Hideaki's Warning
The Sultana of Tangu was curious, "What do you mean by 'you inhabit our son's body' and 'you come out when needed'?" she asked Hideaki.
"It's a long and sad story." Hideaki sighed.
"We've got plenty of time." Sultan Zandar said to Hideaki.
"It all began in my home kingdom of Angelor, we Huangels, that's my people, we are half human and half angel, anyway, our kingdom was attacked by an evil witch named Vor." Hideaki said.
"I faced off against Vor in my youth." Sultana Sofia said.
"When Vor attacked my kingdom, I fought to protect my mother, father, and grandparents, but Vor ended up killing me and destroying my body." Hideaki explained.
"What about your soul?" Zandar asked.
"My spirit wandered for many years until it found the light of the newborn baby boy you now know as Rashid, the Scarlet Warrior created the Amulet of Angelor, but Vor stole the amulet after killing me, for I alone was its sole protector, soon after finding my way to Rashid's body, the Amulet of Angelor found its way here to Tangu Castle... waiting for its true bearer." Hideaki explained to Sofia and Zandar.
"So that's why Akilah was chosen to wield it!" Sofia exclaimed.
"Precisely." Hideaki said to the sultana.
"So," Zandar asked Hideaki. "what brings you here?"
"I have come to warn you." Hideaki answered the Sultan of Tangu.
"Warn us," Zandar asked Hideaki. "warn us about what?"
Hideaki met the sultan's serious gaze, "I am not the only one who has a borrowed form, Vor also has a borrowed form... please... be very careful." he warned.
And with that, Hideaki reverted back to Rashid.
"Mom? Dad," Rashid asked in a confused manner. "what... happened?"
"It's a long story, Rashid." Sofia answered.
That evening at bedtime, Sofia was thinking about Hideaki's warning.
As she thought about the warning, Sofia thought back to her childhood and her encounter with Vor.
"I wish I was out of the amulet," young Sofia said in fear upon seeing Vor. "take me out of the amulet!"
"Silly little princess," Vor mocked. "now, what kind of trap would this be if you could wish your way out of it? Looks like it's just you and me now, but not for long."
Sofia was then brought back from her childhood memory by tapping on her window, Sofia looked up to see Skye hovering there.
"Skye!" Sofia exclaimed in delight.
"My princess," Skye smiled. "although, it's now my sultana."
"It's good to see you," Sofia smiled back. "what brings you here?"
"Vega," Skye answered. "she's been monitoring what is going on here, she's sending help, more protectors are coming as we speak."
"Thank you, Skye." Sofia said gratefully as Skye flew away.
"Who was that?" a man's voice asked from behind Sofia.
Sofia looked to see Zandar standing there.
"That was Skye, a good friend of mine from the Mystic Isles." Sofia answered.
"Ah, yes," Zandar remembered. "the flying unicorn."
"Help is on the way," Sofia announced. "protectors are coming here, we'll need all the help we can get if Vor is indeed back."
The very next morning, Layla and Rashid were in Akilah's princess suite helping her with packing her warmest clothing, accessories, and shoes.
"I'm really looking forward to going to Freezenburg." Akilah said, putting her shawl and winter hat on.
"As am I." Rashid commented.
"I'm looking forward to seeing Baby Elsa." Layla said, packing Akilah's nightie.
"She must be a cutie." Rashid said.
"One person won't think so... Achim." Akilah remarked.
The three chuckled at the remark.
Sofia and Zandar entered Akilah's bedroom.
"Is everybody ready to go?" Zandar asked.
Layla closed up Akilah's trunk, "Now we are ready to go." she said to her father.
"Good," Sultan Zandar said to Layla. "because our train will be departing from Tangu Central Station in two hours."
The royal family of Tangu made their train to Freezenburg just in time to board.
