The History of the Uzumaki Clan
There once was a Shinobi village known as Uzushiogakure where it was also the capital city of the Land of Whirlpools, It was founded by a single Shinobi Clan, the Uzumaki Clan who use to live in the Land of Fire where they were once apart of the legendary Senmaki Clan. Ever since the Age of Shinobi had began thanks to Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki the 'Sage of Six Paths' who was also known to the world as the first 'God of the Shinobi' by giving mankind the power of chakra, the Senmaki Clan has always been at war with the Uchiha Clan because of differences in their beliefs and ideologies between the founders of both clan's Indra Ōtsutsuki the ancestor of the Uchiha Clan and Asura Ōtsutsuki the ancestor of the Senmaki Clan, they were fraternal twin brothers who were so different from one another and they were the sons of none other than Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki
But eventually some members within the Senmaki Clan wanted to leave the Land of Fire before both clan's ended up wiping each other out or if another clan does it when they are in a weakened state because of their consent fighting however the other members saw this as cowardly and they refuse to leave with them especially from the Uchiha Clan. So the legendary Senmaki Clan was divided into two separate clan's with those who decided stay in the Land of Fire took up the 'Sen' part of their former name and they became known to the world as the Senju Clan while those who left to travel to the Land of Whirlpools and made a new home on one of their islands and took up the 'maki' part of their former name and they became known to the world as the Uzumaki Clan.
Many years later at the end of the Warring States Period Hashirama Senju the leader of the Senju Clan, one of the founder's of the Village Hidden in the Leaf Konoha and it's leader the Hokage formed an alliance with Uzushio and it was though this alliance Hashirame married Mito Uzumaki, the daughter of Ashina Uzumaki who was the leader of the Uzumaki Clan.

The Uzumaki Clan were renowned throughout the entire Shinobi world for their great Fūinjutsu skills however it also led to their destruction because during the Second Great Ninja War three lesser Shinobi villages Hoshi, Kusa & Taki who were all jealous of Uzushio as it was being call the sixth great nation's and so they banded together in a surprise attack on Uzushio as somehow they were able to get past the Barrier Jutsu as there was seal formation that surrounded the entire island place there by the Uzumaki Clan which had protected them and afterwards those who survived the villages destruction were scattered across the globe seeking refuge.
However before the fall of Uzushio the clan leader of the Uzumaki Clan had sent Kushina Uzumaki to Konoha so she could become their Jinchuuriki for the Kyuubi because only someone who possess a strong body could contain the tailed beast which every single member of the Uzumaki and Senju Clan's possessed as well as she also possessed one of the unique abilities within the Uzumaki Clan that only a few people possess which was known as 'Chakra-Mold' where she is able to mold her chakra into weapons which she can use in battle as well as use them as chains which she can then restrain and suppress anyone else's chakra even including the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox.
The History of the Senju Clan
The First Hokage Hashirama Senju who was known to the Shinobi world as 'The Warden of the Forest' because of him possessing the unique ability that only he possessed called 'Wood Style' and he was also known as 'The Second God of Shinobi' because of how powerful he was and after he and Madara of the Uchiha Clan formed the Village Hidden in the Leaves Konoha he became 'The First Hokage' and his wife the first Jinchuuriki for the Kyuubi Mito Senju formerly known as Mito Uzumaki had two sons both of whom were named after Hashirama's two brothers that were killed back during the Warring Era with their first born son name was Kawarama Senju after Hashirama's older brother who would marry Toshi Yamakami who originally came from the Land of Earth at the Village Hidden in the Stones, Iwagakure and her clan possessed the 'Steel Style' bloodline and eventually they would have two children of their own first a daughter name Tsunade Senju and then a son name Nawaki Senju.
Hashirama and Mito second son was name Itama Senju after Hashirama's younger brother who would marry Yuki who was from the Sarutobi Clan who possessed the 'Flame Style' bloodline and along with the Shimura Clan were the first two clan's to join Konoha after it was founded and eventually they would have a son of their own name Minato Senju who would be known to the Shinobi world as 'The Yellow Flash of the Leaf'.
The Second Hokage Tobirama Senju who was the younger brother of Hashirama Senju and was known to the Shinobi world as 'The Blue Warrior' because of how powerful he was using Water Style Jutsu and he would marry Tsubaki Uzumaki and they would have a daughter name Mina Senju who married Akio of the Hatake Clan where she took up his last name and became Mina Hatake and they had a son together name Sakumo Hatake who would become known to the Shinobi world as 'The White Fang of the Leaf' and he would marry Momoko Namida and they eventually had a son of his own name Kakashi Hatake who would be known to the Shinobi world as 'The Copy Cat Ninja'.
The History of the Uchiha Clan
Back during the Warring States Period Izuna of the Uchiha Clan had a son with his wife Mai Uchiha before he was killed by Tobirama Senju who's name was Kagami Uchiha and once Konoha was founded and Madara Uchiha had left the village, Kagami was made into the new clan head of the Uchiha Clan and he was made into one of Tobirama's six students because even after the Senju and the Uchiha Clan's had formed their alliance with each other Tobirama still held distrust for the Uchiha after fighting against them for most of his life and so Hashirama assigned Kagami to be on Tobirama's team to improve his relationship with the Uchiha Clan by having one as a student.
Kagami would eventually get married to Hisaki Sarutobi and they would have two children of their own with their first born being a son who's name was Fugaku Uchiha who would be known to the Shinobi world as 'The Wicked Eye of the Leaf' and the other was a daughter who's name was Akarui Uchiha. Akarui would eventually get married to Kurai Uchiha where they would have a son together who's name was Shisui Uchiha who would be known to the Shinobi world as 'Shisui the Teleporter' and as for Fugaku he would eventually get married to Mikoto Uchiha and they would have a son together as well who's name was Itachi Uchiha who would be known to the Shinobi world as 'Red Glare of the Leaf'.
The History of the Hyūga Clan
Just like his son's Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki also had a fraternal twin brother call Hamura Ōtsutsuki who was just as powerful as his slightly older brother and while Hagoromo possessed unique eyes call the 'Sharingan' and the 'Rinnegan' Hamura also possessed unique eyes of his own call the 'Byakugan' and the 'Tenseigan' and just like his brother Hamura fell in love and had two children however unlike Hagoromo who had two sons, Hamura had one son name Hishima and a daughter name Heva.
The reason why Hamura wasn't as known as his older brother is because unlike him, Hamura didn't stay and taught the way of Ninshū to the world instead legends say that he left and travel to a new land but he would visits his brother and after he had gotten married he brought his wife to the new land and it was there they had their two children however eventually Heva left their home and she fell in love with a noblemen call Yoriichi Hyūga and that was how the Hyūga Clan was created which became known to the Shinobi world because of them possessing the Byakugan bloodline and the martial arts call 'The Gentle Fist'.

Bloodlines: Chakra Natures
So in short in this story:
Naruto is the Great Grandson of Hashirama Senju, he possesses the Flame Style bloodline, he possess the Jōgan however since we don't know everything about it i'm going have to make things up along the way and he will gain more powers throughout the story
Kakashi is the Great Grandson of Tobirama Senju and with him being a Senju that will give him a power up and he will gain more powers throughout the story
Sasuke is the Great Grandson of Izuna Uchiha, he is cousins with Shisui Uchiha and he possesses the Flame Style bloodline along with his Sharingan bloodline and he will gain more powers throughout the story
I also intend to give Sakura power ups in this story as well and while i'm giving everyone else a power up in this story like how i'v given Tsunade the Steel Style bloodline and the Sarutobi Clan the Flame Style bloodline, i'm also going to be giving the villains a power ups as well to make them even more dangerous
Yes I know that Hashirama wasn't known as 'The Warden of the Forest' and Tobirama wasn't known as 'The Blue Warrior' but I thought that since in canon we have seen many Shinobi have nicknames so why wouldn't Hashirama and Tobirama have one as well
I know that Itachi isn't known as 'Red Glare of the Leaf' i just wanted to give him a nickname as well besides 'Clan Slayer Itachi'
