Chapter 28

Black and White

Vale

It was a beautiful Friday in Vale as both teams RWBY and CFVY, minus their leaders, were enjoying the day. Ruby and Coco were out shopping for some new clothes for Ruby since her wardrobe didn't fit her anymore. But that wasn't the only thing that has happened to them. Fox operation was a success, and now he can see the world. His new eyes were simple just like a normal human eye, but if he used a command on his scroll or thought hard enough, he can turn them on and off.

The first thing Fox saw with his new eyes was his team. Seeing them for the first time brought tears to his eyes. And since then, he wanted to take in the sights. And with permission to use the ground bridge, Fox saw everything from his home of Vacuo to the forests of Mistral to the tundra of Atlas.

Currently they were at the dock because Fox wanted to see the ocean, but Weiss had another idea.

"Whoa!" Said Fox as he looked out at the water and the nearby ships.

Velvet and Yatsuhashi smiled at him as this was the greatest gift Fox has ever gotten.

Fox then turned to Weiss with a smile. "Thank you for this suggestion." He told her as this surprised Yang.

"Wait this was Weiss's idea?" She asked Fox confused.

"Yeah, when I said I wanted to see the ocean, she suggested here." Fox told her as Yang turned to Wiess.

"This has nothing to do with some teams from Mistral arriving today for the Vytal festival does it?" Yang asked her as Weiss looked away.

"Well, it doesn't hurt to make sure that Megatron isn't trying to sneak anyone into Vale this way." Weiss defended herself as that was true.

"Are you sure it's not to see what we're up against in the tournament?" Asked Blake with a knowing smile.

Hearing that Weiss sighed as the others laughed.

"But she isn't wrong." Said Yatsuhashi. "Knowing our enemies will give us an edge in battle."

They then heard some yelling from one of the boats. Looking over they saw a young man with a tan wearing a white jacket with nothing under it exposing his chest. He also had on blue cargo shorts held up by a white belt with a chain on his right side. He had short spiky light-blond hair and blue eyes. On his wrists he wore red bracers and black fingerless gloves. On his feet he wore black and yellow sneakers. And around his neck he had a gold pendant. On his back was a duffel bag. But what stood out the most was a yellow tail coming out of his backside showing he was a Faunus.

"Stop that Faunus! He stole something from a passenger!" Yelled a man aboard the ship.

"I didn't." Said the Faunus as he jumped off the ship. "I let you search me and my stuff twice and found nothing!"

"Then why are you running?" Asked another man.

"I'm not running." Said the Faunus as he jumped onto a lamp post. "This is my stop and I'm getting off."

Then someone threw a rock at him, but he was able to move to avoid it.

"Hey, get down from there this instance!" Said the man as he looked like a cop.

The Faunus looked at where the rock landed and where the man was. "Why so you can throw more rocks at me?" The Faunus asked as the jumped away from them and ran up a ramp.

He then ran pass the group as he winked at Blake and Velvet as he ran off.

Seeing this the group wasn't sure what to do. On one hand he apparently broke the law and was on the run, but if he was White Fang why would he act like that. And on the other hand, even if they went after him, they had no power to hold him.

"Quickly after him!" Yelled a man from the boat.

"That won't be necessary." Said another man as he was the captain of the boat.

"But why captain?" Asked the man as he looked worried.

"Because we have the real thief. He was bragging how he stole something and someone else took the fall." The captain told him as he frowned at the man. "And you told me you investigated everyone."

The man then started to make excuses as the Captain spoke up. "Your fired" He told them as the group walked off.

Velvet sighed at the scene. "That happens way too much." She said to herself as was common for her.

But they didn't make it far as they saw a crime scene. Looking at it, it was a dust store broken into. They then knew what happened, Roman Torchwick robbed the store. Seeing it made Weiss furious as she clenched her fists together.

At the same time Ruby and Coco were leaving a clothing store with bags in their hands. Coco had her normal outfit on while Ruby wore a red shirt with a blue jacket over it and blue jeans.

"Thanks Coco." Said Ruby as she had a new wardrobe and combat outfit thanks to her.

"Don't mention it." Said Coco as she had fun doing this.

As the two walked they weren't paying attention to where they were going and bumped into someone, as they all fell to the ground. On the ground Ruby looked at who they hit.

She looked no older than them as she had short curly orange hair that went to her chin with a cowlick on top and had a pink bow on the back of her head. She had bright green eyes and light skin and some freckles on her face. She wore a off white blouse with a frill detail trim and frill flared cuffs that cover her hands. Over her blouse she wore a short gray pinafore dress with gold trims on the hem along with four green lines on it. She wore black shoes with black thigh high leg pieces that also have green lines on them. And on her back, she wore a backpack of some sort.

"Sorry about that." Said Ruby as she and Coco got up, but the girl didn't.

Seeing this Coco spoke up. "Are you ok?"

"Salutations!" Greeted the girl as she laid there.

"Are you ok?" Repeated Ruby hoping nothing was broken.

"I'm wonderful. Thank you for asking." Answered the girl as Ruby and Coco looked at each other confused.

"Shouldn't you get up?" Asked Ruby as she had this weird feeling about this person.

"Yes." Was all the girls said as she quickly got up. Seeing this freaked Ruby and Coco out a bit as they took a step back.

"My name is Penny. It's a pleasure to meet you." Greeted Penny as she looked at the two.

"Hi Penny, I'm Ruby." Said Ruby as she didn't want to be rude.

"I'm Coco." Said Coco as she felt the same.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." Said Penny as Coco lower her glasses wondering what was up with her.

Seeing that Coco was a bit weird out by Penny's cheerfulness Ruby spoke up. "Sorry about running into you. But we have to be somewhere soon, so take care friend." She told Penny as the two walked off.

Once out of hearing range Coco spoke up. "Ok what was up with her?" She asked Ruby as she's never seen anyone act like that before.

"I don't know." Said Ruby honestly as she then added. "By I have a prime feeling there more then to her then meets the eye."

Hearing that Coco shrugged as she was no Prime. Then out of no where Penny was before them. Seeing this shocked both as they looked back and didn't see her there.

"What did you call me?" Asked Penny as she tilted her head.

"Huh?" Said both girls confused.

"What did you call me?" Repeated Penny as she looked at Ruby.

"Me!?" Said Ruby confused not understanding what she said.

"You called me friend! Am I really your friend?" Asked Penny as she almost had a pleading look in her eyes.

Seeing this Ruby knew what to say. "I can't call you friend. Not yet. First, we need to know each other, then I can call you friend."

Hearing that Penny eyes went wide as she gave Ruby a bear hug.

"Really!" said Penny excited as she spun Ruby around. "I've never had a friend before."

Hearing that Coco chuckled a bit as Ruby had that weird power to make friends even with her enemies.

It was then Ruby scroll beep alerting Ruby to a message. Hearing that Penny let Ruby go as she checked her message. As Ruby saw who it was from her eyes went wide.

"Coco can you take my stuff back to school?" Asked Ruby with a serious tone and face.

Seeing this made Coco curious. "Sure, but why?"

"I've got to meet my… supplier." Answered Ruby as Coco was confused for a second before she understood what she meant.

"Sure thing, just be careful." Coco told her as Penny was confused.

"Why does she have to be careful with her supplier?" She asked them.

Hearing that Ruby quickly thought up an answer. "She sometimes tries to overcharge me on gear." She told Penny as she handed her stuff to Coco.

"Oh, I see." Said Penny somewhat confused.

"I'll see you two later." Ruby told them as she raced off.

Once gone Coco started to walk away. "See you around." She told Penny.

"Goodbye." Said Penny as she looked at where Ruby went.

Ruby soon reached her destination. An old, abandoned warehouse. She looked around and saw no one as she then walked inside. Once in she looked around and saw some old creates laying about but nothing else. Ruby walked in as she had her guard up.

"So that's what you look like now." Said a voice behind Ruby as Ruby spun around to see Blackarachnia.

"Yeah." Said Ruby as her guard was still up. Blackarachnia saw this and smirked.

"So, you called this meeting. What's wrong?" Asked Ruby as this was the first time Blackarachnia called a meeting.

Blackarachnia looked at Ruby as she then pulled out a recording device.

"I recently found Tarantulas's lair and bugged the place. I even gave Roman the location to drive Tarantulas crazy. But after Inferno came into the war, he spilled something to Roman." Said Blackarachnia as she played the clip.

"That this planet is doomed!" Tarantulas told Roman.

"How?" Was all Roman could say.

"Like I said webs within webs. I've seen things on this world that Megatron hasn't, and after putting them all together this is what I've come to." Explained Tarantulas.

Hearing that shocked Ruby. "Did he say anything else?" She asked Blackarachnia trying to understand what the spider meant.

"No, they left the room when Roman said where to get more pods." Blackarachnia told her as they both knew where he meant. The Axalon.

The two stop there as they thought about it. If this world was truly doomed, then that meant one thing.

"So, the aliens are coming back." Ruby said to herself out loud.

"Looks like it." Agreed Blackarachnia. "Got anything in the Matrix to help us?"

Ruby thought about it and sighed. "Nothing." She told her as Optimus Prime never dealt with anything like this before.

"Does Megatron know?" Ruby suddenly asked curious.

"If he does, he's being tight lipped about it." Blackarachnia told her as it was hard to get a read on Megatron sometimes.

"Will you tell him?" Asked Ruby curious.

"No." Blackarachnia told her right away. "I've got my secrets. If I tell him it will reveal some and I don't want that, not yet anyway. And he's going to be very busy soon with damage control."

Hearing that made Ruby wonder what she meant, but she chose not to ask as she wasn't sure if she wanted to know.

"I'll inform the others about this." Said Ruby as she then looked Blackarachnia in the optics.

"But maybe it's time for you to come over." Ruby told her hopefully. While she respected Blackarachnia's choice, she was worried for her.

Blackarachnia stood there as she did think about it. She could see the camps starting to form in the Predacons. And it will only be a matter of time before she would have to choose one.

"Maybe." Blackarachnia honestly told her as she continued. "But I've got some things I want to complete first before I even think about switching sides."

And with that Blackarachnia started to walk out before stopping.

"Just be careful." She told Ruby before leaving.

Seeing she was alone Ruby let out a sigh as she was a bit scared of what was coming. Ruby then figured she would report this with everyone present in hopes someone might have an idea.

Vacuo, Darksyde

Meanwhile in the Darksyde Cinder was once again a lunch lady serving the White Fang their meals. Cinder was fuming as this brought back a lot of memories for her, bad memories. Luckily for her the Faunus's had gotten bored with their remarks for her and started to treat her a little nicer. Not much, but at least their jokes have stopped.

That was when Cinder her a high-pitched laughter and groaned. Though she wasn't the only one as a male hyena Faunus walked in.

The hyena Faunus grinned as he saw Cinder. Cinder saw this and groaned as she wanted to fry this guy, but the bomb around her neck was the only thing stopping her.

"Hey there Human." Said the hyena with a smirk.

Cinder rolled her eyes as she handed him his food. The hyena smirk as he then pushed the tray towards Cinder. Cinder saw this and knew he was trying to push the food on her. So, she stepped to the side as the food fell on the floor. The clang made everyone in the room look their way.

"Look at what you did human!" Said the hyena. "All that food on the ground. Clean it up you worthless being!"

Hearing that Cinder eye's narrowed as the hyena kept talking smack about her.

The next thing the hyena knew Cinder's right hand was around his neck as he felt heat around it. He started to choke as the people in the room were shocked as this was the first time Cinder acted this way. The hyena was making choking noises as he tried to get Cinder to remove her hand, but her arm was hot to his touch. His vision was starting to get blurry when someone spoke up.

"Cinder releases him!" Ordered Megatron (in robot mode) as he walked into the room.

Cinder looked at the Faunus in her grasp and then to Megatron. She then let go of the Faunus as he was choking trying to breath. But he didn't care as he then tried to jump Cinder only for Megatron to grab him with his T-rex hand.

"She might not kill you, but I will if you try that again." Warned Megatron as he then let him go as he fell to the ground. Megatron then looked at Cinder who glared in response.

"Cinder come with me." Said Megatron as he turned around and left the room. Seeing this Cinder followed him curious to what he was planning.

Soon the two entered Megatron's quarters as Megatron sat on a chair identical to his command chair.

"What do you want?" Asked Cinder getting to the point.

"You." Said Megatron making Cinder take a step back unsure what he meant by that.

"You remind me of me with your anger and desire for power." Explained Megatron as Cinder was taken a bit back.

"But you lack patience. You rush into things without a plan or doing research. And because of that you have that bomb around your neck." Continued Megatron as Cinder's right hand went to the collar around her neck.

"So what do you want?" Repeated Cinder as she was getting angry.

"To teach you." Said Megatron shocking Cinder.

"Teach me?" Said Cinder confused.

"Yeeeesssss. After all I could use someone like you." Said Megatron.

"What about Adam and Roman?" Asked Cinder curious where they fit in this.

"Roman knows his place in this world. He knows whose side to be on and when to back down. He is a useful ally and nothing more." Megatron told as he did respect Roman's underground connections.

"And Adam?" Asked Cinder.

"He's a good leader and many follow him. He has learnt some things since joining me, but his anger for humans still clouds his judgment from time to time." Megatron told Cinder as he got up.

"You have a loyal follower in that Emerald girl, if you expand right you could have a loyal group of your own someday." Megatron told her as Cinder was curious about something.

"What about Mercury?" Cindered asked wondering why he was left out.

"He's like Terrorsaur. He's loyal, but when something comes his way, he'll leave you in a heartbeat." Said Megatron as he knew his type.

Hearing that made Cinder wonder something. "Why do you keep Terrorsaur around?"

Hearing that Megatron sighed. "When we first started the operation to steal the golden disk there was a lot more of us. But even the most well thought out and carefully laid plans can go afoul." Said Megatron as Cinder gave him the 'go on' look.

"I gained many men with the promise of a better life and the name Megatron. We got every bit of intel we could, learnt the layout and guard shifts. And when we struck it was hard and fast. But even knowing all this we lost about half out forces gaining the disk and even more getting to the ship. By the time we left all I had left was five men. To go from dozens of men to five was a hard blow."

Megatron stood there as he remembered the robbery and everything else that happened afterwards. How those Maximal explores chased him and them crashing here. There was a part of him that wondered if Dinobot was right. That they did crash on the wrong planet. But he couldn't worry about that now.

"The point being is I keep him around to weed out those who undermine my authority." Finished Megatron.

Cinder was confused by that. "That's why you keep someone who keeps a gun loaded at you. To weed out other traitors!?" She asked still trying to understand.

"It works quite well actually." Megatron told her as he pressed a button on his chair as a nearby screen light up.

Cinder looked at it and saw Adam and Roman talking to each other. Seeing this Cinder turned to Megatron confused.

"You see Cinder, Adam and Roman here are planning a coup on me." Started Megatron shocking Cinder as he continued. "I almost didn't catch them. They were quiet, slowly turning the men against me. If it wasn't for Rhinox telling me I might have missed them."

Hearing this and what Megatron said earlier Cinder put the pieces together. "You're letting them do this to see who's truly against you. And if you act too soon, you'll lose your forces." She stated as Megatron smiled.

"See you're learning." He told her as walked over to her.

"Let me teach you. I see much potential in you, more then what I see in Adam. Together we can bring about a new age." He told Cinder as he put his hand on her shoulder.

Cinder stood there as she thought about what Megatron said. While it was true, she wanted more power, she wondered what Meagtron's angle was here. And most of all should she turn her back on her.

"Give me some time to think on this." Said Cinder honestly as it was a good offer.

"Oh, not rushing into this?" Asked Megatron curious.

"Like you said I need to look into things more." Said Cinder as Megatron grinned.

"Good." He told her with a grin. But then he heard someone slamming their fist against his door.

"MEGATRON!" They heard Adam as he then opened the door looking furious.

"Adam? What's wrong?" Asked Megatron actually not knowing for once.

"I know about operation 'call of the wild'." Said Adam as he tossed Megatron a tablet.

Megatron caught the tablet and was shocked. It was his plan to steal the Maximals rectifeir coil, the device that prevents energon build up in their base and force them to stay in beast mode. But the true point of the operation was to force their animal circuits to over power their robot circuits, turning them into mindless animals. And then they would hunt them down like the animals they were.

Megatron knew that if he informed the White Fang about this plan, they would get quite angry. That is why he choose to keep all the organics out of it, but somehow this plan was leaked.

"Explain!" Ordered Adam as he wasn't going to let this go.

Seeing this Megatron turned to Cinder. "I think it's time for you to go." He told her as Cinder agreed with him.

And with that Cinder left the room as Megatron and Adam started to talk. But a part of Megatron's mind was focused on Cinder. It was true that Megatron saw a lot in him in Cinder and was really willing to teach her. His true motives were to find out who was her boss was. And seeing that Cinder was interested means whoever this person was, was powerful. And Megatron was extremely interested in who that person was.

Vale, Beacon

Later that night back at Beacon both teams RWBY and CFVY were back in their lodging with Ruby still out. Thought no one realized as Weiss was on a bit of a rant about the White Fang. After seeing what happened at the docks and the robbed store it made Weiss snap.

"Those stupid scoundrels of the White Fang, first they wanted unity and now they want to take over the world." Said Weiss as she paced around the main living area as the others tried to do their own things, but Weiss's ranting made it hard.

"You don't see all Faunus like that? Do you?" Asked Velvet a little scared of the answer.

"I did once." Admitted Wiess. "But I meet some Faunus's that changed my mind about them."

Hearing that made Velvet better as she was scared Weiss painted them all with the same brush. And it made her worry that she might not watch out for her on the field.

"But the White Fang are different." Said Wiess as she looked out the window with hatred in her eyes.

"Why?" Asked Yatsuhashi curious.

"When the White Fang first formed, they used protests and petitions to fight for their rights. But then Sienna took over." Said Weiss with venom in her tone when she said Sienna name.

"They stopped with their protests and petitions and got violent, really violent. They kidnapped and killed Schnee company board members. It didn't matter who, they even took those who tried to help Faunus's rights and killed them. They attack private property; they even stole a whole train full of dust before the Beast Wars even started. And because of that everyday when my father came home furious, and that made for a very difficult childhood. In my eyes the White Fang is nothing more then thieves, liars and murders!"

Hearing that no one said anything as they never knew the full extent of how the White Fang terrorized her family. But one person had something to say.

"Maybe we were tired of being pushed around!" Yelled Blake as everyone looked at her in shock and confusion.

"Blake?" Said Yang lightly as she looked at Blake.

Seeing all the eyes on her Blake slowly backed up. Then she raced out of the building as no one knew what to say. On Blakes way out she nearly ran over Ruby, who barely got out of the way.

"Blake?" Ruby asked confused as she then saw the light of a ground bridge. Ruby then looked at her lodgings as she walked in.

"What happened here?" Ruby asked everyone confused.

"I think Blake's a Faunus sis." Said Yang as Ruby sighed.

"So, she told you." Said Ruby as Weiss looked at her with shock and betrayal.

"You knew she was a Faunas!" Said Weiss furious as she stomped to her room and slammed the door.

Ruby looked at the door and sighed. She then looked at the others and knew what she had to do.

She told them that Blake was a Faunus. And that to hide who she was to she wore a bow over her cat ears. She then told then how she found out and promised to let Blake tell them. But Ruby didn't tell them about her being in the White Fang. That was something Blake had to do.

While Ruby was telling them all this, she was making some coffee. By the time she made a cup, she finished her story.

"I'm sorry you had to find out this way, but Blake just wanted to be treated normal." Said Ruby as Velvet understood as she would have done the same thing.

Yang then stood up and headed for the door.

"Where are you going?" Asked Fox as he had a good idea.

"To find Blake." Was all Yang said.

"Yang, I think she's at the Axalon." Said Ruby as Yang stopped and looked at her. "I saw a ground bridge portal light, so she's probably there."

Hearing that Yang grabbed her scroll and rushed off. Ruby and the others wished her luck as Ruby then walked over to her team's door.

"If you hear screaming and stuff breaking please come in." She told the others half joking and half serious.

Ruby then walked in with the coffee and saw Weiss sitting on her bed defeated. Ruby closed the door behind her altering Weiss.

"Ruby." Was all Weiss said.

"I brought a peace offering." She told Weiss as she handed her the coffee.

Weiss took the coffee and looked at it. "Who is Blake Belladonna really?" She asked Ruby.

Ruby sat next to Weiss. "She's someone who wanted to be treated as a normal person. I'm sure you felt that way before." She told Weiss.

Weiss nodded as she has felt that way before. "How did you find out?" She asked Ruby curious.

"When the Axalon security system went crazy, Rattrap found out and told me and Optimus. When we found out we talked to her and found out why she lied to us. We were hurt and our trust in her was damaged, but she regained it over time." Explained Ruby.

"Does anyone else know?" Weiss asked her curious.

"Skyshooter, Cheetor, Tigatron, Rhinox, and your mother." Listed off Ruby surprising Weiss that her mother knew.

Weiss took a sip of the coffee as she spoke. "Ruby, am I a bad person?" She asked Ruby who was confused.

"What do you mean?" Asked Ruby not understanding what she meant.

Weiss sat there trying to find the words. "If my mother accepts Blake while I didn't. I can't help but feel like my father." She told Ruby as Ruby pulled her in for a side hug.

"Listen the fact that you feel this way means your nothing like him." Assured Ruby as Weiss felt a little better. "And with Blake she made her choice in hiding who she truly was to us. But I understand why she did it."

"She's a member of the White Fang isn't she." Stated Weiss as that would explain her reaction earlier.

"It's complicated Weiss." Started Ruby. "You see her father was the former leader of the White Fang. And for some time, she believed in their new direction. But one day she had enough and left the group."

"When was this?" Asked Weiss shocked that Blake was Ghira Belladonna daughter.

"About the same time the Beast wars started." Ruby honestly told her.

Hearing that didn't fill Weiss with confidence. "Are you sure she's not a spy?" She asked Ruby.

"No. We set some traps to test her and she passed them. So no she's not a spy." Ruby told her as Weiss drank more of her coffee.

"What would you do in my place?" Asked Weiss suddenly.

Ruby sat there as she thought about it. The then brought out the Matrix in its real form surprising Weiss.

"Truthfully I don't know. But I do know that Optimus Prime has dealt with it before." Said Ruby as she accessed those memories.

"In the great war Optimus had comrades who joined the Decepticons and vice versa. When a Decepticon joined their ranks there was always mistrust at first and they kept a close optic on them. But Optimus always gave them a chance because he believed in second chances. So, what I'm saying here is Blake did lie to us, but she did it because she was scared of us, how we would treat her. And it's up to you if you want to forgive her or not."

Hearing that Weiss didn't know what to say. She never thought that Blake was scared of them. But then again, a part of her has always been scared of Faunus's and as such she treated them differently.

Sure she meant one who worked with her sister and she vouched for him, but that fear was always there.

"This is a lot to think about Ruby." Weiss told her as she added. "But maybe it time I did think about it. About how the only thing that separates us and Faunus's is an extra body part or some unique ability."

Wiess then put the coffee down and hugged Ruby. "Thank you for being there for me." Weiss told her.

"I'll always here for you Wiess." Said Ruby as she returned the hug.

As the two hugged a part of Ruby and Weiss hoped Blake was ok.

Vale, Patch, Axalon

Meanwhile at the Axalon all the Maximals expect Tigatron were in the command area as Blake told them the truth about who she was. When she was done the Maximals were shocked about who Blake really was.

"I don't believe it." Said Speedclaw shaking his head.

"I now mate. Who would have guess a bow of all things hide who Blake really was." Agreed Boomer.

"No not that. That Rattrap kept his mouth shut for so long." Said Speedclaw with a chuckle as he lighted the mood.

"Hey!" Cried out Rattrap getting the others to chuckle.

"You gave in." Said Dinobot suddenly as everyone turned to him as he leaned on the doorway out of the room.

"What?" Was all Blake could say.

"You, the White Fang became what people said you were. You gave in." Explained Dinobot as the others thought about his words.

"What did you say!?" Asked Yang as she stomped into the room as she just arrived and glared at Dinobot.

Yang was about to move when Optimus put his hand on her shoulder.

"Let's hear him out." He told Yang as he nodded at Dinobot to continue.

"I'm guessing that after your first use of force you noticed that people listened to you more, isn't that right?" Asked Dinobot as Blake nodded.

"It was the same for me." Dinobot told them surprising everyone.

"What do you mean?" Asked Rhinox as he and everyone else was curious.

Dinobot looked at them as he told them his story.

"Back on Cybertron things weren't as clear cut as most of you thought. While there was no war or aggression there was hatred and anger. Certain groups of Maximals thought they were superior to us Predacons just because the Autobots won the great war. They looked down on us, acted like we didn't matter, that we shouldn't have even been brought online in the first place!"

Dinobot then slammed his fist into the wall making some of the other jump a bit. Sure they've heard about Maximals like that, but this is the first Predacon that's telling them about it.

"That's when I heard of Megatron. At first, I paid him no mind. But soon he gained more and more followers and his words made sense to me. I then went to a rally and saw him. His words struck true to me and I joined him. Then we attacked and stole the golden disk. We lost nearly everyone in that operation. It was then I realized who I had chose to follow. When we crashed here, I challenged him for leadership, but he used deceit to get rid of me. That's when I found the Maximals and planned to use you to avenge my fallen comrades."

Hearing that no one said anything as Dinobot never talked about his past before. Now that they heard it, they started to understand why he acted the way he did when the war first started. He didn't want to kill Megatron for himself, but for his fallen comrades.

"That's a great story, but what does it have to do with Blake?" Asked Rattrap curious.

Dinobot glared at Rattrap but answered him away. "I know what is like to fall to pretty words and promise of change. But with the White Fang they became the monsters that people called them, and they know it. Blake you choose to leave, but after you did the same as them. And now you hide who you really are."

Dinobot then walked over to Blake and looked her right in the eyes. "Tell me are you scared, ashamed of what you are?" Asked Dinobot as Blake looked unsure.

"What do you mean mate?" Asked Boomer confused.

"He means if Blake truly cares for her kind then why is it, she's hiding who she truly is." Answered Bladegator as Blake held her head low.

"If you genuinely want to change things you must stand tall and proud. Never waver and others will join you. But if you turn into what they say you are or hide and run nothing will change." Said Dinobot as he then turned around and walked out of the room.

"I need to think." Was all Blake said as she left the room.

Seeing this Yang's eye went red. "Why that…" Trailed off Yang as she was about give Dinobot a piece of her mind.

"Yang don't." Was all Optimus said as he grabbed her arm.

"You heard what he said to Blake." Argued Yang as she tried to break free, but Optimus's grip was too strong for her.

"It was rough, but she needed to hear it." Said Skyshooter as agreed with Optimus.

"I agree. The White Fang started off right, but as time went on the became the very thing they said they weren't." Added Bladegator as he nodded his head in agreement.

Yang still looked annoyed, so Optimus spoke up. "Yang I know your upset, but this is something Blake needs to figure out herself. And Dinobot only spoke the truth."

"Fine." Was all Yang said as she freed her arm. "So what now?"

"We give Blake some space for now." Optimus told her as it was all they could do at the moment.

Yang looked in the direction Blake went and sighed. "Fine." Was all she said as she left the base and headed to the ground bridge to head back to Beacon.

"So that was a thing." Said Rattrap as everyone looked at him.

"What?" He asked them, as they all headed out to do their own things.

Vale, Beacon

A couple days later team RWBY minus Blake were sitting down for Professors Port's class. Blake stayed at the Axalon all weekend making the others a little worried about her. As they got ready for class, they heard some gasps. Curious they looked over and were shocked. Walking their way was Blake, but without her bow as her cat ears were exposed for everyone to see.

"Blake." Said Ruby happy to see her and surprised to see she was showing who she truly was.

Blake sat down next to them as she looked at Weiss.

"Can we talk later?" She asked Weiss.

"Yes." Said Weiss as Professor Port entered the room.

Later that day after classes Weiss and Blake meet on the school's roof. The two stood there as neither knew what to say.

"So." Started off Weiss awkwardly. "You took off your bow."

Blake touched her cat ears as she answered. "Yeah. Dinobot made a lot of sense. How can I help Faunus kind, when I hid that I'm a Faunus myself."

Hearing that Weiss nodded. "Blake I'm sorry." Weiss told her.

"About what?" Asked Blake curious.

"About how I acted about the Faunus of the White Fang." Said Weiss as she added. "If you were apart of it then that means there are people in it who are misguided, who believe in the wrong people."

Hearing that surprised Blake. "Thank you for saying that. But you were right too. We started off right, but we became what people called us monsters." Blake told Weiss.

"And when I realized and left, I was scared. Scared of being found, scared of what people would think of me, scared of myself." Said Blake as she felt ashamed of herself.

"I understand having people think they already know you without even meeting you." Said Weiss as that has happened to her so many times before.

"I guess we're more the same then we thought." Said Blake in a joking manner, but it was true.

"Blake. I want to make the Schnee Dust company great again, but it will be hard. My father has done so many terrible things that I might never do it in my life. But I think if we work together, we might fix some of the damage done." Said Weiss as she held out her hand to Blake.

"It won't be easy you know. The hatred some Faunus run deep as they've been scarred figurately and literally by the Schnee's." Blake told Weiss as Weiss did know this. "But anything worth fighting for isn't easy."

Blake then grabbed Weiss's hand and they shook. They both knew this wasn't going to be easy, but they both knew it was something that had to happen.

Ruby smiled as she watched them, from behind the door. She was worried about what could happen as was yang, but unlike Yang she could get away faster without being seen. But she was glad she wasn't needed and that they worked things out. A part of her did wonder though if things would have worked out like this if it wasn't for the Beast Wars. But for know she had to have that meeting about what she and Blackarachnia talked about now that Blake and Weiss have made up.

Well, the cats out of the bag now. Sorry I had to make that joke. But in truth Blake has come clean with who she really is to everyone.

And Sun and Penny have entered the story but unfortunately, we won't be seeing much of them for a bit. I do have plans for Penny, but I'm still working on Sun. Don't think I won't add him, it's just I'm not sure how he can help in the Beast Wars. On a side note, I find it weird that Sun had to sneak onto a ship to get to Vale. Wouldn't Lionheart give his students a way to get to Vale, rather then have them get there on their own?

And Megatron is now taking an interest in Cinder. And I feel that Cinder's greatest weakness is she doesn't take her time when she plans things. We've seen what happens when she does and how effective it is.

And as you can guess I am skipping the 'call of the wild' episode from Beast Wars. I just can't see the Faunus agreeing to a plan like that. Turning people into animals and then hunting them down, that too much like them in my eyes.
