A Key Made in Blood Chapter 4
Naoto's POV
I arrived at the decoy castle. It had been days since I was brought back to my full powers. As the spies foretold. Volt and his Black Dogs were on their way with a massive army. It was gonna be great to kill as many men of these scumbags as I possibly could. I can only remember when this bastard tried to enslave Olga and Chloe.
Flashback: 3 Years ago:
The atmosphere was tense as Volt's troops were thin and most of them dead except for him, Kean, and Hicks. Hicks and Kean had lost an eye as blood was spiling from their fresh wound but Volt had suffered a bigger blow. He had lost his right arm and an eye. He had of course cauterized the wound with a torch without any painkillers but this was severely ampering his troops as he had to toss a smoke bomb and leave.
''This isn't over Dark Knight! I will have my Cuntry! We should have won and taken your base and then did the same to the alliance but you dare to stand in our way! mark my words... you will pay!'' Volt screamed as he turned tail and ran with his broken band of misfits.
Flashback End:
I smiled as the alliance had rats in their ranks. This made our job even easier as the moment they lost Volt or were close to dying they would try to switch to our side exposing the alliance's secret and well... any good leader would take their secret and not give them what they want if they could. They were backstabbers so let them spill the beans hoping they'd live and then give us an in while dying like dumbasses.
Sure enough, Volt arrived with Hicks and Kean. Volt even had a powerful prosthetic to replace his lost arm. I smiled as I spoke to them.
''You've come a long way... Now I'd like to ask you three a single question. How many times must I cripple you for you all to see that you cannot win against me?'' I asked them as they snarled and Volt spoke up unsheating his greatsword.
''You brat..! Today is the day you die! I've had enough of you. Kean learned the spell to seal you and it will happen again.'' Volt said as I smirked and my thoughts knew they would try this. These people are one-trick ponies. I'm immune now and even then Kurama would help me so it's not like it would work.
Kean's mana began to flow through the room before it got unleashed on me and I smirked before saying one bone-chilling word.
''Reflectga!'' I said as Kean was now sadly sealed by the attack he tried to use. I then looked over their shocked face as I decapitate Hicks killing him by unleashing the shadow clone who was transformed into a tile on the floor. Volt was now alone and he chose to warp away with a crystal.
I smiled and spoke as I understood his plan.
''I see... you planned to relay this to the alliance. Good for you but you lost both your right-hand man and as such now you only have the Bug Breeder or Mandeville that you can use without revealing your rates. This is bound to scare the alliance as I did this without Keyblades.'' I said as Kurama spoke to me for the first time.
''Tch... and these Uchiha bastard were smug. At least they had fucking skills even if they were annoying as all.'' Kurama said as I nodded and answered him.
''You're saying that because of their Sharingan and the mind control aren't you?'' I responded with a question of my own.
''Hmph! That Sharingan was always a fucking pain in the ass but the Uchiha's who did that to me at least had skill unlike most of them.'' Kurama said as I nodded and this sent a message to the alliance.
Somewhere else: 3 Days later
The alliance was panicking after Volt gave his report. He still lost his troops but now Hicks was dead and Kean was sealed by the same spell the had use the banished the dark knight. The room was tense as Celestine asked politely if the report was true.
''I-I see... lemme get this straight. He killed Hicks, sealed Kean away with the attack we used to seal him away 3 years ago, and not oncer use dhis weapon or moved from that chair. Is this correct?'' Celestine asked Volt nodded and smashed his part of the table into oblivion before leaving. The alliance was in shock but Celestine spoke again.
''Very well, then prepare for war. Who is the closest to Olga's old territory?'' Celestine asked as Alicia responded.
''That would be me. I can attack whenever you're ready.'' Alicia said gripping her fist as she seemed raring to put the dark knight in his place. Celestine nodded and accdepted this. The meeting was adjourned but Volt later that night was seen speaking to a bandaged man as a noble as he gave his orders.
''Shenmuhaza, Mandeville, stay in the shadows for now. If you guys are killed, our rats will be revealed... Let Alicia sink her fortress for us.'' Volt said as his men had their orders via magic communicators. Volt was livid as this was 2 losses against a brat and he wouldn't fucking have it. A voice brought him out of his rant as Beardsley spoke to him.
''I'm warning you... if Alicia gets captured and turned into a dark elf... I'm revealing the documents to the alliance about Graves and more. I will not have someone take her from me! This is your last chance to get funding!' Beardsley said before leaving an even more angry Volt in the alleyway.
