In the rainy streets of Brooklyn. There was a pirate-themed tourist trapped called Tortoise Hideout. An elderly man with glasses, short grey hair, and a tropical-themed outfit was restocking on snow globes when he spotted a strange note in the middle of the ground. After he picked up the note, he unfolded the note and saw that it was a black spot, meaning that their fate is waiting for him.
However, instead of dying, a bunch of rainbow-colored pirates barged in, pushed him down to the ground, and stole a bunch of new dolls.

Meanwhile, at the Xavier Apartments, Lilo was studying for her finals before she headed back to Hawaii. As she was finishing her homework, Stitch came up with an article on Tortoise Hideout's robbery.
Six rainbow-colored pirates rob Tortoises Hideout of all the the Salty Sands Gang dolls. Owner Rowen Joiner says that the main suspects: Six rainbow colored beings, four males and two females.
Lilo was petrified because the owner thought Will, Layla, Zach, Warren, Ethan, and Magenta stole the dolls. Stitch got bored, so he decided to go through Lilo's old magazines. While rummaging though, he spotted one called "Sunken Enclave Monthly," a monthly magazine where they learn about everything about pirates. He spotted a page where they featured a group of pirate dolls called "Haisley Hornswaggle," which has been plummeting in the marketing.
"Stitch," said Lilo. "There's no time to look at dolls. We got to tell the others about this and fast."

At the apartment lounge, Will, Layla, Warren, Ethan, Zach, Magenta, and Tweety were learning how to make caramel apples when Stitch came in with the article about their frame-up. "Oh, no," Layla said. "They think we stole the dolls."
Suddenly, Will got an email from Principal Powers.
Dear Celestian Alliance,
There have been some rumors in Brooklyn about you guys stealing valuable dolls from the shop.
We don't know if you stole the dolls or not, but lay low until we figure this mess out.
Sinerly, Principal Powers.
Knowing that this was another supernatural mystery, Tweety decided to get Shaggy and fast.
After Tweety left, Stitch spotted the candy apples they just made and at them all in one gulp. "Stitch," Zach said, "you're acting a lot like Shaggy."
"Likes, thanks, man!" Stitch replied.

Ten minutes later, Shaggy came through the portal with Scooby carrying a large stash of coconut logs. "Shaggy!" shouted our heroes as they hugged their groovy friend.
"Zoinks!" replied Shaggy. "Like what's the situation?"
"Everyone in Brooklyn thinks we robbed the Tortoises Hideout gift shop," Will explained. "We figured we needed your help again, Shag."
"Like no prob, man," replied Shaggy. "Shaggy and Scooby are on the coco-nutty case."
"With coconut logs," replied Scooby.
