Yo, new chapter, and this one will explain who will be the holder of OFA, and no, it wont be Mirio, i have an good idea of who should be the one to have OFA other than Izuku.
Now i hope you enjoy this new chapter.
Chapter 4
A man could be seen walking around, thinking deeply about recents events.
This man was Yagi Toshinori, also known as All Might, the number one hero.
"I know that this made Mirai more angry than before, but i can't give One for All for Young Togata." Yagi mutters to himself.
"So, what do you think All Might ?" Sir Nighteye says while showing his intern, Mirio Togata, who already knows about why he is there after Nighteye explained everything about All Might and One for All.
And All Might couldn't say he wasn't inclined to give him One for All, the boy was determined, strong, an heroic heart and just a little less than two years to finish his studies.
Not to mention that Mirai is right, his time is coming to a end and the world need a new symbol of peace as soon as possible.
But... Something tells him to not give One for All to him, something tells him that this decision will be the worst decision he would do.
He doesn't know from where this feeling is coming from, at first he thought of ignoring it, maybe it was because he was attached to the quirk after having it for so long.
But then after that strange dream the feeling got stronger than ever, and now in front of Young Togata, he already knows he can't give One for All to him, he doesn't want to risk Young Togata life like that.
"... I'm sorry Mirai, i can't give him One for All." Yagi could see that his friend was shocked, and quickly got angry but he managed to hide it in a neutral expression.
Mirio was shocked, he never expected to see his idol like that and he was even more shocked about One for All, and was happy that his idol deemed him worthy of wielding it, but he couldn't help but feel a bit of relief when All Might said that.
"Mind telling me why ?" Nighteye says with barely contained anger.
"I just... can't, something tells me that it wouldn't be a wise decision, not that young Togata isn't worthy, i don't doubt he will be a great hero, but something tells me that if i give him One for all, then something horrible will happen with him, i'm sorry Mirai, and i'm sorry young Togata." Yagi says and leaves before either could say something.
"I guess i'm gonna follow Nedzu advice and teach at U.A in search of a successor" Yagi mutters to himself, while he couldn't give One for All to young Togata, maybe someone will be able to receive it safely.
His phone ringing snaps him out of his thoughts and he sees that the ID is Melissa, the daughter of his best friend and first unnoficial sidekick David Shield, but why is she calling him ?
But suddenly, he feels something, like One for All itself is saying that he should give it to Melissa.
At first All Might refuses, but he remembers that his nemesis, All for One, is dead, and Melissa once wanted to be a hero, he can see Melissa becoming a great hero, with her sharp mind and One for All combined, she would surpass even him.
All Might nods to himself and answers the call.
"Y-you have choosen me ?! But can two biometals choose one person ?! A-and there is other biometals ?! If so, what are their names and powers ?! Do you know anyone that already have a biometal ?! If so-"X then cuts Izuku mumble.
"Izuku, while i am still a bit taken back by him saying that he choosen you, i don't think he can, since i already have choosen you as the megaman model X" X says but while he doesn't voice it, he can feel a familiar connection to the red biometal.
And as if reading his mind, the red biometal spoke "You can feel it too right model X ? You feel that i am connected to Izuku like you." X doesn't say anything for a while, but after a moment he spoke.
"I won't deny that i can feel a connection to you, but i believe we should let Izuku rest before trying the megamerge with you, he is tired from the training we just had, maybe later after he had some rest." Izuku chooses that moment to speak.
"W-well, i-it was truly a progressive day, nice to meet you model Z, but i believe we should go home." Izuku doesn't know what to think, just yesterday he had given up on being a hero but now he has two partners that wants to help him.
"Very well then, i hope we can get along well, and i believe Izuku is right, it's time to go home, do you mind if i stay inside your body along with Model X ?" When Izuku nods both X and Z enters Izuku body, it's weird but he can ignore it for now.
After resting for some time Izuku gets up and starts to walk to home while talking with X and Z.
"(So i already asked this to X but do you mind if i could call you Z as a friendly nickname ?)" Izuku asks while trying to make small talk with his new partner.
"(If X already accepted the nickname then i dont see why not)" Izuku smiles, but after a while he has a idea.
"(If it truly work and i be able to merge with Z, then could we try merge you two together ?)" Izuku thinks that it's a silly idea, but what is the harm in trying it ?
"(It's a nice idea but i don't recommend doing it now, after you destransformed you got really tired just by using the safe mode)" X says, for some reason he can feel that it will work but he can't exactly explain why.
Izuku nods with a smile, he feels so happy that he finally has a way to achieve his dream, not only that but he also got two friends.
While Izuku walks in silence, the biometals talk to themselves.
"(Z i know you just meet Izuku today and while i only had talked with him yesterday, i already saw that his confidence is bad, he stutters a lot from what you saw, and when i had told him that i had choosen him as the megaman X, he tried to dissuade me from choosing him, i hope i am wrong, but from what i saw, and the fact he is quirkless on a world where everyone has a quirk...)" X traills off, but Z can see what he is thinking.
"(You fear that he was bullied and maybe that he still is, but before anything, does his mother know about you ?)"
"(Yes, Izuku decided to tell her about me, and after talking with her for some time i trust that she will keep our existance a secret.)"
"(If his mother knows about you, then i'm sure you already told her about your suspicions that maybe he is being bullied at his school)"
"(No, i don't have anything aside from a theory, if i'm wrong about it then it's going to cause a lot more problems than fix it.)"
"(I see, that's a good reason, but monday when he go to school we will see it, and if he is suffering and refuses to tell to his mother about it then i will tell her myself.)"
"(And i will support you Z)" After that the rest of walk ended in silence.
Izuku finally reached home, tired, but a big smile on his face as he opens the door and he sees his mother cooking the lunch.
"Izuku, did you make progress with X on the training ?" Inko asks as Izuku closes the door, thinking on how to tell his mother about Z.
"Y-yes mom, i found out some things i can do with X, but i need to tell you something." Inko sees the look on his face and can't help but feel a bit worried.
"What is it Izuku ? Did you got hurt training ?" Izuku then quickly reassures his mother.
"N-no no i'm fine, just a bit tired from training, what i need to tell you it's about Z." Inko frowns at the strange name but her curiosity is quickly answered when another biometal aside from X appears.
"Greetings miss Midoriya, my name is Model Z, and just like X i want to guide Izuku to be the best hero that he can be."Z says as he float around Izuku head.
Inko could say that she is definitely surprised at the new biometal, but thanks to already seeing X and the fact that both the biometal and her son trust Z she decided to trust him too.
"Oh ! that's great ! I'm happy Izuku found another friend to help him along the way, but please call me Inko."
"Ok then Inko." And then Inko cover her nose as she starts to smell a rotten scent, she start to check from where it is coming but then she realizes that it's coming from her son.
"Izuku... why are you smelling like trash ?" Izuku gulps as he remembers that he was literally training in trash.
"U-um... it's because i was training at Takoba beach..." Inko doesn't say anything while she points at the bathroom and Izuku understand the message as the biometals stays there.
X watches his partner in silence while Z imagines how that junkyard was once a beach.
After taking a bath Izuku starts to eat the lunch his mom made, when he finished the lunch Z decided to speak "So Izuku, are you still feeling tired ?" When Izuku nods Z continues "Then do you want to try and megamerge with me ?" Izuku nods again before he get up.
"Mom please get away and close your eyes." At that Inko gets a bit far and Izuku asks "Do i need to yell again ?" Izuku says as he blush at the thought of yelling megamerge every time he needs to use his powers.
"No, you just needed to yell once, after that you just need to say it, but maybe we can train you so that you don't need to say to transform." Izuku then procceds to transform and a red light blinds everything for a second.
After the light fades away Izuku appears with an armor similar to the X form, but unlike the X form the armor is red instead of blue, and the crystal on his helmet is blue, and alongside with theses changes he also gained a long blonde hair that almost hits the ground, and another major change is the presence of a long green sword on his hand.
"W-woah ! It works !" Izuku exclaims while examinating his new form, Inko almost faints after seeing Izuku on his new form, while X had told her that he could give Izuku powers, it's an entirely different thing seeing it in action.
"I-Izuku, you look awesome !" Izuku can't help but blush after his mother said that.
"(While it would be nice to test the Z form, i wouldn't recommend try it inside this place.)" Izuku blushes and feels a little disappointed that he can't test the Z form right now but it was just a test though, he destransform in a flash and as X said, he doesn't feel tired like he did on Takoba, that's when Izuku remembers something important that he wanted to talk with his mom.
"Oh i almost forgot, mom i-i want to sell the All might merchandise." Inko seems surprised since All might was his greatest inspiraction.
"O-ok Izuku, but do you mind telling me why ?"Izuku is a bit hesitant to tell her about the fact that the sludge villain had attacked him and All Might had saved him, so he decides to tell her a different story of how he meets All Might
Izuku tells everything that happened but instead of telling her that he was attacked, Izuku told her that he saw All Might defeat the sludge villain, leaving aside what happened on the roof with All Might true form and... his dark thoughts.
Inko clenches her fists at what All Might said, she can see how it devasted her son to hear those words from the hero he always looked up, after seeing her son face as he spoke she gained courage to finally speak of that day.
"Izuku, do you remember what i told you after coming back from the hospital" Izuku freezes, that's the day everything started to become bad but he nods.
"I want to take it back, with your kind heart and sharp mind, you can become a great hero, please Izuku can you forgive me for not believing on you when you most needed." While Inko is worried about Izuku safety when he becomes a hero, she will support him in whatever he chooses, she won't make the same mistake she did years ago.
"M-mom, of course i forgive you ! Even after everything, you never stopped loving me or caring about me, s-so of course i can forgive you !" Izuku starts to cry happy tears, while Alll Might doesn't believe on him, his mother approval matters more than what All Might could ever say to him.
After some time crying X and Z interrupts the heartwarming moment to speak something important.
"We are sorry for interrupt this moment, but we need to think on an excuse for Izuku powers." X says, he feels bad for interrupting something very sentimental for both his partner and Inko but they need to figure something out.
"We could say that Izuku 'quirk' was too much powerful to a 4 years old, his body needed to grow up to be able to handle his power so his body locked his power until he could use it without damaging him permanently." X, Izuku and Inko agrees with Z idea, it's a good cover for his quirk coming so late.
"Nice idea Z, but im curious what could we call Izuku 'quirk'?"
"We could call it robotic form or something like that, while it seems a lame name, we can't afford to use the name biometal or our names since there could be others holders of the biometals with bad intentions" X brings up a good point.
"Okay, tomorrow we are going to register your 'quirk' so now i believe you want to think a bit about what you can do with your quirk dont you ?" After finishing saying this Izuku eye lights up like a kid in a candy store and procceds to run to his room to writte ways to use the biometals powers better.
Inko giggles a bit "I am glad your dream has been reignited, X and Z were the best thing that came in your life Izuku." Inko smiles sadly, while she is happy that her son forgave her about that day, she still feels guilty about it.
X and Z can be seem floating around Izuku as said boy writes new ideas on his notebook while muttering.
"Maybe we could try and learn some swords moves for Z form, and also check if the Z form has cannons like X form, and then we could train X mode cannons to make my aim better, maybe i should learn some fighting style for both Z and X form maybe-"X cuts Izuku mumble.
"Those are pretty good ideas, but i think i got an idea, maybe we could train the time that you can stay on the megaman form by making you stay transformed daily when at home, but i need to warn you to not overdo it, if you start to feel tired let us know or else you may hurt yourself and cause more harm than good." X sternly warns, Izuku gulps and nods.
"And that would be a great test to control your strength, and after your stamina on the megaman form gets better we could train changing your forms beetween Z and X, or we could try and merge both me and X" Z says, making Izuku nod once again and write that on the notebook.
"Izuku, i have an idea, maybe you could transform and then clear the All Might merchandise, it could be a good start." Izuku eyes lights up at the suggestion.
"That's a great idea X, it will be nice to train my stamina on this mode." Izuku then transforms on model X.
"Izuku, i believe you should hold the megaman form as long as you can, after cleaning your merchandise, don't destransform unless you are pretty tired, if possible, i would ask you to stay transformed until you go to sleep."Izuku nods at Z idea and starts to clean his bedrom
After a few hours later, Izuku cleaned up all the All Might merchandise, sure, he broke some of them without meaning since he doesn't knows how to control his strength but it was just a few.
Instead of All Might merch, he decided to put some posters of others heroes, like the Dragon Hero:Ryuukyu and the Rabbit Hero: Mirko, and some of other less known heroes like Thirtheen and Kamui Woods.
Izuku stretches a bit before saying "That took some energy from me, but i still can hold the transformation for some time."
"Good Izuku, now before you go to eat dinner i'm gonna warn Inko about your training, so you don't scare her." Z then leaves after Izuku nods as he looks at his hand, still not believing that all of this happened.
After some time Z comes back "It's all explained, you can come out now."
Izuku then enters the dinner room and while knowing that he would be transformed, Inko couldn't stop the surprise from appearing in her face "So, this is how you look in model X form." Izuku blushed a bit.
"Y-yeah, i'm training to hold it for longer periods of time, and after that we will try and megamerge with both of them." Inko nods and tells Izuku to sit while she makes the dinner, much to his happiness it was Katsudon.
After eating Izuku brush his teeth and colapses on the bed, the X form dissipates and Izuku tries to regain his breath.
"I'm more tired...than ever..."Izuku says in a pretty tired voice.
X and Z are floating around Izuku "I believe that is to be expected, but i can see we are making good progress with this training, if you want, tomorrow after testing Z form on Takoba you can transform again until you go to sleep like you did today, and to test if its working we could try and see if you would feel less tired after training tomorrow." X suggests and Izuku could only nod.
"I believe now its time to sleep, i can see you are pretty tired Izuku, good night partner." Z says before he and X disappears inside his body and Izuku starts to fall asleep.

So thats it, i believe you already know who is getting OFA, if you already read the manga (or was it revealed on the six season ? i still didn't watched it) then you know why she is the right choice other than Izuku.
Necrogod:Sorry, but i didnt knew about it, i was making X and Z power based more like in-game (like i was thinking on making them more like ZX game) thats why i had the 'safe mode' idea since Izuku could easily kill someone with the Z saber or X buster, and i will try to take your words of advice to make it better, but if you want you could think that they are weaker because of what brought them there, (yes it will be revelated one day what brought them to BNHA world) and that aside from cutting alot of power from them it made them lose alot of their memories (since they dont remember what the reploids or maverick are) but i believe i have some...idea to make them as powerful as you said they are.
Edit: Fixed some mistakes again, and changed some dialogues on this chapter, and also writte some other things that i forgot to writte, i just hope its better than before, and about how Izuku looks with the Model Z form, its because in the ZX game, the holder of the Model Z already has long blonde hair, and already has the red crystal on his forehead, so i made the Megaman Z form look a bit more like the Zero from megaman Z (except the crystal on his forehead, because some images i see him with a green one and others with a blue one, so the crystal is the same as the Zero from megaman x5.
