The Chosen One's Jedi Quest I: The Phantom Menace

Warnings: With this chapter it's going to jump over the race and go straight to their leaving here, while Anakin is going to be meeting personally with Yoda on arrival. But Andy is going to be staying with Padme, as the choice is made early here now. As Anakin is accepted immediately for training, as that night he reveals the truth. And to the council, though Obi-wan and Yoda have their memories back now finally of it.
The story is going to be jumping over the Sith till he gets to Coruscant, and then once back together with Yoda, who is going to be counseling him now. They're going to be testing Mace and the 10 carefully, before dropping the bomb. That Anakin and Vader are 2 separate people and Anakin just returned from the darkside. So this gives them a bigger chance at stopping him now, as Mace realizes he made a big mistake now.
This story is going to use the theoretical from my other story, as the Jedi Quest novels. So the remarks in bold print and italic are Vader himself, Anakin is in basic not bold and italicized. So this are and will be as though Anakin and Vader are two separate beings now. As the Jedi, the Naboo and everyone in the galaxy, once he clones himself, know that Vader is a separate entity to Anakin's personality entirely.
And see him as the Chosen One, but are training Anakin in secret here, as the lightsaber implication. Is Vader, and everything that involved the darkside was Vader, Anakin himself grows up to be the perfect Jedi padawan, as they all graduate 27 to 29. This chapter is going to leave out Anakin exchange with his mother, as those thoughts are Vader's, Anakin shows the maturity of a 25 year old from here as the weeks go by.
Chapter 5: The Jinn/Skywalker/Kenobi Team And Reunions III
As he heard the exchange, knowing his mother was proud of him, as he and Obi-wan worked on it then. "You should be very proud of your son, he gives without any thought of reward." he heard from his mentor and heard a smile in his mother's voice. "He knows nothing of greed he has..." she started to say and he finished the sentence. "He has special powers." he said and she nodded. "Yes, in truth my sister is also a Jedi, my father." she said, and he nodded gently.
"He can see things before they happen, that's why he appears to have such quick reflexes, it's a Jedi trait." he said and she nodded. "He deserves better than a slave's life, I was waiting for you to be in range, before he mentally commed you now. But Dave has been training him since he was 4, so half normal Jedi training, the other working the shop. Although Andy, very good now, Leia said he's just not ready for this, considered him too old." she said and he nodded gently.
"Had he been born in the Republic, we would have identified him early, the Force is unusually strong with him, that much is clear: Who was his father, if it runs in both sides of the family?" he asked and she sighed and told him the truth. "There was no father: I carried them, I gave birth, I raised them, I can't explain what happened…., Can you help him. Your padawan took my older son, from the looks of it?" she asked and he said it gently to her at the question then
"I don't know, I didn't actually come here to free slaves." he said and she nodded as her son's gang of friends arrived. "Hey guys, Obi-wan, Padme, this is Kitser Banai, Amee Farcloud, Melie Sunglider, Wald Djoni and Seek Starstreamer." He said and they nodded. "Not test it yet?" Amee asked and he nodded, before they saw Artoo. "Wow, a real astro droid, how do you get so lucky." Kitser said and he smiled then as he looked between them gently at that remark then.
"That isn't the half of it: I'm in the Boonta race tomorrow." Andy said and Amee crossed her arms. "You're lying to us Andy, Watto and your mother said no more racing, Annie, you gained your shot, and you been training for weeks here, you can think you can pull it off." Kitser asked and he nodded. "I don't think so, I know so, Obi-wan is just like Master Jinn, a great mentor, but big brother now." he said and the sextet nodded smiling as they looked at him then.
"Yes big brother, but again you be careful, Padawan." Obi-wan said to him and he nodded gently, before looking up at then. "Jar-Jar, I'm serious, keep away from those energy binders, if your hand gets caught in the beam, it's gonna go numb for hours." he said and he backed away from it then. "Okay." he said to him and he nodded then. "You don't even know if this thing's gonna run, once you souped it up." Kitser said to him and he nodded smiling then gently.
"It will." he said and Obi-wan nodded. "I think it's time we found out, because between us both, Master and me, you got the encouragement needed to do this. But just concentrate on the moment, feel don't think, just stretch out with your feelings." he said and Qui-Gon finished that. "Here, use this power charge." he said and Anakin nodded. "Yes, sir!" he said and Qui-Gon caught Kitser by the arm. "Come on, Kitster, let's move away." he said and pulled him back.
As he turned on the engine, and it booted up immediately and Padme smiled, as he called out to them and Panaka. "It's working, it's working!" he said and they nodded in relief then, as he tested it quickly and it shot out of the backyard and he took it for a test flight. As Obi-wan monitored his force signature and nodded smiling, before he came back and they nodded. "I think the souped up engine, is a little too fast, you be careful." he said and Anakin nodded.
"You think the test drive is dangerous, just wait till you see how dirty Sebulba really is when racing." Seek said and he nodded. "That bad, because if he's racing at the games, my girlfriend and I are not letting a fight break out here." he said and they nodded. "Worse: the remark on vents was just the beginning, he nearly took the saw to the cables. But only by pulling away he managed to keep from getting cut in the primary coupling." Amee said to him and he nodded.
"Well if we thought that he's this good piloting a simple speeder in racing, how good is he behind the cockpit controls." Panaka said to that. "Issues in my family, whoever it is maybe good, but at these speeds, whoever it is in our family doing the driving is the better pilot now." Padme said and Amee chuckled and nodded. "You're the future wife, we're 4 years younger." she said and Kitser smiled and she nodded. "I can't believe he did that." he said to her gently then.
"Who exactly, him in leap-frogging over Sebulba, or Sebulba latching onto Anakin in the home-stretch of the race?" she asked and he smiled. "Hey Sis, welcome back." he said and she looked down smiling, realizing their minds got shot back to that day. "Kit, Melie, Seek, Wald, Amee great to see you guys again." she said and they gave her a hug. "Obi-wan take care of him, and keep him away from Palpatine." Amee said and he nodded sternly to that as he answered her.
"I will, in fact my 62 year old mind also got shot back to now, whatever you were ready to tell Leia, we don't see him, him and Vader. As one person here at the time, but 2 separate people, he's Anakin Skywalker without an ounce of evil in him here. And carrying the lightsaber that signals his return from the darkside, but he passed the test, he's himself again." he said and they smiled in relief, that their best friend was back completely finally again now then.
"But 2 separate people, but you were right in what you and his racing counterpart, Wald, would tell her, if she was apprehensive in visiting. And at having children at the time, these things never happen all at once, it takes years of traumas. And before the final crash, but unlike the twins, Han, Landon and Chewbacca, we knew him all his life. We understand this better than anyone." he said and she nodded in relief. "That's an understatement." Seek said to that then.
"We're 46 to 50 here, but are you trying to scare us and our parents into a heart attack, they're in their 80's, Annie, in our mental present." Wald said to him and he nodded gently. "No, but before the detour to Naboo, I'm coming to investigate what my premonitions. Now, are telling me this time at the moment, but if they forgot me in the case of the tribe. Of the one I helped, he's getting a reminder, cub Jedi grew up to be me at 20 year old Jedi." he said and he nodded.
"Annie that was excellent, I can see that the podracer will win us, but everyone not considering that Sebulba wins tomorrow. Is facing a severe embarrassment now, I made a mistake in betting against you, not doing that again. So for you, I'm betting heavily on you to win now, and that just gets me out of the hole, because 50% of the winnings. And after Master Jinn pays for the parts, is going to be your mother's paycheck." Watto said and Anakin nodded gently to him.
"Yeah, but remember: 30 second delay, giving everyone else a 30 second headstart then I catch up, not a big deal, I can catch up." he said and they nodded smiling in relief at the news gently. "So that's what it was, you're not having an engine stall, you created a Jedi handi-cap in the engines here right now, Annie!" they heard and he looked up. "Yeah Senia, Jedi handi-cap, makes the race more fun here between us." he said and she nodded with a smile on her face.
"Jedi training is a severe disadvantage to you as non force sensitives, so to make this fair, I let you get a headstart, so to make the race more fun between us now!" he called out to her and Ody Mandrell's counterpart, Loren Sawbeck, nodded smiling at the reveal then. "Thank you for the reveal, but everyone not realizing this will never realize you did that on purpose. Till after they realize 2 days of training with a real Master pushed it further." he called back to him then.
"Yes that and after 4 years of this, he lost how many races here now, that he's the laughing stock of the podraces here on Tatooine. And our next big one, is at the games, but if this isn't good bye, but see you seen, we'll see you in 8 months, my young friend." she called out to him and he smiled and nodded to her gently. "Sure thing Senia, my unit, counterpart unit and our third, are doing security at the games." Qui-Gon said smiling and she nodded gently then.
"Tomorrow's going to be a long day, but we better paint it, blue living sunrise now, that's our symbol, the Jedi on the podracer." Qui-Gon said and he nodded in agreement then. "The symbol of the republic matches the symbol of the Jedi order here." he said and they nodded. "Idea here now, I got an idea now, but we're going to do that reversal betting, but Sebulba. I have to get him to think I'm betting on him, so when the results come back, he's going to realize it."
"That I was betting heavily on Annie to win, as I said Master Jinn: 50/50." Watto said and he nodded. "Then we make the argument loud enough to have him hear this right now," he said and she nodded then, as they finished up, as Anakin, once again, dreamt about the war. And on Naboo that was coming only with him, now 14 years old and carrying a lightsaber. As she woke him up. "Had it again honey?" Padme and he nodded as he stretched then quickly at that.
Before realizing she had been curled up on the bed next to him and hid a smile then. "Well I better pack up the bedroom, we're leaving after the race is over." he said and she nodded as he grabbed up 5 sets of clothes matching his Jedi clothing, his tool kit, and the equipment. That was needed to fix his lightsaber and create 20 more then, and stuffed them into his pack. And before putting a picture of himself and his mother in the bag then, before seeing Kitser.
"Gear up, we're leaving in 20 minutes, Kit!" he called out and he nodded as they got the engines hooked to the harness of two eopies then to drag to the arena….
The Race Preparations
Meanwhile at the hanger, Qui-Gon and Watto, were discussing loudly in their discussion on the race, knowing Sebulba was thinking he would win. "I wanna see your spaceship the moment the race is over." Watto said and he hid a nod as he went over the bait to catch Sebulba. "Patience, my blue friend, you'll have your winnings before the suns set, and we'll be far away from here." he said to him and Watto pretended to throw a smirk into his tone then as he answered him.
"Not if your ship belongs to me, I think, huh, I warn you, no funny business." he said and Qui-Gon crossed his arms then. "You don't think Anakin can win?" he asked and he said it. "Don't get me wrongo, I have great faith in the boy, he's a credit to your race, but Sebulba there. Is going to win, I think." he said and Jar-Jar took a look a froze. "Oh, no!" he said in fear as he saw him being attended to by two Twileks then, and Qui-Gon thought it over carefully then.
"Why do you think that?" he said and he said it. "He always wins!" he said and pushed Jar-Jar back as he flew passed him. "I am betting heavily on Sebulba." he said, and knowing that was code for he was betting on Anakin to win. "I'll take that bet." he said and he looked at him in shock then. "What?" he said and he went further. "I'll wager my new racing pod against, say... the boy and his mother." he said and he said it sternly at the remark then as he answered him.
"No pod is worth two slaves, not by a long shot." he said angrily and he said it it firmly. "The boy, then, we got company here, and I got to get them out of here right now." he said and he thought it over. "We'll let fate decide, huh? I just happen to have a chance cube here: Blue, it's the boy, Red.., his mother." he said and Qui-Gon nodded, as he tossed the cube, and using the force, he got it to land on blue and he looked at him in suspicion as he shrugged then gently.
"You won this small toss, outlander... but you won't win the race, so it makes little difference!" he said to him then. "We'll see." he said patiently as he flew passed him, just as the Skywalkers arrived then, as Padme was holding him around the waist. "Better stop your friend's betting or I'll end up owning him too." he said with a smirk and Anakin looked at him. "What'd he mean by that?" he asked and Obi-wan nodded. "You did it again?" he asked and Qui-Gon nodded to him.
"I'll tell you later." he said to both of them, and then helped Shmi down. "Good morning." he said to her smiling then gently. "Oh my, space travel sounds rather perilous, from that side of it, I can assure you, they will never get me onto one of those dreadful starships." he said and he nodded. "That's me exactly Threepio, the constant firefights, this is why I hate flying." Obi-wan said and Anakin started laughing at the remark as she looked at him with a bemused smile.
"This is so wizard, Ani, I'm sure you'll do it this time." Kitser said to him and she looked between them, remembering the exchange, and knowing if this was Andy. That he was getting nervous, but Anakin been crashing on purpose to protect himself now from Sidious. Or just their Dark Jedi counterparts. 'But Jedi padawan in training, my husband is quite the pilot." she thought as she answered him. "Do what?" she asked and he said it gently to her then at that remark then.
"Finish the race, of course." he said and she nodded. "You've never won a race?" she asked and he said it. "Been crashing on purpose, after we had the black cloak show up here." he said and she nodded gently. "Not even finished?" she asked and he smiled then. "Kitster's right though, I will this time, 2 months of training, force sensitive pilot, I will this time." he said and Qui-Gon smiled then. "Of course you will." he said leaving his hands on his shoulders and she nodded.
It was a little while later that Anakin was on the track then, as he prepared then, as he heard the announcer announce him next. "And a late entry, young Anakin Skywalker: a local boy and our only local Jedi padawan, preparing for his first ever race. Now that his mentor arrived, let's give him a very good show, as win one, lose one. This could be the big one, for the Skywalker family now." he said and his second head agreed with him then.
"I see the flags are moving out onto the track." he added, as the flags crossed in front of them, as his entire family crowded around him. "Be safe." she said and he nodded smiling. "I will, Mom, I promise." he said and she nodded. "Just relax brother, use the force, feel don't think, trust your instincts." Obi-wan said and he nodded, as he hugged him tightly and Obi-wan pressed his forehead to his, to remove his fear, as Padme hugged him next and he smiled.
As he finished hooking up the cables to the engines, as Sebulba tried to psyche him out then finally, knowing Anakin was a padawan. "U won't walk neechu tuta this wompa. U slave kung." he said and Anakin smiled sternly to him. "Skrunee dopat, sleemo." he said and he said it in finality then. "Uba're bantha Poodoo!" he said, realizing his psyche method backfired then, as Qui-Gon arrived then gently. "You all set, Annie." he asked him and Anakin nodded smiling.
"Yep." be said and Qui-Gon smiled gently. "Right." he said picking him up and putting him in the cockpit as he sat down and put his gloves on. "Remember, concentrate on the moment, feel, don't think: Use your instincts." he said and Anakin nodded. "I will." he said, smiling at his father then and he smiled. "May the Force be with you." he as he passed him his helmet. "Jabba the Hutt." they heard, and he realized the hutt master that ruled his planet just arrived then.
"Welcome, begin the race!" he called out and they nodded and together activated their engines then. "Hey, looks like they're clearing the grid." he said as the engineers were running to clear a path, as Qui-Gon arrived at their observation. "Is he nervous?" she asked and he smiled. "I hoped Senia and Loren decided to opt out on that." Obi-wan said and he nodded. "Indeed we did, knowing the dirty cheater that Sebulba is, we'll play when you sell him the pod right now."
"Better just soup up the engines further: 1.5 minutes head start." Loren Tawbeck said and he nodded smiling gently. "And to answer your question Shmi, he's fine." Qui-Gon said smiling and she sighed in relief then. "You Jedi are far too reckless the queen is not..." Padme started to say and Obi-wan smiled. "If we're reckless, you're even more young lady, but it's cutting it close here." he said and she sighed, knowing he was right, but she still had to pretend on that.
"The queen trusts my judgment, young handmaiden." Qui-Gon said to her and finished it then."You should too." he said emphasizing that and she sighed. "You assume too much." she said and Jabba said it gently. "Start your engines, he said and Obi-wan nodded gently. "Easy brother relax, mentally it's been years, but focus on the moment, feel don't think. Just remember here and now, you're a living force padawan." he said as he waited for him to finish things….
The Race Results-Anakin's POV:
After a very close call in the race then, after seeing the dug latch onto his padawan's pod, Obi-wan nodded in shock then. 'Jeez, I see why the kids alerted me to that, this Dug is dangerous, alright twice more then retirement now." he thought, as he arrived at the line and everyone surrounded him then in delight, that was a slave then. 'Yeah, you gave them hope of freedom and just pulled it off now, nicely done Padawan.' he thought gently, knowing this now, in truth.
Was just the beginning, as they were all in the hanger together. "Good going, Ani!" Jar-Jar said giving him a hug as he lifted him up, before putting him down and Padme moved forward. As she hugged him as well, and he pressed his forehead to her's. "We owe you everything, Ani." she said, smiling at him then. "You're welcome my love." he said smiling at her gently. "It's so wonderful, Ani: you have brought hope to those who have none." Shmi said smiling to him.
"I'm so very proud of you." she said and he smiled. "Nicely done Padawan, that was great." Obi-wan said gently and Anakin smiled then. "Well Annie, you did it, and here is your pay for the years of hard work you have done for me." Watto said smiling gently, as he passed a pouch to him then and he nodded smiling. "Next race is the Harvester's, Watto, I'm doing it one more time for you, then I see everyone at the games." he said and Watto nodded smiling gently.
"Take him, Master Kenobi, he is free to go now." he said and Obi-wan nodded gently to him then. "I've got to talk to Jabba, arrange the Harvester's, as this one is for everyone right now, and I can repair the racer while I'm at it right now." he said and Obi-wan and Qui-Gon nodded as he headed up to the royal booth. "Chut chut, I'd like an audience with Lord Jabba please." he said and his major domo Bib Fortuna nodded as he let him pass gently at that request then.
"Greetings Exalted Jabba, regarding the next race, I wish to free everyone now, because with frequent raids by the trader, it's best for everyone concerned." He said and Jabba nodded gently at that. "Agreed, so when can I expect the arrangements to be met for that now?" he asked and Anakin said it. "Seven months, the Harvesters." he said and Jabba nodded gently. "If you ever have need of help, just contact me with the Jedi council." he said and Jabba nodded.
"Thank you for the advice and I will, who are the Jedi team that arrived." he asked and Anakin smiled. "The Jinn/Kenobi team." he said and Jabba nodded. "Jinn/Kenobi team, as in Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-wan Kenobi?" he asked and Anakin nodded. "Padawan Skywalker, your team is the team that killed Offworld corporation members. The employees now during a violent dispute were Jemba and Grelb, both hutts." he said and Anakin nodded.
And in shock to that reveal then. "Obi-wan, why you never tell me that.' he thought gently to that. "Issues, I end up getting chosen by the most famous Jedi team possible." he said and Jabba nodded. "Alright again, if you ever have need of Jedi assistance, ask for me and through the Jedi council, I'll handle this in the years ahead." he said and he nodded. "Good luck Padawan Skywalker and may the force be with you." he said and Anakin bowed as he left.
"Well he agreed, first after 7 months we return for the secondary race, I also told him if ever needed us to send word to me through the council." he said and Obi-wan nodded. "Nice thinking and that mission has Ahsoka getting involved in it." he said and Padme smiled. "We got one threat taken care of, in my case, but the other, the Raiders, is still up for debate here. Being as, Annie, that you deactivated every transmitter on the planet." Shmi said and he nodded then.
"And like I said here is that every new day for a slave means another day to die, and killing Krayne is the only freedom they get here. Being as, like mom said, that things could be far worse for us then you think, Siri is about to walk right into it. The spice mines of Nar Shadaa is the said worse here right now brother, that's why I was looking for her now." he said and Obi-wan nodded sternly to him as they headed back for the ship then, as Jar-Jar greeted them.
"Hidoe!" he said and they nodded. "Well, we have all the essential parts we need, I'm going back, some unfinished business, I won't be long." he said and Obi-wan nodded. "You freed Andy as well too huh, alright I understand, we bring them both back with us." he said and Qui-Gon nodded gently. "But get this hyperdrive generator installed, we leave in 90 minutes once I do this." he said and Anakin nodded said it for both of them, as he wrapped his arm around him.
"Yes, Father, that shouldn't take long." he said and he nodded then. "Come on, Hup!" he said to his mount and rode him back as Anakin did the repairs then. "He freed Andy as well, but mom's next, but 7 months updated training, I got to go counseling with Mace and Master right now." he said and she nodded as Artoo checked frequencies and beeped and he smiled and nodded. "Yeah alright, check it Captain Olie!" he called out to him then and the engine revved up at that then.
And he smiled then. "Yeah that did it, we're good to go!" Ric called out and he nodded, before they heard a loud commotion. "Yeah that's what I was afraid of here, someone commented, as a Jedi I could be cheating and one of my friends took an offense to that remark." he said and Obi-wan nodded. "Better go check on it, then get your stuff, we leave in 90 minutes." he said and Anakin nodded to the orders, as he used the force to put the speed on then quickly then.
"Hey alright break it up, what happened this time exactly?" he said, pulling Wald back and Amee answered that with a sigh. "Greedo commented that with that fact you got one of this one unscathed, you could be cheating." he said and Anakin nodded. "I suppose to a normal being a Jedi is cheating, being as we have the force, but the opinions of others. Though negative are something you have to learn to accept, but I appreciate your defending me, my friend, guys."
"But Greedo, that attitude is a good possibility for a life of crime if you're not careful." he said and he flinched then at the recriminations then. "Indeed, and that was nicely done, shall we padawan." they heard and he nodded. "Yes Father, guys see you in 7 months." he said and they nodded. "So rather than good bye is see you soon, alright see you in 7 months, buddy." Kitser said as he exchanged hugs with the quintet gently, as he walked back to his house with him.
Walking back to his house Qui-Gon passed him a pouch loaded with credits. "Hey, these are yours." he said and Andy, seeing the amount said it in delight. "Yes!" he said as he headed into the apartment to show her. "Mom, we sold the pod! Look at all the money we have!" he said showing her the amount and she smiled. "Oh my goodness, that's so wonderful Andy." she said and Anakin nodded. "I'm going to Coruscant with them." he said and she nodded then.
"Reporting into Master Yoda?" she asked and he nodded. "Then with the amount that Watto gave us, for your winning that race, and serving him for 3 years. I'm paying tuition, so with that, here is 10,000, this covers you, and your brother now. But I am making 3 rules here: no talking to strangers now, although his friends. Outside the Jedi, are fine, after the Harvesters and the games, no more racing, either podracing or whatever illegal racing they're doing on the capitol."
"And you follow orders in whatever he and my Jedi counterpart, let alone your Aunt and Uncle's say now, Anakin, he's your Jedi father, so as the parent, you do what we say." she said and he nodded to her. "I will mom, I promise now." he said as she passed Qui-Gon the amount then, and he pocketed it, knowing this idea, was about to result in a serious change. As the padawans were provided an allowance and money to pay for training and lodging at the temple now.
"I'll take care of him, you have my word, and Andy has been freed as well now." Qui-Gon said and he looked at him. "What?" he said and he said it smiling. "You're no longer a slave." he said and he looked at her. "Did you hear that?" he asked and she nodded. "Now you can make your dreams come true, Annie, you are free." she said and looked at Qui-Gon. "Will you take him with you, is he to become a Jedi?" she asked and he said it gently then to her gently.
"Yes: Our meeting was not a coincidence, nothing happens by accident." he said and Andy said it quickly. "You mean I get to come with you in your starship?" he said and Anakin sighed. "There's one downside to this, it means though free, we still listen to the adults, Andy, in truth, I knew what I was getting into, when I started training. But the counsel gives us orders, like our Master, our teacher, does, we have to obey our mentor." he said to him then gently at that.
Knowing his twin did not understand the changes that would come with leaving, as he was mentally, no older then Obi-wan now, trapped in his going on 10 year old body. And as Qui-Gon nodded gently in agreement. "Indeed, Andrus..., training to become a Jedi is not an easy challenge and even if you succeed, this is a hard life." he said and he said it then. "But I wanna go, it's what I've always dreamed of doing." he said and he looked at Shmi then quickly
"Can I go, Mom?" he asked and she crouched in front of him. "Andrus, this path has been placed before you, the choice is yours alone." she said to him then. "I wanna do it." he said and she nodded as he said it. "Best pack up, we leave in 90 minutes." Anakin said and Qui-Gon nodded as he said it. "Then pack your things, we haven't much time." he said and he turned and then froze. "What about Mom, is she free too?" he asked and he sighed then gently.
"I tried to free your mother, Ani, but Watto wouldn't have it." he said and he looked at her desperately. "You're coming with us, aren't you, Mom?" he said and she said it. "Son, my place is here, my future is here, it is time for you to let go." she said and he said it sadly. "I don't want things to change." he said and she said it. "Yeah, yeah knowing in truth my baby returned to me, from an alternate future, he's himself again, I am and I will be." she said and Anakin sighed in relief.
As he put together a second pack carrying a second batch of stuff meant for his alter ego, as he activated Threepio who came to then. "Hello, Master Anakin." Threepio said, remembering this moment and remembering to keep it as canon as possible with the original time-line he said it. "Well, Threepio, I've been freed…, and I'm going away in a starship." Anakin said gently to him. "Master Anakin, you are my maker and I wish you well." he said and then said it gently
"However, I should prefer it if I were a little more completed." he said and Anakin smiled to him. "I'm sorry I wasn't able to finish you, Threepio, not right now, because I will when we come back in a few months now, in giving you coverings and all. I'm gonna miss working on you, you been a great friend to me all these months, don't worry. I'll make sure Mom doesn't sell you or anything." Anakin said and he said it gently. "See you soon Master Annie." he said to him then.
As Anakin walked out there, he hugged his mother one more, before Andy froze and immediately ran back to her. "I can't do it, Mom, I just can't do it." he said, trying to keep from crying, before saying it. "Will I ever see you again?" he asked her and she said it then. "What does your heart tell you?" she asked and he said it. "I hope so…., Yes…, I guess." he said and she nodded as she answered him then smiling, knowing he would come back to her.
"Then we will see each other again." she said and he said it determinedly then. "I will come back and free you, Mom, I promise." he said and she nodded gently. "Now, be brave and don't look back…., don't look back." she said and he nodded as he decided to say nothing, knowing he did, he was about start crying then, as Anakin looked into her eyes as he said it gently. "I will come back, mom, I promise, I will, be careful, I love you." he said and she smiled at him then.
"I will Annie, you be a good boy, do everything he, Obi-wan the council tell you to do." she said and he nodded to her as he hugged her one more time then and then walked to Qui-Gon, who hid a smile, knowing the ruse was working then perfectly, to protect them..
Getting Off Tatooine And Arrival Coruscant-Anakin's POV:
Walking back to the ship, Anakin froze and signaled Qui-Gon and he swung his lightsaber as they heard it cut through something. "Annie, Qui-Gon, sir, wait!" he said and Qui-Gon, and saw a speeder boke bearing down on the them
- Anakin drop!" he said quickly and Anakin quickly back flipped over whoever tried to run him down and landed then as he yanked his lightsaber. "Anakin no, he's too strong for you, go, tell them to take off!" he said and he nodded and charged up the ramp as and dumped his stuff. "Guys we got to go, take off!" he shouted and Obi-wan focused on where the fight was. "Qui-Gon's in trouble." Panaka said to Olie and he nodded as Obi-wan pointed them out then.
"Take off, over there and fly low." he said and he nodded. "Let me do that, I got better control." Anakin said and he nodded as he switched positions with him, and he carefully got above them and Qui-Gon jumped on board then, as he lifted off and went to hyperspace. "Here take the controls, direct shot straight to Coruscant." Anakin said and he nodded as he and Obi-wan charged to the cargo bay to check on Qui-Gon then, as he switched voices again then quickly.
"Are you all right?" he asked and Qui-Gon nodded, knowing he switched to his alter ego in personality traits then. "I think so." he said and Obi-wan nodded. "What was it or what was he exactly." he asked and he sighed. "I'm not sure, but it was well-trained in the Jedi arts, that my guess is it was after the queen." he said and Andy said it. "What are we gonna do about it?" he said and Anakin looked at him. "Be patient, for now we have to rest." he said to him then.
"We're safe, that's all that matters, we can rest and recuperate." Anakin said firmly to this. "Indeed, we shall be patient." He said and Anakin looked down in exhaustion. "First the race and now we see that guy up close and personal, at this hour, my reserves are drained. As a result with the temperatures, I need a temperate climate to train in." Anakin said and he nodded. "That makes two of us right now." he said and Obi-wan nodded in agreement to that gently.
"Well a good night's sleep then we get to work in the morning, temperature in here is perfect for you to train, but Dack said if you want Ric can give you piloting lessons." he said and Anakin nodded as he helped him up, as they headed for their quarters. Before long, he, in pulling on his cloak, for further warmth, checked the radio transmissions. "The death toll is catastrophic, we must bow to their wishes, you must contact me." her governor said and he nodded.
"Annie, what are you doing up?" he heard and turned around then. "Decided to check that transmission, there's a homing beacon, attached to it." he said and she nodded. "Then Obi-wan was right to tell me, not to respond to it, we know that's Palpatine's work here. What are we going to do exactly?" she asked and he nodded. "Leading into when we see each other again, we're keeping it canon here, then after the war starts, I swapped mentors and in training."
"And with Obi-wan's fiancee Siri Tachi, her mentor is Father's partner pair up." he said and she nodded. "We do that then, but time to refamiliarize yourself with my planetary controls." she said and he nodded as, a few days later, they arrived and Olie, remembering what Panaka told him, described the planet to Anakin's alter ego. "Coruscant: The entire planet is one big city." he said as he flew them to spot he'd be parking the ship on as he pointed out the sights to him.
"There's Chancellor Valorum's shuttle, and look over there, Senator Palpatine is waiting for us." he said and Anakin crossed his arms then. "Andy's going with the queen's entourage, I stay with your Father, Obi-wan, I got work to do here." he said and Qui-Gon and Panaka nodded sternly, as they landed the ship, and he followed the queen out of the ship. "It is a great gift to see you alive, Your Majesty." Senator Sheev Palpatine, AKA Darth Sidious said pleasantly to her then.
"With the communications breakdown, we've been very concerned, oh I see you brought a guest with you." he said and Anakin simply looked into his eyes. "Actually no, I am a padawan, Senator, my name is Anakin Skywalker now, I am the apprentice of Master Jinn. And Padawan Kenobi, they were simply picking me up in route from Tatooine now. Because I have an audience with the Jedi council to continue training." Anakin said sternly and he nodded then.
As he looked at Padme then, and she only looked at him warily. "I'm anxious to hear your report on the situation, may I present Supreme Chancellor Valorum." he said and she turned to the Chancellor. "Welcome, Your Highness, it's an honour to finally meet you in person." he said to her gently and she nodded. "Thank you, Supreme Chancellor." she said and he nodded. "I must relay to you how distressed everyone is over the current situation." she said and he said it then.
"I've called for a special session of the senate to hear your position." Valorum said to her gently and she nodded. "I'm grateful for your concern, Chancellor." he said and he nodded, and Obi-wan nudged Qui-Gon in the back, and he listened more closely to Palpatine's next remark carefully. "There is a question of procedure..., but I'm confident we can overcome it." he said and Padme turned to look at Anakin. "Andy come on." she said and Qui-Gon nodded to him.
"Chancellor, we got a bigger problem, from now till my children's birth, we got a snake in the senate that needs to be neutralized. But they're back, the black cloaks are back, they destroyed the ship, after you sent them to handle the trade." Anakin said and he nodded. "I see, well now, if we have to trick your alter ego, we do it as carefully as possible now." he said sternly "I must speak with the Grandmaster immediately, it matches Xanatos." he said and Qui-Gon nodded
"Indeed, I must speak with my mentor and immediately, the situation has become much more complicated." he said and Valorum nodded sternly. "Andy, you go with the queen, Annie, you come with me, best time to meet with the grandmaster now." he said and Anakin, as Andy, nodded to him and Anakin nodded to the orders sternly then. And as he strapped his lightsaber onto his belt then, as they headed for the temple…
Jedi Council Meeting-Obi-wan's POV:
Arriving at the temple then, they headed for the Grandmaster's quarters, as Anakin bowed to the Yoda. "Master, it is good to see you again." he said and Yoda nodded smiling gently. "My dear padawan, what's the verdict, why send Andrus away, did your mother?" he asked and he sat down in front of him as he explained that. "His impulses are exactly as you saw in Luke, no patience, his mind is not on the here and now, but the future." he said and Yoda nodded then
"But Andy, or rather Vader, just realized that becoming a Jedi meant leaving home, I chose the name of Andrus, but full name of Andrus Darren Vandel. Turn that into his Sith alias, you get Darth Vader, but I know better, after 3 years currently and 3 more with you. Same conversation with mom I had, as Father would say, we give up many things when we choose this life. We're destined to have no family or home, our duty is one of service to the entire galaxy here now."
"But the code itself, was a pipe dream, either you make it or you don't, but from 7 to 13, you can study any one of 5 careers rather than farming. Padme's memories just returned, we're married, afraid to tell you, because she was scared you'd expel me." he said and he nodded. "We can fix this, but there are two ways the prophecy can be accomplished, we can get the second if we clone my alter ego tonight, he gets 1/5th my knowledge. But he's carrying my bad traits, this is me as your padawan now." he said and he nodded gently then. "With us back together, Obi-wan took me through training for the last 3 days, since they arrived. Lightsaber training, meditation and everything else." he said and Yoda nodded smiling in approval then.
"Never been happier to have you back padawan, missed you so I have." he said and he smiled as he hugged him and he pressed his forehead to his. "I see the traitor he truly is here, but I only joined him to save her, but he said something that never penetrated back then. But hearing it now, I realized he never had the power at all, he just used me to kill everyone." he said and Yoda nodded sternly. "Then let Andy realize that, and you Jedi Master." he said and he nodded.
"I'm following through, the entire 17 years now, but I'd rather stay padawan, till I'm 27 as by then the twins know here, than their father makes master at exactly 33. But we're having you be their creche from 4 to 12, then from 13 to 23 they start training and enter trials. To Knight, just as my daughter marries Han." he said and he nodded. "Indeed, alright finish trials at 27, become knight at 28 and make master at 33 years of age you will now." he said to him then.
"Luke, gets training he never had the time too, but you did, grow up with this you did, so shall follow through till the final crash now. Only this becomes exactly as what told Luke, Obi-wan did, exactly as said." he said and Anakin nodded to him gently. "Lorian joined in with Alliance, in order to protect my daughter, while Ferus did the same thing here, while the duo, that's Xanatos and Bruck fell to the darkside." he said and he nodded gently. "Re-run with your training now, and just increase the workload every few weeks, to make it harder, we do, to heal your emotional state, very fragile you are. And that though built new lightsaber you did, still very fragile spiritually and emotionally you are. That need your father you do, that know your mother does, now, that in good hands you are now. Just to cleanse your training of the evil that corrupted it." Yoda said to gently to him and he nodded calmly then.
"I never turned off my own free will, but rather to save Padme, as the stupid idiot never considered those visions are really because of said turn to the darkside. "Shmi provided the tuition now, to afford training for him and Andy." he said and Yoda nodded, "And starting recruitment at age 5, as see I do, that training Anakin at age 6, his maturity in growing up a padawan, if anything matches the skills. And of young martial arts expert, at age of going on 10, if was one now, be a green belt now, he would be. And as add 5 more colors, before full mastery of the art, which is the same as a padawan." he said and they nodded.
