This is just a quick update to the series as we are now. Originally this was supposed to be Danny's chapter, but I will save it for the next one as it's a bit longer than I expect it to be. But hope you all enjoy this.
Warning: I do not own Marvel and Danny Phantom, especially their characters/events. Fictional events that I make are mine to own as well as my OC's.
Out in the outskirts, near a railroad, an abandoned construction building is being occupied by three individuals as they seem to be doing an interrogation. The interrogation happens to be on the second floor with a spotlight benign the only light source.
The three men stood around a bound red-haired woman, one stepping forward and then violently back handing her across the cheek. That just so happens to be Natasha Romanoff, Black Widow, who took several deep breaths before slowly turning back towards her captors and shaking the hair from her face. She seems to be in a beautiful black dress, her impressive cleavage on display, with her pants missing leaving her in her pantyhose. Her hair is still red, but now with a few brown highlights as it is now cut shorter, only reaching barely to her shoulders, and less curly.
Then an older man in a uniform stood in front of her, his hands in his pockets as he spoke to her in Russian. "Я не хотел, чтобы вечер идти." ("This is not how I wanted the evening to go.") General Luchkov, a large Russian General said.
"Я знаю, как ты хотел, чтобы этот вечер пошел." ("I know how you wanted this evening to go.") Natasha replied back in Russian. "Поверь мне, это лучше." ("Believe me, this is better.")
"Для кого вы работаете?" ("Who are you working for?") The Russian man questioned. "Лерментов, да?" ("Lermentov, yes?") The man who struck Natasha walked up to her again, tipping her chair backward, revealing there to be a large opening and hole. "Думает ли он, что мы должны пройти через него, чтобы переместить наш груз?" ("Does he think we have to go through him to move our cargo?") The man questioned further, Natasha trying to plant her feet on the ground.
Natasha seems to be scared of what is happening, but unknown to them this is all but an elaborate trick. "Я думал, что генерал Солохоб отвечает за экспортный бизнес." ("I thought General Solohob is in charge of the export business.") Natasha explains, the thug eased back on the threat and pulled her chair back.
"Солохоб." ("Solohob?") The man chuckled. "Бэгмен, Фронт. "Ваша устаревшая информация выдает вас." ("A Bagman, a Front. Your outdated information betrays you." Luchkov explained as in the back of the warehouse was an assortment of furniture, paintings, and a large amount of armaments. He then walked closer. "Знаменитый Теневой Рыцарь, и она оказывается просто еще одним красивым лицом." ("The famous Black Widow, and she turns out to be simply another pretty face.") Luchkov taunted.
"Ты действительно думаешь, что я хорошенькая?" ("You really think I'm pretty?") Natasha questioned.
The Russian man smirked before turning to look at one of the thugs and turns away, moving towards a desk with several tools of torture on them. The thug stepped forward and forced open Black Widow's mouth and jaw.
Luchkov walked over to a table filled with tools of torture and interrogation, picking up a pair of pliers. "Скажи Лерментову, что он нам не нужен для перемещения танков. Скажи ему, что он вышел. Хорошо…" ("Tell Lermentov we don't need him to move the tanks. Tell him he is out. Well...") Before he turns to her with a bull nose plier in hand, his intent to use them to remove her teeth. "...you may have to write it down." He spoke in English.
Suddenly, the second thug's phone rang. The thug answered it with a simple "Da?" (Yes?) He looked to his boss after a moment and said in Russian "Это для нее." ("It's for her.")
Luchkov dropped the pliers and took the phone, annoyed and pissed as he started speaking. "Ты слушай внимательно…" ("You listen carefully...") He began.
But unfortunately, he didn't get to say whatever threat he was going to say as a familiar voice spoke over him, not having the patience or time for verbal threats. "You're at 1-14 Silensky Plaza, 3rd floor." Coulson's voice spoke out of the phone, cutting the man off. "We have an F-22 exactly eight miles out. Put the woman on the phone or I will blow up the block before you can make the lobby."
The man froze and looked towards Natasha, clearly caught off guard, he looked between the phone and his captive before walking forward. He placed it on her ear and let her hold it with her shoulder, she looked on perplexed and slightly annoyed.
"We need you to come in." Coulson told her.
"Are you kidding?" Natasha asked in disbelief as she switched to English. "I'm working."
"This takes precedence." Coulson replied.
"I'm in the middle of an interrogation." Natasha said, glaring at the man. "This moron is giving me everything."
"I don't… give everything." Luchkov said awkwardly as he looked towards one of his men as if trying to save face, looking flustered, while Natasha frowned at him as she was unimpressed at how this event is turning.
"Look you can't pull me out this right now-" Natasha began to tell her friend.
"Natasha." Coulson cut her off as he seems to be at some new facility. He needed to get her attention on the important thing he was calling her for. "Barton's been compromised."
Natasha froze, her eyes widened in alarm and surprise. She and Barton are good friends, almost like family to one another. So hearing this, she knows now why Coulson needed her to come in as she will do whatever it takes to get her friend back. After a moment, she said. "Let me put you on hold." She said, looking at the man with a wordless request to take the phone.
Luchkov obliged and reached for the phone only for Natasha to strike the man's leg with her foot, sending the man down to his knees where his head met Natasha's own, sending him to the ground. Natasha stood up, still tied to the chair as the two thugs rushed her. She kicked the first one back and ducked the right hook from the second. She countered by swinging the chair she was tied to his side, knocking him to the floor. She dropped to the ground in a roll. She got up to the thug she first kicked back as he got up, her back towards him, hit the man with the chair's legs, stunning him, before the chair legs down, one of them landing on the thug's foot. She whipped her hair back, snapping at the man's face with a whip-like sound. As the man held his face in pain, Natasha's leg swept him to the ground and kneed the other, advancing thug in the ribs.
While this was happening, Coulson waited patiently on the other line, not at all reacting to the sounds of groans and pain like it was a regular Tuesday.
Romanoff jumped off one of the men, flipped in the air, and landed on her back on the thug, the chair breaking into pieces and freeing her, somewhat, her hands still tied to the broken planks. She rolled out only to be grabbed in a bear hug by the other thug. She broke free and twisted the guy's right hand, making him scream in pain. She struck his side with the plank her hand was tied to and again in the face, the plank flying free from her bonds.
She dropped kicked him back, landing on her back before flipping back up. She ran up to the thug, jumped onto him, wrapping her legs around his neck, and flipped him around to the ground with her legs. The man landed on his back, groaning in pain, Natasha swirling over to the main leader. As he got up, Natasha grabbed a pair of chains hanging by, and just as he rushed her, she side-stepped, knocked his head with the chains, and, as he stumbled over the ledge of the hole, Romanoff wrapped his leg with the chains and pushed him down. Luchkov fell and stopped in a cry of pain, hanging upside down by his chained leg.
Natasha grabbed the phone and the heels and made to walk out of the warehouse. "Where's Barton now?" She asked as she put the phone to her ear.
"We don't know." Coulson replied.
"But he's alive?" She asked further.
"We think so." Coulson answered as he looked at a screen showing a video labeled 'The Abidjan Operation' showing Clint and Natasha firing against an unknown force, Natasha firing with a handgun and Clint with a bow and arrow. The side of the screen showed Clint and Natasha's profiles, the name Black Widow under Natasha's name, and under Clint's, the name Hawkeye.
"I'll brief you on everything when you get back." Coulson continued as he moved to the stairs beside him. "But first we need you to talk to the big guy."
"Coulson, you know that Stark trusts me as far as he can throw me." Natasha replied.
"Oh, I've got Stark." Coulson replied, stopping at his tracks. "You've get the Big Guy."
Natasha stopped, eyes wide in surprise and slight fear. She looked back and sighed. "Боже мой." ("Bozhe moi.") She cursed in Russian.
"I also need to pick up a certain half-ghost to help with this situation." Coulson informed her. "Just a heads up."
"Got it." Natasha said as she hangs up the phone. She knows who Coulson is talking about and if they are dealing with ghosts, then one man is suited for this mission that they are about to be a part of.
And that's a wrap. Nothing is different from the movie besides that ending. But let me know what you all think happened to Danny since he revealed himself to the world and save it from not just Earth, but from the Ghost Zone? Leave a review and guess what he has been up to for the past two years. Also before I forget here is the cast of this story unlike a certain someone, I wanna do a legit cast of this series.
