Warning: I do not own Arrowverse and Marvel Cinematic Universe, they are owned by their creators. Fictional events that I make are mine. This story is inspired by Stand with Ward and Queen and Raptor2216, as they made me want to create my own version.
On Park Avenue, Captain America, Flash, Green Arrow, Supergirl, Hawkeye, and Black Widow huddled behind a taxi car and took stock of the situation. "We got civilians trapped here…" Hawkeye began, but before he could finish, a fleet of Chariots flew overhead and began raining down fire on the street, decimating everything in their way.
"Loki." Steve said as cars exploded and the street was bathed in flames as Loki led the charge, killing who knows how many. "They're fish in a barrel down there." The captain realized. The window in front of him shattered from a blaster bolt, the super soldier ducking from more. Black Widow rose up and fired at the Chitauri firing on them with her handguns. Green Arrow and Hawkeye sneaked closer, seeing multiple Chitauri landing onto their street and firing on them.
Captain America looked over to Supergirl who was blasting the Chitauri soldiers with her heat vision. "Supergirl," Captain America said getting her attention. "You're the only one of us who can fly. I want you in the air, helping Stark. We gotta thin the herd."
Supergirl nodded, itching for action. "That suits me just fine," She grinned. She flew off after a squad of Chitauri skiffs.
Seeing Captain America's plan, Green Arrow turns to Flash who just ran in front of them and knocked the three soldiers coming towards them. "Cap's right. We need you out there to clear a path for us." Green Arrow orders.
Flash nodded his head. "I'm on it." With that he took off in a….flash.
Black Widow turned to Captain America, giving him a nod. "We got this. It's good. Go!" She told him.
Captain America looked at Green Arrow, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. "You think you can hold them off?" He asked.
"Captain," Hawkeye said, looking to Cap while flipping a switch on his bow, his quiver rotating in response, an arrow attaching itself to an arrowhead. "It would be my genuine pleasure."
"Let's give them hell." Green Arrow declares with a smirk.
Green Arrow and Hawkeye stood up from their cover, blast bolts firing off beside them. Hakwye pulls out the same arrow and firing it, which hit the target Chitauri dead center in his forehead. As it fell back, the arrowhead opening up and fired a few projectiles out from it, striking and killing the four other soldiers.
Green Arrow, at the same time, pulls out four double arrows before firing them. Each arrow split into two, killing eight soldiers simultaniously in the head as they fell to the ground dead.
Captain America stood up from his cover and rushed to the edge of the street, while Black Widow rose up from her cover and fired on the enemy again, each shot finding it's mark to give the first Avenger covering fire. Captain America jumps down towards the street as he landed on a bus in a roll, Chitauri gliders firing on him and fire exploding behind him. Captain America jumped out of the bus, explosions igniting behind him, landing on a car that was flipping and vaulting off of it, performing a mid-air flip and landing on the ground in a roll before taking off.
Black Widow continued firing on the Chitauri while Hawkeye and Green Arrow help the trapped civilians off a bus. Hawkeye just put a woman down from the windows before he was handed a child to help get out. Meanwhile, Green Arrow finally managed to pry the doors open as he ushers them to get out as they quickly disperse.
Black Widow fired and struck a Chitauri in the head, crying out in death, blue blood spraying out from its head.
As the people were freed, the archers returned to Black Widow's side from behind a cab and helped her hold off the Chitauri.
"Just like Budapest all over again!" Natasha declared over the gunfire and havoc.
"You and I remember Budapest very differently." Barton told her as he fired arrow after arrow.
"What happened in Budapest?" Green Arrow asked as he fire arrow after arrow, each hiting their mark.
"It's not exactly a fairy tale, I can tell you that." Hawkeye replies.
Supergirl was currently fighting Chitauri leviathan. She begins fly over and under it while blasting her heat vision on it, it seems to be working as the creature roars in anger.
Soon enough the creature began to catch on fire pretty quickly, before most of the leviathan's body turns to smoke and fire. Now it became even more dangerous than before as it still not stopping the destruction.
"Ok, that's not what I had in mind." Supergirl commented, seeing what she has done.
Supergirl proceeds to lead the fiery Chitauri leviathan into the sky where Supergirl decides to finish it off once and for all. She quickly flies around the creature at incredible speed while also taking a deep breath before firing her arctic breath at it. This causes the arctic breath to cover the Chitauri leviathan in ice before it quickly gets encased in ice. This makes the leviathan stop moving in it's tracks, and having gravity takes it's place. The leviathan began to fall very fast, but luckily Supergirl is fast than that just as it was going to hit the city, she quickly flies under it and throws a big punch at it. This causes the creature to be shattered into pieces as there was nothing left for that alien.
Captain America was running down the street, leaping over cars and avoiding fire, meanwhile the cops continuously fire at the flying chariots. It's pretty pointless. A young cop runs over to his police sergeant.
"It's going to be an hour before they can scramble the National Guard." A young SFP police officer said.
"National Guard." An SFPD Sergeant said before the two ducked for cover. "Does the army know what's happening here?"
"Do we?" The young officer asked.
Captain America jumped up on top of the roof of the police car, drawing their attention and leaving them dumbstruck. "You need men in these buildings." Captain America told them, pointing to the buildings around them. "There are people inside and they're going to be running right into the line of fire." He looked back to the chief. "You can take them to the basements or through the subway. You keep them off the streets." The chief looked at him in bewilderment. "I need a perimeter as far back as 39th." Captain America instructed.
"Why the hell should I take orders from you?" The Sergeant questioned, not really believing Captain America's words.
A moment later, an explosion rocked the street as another fleet of Chariots pushed forward, several soldiers leaping off to confront the human resistance, while the cops were shocks as they step back. Captain America blocked an energy blast, turning as two Chitauri appeared beside him. He knocked one aside and off the car, turning to block two shots from the second, before punching him away. As the first tried to attack again, Captain America smashed him across the head with his shield. The cops watch in shock as Captain America fights them off with ease. Turning, he grabbed the energy weapon of the second, severing the arm with his shield, teh Chitauri can only scream in pain. Captain America silently ended it with by bashing him away with a casual swing of the shield without looking back.
The sergeant turned around, going to work doing at Captain America's order. "I need men in those buildings, lead the people down and away from the streets." He continues to walk as he talks on his walkie-talkie. "We're going to set up a perimeter all the way down to 39th street." He repeated Captain America's orders.
Flash was currently running until he made a halt stop. Looking up ahead, he sees multiple Chitauri soldiers causing havoic everywhere as they were bloating everything in sight. That's when one noticed him and blasted it's staff, which causes blueish energy to come right at him. Time seems to stop as Flash dodges the blast coming towards him before moving back to his original spot like he never moved.
Soon as time resumed to normal, Flash took off at greater speed punching teh soldier who shot him, before running on the building and kicking a few of them. As he continues to run he grabbed one before flipping him to a group of them, causing them to fall down. Looking to the other side of the building, he notices a few on the roof, then he jumps to the other side as the yellow lightning leaves his trail. He manage to get on the other building, but before gravity can take him, he runs up on the building before making it to the roof. They all immeiteley turn to him as they blasted him with no regret, which he easily dodges it before punching them and throwing a few off the building.
Iron Man swerves around a building to come face to face with the large Leviathan. Multiple flares fired off his armor, the Leviathan roaring in acknowledgement, turning around and destroying buildings in the process to chase after Iron Man, the rubble falling near some civilians and destroying a hot dog stand.
"Well, we got its attention." Iron man said as he hovers for a moment. "What the hell was step two?" He asked before flying off at full speed with the Leviathan in pursuit.
Thor was busy trying to get through the barrier on top of Stark's tower, but each time he hit's it with his hammer, it won't break through. Just as Thor was going to try another tactic he was hit behind by some Chituari soldiers who was firing at him. They stung a little to the Asgardian as he turned towards them and began to twirl his hammer like a shield to block the attack.
Each time they hit the hammer it just bounces off like it was nothing. Thor was going to retaliate against them before they were blast out of their chariots by heat vision….belonging to the Girl Of Stell who just came in the nick of time.
"Hey." Supergirl calls out to Thor. "Looks like you can use a hand."
Thor stops whipping his hammer like a shield as stares at the symbol on Supergirl's chest.
"That symbol, how do you know of it?" Thor demanded as he raised his hammer.
"Because it's my family crest," Supergirl replied, wondering how Thor recognized her crest in this universe.
"Impossible, Krypton was destroyed." Thor stated.
"My cousin and I are the sole survivor. My name is Kara Zor-El." Thor's eye's widened in surprise. "Me and two of my friends got stuck in this world. So we're trying to help you guys stop this invasion." She explains.
Thor didn't speak for a moment as he digest the information she told him. "How do I know I can trust you?"
"You and I, we fight for the same cause, the protection of this world. From this day forward, you can count me as your ally." Supergirl stated, as this seems to make the prince of Asgard trust her words as he said it a few years ago.
"Very well daughter of Zor-El, I will trust you in this battle." Thor said as he flies next to her as he offer his hand. "My name is Thor Odinson." He introduces himself much to her surprise.
Green Arrow fires three flechettes, hitting the Chitauri soldiers straight through their head. One tries to sneak an attack, but merely dodges the attack as he manages to grab it's weapon and flip the soldier to the ground. Before it can even get up, the emerald archer stomps on the neck killing git. Hawkeye swung his bow and swept the opposing Chitauri off his feet to the ground, grabbing an arrow from his quiver and stabbing it in his exposed gut. Black Widow was on the back of a Chitauri and electrocuted it with her gauntlets, short-circuiting it's central nervous system as it dropped she took its weapon. Hawkeye fired off a shot and took down a soldier, but was tackled to the ground by another.
Black Widow, now armed with one of the alien staff weapons spun it and knocked away the Chitauri's gun arms from her before pointing at the both of them and firing the two with their own weapon at such ease, you would swear she had been wielding the alien rifle from birth. Hawkeye stabbed the Chitauri on top of him with another arrow, while Black Widow swung the weapon again at two more Chitauri, backing them away.
Down the street, more Chitauri landed and fired on them. While Hawkeye slid under the blaster fire and a swipe from a Chitauri and firing at arrow at the latter's backside, Captain America jumped into the fray, dropkicking the two Green Arrow fought to the ground, backhanded with his shield on a third, and jabbed a fourth in the stomach, the shield spilling black blood.
As another wave approached, they are electrocuted by lightning as Thor descended from above, landing with a heavy thud as he seemed to be out of breath, balancing himself against a nearby car, his wound giving him some trouble.
Supergirl flies down from above as she use herheat vision to blast a group of oncoming Chitauri soldiers. Each of them get blasted towards the building.
"Supergirl." Green Arrow calls out as he walks towards her. "What's the story upstairs?"
The Girl of Steel shook her head. "Not good," She reported. "No matter how many I blast out of the sky, they just keep coming." Just then Flash came up to them as the wind blows throught them like a breeze.
"Oh hey." Flash greets Thor as he turns to Supergirl. "Looks like you made a friend." Flash teases as Supergirl rolls her eyes, but smiles about it.
"I am Thor. Son of Odin. prince of Asgard." Thor introduce himself to Flash.
Flash eyes widened to hear that, as Green Arrow gave the Asgardian a look as if he can't believe this is even happening. Just yesterday he met Kara and fought aliens. Now in a new world, he needs to fight another alien invasion as well as Nose Mythology, can this week ever get weirder?
"You mean, as in Thor, the God of Thunder, from Nose Mythology?" Flash asks.
"Exactly like that." Thor said with a chuckle.
"Who's speaking." Iron Man ask sternly. "I don't know if you guys notice, but there is an alien invasion and this should be a secure line.
"It's a bit complicated." Hawkeye tells him.
"Then uncomplicate it." Iron Man replies.
"Basically three individuals got sent to our world from another invasion, and they are here to help." Black Widow explains to the armored Avenger.
"And your just going to go along with it and not think they are working for Loki?" Iron Man asks.
"Loki is real too?" Green Arrow asks in disbelief.
"He's my brother." Thor explains. "He is the one leading the army in this world."
"If they wanted to kill us, they would of already. I'm also familiar with one of them." Thor explains.
"Well the more the merrier." Iron Man sighs.
Captain America walk towards Thor. "How about you?"
"The power surrounding the Cube is impenetrable." Thor replies.
"Thor's right." Iron Man jumped in through the coms. "We got to deal with these guys."
"How do we do this?" Black Widow asked.
"We do this together." Flash answers as he gets a nod from the first Avenger.
"As a team." Rogers finishes.
"Then let's do this." Supergirl said with determination.
"I have unfinished business with Loki." Thor told them.
"Yeah?" Hawkeye ask, fixing up his arrowheads. "Well get in line." He retorted.
"Save it." Captain America jumped in, walking up to be in front of them. "Loki's going to keep this fight focused on us, and that's what we need. Without him, these things could run wild." The Captain then pointed to the sky and continued with "We got Stark up top. He's going to need us to-"
Captain America was interrupted by the motor of a bike. He turned around the rest stared at a man who was called Bruce Banner, dressed in a purple dress shirt and brown pants, driving up to them on a bike.
He got off and walked towards the heroes. "So, this all seems horrible." He said, looking around at the destruction and spreading his arms. "And I see we got more heroes to help." Bruce said looking towards the trinity heroes as Supergirl gave a slight wave to the man.
"I've seen worse." Natasha countered as she refers to the first part he said.
"Sorry." He apologized looking in shame.
"No. We could use a little worse." Black Widow corrected herself. Banner smirked at Romanoff.
"Stark, we got him." Captain America radioed in.
"Banner?" Stark questioned.
"Just like you said." Steve confirmed.
"Then tell him to suit up. I'm bringing the party to you." Iron Man declared as he came around the corner and right behind him was the Leviathan, roaring as it chased after the armored man. The others looked on in surprise, Thor raising his hammer in preparation for a fight, while Natasha looked on bewildered. Green Arrow notched a arrow, ready to fire.
"I... I don't see how that's a party..." Black Widow said confused.
Iron Man flew towards them closer to the ground, the Leviathan following suit and sliding down on the ground, slithering through cars and wrecking everything in it's path.
Bruce turned and looked at the creature that was approaching quickly and he started walking towards the beast. "Dr. Banner." Cap spoke up. "Now might be a really good time for you to get angry."
"What is he doing?" Green Arrow asks as he turns toward the heroes, mainly toward Black Widow and Hawkeye.
"You'll see." Hawkeye replies.
"That's my secret, Captain. I'm always angry." Banner explained, then turned towards the Leviathan, his body shifting into the Hulk as quickly as he completed the rotation and he delivered a punch right to the creature's head, so strong it caved in the armor and the beast's skull, stopping it in its tracks and making it flip forward on itself. The armor across its body became so displaced by the impact that it was falling apart and even tearing away some of the beast's hide.
"Woah!" The trinity heroes said in shock to see this mild manner man turn into a giant green monster right in front of their eyes.
Iron Man, in mid-flight, extends his arm out and a rocket pops out, ready to fire. "Hang on!" He called out as the rocket fired and hit a soft spot on the leviathan's body.
This caused an explosion and the Chitauri leviathan are blown away in pieces. Everyone scattered, Captain America, rushing towards Black Widow and covering her with the shield while Hawkeye and Green Arrow ducked behind a car, Flash ran behind Supergirl as she took the hits with no problem, and lastly, Thor simply withstood it. The leviathan was torn apart and scattered across the street, its head falling over the side of the street and smashing into a car.
From above and on the buildings, the Chitauri army watches in horror as they snarled and shrieked after seeing their large Chitauri leviathan being destroyed. One of them even removed his face mask to screech.
The Hulk roared in response while everyone gathered together, Iron Man descended back to the ground and landed between the Hulk and Captain America, Hawkeye and Green Arrow drew an arrow and took aim, Thor raised his hammer, Supergirl has her eyes red ready to fire her heat vision, Flash's eyes light up as lighting soared through them as usual when he is about to run, Natasha loaded a fresh clip into her pistol and Captain America made sure his shield was fastened nice and tight.
They somehow form a huge circle in the middle of this invasion. The Chitauri army watches in horror as this group of earth's mightiest heroes that found themselves united against a common threat. To fight the foes no single hero could withstand! The Avengers Assemble!
