Chapter 11: Atlas's Very Best

"How's Moon holding up?" Erick turned his head towards Weiss, the Ice queen had stuck relatively close by to him ever since their talk. He had to admit, it was nice to see that she at least took what they had told her seriously. Though, he supposed that Ozpin's reassurance and confirmation to her was what swayed her over.

He merely shrugged his shoulders in response. "He's doing alright…we at least got him to start talking to us. Though, as I told you before, trying to keep Dark Moon at bay after what happened has been…not ideal."

"And Sarah?"

"It's strange." Erick replied to her. "I'd think it had something to do with her being unconscious. But she hasn't been all too wound up about it. She even off handley mentioned to me that she wouldn't be surprised if Pokey just set the whole thing up to break Moon down. Of course, Pokey would never admit or deny it with Moon like this."

"She uh…she wasn't concerned about the…you know…other effects?"

He raised an eyebrow at the ice queen. "You mean…pregnancy…right?" he asked. When Weiss nodded her head in response he chuckled a little.

"Odd that you should ask that," he said. "With Moon and Sarah being one third-human, one third-psychic aliens, and one third-of singular psychotic alien. And Pokey being…well…a non organic rotting zombie. I would've thought the answer would be obvious."

"Ah…I guess that does make sense…he didn't exactly look capable of reproduction."

"Why…are you so upfront about this?" Erick asked, "You uh…you've kept quite close asking about every little thing that, excuse my arrogance, I have already thought of and tested."

The genius watched her freeze a little as he finished that. His eyes quizzically studied her expression, the soft ice blue eyes and a bit of temporary chill, clearly hesitant on saying something. Then it dawned on him.

"Ok…" he rubbed the back of his head before a prickly pain started to fuzz its way in.

"Are you gonna bring this up? Or are you gonna sit here like an idiot?" His dark side hissed at him, making him flinch a little at the thought.

"Dimwitted idiot…how do you have a perfect IQ but can't handle speaking to a girl?!"

Erick grumbled and simply shrugged his Darkside away. Refocusing his attention on the Ice queen in front of him.

"Anyway…" he said, brushing the uncomfortable subject aside. "Is there uh…anything else?"

"Yeah, actually." Weiss kicked her heels up towards the bench and turned to face him. "I noticed that when Dark Moon was in control, the shadow he casted looked…weird. It had a crown-looking object on his head, his hands looked like claws, and he had two giant wings. Do…do your dark sides…look different to you?"

He blinked in confusion, a crown, claws, and wings? That…that sounded like the Hegemon form. But…that couldn't be possible. Sapphire had gotten him out of that incredibly painful state. Unless…Moon…kept control of it somewhere?

"Uh…no." he replied to Weiss. "That's…not supposed to happen. If you saw that…I should probably raise the concern to Moon. If the dark sides suddenly start evolving or something. We could be in trouble. Thank you…I suppose."

Weiss' white high heel tapped against his uniform boot. Making him blush a little at the thought.

"You know…Erick, you didn't really go into detail on what living with these dark sides is like." she said. He watched as her ice eyes seemed to twinkle in an almost adorable fashion.

"Ah…well. It's not much, if you want the real inducing stuff, you should talk to Moon and Sarah." he muttered. "Though, what they'll tell you is basically the same, they're all pain in butts. They taunt and poke at us, they'll give us some mental pain, in Moon and Sarah's case, they'll cause hallucinations."

"Dark Erick doesn't make hallucinations for you?" He blinked as he felt Weiss put a hand on his. He looked over at confusedly, though she seemed to be interested in what he had to say.

"Uh…well. Moon and Sarah are the ones they can target. Unlike them…I didn't witness anyone die in front of me. And my girlfriend and I ended things quietly. So…I don't exactly have anything my dark side is capable of showing me. Not without the image at least."

"Ah…so you have nothing to worry about then?" Weiss asked. "You don't get nightmares or anything about Moon and Sarah dying? Nothing like that?"

"Truthfully, no…" he rubbed the back of his head. "I know it would be awful to lose Moon or Sarah, especially after our friend Dyson…but…I don't know."

Dun Dun Dun DUN DUN DUN DUUUUNNNNNNN!

"Oh brother," Erick muttered as the photoman crashed on the ground in front of him, startling Weiss who looked at the man dumbfoundedly.

"Where did you even?-"

"Pictures taken instantaneously, I'm a photographic genius if I do say so myself. Okay, look at the camera, ready, say…FUZZY PICKLES!"

"You can't just-" Erick rolled his eyes as Weiss was cut off by the flash of the camera. He watched as she blinked for a little bit as the photoman began his ascension into the sky.

"Get back here you little creep!" Weiss shouted.

"You'll get used to it." Erick muttered as she looked at him. "He followed Moon, Sarah, and I around during our adventure to kill Giygas…Could've sworn Moon promised that we'd never see him again."

Both teens looked at each other awkwardly, Erick felt his hair stand up as a sudden whoosh flew overhead. He, along with Weiss, both looked up as several large white ships flew overhead. They looked quite large, almost like troop deployer planes if he had to guess. He looked out towards the courtyard as one landed in front of them, he had to flinch a little as a few people wearing white helmets with fogged visors stepped out, they appeared to be wearing a type of white metallic armor and they carried their guns in a militaristic section.

"That's…odd." he heard Weiss ponder. "Professor Ozpin said they would wave everything aside…why's the Altas Military here? Winter didn't say anything about them coming alongside Ironwood and the rest of the school."

He shrugged his shoulders, not really responding. But he did figure that he'd learn more about this Ironwood fellow in a short while.

Moon grunted as the elevator door dinged open to Ozpin's office. Glynda had come and forcefully dragged both of them out of their dorm and sent them to Ozpin, grunting something to them about irritating requests.

He stepped out of it, along with Sarah, both of them now face-to-face with Ozpin, along with another man. Moon took note of his brown eyes and black hair. He had a tall stature to himself. He was dressed in a white outfit that looked like a mixture of a tuxedo suit and metal armor. He also did note his very stern expression that made Glynda's look calm. Much like he anticipated, this man also had been prepped on Telepathy, all he got was a static fuzz looking to his mind.

Ozpin gave both of them a smile, one that Moon knew Sarah would return back, but after what had happened recently, he did not feel like smiling.

"I'm sorry to have pulled you out of your…coddling." Ozpin said calmly. "However, I did want my friend here to see you two for himself." he turned to the man in white. "Care to introduce yourself, James?"

The man's face didn't relax, but his tone was calm as he spoke. "My name is General James Ironwood," he said calmly. "I'm the leader of Atlas Academy, and head of the Atlas Military. It is a pleasure to meet both of you."

"Ironwood is well aware about what you both can do, and I've also told him about your little Multiversal council." Ozpin calmly redirected the conversation to them. "I jus-"

"Is that why you brought your damn army with you?" Moon asked boredly, completely interrupting the man. "You think I'm afraid of your meek little men with guns? What a joke."

Ironwood's eyes seemed to narrow at Ozpin before looking back at him. "If it's that important, I bring them where I go as a precaution, if something were to go wrong at the Vytal Festival, it wouldn't hurt to have some back up in case the Grimm get nasty." after a moment of silence he added. "However, I could always have them arrest both of you for making threats."

Moon wanted to retort to him, however, he did catch Sarah's nervous look and just pushed the thought aside.

"Now, despite what Ironwood is telling you." Ozpin quickly picked the conversation back up. "The military is not here to keep watch on you four. If you want it to remain that way, I'd recommend keeping those dark sides of yours far out of the picture."

"Get your students to learn common sense and maybe we can talk." Moon hissed at him. "You don't think I know this shit? I've had this bitch in my head since I was THREE! Stop doing things to piss me off and MAYBE they won't be a problem."

Ironwood crossed his arms as he continued his frown at Ozpin.

Ozpin merely shrugged his shoulders and directed his eyesight on Sarah. Moon narrowed in eyes' response and pushed her back, just gently so she'd be slightly behind him.

"It would benefit both of us if we could both be more trusting in one another." he said calmly. "I doubt it would be surprising for you to hear that the people closest to me, especially Ironwood here, don't like when I have to double back on information to them."

Moon went to open his mouth before Sarah cut him off.

"You have a funny way of showing it." she said, trying to hide her own anger. "If your reasoning for the Military being here is your concern over Grimm invasions, then surely it's far better to have them around the city walls? Not patrolling the campus grounds!"

"Circumstances…can change that." Ironwood replied, narrowing his gaze. "And if things keep up, we might have to call in more."

"You say the military isn't here for us? Then what else for? If not for Grimm patrol then what?" Moon asked. "You DID tell me there was nothing else here? Surely sending the military on one branch of the White Fang seems unreasonable."

Both adults didn't say anything, other than look at each other.

"Your adversaries, Pokey Minch, and Saint Seiros?" Ironwood asked, his tone seemed off. "Are they NOT here?"

Moon chuckled evilly, something that made Sarah look at him nervously.

"You think they fear your measly men with some guns?!" he cackled. "One's an immortal rotten psychotic zombie, and the other is a psychotic alien saint with mommy issues!"

Ozpin sighed as he looked at Moon. "James and I are very well aware that Rhea and Pokey may easily overpower our forces. However, we feel confident in your abilities to stop both of them. It wouldn't hurt to have some…insurance. We think we might be able to provide you with something of aid. Just so the threat against us could be minimized in an unfortunate scenario."

Ironwood took a much more mechanicalized pair of handcuffs and tossed them to Sarah. It was pearly white and streaks of blue, just like the bands Pokey had used on her! They landed on her lap and immediately, her memory flashed back to Pokey's rotten tongue. She quickly shook her head aside.

"These are specialized semblance blocking cuffs." Ozpin said calmly. "We mainly use them against criminals with…particularly tricky semblances. From what you've told us about your dark sides, we believe that these cuffs may be capable of severing your connection to them."

Moon looked over at his girlfriend, who was looking at the cuffs with a hint of nervousness and memoria. He concentrated on her mind and quickly asked.

"What's wrong?"

"These…these things…Pokey used them on me when he…captured me." Sarah replied back to him quickly. "T-They…They do w-work, Moon. They stopped Dark Sarah from taking my place."

He felt some anger flare inside of him, so, these assholes were still hiding stuff from them? They couldn't have just pieced this together so quickly, they had to have known about it prior.

"How uh…how can you be so sure?" He asked, "Our PSI Powers are nothing like the semblences here, the only thing of similarity we share is how our Psionic energy regenerates itself similar to how your auras are drawn through the body. Our dark sides aren't semblances. If they DID work, Pokey would've used them on Sarah, but he used the Counter PSI unit instead."

He guessed he hit some type of mark, and Ironwood and Ozpin both exchanged looks with one another, almost as if they had expected both of them to just accept the offer.

His silver eye twitched a little, despite being obscured. Now these people were REALLY starting to get on his nerves. Not only was he being lied through the teeth too, but these people were still trying to find ways to outsmart him? What did they think he was? An incompentent, innocent, dumbass like their students?

"Hehe…so that's how they want to play this game?" Dark Moon hissed at him, sending the prickly acidic feeling to his spine again. "Well? How'll you respond shithead?!"

Moon bit down on his lip, as much as he didn't want to do it, he knew he had to. Silently, he had to curse and praise Pokey for giving him more of a reason to not trust them.

"Sarah, humor these men and put on the cuffs." he gritted.

Sarah looked at him nervously, he gave her a small smile for reassurance, reluctantly, she looked at the pearly white and blue cuffs. She slipped them on the undersides of her wrists, before Moon turned and locked them.

He then locked eyes with her, making sure not to take his hands off the cuffs around her. He quietly waited as he watched the dark corruption spread through her body. Telepathically, Sarah's panicked voice started running through.

"Moon…Moon? What…what are you doing?!"

"Just trust me…" he replied back. "They know something about us…obviously."

She had the pleading look in her eyes that made him shift uncomfortably as the same face of hers entered his memory. Nightmare's cold voice cackled in the distance as he watched him nibble and lick on her neck.

"Please…Sarah…I'll do anything you want…I promise, you know I mean it, please."

She bit down on her lip before reluctantly nodding her head. With the telepathic communication not taking that long to an outsider, he blinked as the corruption surrounded her body and her eyes flashed red. Her dress, hair, and skin became shadowy black, her ribbon and eyes both became bloody red, and that nervous look turned into its usual evil glare.

"Well ain't that a fucking twist?" Dark Sarah hissed. She turned her psychotic look towards Ozpin and Ironwood, both of whom, despite not moving, clearly looked surprised that the handcuffs had failed. "Did you guys REALLY think that would work?"

Moon turned to look at the two men with a bored looking expression. He didn't bother to say anything as he heard Sarah's evil root tear the handcuffs off of her like they were made of paper. While he logically felt anyone would be concerned that the dark sides would intentionally slip up in this position to put pressure on them. He knew that the dark sides only did things if it benefited them or if they were called out and ordered by the host. Dark Sarah gained nothing from throwing accusations of Salem around, other than maybe getting security ramped up on them. Which, knowing that handcuffs did indeed work and needed an external source of Corruption in order for them to be called upon, would only serve to harm her more than help.

"Awe look at your adorable little filthy ass faces!" Dark Sarah giggled as her head rocked side-to-side like a boat. "You fuckers were SUPER confident that your shit excuse tech would work on stuff you didn't understand? What made you guys so confident?" Moon noted Ironwood's hand was positioned where a gun holder would normally be.

"To be frank with you," Ozpin replied, his tone still infuriatingly calm and unstressed. "It was merely a guess based on what Moon and Sarah had told us about you."

"Gonna cry?" the dark side hissed at them. "You think you have everything under control don't you?! Huh? Everything is fine? Is that what you believe? You just think that you can solve every problem? That you're prepared for every solution? HAH! You're lucky that the bitchy side of my husband is out here. Otherwise…you'd both be dead where you're standing!"

"Do you want to put that idea to test?" Ironwood snapped at her. Moon narrowed his eyes and summoned a small rock, chucking it at the area of Ironwood's head covered by a band-aid. The rock struck his head with enough force to make the general glare over at him.

"Next time, the rock will be bigger, AND it will send you out the window." he said boredly, he was still mildly annoyed and somewhat baffled that Ozpin sat there with a blank expression. It was as if the man had been through this before himself, and was just utterly unphased by this. He then turned to Dark Sarah. "Sarah, stop." he added.

He watched as she blinked her eyes and shook her head. Her hair turned back to its nice golden color, her eyes became blue, her dress the shade of purple, and her skin back to normal. She stumbled back a little before he stood up, grabbing her wrist in a gentle enough manner to stop her, but hold her in place. She looked back at him, somewhat relieved.

"Thank you for your time, Professor." he gritted through his teeth. "Next time, if you want to test some more batshit theories of yours like we're rats, notify me ahead of time."

I can feel as though our bond with Ozpin has grown stronger.

Confidant Rank: 2

Ozpin

Confidant Established:

James Ironwood

He dragged Sarah over to the elevator and closed the door hurriedly. Ozpin merely shrugged his shoulders as he took a sip from his coffee mug.

"Ozpin, you can't be oblivious to this." Ironwood said to him. "You know I trust your judgment. But…these are the kids. You know they are."

"Like I mentioned, James," he replied calmly. "If we just help them get Pokey and Rhea, the threat they see to our world will be considered neutralized, and they can leave. Just have your military do its job like I asked and I can handle things from them."

Sarah was sitting down with her arms folded on the bed she and Moon shared. It had been a week since the incident with Pokey. Yet, Moon had not recovered in the way she hoped. 7 days of hands off, no affection. Everytime she got close, he backed up. At night she felt almost cold without his arms around her.

Trying to repair him after unfortunate events involving Erick, Sapphire, and especially her were always hell. And everything had spiraled out of control too quickly. When Nightmare happened, at least Moon and her lived together in private, so she could shoo Astro out if things got ugly. But this time, with Ozpin, the threat of Salem, the Smash Council, the knowledge that Pokey and Seiros were still out there, and their dark sides. Erick and Sapphire were out and had taken Astro for her. So she silently hoped this could work.

"Moon…" she said calmly. Look at him writing stuff down in the Demonrift. She frowned at his slight flinch from her voice. Though, he at least was able to lift his head to lock eyes with her.

"Yes?..." he asked.

"You…you do owe me…for today." she said calmly. "And, you're going to do it."

"O-Okay?" she hadn't seen such hesitance in him since she had first met him. It reminded her of how cute she found his nature. Granted, she still loved how much he cared about her, frankly, he cared a little too much about her. It was sweet, but genuinely stressful when something happened, which was why she dreaded the thought of danger.

"Moon…you aren't getting better." she said camly. "I know you aren't. You can barely even listen to my own voice without flinching. You don't need space…you need me." She saw him flinch again. In response, she gave him a reassuring look.

"Sarah…I…"

"Everything will be fine." she said calmly. "All you need to do is just listen. You'll be finished when I decide everything will be fine."

"Sarah, I really DON'T want to." He replied, rapidly waving his hands.

She frowned, "Moon…you know you have to." She made sure to keep her tone simple, not daring to show any sign of irritation. "What…what is taking you so long to get yourself together?"

That sparked him off, she watched his fists clench and color slowly started to fade from him. Something that only happened in rare situations when one specific memory went through his mind. A memory that she knew all too well. She got up and moved herself over so she could sit next to him.

"Nightmare?" she asked. Moon flinched and did a rather pathetic attempt at shaking his head.

"Moon…it's okay…you did everything you could to stop him from getting out. You knew that once he got out, you couldn't get back unless he got what he wanted."

"But…I could've-"

"No!" She said, interrupting him. "I don't want to hear your "I could've stopped him." You tried before…you lost, and pleaded with me to knock him out. Erick, Dyson, and I all tried to help you stop him, and even though we had him outnumbered, we would have all lost if Dyson hadn't sacrificed himself so he'd let his guard down enough for Byleth's idea to work."

"I could have…I KNOW I COULD HAVE!" She watched as he fidgeted. Then she heard rattling coming over from the kitchen. She felt sweat develop over her head and quickly repositioned herself on his other side.

"Don't do it…" she said, trying to maintain calmness. "Please don't do it."

"I could have…I could have…"

"And what if you couldn't?" She asked him. "If you had lost to Nightmare there. He would've killed you in Magicant. Then you'd never come back. You'd be nothing more than a painful memory while I would be stuck with Nightmare. You know full well that Erick, Dyson, and I, you know we would've never killed Nightmare. You know that we would've probably just trapped him somewhere with a continuously fading hope that you'd somehow come back." At this point she felt her own heart break at the haunting thought. "Is that really a chance you regret not taking?"

Moon's eyes were clenched shut as he averted his gaze from her.

"You couldn't beat him before…hell…you couldn't beat him when you had all of us. We only won because we had Byleth, Sapphire, and Edelgard. What makes you think that you could've done it then? Is that really something you would've wanted?"

Moon looked up at her, though his eyes were still firmly shut, almost as if he was trying not to cry. "N-No…" he said weakly. "I…I wouldn't…" he was weak in tone and his face had at least returned to color, if only to be bright red. "B-But…Sarah…I d-don't w-want-"

She reached out and took both of his hands. Instantly, she found herself facing Nightmare, both of those cold silver eyes and his psychotic glare. The shadow hands around her neck slowly inching down further with his cold touch. Only this time…she heard a voice, it sounded a little feminine, she couldn't quite pinpoint on whether it belonged to anyone on Team RWBY or JNPR.

She shook her head, clearing away the vision. Something weird was going on. Both of their dark sides had no access to this memory. So there had to be something else causing it. But at the moment, it didn't matter. As long as it was happening, she needed to help him.

"It's okay." she said calmly. "I promise, we can take things slow. All you have to do is follow me."

"O-Okay…" Moon twitched his head a little.

Sarah smiled. "Okay…we can start with something simple. Just…open your eyes and look at me. Can you do that for me?"

Reluctantly. He opened his eyes and took in her sight. Sarah gave him a sweet smile and let her eyes twinkle a little. "That's great…" she said calmly, a thought came over her, she rarely ever talked to him about petty things, she didn't need to, but she had him talking, why stop? "Now…how do I look?"

Moon blinked, his face was already red. "Um…" he looked at her. Despite seeing her everyday, this was an odd request, but he looked at her anyway.

Sarah was always very pretty. He didn't need a brain to figure it out. Even back when he had a mother and sister…they hadn't been afraid to say that to him. Yet, even as both of them had grown older, she still maintained that almost innocent looking persona she had about herself back when he first met her.

Looking above her, she still had her neatly brushed golden hair, which always had that blue ribbon tied into it. Something that, admittedly, gave her an almost too innocent connection. Though, he admittedly got flustered whenever he saw her take it off during the times they got prepared for bed, as she spent their adventure sleeping in her daytime clothes like him, Erick, and Dyson. He still shivered at the confused moment where the two of them, Erick, and Dyson had to share one bed on occasions.

He looked down at her face, which was always the thing he had kept looking at. Her eyes were always that lovely shade of blue, much like his. Her cherry lips were never made up of lipstick and she never wore makeup. Her bright smile was always a highlight, seemingly able to make his nervousness go away. Which was something she had quickly picked up on, as she seemingly always smiled at him.

"You…you look nice," he said, his face heated up in embarrassment. "You always do." He watched her own face go red as well. Both of them could compliment each other until the end of time, and they'd still be embarrassed about it.

In response, Sarah smiled at him "See…it's better now…right? Doesn't it feel better?"

"A-A little…" He replied calmly.

"That's good." she replied, her face was also red. "N-Now…can you hug me?" he felt heat rise on his head. Something felt off this time…normally there should have been an assault from Nightmare memories. Nothing…

Reluctantly, he took his hands out and slowly wrapped himself around her. As he did, he felt a warmer feeling.

This feeling ended up being immediately interrupted as they heard the door open. As both of them looked up, expecting to see Erick and Sapphire, they instead found themselves face to face with three different people.

The one leading was a taller woman a little taller than the two of them were. She had black hair and red eyes that rivaled that of their Darksides glare. She was accompanied by her own two people who actually looked to be their age. The first, was a dark skinned girl with bright green hair and red eyes, wearing a white fighting outfit. The other, was a gray haired boy with black eyes and a rather infuriated frown from the left.

As Moon looked into the eyes of the green haired girl, he suddenly got the flash vision of Nightmare creepily licking around Sarah's face. He quickly shook his head from the vision and looked at them confused. As did Sarah.

Then, another vision crossed his mind, this time, it showed Erick and Sapphire out in the streets of Vale, both of them had their weapons out against Rhea, the saint glared evilly at both of them.

"Oh…" the woman said, flicking a finger to the side, snapping him back to reality. "I guess we got the wrong dorm." Moon felt off as he saw a tiny bit of flame spark off her tips.

"You must be the students from Vacuo." Sarah said, as the two of them separated. "Your dorms are across the hall…"

"I see…I guess we got confused. Nice to meet you." the woman's tone sounded less than friendly. "My name is Cinder, these are my teammates, Emerald and Mercury."

"I'm Moon…this is Sarah. We have two other teammates. But they're out at the moment."

"Well…we'll be seeing you around, I guess. Come," Cinder motioned for Emerald and Mercury to follow them. Both of her little teammates again looked at the two of them, before turning and following after Cinder.

Moon and Sarah looked at one another, both of them were beet red. "Well…where were we?" Sarah asked calmly, opening her arms back out.

The taunting image of Rhea's deathly glare pierced him into the night. He gently pushed Sarah off of him. Making her flinch.

"No…it's not you." he said quickly, seeing her nervous look. "I need a scroll."

"Why? Moon…this is supposed to be our time together."

"Not now…" Moon quickly whipped out the scroll locked to the home dorm room and quickly pressed the tablet screen a few times. After a few dings, he sighed in relief as he heard Sapphire's voice come over the other feed.

"Is everything okay?" He heard the boy ask. "Erick and I still have Astro. We can head back n-"

"Where are you?!" he asked, quickly trying to avert nervousness from his voice. "Not just a stupid general description, I want a street name, now!" Even Sarah seemed taken aback by his tone change.

"Uh…" Sapphire looked around from the face cam. "Somewhere down Oum Street? You know, near that big highway bridge?"

Moon quickly hung up the phone and grabbed Sarah's wrist. "We're going, Now." Before she had a chance to reply, he picked her up princess style and used Speed up ⍺. The blue light surrounded them as they sped out of the room.

My apologies for 3 chapters of nothing but character development and no action. However, next chapter, you'll finally get to see a fight with Rhea...or Saint Seiros.

I know it seems stupid to swap between what I call them. My characters typically refer to her as Seiros, mainly because its canon that the name Seiros, prior to going Rogue against Byleth, used to piss Rhea off, mainly because she got jumpy that someone discovered her identity. However, Rhea is the name that she goes by to literally everyone else whose familiar with 3 Houses, even after she tells her church soldiers to piss off with the Rhea name. And people thought Edelgard was the nut job.

Oh yeah, Ironwood, he was a great character, one that definitely will be needing some revisions later down the line. If you can't tell, I'm taking the direction between how the "adults" have been handling matters of Salem differently than the show. RWBY is great, but given that I've presented you all with the knowledge that Salem is something that people are well aware of, it only makes sense that you know the Adults are aware of her as well.

Ah yeah, seems some uninvited guests have entered Beacon as well huh? Mayhaps there's a certain reason why they stupidly walked in on Moon and Sarah? Hint Hint Wink Wink Nudge Nudge?

If you're wondering where on the timeline we are for RWBY, we're like...perhaps in early Volume 2? I think that's when the highway fight took place at least. I don't know, I'm kind of all over the place.

Oh, by the way, I've received some...peculiar advice. So, as per my promise, next chapter, one Smash Council Member will interact with Ozpin and Ironwood. In a much more securitized manner I definitely want more humor in these earlier scenes. Team MESS and Team RWBY, alongside Ozpin and Ironwood are going to have this weird "Clash of Ideals." On what they see is right and wrong.

You know, 78 is an interesting number isn't it? I don't know if I'll hit 78 chapters of this. But I definitely wanted to write a fanfiction similar to the Subspace Emissary Conquest where the shit goes everywhere.

Oh well, Scheedonuts started as a joke someone mentioned to me, and now I love it too much. Ah well.

Anyway, if you enjoyed this chapter, you can let me know if you want.

See you all next time.
