Hello and welcome everyone! Ever since reading several RWBY fanfics such as Mercs in Remnant by chief of RAGE, A Red Rose in the Blue Wind by Iron117Prime, One Jaune, Many Arcs Chapter 9 by Harosata, I've decided to write an Angry Birds RWBY crossover as crazy as it sounds. You should check them out too when you have the time.

This story will have some characters and some plot elements, and experiences from the various media such as games (Epic, Classic, Space, etc), comics, (IDW's comics such as Angry Birds Transformers and Super Angry Birds), the Toons Cartoons and the film along with its sequel to be mashed up to a somewhat "Aligned Continuity".

Alright, I've said enough now. So without further ado, here's "Bird Side Of The Moon". Hope you guys like it.

RWBY and Angry Birds belong to Rooster Teeth and Rovio respectively.

In the middle of the Pigicific Ocean, maybe just off the coast of 29 miles, lies Piggy Island, an island sporting various nature-defying environments, along with its large water-body that greatly resembles a scrambled egg and a mountain in the shape of a pig, hence the name of Piggy Island.

Piggy Island not only got its name from the pig-shaped mountain, but also from most of its inhabitants. Hundreds and thousands of green spherical pigs live here, while a small group of others made this island their home and is the group we all know well, The Flock, also known as the Angry Birds, with their strong determination to protect and save their eggs anytime, anywhere from the hungry clutches of the pigs. It has been a long history for the war for the eggs, although the wins always go to birds. Making the pig's king, King Pig Smooth Cheeks, is getting more impatient than ever before for the eggs, desperate for a solution, which brings us to this story.

(South Beach, Piggy Island, Earth)

"Wheeee! Faster Jake! Faster!" Two of the Blues, Jim and Jay, cheered, holding on to the blue and white swim tube that the brothers were on as Jake paddled faster with his beak, causing the swim tube to rotate faster and faster. Eventually, the swim tube spiraled out of control, sending the brothers flying into the salty waters of the beach, before they resurfaced out of the water and laughed together, apparently exhilarated of the stunt they had just the rest of the flock were having fun on the beach.

Chuck and Matilda were playing a game of beach volleyball with each other, using Bubbles, as a small version of his inflated form, as a beach ball (Don't worry! Bubbles is fine! Besides, He's having fun!)

"Better watch out Matilda!" Chuck taunted. "I'm going to spike so fast that you can't defend!" he said before launching Bubbles high into the air, followed by a fast jump towards the ball while preparing to hit the Bubbles with a headbutt. "HERE. IT. COMES!" Chuck screamed, summoning every ounce of his energy to hit Bubbles but then the ball (aka Bubbles) dropped to the ground before Chuck could hit him, causing him to do a front flip multiple times midair before falling into the sand face-first.

Upon seeing Chuck on the ground, Bubbles deflated back into his usual small size and tried to help Chuck by pulling him out of the ground. Matilda, after watching all this "drama" unfold, chuckled as she hopped towards Chuck and helped Bubbles to put Chuck back on his…feet? and dragged him towards a nearby palm tree, with Bubbles following them.

On one of the palm trees that is near the shoreline, we have Stella, perched on top of the tree while looking through a telescope. Her friends had written to her yesterday that they are coming to Piggy Island to meet her, so she was waiting for any signs of them approaching the island. "Come on…Come on…Where are you all?" Stella muttered anxiously under her breath, scanning the shorelines.

Under the same palm tree where Stella is, Hal was relaxing in the shade while playing his beloved banjo, with Terence sitting beside him and seemingly enjoying his performance.

"Ah! ain't this the life Red? After foiling the Pig's plans many times, the pigs don't seem to bother us or the eggs for days!" Bomb asked his friend, Red, as he was enjoying his ice cream, while sitting on a sun chair along with Red and the eggs nearby.

"I'm not sure Bomb, The pigs don't just give up that easily, they must be planning something…'' Red, the leader of the flock, replied as he slowly sipped the straw on his coconut drink, deep in his thoughts about what reckless plans the pigs would do this time.

His train of thought was suddenly derailed when a female voice called out to him from the skies. "Red! Red!" in which the owner of the voice quickly descended next to Red, a silver bird with long feathers pointing behind her body on her head. She is the newest member of the flock, Silver, and she looks like she has seen a ghost. "Silver? What's wrong?" Red questioned, while attempting to calm Silver down as the rest of the flock looked in curiosity.

"Ok, you won't believe this but I'm telling the truth, ok? I was flying around Piggy Island, the usual." Silver began to slowly explain. "You all know how I was once raised by the pigs and after joining you guys, I like to fly by Piggy City to see how the pigs are doing. But today, as I was checking on the city, guess what I saw?"

"What did you see?" The entire flocked questioned, except for Terence, as he didn't talk, or appeared to be. But what they heard next from Silver gave them wide eyes.

"The Pigs are…gone! Poof! Vanished! No signs or sounds of any pig activity! It's more like a ghost city now!"

"Gone? But the pigs don't just disappear, unless they go back to space again." Bomb voiced his thoughts. "Wait, you guys went to space?!'' Matilda said with surprise in her face. "We did." Bubbles replied with a smile. "It even has the best candy ever."

"Alright, guys! Listen up!" Red commanded. "We need to go to Pig City to find out what happened. Once we reach here, we will split up to investigate faster. Silver, Chuck and I will investigate the palace. Bomb! Hal! Bubbles! you will investigate the north side of the city."

"You got it boss." Bomb acknowledging the command.

"Sure thing amigo." Hal said, along with a confirming nod by Bubbles.

"Blues, you guys will investigate the south side of the city."

"You can-" "-Count on-""-The Blues!" The blue triplets finished each other's sentences with excitement in their eyes.

"Stella, you and Terence will investigate the east and west sides of the city respectively and individually as the regions there are much smaller."

"Can I not? I need to pick up my friends! I promised them I will be the first bird they will meet!" Stella whined, still perched on the top of the palm tree she was on. "But Stella…." Red tried to explain to Stella, but was stopped by Matilda. "Don't worry Red, I will go on my own. She can look after the eggs in my stead."

"If you insist…" Red said with a shrug from his big bushy eyebrows.

"Alright, Let's go!" Red called out, running to Pig City, with the rest of the flock following behind him. Except for Terence, who hasn't moved an inch. Stella hopped down the palm tree and sat on Red's sun chair, before turning around to realize that Terence is still here and said, "I'll be fine, Terry, Red needs you. Go."

(Pig City)

"Where is everyone?" Matilda asked with worry at the empty city as the flock entered the main gate of the city, which is wide open and not locked at all. Nearby, there was a vendor cart that seemed to be selling candy apples, but since there was no vendor there, Bubbles helped himself to some. "Alright everyone, you know your mission, seek out any clue that might help us identify where the pigs are." Red reminded his team, before the flock split up to various parts of the city.

(Pig Palace, Pig City)

"So...where do we start?" Silver asked, examining a nearby statue of King Pig in the entrance. "I'll check the throne room here, Chuck can-'' Red said before he was interrupted by a streak of yellow bouncing across the throne room and dashing through the throne room's doors with multiple "Nope" before returning back to Red and Silver's side.

"Found nothing," Chuck said with a shrug of his red eyebrows. "I guess the pigs really are gone." Just as he was about to head out of the castle and call it a day, Red stopped him.

"This is no time to give up Chuck, maybe there's a hidden secret we do not know here."

"Well, do you have any ideas then? I've searched the entire castle thrice!" Chuck complained. "Hmmm…." Red thought out loud to himself. "I do remember the pigs having a secret room, so maybe…." Using his own body to push the throne, the chair slowly shifted away, revealing a white laboratory full of large chemical containers. But what shocked Red, Chuck and Silver was that in the lab, something stood out among the rest of the lab is a piece of technology that obviously didn't belong to the pigs and whatever this machinery is, It's glowing an eerie purple.

"Chuck...gather the flock, they need to see this." Silver told Chuck.

(Unknown Laboratory, Pig Palace)

"What the heck is that?!" Hal screamed upon seeing the purple portal in the ring-shaped machinery. "It could be a portal to space, or the last space bridge that was made and survived when the EggSpark landed in Piggy Island and later got launched back to space."

"Look at this!" Silver exclaimed, looking at a green blackboard that is filled with multiple blueprints, getting the flock's attention. "This machine is apparently a portal to go anywhere you want! And according to this crude drawing on the board, The pigs are using this to get our eggs, like a personal teleporter!"

"Come on guys! We can't let the Pigs get the eggs! After them!" Chuck yelled out, dashing into the portal without any thought. Agreeing with Chuck, the rest of the Flock followed into the portal. "Guys, wait!" Red cried out as his pleas were ignored when Silver entered the portal last. "We don't even know where the pigs are going…and who's going to look after the eggs?"

"Fortunately for you, Red, we only have to worry about the first thing."

"Stella?! Who's guarding the eggs?" Red voiced his concerns upon seeing Stella behind him. "Don't worry about it Red, Chuck told me and my friends about it already, and since they arrived, they volunteered to look after the eggs. Don't worry, my friends have dealt with the pigs before, the eggs will be safe.'' Stella assured Red. "If you say so…'' Red said with a sign, deciding to trust her friends in the role of guarding the eggs.

"Ok, with that out of the way…HERE GOES NOTHING!'' Stella yelled, dragging Red with her and into the portal. "Stella, wait! I'm not ready ye-"Red pleaded before he was engulfed by a flash of white and everything went pitch black.

(City Of Vale, Evening, Remnant)

"Ow…ow...ow…I'm going to get Stella for that one." Red slowly opened his eyes, after being hit awake by a wall in an alley. "Where am I? Is this still Pig City?" Red felt his head spinning and was about to try to shake it off, literally, when he felt something on his head. Thinking that someone is attacking him, he quickly got on his feet but then realized that firstly, he seemed a little taller. Secondly, the "thing" that touched his head was, himself, or to be more precise, his hand.

"Oh my!'' Red panicked, looking at his white pants, red hoodie, red shoes and his arms. "Why do I have these…barns and pegs? No wait! Its arms and legs! Did I become Optimus Prime again?! No, it can't be, I'm still my usual self, um, well most of it. These arms aren't even metal." Red thought to himself as he poked the fair skin colored flesh of his arms with his finger. "I guess I turned into those…tall fleshy creatures. What were they called? Ah yes. Humans." Red talked to himself before deciding that he needed to find out where he and his friends are right now, he stepped out of the alleyway and began exploring around the city.

(City of Vale, Night)

A few hours of walking seemed like days as Red dragged his feet through a shopping district. He did happened to come across a park a few hours ago and saw his reflection in the fountain waters, seeing that he looks entirely different, except for his signature big black bushy eyebrows, and his head that surprisingly still has his round head feathers, but the texture is more like hair rather than the texture of feathers. He also eavesdropped into a conversation between two civilians that this city he is in is the city of Vale.

"Alright, This here is the city of Vale," Red recapped, "And I look completely different, so my friends will be the same as well. How am I going to find them? I'm tired, hungry and there's no sign of my friends. AUGH! Those pigs dragged us to this mess. If I see them, I'll thank them so hard just like those people on the ground…wait, why are there people on the ground?"

In front of a store named, "From Dust Till Dawn'' were several men in black suits and red ties, along with red swords and red glasses that littered around the men, all lying down as if someone knocked them out. Just as Red was about to investigate further, an explosion from a certain building caught his attention, followed by a purple glow at the rooftop of the certain building.

"Was that a space wormhole?" Red thought to himself. Deciding to investigate the purple glow on the rooftop, Red ran towards the fire-escape ladder of the certain building to climb to the rooftop.

It took Red quite some time to climb to the rooftop, but once he successfully climbed to the rooftop, he saw a young girl that wore a red and black dress with a red hood along with black tights and boots, holding a large red mechanical medium-length rifle, firing at an aerial transport, which doesn't seem to damage the aircraft, alongside the young girl was a blonde woman that wore a white long-sleeved top with black pencil-skirt and a black and purple cape, along with black brown stockings and black boots. She is holding to what appears to be a wand. In the transport, a woman was blocking the young girl's shots with an invisible barrier.

Red couldn't see her face, but he could see her red skirt, long legs and black heels. After blocking all of the young girl's shots, the mysterious red woman then lit up the ground of the rooftop. The young girl and the blonde woman rolled and flipped away respectively from the attack, but unfortunately for Red, who was recovering his stamina from the climbing, couldn't dodge it in time.

"Oh sh-" Red cursed out loud to himself before he was caught in the fiery blast.

The young girl and the blonde woman looked back in shock to see that someone was caught in the blast, but when the big fiery explosion died down, their eyes slightly widened. Red was fine from the explosion, with no visible injuries and he wasn't knocked back by the explosion, but he was covered in black soot and he was busy wiping it off with his hands.

Upon seeing that the transport was flying away. He shouted angrily, "Hey! What's your problem?!"

Little did Red know, the moment he shouted, "Hey!", a red shockwave was unleashed with his voice that hit the right wing of the transport, forcibly ripping a part of the wing right off, causing the transport to careen out of control and crash land on the street below.

The woman and the young girl looked with shocked expressions while Red winced at the destruction he caused, not knowing he had that kind of power in him. While they were stunned by the destruction Red caused, the red riding hood look-alike interrupted the blonde woman with a squeal. "You're a Huntress?! Can I have your autograph?!"

(Moments Later…)

Before they knew it, Red and the girl were in a dark room accompanied by the shine of a single light as the blonde woman lectured them. The girl kept looking down on the floor, as if she desperately wanted a hiding place to appear for her and hide, while Red is listening as patiently as he could with clasped hands on the table. The lecture did remind him of the many times Matilda lectured him on anger control, he just hopes that once this is over, he can continue to try to find his friends. "I hope that the both of you realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly," The blonde woman, whose name is Glynda Goodwitch, scolded. "You have put yourself and others in great danger."

"They started it!" The girl said in her defense.

"It's my fault that my rage caused this destruction, It usually happens like that in my life." Red stated. Glynda gave a confused look to Red before she continued.

"At least you're willing to accept responsibility. Don't worry about the Bullhead, only the streets were damaged and nobody was hurt." Glynda told Red, before she then walked in front of Red and the girl while reading something from her tablet-like device.

"If it were up to me, you'd both be sent home with a pat on the back…" The girl looked up with a smile, while Red started to frown upon hearing the word "Home" from Glynda as he started to miss his home and is still worried for the safety of the eggs, despite Stella's assurance her friends are protecting them right now. "And a slap on the wrist!" She snapped her wand at the table like a whip, causing the girl to wince, But since Red was lost in his thoughts again, he didn't know what happened when he was interrupted by Glynda's table whipping.

"But…there is someone who would like to speak to the two of you." Glynda admitted, much to the girl and Red's surprise. The woman walked to the side to reveal a middle-aged man in a dark green suit with tousled silver hair and thin brown eyes and wearing dark spectacles. He also appeared to be carrying two trays of cookies in his hands.

"Ruby Rose." He addressed the girl first. "You have silver eyes."

"Really?" Red wondered before throwing a quick glance to the girl apparently named Ruby, who indeed had silver eyes.

Red listened attentively to the conversation without saying anything, he learnt that first, either Ruby is really hungry, or she just likes cookies.

Secondly, she is in a school that is designed to train huntsmen or huntresses that are this world's defenses from monsters under the teaching of her uncle Qrow that the silver haired man seemed to know, Thirdly, the silver haired man is apparently named Ozpin, and is a headmaster of Beacon, most likely one of the academies that trained huntsmen and huntresses, and he just allowed her to come to his school despite Ruby telling him that she only has two more years of training at Signal Academy, Ruby seems happy from her wide grin.

"But, before we get on that, I feel that it is best to address our other guest in the room." Ozpin turned his attention to Red. "I have experienced many things having lived a long life, but I have never seen someone with a voice-based semblance before." Glynda showed footage of Red shouting that unleashed a red shockwave that damaged the Bullhead significantly.

"I'm not really from around here, It's kinda a long story." Red replied.

"I'd be very interested in hearing that story, no matter how long it is." Ozpin said. "Why don't we introduce our names, you already know mine, what's yours?"

Red knew he needed help so that he could find his friends quickly, and seeing that this world seemed highly advanced, it should be able to help him search for his friends and the pigs quicker, if the pigs are actually here. And Ozpin seems to know this world more than anyone else would.

"My name's Red."

"Just Red?" Ozpin asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yep, just Red." Red gave a confirming nod.

So begins a new adventure for the flock. Don't worry, Red will eventually reunite with his friends soon, but they will not be students at Beacon, but rather using the school as a home-base of sorts against not only the Grimm but also a new threat coming up later. The flock won't be getting any aura or semblances, since they already have impressive abilities, but some of the flock's abilities will be changed slightly due to their new human forms, which is maybe a challenge for me. I'd also apologize for any bad writing as this is actually my first time writing fanfiction, BSOTM being my first work of course so I welcome feedback so that I can improve.

I hope you all enjoy this story and have a great day ahead! =)
