Family outing

If there was one word to describe the mood for the Maximals it would be… Terrible. Not only has it been a week since the probe, but the real problem was with the Predacons and White Fang. Since the probe they got a large morale boost and they had launched two attacks on the Axalon. They were able to repel the attack, but it didn't help their morale one bit.
Currently Optimus was in his office thinking about long term plans for the Maximals, but it was hard to focus as he wasn't even sure what to do. He was holding out for a rescue, but with the probe gone, he wasn't sure how to proceed now.
He then looked at a photo he had on his desk of himself (before the Beast wars) and his three best friends from his school days.
'If you guys where here, what would you do?' Optimus asked himself as he wished they where here.
But little did he know that they were on their way.

Deep Space
In space a small three-person ship flew towards its destination. Aboard were the same three bots from the meeting to find the Axalon.
"Are you sure about this?" One of the bots asked from his seat.
The bot flying the ship looked back at him. "Yes." He told his friend.
"But none of the probs found anything." The first bot said.
"That is true, but you did find that one the probes was contacted." The lead bot said as he continued. "I'm sure it was Optimus. His trans-wrap drive must have been down at the time, so they couldn't contact the probe in time."
"Hey, I want to see Optimus as much as you, but that could mean anything. You're much more cool headed and collected about these things." The last bot said.
"He's right." The first bot agreed with him.
The lead Bot said nothing for a moment before speaking. "I understand what both of you are saying, but if our positions were reversed Optimus would do the same thing for us."
"Even though we're going against orders?" The last bot asked as they went to the console with this and they didn't see it was worth sending a ship to investigate, with so little to go with.
"Yes." The lead bot said. "If you both disagree with me I can turn back and let you both off. But I'm still going. Even if I find nothing, I will feel better knowing I tried then knowing they could be there, and we did nothing."
Both bots looked at each other before the first one answered him. "We're with you." He told him.
"Thank you both." The lead bot said as he pushed some buttons. "Prepare the trans-wrap drive." He told them as the ship soon left for the location where the probe got its transmission.

Meanwhile back on Remnant, Weiss stood in front of Optimus's office as she mentally prepared herself for her talk with him.
Once she was ready, she knocked on the door. "Enter." She heard him say as Weiss walked in.
Optimus (In robot mode) looked up from some files he was reading as she walked in. "Weiss? What can I do for you?" He asked her as Weiss sat down in front of him.
"Optimus, I have a suggestion on new allies." Weiss told him as she gained Optimus full attention.
"Who?" Was all he said, but Weiss knew he response already.
"My family." Weiss told him.
"WHAT!" Yelled Optimus as he stood up, while slamming him hands down on his desk.
"Not my whole family, just my mother and sister." Weiss told him, but Optimus kept his look on her telling her to continue.
"My father is destroying my family's legacy. He faked his way into my family and now has control over it, but if we offer my mother the secrets of energon and how to use it, she can regain the company from him. And if that happens the Schnee Dust Company would be our allies. And with my sister she is apart of the Atlas military. She could help us with tactics and give up inside information that help us in other ways."
Optimus sat back down as he thought about it. Weiss did have some good points, but the biggest thing was if they do gain the Schnee Dust Company as allies how will the White Fang react?
"Weiss, you made some good points." Optimus told her as Weiss nodded, waiting to hear what he had to say. "But this is a huge call to make. I'm going to call a meeting and your going to give your reasons to the others. If a majority agree then we will go through with it. But if not then we won't."
Hearing this Weiss nodded as she knew she had to give a great speech to convince the others, especially Dinobot and Rattrap as she feels they will be the hardest to convince.
An hour later everyone was in the control room, even Tigatron came in for the meeting.
"So, any of you guys hear what's this about?" Asked Rattrap as he had no clue what this meeting was for.
"You got me mate." Boomer told him as he was in the same boat.
"It must be important if Tigatron here in person." Said Blake as they let Tigatron patrol Atlas alone nearly all the time.
Soon Optimus and Weiss entered the room.
"I know your all wondering what is going on." Said Optimus as there were some mutters. "For the reason why, I'll let Weiss tell you."
Weiss stood in front of the others as she took a breath to calm herself before talking. "Since the probe, hope for rescue from Cybertron seems impossible. We need to think long term and for that I'm suggesting we make allies with the Schnee Dust Company and my older sister."
And as soon as she said that the room erupted. Everyone was saying something at the same time and nobody could make out what the other was saying.
"QUITE!" Yelled Optimus as he regained control in the room.
"Aw for booting up cold, you can't be seriously thinking about this?" Asked Rattrap.
"I agree with the rat. The Schnee's cannot be trusted." Said Dinobot as Weiss glared at him. "Present company excluded." He added.
"Ice queen what are you thinking?" Asked Yang using her nickname for Weiss.
"Frist off stop calling me that!" Weiss told her as she hated that nickname. "Secondly sooner or later the unmined deposits of energon will be used up or claimed. And when that happens we will need to go to the mined area's. And then we will either need to steal it or gain access to it."
"Or you just want your family to have access to our tech." Rattrap said as he cut in as Weiss glared at him.
"I think Weiss has more then proven herself to us." Said Tigatron as the others looked at him. "If she truly wanted our technology, I'm sure she would have done it sooner. Weiss is looking out for us with this proposal."
"Your half right Tigatron." Weiss told him as the other looked at her with questioning eyes. "I do want to help the Maximals, but at the same time I want to help my family."
"Why?" Asked Blake. "The Schnee's have hurt many Faunus's in the past…" But whatever Blake was going to say Weiss cut her off.
"I know!" She told Blake as Blake saw the hurt in Weiss's eyes. "My father is the cause of all of it. I know none of you believe that, but it's true."
Hearing this cased the Maximals to look at each other in confusion. "Then tell us Weiss." Ruby told her not as an order, but as a suggestion.
Weiss took a second to collect herself before she started. "My father, Jacques, fooled my mother and grandfather into believing he was a good person and someone who cared for others. But after they got married he started to drop the act until he had control over the company, by then there was no way to get rid of him. All he cares about in power and lien, and he doesn't care who he hurts to get it."
Hearing this no body said anything as they absorbed everything they just heard. Each of them had different thoughts on it, but no one said anything, until Tigatron spoke up.
"But surely he cares for his family?" He asked Weiss hoping he was right. But the look he got told him otherwise.
"When I was 10, my father admitted to my mother the only reason he married her was for the family name." Weiss told him, as many of them felt terrible for her and even more so after what she added. "It actually was on my birthday when he did that."
"Then what do you suggest?" Asked Rhinox wondering what her plan was.
"We contact my mother." Started Weiss as she laid out her plan for her mother. "We explain everything to her. Then we offer her the secrets on how to use energon, but we only give it to her. With that knowledge she could retake the family business and get rid of my father. If everything works out ok, we gain a powerful ally in the Beast wars."
Hearing this the others did agree that if it did work they would gain a great ally.
"But what will happen when the White Fang finds out about it?" Asked Dinobot, because for the White Fang the only good Schnee is a dead Schnee.
"They'll explode most likely." Answered Blake as she kept as vague as possible. "They'll attack us over and over until either we die, or until they need time to refuel and arm."
"Or we use it to our advantage." Said Ruby as everyone saw her eye glowing, meaning she was using the Matrix. "The white Fang fight for Faunus rights, what if we give them access to energon first after proving it is safe? If they see that the Schnee's are changing for the better the White fang will lose support. Thus, making the world a better place."
Hearing this the others did agree, but Blake brought up something good.
"That's only if they agree to that." She pointed out as Optimus spoke up.
"We can discuss this all day, but I feel we won't get anywhere until we talk to her in person." Optimus told the others as they nodded yes. "Weiss you told us your reasons for your mother, but what about for sister?"
"My sister is specialist part of the Atlas military." Started Weiss. "If we can convince her to join or at least help us, we would gain an inside man into one of the most powerful milarites on Remnant and another tactical mind."
"But what is stopping her from reporting about the Beast wars to her superiors?" Asked Dinobot as he was unsure about this course of action.
"He's got a point there. If we tell her everything, what's stopping Atlas from marching to our door step?" Said Rattrap as he agreed with Dinobot.
"I know my sister. I we tell her the significance of all this she will help us." Defended Weiss.
"Well blood is thick then water." Said Yang as she agreed with Weiss. "Family does listen to family."
Hearing this some of them agreed, while others didn't after their heard about Wiess's father.
"I think it's time we voted." Suggested Ruby as Optimus agreed.
"Is there anything any one else wants to add?" Optimus added as no one stepped up, so he said something.
"Well then I'm just going to say this then. I want to go home as much as the rest of you, but with the probe gone, I don't see rescue as something that's possible now. As much as I hate to say it we're stuck here. We need to focus on long term survival now and if gaining help from Weiss's family is what we need to do then so be it. What ever we decided on here, I will go alone with it."
"So how are we voting mates?" Asked Boomer wondering how they will do it.
"The Maximal way." Optimus told him. "With a secret ballad."
Soon Everyone voted as Optimus looked over the results of the vote. "The results are 8 to 3 in favor." Optimus told everyone.
Hearing this the others could see that Blake, Dinobot and Rattrap weren't happy with the vote.
Optimus then turned to Weiss. "You know your family better then us, so this is your show. You lead, we'll follow."
Weiss nodded as she already had a plan as she had a couple of calls to make.

Atlas, Schnee Estate
It was the next day at the Schnee estate as Willow Schnee sat in her family's library. Willow was wearing a blue vest that was unbuttoned over a white shirt that had nothing covering the shoulders. On the top of the shirt there was a red gem near the neck. She also wore a blue skirt and blue heels. She had white hair and had it tied in a bun. But the thing that stood out the most was the look on her face. He eyes had lost the fight in them and she looked much older then what she was. (I have no idea how old she is but from the picture of her I saw she looks much older then she is.)
Willow looked at a nearby wine bottle and wanted to drink it, but Weiss called her the other day saying she had ground breaking news and needed her sober for it.
As Willow thought about it as the door to the library opened and Winter walked in.
"Hello mother. How are you today?" Greeted Winter as she closed the door behind her.
"Hello Winter. What bring you here today?" Willow asked her as Winter looked confused.
"Weiss said you needed to speak to me today." Winter told her as Willow looked confused as well.
"But she told me she had ground breaking news to tell me." Said Willow as both of them were wondering what was going on.
Then Willow scroll went off and she saw it was Weiss. "Weiss what is going on here. You're telling me and your sister different things and I want to know why?" Said Willow getting to the point.
"Mother where are father and Whitely?" Asked Weiss ignoring her mother's question.
"What does that have to with anything?" Willow asked her wondering what that had to do with anything.
"Please mother this has to do with the news I wanted to tell you." Was all Weiss said to her.
Willow now curious as to what was going on answered her. "No, they're both out. They won't be home till later this evening."
"Good then we'll be right over." Weiss told her as she hung up. Confused Willow looked at Winter, but before she could say anything a ground bridge opened up before them.
Winter got ready for anything as Willow took a step back in fear. Then Weiss stepped through the portal. Seeing this both women relax a bit as then Optimus stepped through in beast mode as the bridge closed.
"Weiss get behind me." Ordered Winter as she was ready to attack Optimus thinking he was an ape.
"Winter everything is ok." Weiss told her as she wasn't convinced.
"I promise I won't hurt any of you." Said Optimus as Winter backed away in shock and Willow fainted.
"Mother!" Both Weiss and Winter said at the same time as they checked on their mother.
"Oops." Was all Optimus could say about what happened.
Later after Willow woke up and everyone calmed downed, Weiss started to talk.
"Mother, sister I would like to introduce you to Optimus Primal." Said Weiss as she gestured to Optimus who was sitting on one of the chairs.
"Hello." Said Willow unsure how to respond to this.
Luckily for her Winter did. "Weiss what is he?" She asked her younger sister.
"I think it would be easier to show you." Optimus told her as he got up. "Optimus Primal Maximize!" Said Optimus as she transformed.
Winter was speechless as Willow felt like fainting again at the sight.
"As Weiss has already told you my name is Optimus Primal, and I come from the planet Cybertron." Optimus told them as both women felt overwhelmed at hearing this.
After a few minutes to take it in Winter spoke. "Weiss. Explain, now!" She told her sister.
Weiss nodded as both of them explained everything.

Remnant's Solar system
Like what happened when the Axalon and Darksyde entered this solar system, space rippled as a ship came out of trans-warp.
"Report." Said the lead bot as he flew the ship deeper into the system.
"Scanner aren't picking up anything." One of the other bots said. "Wait I'm picking up something near the third planet from the sun."
"What is it?" The other bot asked.
"It looks like… debris." The bot scanning answered.
"Anything else?" the lead bot asked as he flew the ship in the direction of the planet.
"It looks like..." The bot said as he then gasped in shock.
"What is it?" The other bot asked him in suspense.
"It's from the Axalon." He told the others in joy. "Optimus and his crew were here!"
Hearing this brought great joy to everyone in the ship.
The lead bot then opened the communications. "Axalon this is Cybertron ship alpha. Come in." The lead bot said as all he got was static.
"They can't hear us from here." The boat scanning said as he then explained. "Scan show high level on energon on this world. That might explain why they couldn't contact the probe."
"Should we contact Cybertron and let them know?" The other bot suggested.
"No." The lead bot told him. "We have nothing right now other then debris around this planet. We'll head down and try to make contact and go from there. Any objections?"
When he heard none he then flew the ship towards Remnant and entered the atmosphere.
"Report." The lead bot said to the bot on the scanner.
"I have stasis pods in orbit, what looks like two cyberterion ships, and more energon then I know what to do with." He told the lead bot.
The lead bot nodded as he was going to try to make contact again when the bot on the scanners spoke up. "Boggy incoming from 3 o'clock!" He warned the others.
They all looked in the direction as they saw the weirdest creature they have ever seen. It had the body of a lion, the tail of a snake and the wings of a bird. But what really stood out was it was all black with bone like armour coming out of its body. This creature is called a Sphinx.
"What is that!?" The third bot yelled out in shock and fear.
"I don't know, but it's coming this way." The lead bot said as he flew the ship away, but the creature followed them.
"It's still following us?" The third bot yelled as the creature was almost on top of them.
The lead bot then cut the engines and they fell giving them some space as he then flew upwards.
"What are you doing?" The bot on the scanner asked him.
"If I can make it into space that thing most likely won't follow us." The lead bot told him as they flew upwards.
But then the felt something hit the ship. Looking backwards on a monitor they saw the creature was digging into the left wing. Before they could do anything, the creature tore the wing off, causing the ship to lose control as it spiraled down to the planet below.
The lead bot tried to regain control, but the creature was still on the ship going for the other wing. Seeing what was happening the lead bot made a decision.
"Abandon ship." He told the others shocking them. "Once were clear we'll blow the ship up and take this creature with it."
"But if we do that..." The bot on the scanner trailed off as they all knew what he meant. They left Cybertron without informing anyone. So, if they lose the ship they'll be trapped on this world without a means of escape.
"I know." The lead bot said as he set the self-destruct system. "But the ship is done for either way. At least this way we can deal with this creature, so it can't come after us while we're on foot."
The two didn't like it but they agreed with him. Once they set the ships auto destruct they made their way to the escape pods, that looked a lot like stasis pod. Once the lead bot saw his friends were safe he activated his pod's emergency beacon, as he hoped Optimus would find them. He then got in his pod as they three of them ejected form their ship as it then exploded. The explosion caught the creature killing it as the three flew downwards to the planet below.

Vacou, Darksyde, A few minutes earlier
At the Darksyde Megatron and Adam were looking at a map of the Axalon as they planned their next assault.
"I say we use bullheads and attack them from below." Suggested Adam as he pointed on the map.
Megatron thought about it as he rubbed his chin. "No." He told him as he explained why. "If we do that all they need to do is hit an engine and we loss that ship."
"I didn't think of that." Admitted Adam as he never thought of that.
But before either could go any father the comm's went off. "Adam, Megatron we're picking up a weird signal coming from Vale." A White fang member told them as both leaders looked at each other before they left for the command area.
Once there they saw Roman and Tarantulas looking at the signal.
"Repot." Said Megatron wondering what was going on.
Tarantulas pressed a few buttons and then answered Megatron. "It's a Maximal distress beacon." Hearing this made everybody in the room wonder why the Maximals would do that.
"So, what's our play?" Roman asked Megatron as everyone looked at him as he was deep in though.
Megatron was deep in thought as he wondered about the distress call. 'Why would the Maximals use a distress call now? Is it a trap? Or did something happen to one of them? Or… no it couldn't be!' Thought Megatron as his eyes widened at the thought.
"Roman gather as many men as you can and attack the maximal base! Keep them there as long as you can." Megatron ordered as he turned to Adam. "Adam you, Tarantulas, Scorponok and I shall head to the location of the signal."
Hearing this Everyone wondered what he was thinking. "Um, Megatron." Started Roman as Megatron gave him one of his 'hurry up' looks. "What's going on?" He asked as the others agreed.
Megatron wanted to groan at having to explain things once more but stopped as he need them.
"That signal may be from new Maximals that followed the probes path." Megatron told them as they then understood their situation. "That is why we must intercept this signal and find out the truth."
Hearing this everyone had different thoughts, but then Roman said something.
"If they are more Maximals why did they send out a distress beacon? I mean it's not like they are being attack by grimm. They avoid your kind like the plague." He told the others as they saw where they he was coming from.
"Regardless of the reason you all have your orders." Megatron told them as he too wondered what cause the signal. "Move out!"
Roman sighed as he got a cigar ready. "Come on Perry lets get the men." He said to a nearby White Fang member.
"For the last time Roman, Perry is my cousin, I'm Red." Red told Roman who was already out of the room. Seeing this Red followed him grumbling all the way.
Megatron shook his head at the sight but said nothing. He knew where Roman was coming from since a lot of the White Fang looked the same to him and the other Predacons with those uniforms and masks.
"Contact Scorponok and have him meet us at the ground bridge." Megatron told a nearby White Fang who nodded and made the call, as he then addressed Adam and Tarantulas. "And who ever came here, lets give them a warm welcome. Yeeessss." He told them as the two nodded as they left for the bridge.

Meanwhile at the Axalon Yang was on comm duty, but at the moment she was playing Rattrap's poker game.
"Oh, come on!" Yang yelled as she lost another hand to the computer.
"Yang what are you doing?" Asked Rhinox as he entered the room after hearing her yell.
"Just playing a game to pass the time." Yang told her as she got another hand ready.
Rhinox shook his head at the sight as he then noticed something. "Yang what's that?" He asked her as he noticed a weird pattern on the screen.
Yang looked at it and frowned. "That wasn't there a second ago." She told him as she got out of the seat for Rhinox as he sat down.
He pressed a few buttons as he got a fix on the signal. "I don't believe it." Rhinox said to himself in shock and surprise.
"What is it Rhinox?" Yang asked him wondering what it was.
"It's a Maximal distress beacon." He told her as Yang was also shocked to hear this.
Rhinox then activated the comm's and went to contact Optimus.
"Optimus come in." Said Rhinox as he awaited a reply.

Atlas, Schnee Estate, A few minutes earlier
"So let me see if I understand this." Said Winter as Optimus had just finished his story.
"You come from another world called Cybertron. You and your crew signed up to be explorers, but when a sacred artifact of your people was stolen you went after the thieves. Both your ships crash on our world and now you're in the middle of these 'Beast Wars'. You have gains allies in my sister and her team, while these Predacons are allies with the White Fang. Now you wish to form an alliance with our family's company since your only chance to go home is gone. Did I miss anything."
"No that everything." Said Optimus as neither woman said anything.
"Then if what you said is true." Started Willow as she looked uneasy. "Then what is stopping the White fang from coming here to kill us all?" She asked Optimus in fear.
"I believe at the moment Megatron." Optimus told her as Willow looked confused as Optimus explained. "Right now we're Megatron's greatest threat. So he'll keep his focus on us. But if we fall who knows what they will do next."
"Then I must inform my superiors about this." Winter told them as she was doing what Dinobot warned them about.
"And tell them what?" Asked Weiss.
"Everything you just told me." Answered winter.
"With what proof?" Weiss countered her. "Because without proof they will most likely think your crazy."
Hearing this Winter was quiet as her sister was right.
"Listen I know you want to end the Beast Wars, I do too. But if we can't attack them right now." Optimus told Winter.
"Why not?" Asked Winter confused. "If we can convince General Ironwood about this the Atlas Military can finish the war."
"We can't for a few reasons. Frist like you said we have to convince your general about the Beast Wars. Second if he does agree we would then have to explain everything to the Atlas and Vacou councils or else they might see it as an act of war. And lastly who knows how long the battle will last and if all the Predacons will even be there. I will not throw away innocent lives if it can be avoided." Optimus told her as Winter understood where he was coming from now.
Weiss looked at her mother as Optimus and Winter talked.
"Are you ok mother?" Weiss asked her as she knew this was a lot to take in.
"Yes." Willow told her. "I understand why you would go to your sister, but why me?" She asked her daughter.
"Because I got permission to share with you how to use energon or as we call it worthless dust." Weiss told her as Winter listened in on their conversation.
"But what good is worthless dust we'd never been able to get it to work." Willow told her as she failed to see her reasoning.
"Energon is one of the powerful, cleanness sources of power in the universe." Weiss told her mother as Willow eyes widened at hearing this as Weiss continued. "Energon is the life blood for the Transformers literally. Not only does it keep them alive, but it powers their ships and system, their weapons, nearly everything in their society uses Energon."
"How much more powerful is it then Dust?" Willow asked her as Weiss looked at Optimus to tell her.
"By almost a factor of five." Optimus told her as both elder Schnee's eyes widen at hearing that as Optimus added something else. "And we found out that grimm go out of their way to avoid energon, since its more powerful then dust."
"Amazing." Was all Winter could say. If this was true, then energon could change the whole world.
Weiss the held her mother's hand in hers. "Mother with this you can get control of the company again." Weiss told her as Willow's eye widened at this.
"I could." Willow said to herself in shock.
"Yes." Weiss told her. "With energon we can change the world for the better, we can even get the White fang to leave our family alone."
Hearing this Winter spoke up. "What do you mean?" She asked Weiss as they have lost a lot to that group already.
"Once we prove that energon is safe we give it the people of Menagerie. If we show them that we can change then they may stop seeing us as the enemies." Weiss told her as both Schnee's eyes widen at the thought.
But before they could talk more about it Optimus's comm went off.
"Optimus come in." Said Rhinox.
Hearing this Optimus replied wondering what was going on. "I'm here Rhinox. What's going on?"
"We just picked up a Maximal distress beacon in Vale." Rhinox told him as Optimus wondered what was going on.
"Who is it?" He asked trying to figure out who it was.
"I don't know. Everyone is aboard the Axalon. Meaning that it's…" Rhinox trailed off as Optimus's eyes widened.
"Someone from Cybertron." Finished Optimus as he then heard explosions over the channel.
"Rhinox what's wrong?!" Optimus asked him in panic as the others watched on.
"We're under attack. It looks mostly like White Fang members with a couple Predacons." Rhinox told Optimus as they both knew that Megatron was after the new arrivals.
Optimus stood there for a minute thinking about everything. "Rhinox open a ground bridge at my location to where the signal is coming from. I want the rest of you defending the base. Once it's safe send back-up as fast as you can." Optimus told Rhinox.
"Are you sure you and Weiss will be enough?" Rhinox asked him as he was unsure about this move.
"It won't just be them." Said Winter shocking everyone. "I'm going too."
Hearing this Weiss eyes went wide. "Winter are you sure?" She asked her sister.
"Yes." Winter told her sister as she then turned to Optimus. "If we are to be allies, I need to see this Beast wars for myself."
Optimus looked at her and saw in her eyes she meant every word. "Ok, but know this, once we arrive I can't grantee your safety."
Hearing this didn't change Winters mind. "I understand." She told Optimus.
"Winter, Weiss." Said Willow to herself as she watched her two daughters get ready to fight. To be honest it made her think about her father and how he would lead others on expectations to find new dust mines.
"Optimus." Said Willow gaining his attention as the ground bridge appeared. "When you get back I wish to go over your terms for giving us the ability to use energon."
Hearing this Optimus nodded as Weiss smiled as the three of them walked through the ground bridge. Once they were gone Willow sat down and thought about everything she had just learnt today, as she thought about how it will change everything.

Vale, Distress Signal Location
Meanwhile with the three escape pods they all emitted a scanning beam as they searched for beast modes. The beams hit a falcon, a nearby wolf and an alligator Faunus who was freaked out by the beam and ran away as fast as he could.
With the beast modes scanned the three pods got to work on creating the new modes for their occupants.
Elsewhere Optimus and his team walked through the bridge as Winter was amazed by it.
"Amazing." Winter said out loud. "With this we can send people any where on the world."
Hearing this Weiss spoke up. "Winter as much as I hate to say it, this is something we have to figure out our selves."
"She's right." Added Optimus. "If we give you too much it will greatly affect your species growth and you may come depended on us."
Winter nodded as she understood.
They then started to walk closer to the signal as they kept an eye out for grimm and Predacons. As they entered a flat patch of land with a ledge to their right, they could see the escape pods on the far side of the field.
"There they are." Said Optimus as he and the others were about to start running over to them only to hear a stomping noise.
"What's that?" Asked Winter as she brought out her sword that was an upper-class duelling saber that had a slightly curved blade with a single edge. Her sword had a wide crescent shape guard that envelops her right hand. And if one looked close enough they would see a trigger between the guard and the hilt.
"Trouble." Replied Optimus as Megatron in beast mode appeared on the top of the ledge.
"Oh, how right you are Optimus. Yeeessss." Said Megatron as he saw Winter. "Awe, it would seem your increasing your ranks." He added as Adam, Tarantulas and Scorponok with both bots in beast mode, appeared beside him.
"Another Schnee!" Growled out Adam as he was glaring at Winter.
Hearing this Megatron grinned. "Aw, if she is a Schnee that would mean, you are trying to form an alliance with the Schnee dust company, aren't you?" Said Megatron as he eyed Optimus as Adam looked like he was going to jump down and try to kill the girls.
Optimus didn't say anything as he didn't want to give him more power to keep the white Fang with him.
"Weiss." Said Winter lightly so the others couldn't heat her. "It that T-rex Megatron?" She asked her as Weiss nodded to confirm.
Winter then stabbed the ground in front of her and activated his semblance creating dozens of small Nevermore's. She then directed them at Megatron shocking him as they crashed against his skin shattering on contact as Megatron fell over in pain.
"Winter!" Yelled Optimus in surprise and worry as there was no telling what could happen now.
Megatron then got up, though a little wobbly. "A well thought out sneak attack. I must say if I were organic it would have taken me out, but nnnooo, you underestimated me and now you will pay for it. Megatron Terrorize!" Said Megatron as he and his men transformed.
Megatron then looked at Adam. "Take your pick." Was all he told him as Adam rushed at Winter.
Winter was able to block his first strike but was pushed back a bit as they parted and started to trade blows, only for the other to block them.
Weiss saw this and was going to help her, but Scorponok fired a missile at her forcing her to duck as Weiss returned fire with her gun.
Megatron then jumped down and started to charge at Optimus who brought out his katana's and got ready for him. Megatron then swung his tail arm at him only for Optimus to block it. But Megatron this sucker punched him in the gut. Optimus then upper cut him with his free hand as the two backed away from each other.
"Leave the pods alone Megatron." Optimus warned Megatron.
"So you can call for help and I get sent to jail or worse. Nnnooo. You will never meet who ever is in there." Megatron told him as he got ready to strike.
"I won't let you." Optimus told him with steel in his voice.
"Oh, but you already have." Said Megatron confusing Optimus as he didn't understand until he realized that Tarantulas wasn't with them.
Her then looked at the pods and saw the spider walking towards them.
"NO!" Yelled Optimus as he got ready to rush over to them. But then Megatron caught him as his t-rex hand crushed him from his side.
Optimus then looked at the others as he saw Winter was busy holding off Adam while Weiss was pinned down by Scorponok's missiles. Seeing that neither one of them could get to the pods, Optimus looked over in fear as Tarantulas was about to touch the first pod.
Luckily for them the pods then opened up revealing an eagle, grey wolf and an alligator coming out of them. Seeing the new arrivals everyone stopped what they were doing an looked at them for a bit before they resumed their fights.
The eagle then looked at Optimus with wide eye. "Optimus!?" The eagle said in shock.
Hearing his voice Optimus's eyes went wide. "It can't be." He said in disbelief.
"Looks like you could use a hand buddy." The wolf said with a smirk.
"Then let us help him." The alligator said.
"Right. Skyshooter Maximize!" Said the eagle now named Skyshooter. As his eagle head turned into his chest plate, and his wings folded behind his back making them look smaller. His lower arms, legs and shoulders were brown while the rest of his body was black. The top of his head was brown and on each side looked like a small wing and he had a beak shape vizor. His face was silver, and his eyes were red.
"Bladegator Maximize!" Said the alligator now named Bladegator. As he transformed, he had the same body type as Rhinox as the top of his alligator head was on his chest. His lower legs and arms had his alligator scales, while his thighs and shoulders where brown. His head was the same as Rhinox's but was all brown and he had green calm eyes.
"Alright Speedclaw Maximize!" Said the wolf now named Speedclaw. His robot form looked a lot like Cheetor's and Tigatron's as he was in between them in height. His body was like Cheetor's just replacing the yellow with grey and the blue with yellow. His head was the same as the two as his eyes were the same color as Cheetor's.
Skyshooter then looked to the side and saw Tarantulas there as he tried to back away. Skyshooter then brought out his dual guns with blades on the front of each gun (Think duel guns from. Hack gu).
Tarantulas saw this and started to back away faster, only for Skyshooter to shoot dozens of bullets from his guns at him. Tarantulas took some steps form the shoots as he then fell to the ground as he had an energon surge.
Seeing that Tarantulas was down Skyshooter turned to the other. "Let's wrap this up." He told the others.
"But what about them?" Asked Bladegator as he pointed at Winter and Adam fighting.
Skyshooter looked at Winter and then Weiss. "The two females look like they're related. Help her, but if she turns on you take her out." Skyshooter told him as the three separated.
Weiss snarled as she couldn't move at the moment as Scorponok knew this and laughed at her.
"What's so funny?" Asked Speedclaw as he appeared behind Scorponok, shocking him.
"What the?!" Scorponok cried out in shock as he turned to face the new bot. "Who are you?"
"The names Speedclaw, fastest bot you'll ever see." Bragged Speedclaw as Scorponok just fired a missile at him, only for Speedclaw to dodge.
"So, you going to attack me or what?" Mocked Speedclaw once more as Scorponok shook in anger.
"Why you." Said Scorponok as he got both arms ready to fire.
"Hey, aren't you forgetting something?" Speedclaw asked him confusing Scorponok.
"I think he is." Said Weiss from behind Scorponok as she then froze his launchers.
"What the?!" Cried out Scorponok as he looked at his hands in surprise.
Speedclaw then brought out dual claws, on for each arm, and raced to Scorponok. Once near him he jumped and spinned right in front of him. The claws hit him over and over leaving multiple claw marks all him. Once done Speedclaw then round house kicked him off the ledge.
Both looked over and saw a groaning Scorponok. Seeing he was done Weiss turned to Speedclaw.
"Thank you for your help." Said Weiss as she looked at the new bot.
"No problem." Speedclaw told her. "A friend of Optimus is a friend of ours."
Hearing this Weiss wondered how he knew Optimus. But for now, there were bigger things to worry about.
Back over with Winter, she was in a stalemate with Adam as both of them had their blade locked together as Adam snarled at her.
"Just die already." He told her with venom in his words.
"But why must she die?" Asked Bladegator as he walked over to them with a sword in his hands, that looked like his alligator tail.
Seeing the new bot both Adam and Winter jumped back from each other as they both kept an eye on each other and Bladegator.
"You haven't answered my question." Said Bladegator as he stopped near them.
Adam looked at him and then answered. "Her family is reasonable for many of my kind deaths. They must pay." He told him awaiting his response.
Bladegator looked at him and sighed. "You remind me of a younger me. So much anger and hate. I was lucky that there were people there for me when I needed them or else, I might have turned out like you."
Hearing this Adam growled at him and he lunged for him, only for Bladegator to block his attack and parry him away.
"This is your only chance, leave or face the both of us." Bladegator told him and he stood beside Winter, as both of them were ready for him.
Seeing this Adam then turned around and ran, knowing that this was a fight he could not win, for now.
Seeing that he threat was gone Bladegator turned to Winter. "Are you alright?" He asked her.
Winter looked at him before answering. "Yes." Was all she said unsure about him.
Bladegator nodded at her. "Then let us rejoin the others." He told her as he started to head over to the others fights. Meanwhile Winter waited a few seconds before joining him.
At the same time Megatron couldn't believe his luck as these new Maximals were making short work of his forces.
"What's wrong Megatron?" Started Optimus as Megatron glared at him. "You worried?"
Hearing this Megatron was about to squeeze Optimus, but then out of no where Skyshooter came flying in firing at Megatron. Megatron had no choice but to let go of Optimus as he got out of the line of fire.
With Megatron letting go of Optimus he dropped to the ground and as Optimus was getting up he saw Skyshooter holding his hand out to him. A hand Optimus told without a second thought.
"We leave you alone for awhile and this happens to you." Joked Skyshooter as the two looked at Megatron.
"Well, he not your typical Predacon." Retorted Optimus as both of them aimed their weapons at Megatron.
Megatron glared at them as he stood and faced them. "It doesn't matter how many more Maximals or allies you gain Optimus. I am one of the strongest Predacons. I will not fall to the likes of you."
"Then what about yourself?" Asked Weiss as she and the others regrouped with Optimus. Weiss then did a summoning glyph as an ice version of Megatron appeared before the original.
"What!?" Cried out Megatron in surprise and shock as the others were taken back by this as well, expect Winter who had a look of joy on her face.
The ice Megatron then rushed the real one as it raised it's tail arm and slashed the real one across his chest forcing him back. Megatron glared at the fake before him and he fired a beam from his t-rex head. The Ice Megatron dodged and used his t-rex head and punched Megatron in the gut, but then Megatron grabbed the head with his tail arm holding the ice Megatron in place. Megatron then fired his beam form his t-rex head and shattered the ice Megatron.
Megatron then glared at Weiss as he aimed at her, only to hear the clicking of guns. He then looked around and saw everyone aiming at him.
Megatron glared at them as he knew they lost today. "You my have gained more allies today Optimus. Yeeessss. But know that today friends may cause you problems down the road." Megatron told them as he looked at the Schnee girls when he said the last bit.
Megatron then fired at the ground causing dust and rocks to fly into the air. Once it was clear they saw he was gone and looking around they saw the other Predacons and Adam were gone as well.
Seeing that they were in the clear everyone relaxed as Optimus turned to the new arrivals.
"What are you guy's doing here?" Optimus asked them as he was thrilled to see them, but also wondered why they where here.
"Looking for you what else." Replied Speedclaw like it was obvious.
"What Speedclaw means is after the probes failed to find you, we came looking for you." Skyshooter told Optimus.
"Then does that mean they know where we are?" Optimus asked them with hope in his voice.
The three looked at each other and before they could say anything a ground bridge opened up near them causing them to be on alert. But luckily for them it was Dinobot, Cheetor, Boomer, Ruby and Yang coming through.
"Here comes the cavalry!" Yelled Yang as she then saw there was no Predacons or White Fang there. "Oh, come on." She said as she wanted a good fight.
"Everything good at the base?" Optimus asked them.
"For some reason the White Fang just stopped and retreated." Explained Ruby. "Once we thought it was safe we sent a team here in case they were coming here, while leaving the others to guard the base."
"A wise move." Agreed Skyshooter.
"Um who are these guys Optimus?" Asked Boomer looking at them.
"Perhaps it's best we head back to base and continue this." Suggested Dinobot. "We are vulnerable out here in the open like this."
"Agreed." Said Optimus as he called for a bridge back to base.

Vale, Patch, Axalon
About an hour later after everyone returned to the Axalon and Willow was invited over, everyone was then brought up to speed.
"I see." Started Skyshooter as he thought about everything he was told. "This world holds many secrets."
"Yes, for everyone one we figure out two more pop up." Agreed Optimus.
"Optimus." Said Willow gaining everyone's attention. "Once you left with my daughter's I have been thinking about what we talked about. And I have come to a decision."
"And that is?" Asked Optimus wondering what her choice was.
"If you help me regain control of my family's company, the Schnee dust company will be allies for the Maximals as long as you need us." Willow told her as Weiss was smiling so much it looked like it was hurting her.
"Thank you." Said Optimus as he turned to Weiss. "Weiss from now on you're in charge of our alliance with the Schnee dust company. That mean you are reasonable for our trade agreement, communications, everything."
"I won't let you down." Weiss told him as she was thrilled her plan worked out.
Winter then stepped forward. "Optimus after seeing the Predacons in action for myself, I have come to the conclusion that they must be dealt with. But you were right about getting others to believe me. So I wish to join you, but part-time. My reasonability's in Atlas take a lot of my time and I can't leave them when I want."
"I understand. And I respect your wishes. Tigatron here enjoys spending his time in Atlas himself." Optimus told her as he held out a Maximal badge for her. "We will leave you on your own, but if we do need you, we will call. And remember you can call on us for help as well."
"Just don't call us to fight your wars or lead us in a trap." Added Rattrap causing those around him to tell him to 'shut up'.
"Optimus about your earlier question about rescue." Started Skyshooter only for Optimus to cut him off.
"It's not coming is it." Said Optimus as he already figured it out since they hadn't said anything since he brought it up.
"No." SkyShooter told him as he explained. "You see when we left Cybertron we did so without orders, so no one knows where we went."
"I see." Said Optimus as the other Maximals expect Dinobot lowered their heads.
"Hey don't worry. With the four of use together we'll end the Beast wars in no time at all." Speedclaw told them as Optimus laughed.
"Maybe not that fast Speedclaw, but we have done some amazing things together." Agreed Bladegator.
Optimus looked at Weiss. "Weiss could you please give your family a quick tour of the Axalon."
"Ok Optimus." Said Weiss as the Schnee's left the room.
Optimus then looked at Ruby. "Guys this is Ruby. She was the first person we meet here and has been a great help ever since. She's in charge of all humans that have joined us and my unofficial second in command."
"She is?" Said Skyshooter with a raised eye looking her over.
"There's more to her then meets the eye Skyshooter." Optimus told her. "But for know Cheetor show Bladegator and Speedclaw around. Skyshooter please join me and Ruby in my office. I would like to go over everything in detail with the two of you."
"I would appreciate it." Skyshooter said as he like to know as many variables as possible.
Ruby then walked over to him and held out her hand. "I look forward to working with you." She told him.
Skyshooter looked at her hand and took it and shook it. "It will be interesting." He told her as he wondered how she was Optimus's second in command.
"The rest of you dismissed." Optimus told the others as they went about their business.

Vacou, Darksyde
Meanwhile at the Darksyde Megatron was siting in his command chair fuming and worried at these new arrivals could change everything. The only other person in the room was Roman as no one wanted to be around Megatron when he was in this type of mood.
"Megatron your worrying too much." Roman told him as Megatron turned to him.
"How so?" He asked him as was ready to smack him with his t-rex head.
"If these guys were in contact with your home world wouldn't we have heard something by now? And add in the fact you found them in pods means they have no ship." Explained Roman as he was used to theses types of situations.
Megatron thought about it and he was right. "Your right Roman, but we must not lower our guard. As we must find what's felt of their ship."
"And what?" Asked Roman adding his two cents. "Put the two ships together or something?"
Hearing that Megatron was about to whack him, but then stopped as he got an idea. "You might be onto something there Roman. Yeeesss."
He then turned on his comms. "Tarantulas and Adam to the command area. I have a plan I wish to discuss with you." He told them as he smiled at what he was thinking.
Meanwhile Roman lit a cigar wondering what he had in mind this time and if he could use it against him in the future.
Frist off I want to thank Lance Eterna for Skyshooter, Bladegator and Speedclaw.
Now I know there are those out there who are thinking why are the Maximals getting so many new recruits while the Predacons aren't. I won't give things away but when I enter season two things while change tipping the power scale.
Next, I know there are those who are questioning why I brought in Winter and Willow Schnee. Frist off I like Winter's character and wished Rooster Teeth had more of her in the show. For Willow after learning about the Schnee history and how much I dislike Jacques after seeing him in season 4, I want her to regain her family's legacy and to give Jacques the boot. But don't worry Willow will not be a recurring character as she will be busy gaining her company back.
Finally, I know people are wondering how Weiss made an ice Megatron. Well from my understanding of the Schnee semblance, they can make ice copies of those they defeated in the past. And in the last chapter I had Weiss throw Megatron away and in my opinion defeating him, hence how she can make an ice copy of him. I know there are some who disagree and feel free to PM me about it and we can talk about it.
