Warning: I do not own Marvel and Danny Phantom, especially their characters/events. Fictional events that I make are mine to own as well as my OC's.

Vlad, Loki, Hawkeye, Tucker, Selvig, and two guards made it to the underground parkway. Hawkeyepointed to the cars and said to the agents there. "I need these vehicles."

Hill looked to the seven, especially at Loki, who sat in the back of the pickup truck, curiously. "Who's that?" Hill asked before she notices Vlad Plasmius here on Earth. "And how the hell is he back?!" Agent Danvers asks about Plasmius as she puts her hand on her gun which was on her hip ready to blast him.

"They didn't tell me." Barton lied as he continued to the vehicle and the other two got into the car.

Hill was hesitant but made to walk back. "Hill!" Fury's voice played out of her radio, Loki, and Vlad whirling overhearing it. Hawkeye stopped in his tracks and stood there while Tucker and Sevig remain in the vehicle, not moving a muscle.

Fury is sitting up, back in the chamber and alive, ripped out the bullet from his bulletproof vest. It had flattened and not punched through, so he wasn't too injured. Breathing heavily he tried to speak up "Do you copy?!" He grunted out.

"Barton has turned..." Fury warned her, quickly turning to glance back, seeing Barton reaching for his pistol, she quickly ducked behind a pillar as Barton fired on her with his handgun, the bullets striking uselessly on the pillar. Hill hide behind the cover as Barton fired more bullets, before he quickly got into the driver's seat and drove the car to the exit. Hill got out and fired at the two cars driving away, the bullets failing to hit their targets effectively.

Back in the Lab Fury was staggering away as he holds his side in pain, the ceiling was being consumed by the energy as it slowly spread through the rest of the chamber. Random debris was being pulled up towards the energy as it disintegrated anything around it. "They have the Tesseract!" Fury radioed out. "Shut them down!"

Hill moved quickly to the nearby vehicle and tossed in her pistol before leaping into the seat, giving chase after Hawkeye. Several other cars were chasing after Loki and Vlad now, one agent firing off shots from the passenger side seat. Hawkeye, Vlad, and Loki noticed the three vehicles pursuing them. Vlad just smirks as he leaned over as they fired on him and his new ally, aimed his hand, which glowed pink at one of the cars, and fired an ecto-energy. The blast burst through the side of one of the cars, as well as the shooter hanging from the said side, the car swerving until it flipped and tumbled, blocking the other two cars. The car's passenger side was nearly completely torn from the car as the driver swerved uncontrollably and crashed, flipping the car and trapping the other perusing vehicles behind it.

As the collapsing portal grew more unstable, Fury ran through the rumbling, sparking halls of the facility.

With Coulson up top, he tumbled to the ground from the rumbling, the agents beside him likewise falling, the crates they were hauling falling down in a cluster. He and the agents got up, and while the agents went to grab the crates, Coulson waved them off. "Okay let's go. No, leave it. Go!" He ordered.

Hawkeye drove the car down the underground road until Hill's jeep appeared in front of them, cutting them off from another route. She shifted the gear and drifted her jeep till it was facing Barton's car and the two clashed noses against each other, Hill's driving backward and Hawkeye's forwards. The two opened fire on each other, Hill's breaking a hole in her windshield and firing through it while Barton fired his gun out the window without a care in the world.

Coulson and his group got into a waiting truck, he lifted his walkie and called the Director. "We're clear upstairs, sir! We need to go!" He informed his boss.

Fury ran from the building and back to the helicopter, the ground beneath him beginning to crumble and the lights began exploding. The ground started to give way as the helicopter took off.

Back in the tunnel, Agent Hill and Barton continued to square off, but the fight ended as they expended all their ammo. Discarding their weapons, Barton was quick to turn the tables and forced Hill out of his way and overtook her. Yet continued and followed behind them.

While in the chamber, the Tesseract energies reached critical mass and condensed into a single point of energy before exploding outwards, shattering the entire underground facility and causing a massive shockwave to be seen and felt through the earth. Explosions rippled across the facility as the very ground was displaced by the energy discharge. Then the Earth began to fall inwards, collapsing into a sinkhole that was growing larger very quickly.

Fury looked down at the destruction grimly as the sinkhole swallowed up everything. Coulson watched on in shock and awe as the horizon in front of him caved in, swallowing everything and slowly approaching his fleeing vehicle. He leaned back in apprehension as the precipice of the sinkhole drew ever closer. But the edge halted itself before it could swallow the truck.

In the tunnel beneath the facility, Maria Hill was swerving to avoid behind crushed by the falling ceiling, but as they drew further to the exit her vehicle was caught by a falling stone and halted. She and her car were swallowed by the falling roof. Loki, Vlad, and their car made it into the open, but they did not get far before Fury arrived in the helicopter to halt their escape.

Barton attempted to evade, but the helicopter got ahead of them and Fury opened the door and started firing. Barton ducked to evade being shot, but Loki raised his scepter and fired a shot at the helicopter, which was skimmed by the blast and lost control. As it fell, Fury grabbed the piolet and leaped out of the falling craft, saving themselves as the helicopter grounded itself and was shredded into debris. Fury took a knee and fired at the fleeing Barton, taking several shots but was unable to stop them as Vlad made them invisible. Unable to be seen again.

Fury took a deep breath and stood back up, before hearing Agent Coulson over the walkie-talkie. "Director." Coulson's voice called out from Fury's radio as the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. got up. "Director Fury, do you copy?"

"The Tesseract is with a hostile force." Fury reported. "I have men down. Hill?" Fury called for his right-hand woman.

"A lot of men still under." Hill reported, getting out of her jeep with the earth still on top of earth, looking a little worse for wear. "Don't know how many survivors?"

"Sound a general call." Fury ordered. "I want every living soul not working rescue looking for that briefcase."

"Roger that." Hill said.

"Hill, get back to base." Fury ordered further. "This is a Level Seven." Coulson and Hill listened on concerned at the news. "As of right now, We are at War."

Coulson breathed out a sigh. "What do we do?" He asked.

Fury looked out to the escaping jeep's path, with a frown on his face. Lowering his radio, he looked on ahead as if a sign of hope. He knows one thing he can do.

He is the next chapter, sorry if it's a bit short, but I just wanted the introductions to be over with. That's because the next chapter will be about Danny and what's he had been up to for the past two years. Once again, when Danny revealed himself to the world it was in 2010. But in addition to this info, it took place a few months before Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, and Thor.
