~ Thank you to everyone who has been reading and leaving me reviews! I love reading what you have to say. :-)

~ I hope you all are enjoying this story, and I would love to hear your thoughts. Drop me some reviews! :-)

Sorry to anyone who got the notification for a new chapter and clicked it to see a repeat of 109. I accidentally clicked on the wrong chapter upload, and it's been taking forever to update. But if you are reading this, you've got the correct chapter 110.

Thank you so much for everyone who has been concerned about my health. I am feeling a lot better. All of my tests last week came back negative, and the ENT today said that the double ear infection has completely cleared up. I was sure that I failed my hearing test though, but the doctor insists that I have perfect hearing. That was definitely an interesting experience. But along with good, comes bad. LOL My brand new week old drier died today. I seriously can not catch a freaking break! It's literally one thing after another. I am so busy trying to get everything ready for my kids to go back to school next month, and the drama just keeps on coming.

I hope you all enjoy this chapter. I had fun writing it, as well as the couple chapters after. Be sure to read and review, because the more reviews I get, the faster I'll post the next chapter. Let me know what you like, don't like, anything that you would like to see, etc. I love reading all of your thoughts! :-)

"Hey Rory, do you by any chance know where I can find my brother?" Honor asked as she walked through her house, holding her phone to her ear.

"He's downstairs working out. Do you need to me to grab him for you?"

"Yeah, if you wouldn't mind. I kind of need a favor."

"Sure. Can I help you, or do you actually need Logan?"

"I need a ride to the hospital. My water just broke."

"Oh! I'll get Logan for you right now. How are you feeling? Are you doing ok?" Rory asked as she got up from the bed she had been sitting on, folding laundry, and hurried out the door and toward the stairs.

"I'm alright at the moment. I just want to get to the hospital before all of the pain starts. I would ask you to take me, but I don't want you having to drag Ayribella out, and deal with all the germs and paparazzi who could see you."

"That's ok, I would deal with all of it, for you. Where is Josh? Is he not home?"

"He's over at my parents' tonight, helping Blake. Mom's nurse took the night off, and Blake needed help getting the crazies settled. I haven't called him yet, but I was going to as soon as I'm in the car."

"Do you want me to call him for you?"

"I'm ok, I can call him. But thank you. I've been trying Logan's phone, but he hasn't answered."

"He probably can't hear it. He usually has the stereo on really loud."

"Your Grandparents don't mind the noise?"

"We had the contractor put extra insulation between the walls, just to keep things quieter on their end of the house. They probably either can't hear it, or hear very little of it. They've never said anything about it."

"How did I not know that?" Honor asked as she heard loud music come through the phone, getting louder as Rory got closer to the room Logan had turned into a home gym.

Rory covered the speaker on the phone as she opened the door, walking into the room, and flipping the switch on the stereo, causing Logan to stop running on the treadmill, and turn to look at her.

"You need to take your sister to the hospital. Her water broke."

"Honor's water broke?" Logan asked.

"She's on the phone right now. Josh is at your parents' house."

"Tell Logan I'll meet him in my garage. I'm putting my bag in the car right now." Honor said as she opened the interior garage door, and pressed the button for the main door.

"Honor said she's putting her bag in her car and to meet her in her garage." Rory repeated.

"Tell her that I'm on my way." Logan instructed as he stepped off the treadmill, reached for his phone that was sitting on the table next to the stereo, quickly kissed Rory, then ran out of the room.

"Logan is on his way. He's already on the stairs. Is there anything else that you need?"

"Thank you Rory. I'm alright. I just need to get to the hospital, and get this baby out."

"I can't even blame you. I've been there. Have you eaten?"

"I had dinner before Josh left. I'm alright. There are snacks in my bag."

"Have you called Paris?"

"Crap, I forgot to do that! Logan is heading across the street right now. I'll have him call her while I call Josh."

"Don't even worry about it, I'll call Paris for you. You just focus on breathing, and annoying your brother. I'll track Paris down and get her to the hospital."

"Thank you, Rory."

"It's my pleasure. Good luck Honor. Love you." Rory said, then disconnected the call, before dialing Paris' number on her way back upstairs.

"Rory, what's going on?" Paris asked, picking up her phone a minute later.

"Hey Paris. Honor's water just broke."

"Is she on her way to the hospital?"

"She is. Logan is driving her. They are just leaving. Josh is with their parents, but Honor is calling him."

"Alright. I am tucking my kids into bed, so I'll head out in a few minutes."

"Thanks Paris. Drive safe. Let me know if you guys need anything."

"Will do." Paris told her, before disconnecting the call.

Rory quickly texted Honor, then headed back upstairs to finish folding and putting away the laundry.

20 Minutes Later

"Hey Sabrina, will you call up to L&D and let them know that I am bringing a patient up?" Logan asked as he walked through the sliding door to the hospital emergency room.

"Right away, Doctor Huntzberger. Are they expecting you?"

"Tell them it's my sister. They'll know who she is."

"I'm on it." the nurse told him.

"It's a good thing that you know everyone here, so I'm not stuck waiting." Honor commented as Logan led her through the waiting room toward the hallway that led to the elevators.

"Probably. How are you doing? Have your contractions started?"

"Yeah, but they aren't bad yet."

"When did they start?"

"I don't know. A few minutes ago? My back has been hurting all day, and I've had some cramping."

"Honor! Why didn't you tell me that?"

"It's not a big deal, Logan."

"Actually it is. You should have told me when it all first started."

"No, I shouldn't have, because I was fine. Just uncomfortable. It was probably just pain from overdoing it. I've been cleaning my house, and doing some baking. I felt fine. Just a little achy. There was no reason for me to worry you. You have more than enough to worry about between work, Rory and your own baby. Although, I did get kind of a funny phone call today, that I almost forgot to tell you about." Honor said as they stopped in front of an elevator, and she watched Logan reach out to press the button.

"I haven't had a chance to tell you about my amusing day either. I was going to come over after I finished working out. Tell me about your phone call, then I'll tell you what happened at the office."

"So I was standing in my kitchen, pulling some bread out of the oven . . ." Honor started as the elevator pinged, and the doors opened.

"Wait a minute, you have fresh bread at your house?"

"Yes, you little heifer. I made you some too. It's on the counter waiting for you. I just haven't had a chance to give it to you yet. You can grab it when you go home. There are 2 loaves for you. Don't you dare take any more than that. If all of my bread is gone when I get home, I know where to find you, to murder you. And believe me, no one will ever find the body."

"You wouldn't murder me. I'm your favorite person."

"Anyway!" Honor said with a roll of her eyes. "So my phone rings, and I clicked the button to answer it, and hit the speaker button because I was busy and needed my hands. All of a sudden this recording starts playing, saying that I have a collect call, from a Walker Druckenmiller. I immediately started cracking up. I wasn't going to answer because I just don't care about her drama, and want no part in it, but curiosity got the best of me. Walker was arrested today."

"Yep, Collin told me."

"She said that she came home from the gym to find her things all over the hallway outside her apartment, and when she went inside, she found police officers and some big burly guys packing her stuff up. The cops apparently told her that she was trespassing, and when she tried to argue that she wasn't, and that she lived there, they arrested her."

"She's being charged with failure to vacate and trespassing." Logan told her as the Elevator doors opened onto the 4th floor. "Come on, let's get you all checked in."

"I can't believe that you knew and didn't tell me."

"Like I said, I was planning to come over after I finished my work out. Rory was doing laundry, and Ayribella was sleeping. I figured by the time I was done working out, Ayribella would either be awake, and we could all come bug you, or I'd tell Rory to call me if she needed anything, and I would head over myself." Logan said as he pressed a button on the wall near the doors to the Labor and Delivery unit."

"Can I help you?" a friendly voice asked.

"Hey, it's Doctor Huntzberger."

"Come on in."

"I was going to come check on you, and tell you everything that happened today. It was an eventful afternoon."

"You had a board meeting, didn't you? Collin mentioned something about it when we were texting."

"Doctor Huntzberger, it's so nice to see you again." a nurse smiled as Logan walked through the door into the Labor and Delivery unit with his sister.

"This is my sister, Honor Rothschild. Her water broke a little while ago."

"We got a call from Doctor Gellar a few minutes ago. We have the VIP room all set up for you. Caroline is in there awaiting your arrival. Doctor Gellar said that she would be here shortly."

"Thank you. My brother in-law should be here very soon. Would you mind you mind bringing him in as soon as he arrives? I'll help my sister get settled." Logan told the woman."

"No problem. Let me know if you need anything else." the nurse said, then watched as Logan led Honor down the hallway toward the VIP room that Rory had been in a few weeks earlier.

"So what else happened today?" Honor asked as Logan led her down another hall."

"Collin told me that you made him cookies."

"He texted me to tell me that Walker had been arrested. What did you think I was going to do? Collin has been working really hard to get that crazy out of her apartment. She's been a total pain in the ass."

"You never make me cookies."

"Bull crap! I make you cookies all the time, you little heathen! Your cookies are on my kitchen counter next to your bread. Stop acting so spoiled and ungrateful."

"I'm kidding." Logan told her, as he opened the door to the VIP room, holding it for Honor to enter.

"Mrs. Rothschild, welcome. I am Caroline, and I will be your nurse tonight. I have your room all ready for you. Is there anything that I can get for you, to help you feel more comfortable?"

"Please call me Honor." Honor said, giving the nurse a gentle smile.

"Doctor Huntzberger, it is nice to see you again."

"Hey Caroline. This is my sister. I'm going to help her get settled in, at least until she kicks me out."

"Oh, excellent! I have a gown all ready for you, Honor. If you want to follow me into the bathroom, we can get you all changed."

"I actually have my own gown, but thank you." Honor told her.

"Excellent!"

"Honor, why don't you go get changed, and I'll wait for you right here." Logan told her as he set Honor's suitcase down on the couch that sat on the wall under the room's window.

"Logan, you don't need to stay with me." Honor said as she unzipped her suitcase, and reached inside to retrieve her hospital gown.

"Well it's too bad that you're my sister, because I'm not going anywhere. At least not until both Josh and Paris get here."

"Donna should be coming too."

"Awesome! I love Donna!"

"You don't have to stay, Logan."

"Yes, I do. You're my sister. I'm not leaving you alone."

"You have a wife and baby to go home to."

"They'll be fine without me for a while. You're my sister. I'm staying. Go get changed, and I'll get your IV started." Logan said, pushing Honor toward the bathroom. "Hey Caroline, who is on shift tonight?"

"It's just me and Maddie tonight. The whole hospital is short because a bunch of people are out for training in Philadelphia."

"It's just you and Maddie? How many patients do you have right now?"

"Only 8."

"And it takes what 4 of you to do a delivery?"

"Usually."

"We can do it with 2. And we can always borrow someone from another unit if we need to."

"How many nurses are in the other units?"

"There are 2 everywhere except ER, and I think they have 4 down there."

"Are you serious?"

"It's fine. We've done it before."

"Do me a favor? Find me a set of scrubs. I'm going to call my wife and have her bring my hospital ID and medical bag. I'm going to stay and help out. And I'll see about getting you a nurse or two from my clinic. Maybe even another doctor, if you need one."

"We are ok on doctors, as far as I know. But if you know someone who would be willing to help out with nursing, I'm sure they can be used somewhere tonight."

"I'm going to make some calls. I think I actually have scrubs in my locker downstairs. Let me get my sister situated, and get you some help, then I'll go change."

"You don't have to do that. I know you've got a new baby yourself. You should be at home enjoying your family."

"It's fine. My wife will understand. You guys need the help, and I want to be here for my sister anyway, so I'm going to stay and help out. What do you need done in here? I'll take care of everything for my sister, and then as soon as her husband gets here, I'll help out with whatever else you need."

"I just need to get her into bed, check her dilation."

"The dilation check you will have to do, because she's my sister, and that is something that I want nothing to do with. But I'll take care of everything that doesn't involve being near her legs."

"I can work with that. Do you mind checking dilation on other patients, or would you rather not?"

"Other patients are fine. Just not my sister. That's just too weird for me."

"No problem. If you wouldn't mind getting her into bed and getting her IV started, I'll run out and let Maddie know that we've got help."

"I can definitely do that."

"Thank you Doctor Huntzberger. I really appreciate your help." Catherine told him, then hurried out of the room.

Logan pulled his phone out of his pocket and pressed the speed dial button for Rory, waiting while the phone rang on her end.

"Hey Babe! You on your way home?" Rory asked, as she sat feeding Ayribella.

"Actually, I have a favor to ask you."

"What's going on?"

"The hospital is extremely short on nurses tonight. Labor and Delivery only has 2 in the whole unit."

"Are you serious? That's crazy! There were like 6 in the room when I delivered."

"Exactly! They usually have 8 or more on staff at all times. Apparently a bunch of the nursing staff is out for training in Philadelphia. There are 8 patients in this unit tonight, and there is no way that only two nurses can handle that many patients."

"Did you call Veronica?"

"She's my next call, and Bianca. And I'm going to call Dr. Greenlee to see if he can come help too. The ER has the most nurses, but even they only have 4 when they normally have 12. I don't even know how this place is functioning tonight. If it's ok with you, I am going to hang out here tonight, to help out."

"Uh, sure. I can have my grandparents come help me with Ayribella."

"Weren't Stephanie and Collin going to come over tonight?"

"We are going to do a Mom's night tomorrow. Stephanie has to work tonight."

"Alright. Would you actually mind doing me a favor?"

"Sure. What do you need?"

"I need my hospital ID and my medical bag from my office. Would you mind sending someone over with them?"

"Sure, I'll text my Grandpa right now."

"Thank you, Ace. I am so sorry for bailing on you and Ayribella tonight. I just don't want to leave Honor here alone, when they are so under staffed."

"It's ok. I completely understand. You would do the same thing if it were me. Don't even worry about it. I'll have Grandma and Grandpa stay with me tonight. Everything will be fine."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm positive. You take care of Honor and the other patients. Just do us all a favor, and stay away from your sister's vagina. That's just too weird, and a little traumatizing. I know it's just a vagina, but it's your sister."

"Trust me, I've already had that talk with the nurse that was in here. I am going to do everything for Honor that doesn't involve going near her legs. I can't promise the same for the other patients though."

"I know. I get it. It's your job. It's not my favorite part of your job, but you're a doctor, it's what you do."

"I love you, Ace."

"I love you too. I'll send Grandpa right over with your stuff."

"Thank you. If I have a lab coat at home, would you mind sending that too. I think I still have some scrubs in my locker downstairs, but I think I took all my lab coats to the office."

"If you don't have one here, I'll have Grandpa stop by the office on his way."

"You are amazing. I really owe you for this."

"No you don't. Just take care of Honor, and call me with updates when you can."

"I will. Tell Ayribella that I love her, alright?"

"You know that I will. I love you, Logan."

"I love you more. I'll talk to you soon." Logan smiled, then ended the call as Honor walked out of the bathroom.

"Was that Rory?" Honor asked.

"It was. So interesting news . . ."

"What's up?"

"I will be staying here with you all night. The hospital is short on nurses, so I am going to help out up here."

"Please don't tell me that you will be the one taking care of me, because I love you to death, but I draw the line with you going anywhere near my vagina.

"Trust me, I already drew that line. You get Maddie and Caroline for all things vagina. I will be doing everything else for you, but I am not going anywhere near your legs."

"Thank God! That's just too traumatizing."

"For you and me, both. Rory said the same thing too."

"Rory always has my back."

"Let's get you settled in., and I'll get your IV started, and see about getting a stethoscope so I can get your vitals."

"I'm glad you're here Logan. It makes me a little less nervous."

"Hey, you're my sister. There is nowhere else in the world that I would rather be. Get yourself settled in the bed, and I'll be right back with the stuff to get your IV started." Logan said squeezing his sister's hand, then quickly heading for the door, with his phone.

Same Time

Huntzberger Residence

"Hey Grandma? I need a little bit of help. Would you and Grandpa mind giving me a hand tonight?" Rory asked, after Emily answered her phone.

"Of course, Rory. We'll be right there." Emily answered. "Is something wrong?"

"Logan is helping out at the hospital tonight, so I'm all alone."

"Richard, Rory needs us. I'm heading next door right now."

"Thank you, Grandma." Rory said, as she disconnected the call, and headed downstairs with Ayribella.

"Rory?" Emily called a moment later, from the hallway that led to the garage and the elder Gilmores' apartment.

"I'm on my way down the stairs."

"What do you need help with?"

"Would you mind taking Ayribella? I just finished feeding her, but she needs to be burped. I need to Grab Logan's work stuff."

"Sure, of course." Emily answered, reaching for Ayribella as Rory stepped off the last stair.

"Logan needs his work things?" Richard asked.

"He asked if you would drop them off at the hospital for him. He's helping out in Labor and Delivery. Honor's water broke, Josh is with Mitchum and Shira, so Logan drove Honor to the hospital. But he just called to tell me that they are incredibly short on nurses tonight because of a big training thing out of town, so he's going to stay to help out."

"What all does Logan need?"

"He said his medical bag, lab coat, and his hospital ID. They should all be in his office, if you want to come help me find them. Logan should have a coat here, but if he doesn't, he said that you can grab one from the clinic."

"Logan has a coat in the closet in his office. I saw it there the other day. I'll grab it for you."

"Thank you, Grandpa. I don't even think that Logan took his wallet with him. He was in the middle of a work out when Honor called." Rory said as she followed Richard to Logan's home office, and flipped the light on.

"His wallet is right here on his desk."

"Perfect! I'll add it to his medical bag. Tell him that it's in there, with his ID." Rory told him as she opened Logan's top desk drawer and pulled out his hospital identification badge that he used to wear while working in the ER.

"I've got the coat, and here is his medical bag."

"Perfect! Thank you Grandpa."

"Is there anything else?" Richard asked, as he handed Rory a black backpack.

"That is all he asked for."

"Have you two eaten dinner?"

"We grabbed some tacos on the way home from the hospital."

"Let's throw some snacks in there for him. If Logan is staying overnight, he's bound to get hungry."

"He's with Honor, and I know she's got snacks in her bag, for both her and Josh."

"Well it won't hurt to send some more over there. Is there anything that Josh and Honor need?"

"Not that I know of."

"Alright, let's head to the kitchen for snacks, then I'll head out." Richard instructed as Rory put Logan's wallet and ID in his bag.
