Chap 134 Lauren gets a pet cat
Lauren had always wanted a pet but her parent's always said " Having a pet takes a great responsibility and commitment".
But Lauren had always been determined to take care of her own pet so watching one of her friends take care of their pet she had made her mind up that when she had finished school, High school and College she would get a pet of her own so she asked Xena what it was like to have a pet of her own she said " It takes a lot of responsibility and a lot of money to look after a dog like Robin Hood but I think you are a cat person Lauren as a cat looks after itself but you will need to still buy cat food and take it to the vet when it is not feeling well also getting it's check ups, injections and stuff like that say how about you look after Robin Hood for the whole day tomorrow to see what you think about having a pet then we can go to the pet store so you can pick out the pet you want how does that sound Lauren?."
Lauren thought that was a wonderful idea so she decided to have a walk past the pet store in town as she walked past one of the cats in the window that never took an interest in anyone took a liking to her clean straight away and Lauren liked the cat on first sight as well the shop owner was shocked at this the cat was named Blade and he never liked anyone who came into the pet store but something about Lauren had caught Blade's interest.
So the following morning Xena gave Lauren Robin Hood for the day so Lauren remembered her father doing the same thing with his dog Chance so she took him for his morning walk so while they were on their walk she put Robin Hood's business in the dog bin and when they returned home she gave him his dog food and put the water beside it which impressed Xena greatly so she took Robin Hood to the park with everyone following so at the park Lauren had an awesome time throwing a ball for Robin Hood to chase and gave him tit bites for behaving so well.
So that night Lauren gave Robin Hood his night walk before returning home and he was tired so once he was home he fell asleep in his basket at once making everyone laugh at this so Lauren decided and she told everyone her decision on what pet she wanted to have she said " I would like to have a cat as cat's can look after themselves as I was walking past the pet shop a cat caught my interest so I will go and get him tomorrow as well as cat food and the all the essentials for him night everyone".
They waved goodnight to her and they all bunked down for the night Lauren lay in bed thinking about the day and the cat she had seen in the pet shop.
So the following day she headed to the pet shop and went inside and the shopkeeper said " Ah I have been waiting for you my friend Blade has been waiting for you he had never shown any interest in anyone before until you came along".
Lauren walked over and picked up Blade who was purring happily but the Seavients decided to ruin the fun but Lauren wasn't happy about this so she transformed her shirt ripped from her.
Lauren peach colour faded to pure Brown as she increased in height her eyes went out of her head her hands were turning into claws her gums were swallowing her human teeth and her fangs came through her hair vanished as her fin took it's place and her tail came out of her back end.
After dropping off Blade with the shop keeper she charged at the Seavients and she saw backup as in her friends so she sent the Seavients packing with Blade watching with wide eyes so with the Seavients running away she morphed back down in which she decreased In height her claws were turning back into hands her eyes went back into her head her brown colour faded to pure peach her hair returned to her scalp her tail vanished and her gums were swallowing her fangs as her human teeth came through.
Lauren was embarrassed about not wearing anything on her top half so Ripster gave her a shirt which she put on without anyone looking
So Lauren walked back inside the pet shop and bought Blade who was purring happily so she also got the stuff she needed to look after Blade so with the newest member at home soon night time rolled around so everyone bunked down for the night and Blade was happy to be home and sound asleep Everyone bunked down for the night wondering what the future awaited them all
