And when Itachi get's Perfect Susano'o, which he will as it was never stated what was required to get the Perfect Susano'o, and judging by what we saw with Sasuke at the five kage summit, it seems the Susano'o evolves the more you use it. Which would explain why normal MS users could never get Perfect Susano'o as they would go blind before reaching that level. And I will consider your harem options, although I think Asia is the one girl Issei actually truly deserves.

Trex0428: To be fair Rias at that point was a little girl, and little kids in general tends to fall in love quite easily. But somethings will occur that will make Rias remain in love with him, this was sort of just a way for her to grow an interest in him. And DxD characters are known for being able to use more magic elements as it is stated that Akeno could use fire, ice and water magic besides her holy lightning which is her main power, and even Serafall is stated to being able to use some fire magic.

Chapter 3: Meeting the competition!
Itachi was standing in the center of a wide room that had technological devices on the walls and with what looked like five skeleton robots standing around him. "Simulation activated, welcome young master Itachi Sitri. Starting level 10." A computer like voice echoed through the room, the robots let out a glow until they all bore the resemblance of people, with black feathered wings.
Itachi whom had his eyes closed the whole time, opened them revealing the one-tome sharingan. He narrowed his eyes as the fallen angel simulations flew up while forming a spear of light in their hands, they then raised the spears and threw them towards Itachi whom formed a magic circle beneath his feet.
"Activate, defense magic circle." Itachi muttered and raised his hands to the side as a barrier of blue magic circles surrounded him taking the hits of the light spears. Itachi narrowed his eyes when some of the magic circles began to crack. "Teleportation." Itachi muttered and the magic circle that was forming beneath his feet vanished with him in a flash of light. The very same light appeared behind the robot fallen angel simulations, and Itachi leaped out from the light and had his hands stretched out towards the side forming a magic circle on each hand.
Water and Lightning combo: Raging Typhoon!
Out of the magic circles came a tornado made of water and out of the other circle a violent surge of lightning, the water and lightning merged together into a violent storm that crashed into the fallen angel robots. When the dust cleared, it revealed scraps of two of the five robots, the other three then flew towards Itachi at immense speed.
Itachi widened his eyes as his sharingan glowed, he blocked a punch from one of the robots with his arm and then he delivered a kick into the robot sending it skidding back. The other two then appeared behind Itachi with light spears formed in their hands, Itachi was about to block them when suddenly the robot he sent skidding back earlier flew towards him with a light spear ready to stab him. Itachi gritted his teeth. "Dammit." Itachi uttered as just when they were about to stab him the spears vanished and the robots went back into their normal appearance.
"Simulation stopped, better luck next time young master." The computer voice spoke and Itachi walked out of the room, once he was out he was met by his father.
"You did well considering your still just a 4-year-old child. You're already fighting at an extremely high level for your age, you are definitely on the same level as those simulations but if they gang up on you your chances of winning becomes almost zero." His father informed Itachi of what he had already discovered himself, if he had chakra he was sure he would be able to take on those simulations with ease. But it was a little difficult for him to get used to magic as it was so different from ninjutsu in general, although he had a pretty good grasp of it so far. Itachi had also heard that there was something called chakra in this world as well, although it was different from the chakra he knew back in his old life and magic seemed easier to learn, although he had secretly decided to see if he could master the other form of chakra once he had learned magic, and maybe some other type of combat abilities that he might find useful later. "By the way you better get ready, we're going to meet up with Lord Gremory and Lord Phenex soon, both Rias and Raiser will be there as well."
"Hn, understood father." Itachi nodded emotionlessly, the news on Itachi and Rias possibly being engaged struck Sona with pure shock, same with Rias although she was slightly delighted but wasn't sure why she was delighted. And it had very much angered this Raiser Phenex, whom Itachi was about to meet for the first time.
"It was nice of Ajuka Beelzebub-sama to make this training device for you. And it seems to be working perfectly." Lord Sitri said as he walked along with his son through the dark hallway while smiling at his son.
"Hn, he really is a genius." Itachi had to admit that the Maou known as Ajuka Beelzebub was quite intellectual, he was formerly of the Astaroth family whom now the role of head fell to Ajuka's younger brother, Diodora. Ajuka was the one responsible for something known as the Evil Piece system, a way for High-Class devils to form peerages of servants that could come from any type of faction and even humans. He is also the one who invented the Rating Game a competition for High-Class devils with their peerages to compete and demonstrate their power. Itachi starts to think back to when he was first introduced to this genius Maou.
Flashback: 5 months ago
Two days after having met Rias Gremory and the Gremory family, and having established an engagement between Itachi and Rias. Itachi was taken by his older sister to meet with someone. "Nee-san, where are you taking me?" Little Itachi asked his older sister Serafall whom was despite Itachi's protests carrying him in her arms with a loving smile on her face.
"I'm taking you to see Ajuka-chan! His going to check something about It-tan's body, but don't worry onee-chan won't let him harm you in anyway or else she will go on a rampage!" Serafall declared with a beaming smile and a giggle as she rubbed her cheek up against Itachi's. "Ah, It-tan's skin is so soft and warm it's so relaxing. Chu~ Chu~" Serafall began kissing Itachi's cheek repeatedly.
Itachi was annoyed but it wasn't like he could do anything about it, Serafall is one of the strongest beings known in existence, and she holds the title of the mightiest female devil, plus he does love and treasure both her and Sona as they are his sisters. So, knowing he couldn't do anything he decided to endure it for now. "Nee-san, could you please act more serious. And could you please put me down?" Itachi asked, even though he knew he couldn't do anything he knew it also couldn't hurt to ask.
"No, because of my duties I hardly get to spend time with It-tan and So-tan! So, onee-chan will take any opportunity she can get!" Serafall declared and once again, "Chu~Chu~" Began kissing Itachi's cheek. "Ah! We're here!" Serafall said and finally put Itachi down and opened a big door and behind the door was a young handsome man looking to be in his early twenties with slicked back green hair and icy blue eyes and behind was a laboratory of some kind.
"Serafall, good to see you." The man greeted with a polite bow.
"Ajuka-chan! I've brought It-tan for his examination!" Serafall said and lifted Itachi up placing him on a chair.
"I could do it myself, nee-san." Itachi pointed out with an emotionless expression, although he felt slightly humiliated.
"Mm, but like onee-chan said, she will take what she can get." Serafall said leaning her face next to Itachi's with a beaming smile.
"Greetings young Itachi Sitri, I am Ajuka Beelzebub, I am currently chief advisor of the Technology department." Ajuka greeted the young Sitri with a small friendly smile.
"The pleasure is all mine, Ajuka Beelzebub-sama." Itachi bowed his head slightly.
"My, my such polite manners, you certainly didn't learn that from Serafall." Ajuka said with an amused chuckle.
"Hey! What's that supposed to mean!" Serafall pouted.
"It means what it exactly means." Ajuka replied and Itachi had a look of agreement, Ajuka then looked over at Itachi. "By the way you don't have to be so formal, calling me Ajuka will do just fine."
"Very well then, Ajuka-sama. What is this examination nee-san decided to bring me into?" Itachi questioned as he had no idea why he was here to begin with.
"Ah that, Serafall told me that recently you protected your younger sister and the young Rias Gremory from a giant wild wolf, correct?" Ajuka said and Itachi nodded in response. "Well Serafall told me that when she arrived to rescue you, only to find that you had frozen the wolf in a chunk of ice, your eyes were red for a second. And she asked me to find out if there was anything dangerous going on within your body." Ajuka explained and Itachi understood that this was about his sharingan, he knew he couldn't keep it a secret forever, but he thought at least he could keep it a secret for a bit longer until after sometime he could pass it off as a Sacred Gear he had found or some spell he invented.
"Hn, I see." Itachi nodded in understanding trying to keep a cool calm expression and showing no reaction to it.
"So, you have known that you could do this to your eyes for a while now?" Ajuka asked while holding a flashlight over Itachi while examining his eyes.
"Yes, I just thought it was a family ability or something." Itachi used his mastery skill of lying, he didn't like it, but it sounded better saying I am originally from a different world and I freed the souls of hundreds of people and some deity granted me a wish to keep an old power I used to have. They would have either thought he was crazy, or a child with a wild imagination.
"Well it's not, could you activate it now if possible?" Ajuka asked with a serious expression, and he had this mysterious aura around him so that even Itachi couldn't read him, Itachi was actually quite impressed.
"Most certainly." Itachi replied figured there was no point in hiding it. He closed his eyes and once he re-opened them they were not black, but burning bright red with a black dot in the center with a black circle going around it and one black tomoe on the circle.
"Hmm, very interesting." Ajuka grabbed Itachi by the chin and closely inspected the sharingan. "I have never seen anything like it, whether it's a Sacred Gear or a mutation is hard to tell."
"Is it dangerous? Is It-tan in trouble?" Serafall asked with a worried tone of concern for her beloved younger brother.
"Not sure, hang on." Ajuka said and opened a cabinet with the sound of him browsing through various tools. "Hmm, where did I put it? Ah! Here it is." Ajuka brought out a set of what looked like goggles with wires going from where the eye glasses were supposed to be. He blew some dust of it and brushed some more dust from the top. "Now sit still." Ajuka said and put the goggles over Itachi's eyes, he then attached the wires to a computer and began typing something on the keyboard.
"It's not going to hurt him, is it?" Serafall asked with a concerned tone.
"Oh, no it's just going to analyze his eyes, and check his DNA structure." Ajuka replied as on his computer screen was a virtual model of Itachi's head and his eyeballs, and also a line of DNA with several numbers scrolling down the screen. "Hmm, interesting…"
"What, what is it?" Serafall questioned leaning in towards the screen.
"It doesn't seem to be a Sacred Gear, rather it's connected to his DNA, and the eyes each seem to have some sort of energy that is different from the other. It is also absorbing magic power from the environment bit by bit, and it only seems to be a weak state like it has so much more offer. My best guess is that it will evolve as time goes by." Ajuka analyzed what he read from the computer with an intrigued look as he was rubbing his chin.
"But is it dangerous for It-tan?" Serafall questioned. Itachi thought it was something like that, that Serafall was worried that he was in any sort of danger, he knew that he wasn't though but still felt glad that his older sister felt such concern for him.
"Hmm, from what I can tell, no it's not. Then again that could change if it evolves any further, you might want to bring him back for another session if his eyes ever change its shape more than this. Just to be safe, but so far he is in no kind of danger." Ajuka said and walked over to Itachi and removed the goggles. Itachi blinked his eyes now that he could finally see again.
"That's good." Serafall let out a sigh of relief.
"Well then I believe that was it." Ajuka said looking at the two siblings.
"Yes, thanks Ajuka-chan!" Serafall beamed and lifted Itachi into her arms, holding him tightly while her breasts pushed up against his back, while Itachi kept a deadpan expression.
"Ajuka-sama." Itachi said gaining the Blue Satan's attention. "You're an inventor correct? Of mechanical devices?"
"Well yes, it's kind of a hobby of mine." Ajuka said with a small friendly smile.
"Then could I possibly request you build something for me?" Itachi asked and Ajuka looked intrigued.
"Name it." Ajuka said.
"I would like a device that helps me train on how to fight various supernatural creatures." Itachi said and Ajuka looked at him with a raised brow.
"What for?" Ajuka questioned.
"To help me get stronger and find various strategies to deal with the different species." Itachi replied and Ajuka and Serafall looked at him with a surprised expression, they must have expected him wanting some sort of special toy.
"Why are you in such a hurry to grow stronger?" Ajuka questioned with a calm stern expression.
Itachi didn't want to exactly tell it was to become the strongest and bring peace between the three factions and the world. However, he felt the pressure of Ajuka and Serafall seeming to demand an answer to that question, not out of rage but curiosity, and they seemed to not take no for an answer. Itachi in the end gave up and decided to tell them his one true dream. "To become the strongest and bring peace to the world." Itachi said with a serious stern expression.
Serafall and Ajuka widened their eyes a little at first, but then they brushed it off with a smile thinking this was just merely a childish dream and wishful thinking. However, not wanting to destroy what they assumed was his childhood innocence they decided to agree to it. "Very well then Itachi-kun, I will build your training device. I will make it into a simulation of all various different species known throughout the world each one with a difficulty level." Ajuka smiled and ruffled the top of Itachi's head.
"It-tan will grow up to be super duper strong! Onee-chan just know you will! Chu~" Serafall kissed the top of Itachi's head while smiling at him warming and lovingly, and Itachi returned it with a small smile that quickly vanished and returned to his deadpan emotionless expression.
"Thank you for everything, Ajuka-sama." Itachi bowed his head a little politely while he was still being held by Serafall.
"Your very much welcome, Itachi-kun." Ajuka returned the bow. "You can maybe expect your training device within a few months."
"Thank you very much, farewell." Itachi bid farewell with Serafall.
"Bye! Bye! Ajuka-chan!" Serafall waved as she left while still carrying Itachi. "Isn't that good for you, It-tan? You're in no danger and you get a gift from Ajuka-chan!"
"Hn, I'm glad. But nee-san, put me down." Itachi said with a deadpan expression.
Flashback End
Itachi and Lord Sitri were sitting in a horse carriage on their way to meet with Lord Gremory, Rias, Lord Phenex and Raiser to discuss this engagement issue between these three families. "I still don't understand why we can't use a magic circle to teleport to the Gremory castle." Itachi said while looking out the window.
"Well your still so young and you have just learned how to use magic circle teleportation, so we can't risk anything wrong happening." Lord Sitri replied to his bored looking son.
"Father, I have already fully mastered magic circle teleportation, I learned it five months ago." Itachi pointed out with a deadpan expression and Lord Sitri looked pale white.
"O-Oh, well it still just comfortable a-and this way we can just relax and take in the scenery." Lord Sitri said while letting out a nervous chuckle.
"I wasn't complaining, I was just asking why." Itachi said as he did enjoy looking at the beautiful landscape from the window, it made him feel at ease.
"O-Oh, I see… well honestly we're actually running quite early for when we scheduled the meeting…" Lord Sitri said while rubbing the back of his head and chuckling nervously.
"So, what your telling me, I could have trained longer…" Itachi looked at his father with a cold deadpan expression.
"U-Umm, thought you didn't mind taking in the scenery?" Lord Sitri asked nervously.
"I don't mind, but I prefer to use any available time for training." Itachi replied with an emotionless deadpan expression.
"…"
"…"
"…"
"I'm so sorry…" Lord Sitri bowed his head down to his son.
"Whatever, it doesn't matter anyway." Itachi brushed it off and returned to looking out the window.
"Could you at least say you forgive me?!" Lord Sitri shouted looking like he was about to cry.
"Fine I forgive you." Itachi said with a motionless tone showing that he wasn't really serious.
"I don't believe you do!" Lord Sitri shouted with comical tears running down his eyes.
"I actually do." Itachi said calmly as he was used to his family reacting this way, well at least father and Serafall as they were the oversensitive ones in the family.
Later after a few hours of driving, they finally arrived at the Gremory castle and was greeted by multiple maids and butlers. ""Welcome, Lord Sitri, Itachi-sama!"" The maids and butlers said in unison. Itachi looked uncomfortable with being called sama, it was one of the things he hated with being a noble, it might actually be the only thing now that he thinks about it. Once they arrived at the front door two butlers opened the main gate and they were greeted by Lord Gremory, Venelana and Rias Gremory whom hid behind her mother looking rather shy of Itachi, she was still glad to see him, but she still felt very shy around him but she wasn't sure of why as she was still too young to understand the concept of love.
"Welcome Lord Sitri, and young Itachi, to the Gremory castle." Lord Gremory greeted them with a warm smile.
"Hello, Itachi…" Rias said peeking her head out from behind her mother.
"Hello again, Rias." Itachi said with a warm smile that made Rias feel her chest tightening.
"It's good to see you again." Venelana greeted with a warm smile.
"Now all that's left is-" Lord Gremory said when suddenly a magic circle appeared behind them and out came two figures in a burst of flames, one man looking the same age as Lord Gremory and Lord Sitri, he had long blond hair and a beard he also had blue eyes and he was dressed in noble clothing. And next to him was a boy that was older than Rias and Itachi, he had blond hair and blue eyes and was dressed in a red blazer and matching pants, he had a smug expression that Itachi immediately disliked. "Ah, Lord Phenex, Raiser, I welcome you to the Gremory castle." Lord Gremory greeted the two new comers with a polite smile, he didn't seem to hold hate towards Lord Phenex but he had a little feeling of dislike towards young Raiser's smug expression.
"Greetings Lord Gremory, Lady Gremory, Lord Sitri, young Rias Gremory, Itachi Sitri." Lord Phenex greeted with a nod and his expression was calm and collective.
"Hello there, Lord Gremory, Lady Gremory, Lord Sitri, Rias." Raiser looked at Rias with the smug look on his face as it seemed he chose to ignore Itachi, meanwhile Rias sent him an angered look. "Now what is this talk about competition for Rias' hand in marriage?"
"Simple, I want my son to get married to Rias Gremory, since the Sitri family needs to continue its bloodline as well." Lord Sitri spoke with a smile and Raiser narrowed his gaze and then looked over at Itachi.
"Who? This shrimp? Lord Gremory you can't seriously believe he is better suited than me?" Raiser said in a condescending tone directed at Itachi whom simply sighed at Raiser's foolishness. "What's that sigh supposed to mean, brat?"
"It is foolish for you to think I'm not suited considering I'm still too young to get judged by my appearance if it comes to being suited or not. Not only that unlike you me and Rias are at the same age so if anything, you're the one who's less suited for her than me. Besides you shouldn't judge someone just by first appearance, that is a mistake spoiled ignorant brats like you always tend to make." Itachi said in a calm motionless tone and Raiser got angrier and angrier. Itachi's first impression of Raiser was not a good one, it was that Raiser seemed like a spoiled brat that uses his powerful family name as an advantage in life.
"Why you little!" Raiser charged up flames into his fist.
"Keep in mind you're in the same room as your own father and the other adults. Doing this will simply bring shame to your family name, not to mention you're a fool if you think anyone here would allow you to attack me." Itachi said and Raiser realized what he was saying and looked at his father whom looked down on him strictly, Raiser grunted and deactivated the flames.
"Apologize Raiser, right now." Lord Phenex ordered his son.
"Tch. Fine sorry kid." Raiser turned his head to the side, not meaning a word he said.
"So, shall we begin our discussion?" Lord Phenex suggested.
"Most certainly." Lord Gremory said with a serious expression and guided them into the living room with three couches surrounding a table. Lord Gremory, Venelana and Lord Sitri sat on the one facing the main door, Lord Phenex and Raiser sat on the left one and Itachi sat on the right one.
"Hey Rias, why not come sit next to me?" Raiser asked smugly suggesting to the seat available next to him. Rias huffed and went over to Itachi and sat next to him much to Raiser's anger.
It was already clear to Itachi why Raiser was so set on marrying Rias, from the moment he got here he has been looking over at Venelana quite a bit. Without a doubt, he must have assumed that Rias would get the same voluptuous body as her mother.
"So, let's discuss the issue. Lord Gremory had made a deal with both of us to engage his daughter to one of our sons. And now, we need to decide on who should gain the right to marry her." Lord Sitri said calmly and with a smile.
"I don't want to be forced to marry anyone!" Rias declared with an angry pout directed at her father whom looked heartbroken seeing how angry Rias was with him. "I-It's not that I don't like Itachi, unlike Raiser." Rias said with hatred directed towards Raiser. "But, I just don't want to be forced to marry someone…"
"I agree." Itachi said while looking at Rias with a friendly smile.
"Huh? Then why are we even discussing this?" Raiser questioned thinking he had already won.
"Because I won't break out of the engagement despite that. It has nothing to do with my family I just want Rias to have the choice to marry who she chooses." Itachi explained and Raiser looked at him confused and Rias looked at him with wide eyes of awe.
"My, my such bluntness." Lord Sitri chuckled at his son's attitude.
"Hmm." Lord Phenex noticed how Rias was looking at Itachi and realized that it seemed the girl had feelings for the Sitri boy. "Seems there is something else behind it." Lord Phenex said and the young ones had a look of confusion while the adults seemed to understand.
'What did he mean by that?' Itachi thought in confusion, as he hadn't realized that Rias was in love with him. And that the only reason she doesn't want to get married is because she is being forced to do so, that she would rather want to marry whom she chooses not because she has to there is a principle involved.
Raiser then himself noticed the looks Rias was sending Itachi and understood so himself finally. "I don't care, I'm not backing out of this engagement either." Raiser declared.
"Well as long as you're not backing down neither am I." Itachi declared with an emotionless expression.
"Well I'm not going to marry a jerk like Raiser!" Rias declared and huffed her head to the side with a childish pout while Rasier looked a little angry.
"Shouldn't Rias get a say in this as well? If she would rather want to marry me than him shouldn't that be the end of the discussion?" Itachi asked as he knew what the alternative would be, to fight in a Rating Game with Raiser later on in the future which would be troublesome and give Itachi a headache.
"Well that naturally would have been the case, but my son is dead set on this engagement and it was promised to our family at first. I'm sure you must also understand that this is about honor for our family name as well?" Lord Phenex spoke while looking at the young Sitri.
"That's right, so you should just back down. The promise was made to our family first." Raiser said while glaring at Itachi.
"And now a promise has been made to my family, we're in the same predicament when it comes to honor of our family name. Plus, I consider Rias a valued friend and I would want her to be happy. And clearly you wouldn't make her happy." Itachi said calmly and with an emotionless expression.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Raiser glared at Itachi in rage.
"I can already tell what sort of person you are, and what you will become. You strike me as someone who would be what is called a womanizer, even though if your married to Rias you will most likely still have affairs with other women. Not to mention your arrogant attitude and selfishness would make her even more unhappy. You've probably already had a few girlfriends already and while you've been with these girls you've most likely flirted with others as well." Itachi said and Raiser clenched his fist in anger.
"How dare you accuse me of that?!" Raiser questioned in anger while standing up and slamming his hands into the table. "Your nothing but a mere brat!"
"So, that hickey mark on your neck is from something else then?" Itachi asked as Raiser did have a hickey mark on the right side of his neck. Raiser instantly covered the mark and glared at Itachi while growling. "My point is proven." Itachi said with a calm expression, he couldn't believe that a 10-year-old boy already acted like such a playboy. Just like Itachi thought, Raiser was just a spoiled brat whom had used his powerful family name to gain advantages in life.
"Raiser, sit back down." Lord Phenex ordered and Raiser complied.
"Little punk…!" Raiser growled while glaring daggers at Itachi whom didn't care at all.
"Very well then, I believe there is only one way to settle this then. A Rating Game." Venelana was the one to speak this time.
"Yes, it would be best to one day in the future when both of you are old enough to settle this in a Rating Game." Lord Gremory agreed and Lord Sitri nodded in agreement.
"Very well, that seems the best way possible. And this way the losing side will at least keep their family's names honor intact, as they would have lost while fighting." Lord Phenex agreed to the idea as well.
"Huh, yeah right, the kids so young he probably doesn't have any peerage members yet. While I myself have three so far in my collection." Raiser declared smugly while glaring at Itachi like this would be an easy victory.
"I would recommend to remove that self-confidence of yours, a lot can change over the years." Itachi said with an emotionless expression and Raiser sent glares at him showing that he accepted the challenge.
"Very well then, I suppose we shall take our leave. Come, Raiser." Lord Phenex said and stood up from the couch with Raiser and walked towards the end of the room. "Until next time, Lord Gremory, Lord Sitri." Lord Phenex and Raiser vanished through a magic circle that flared up in flames.
"Guess that matters settled, thank you for this old friend." Lord Gremory thanked Lord Sitri whom smiled at him.
"Don't worry about it, call it a favor, I expect you to pay me what you owe me in return for all of this plus interests." Lord Sitri said and Lord Gremory sweat dropped while looking a little pale.
"Y-You got it." Lord Gremory sighed and walked out with Venelana and Lord Sitri. "Let's have a drink while we have you here!"
This left Itachi and Rias alone in the room. "Umm, Itachi, if you don't want to marry me, then why didn't you back out of the engagement?" Rias questioned with her cheeks in a faint color of red.
"Well that's because I think you should be able to choose who you want to marry yourself. Once this whole mess is over and I defeat Raiser, well if hopefully I defeat Raiser, or hopefully find a different more peaceful way to solve this. I will let you go and chose who you want to marry. I want you, to choose what you want as Rias, not what the Gremory family wants you to do. That's all you wanted to, right?" Itachi said with a smile and Rias widened her eyes as her tiny heart began to beat faster.
"Yes, thank you, Itachi…" Rias uttered while holding her hands over her chest.
"No problem." Itachi said and began walking towards the door to reach his father and remind him it was time to go home. Itachi did not notice the look on Rias' face, she looked like she was trying desperately to ask him something, something she needed to know from him.
"Hey, Itachi! Do you like me? And why?" Rias asked with a small faint blush while pushing her index fingers up against each other nervously and she didn't know why she was nervous. Itachi took this as a child wondering if someone she considered a friend truly liked her and also considered her as a friend, and considering also still that Rias was a young child, he didn't even consider the possibility of her being in love with him.
"Of course, I like you. As for why, I like you for who you are, Rias." Itachi replied as he truly considered Rias to be a friend, and why wouldn't he like her? She was a good girl whom had a lot of love in her from what Itachi could see in her eyes. Rias then widened her eyes upon hearing those words and her blush increased, Itachi looked at her with a puzzled expression. "Is something wrong? Your face is all red." Itachi asked.
"It's nothing!" Rias shouted with now her face the same color as her crimson hair, she ran out the door, leaving a confused Itachi behind.
"What was that about?" Itachi questioned and in the end shrugged his shoulders deciding not to give it much of a thought. When Itachi exited the room, he was meet by the sight of Venelana pinching Lord Gremory's cheek preventing him from getting any drinks while Lord Sitri snickered in amusement. "Father, isn't it about time we headed home as well?"
"Oh, yes, well then thank you for your time old friends." Lord Sitri bowed to Venelana and Lord Gremory, as they walked towards the main open door, Itachi looked back to see Rias peek her head out from behind her mother while waving goodbye at him. Itachi smiled and waved back making the young Gremory whom gained a joyous smile as well.
And that's the end for now!
So, Itachi had his first meeting with the spoiled Phenex boy Raiser and officially but his hat in the ring to compete for Rias's hand. Only to make sure that Rias doesn't have to marry someone she hates of course.
I think in the next chapter there will be a time skip so that Itachi and the others are a little older, can't keep writing them as four-year old's much longer.
