscillated.

"Seems your monster was bought out during the clearance sale! Turn end!"
Determination rippled through Phaser's fingers over his Deck. "Zaion…Don't look down upon the Commander of MIK. My turn. Draw! When the heart of the sea trembles, the door to the abyss delves further into the depths. The Abyss' fate will sing its cursed song! Come forth, Abyssal Dragon Lord Abyss Poseidra!"

"Abyss Poseidra will lose 1000 ATK!" Manabu eeek'd.

"It's worse that that. Deep Space Yggdrago is immune to destruction from Phaser's card effects. Phaser needs a monster with more than 4000 ATK to surmount it."
"And by Maximum Summoning, Phaser's cut the cards in his hand by three! He only has two cards left to shore up the difference!" Yuhi wound down Yuamu's thought.
"I activate Abyss Vortex! I send the top three cards of my Deck to the Graveyard, and if all three are monsters, I can add a Level 8 or higher Sea Serpent to my hand!"
Phaser lucked out. But he chose to keep the monster in his Graveyard.
"By returning all monsters in my Graveyard to the top of my Deck, I can activate the Magic Card, Abyss Crabhammer! Abyss Poseidra gets 1000 ATK up!"

The God of the Abyss and his hippocamps galloped. He swung his mighty three-pronged spear.
"Abyss Poseidra and Deep Space Yggdrago's ATK values are equal!"
"I don't know what you're plotting, but not today! I activate my Trap Card –"
"When Abyss Poseidra attacks, you can't activate Traps!"
Deep Space Yggdrago was slain.
"WHAT? What is the meaning of this?" Zaion hobbled. "Deep Space Yggdrago and Abyss Poseidra should have both been destroyed!"
"I sent the top five cards of my Deck to the Graveyard to activate my Trap Card, Savage Abyss. It gives Abyss Poseidra an additional 100 ATK, and if your monster is destroyed this turn, your entire backrow is destroyed!"
"My Trap?"
"This trident shall tear apart all…Light, darkness, that stifling, deadly prison. Sunder, Cleaving Waves!"

"With Deep Space Yggdrago gone, Abyss Poseidra's ATK returns to normal! Turn end!"

"I draw one card! Next, I'll summon Dwellchair Cord and Space Seed Driver! I place Guardian of Cyberse on the bottom of my Deck to activate Dwellchair Cord's effect, returning the left and right pieces of Yggdrago the Sky Emperor Dragon Tree from my Graveyard to my hand!"
"No…It isn't Space Yggdrago! Zaion's aimin' for his Maximum again!"
"Seed Driver's effect activates! I add Yggdrago the Sky Emperor Dragon Tree's last piece from my Graveyard to my hand!"
"It's coming, chupa!"

"No," Phaser declined surrender. "That would do a disservice to those who have been striving to save the Velgearians."
"You still think I'm the crazy one here?"
"Well, first of all, I think you're crazy. Second of all, I think you're insane," Tremolo responded before his brother could.
"The path to victory still sleeps in my Deck. My turn. Draw!"
Zaion froze. The top card of Phaser's Deck…was the monster he left in his Graveyard rather than putting into his hand!
"Thank you, people of Mutsuba Town. Your prayers have navigated me. I summon and release two to Advance Summon! On the day the sun rises through the darkness of the sea and its tides…The answer of the Abyss shall be revealed! Come forth, Abysslayer Leviaknight!"
