At the Fenton Works basement, Jack was sitting down as he wears a soda hat and a fishing vest, while he sips his soda. Jack then casts a glowing-white fishing line into the open Ghost Portal. It's has been a few days since the whole Lunch Lady incident, Jack once discovered that ghosts really did exist and was now determined more than ever to hunt one down, even though he had no idea that the very first ghost he saw was actually his own son, Danny Fenton.

Speaking of Danny, he comes on down the stairs and drops his backpack on the floor as he walks up behind his father in curiosity.

"Hey, Dad. What are you doing?" Danny asks.

Jack immediately quieted him as he spoke. "Danny, keep it down. You'll scare away the ghosts." He then pointed out the fishing line as he explained. "It's the Fenton Ghost Fisher. I'm fishing for ghosts." He soon reeled in the line and showcased the line to Danny. "Check out this line. Coated with a special high-test ectoplasmal resin that ghosts can't break. Quiet now. Don't wanna spook 'em." He sips at the soda, casting the line again before his stomach rumbles and he bolted up in exclaiming. "Whoa! That soda goes right through you like Sherman through Georgia." He swiftly gave the line to Danny as he exclaimed once more in getting up. "Here! Hang on to this. I'll be right back after I use the Fenton Urinal." He bolted right out of there before the fishing line suddenly started to reel further in as it suddenly stop as Danny's ghost sense went off.

"Oh no." Danny whispered knowing what was about to happen.

Danny then tried to pull on the line but found it to be more difficult than he anticipated. The line suddenly became loose and what came out was a large, blue dragon with a golden amulet as it pulled itself free of the portal before roaring, the line's broken end that hung from its mouth smacking Danny in the face as he near-exclaimed. "Da-?"

"I WANT TO GO!" The beast roared as Danny gave into a panic.

"D-ahhh!" He made a run for it before getting snatched up by the dragon ghost as it howled in his face.

"I HAVE TO GO!" The blue dragon roared again.

"You'll have to stand in line behind my Dad. In the meantime..." Danny regained his resolve in going ghost and slipping out of the dragon's claw as a blue mist before reforming. Surprising the dragon before it made a few swings at him before blasting at him with green flames, missing the hits before Danny came back with a kick, slamming the dragon back to the wall. Unbeknownst to him was the golden amulet that was launched right off of the dragon's neck and landed in his book bag. The dragon soon started to change into a green-skinned maiden to Danny's surprise as she moaned with sorrow.

"All I wanted was to go to the Princess Costume Ball. And my horrid mummy won't let me!" She wailed out as she was sucked back into the portal before Danny spoke to the event.

"If that dragon suit's her idea of a costume, I'm on mummy's side." Danny commented to himself. He changed back to human form and rubbed his head. "Phew, man, that's a relief."

Right on cue, Jack returned with two cans of soda in his hands, just missing the whole ghost fight. "I'll tell you what a relief is!" He said, until he made a look like he just forgot something when he handed the sodas to Danny. "Darn, I almost forgot!"

He ran back out of the lab and a toilet being flushed was heard, confusing his son a little.

Danny Phantom song - Bold/Italic

Kim Possible - Italic

He's a phantom

Ooh, yeah, yeah

Danny Phantom

He's a phantom

Danny phantom, phantom

I'm your basic average girl

And I'm here to save the world

You can't stop me cause I'm

Kim Pos-si-ble

Yo, Danny Fenton, he was just 14

When his parents built a very strange machine

Designed to view a world unseen

He's gonna catch 'em all 'cause he's Danny Phantom

There is nothing I can't do

And when danger calls

Just know that I am on my way

(Know that I am on my way)

When it didn't quite work, his folks, they just quit

Then Danny took a look inside of it

There was a great big flash, everything just changed

His molecules got all rearranged

It doesn't matter where or when there's trouble

If you just call my name, Kim Possible

Phantom, phantom

Call me, beep me if ya

Wanna reach me

When ya wanna page me it's okay

Whenever you need me baby

Call me, beep me if ya

wanna reach me

When he first woke up he realized

He had snow white hair, and glowing green eyes

He could walk through walls, disappear, and fly!

Call me, beep me if ya

wanna reach me

Doesn't matter where

Doesn't matter when

I will be there for ya til the very end

He was much more unique than the other guys

It was then Danny knew what he had to do

He had to stop all the ghosts from coming through

He's here to fight for me and you!

Danger or trouble

I'm there on the double

You know that you always can call

Kim Possible

He's gonna catch 'em all, 'cause he's Danny Phantom

Gonna catch 'em all, 'cause he's Danny Phantom

Gonna catch 'em all, 'cause he's Danny Phantom

Call me, beep me if ya

wanna reach me

Gonna catch 'em all, 'cause he's Danny Phantom

Later on, that same day during lunch, banners, balloons, and posters were hanging up everywhere around the buildings of Casper High. Even outside as there is a big banner that read, 'THE BIG DANCE.' The students were all very excited about the school dance happening tomorrow night since most of them have found dates, but for Tucker Foley, he was waiting outside the doors while he tried to look for a girl to go out with to the freshmen dance.

Tucker was holding the door as girls walked by, but the matter was slim for him. "Hey there, I-"

"No!" The girl immediately said.

Tucker tried for the next one. "Hi, would you-"

"Forget it." The girl said, not even interested.

Another failure as a third girl came and went with a firm 'No' before Tucker even said anything to her. "I didn't ask you yet!" He exclaimed at her,

He then just gave up when he slumped next to his four friends with his hands under his chin at a picnic table as two of his friends stop talking of whatever they were saying. Sam and Kim were eating their salad, while Danny ate his sandwich, meanwhile, Ron and Rufus were munching down on some Bueno Nachos. Unfortunately, Tucker didn't have anything since most of the girls were just rejecting him rudely.

"So anyways Kim, I was thinking-" Danny started to say before he saw Tucker joining them. "Strike three, Tuck?" Danny chuckled smugly.

"Try strike three-thousand." Tucker huffed as Sam spoke next in musing over this dance thing.

"I don't know what the big deal is about going to some stupid dance. I don't need to be asked to some dance to know I'm special." Sam said.

"Exactly, Sam. Besides, it's better to go to a dance with your friends." Kim said as Sam agrees as that's usually better.

"Well…. About that." Danny said drawing their attention. "I was actually thinking maybe we should ask someone to the dance."

Ron looks up at his best friend in confusion. "I don't know, Danny. Don't think you she might feel awkward….with us?" Ron asks.

"With us?" Danny asked.

"Well, we always go together, bro." Ron said as he got up and hugs Danny and Kim. "The three amigo." He said with glee as he notices Sam and Tucker glaring at him. "Oh and you guys too."

Danny stopped as he realized he forgot to tell his two best friends of his idea as he coughed nervously, not wanting to hurt their feelings by mistake. "Well yes, but only as, you know friends." He stressed on the friend's part as Kim and Ron nodded, getting the idea. "And this time I thought that maybe we could all three of us can find an actual date?"

"A date?" Ron asks as he was surprised that this was happening. "Right…like uh dating. Dating in a date-like kind of way. Uh-huh." Ron rambles, but totally gets the idea that it might be a great idea.

"Oh, sure." Kim said with a smile as she agree. "That sounds like fun."

"Great, so who are you two going to ask?" Danny asked curiously.

"I don't know, but we'll see what happens." Kim said nonchalantly.

"Well look no further." Tucker said as he turns towards Kim. "I'll be happy to take you to the dance."

Kim glares at him for his attempt. "No."

Tucker then looks at Danny and Ron as he shrugged his shoulders. "Worth a shot."

"So what were you saying Danny?" Kim asks getting back to their conversation earlier. "Before Tucker came over." She clarifies.

"Oh um…" Danny stuttters nervously. He was going to ask Kim to the dance, but just as friends. Not wanting to make a fool of himself, he looks over to see a brunette of average height with shoulder-length hair in a shag cut, teal eyes, a slender but curvaceous figure. That was none other than Bonnie Rockwaller, a cheerleader that Kim was a part of. It was then he got an idea. "...I was wondering if would it be cool if I ask Bonnie out?"

"What?" Kim asks not believing he said that. Kim looks over to Bonnie as who seems to be by herself as she sits on the ground while leaning on a tree eating her yogurt.

Sam scoffs at this. "Oh please, Paulina? Girls like her are a dime a dozen!" Sam said while frowning her eyes at the girl in dismay. Apparently, she didn't really like Bonnie, because of the fact that she was a social prep who cared for nothing more than her own looks and popularity.

"Sam's right, Danny." Kim said as she frown at her friend. "I don't think it's a good idea to ask her out. But if you want to, I'm not going to stop you. All she is ever going to do is be rude to you as always."

"Well, there's only one way to find out. Go on, Danny. Go to that library and check out that book!" Tucker said with encouragement.

"I can't! I get weak-kneed when I try to talk to cute girls." Danny said as he looks down at the table.

Kim's eyes went wide and then frowned when he practically admitted that he gets shy around cute girls. "Oh, and you have absolutely no problems talking to me and Sam." She said while she narrowed her eyes at him, somewhat offended.

Danny realized what he has just said when his eyes went wide. "Oh, no, girls, I didn't mean-"

"Skip it, go give your weak knees some exercise." Kim pulled Danny out of his seat and then she shoved him carelessly up to Bonnie.

"Bet you five buck he messed it up in the next five minutes." Tucker bets as he takes five dollars out of his pocket towards Ron.

"Make that ten dollars, and I bet he messed it up in two minutes." Ron counters the offer as they both pulled out ten dollars.

Sam looks at them in confusion. "Weren't you just encouraging Danny to go for Bonnie?" She asks Tucker.

"Yes, but there is always a chance that Danny messes it up somehow." Tucker explains with a smile as the four…five counting Rufus too as they watch Danny walk up to Bonnie.

Danny took a deep breath to calm his nerves before speaking. "Hey, Bonnie…" But as he put his hands on the tree, his entire instantly turn intangible and it phased through the tree, making his cheek hit the trunk of the tree while he grunted from impact. Danny quickly pulled his arm back out, turned it solid before Bonnie could even notice, and flexed his fingers as he held onto his wrist.

Bonnie rolled his eyes. "Please, don't say you've suddenly fallen for me, that line is so last semester." She took a bite out of her yogurt as she stared at Danny.

"Well…uh… I was wondering if you…" But Danny once again didn't get to say anything else as his pants became intangible and fell down, revealing his boxer shorts.

Tucker and Sam look confused about how that happened while Kim, Ron, and Rufus were shocked to see talking to the ladies affect his powers too. Danny was instantly the laughing stock in school as they couldn't help but laugh at his predicament.

Bonnie merely laughed and said, "A gentleman usually tips his hat, but I'll give you points for originality."

Kim narrowed her eyes when Bonnie just practically mocked Danny like that. She then came over about the mass laugh fest of Danny's exposed boxers and spoke, resting a hand on his shoulder. "Kudos, Danny. You just set an all-time speed record for drowning in the shallow end of the gene pool." Bonnie took a moment to register that statement before she exclaimed.

"Oh, no! You did not just call me shallow, did you?!" She scowled offendedly.

Kim gave her cheerleader teammate a look with her arms crossed. "If you mean do I think I can stand in a puddle full of you and not get my feet wet, then yeah." Kim said then form a smirk. "Maybe even higher than Paulina. You two are practically the same."

"Shallow?! I am not shallow!" Bonnie retorts back. Kim didn't answer back as she took Danny away before Bonnie started to plot. "On the other hand, I'm not so deep that I couldn't lure a boy away from the Kim Possible. And I will."

Later on that night, after finishing some homework, Bonnie got her phone out and makes a call. After a few rings, someone picks up. "Hey, girl." A female voice said on the other line.

"Hey, Paulina." Bonnie greets. "Guess what? I'm going to the spring formal with that Fenton loser." She exclaimed with excitement.

Unfortunately, Paulina didn't share the same excitement. "What?!" She yells. "Why the heck would you go with that freak?"

Bonnie just laughs it off. "Don't worry, I'm only using him just to get back at Possible and to humiliate him in front of everyone."

"Hm…making her jealous I see." Paulina said, figuring out her best friend's plan. "Good idea. But I'm guess you didn't just call me and tell me this. You got a plan, I'm guessing."

"Exactly." Bonnie confirmed. "I want you to go with Stoppable." She said. "That way we both can get with Kim's friends and we can double the humiliation."

"You got it." Paulina said with delight. "Kim is so going to be mad at us."

Inside the hallway of Casper High, Danny dug through his locker while Ron and Tucker leaned next to him. He was still pretty embarrassed by what just happened yesterday when his powers made him look like a total fool in front of Bonnie.

"Thanks to you, I now know the quickest way to a woman's heart: clean boxers." Tucker jokes trying to cheer him up.

"It could be worse." Ron said.

"How could it be worse?" Danny asks as he pulls out the last book he needs for class.

"If Paulina was next to her when it happened, then you would have two girls laughing at you." Ron said trying to make him feel better, even though it wasn't working.

"True. But man, I blew it yesterday. Bonnie probably won't even look at me now." Danny rubs the back of his neck.

"Hey, Danny!" Bonnie's voice said. They both turned around in surprise when they saw the girl standing there a few feet away from them as she smiled at Danny warmly. All of the boys in the hallway sighed heavenly at the sight of her as they fawned at her beauty.

"...or not." Danny smiled brightly before he leaned close to Ron and Tucker. "Hey guys."

"I get it. We're out." Tucker said as he and Ron leaves before Ron came right now back. "Good luck." And he bolts as Bonnie arrived in greeting him.

"Hi, you." She laughed with a flirtatious tone. "I just wanted to..." Before she could continue, Dash suddenly came in slamming Danny into his locker who yelp in surprise, closing it, and leaning on it as he mused.

"Meet me? Who doesn't?" Dash asked casually as Bonnie look at him in surprise.

Danny leaned out of his locker intangible with a glare as Dash started to speak to a disinterested Bonnie. "Dash Baxter." Danny placed his hands on Dash's shoulder, but suddenly started to sink in as he continued. "All-star quarterback and school hero." Danny yelped in getting sucked right into Dash's body. "I'm also-" Suddenly, Dash's eyes turned to green and he dropped the football he was carrying before speaking in a different voice, Danny's voice.

"-in Dash's body?" Dash said in Danny's voice.

Excuse me?" Bonnie asked.

Danny stared down at Dash's hands as he realized that he was completely taking over his rival's body and even his actions. "Right, of course!" He noticed that Bonnie was staring at him oddly, so he decided to make Dash look like a freak. "I'm also president of the Casper High Geek Club, and I have every fingernail I've ever clipped. Wanna see 'em?"

Bonnie scolded at him in disgust. "Ugh, no."

"Oh, then you should get to know Danny Fenton. He doesn't scratch his mom's feet every night like I do." Danny then made Dash grab Bonnie's feet and was about to rub her feet.

"Eww! Get lost freak!" Bonnie exclaimed even more grossed out than before.

Danny flew out of Dash's body while he smiled at the football player before he phased back into his locker. Dash stood back up to his feet, looking a little disoriented and confused as he rubbed his head, dizzy from Danny controlling him.

"Why do I suddenly feel like scratching my mom's feet?" He asked himself in confusion as he walked away and rubbed his headache. The football captain has apparently become slightly influenced by what Danny said while he was being controlled.

Bonnie scowled at where the football captain left before she smiled as she opened the locker door. Danny smiled at her until he tumbled out of the locker with a yelp and landed on the floor as a golden amulet fell out of his backpack. She mused kneeling down to his level. "We have to stop meeting like this." She noticed the amulet and gasped, entranced by its beauty and shine. "Oh my gosh! What's that?" She picks it up as Danny stammers for an answer.

"That? Oh! Uh, it's a...uh... You like it?" He asked with a hopeful smile as Bonnie gleamed.

"It's beautiful!"

"Hey, that's great!" Bonnie stood up as Danny took an excuse with the discovered amulet. "Because I, uh, got it for you."

"Really?!"

"Yeah." He got back up as he stammered. "I-I-in case I got the nerve to ask you to the dance and you said yes, I thought I'd want to give you something and that's what it would have been. It's for you." His intangibility went off again, but he quickly grabbed him before they can fall down again. "Whether you go with me or not." Bonnie hummed before she spoke.

"Well, you are kind of cute, and you have great taste in underwear. I'd love to go with you." She then put on the amulet and walked away, but her eyes suddenly started to glow green as the amulet now took hold of her as Danny was left smiling before he frowned with musing to himself about the amulet itself, having no clue where it came from.

"What am I doing? That thing doesn't belong to me. It could be my mom's, or my sister's." But the thought was shoved straight out as Bonnie waved from the end of the hallway as she shouted to him.

"Bye, Danny. See you!" She shouts.

"Or I could worry about that later. Because she said yes! Woohoo!" He pumped his fists in the air in triumph, also forgetting that his pants had gone intangible and dropped.

He then sees a shadow looming over him as he turns to see Mr. Lancer who said, "Pantless again Mr. Fenton? Third time this week, I've caught you…how do you kids say it?" He asked and then pulled out a book that was titled, How To Sound Hip for the Unhip. "Dropping trou." He then had an evil smirk on his face as he spoke. "I think it's time I saw your father for a parent-teacher conference."

Mr. Lancer then hands Danny a piece of paper who frowned upon seeing it. "Oh, man. My Dad?" Danny muttered quietly.

"Until then here." Mr. Lancer said as he pulls out a belt from his pocket. "It'll help you keep your pants up and…" Mr. Lancer paused a moment to look back at his book before speaking again. "...out of trouble with the man."

Later on at the Fenton Works lab after school, Jack was still trying to fish for some ghosts with the Fenton Fisher. Danny stood beside him as well while he tried to find the right words on how to tell his father he had to go to a parent-teacher conference.

"Catch anything, Dad?" Danny asked.

"Son, I couldn't catch a cold." Jack said as he rested her cheek on his hand in boredom. "I've been sitting here all day without a single bite!"

Danny looked at his paper slip. "Uh-" Danny didn't know what to say.

"I'm so frustrated, I wanna take out my rage on the first person who gives me bad news." He casted the lines once more into the Ghost Portal as he spoke to his son. "Anyway, you wanted to tell me something?"

"Well, sort of...Mr. Lancer…" Danny started before Jack bolted up as he inquired with a powerful tone.

"Mr. Lancer what?" Jack asked in suspicion as he narrowed his eyes at his son. "Is this bad news?" Danny quickly hid the paper slip behind his back as he smiled nervously, thinking his Dad would kill him if he told him that Jack had to talk to his teacher.

"Mr. Lancer…" He suddenly got an idea as he smiled to himself. He turned himself intangible while his Dad wasn't looking and he flew straight into his body as he smiled. "Wants to have a word with us!" He was really getting the hang of this new power he has recently discovered, even though he still didn't know what it was called yet.

At Casper High in Mr. Lancer's office, Danny, who was in his Dad's body, was present with his teacher while he tried to act natural. "Thank you for coming here to discuss your son's schooling, Mr. Fenton." Mr. Lancer said politely with a smile.

"Well, sure!" Danny said through his Dad while he tried to sound like Jack as best as he could. "I'm a parent, and that's what parents do...uh, right?"

"Well, he's had a few incidences with his…pants…" Mr. Lancer started to say as he tries to find the right words to use.

"Did his pants fall down again? Poor Danny. He studies so hard, he forgets to eat. I know these things because I'm his Dad, and not him!" Danny said quickly.

Mr. Lancer thought to himself for a moment while Danny leaned on the desk and waited patiently for an answer with a wide, anticipated smile. "Hmm...that would explain things."

"It worked?" Danny asks himself, thinking he is about to get away with it. But then he saw Mr. Lancer's face, so he quickly spoke again. "I-I-I mean, uh, of course, you understand! No wonder your Danny's favorite teacher!"

Mr. Lancer cocked an eyebrow. "I am?" He asks as he finds it a little surprising to hear that.

"We, Fentons, consider teachers to be underpaid and underappreciated." Danny smiled largely with his Dad's smile.

Mr. Lancer smiled a little at his little talk. "I like your style, Mr. Fenton. In fact, I would like you to chaperone the upcoming school dance."

This took Danny by surprise when his eyes went wide with confusion and uncertainty. "Chaperone?... Well, I'm not sure."

"I am. See you Friday." Mr. Lancer said before looking over to his book again as he spoke. "Or as the kids say: 'Catch you later, G'!" He said as he makes his right hand into a gun position that points towards Jack.

Jack's face grimaced in somewhat stress as he realize this situation just got a whole lot worse.

The next day at the Amity Park Mall that afternoon, Danny, Ron, Kim, Sam, and Tucker were all pigging out at the 'Time 2 Grub Food Court' for dinner. During the discussion, Tucker asked Kim to the dance again, but she flatly declined. Now they are talking about how Danny asked Bonnie to the dance which she somehow was inclined to go.

"Can't believe you actually ask her and she said yes." Kim said in disbelief.

"Why?" Danny questions. "Is it so hard for someone to go out with me?" He looks at her for the words she said.

"Danny, you know that's not what I meant." Kim tells him. "I just don't want to see you get hurt. You know how Bonnie is."

"I know, Kim. besides it's just one dance, how bad can it be?" Danny asks rhetorically.

"Honestly, guys, I'm glad I'm not going to the stupid dance. Saves me the embarrassment of wearing the lame dress my parents bought me." She laughed nervously about it as Ron pointed out.

"So no one's asked you, huh?" Tucker guessed as he grinned cleverly at his Gothic friend.

"Maybe if I was as pretty as Bonnie or Paulina." Sam glared at the mention of her name with a tone of disdain.

"Why are you down on her ?" Ron asked, not really getting why Sam seemed to hate Bonnie so much. "So she's pretty, it's not a crime."

Sam gave him a skeptical eyebrow. "Looks are deceiving, Ron."

That's when out of anyone they could imagine, Paulina walks right up to the five of them and spoke to the one and only Ron Stoppable. "Hey, Ron, wanna go to the dance with me?"

Ron was taken aback by this. "W-What?" He asked before straightening himself up. "O-Oh course I would love to go with you! The Ron-Man would be happy to take you!"

Paulina smiled at this. "Great pick me up 6." She said with a smile and walked away.

"Booou yah!" Ron screamed in excitement. "Ron Stoppable finally has a date to the dance."

"I thought you always look forwards for us to go to the dance as friends." Danny said.

"Dude, yeah I am. But since you got a date, now I go one too." Ron said with glee.

"Oh come on!" Tucker pouted at this. "First Danny, now Ron. What am I chopped liver?"

"Afraid so." Kim jokes, as she saw Tucker's smirk forming. "And the answer is still no."

Tucker then had an idea as he turns to Sam. "Hey, Sam." Sam's eyebrows rose as Tucker continued as he asked. "Do you think we could go together- you know, as friends?"

Sam smiled at this. "Okay, but only because you couldn't find a date. Plus you could of ask me before, I would love to go with you, but just as friends." Danny frowns slightly hearing this as he could have done this with Kim and wouldn't be with Bonnie. "I'll go get that dumb dress I wasn't gonna wear." Sam said as she stands up, already finishing eating her food, then walked off.

Tucker stands up too. "I got to go too, my suit should be ready in a few minutes." He explains as he walks off.

"Well, Sam seems to be happy."

"Were her best friends. We should of known she wanted to go." Danny said.

"At least Tucker is going with her." Ron said before turning to Kim. "Now you need a date." Danny agrees with this.

"Guys, I'm fine going to the dance alone." Kim tells them. "It's no big deal." She said as Ron and Danny gave each other a look knowing she didn't mean it, but don't want to push it.

At a Abyss store nearby that was promoting a 'Fleecy Tees Sale', Bonnie smiling in glee rummaged through the tees as she spoke. "I've just got to have one of these!" She beamed with throwing some over her shoulder and lifting one up. "They're so unique!" She glanced across the store before spotting a sales girl to help her over the sea of Fleecy Tees.

"Miss?" She asked with a wave as the sales girl hopped on over as Bonnie held up the tee. "Do you have this in a size small?"

"Ooh, sorry. We just sold our last small of this corduroy button-down fleecy tee to someone else." The Sales girl answered.

"Will you be getting any more soon?" Bonnie asks.

"The Abyss corduroy button-down fleecy tee has been discontinued. If you haven't already got one, you are doomed to languish as a toxic social outcast for a period of no less than five and no more than sixteen weeks." The Sales girl giggled as she finished up. "Sorry."

"SIXTEEN WEEKS?!" Bonnie screeched with a red face and rips the tee with her hands before the amulet glowed and her body turned blue and eyes flared red before her body changed and expanded to be a great dragon as it stared down the sales girl and roared. "Want fleecy tee!" She blasted green flames and turned the table of tees to ash before panic set in, everyone running for it as the table was hurled out the storefront window.

In a short distance away Danny has just finished explaining to his friends that their teacher has invited Jack to chaperone the school dance. However, he won't even remember anything since Danny was controlling him the whole entire time. Danny even explained to them that he has discovered that he had another new ghost power: the ability to completely control people by simply phasing into their bodies and controlling all of their actions.

"So your Dad's going to chaperone the dance?" Kim clarified Danny as she played with her salad.

"Yeah, but he doesn't know he's going to chaperone, because he doesn't remember that I made him say yes!" Danny said in frustration before he rested his cheek on his knuckle.

Then they noticed that the customers at the food court all began to scream and run away from something. Danny's ghost sense went off, signaling that a ghost was attacking the mall.

"It's hero time." Ron said as held up the French fries that Danny was eating. "Can I finish your fries?"

"Don't say that again. Nonoffense but that is the stupidest line I have ever heard." Danny said before he ran a few feet away from his table then white rings appeared at his waist and intersected him, changing him into his ghost form. He flew towards the chaos and hovered in front of the same blue dragon ghost he once fought before a couple of days. Of course, Danny was completely unaware that the ghost dragon was actually Bonnie herself.

"Say, haven't we met somewhere?" Danny asked it rhetorically. The dragon only roared, making Danny alarmed when it blew a stream of fire, which Danny easily dodged. "Let's try this again. Hi, I'm Danny Phantom, and you are?" The dragon ghost only roared again before it whacked him with her tail, sending him flying while he screamed and he crashed into the 'Weenie on a Skewer' kitchen and demolished the roaster machine. He sat up while he rubbed his head before he frowned in somewhat annoyance. "Testy, got it." The dragon blew more fire at him, but he recovered quickly as he flew away just in time. "Sorry, dude, but I think you got the wrong weenie!"

Danny charged at the dragon while he slammed onto her by her underbelly and shoved her across the mall with his super strength. The dragon managed to grab him before she slammed and pinned him to the ground hard.

"MUST HAVE TEA!" The dragon growled angrily.

Danny smiled sarcastically at what he just shouted. "Tea? Oh, good idea! Coffee can make you a bit jittery. Better yet…" He said as he continued with the banter as he then phased through the floor, and the dragon looked at her hands in surprise and confusion. Danny suddenly phased right back through the floor with his fist ready. "Have some PUNCH!" He uppercutted the ghost dragon straight at the jaw.

As a girl walked in the mall while she was minding her own business, she suddenly noticed that the dragon ghost falling straight toward her. She screamed loudly in terror and bolted away, leaving her bag behind just before the dragon slammed her head on the ground. Her amulet fell out when she impacted the floor and fell into the bag before the dragon slowly shrunk and shifted back into Bonnie. The cheerleader girl looked disoriented as she rubbed her head as she got to her knees, not really remembering anything about turning into a giant dragon ghost and going on a rampage.

"Whoa, what hit me?" She groaned to herself before she then noticed her amulet in a shopping bag. "Hey, my amulet." She tied it back around her neck, and then pulled something else from the bag, which was a Flee Dye t-shirt she always wanted. "Hey, my Flee Dye Jacket! They must have had it in my size! Serves them right."

Danny phased through the floor near his friends. "Danny, are you okay?" Kim asked in concern as he changed back into his human form.

"Fine, but that's the second time I fought that dragon, we need to investigate." Danny said as he frowned in suspicion before he glanced at his friends. "How are you guys?"

"We're all good man. No fuss, no muss, and no coconuts." Ron answered weirdly as Kim and Danny looked at him strangely.

Rufus comes out of Ron's pocket, he licks his lip as he seems to be in the mood for some. "Yummy."

Back at Fenton Works that night in the kitchen, Maddie Fenton was helping Jack with his tie while Jazz leaned against the table and Danny got himself a glass of water.

"I don't understand why I have to bring this stupid thing." Jack complained while also looking a little confused.

"Because it's Danny's first dance, Jack. If we're going to chaperone this thing, we have to make sure we don't embarrassed him." Maddie said to her husband.

"I think it's great when you guys do anything that doesn't have something to do with your sick obsession with ghosts!" Jazz said a little happier, then frowned when she finished while Danny remained silent as his sister spoke.

Jack still looked very confused. "Funny, I don't even remember volunteering to chaperone the dance. It was all a vague blur…"

Jazz then turned her attention to her little brother, who was drinking his water, as she smiled cleverly. "By the way, Danny, just so you know, I'm on to your little secret."

Danny spat out her water in surprise and eyeball glanced around frantically. "Wha? W-what secret?" He asked nervously.

"The clumsiness, the nervousness...I can't believe I didn't figure it out before: you have a girlfriend!" She said with glee while also teasing.

"It's a lie, I'm not a ghost!" Danny then realized what his older sister was actually talking about. He quickly covered up what he just blurted out when he smiled with a little chuckle. "Uh-I mean, she's not my girlfriend! I'm just going to the dance with her."

"That's great! I can meet her and talk to her about ghosts!" His Dad said proudly as he smiled.

"You better let her know your family's insane now, Danny. If you marry her and she finds out later, that's entrapment." Jazz said as she smiled at him a little.

Danny sighed in frustration. "I better go get ready." He said as he walked out of the kitchen, through the living room, and up the stairs, as he made his way to his room to get himself ready for the dance. "Okay, so I'm going to have to dance with Bonnie and keep my Dad from embarrassing me...I can handle that."

Later on that night, on Danny's computer screen showed a ten year old African American boy, that wore a plain light blue shirt, as he was sitting at a computer. Danny, Ron, and Kim were standing in front of a webcam talking to the boy.

Ron wore a light blue dress suit but with a dark blue bow to go with it along with white dress shoes. Danny was wearing a navy blue dress suit, along with a blue tie and black dress shoes. Kim, last but not least, was wearing a red sleeveless dress with her hair tied in a high ponytail, but with two strands of bangs on either side of her face. She also wore black flats to go with it.

"Tie straight." Danny spoke adjusting the tie. "Shirt tucked in." He walked over to the desk to pick up the Fenton Fisher, retracting it into a portable tube as he stashed it in his jacket. "Unbreakable ghost fishing line tucked neatly away just in case." He turned his attention to the computer that displayed the boy as he inquired. "What's taking so long with that dragon research, Wade?

"Alright! Jeez, hold your horses!" The boy, Wade, typed on the laptop in sending over some files about something matching the appearance of the ghost and its connecting dragon pic. "Here. I'm sending you the link." The webpage popped up with the image of the dragon on it before Danny exclaimed to it.

"That's it!" He clicked on the 'More info' link and read it out to figure it out more. "Medieval ghostly legend held that the cursed Amulet of Aragon-" The image showed a more human appearance of the ghost that was pulled back into the portal, with a golden amulet around her neck. "-could transform any wearer into dragon form-" The images were matched up as one was human and the other was the dragon, but both were wearing the amulet. "-under states of extreme emotional duress or anger." He zoomed in on the amulet the dragon was wearing and clued in on it being the same one that he 'gave' to Bonnie. "That's the amulet I gave to Bonnie. It must have accidentally fallen into my backpack." He blinked connecting the dots. "Wait. You mean... I'm going on a date with a dragon?!"

"Yikes, hate to be you man." Wade jokes as he bid them farewell. "Well good luck on your date, let's hope it doesn't dragon on for so long." He ended the video call and Danny's computer screen went to black with shutting off as well before Danny spoke.

"That's not going away anytime soon." Danny commented.

"Well there is no point in wasting time, let's take down the dragon." Ron said enthusiastically as Rufus yells out in agreement.

Kim turns to Danny. "We'll meet you at the dance." Kim said. "Good luck, and try not to piss her off." Kim tries to joke.

Danny eventually made it to Bonnie's door and reverted back to Fenton in landing smoothly before he rehearsed to himself.

"Bonnie, about the amulet. It's an ancient family heirloom and I need to get it back." He smiled to it before slapping himself with a sigh. "No, that stinks." The door opened to an older woman looking at him.

"Why hello there, young man." The woman said with a smile.

"Hello…am I at the right house?' Danny asks as the woman is nothing like Bonnie.

"Yes, you are." The woman confirmed. "You're just in time. Little Bon-Bon is almost done getting ready."

"Bon-Bon?" Danny asks, almost holding back a laugh. "I am so going to use that as blackmail."

The woman, who seems to be Bonnie's mother. "Yes, yes, I know it's silly, but that's what I like to call her.

"MOM!" A familiar voice roars out. "You better not be tell him anything embarrassing!"

"Don't worry I'm not." Ms. Rockwaller said as Bonnie steps out.

She wore a fabulous blue dress, which was sleeveless. Along with her hair done nicely with black flats to go with it. But last but not least was the golden necklace, which secretly turns the wearer into a dragon under extreme emotion.

Bonnie looks down at at with a small smile. "You clean up well, Danny." She then turns back to her mom. "Bye, mom."

Ms. Rottweiler waves to them. "Have fun. It was nice meeting, you Danny." And with that, she closed the door as Danny and Bonnie walked to school, which was not far away, to say the least.

At the school gym, all the freshman students arrived at the dance in their formal dresses and tuxedos while most of them danced to the music and some chatted with each other.

"'Let's get down to our bad selves'!" Mr. Lancer said as he read from his book out loud, but most of the students looked annoyed by his terrible slang since they scowled at him. "'Yo, shake that thing'! 'Hey, G, you're my dog'!"

Danny and Bonnie were over by the punch table, the ghost boy then grabbed two glasses of punch and gave one to Bonnie as he spoke. "Bonnie? I was thinking, that amulet?" Danny tries to ask, but Bonnie cuts him off.

Bonnie smiled, "Isn't it fabulous? I haven't taken it off since you gave it to me" Bonnie brags.

"Yeah, well, about that. See, I shouldn't have given it to you in the first place because..." Danny's eyes landed on Kim and Ron and he said the first thing in response. "It belongs to Kim!" That was the wrong thing to say as Bonnie growled and her tongue went draconic in draining the glass and she crushing it in hand.

This startled the ghost boy as he wasn't expecting that. "Uh... But I want to make it up to you. I'll get you something else. Something... more special." His eyes landed on Mr. Lancer approaching his folks and reacted to that fast. "Like punch! I'm gonna get you some special punch."

He quickly heads off to the glance from Bonnie to slip into the crowd and get behind Jack before going invisible and overshadowing him as his voice came out of Jack's body. "Yes! Danny, what a fine boy he is! Ha! Yes, as his father, I get that all the time."

Maddie caught on to something strange as she spoke. "Jack, you sound kind of strange.

"Oh, must be something I ate." He spotted the punch table and spoke. "Hey! How 'bout I get us some punch?" He headed through the students with some challenges, but still managed it before finding Kim and Ron as he whispered to them. "Ron, Kim, we've got trouble."

"We had nothing to do with it, Mr. Fenton. It was all Danny's idea." Ron said nervously, not knowing he was actually talking to Danny directly.

"Ron, it's me. It's Danny." Danny then handed them walkie-talkies as he continued to explain the current plan. "Kim, you try to help me find Bonnie. Ron, Rufus, keep an eye on my Dad. If he starts talking to anyone, page me, got it?" He blended right back into the crowd as Kim beamed.

"Well, this is not what I expect this night to go." She headed off while Ron did the same as no sooner had they split up, did Bonnie headed past Kim and she contacted Danny. "Danny! I've got her."

"Stay on her." Danny answered, still in Jack's body as he continued. "I'm on my way. And Kim, don't make her angry." He leaves Jack's body invisibly and grabs the Walkie-Talkie from him before heading off, Jack blinked in confusion as he looked around a bit as the scene cut to the girl's bathroom where Bonnie was checking herself over in the mirror as Kim approached her from behind.

"Hey, Bonnie. Nice dress." Kim commented

The Popular girl turned to answer as she smirked. "Yes, and it goes so nicely with your amulet, don't you think?" Bonnie asked as she turned to her and smiled darkly at the cheerleader captain.

"My amulet? That's not my-" Kim's eyes widened in the realization of what Danny needed her to do right there as she corrected herself. "Right! Listen... my Nana gave me that amulet, and-"

"Forget it, Kim. I'm not giving up this trinket or your little boyfriend Danny." Bonnie said to her.

"My boyfriend? Ha ha! Hardly." Kim answered to Paulina's assumed position. "Danny is not my boyfriend."

"He's not?" Bonnie ask in surprise.

"He's my best friend and so is Ron. Maybe that's why I was so hard on you. I didn't mean to call you shallow." Kim tells her.

Bonnie, however, looked as though she was kind of disappointed to hear that Kim was just only Danny's best friend and nothing deeper. "What a bummer!" She looked down at the floor briefly before she smiled up at Kim carelessly. "I only agreed to go out with him, because I thought I was stealing her from you!" Kim's eyes went wide from what that girl has said. "Here take your crummy amulet!" Bonnie tied the amulet around her neck while Kim continued to stare at her, still looking very baffled and confused with disbelief. "I'm going back out there along with Pauline to dump your dorky little friends." And with a heartless smile, she walked right past her.

Kim's confusion then began to rapidly rise into resentment and hatred when her fists trembled with absolute rage while she glared angrily at the cheerleader. All this entire time, Bonnie and Paulina has only agreed to go out with her best friends just to make her jealous and now they was gonna dump them like they was nothing but garbage. The amulet around her neck began to glow as her anger began to trigger it before her skin turned scaly blue, her eyes glowed a reptilian red, and her teeth turned to fangs

"You are such a…BONNIE!" She growled in a deeper voice before she fully transformed into a dragon ghost and roared loudly straight at Bonnie. Bonnie froze in her tracks in shock before she turned around and fainted at the sight of the ghost dragon.

Outside of the restrooms, Danny waited frantically for Kim to come back with the amulet off of Bonnie, but she has never even shown up yet. "Bonnie? Kim?" He asked frantically, but then he perked up with worry when he got a bad feeling that something terrible has happened.

He entered the woman's room and witnessed the dragon ghost flying from a hole on the roof while she roared loudly. "Well, crap." Danny narrowed his eyes as he changed into his ghost form before he flew after her and once he caught up with the dragon, he double-kicked her on the back, and sent her plummeting to the football fields with a girl in his hand.

He landed in front of the ghost dragon. "Take it easy, Bonnie, you don't want to hurt Kim…" Danny said, but faltered when he noticed that Bonnie was the one in the dragon's hand, unconscious. "Bonnie?" He glanced at the ghost dragon as it glared at him. "Kim? Crap." Danny curses again.

The dragon rose up to a tall stance with its claws in the air. "SHALLOW Girl!" She roared, and Danny knew there was only one person who called Bonnie 'shallow'.

"Yep, that's Kim." Se breathed green fire at him and he quickly turned intangible as the fires torched the grass behind him and harmlessly through her ghost friend. He turned solid again as he looked back up at her out-of-control dragon friend. "Whoa, Kim, two words: breath mints."

He flew up into the air and snatched Bonnie from her hand, making her growl angrily. When he tried to fly away with Bonnie, he noticed that Kim was suddenly right in front of him as she whacked him with her tail. She sent him and Bonnie flying backward across the fields while Dani quickly made them both intangible again.

"So, do you like football stars?" Dash asked a girl behind the stadium some bleachers, until Danny crashed next to them with Bonnie in her arms. Dash and his date stared down with wide eyes at the ghost boy.

"Uh, sorry." Danny said as he smiled at them weakly. Kim suddenly lifted the entire grade of stadium bleachers with ease and roared loudly, making Dash and his date scream in terror before they ran away. Kim threw the bleachers several yards away as she continued to growl at her friend. "N-now, Kim, be reasonable!"

Danny's walkie-talkie then rung before he placed it toward his ear and answered it. "Danny, Lancer's getting close to your Dad!" Ron warned through his walkie-talkie, making Danny panic a little when his eyes went wide.

"I really hate to do this, Kim" He flew behind her and grabbed her using his super strength by her tail. Danny strained when he managed to lift her off the ground and began to spin her around with ease before he threw her hundreds of feet away as she roared. He then slouched when he remembered another problem at hand. "Oh man, Dad!" He quickly flew back to the school gym dance.

Back at the school dance, Jack was walking around while he was just minding his own business until he noticed that Mr. Lancer was talking to his wife. "Hey!" He said in displeasement, they immediately turn to him as he frowned at the out-of-shape man skeptically. "Who the heck are you and why are you talking to my wife?"

"Jack, this is Mr. Lancer-" Maddie answered before using a hushed tone. "From the parent-teacher conference." She said, looking a little confused just as much as Lancer was.

Danny phased through the floor and quickly took control of his father again. "Right, right, I'm sorry, it's just in this light, I thought you were George Clooney. Isn't he sharp mom…I mean, Maddie?" Danny asked through his father.

"Well…" Mr. Lancer said a little pleased with a chuckle. "Thank you."

"Now if you'll excuse me, I'd like to dance with my wife. That's what we adults do, dance with our wives." He dragged Maddie to the dance floor and they began to dance to the music.

Maddie sighed as she enjoyed dancing with her 'husband'. "Doesn't this bring back memories?" She asked Jack, but really asked his own son.

"If by memories, you mean things you remember that I don't, then yes. Go ahead and remind me of stuff, I'll totally agree on remembering." Danny said, until he heard the crowd cheering for the adults, making it a perfect distraction when he quickly phased out of Jack and flew away.

"What the heck...I mean, uh, thank you. Thank you all, on behalf of me, Jack Fenton." He said to the crowd.

Back outside at the football stadium, Dragon-Kim recovered from Danny's little spin toss when she charged straight at him while he phased out of the building. She blew more fire at him as he quickly dodged every one of them.

"I hate to say this, but you throw fire like a girl!" Danny mocked out loud, making Kim glare darkly when he heard him shout that offensive insult. he brought out the cylinder and expanded it into his Dad's Fenton Fishim. "The Fenton Fishim! It can capture ghosts and dragon ghosts! Way to go, Dad!"

He casted the line at his friend's neck as she blew more fire at him as he flew around her while he avoided all of her fireballs in the process. Danny tie her up with his arms and wings completely wrapped by the unbreakable fishing line before he released the rod. Kim dropped from the air and crashed onto the ground while Danny flinched from her impact. Danny then landed next to her as he grabbed the cursed amulet and ripped it off her neck. Kim began to glow when she shrunk back into her normal self, not really remembering anything since she wasn't in control of himself.

"Kim, are you alright?" Danny wondered as he changed back to his human form and leaned down as he placed his hand on her back while she got onto her fours wearily.

"Wow...did I have fun at the dance?" Kim groaned as she rubbed her head.

Danny chuckled softly. "Well, let's just say you had a roaring time." That made Kim smile at him weakly at his little joke.

Back inside the gym, the students began leaving the dance after a long night of dancing and hanging out since they were all getting a little tired, which only left Danny, Ron, and Kim alone at the dance. Even Sam, Ron, Jack, and Maddie returned home after that long night, but Danny promised them that he would be home soon.

"Dude, sorry our dates didn't pan out. Where are they anyway?" Ron wondered out loud as they looked around the gym.

The trio found Bonnie leaning against the wall while Dash flirted with her. "So...do you like football?" He asked him. Bonnie looked more annoyed with his arms crossed since she was still apparently disgusted by what Danny made the football captain say to her the other day.

Paulina on the other hand was flirting with Brick Flagg, while he flirted back with her. The two seem to be hitting it off…for some strange reason,

Kim was about to say something, but then smiled as she just brushed the subject aside since Bonnie nor Paulina wasn't the most important objective anymore. "Ah, who cares? Look, the DJ's still playing." She said as she pointed at the DJ still at the recorders, and then she turned back to Danny while she smiled somewhat warmly at him. "And I guess there's time for one last dance."

"Sure, I'd love to." Danny said with a smile before he gave Ron the cursed ghost dragon amulet that began this whole ghost dragon incident in the first place. "Keep an eye on this, will ya?"

Ron smiled warmly as he watched his two best friends dancing. Danny's hands were on Kim's shoulders and his hands were around her waist while they slowly danced to the music while they both looked into each other's eyes.

"Promise me you won't fall to the ground or step on my feet?" Kim said.

Danny smiled at him as he giggled a little. "I'll do my best." he said. "Funny thing… watching Sam and Tucker go to the dance made me realize something."

"And what's that?" She asks.

"I should of done that with you…" Danny said surprising her. "I actually was going to ask before, but Tucker made me get distracted." He explains.

Kim smiles at her friend. "Danny you should have just told me. Besides, I would love to go to the dance with you as friends." the two smiled at each other more as they dance.

Ron continued watching his best friends dancing until he frowned in annoyance. "Wait a minute, I'm dateless again? What does a guy have to do to get hooked up around here?".

That didn't last as the ghost had reappeared behind him and pleaded. "I want to go to the ball!" Tucker grimaced before he tried to get out of it to the now joyful ghost's face and approach.

"On second thought, I don't need a date that badly." He pleaded as she rested her hands on his shoulders. "Hey guys, wait up! Can I cut in?"

Sooooooo? How was this next chapter? Let me know what you think will happen next. Would love to thank Neomark for his help on this chapter as he gave me the idea to use Bonnie instead of Paulia and other stuff. Just a heads up, these next few chapter will be centered around Danny's episodes, but I'm trying to include missions to help it seem more believable. We will transition to Kim's episode in chapter 10 or 11. Until then, UltraPhantom out!
