After a series of tough Duels Kailyn and Violet took care of Hunter and Milan eliminating two teams from the tournament, Rini took out Mike leaving The Dawnguard with only one member left. That member Larry is about to Duel Jack.
28. The Dawnguard Moves - Part 5.
Larry stood on one of the roller coaster cars Jack stood on the second one, the wind was viciously blowing, dark clouds started to pack together.
'Larry.' Jack calmly stated: 'I don't know what you're thinking right now. I don't even know if you can hear me but I will free...'
Suddenly Jack felt sick in his stomach as a powerful, magical force overwhelmed him, before he knew what happened everything went black around him, not even dark he saw nothing anymore except for the top of the roller coaster they stood on and his opponent Larry who was calmly standing with his eyes closed and a grin on his face.
'What the?' Jack stammered.
Don't worry.' A calm and kind voice broke the silence.
'Tamamo.' Jack growled as he recognized the voice, slowly the demon appeared behind Larry.
'Nobody can see all this Jack.' Tamamo broke Jack's only hope: 'For them you are all acting naturally, just two Duelists waiting for the signal for the Duel to start having a friendly conversation.' Tamamo spread her arms as shadows gently lifted her from the walkway next to Larry's train.
'My friends will know something is wrong Tamamo.' Jack said his throat felt dry, he felt nervous? No this was fear.
'Even so, they can't do anything without using magic. What I am using now is not magic, not the magic you know at least. Undetectable your friends jump to action Duban disqualifies them and your chances of beating The New Government or me are shot.'
Jack growled a curse: 'Should have known, you strike at the time when you know you can win, even then my Duel is with Larry we're in an arena which means other teams cannot intrude.' Jack felt some of his confidence get back. 'Yes you think yourself to be safe behind Duban's wall of rules.' Tamamo replied completely calm. 'I am not here to fight you Jack, not yet anyway, last time I've swept that vampire girl Serana, that loudmouth Drake, dear old Jurgen and you on one set of life points. Assuming you would leap at me the moment you saw me would be foolish of me to think.' Tamamo showed a devilish smile. 'But Larry here fights in my place.' Slowly The Dawnguard leader opened his eyes they were yellow, an ominous air hung around him.
'A Distortion?' Jack gasped.
'That is what I did to the others Jack.' Tamamo laughed: 'Everyone has a Distortion it is your voice of reason, if you want to act on something and you decide not to, that is what your voice of reason is. But if something were to happen your voice of reason takes a hit, could be a traumatic experience, a realization the death of a loved one. Your of reason gets distorted and your behavior changes.'
Larry activated his Dueling gear whilst laughing maniacally.
'Jack, I have awakened the negative feelings of those French Duelists and The Dawnguard, you simply did not notice those Distortions are too weak to manifest like Ren's could do, but I decided to show you.'
Larry laughed as Tamamo faded out of existence.
'Oh Jack.' Larry cackled: 'I have longed for this ever since Clair decided I should be leader of The Dawnguard.' He spread his arms as black armor appeared around him, two black wings spouted from his back a real tail appeared as well.
'You have always looked down on me Jack! The Dawnguard as second fiddle to The Blades! You know how hard it is to keep an organization running! Thanks to you we became irrelevant! The Dark Signers? You never even bothered to ask us! I alone kept us afloat! Me! I screamed out for help and nobody listened!'
Jack shook his head: 'You've got that wrong Larry, you are not irrelevant. You guys were a huge help against Volkihar and his vampires, that is what you deal with the undead, vampires, werewolves.'
Jack looked Larry directly into his eyes: 'You Dawnguard deal with one type of problems and we Blades deal with different problems. And with the Dark Signers only Signers could take them out, throwing you at the Dark Signers would have ended up killing you!'
'So you protected us!? We don't need protection!' Larry howled his armor changed into scales fusing with his flesh Larry was now hissing like a angry beast as puffs of smoke came from his nostrils. 'It is time that I break free from the shackles you Blades placed upon me! Me and my Red-Eyes Black Dragons! You know why I use my dear Red-Eyes? Because they are seen as lesser! Everyone always praise the Blue-Eyes White Dragons, Red-Eyes are second fiddle, Jack you are the Blue-Eyes White Dragon here. But I will show that the Red-Eyes Black Dragon are better! I will bring you Blades down!'
Jack let out a sigh: 'You should have talked Larry!' He shouted: 'If this is how you felt you should have come to me and told me, we could have solved it then without all this pent-up rage, but I see that talking now won't calm you.' Jack drew his opening hand. 'Come at me then Larry! Show me what your Red-Eyes can do! I shall dispel the darkness Tamamo placed on you!'
(Jack: 8000) - (Larry: 8000)
'My turn.' Jack stated as he took a card from his opening hand, he played it and a face-down monster appeared on his side of the field. 'I end my turn.'
Five stone tablets appeared behind Larry then a sixth one appeared, his yellow eyes glowed with power. 'I summon Red-Eyes Baby Dragon.' He hissed a cute, little dragon appeared it resembled a very young Red-Eyes Black Dragon, its skin was covered in sturdy, black scales, it had a tiny tail and wings and horns all over its body. (1200 ATK)
'Attack.' Larry hissed, the tiny dragon sprung up it sneezed and a small ball of fire came out of its maw, Jack's face-down card disappeared and made place for Drill Synchron, a brown sphere standing on two, triangular threads, it had small arms ending in large drills and a yellow drill on top of it, the machine shielded itself with its drill arms. (300 DEF)
The tiny ball of flames hit Jack's Tuner resulting in it exploding.
'I set this and end my turn.' Larry stated as another one of the stone tablets behind him disappeared and a face-down card appeared behind his monster.
'Jack!' Larry cackled as Jack drew his card: 'Why don't you give up, save us both some time!'
Jack shook his head: 'You're too far gone Larry, I can't talk you out of this, I will force you out of it! I summon Synchron Explorer!' A red, robot appeared on the roller coaster track, it had a round body, a round head, thick, stubby legs and arms, the robot had a large, round door in its stomach. (0 ATK)
'With the effect of Synchron Explorer I special summon Drill Synchron from my Graveyard but its effect is negated.' Jack explained as the door Synchron Explorer had opened and the drill machine drove out of it. (300 DEF) 'Next I special summon Boost Warrior the red-haired warrior clad in his blue robe-like armor appeared crouching down. (200 DEF)
'I tune Drill Synchron with Boost Warrior and Synchron Explorer!'
Jack closed his eyes when the bright, green light pierced the darkness.
'Gathering stars light the way to my destiny, drill through the dark that holds people's hearts! Synchro summon, Drill Warrior!' He chanted, before him landed a mighty warrior clad in heavy, brown armor his boots were made with the casing where drills were made of, he had small drills on his shoulders and his right arm ended in a drill instead of a hand. (2400 ATK)
'I halve the attack points of Drill Warrior so he can attack directly!' Jack shouted, the warrior took a mighty leap. (2400- 1200 ATK)
Jack's monster leaped over the dragons then plunged his drill through the hard scales that covered Larry's body, the half-dragon let out a howl of agony.
(Jack: 8000) - (Larry: 8000- 6800)
'Of course damage is real here.' Jack muttered, he waited for Larry to recover a bit. 'Now I discard my Junk Blader to banish Drill Warrior until my next standby phase.' If there was a ground this was the moment Drill Warrior would drill himself under the ground now he simply faded away.
A new stone slab appeared behind Larry. 'I summon Black Dragon's Chick!' A red egg appeared, the top cracked and the head of a tiny Red-Eyes Black Dragon broke through. (800 ATK)
'And now it is time for the Chick to grow up!' Larry bellowed the small dragon started to glow, the rest of the egg shattered as the baby dragon grew up to the fully grown Red-Eyes Black Dragon. (2400 ATK)
'Red-Eyes Baby Dragon direct attack!' Larry roared.
'I special summon Junk Defender!' Jack interrupted him the legless, mechanical monster appeared, it held its mighty arms crossed. (1800 DEF)
'I activate Dragon's Rage!' Larry continued canceling his attack the trap card opened up. 'Now my dragons deal piercing damage.' He looked at his Red-Eyes Black Dragon and Jack's Junk Defender. 'Inferno Fire Blast!' Larry roared, his mighty dragon unleashed a ball of flames from its maw, Junk Defender took the full force of the attack it stood no chance.
When it exploded a piece of hot metal hit Jack's shoulder singing his clothes a bit.
(Jack: 8000- 7400) - (Larry: 6800)
Jack drew his card. 'And with that Drill Warrior returns.' He stated slowly the warrior faded into view again. (2400 ATK)
'This effect of Drill Warrior allows me to add a monster from my Graveyard to my hand.' Jack explained as he retrieved Junk Blader from his Graveyard and added it to his hand.
'Now I summon Nitro Synchron!' Before Jack appeared the nitro tank with the limbs and face on it. (300 ATK)
When the monster was on the field Jack quickly played a spell card. 'I use Falling Current to make the level of Nitro Synchron one!' Two stars appeared above the monster then one shattered, a second later and the tank changed into a green ring.
'Gathering stars light the way to my destiny, let velocity become raw power! Synchro summon! Let your engines roar, Nitro Warrior!' Jack chanted, a loud bang sounded as the mighty green and black broke through the sound barrier, the engine on its back was still smoking a bit. (2800 ATK)
Jack quickly drew an extra card from Nitro Synchron's effect.
'Attack Red-Eyes Black Dragon!' Jack shouted the dragon took to the skies, Nitro Warrior used the rocket engine on its back to follow the black dragon, Nitro Warrior was faster and with one mighty punch he took the dragon out of the sky the beast crashed through the roller coaster track into the void below it.
(Jack: 7400) - (Larry: 6800- 6400)
A new stone slab appeared behind Larry. 'Red-Eyes Baby Dragon.' He commanded, the small dragon flew at Nitro Warrior, the mighty, green beast grabbed the small dragon out of the air and simply crushed it.
(Jack: 7400) - (Larry: 6400- 4800)
'And with that my dragon returns! When Red-Eyes Baby Dragon is destroyed by battle I summon Red-Eyes Black Dragon and equip it with this card increasing the attack of Red-Eyes!' A roar echoed through the void as a new Red-Eyes Black Dragon landed on the broken piece of the roller coaster. (2400- 2700 ATK)
'I now go to my main phase two.' Larry declared, one of the stone tablets behind him disappeared and a face-down card appeared on his field as a spell or trap card.
Jack drew his card, he took his time to look over his hand.
'Let's try this.' He finally decided he played his card and the mighty Junk Blader with his striking, red sword appeared on the field. (1800 ATK)
A second later a face-down card appeared behind Junk Blader.
'Nitro Warrior!' Jack shouted the mighty warrior revved up the rocket on his back. 'Waboku!' Larry countered Jack's move, the three woman dressed in blue appeared their chanting stopped Nitro Warrior dead in his tracks.
A smile formed on Larry's face when Jack had to end his turn, a stone tabled emerged behind him.
'I tribute my Red-Eyes Black Dragon in order to allow him to evolve!' The black dragon started to grow a red aura erupted around the beast. (2400 ATK) 'Meet red-Eyes Alternative Black Dragon.' Larry said with a hint of pleasure in his voice, Jack recognized this as the real Larry, the man who was proud of his dragons. 'Now I activate Stamping Destruction!' The dragon raised its leg with one powerful stomp it obliterated Jack's Scrap-Iron Scarecrow the shock-wave of the stomp made Jack stagger a bit.
(Jack: 7400- 6900) - (Larry: 4800)
'Red-Eyes!' Larry roared his beast charged forward Jack had expected at Junk Warrior but instead it locked claws with Nitro Warrior, after a few seconds the dragon fell down.
(Jack: 6900) - (Larry: 4800- 4400)
'Jack.' Larry's voice sounded normal again: 'What's going on Jack?' He was panicking. 'Larry I will get you out!' Jack shouted a reply.
'Oh you won't Jack!' Larry roared it was the Distortion again: 'When Red-Eyes Alternative Black Dragon is destroyed I get to summon a level seven or lower Red-Eyes from my Graveyard and when it was a Red-Eyes Black Dragon his attack gets doubled!' The red aura around the dead dragon disappeared it started to shrink, with a roar it jumped back to life. (2400- 4800 ATK) 'Inferno Fire Blast!' Larry roared, Jack curled into a ball if he was smaller he could use magic to protect him easier, the hot flames washed over him but his shield held.
(Jack: 6900- 4900) - (Larry: 4400)
As Jack stood back up three stone tablets behind Larry disappeared and three face-down cards appeared in a vertical position on the field.
Jack drew his card: 'I summon Motivating Captain!' The Marauding Captain lookalike marched onto the field arrows sticking out of his armor. (400 ATK) 'Through the effect of Motivating Captain I special summon Drill Synchron but it has its effect negated.' The Marauding Captain lookalike started to shout some things slowly Drill Synchron rolled up to him. (300 DEF)
Jack closed his eyes as once more the area was lit green, Motivating Captain and Junk Blader flew through the rings that Drill Synchron formed. 'Gathering stars light the way to my destiny, soul of the ancient dragon reborn! Synchro Summon! Shine, Stardust Dragon!' Jack chanted seconds later his Signer Dragon landed across from the Red-Eyes Black Dragon, it shielded itself with its wings. (2000 DEF)
Jack quickly played another card which appeared face-down.
'So.' Larry chuckled as tablet appeared behind him: 'Your Stardust Dragon against my Red-Eyes Black Dragon.' For a moment Jack heard the voice of the real Larry again, if this situation wasn't so perilous Jack would enjoy this moment and he knew Larry would as well, this made Jack even more determined to bring Larry back.
'This is what I hate Jack! You're backed into a corner yet you still act like you are some messiah with your Signer Dragon!'
Jack shook his head and let out a sigh: 'Larry I don't, I have my mind set on winning of course I would bring out my best monsters in a pinch.' He calmly replied.
'You won't be so smug after this!' Larry howled: 'I activate Return of the Red-Eyes!' A roar echoed through the void as the trap card opened up, a Red-Eyes Black Dragon swooped down landing on the broken roller coaster track. (2400 ATK)
'I activate Shooting Star!' Jack interrupted Larry: 'I control a Stardust monster so the Red-Eyes Black Dragon with increased attack points is destroyed!' Jack shouted Larry laughed as his strongest dragon exploded.
'I activate Red-Eyes Burn!' Larry laughed, the spirit of the dragon rose in the middle of the field. 'Now we both take damage equal to his original attack points!' Jack created another magical barrier to survive the fireball that came flying at him, Larry didn't seem bothered in the slightest when the attack hit him.
(Jack: 4900- 2500) - (Larry: 4400- 2000)
'And now I activate Red-Eyes Spirit.' Larry chuckled as his third trap opened up, Red-Eyes Black Dragon rose from the Graveyard once more. (2400 ATK)
Larry then started to laugh, both his Red-Eyes Black Dragon turned into black orbs. 'Mighty dragon reborn in pitch-black hell! Your metal scales reflect the flames that will purge the weak! Xyz summon, rank seven! Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon!' A howl echoed through the darkness, Jack let out a gasp as a monstrosity landed before him, a mechanical dragon that resembled the Red-Eyes Black Dragon, it had a second smaller head on its chest and large plates of metal that guarded its legs, its wings had small exhaust pipes at the top, two black orbs circled around it. (2800 ATK - 2 ORU) 'Attack!' Larry howled a ball of flames obliterated Stardust Dragon, Jack shielded his eyes from the bright flames.
'I have won Jack.' Larry chuckled: 'I can detach a monster to summon a Red-Eyes Black Dragon from my Graveyard, that means you only have one-hundred life points left, as long as my Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon has a material left any time you activate a card or a card effect you take five-hundred points of damage, not even you can do anything by only summoning monsters!'
Jack closed his eyes a smile formed on his face as suddenly he started to laugh.
'What's so funny?!' Larry howled in anger.
'Are you really proud Larry? You finally get to defeat the leader of the Blades and it is not even with your own power! The real Larry? He would use Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon but only if he didn't have any other choice! I know Larry would consider any Metal version of a Red-Eyes monster an abomination! He would never proudly summon one like this! And then that summoning chant? Larry would hate himself for uttering such a dark message! He used Red-Eyes Black Dragon as a sign of hope not a sign of terror!'
Larry's eyes changed they became human again. 'Jack?' The normal voice of Larry asked.
'I've nearly got you out buddy! Just hang on!' Jack shouted.
'Tamamo, she's too strong Jack! I can feel her influence in my head! You need to kill me Jack! I don't want to become an abomination!' There was panic in his voice.
'No need to kill you Larry, I will drag this doubt out of you!'
Tears formed in Larry's eyes which got a glint of yellow back. 'I end my turn.' Larry managed to say before Tamamo's hold took control again. 'No! I would have won!' The Distortion Larry howled in anger.
Jack quickly drew his card he placed two in his Duel Disk which both appeared face-down.
'And not even a monster to defend yourself with!' Larry laughed as a tablet rose behind him: 'All this trying to get that weakling back in control only for you to fumble, remember you cannot activate cards of effects without taking damage!'
He then started to laugh: 'I detach a monster from Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon!' Larry roared, the dragon ate one of the orbs circling around it. (2- 1 ORU) then a familiar roar echoed over the arena as a Red-Eyes Black Dragon landed next to the Xyz monster. (2400 ATK)
'Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon direct attack!' Larry roared.
'I activate Damage Diet!' Jack replied as his trap card opened up.
'Now all damage is halved that means your effect damage as well.' Jack explained, he cast another barrier to protect him from the real damage again, two ball of flames hit him in close succession.
(Jack: 2500- 2250- 850) - (Larry: 2000)
'Red-Eyes Black Dragon! Inferno Fire Blast!' Larry roared thinking he'd won, but Jack's second trap opened up. 'Stardust Flash!' Larry gasped in a shimmer of light Stardust Dragon reappeared again. (2500 ATK) Then Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon fired another fire ball at Jack who easily blocked it with a shield.
(Jack: 850- 600) - (Larry: 2000)
'Larry!' Jack bellowed as he drew a card: 'I banish Damage Diet to halve effect damage this turn!' For a third time Jack got hit by Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon.
(Jack: 600- 350) - (Larry: 2000)
'Now Pot of Avarice!' Jack shouted, the spell card and with it the pot appeared on the field, Jack took: Drill Warrior, Drill Synchron, Junk Blader, Motivating Captain and Synchron Explorer his Deck automatically shuffled and two cards got ejected, then Jack got hit by yet another fire ball.
(Jack: 350- 100) - (Larry: 2000)
'Time to bring you back Larry. I activate Majestic Absorption!' The spell card materialized onto the field. 'I equip Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon to my Stardust Dragon!' Larry cursed as in an instant his mighty dragon disappeared before his eyes.
'Your dragon is no longer on the field so I won't take any more effect damage, which means I activate Monster Reborn!'
An all too famous roar echoed over the field as the holy symbol's light pierced the darkness, behind Jack appeared a Red-Eyes Black Dragon. (2400 ATK) This was the second Xyz material which got send to the Graveyard when Stardust Dragon got equipped with Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon.
One of Larry's eyes turned to normal. 'Larry look at the Red-Eyes Black Dragon on my field! He is clearly sad to see you like this!' The dragon indeed was looking at the ground, his eyes were watery.
'Stardust Dragon!' Jack shouted: 'Shooting Sonic!' The white dragon obliterated Larry's last line of defense.
(Jack: 100) - (Larry: 2000- 1900)
Larry let out a howl his other eye turned back to normal as well a black smoke started to pour out of his nose and his mouth, but the smoke kept swirling around him.
'Red-Eyes Black Dragon!' Jack roared: 'Remind your master who he truly is! Inferno Fire Blast!' When the ball of flames approached Larry the black smoke tried to get back into Larry, the leader of the Dawnguard let out a loud scream suddenly all the mist poured out of mouth, it formed a shadowy version of Larry, the flames hit the shadow figure where both it and the flames died out. Larry whispered a quit thank you.
(Jack: 100) - (Larry: 1900- 0)
The darkness that had surrounded them disappeared, for the people looking it seemed nothing had happened, Jack knew the Duel had taken place in Larry's mind, for the onlookers that Duel had taken place as normal.
Black mist was still pouring out of Larry's mouth it got less and less by the second until it eventually stopped.
Larry wobbled around a bit before he collapsed, Jack yelled for help as he saw Larry would fall down the roller coaster and he couldn't be on time to catch him, to everyone's horror Larry fell off the train and tumbled down.
Before he could hit the ground the cry of Harpie Queen sounded swiftly the regal bird-lady swooped down and caught him, she gracefully landed and carefully laid Larry on the ground before disappearing.
Jack looked down he saw Violet with Rini's card she just returned it.
'Good thinking Violet!' Jack bellowed: 'Using your psychic powers to manifest the card, it's not magic so Duban wouldn't disqualify you!'
Jack took the elevator down to the ground there he saw Duban with his arms crossed.
'I'm not a monster Jack.' Duban scoffed: 'I wouldn't have disqualified any of you had you used magic to safe Larry.'
'So what happened?' The Dwemer asked as Jack started to walk back to his team. 'Tamamo happened.' Jack replied: 'But she didn't use magic so you can't touch her, but she's nearby I saw her when I Dueled Larry, I'm going to kill her.' There was a look of hatred in Jack's eyes, Duban placed his hand on Jack's shoulder to stop him.
'No killing...' He started but Jack stopped him. 'I don't give a damn about your tournament Duban! Tamamo has gone too far! She endangered the lives of innocents, Larry would have died if Violet didn't jumped to action!'
Suddenly a searing pain went through Jack's cheek, he looked up Juliet had slapped him hard. 'Jack, I'm sorry but you were losing it.' She quickly apologized. 'No you're right, this is what Tamamo wants.' Jack turned to Duban: 'Tamamo has the power to awaken a Distortion in people, that is what she did to the French team and The Dawnguard, she won't be trying this again.'
Duban looked up as the medical team approached them to bring Larry to the medical facility.
'Jack what are you going to do now?' The Dwemer asked.
'Looking for Tamamo, she's careful if we get close my guess is she sends Yadira, I want to take her out first, then I will go after Errol, making a move against him before he tries anything funny against me.' Jack replied.
'You're avoiding me Jack.' Duban sounded annoyed.
'Look Duban we will Duel I promise you that, but we have a common enemy here, I will reduce the pressure on my team, could you at least look into Tamamo's whereabouts?'
Duban said nothing as he observed Jack for a few seconds: 'So bossing me around now Jack?' He asked.
'Duban, I won't let personal feelings get in the way, you don't like me, I don't like you can't change that, but you are smart and you have technology I don't have, we both want Tamamo and we both know you are the only one who can find her now.'
Duban slammed his fist in his hand. 'Right I can see you are serious Jack, I will try but I promise no success I've been trying to find Tamamo in the past, found her a couple of times but only because she wanted, that was still when she went as Empress mind you. After you exposed her I haven't been able to find her.'
From a distance several people have been watching the Duels, the first two of course where Tamamo and Yadira.
'My Lady.' Yadira stammered she was clearly afraid, Tamamo however had a serene smile on her face. 'Do not be afraid Yadira, I'm not mad.' She spoke gently. 'But The Dawnguard, they...' Yadira started but one glare from Tamamo stopped her.
'They were competitors Yadira, Jack could have easily set them up against us so I set them up against The Blades first, these Duels worn them out and that Clair managed to take one out.'
Yadira relaxed a bit when Tamamo looked away from her. 'So Yadira, that vampire girl Serana and that Harpie Duelist Rini she accompanies I want you to take them out.'
Yadira was surprised by these orders: 'I can take one of The Blades my lady.' She protested.
'I know Yadira but taking out those two is more important, that Rini, there is something with her. A powerful magic that is slumbering within her, I want you to go stir it up a bit. Serana is always with her if you take out the vampire Rini might get enraged.'
Yadira made a formal bow to Tamamo before she walked off.
The second group had been watching the arena battle between Jack and Larry live. 'So he lived through that!' The massive man that was Errol spoke, his four acolytes were gathered around him.
'Jack, I loath you. You have foiled me at every turn. But now you're tuckered out!' He laughed.
'Sir we move?' Astrid asked.
'We move indeed. But not on Jack, not yet those Daggers, they're down one and they shield Jack. We aim for them first.'
The third group was also watching from nearby the carnival, four of the Duelists were sitting around their group leader who was sitting on her knees her hands resting in her lap. All five wore white, fur coats that covered their entire body, they wore gloves. One of them had short, blonde hair, two had long, black hair, the fourth had long blonde hair and the leader had short, black hair.
'Lady Na'eemah.' One of the four spoke to the one in the middle, gracefully the leader of the Egyptian team stood up.

Tiye bowed her head. 'I know my lady, what is our plan?' The mysterious Elf asked.
'Dear Tiye, all in due time, Duban, Ghard and Kamdida as well as all their Half-Dwemer are our responsibility. But those three are set on taking on The Blades to settle their differences it seems.'
Tiye and the other three members slowly stood up. 'Other forces are moving against Jack.' Na'eemah spoke her voice a bit louder than before: 'The Blades think they can stop the Dwemer if they win this tournament. Duban won't stop, Duban will shatter those Blades, those Machine Emperors take a toll on both the user and their opponent, even if Jack wins Tamamo will get them.' Na'eemah closed her eyes.
'I have seen a future where Jack triumphed over Duban, Tamamo took him down afterwards easily. The Dwemer have a plan in place to trap Tamamo and take her out, this won't work if The Blades win against Duban. We take out The Blades remove them from the tournament, then Tamamo's plan is delayed and we can take out The New Government at the same time.'
The four others formed a circle around Na'eemah. 'Dalilah you have faith in your Deck, I know your Deck through and through, they will shudder under its might.' Na'eemah spoke she then looked at her other team members: 'Xenia, I went through a lot of trouble to get you the cards you needed, they will hit their mark. Tiye you will use the guardians of Egypt to bury your foes, Qiana you went to all the trouble to get your hands on Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord, you even managed to get rid of that world champion fraud, I must respect his determination though.' Qiana shuddered at the thought, Anthony was hell-bent on getting his hand on the ultimate Exodia card, for days he wouldn't leave her alone.
'And finally.' Na'eemah stated as she took her own Deck she took the top card from it, a yellow aura erupted from the card bathing it in a yellow glow. 'I shall use the power bestowed on me to make sure we stand victorious.
