It has been years since Eggman attacked Mobius. That was because he was currently deceased. Things have settled down since then.

Sonic no longer needing to be the hero, married Amy Rose. Everyone saw that coming. Eventually, Tails married Cream, so did Knuckles and Rouge as well as Silver and Blaze.

But the sad truth is they went their separate ways long before. Because of that, their children never got to meet. Brisk, son of Sonic and Amy. Rocky Prower, son of Tails and Cream. Ruby, daughter of Knuckles and Rouge. And finally, Brain, son of Silver and Blaze. Heck some were unaware of other married couples.

In hedgehog city, named after their hero Sonic. Brisk was currently running back to the house. He was running on a one-way lane dodging cars coming at him. It wasn't long before he was home.

"What's for dinner mom, chili dogs?

The pink hedgehog rolled her eyes but smiled. "You really are your father's son". Brisk mostly resembled his father. He was blue but a lighter shade than Sonic, he has no peach skin anywhere like Sonic does. He wore white socks and black work boots. She'll never understand how he runs in those things. But he enjoyed running like his father, and was just as fast, thankfully Amy was also from chasing Sonic when she was 12 so Brisk can't escape her when she's in trouble.

"Hey, how's the second fastest hedgehog in the world", Sonic teased giving his 16-year-old son a noogie.

"I guess Shadow would be the fastest, there's no shame in being third though", Brisk joked back.

"I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that".

Dinner involved entertainment, which was Sonic telling one of his many adventures when he was younger.

"And that was when I saved your mother again".

Amy blushed in embarrassment. "You make it sound like I was captured every week."?

"I did have to save you a lot".

She punched him on the arm in response, "Last, I recall, I saved you a few times, like when you almost 'drowned' in that small pool".

Brisk laughed, causing his mother to join in and Sonic to glare at both of them.

"Knuckles pushed me in, I panicked"!

Amy smirked. "That's why I made sure that Brisk got swimming lessons as early as he could.

Brisk chuckled. "I can do something dad can't".

Amy chuckled. "I did offer to pay for your father to get lessons, but he quit after one session".

Sonic pouted. "They said I wouldn't have to put my head underwater".

As they had their fun, in another part of the city Tails was currently, finishing the new plane him and his son were working on. His son is Rocky Prower, 11 years old. He is a fox like his father, has a white muzzle, even had the 2 tails and his eyes. However, his fur was not the same colour, in fact he was dark brown in the fur. His grandmother Vanilla, said he got it from Cream's grandfather, Vanilla's father. As for attire, he wears, white gloves, white socks and orange and white sneakers.

"Finished". Tails looked in satisfaction as he and his son looked at the plane they built. Rocky is a smart boy, managed to take part the tv and put it back together when he was 6. Tails believed that the boy could have made the plane all by herself, but Rocky loved spending time with him.

The boy was shy and quiet but also very kind, something he got from his mother. Speaking off, Cream was currently having tea when Rocky rushed into the room. "Hey mama, me and papa finished making the plane".

Cream put her cup down to smile at her son. "That's fantastic, I suppose you wouldn't mind showing me". Rocky practically dragged his mum to see their work.

Tails just smiled in amusement, Rocky was a good boy, Cream taught him the same morals her mother taught her. Speaking of his mother-in-law, Vanilla adored her grandson and spoilt him when he visited. She threated Tails like a son, something he was grateful for, considering he never knew his own parents.

While the Prower family admired the plane, in yet another part of the city Knuckles was giving his wife and daughter yet another scolding. "You said you were going to buy something, not steal"!

Rouge just huffed not caring that she got caught, Ruby on the other hand tried to justify their actions. "We did buy stuff for the heist", the red bat pointed out. She is 15, wears a black shirt, pink jacket, black leggings and long pink high heeled boots.

Don't get Knuckles and Rouge wrong, they fought a lot but still loved each other. In fact, arguing was part of showing how much they loved each other.

"What do you have against our mother/daughter time", Rouge replied.

"Can't you just go to the spa! Seriously, do I need to remind you that she got 6 months in juvie for stealing"!

"She got out early", pointed out Rouge.

"That's because you bribed the police"!

"Would you rather I did nothing and leave her there"?

"I'd rather you not encourage her to do things that warrants a prison sentence"!

Ruby had a complicated life, she loves her parents, they love her, they love each other. But she can't deny that she is what her parents spend 80% of the time fighting about. She decided to just walk away, she didn't feel like seeing her parents make up and then make out as they usually do after finishing an argument.

Finally in another part of the city in the orphanage was Brain. He has white colouring and resembles a cat and wears the same type of boots his father once wore as well as black gloves. He has powers to control fire and move objects with his mind. He was only 9 years old. He never knew his parents, what he could remember was a purple cat and white hedgehog.

Meanwhile, 2 mercenaries, a wolf named Sleet with a grey pelt and an orange dingo named Dingo were discussing their plan.

"It's a simple assassination job against the mayor Dingo. It so simple you, yourself can't possible mess this up. We simply do the deed and get paid".

Dingo sighed. "Do I have to be the gun, why can't we buy one".

Sleet growled. "Because what else are you useful for".
