Rewriting: App Monsters: Drive Season 01 Episode 12
We start at Astora's house as he was sitting in front of his father who'd wanted to discuss something important with him stating "Torajiro, I have something important to discuss with you."
"What is it father?" The blond Appdriver questioned looking at his father wondering just what he'd wanted.
"Will you go for training at a temple in Kyoto? A zen heart is the core of tea ceremony, I trained at the temple when I was your age and would like for you to do so as well." His father stated about what he'd wanted them to do. "The things I learned back then still aid me to this day. If you intend to practice tea ceremony in the future, then you should learn dicipline now."
"I'm.. not so sure about that, my friends and I are working towards a goal together and it wouldn't be right of me to leave them at a disadvantage like that." Astora answered back in response of what his father had been asking.
"I see, one must respect their obligations towards their word. Once you've completed this task would you go to the temple for two years to train?" His father then answered back before questioning about him going to the temple once that was complete.
"Once the task is complete." He'd answered his father once more who'd nodded in response to what was asked of him.
"That is good to hear.." The elder man spoke and began to stumble a bit and collapse which had worried Astora and Musimon and they'd began to check on him.
Meanwhile Eri was dealing with her own problems as well watching as another of the idols that are in the group she works for announced that they'll be holding the largest living concert in their company's history, and that they were expecting an audience of around 80,000 people in the stadium and that only the top nine idols of the group will be preforming, however one unchosen idol from the group will be given the chance to join them.
"Huh, they're going to choose an extra idol to preform too!?" The pink haired Appdriver spoke surprised to hear that.
"That means you've got a chance to be chosen!" Dokamon cheered happy to hear that there was a chance that Eri could aslo preform alongside them.
"I've gotta train nice and hard if I wanna be chosen, but first we gotta meet up with the others." Eri stated about them going to meet up with the rest of the Appdrivers.
They'd gathered their things and headed out to the meetup spot, however it wasn't the normal place as Haru hadn't been with them and he and his uncles were out of town on some sort of training camp for him to get better with his Digimon Partner. No, this time they'd met up at a park spot that had a small building with a deep tunnel having been dug inside of it.
"Sorry we're late." Eri called once she and Dokamon had arrived greeting the others who were there waiting.
"Eri was practicing on the way here for an Idol competition." Dokamon called out to the group about what's going on.
"Well now that we're here anyone have any leads?" Rei questioned the group about anything they knew about the Seven Code Appmon that they needed to find.
"None yet." Asotra answered back though he didn't seem to bee his cheerful usual self showing something was wrong.
"What happened?" Eri questioned Astora about what had gotten him feeling down in the dumps like that.
"Astora's father collapsed earlier." Musimon stated about what happened earlier on during that day.
"Is he going to be alright?" Hackmon questioned looking over at the two of them probably just trying to better fit in.
"The doctor says that he just needs to rest for awhile and he'll be okay." Astora answered back about his father's condition. "We'll see what we can find while Eri prepares for the competion."
Eri nodded and left with Dokamon and she set up a training app to work for in getting better shape for the competiton so that she'll do well while the boys went off with their Appmon partners and headed off as Astora did the physical searching Rei had been putting his hacker skills to the test and was searching for information of his own.
It was an exhausting day and unbeknownst to them two appmon had appeared watching the group, one looked like an oger of sorts and the other looked like a tappier that had extravagent patterns all over their boddy. The two appmon looked over towards one another and nodded in response splitting off as one followed Eri and the other followed Astora.
The Tapier appeared in front of Astora and spoke to him stating "I am Dreammon, a rogue Appmon has begun to mess with things and has caused issues with my dream schedules, will you help me defeat them?"
"If it's messing with all the medical stuff then, that puts my dad in danger too, of course I'll help." Astora answered back agreeing to help them stop the rogue Appmon.
"That's what we do after all." Musimon added about helping to stop this Appmon that was causing trouble for everyone.
Nodding they were drawn into Astora's Appdrive and taken on the form of an appchip before floating upwards stating "Medicmon is through there, we must hurry to defeat them."
"Right, AR Field Open!" Astora called out holding up his Appdrive as it caused the AR Field tear to widen around them like a dome revealing the AR Field in front of them as the energies then closed behind Astora after making contact with itself.
"Astora let's do it!" Musimon called out to his Human Buddy and he'd nodded using the Appdriver to make them become Mediamon once again and they'd kicked a weird robot looking Appmon in the face knocking them backwards.
"Alright, Appmon chip ready!" Astora called sliding down the wheel on his Appdrive and placing Dreammon's chip into the center of the device before sliding the wheel back up. "Appfusion!" He'd then called pushing the button on the side as Dreammon was shot out in a beam of energy as he and Mediamon had cables appear from their backs that plugged into one another and the two began to spin around creating a ring of energy and when it dissapated they'd taken on a whole new form.
This new form had speakers covering their body and were taller like Globemon was. They'd also had grid screens covering them in places as well, along with a long red scarf. "Wherever there's a fesival, that's where you'll find me! Okay, everybody? No Entermon, no life!" They'd then called out revealing that this new form had been called Entermon. "My solo festival is about to start!"
"Whoa, that's so cool!" Astora called out to his Ultimate Grade Appmon Buddy that had just appeared ready to party.
They released a grid pattern and made lights and speakers appear out in front of them calling out "Happy Phantom!" before questioning "Everyone having a good time?" as a simulated crowd cheered and a spotlight was put on Medicmon who hesitated. "I said is everyone having a good time!?"
"Um.. y.. yeee.." Medicmon called out less than enthusiactically more confused than anything really about what was going on.
"Alright I can hear you now, so here's one just for you!" Entermon called out jumping off the stage calling "Portées Melos!" while launching out rainbow colored musical note sheet lines with notes in different places on it before reverting back to Musimon again as Astora got Entermon's chip.
Medicmon had spewed out energy along with an orb that counted down from three to one while creating rings around him and exploded leaving only the orb as his body turned gold stating "I feel so refreshed, like putting on a spic-and-span doctor's coat that's just come back from the cleaners." and then was absorbed into Astora's Appdrive with information appearing stating it was the Seven Code, Code six medicmon.
Meanwhile the Oger Appmon had already been working alongside Eri and her Super Grade Appmon Buddy Doskumon to fight an Appmon that was running wild and screwing with the weather inside an AR Field and causing problems in the Human World at the same time because of it.
"Eri, use my power to help defeat them!" The Oger called out to them pointing his club in their direction and she'd nodded holding up her Appdrive.
"Alright Coachmon we'll do it together!" Eri called after the chip dropped out and she'd slid down the circle calling "Appmon Chip Ready!" as she put Coachmon's chip back into the device and slid the circle back up before pressing a button on the device and called out "Appfusion!"
Coachmon was shot out in the form of energy as cables appeared from the back of Doskumon and himself and connected together as they'd spun in circles becoming energy that fused together into a new form taking on the look of a much taller Ultimate Grade Appmon that appeared to have a lion's head and four arms ready to fight.
"I'm Oujamon and you ain't nothing!" The newly formed Ultimate Grade Appmon called out and created a boxing ring out of nowhere and grabbed Weatherdramon throwing them down into it. "Time to wake up Weatherdramon, Golden Fang!" He'd then called unleashing a giant golden Lion out of his body that overhwelmed the Appmon with ease.
"Ah, a feeling of purity. Like looking up at the clear summer sky after the rainy season." Weatherdramon called feeling totally relaxed skipping over the energy rings and having an orb appear as their body turned golden and shot into Eri's Appdrive after Oujamon had returned to being Dokamon again and the Appdrive showed Seven Code, Code Seven Weatherdramon before dropping the chip.
"Wow, we just got another Sevencode, now we just gotta put them into Haru's sevencode pad anHEY!" Eri began to say but something had snatched away the chip.
"Give that back right now!" Dokamon called out to the Appmon that had appeared and taken the chip from them. "Who do you think you are!?"
"I'm a loyal supporter of Leviathan, Mienumon. You want the chip come and get it!" She'd then called out running off with Dokamon and Eri following them.
"Astora we got another seven code but an Appmon stole it hurry and meet up with us and call Rei to do the same!" Eri spoke as she'd called up Astora over their Appbands.
"Right, we're on our way!" Astora's voice called out to Eri from the other end of the appband as they were trying not to lose her.
