Chapter 28: Errands and Competitions

Three days later, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Lori was at the table waiting for breakfast while Bobby was studying for school. Jill was at the stove making eggs and bacon for breakfast.]

Lori: "Bobby...do you really have to do homework on a Saturday?"

Bobby: "Well, if we want to be able to go to college together, I have to be prepared."

Lori: "I know that, sweetie, but don't you think you should take a day off?"

Bobby: "I guess..."

[Lori then took Bobby's hand and looked at him.]

Lori: "How about after Lamaze class, we go to the photography studio and get some pictures taken?"

Bobby: "Why?"

Lori: "Since I'm gonna be due in a couple of weeks, I want us to have something to help us remember our pregnancy after it's over. Besides, I kinda want to go with something outside of a simple selfie."

[Bobby looked at Lori and smiled.]

Bobby: "Of course... Anything for my queen."

[Bobby reached his hand to touch Lori's cheek before she giggled in response and put both hands on the Latino's arm.]

Lori: "I literally feel like a queen, don't I?"

Bobby: "Well, If you ever had a kingdom of your own, I'd definitely rule it by your side."

[Lori sighed dreamily as her boyfriend's warm hand remained on her cheek.]

Lori: "Oh, Boo-Boo Bear... How you love to treat me like royalty."

[Just then, Jill broke the moment.]

Jill: Breakfast...is...ready...you...lovebirds...

[Jill then rolled over to the table holding the pan before using a spatula to place an omelette on each plate.]

Meanwhile, at the Loud house...

[Lincoln and Ronnie Anne were in the living room playing Muscle Fish Fighter on Lincoln's video game console. Ronnie Anne was dominating Lincoln in the game, all the while bragging about it and shaking her behind at the white-haired boy.]

Ronnie Anne: "Oh yeah! I win again! Woop-woop!"

[Lincoln blushed like mad and looked away from the Hispanic girl's rear end.]

Lincoln: "Ronnie Anne, I know you're really good at this game, but don't you think you should give me a break? You're starting to sound like Lynn."

[Just then, the front door opened and Lynn walked in.]

Lynn: "Hey! Guess who's back from baseball practice?"

Lincoln: "Oh boy. Speak of the devil."

Lynn: "What are you lovebirds doin' anyway, huh?"

Ronnie Anne: "First of all, we're not lovebirds. Secondly, we're just playing some Muscle Fish Fighter."

Lincoln: "But, Ronnie Anne's been on quite a winning streak today."

Lynn: "So, she beat you all the way, huh? Well, I bet she can't beat Lynn-sanity, Jr. here."

[Lynn pointed her thumb at herself as she said those words.]

Ronnie Anne: "Yeah...I think I'm gonna pass."

Lynn: "Awww, what's the matter, Ronnie Anne? You chicken?"

[Lynn started waving her elbows and making clucking sounds, annoying Ronnie Anne.]

Lincoln: "Maybe it's best not to provoke her, Lynn."

[However, it was too late as Ronnie Anne replied.]

Ronnie Anne: "I am not a chicken! I just don't have time for this game."

Lynn: "Tell you what, I'll make you a deal. If I beat you at this, you have to buy me lunch at Burpin' Burger!"

Ronnie Anne: "Alright! But if I win, it'll be YOU who's buying that lunch...for me."

Lynn: "Deal!"

Lincoln: "Wait a minute, you guys! You're not seriously gonna do this, are you? Lynn, you're not even into video games!"

Lynn: "Who said I was playing a fighting game?"

[Lynn then reached into her pocket and pulled out a game cartridge. On the cover it said Virtual Sports Extreme. Lynn then took the current cartridge out of the console and put the other one in it's place before resetting the system.]

Lynn: "Now get out of here, Stinkoln! Your girlfriend and I have a bargain!"

[Lincoln sighed, got off the couch and left the room, allowing Lynn to sit next to Ronnie Anne with the second controller in hand.]

Lynn: "So...you think you can beat me, R.A.?"

Ronnie Anne: "Please, mi amiga... I can beat anyone with my eyes closed."

[Lynn laughed.]

Lynn: "We'll see about that."

[The first round had two players playing baseball. As the round began, Ronnie Anne started at bat, while Lynn was pitching. After a few minutes of playing, both Lynn and Ronnie Anne were evenly matched. However, Lynn decides to pull a special move on the Latina and gained and upper hand of the match. Lynn's player hit the ball so hard that it flew right out of the field. Lynn's player character then went around the field without stopping until she got the winning score.]

Lynn: "Yes! I win!"

[Ronnie Anne was dumbfounded at this, but decided not to lose her cool as Lynn bragged.]

Lynn: "Still feelin' big, Ronnie Anne?"

Ronnie Anne: "Oh, I'm just getting warmed up."

[With that, the two girls began the second round, which was a basketball match. Ronnie Anne was on one team while Lynn was on the other. They played for about ten minutes, but Lynn kept scoring points until she won the round. The sporty girl then stood up on the couch cheering.]

Lynn: "AW YEAH! Looks like I'm on a roll tonight!"

[Ronnie Anne started to get aggravated, but she took a deep breath and held onto her controller.]

Ronnie Anne: "One more round, and you'll go from Lynner to Lynn...ser?"

Lynn: "Is that the best you could come up with? There's gotta be a better way to say that."

Ronnie Anne: "Let's just get this over with, Lynn."

[With that, Ronnie Anne and Lynn started up the third round, which was a football match. Once again, Lynn and Ronnie Anne were on separate teams. After ten more minutes of scoring points, Lynn had beat Ronnie Anne yet again.]

Lynn: "AAAAAAAAAND SHE SCOOOOOOORES!"

[Lynn then stood up, threw the controller on the floor and started doing her victory dance before she began singing.]

Lynn: "Lynner Winner chicken dinner! Beat that, Ronnie Can't!"

[Ronnie Anne then threw her own controller on the floor in anger.]

Ronnie Anne: "No fair! You gotta be cheating! There is no way you can go on without losing!"

Lynn: "Ah, don't be such a sore loser, R.A.. I'm sure you'll do better next time."

Ronnie Anne: "Alright, Lynn! I challenge you to a volleyball match at the park at 12:00 P.M. tonight! Then we'll see who's better!"

Lynn: "You're on, Santiago! Just be careful not to choke!"

[Lynn laughed as she headed upstairs to her and Lucy's room, while Ronnie Anne glared at the sports girl before covering her face in a frustrated manner.]

Ronnie Anne: What did I just say? Oh man! Lynn's totally gonna kill me out there.

Later, in Lincoln's room...

[Lincoln was laying down on his bed playing on his mobile gaming device when he heard a knock on his door.]

Lincoln: "Come in."

[The door opened and Lincoln saw Ronnie Anne entering the room.]

Lincoln: "Hey, Ronnie Anne... How did it go with Lynn?"

Ronnie Anne: "Terrible! Lynn beat me in every sport on that game. Plus, I had to challenge her to a volleyball match at the park tomorrow."

Lincoln: "What? Why?"

Ronnie Anne: "I guess I let my frustrations get the better of me again."

[Lincoln sighed.]

Ronnie Anne: "What am I gonna do, Lincoln? If I go through with this challenge, I'll be beat. But if I don't go through with it, I'll be harassed."

[Lincoln thought for a moment. He can never compete against his older sister, because he felt weak against her strong personality.]

Lincoln: "Well...I think the best thing to do is to go through with the challenge. I mean, it's like you said, if you don't do so, Lynn isn't gonna let you hear the end of it."

[Ronnie Anne sighed and put her hands in her pockets. Lincoln could see how worried she was over this thing and decided to speak again.]

Lincoln: "Ronnie Anne?"

[Ronnie Anne looked at Lincoln again.]

Lincoln: "Would you like to stay here for a bit? It'll help get your mind off of her."

Ronnie Anne: "I guess..."

[With that, Ronnie Anne climbed onto Lincoln's bed and laid beside him.]

Lincoln: "Ronnie Anne... You're really good at volleyball, dodgeball, and most other sports at school. I think you might have more of a chance to beat Lynn than I do."

Ronnie Anne: "Do you really mean that, Lincoln?"

Lincoln: "Of course I do... With a little luck, and maybe a little bit of exercise, you might have a shot at this."

[Ronnie Anne smiled at Lincoln's words, but she still felt nervous about the bet.]

Meanwhile...

[Bobby and Lori have arrived at Lamaze class. When the couple entered the classroom, there were seven pregnant women participating. Four of them had husbands or boyfriends, one was with another woman, and the other two were single. It was then at this point that Bobby noticed something familiar about the teacher.]

Bobby: "Mrs. Bernardo?"

[That got the teacher's attention. She turned to look at Bobby and greeted him and Lori with open arms.]

Mrs. Bernardo: "Roberto! What a pleasant surprise! Fancy seeing you and your girlfriend here to attend these classes."

Bobby: "What are you doing here?"

Mrs. Bernardo: "I'm just filling in for the usual teacher during the weekends, Roberto. Not that I'd mind, of course. A woman of my voice can get her point across to these expecting parents."

Lori: "That's great, Mrs. Bernardo."

Mrs. Bernardo: "Why thank you, my dear. But enough about me. Let's just get your two ready for class."

[Bobby and Lori then sat on the floor before Mrs. Bernardo clapped her hands to get the attention of the other students.]

Mrs. Bernardo: "Everyone, this is Bobby Santiago and his girlfriend, Lori. They're old students of mine and they're here to join our class. So I expect the lot of you to treat them with respect. Now then..."

[Mrs. Bernardo then continued her lecture on contractions. The way that Mrs. Bernardo spoke so dramatically was really getting through to the other pregnant women in the classroom. Most of the women gave Lori looks that were either sad or angry, but the pregnant blonde simply shrugged them off.]

[Later during recess, Bobby and Lori were at the snack table getting some hor dourves. Lori took a few wiener and cheese points while Bobby checked the punch to see if it wasn't spiked. He didn't want another situation like the one on last year's Halloween.]

Bobby: "I'm really glad that you're keeping your cool about the others, babe."

Lori: "Yeah, well I don't want to risk getting kicked out of this class...especially if my baby is just two weeks away from seeing his mama."

Bobby: "Me too, Lori. Some of the guys here are kind of looking down on me as well...of course, that is to be expected since we...got an early start."

Lori: "I know what you mean, Bobby. But, you know...I think the worst of them has to be that woman... Beatrice, I think her name was. She thinks she's so perfect because she has a successful job in office, a delightful husband and three kids. You know, I'm starting to reconsider being a company CEO."

Bobby: "Are you sure? Hasn't it always been your dream?"

Lori: "Yeah, but if that's the way they want to act, I think I might want to take a different career approach. It's people like Beatrice that give successful mothers a bad name. I hate that woman!"

Bobby: "Well, I can't really blame you for it. You're smart, you're protective, and you're caring, I think that's what makes you a good mother...better than Bea, in fact."

Lori: "I'm literally flattered, Boo-Boo Bear."

Bobby: "But what do you want to do instead of being CEO?"

[Lori thought for a moment before something came to her mind.]

Lori: "I guess I could become a therapist."

Bobby: "Really? What brought that on?"

Lori: "Well...I do know how to talk to my siblings when they have a problem. Plus, I recall this one time when I spoke to your sister while she was having those moving away blues."

Bobby: "You're not wrong there, babe. Let's not forget how you helped me stand up to...you know who I mean."

[Bobby lovingly poked his girlfriend's nose and she giggled in response.]

Lori: "I know. You're too caring of a person to be fathered by such a goon."

[Bobby responded by giving his girlfriend a passionate kiss on the lips. Beatrice took one glance at the two teens. She appeared to be a brunette woman in her late 30s.]

Beatrice: "Would you mind doing that somewhere else? People eat food from that table!"

[Lori broke from her boyfriend's lips and stared back at Beatrice, but Bobby turned his girlfriend's head to look at him.]

Bobby: "Now, calm down, Babe. Let's just find somewhere more quieter."

[Lori took a deep breath and exhaled before Bobby guided her somewhere else in the lobby. Beatrice shook her head and looked at her husband.]

Beatrice: "Who ever raised those kids must've made some pretty big mistakes."

[Beatrice's husband simply shrugged.]

Beatrice's Husband: "Well, what can you do?"

[About twenty minutes later, recess was over and everyone sat down in front of Mrs. Bernardo as she started giving another lecture while holding a baby doll.]

Mrs. Bernardo: "And so after a few days, you and the baby are finally released from the hospital and ready to go home. But after that, comes the first days of parenthood, which are always the hardest. The crying, the sleepless nights, the foul stench of AB-so-LUTE TERROR!"

[Everyone stared at Mrs. Bernardo as if she were having a mental breakdown. The drama teacher then cleared her throat and regained her composure.]

Mrs. Bernardo: "But, after a few more days, the responsibility of taking care of an infant will start to grow on you. They are quite the handful at times, but they're also one of the very things that brings a family closer together."

[As Mrs. Bernardo continued her lecture, Bobby and Lori looked at each other before the pregnant blonde laid her head against the Latino's shoulder. Bobby responded by wrapping his arm around his lover's waist as he kept his focus on the drama teacher. Beatrice looked at the couple again and rolled her eyes before focusing on Mrs. Bernardo again.]

Meanwhile, at Ketcham Park...

[Ronnie Anne had arrived at the volleyball field holding a Burpin' Burger doggie bag. She saw Lynn waiting for her with a look of confidence on her face and kicking a volleyball around.]

Lynn: "Well, Ronnie Anne. It took you long enough. You have my lunch?"

[Ronnie Anne walked over to Lynn and handed her the bag.]

Ronnie Anne: "There you go, Lynn. One bacon cheeseburger with a small order of fries."

Lynn: "Thanks a bunch, R.A.! We'll get started after I eat, so you better not run away."

[Lynn walked over to the bench and sat on it before taking the burger out of the bag and eating it. Ronnie Anne simply stood on the field waiting for Lynn to finish her lunch. After about ten minutes, Lynn had finished her soda before standing up and walking over to Ronnie Anne.]

Lynn: "So...are you ready to lose, Ronnie Anne?"

Ronnie Anne: "I could ask you the same thing, Lynn."

Lynn: "Well, whoever loses has to buy the winner a meatball sub."

Ronnie Anne: "Alright! But if I win, you're gonna have to buy me a new skateboard."

Lynn: "Then let's get it on!"

[The match started, Ronnie Anne ran towards Lynn before the athlete kicked the ball over the Latina before jumping over her. Lynn continued toward her goal and kicked the ball right into it. Lynn turned around before walking over to Ronnie Anne, who was on exhausted.]

Lynn: "Oh come on! What ever happened to 'I could ask the same thing, Lynn'?"

Ronnie Anne: "I just started this...and I'm gonna finish it."

[The next round started with Ronnie Anne holding the ball while Lynn was standing ground on her side. Ronnie Anne ran over to her goal while kicking the ball and trying to find a way past Lynn. Ronnie Anne tried to kick the ball over the sporty girl, but Lynn jumped up and smacked the ball towards the ground as she ran after it. Ronnie Anne spun around and tried to catch up to Lynn, but the athlete had already kicked the ball into the net. Lynn then walked over to Ronnie Anne as the Hispanic girl was dazed.]

Lynn: "You know, you really oughta exercise more if you want to be a good sport."

Ronnie Anne: "Shut...up..."

Lynn: "One more round, Ronnie Anne."

[With that, the two girls get back to their positions. Ronnie Anne held the ball as she looked over at the goal above Lynn with anxiety.]

Ronnie Anne: Come on, Ronnie Anne... Just focus on the net... Pay no attention to that show-off, just keep your eyes on the prize.

Lynn: "JUST TAKE THE DAMN SHOT ALREADY!"

[Ronnie Anne was so startled by Lynn's comment that she accidentally launched the ball in the air before falling down to the ground. The athlete then jumped before launching the ball into the opposing goal using her head. Lynn dropped down to the ground again before doing her victory dance.]

[When Lynn was done, she walked over to Ronnie Anne before looking down at her.]

Lynn: "Well, that was a real unlucky shot, Ronnie Anne. Next time, don't get too distracted."

[Ronnie Anne started seething. It was clear that the Latina was about close to blowing up.]

Ronnie Anne: "Oh, sure! Just kick me while I'm down, why don't ya?"

Lynn: "Aw, come on, Rons, there's no shame in losing to the master. Tell you what, why not we just do one more run for the day, and by run I mean a five-lap sprint! The winner gets dinner and the loser has to pay for that dinner. What do you say?"

Ronnie Anne: "No more, Lynn. I'm getting tired of this!"

Lynn: "Oh look! El Pollo Ronalda has returned!"

[Ronnie Anne stood up and pointed at Lynn.]

Ronnie Anne: "Don't call me a pollo!"

Lynn: "Pollo! Pollo!"

Ronnie Anne: "I mean it!"

Lynn: "Pollo pollo pollo pollo chickeeeeeeeen!"

Ronnie Anne: "Okay, that's it! You call me a chicken?! Well this chicken IS gonna run, but she's not gonna run away! She's gonna run five- Hell, TEN laps around this track, and she's gonna beat your ass!"

Lynn: "Oooooh, I'm so scared! I'll meet you at the track at 6:00 P.M. tonight! Just don't forget my dinner, and be careful not to lose your breath!"

[With that, Lynn ran off laughing, leaving Ronnie Anne to think to herself.]

Ronnie Anne: Damn! Why did you say ten laps? She's really expecting me to puss out! If I do so, she'll never let me hear the end of it. But if I try to beat her again, I'll lose and she'll STILL never let me hear the end of it.

[Ronnie Anne grabbed his head as she tried to make up her mind. Finally, she took a few deep breaths and calmed herself down.]

Ronnie Anne: "I'll show her! That show-off can't win forever!"

[With that, Ronnie Anne ran off.]

Meanwhile, at the Photography Studio...

[Bobby and Lori went down the stairs to the photography room where the female photographer greeted them with a sullen expression on her face.]

Photographer: "Hello...I guess you're here to get your pictures taken?"

Lori: "Of course, ma'am. My boyfriend and I want something to help us remember our pregnancy."

Bobby: "She's only a couple of weeks away from seeing her baby."

Photographer: "Alright, just step over to the dressing room and we'll get started. It's right over there."

[The photographer pointed to the door leading to the dressing room and Lori headed over there before the photographer followed suit.]

[A few minutes later, Lori came back out wearing a white dress and matching white sandals. Bobby was in awe over his girlfriend's outfit before the blonde did a little twirl.]

Lori: "What do you think, Bobby? Do I look like an angel?"

Bobby: "Considering that you helped me out with my dad, I'd say yes."

[Lori giggled before moving over to the stage before Bobby joined her. The photographer got her camera ready for the first set of pictures.]

Photographer: "Alright, you lovebirds. Give me your best poses."

[The first background was of a field filled with daisies in the daytime. Lori and Bobby then started posing as the photographer snapped a few pictures. One had the couple standing beside one another with Bobby's arm wrapped around Lori's waist and his hand on her bump. Another showed them holding hands and looking into each others eyes as if they were dancing in the field. The third imagine showed Lori on her knees with Bobby lying down on his back and resting his head on his baby mama's lap while her hand touched his forehead.]

[Shortly after the third image, the couple decided to take a little break.]

Photographer: "Alright, ma'am. Now I'm gonna need you to take off your clothes."

[Lori's eyes widened when she heard what the woman said as Bobby shared the same reaction.]

Lori: "Is that literally necessary?"

Photographer: "Now, don't you worry. There's no men in this room, apart from your boyfriend, of course. You'll get your clothes back right after the photo shoot."

[Lori looked at Bobby, who shrugged, indicating that it was okay. Lori sighed and followed the photographer back into the dressing room. A few minutes later, the photographer came out followed by Lori, who was completely naked. Lori walked over to Bobby who stared at the nude blonde whilst feeling his temperature rising.]

Bobby: "Is it just me, or is it getting hot in here all of a sudden?"

Photographer: "No, we checked the thermostat and it's at least 75 degrees."

[Lori then started posing with a few solo pictures. She even gave off duck lips in one of the shots.]

Bobby: "You know, Babe... This is...kinda unexpected. I mean, taking pictures completely nude...I didn't know this place even allowed such a thing."

Lori: "Let's not question it, Bobby. I'm having too much fun with these shots."

Bobby: "You're right, Babe."

[Bobby kept watching as Lori continued to pose for the photographer. Seeing his pregnant girlfriend posing while wearing nothing at all was like looking a goddess waltzing in a field.]

Photographer: "Okay, now we're gonna do some candid shots. Can you pose for one with your head on her belly...daddy?"

[Lori let out a soft gasp and started to get tears in her eyes before grabbing Bobby's hand. Bobby on the other hand had a wide grin on his face when he heard what the photographer called him.]

Lori: "Did you hear that, Boo-Boo Bear? She called you daddy!"

Bobby: "I know! Isn't it neat?"

Lori: "Literally!"

[Lori let out a sniffle before looking at the photographer again.]

Lori: "I-I need a minute! I think I'm getting all emotional!"

[A little later, they started to get their next row of pictures taken. The first picture had Lori naked with her hands behind her neck while Bobby stood behind her with both hands covering her nipples. The second one had Lori lying on her back in front of a beach background, almost everything buried in sand except for her head and belly while Bobby rested his own head on said belly. The third had Lori standing in front of a purple background with one hand covering her nipples and the other on her stomach while a shirtless Bobby was kissing her neck while both of his hands were on his girlfriend's stomach.]

[When everything was finished and Lori had gotten dressed, she and Bobby were handed copies of the photos by the photographer. Lori held the photos and looked over all of them with a smile on her face as Bobby looked at them over her shoulder.]

Lori: "I think they're all good... But you know, I like this one the most."

[Lori pointed at the photo with the purple background. Bobby had to admit, it was a very passionate scene for them both. It really showed how much they loved each other and their baby.]

Bobby: "Yeah... I think that one would be great for our bedroom."

Lori: "So, how long would it be until we expect this picture to be framed?"

Photographer: "About two to three days. When it's ready, we'll call for you to come and pick it up. But the other pictures, you can take right now."

Lori: "We'd appreciate that very much."

Later, at the sprint track...

[Lynn was on one of the rows getting pumped up for Ronnie Anne's arrival. After about a minute, the athlete stopped and checked her watch.]

Lynn: "Six o'four, Ronnie Anne! Time's a wastin'!"

[At that moment, the Hispanic girl finally showed up, feeling worn out and holding a paper bag from Giovanni Chang's.]

Lynn: "What took you so long, R.A.? Your legs getting you tired? Well a little sprint could help you with that problem."

[Ronnie Anne looked up at Lynn before she spoke.]

Ronnie Anne: "Well, excuse me! I've been busting my ass doing a little exercising back home. Plus, it's really hard carrying this meatball sub from the restaurant to here."

[Ronnie Anne handed Lynn the bag.]

Lynn: "Well, you better hope you got a good enough workout, girl, because I know someone who's gonna buy me a hot dog from Flip's tomorrow."

[Lynn headed towards the empty stands to eat her sub. Ronnie Anne waited at the track for fifteen minutes before Lynn came back.]

Lynn: "Alright, it's go time! Better get your ass into position, Runny Anne."

[Ronnie Anne gave the athlete a glare before she got into position. The two girls then prepared to run while Lynn started counting down.]

Lynn: "Alright...3...2...1!"

[Lynn went first and started running before Ronnie Anne did the same. Half-way through the track, she started to get exhausted, but she decided to suck it up and press on.]

Ronnie Anne: Keep moving, Ronnie Anne! You can do this! Just pretend that you're running from somebody! Somebody like...

[Ronnie Anne didn't dare to think of her father's name and just ran faster. However, as soon as she finished the first lap she saw that Lynn had already won. The Latina was out of breath and exhausted while the sports girl couldn't stop gloating.]

Lynn: "OH YEAAAH! I win again! That's right! Uh-huh! Uh-huh! Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh!"

[Ronnie Anne groaned before falling face first on the ground. Lynn then did her victory dance and sang a little tune.]

Lynn: "Jingle bells, Lincoln smells, Ronnie Anne laid an egg! The skater girl's about to hurl and the Lynnster wins again! YEAAAAAAHH!"

[Ronnie Anne got back on her feet. But at that moment, the Latina was on her last nerve. Lynn's smile started fading as she noticed the skater girl's face cracking.]

Lynn: "What's with you, Ronnie Anne?"

[Ronnie Anne said nothing and shoved Lynn to the ground in a fit of anger. The athlete looked up at Ronnie Anne in surprise.]

Lynn: "Hey! What's the big idea?!"

Ronnie Anne: "Who the hell do you think you are, huh?! Why do you do this?! Why do you want to see me suffer so bad?! Huh?!"

Lynn: "Hey, don't take it personally, okay? I'm just a really lucky sport, that's all."

Ronnie Anne: "Is that what you rely on? Luck?! Do you really think this whole world revolves around you?! You have gone too far this time, Lynn Loud!"

Lynn: "Woah, hey! Take it easy, R.A.! I was just trying to help!"

Ronnie Anne: "You know what? I don't want to play this bullshit game anymore, because it's not fun anymore! I...am...DONE!"

[With that, Ronnie Anne started stomping off while mumbling in Spanish before Lynn tried calling out to her again.]

Lynn: "Come on, R.A.! Can't we just talk about this? You were getting a really good workout!"

[Ronnie Anne stopped and turned her head to look at Lynn.]

Ronnie Anne: "Like you have anything to say, you cheat! Go buy your own damn lunch!"

[With that, Ronnie Anne continued walking, leaving a stunned Lynn behind.]

That night, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Bobby and Lori were at the table waiting for dinner. Jill was at the stove making grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli.]

Lori: "I literally can't wait for our portrait to be ready."

Bobby: "Neither can I, babe. Where do you want it?"

Lori: "I was thinking of having it in our room, on the wall right next to our bed."

Bobby: "That's perfect!"

[Just then, they heard a knock on the door. Bobby scooted his chair back and stood up before walking towards the front door.]

Bobby: "Who is it?"

Ronnie Anne: "It's just me, Bobby! Can you open the door?"

[Bobby then opened it to find Ronnie Anne looking frazzled.]

Bobby: "Hey, Ronnie Anne. What are you doing here?"

Ronnie Anne: "Can I stay with you guys for a bit? Lynn's been driving me loco lately and it's really getting to me. I just don't feel like staying at her house for a while."

[Bobby and Lori looked at each other, and after giving each other a nod, they allowed Ronnie Anne into the apartment.]

Ronnie Anne: "Thanks, you guys."

Jill: Welcome...Ronnie...Anne...

Ronnie Anne: "Thank you, Jill."

[Ronnie Anne sat at the dinner table with Bobby and Lori while they ate their dinner. However, Ronnie Anne just sat in her chair moving her potatoes around the plate with her fork.]

Lori: "So, what exactly happened between you and Lynn."

Ronnie Anne: "She's been beating me in just about every sport she plays, and she won't even stop bragging about it. Plus, I had to pay for her lunch. It's just getting to the point where I just want to dunk my head into a lake just to drown out her voice! Ay!"

Lori: "Yeah, well, you know how Lynn is. There's just no stopping the winning champion."

[Ronnie Anne could only sigh in response.]

Bobby: "Have you tried lucha libre?"

[Ronnie Anne's eyes widened. She seemed to remember seeing Lynn wearing a mask and wrestling Lincoln at some point during her stay. In fact, she seemed to recall her father being a former luchadore himself. But she hadn't thought about it in a while.]

Ronnie Anne: "No...I don't have a mask. I'm not even prepared."

Lori: "Now, hold on, Ronnie Anne. Maybe we can do a little workout before Bobby and I go to bed. Just hold on a second, I'll be right back."

[With that, Lori wobbled into the bedroom while Bobby followed suit. After about a minute, they came back with Bobby holding a box of DVDs. Lori, now dressed in workout clothes, took a couple of them out of the box.]

Ronnie Anne: "What do you got here?"

Lori: "These are my mother's old pregnancy exercise DVDs. She lent them to me before Bobby and I moved out."

Ronnie Anne: "Well, I can probably see how Lynn came to be."

[Ignoring that remark, Lori took one of the DVDs out of it's case before putting it in the DVD player.]

Ronnie Anne: "How exactly is this going to help me? I'm not even having a baby."

Lori: "You'll still be getting a workout from this, Ronnie Anne. And maybe it'll help get your mind off of Lynn."

[The screen then showed a woman in workout clothes along with two others. The one in the middle had to be the instructor.]

Instructor: "Alright girls, we are now close to to the ninth month, so we better make sure that we're prepared to give birth when the time comes."

Lori: "Alright, Ronnie Anne. Just watch the screen and do what she's doing."

Instructor: "Let's start with some jogging."

[With that, the Instructor and her assistants started lifting their legs up and down. Lori and Ronnie Anne started doing the same as well. The Latina started to feel pumped up as she felt like she was running.]

Instructor: "That's right, girls! Move those legs!"

[After about a minute of jogging, Lori and Ronnie Anne took a little break before the instructor spoke again.]

Instructor: "Now let's do some kicking. Just kick your legs to the side."

[The instructor and her aides started kicking their legs to the side. Lori and Ronnie Anne immediately followed suit. Every time Ronnie Anne kicked her leg to the side, it felt like she was kicking Lynn between the legs...even though Lynn was a girl.]

[After a full minute of kicking, the two girls took another one minute break before the instructor started her next exercise.]

Instructor: "Alright, girls, now let's reach our arms up and touch our toes! Get ready now!"

[The instructor raised her arms and slowly bent down to touch her toes before reaching her arms up again. She repeated the process more times while her aides did the same. Lori and Ronnie Anne once again, followed what the girls on the screen did and the Hispanic girl felt her back muscles getting stronger.]

Instructor: "That's it, girls! Reach out for your toes!"

Ronnie Anne: Wow! This feels so good! I could do this all night!

Meanwhile, at the Loud House...

[The Loud siblings (minus Lynn) were sitting on the couch watching Operation Dessert Storm while their parents were in the kitchen making dinner.]

Leni: "Like, when are Lynn and Ronnie Anne coming back? The show's about to start."

[Just then, the front door swung open and Lynn entered the house feeling frustrated.]

Luan: "Hey, Lynn! Operation Dessert Storm is on. You wanna join us?"

[Lynn didn't say anything and just walked up the stairs and into her and Lucy's room before slamming the door shut. The sisters simply looked at each other, not knowing what to say.]

Luna: "What's wrong with Lynn? Did she lose another game or something?"

Luan: "I don't know. But whatever it is, she didn't have to dessert us over it!"

[As usual, Luan laughed while the rest of her siblings groaned in annoyance.]

[However, Lincoln couldn't help but wonder that it had something to do with Ronnie Anne. But before Lincoln could think any further, Lynn Sr. called out from the kitchen.]

Lynn Sr.: "Dinner's ready, kids! Come and get it!"

[With that, Lincoln and his older sisters ran into the dining room and took their seats, while their younger sisters went into the kitchen.. Their parents have already taken their seats before the kids were called in. This night's dinner was spaghetti and meatballs with garlic knots. However, Lynn Sr. noticed that someone was missing...two to be exact. One was Ronnie Anne and the other was the daughter named after the family patriarch.]

Lynn Sr.: "Where's Lynn? It's not like her to miss out on dinner."

Rita: "Yeah, and Ronnie Anne. Shouldn't she be back home by now?"

Lincoln: "Well, Lynn came back just now, but she was kinda in a bad mood."

Luna: "We don't know where the Ron Anne is though. Not since she left the house around 5:00."

Lincoln: "I think I might know why."

[Everyone looked at Lincoln as he told them about Lynn's bet that started this morning.]

Lisa: "So what you're saying is that Ronnie Anne hasn't come home due to being distressed by our sporty sister's competing?"

Lincoln: "It's possible. I mean, how long has Lynn been harassing us with her competing?"

[Lisa thought for a moment.]

Lisa: "Considering the amount of years, it's hard to keep track."

Leni: "Poor Ronnie Anne. The pressure must've been too much for her."

Lola: "What if she's been abducted?"

Lisa: "Now, calm down, siblings! I'm sure she hasn't gone too far."

Lola: "How do you know?!"

[Lisa looked left and right.]

Lisa: "That was...just a little prediction."

[Lisa then turned to look at her parents.]

Lisa: "Might I be excused from the table, Parental Units? I would like to eat in peace."

Rita: "That's fine, honey."

[Lisa then took her plate of spaghetti and walked out of the room.]

Lucy: "I think I'd better bring Lynn her dinner."

[Lucy got off her chair, took Lynn's dinner plate and carried it out of the room.]

[In Lynn and Lucy's room, the Loud Family athlete was beating on her punching bag in an attempt to calm herself down. However, the things that Ronnie Anne said at the track were still moving around in Lynn's mind.]

Lynn: Cheat, huh?! Of all the damn nerve! I'm only trying to help you and you call me a cheater?! You're really impossible, Ronnie Anne! Just like Lincoln!

"Hey, Lynn."

[Lynn yelled out in surprise before she saw her younger sister and roommate standing next to her with a plate of spaghetti with three meatballs and a garlic knot.]

Lynn: "Damn it, Luce! Don't DO that! Are you trying to give me a heart attack or something?!"

Lucy: "I just came in to bring you dinner."

[Lynn sighed and put her hand over her face.]

Lynn: "Just put it on my bed, sis. I'll eat it soon."

Lucy: "Sigh..."

[Lucy put the plate on Lynn's bed before walking over to her own bed and sitting on it.]

Lucy: "Lincoln told me that something's bugging you. I just want you to tell me why."

Lynn: "Nothing is wrong, Luce. Why don't you just get some sleep or something?"

Lucy: "Lynn..."

[Lynn turned to see her gothic sister glaring at her, even though it couldn't be seen with her hair in front of her eyes.]

Lynn: "Okay already, Lucy! No need to stare into my soul!"

[Lynn sighed.]

Lynn: "It's Ronnie Anne. I was...kinda beating her at a bunch of my sports, but then she shoved me to the ground and called me a cheater! I'm not a cheater, am I?"

Lucy: "That's beside the point. Don't you think you're taking these winning streaks too far? Ronnie Anne hasn't come home and Lincoln's really worried about her...we all are."

Lynn: "So you're saying that I drove Ronnie Anne away from home?"

Lucy: "I think that's possible. Don't you remember all that she went through before she moved in with us?"

Lynn: "I know, okay! I know she's gone through hell, but I was just having fun with her! She didn't have to knock me down over a few losses."

Lucy: "Do you not see the problem, Lynn?! Ronnie Anne's out there in the middle of the night with no one to watch over her and all you care about is some stupid winning streak! Can't you even think about how Lincoln feels about it?"

[Lynn looked at Lucy for a few seconds before she started to feel conflicted. There was a feeling of guilt right in the pit of the athlete's stomach as she thought about her only brother. She then laid back down and put a pillow over her face before screaming into it. Lucy stared at her older sister's outburst before she gave her answer.]

Lynn: "Alright! If it'll make you happy, and if it'll make Lincoln happy, I'll go find Ronnie Anne and apologize to her first thing tomorrow."

[Lucy smiled before she turned off the lamp and got into bed. Lynn covered her eyes as she began to think to herself.]

Lynn: Damn it, Lynn! Not everything has to be easy for you, does it? I just hope that she can forgive me...when I find her, that is.

Meanwhile, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Lori and Ronnie Anne had just finished their exercise session. The Hispanic girl felt a little better after the whole thing.]

Ronnie Anne: "Wow! I never thought I'd feel stronger after all that."

Lori: "I know, right? Nothing like a good workout to keep your mind off the drama."

Ronnie Anne: "Yeah..."

[Ronnie Anne sat on the couch and sighed. Lori could see that her beloved's sister was still a little upset over the whole competition thing. The pregnant blonde then sat down right next to the tomboy and put her hand on her shoulder.]

Lori: "Listen...I know you're still a little upset, but Mom and Dad are probably worried sick about you."

Ronnie Anne: "I see that...but I still don't feel like going back without Lynn breathing down my neck."

Lori: "Ronnie Anne, you know you're strong girl! Pretty soon, you're gonna have to take a stand against Lynn."

Ronnie Anne: "Oh, I did...three times. And look where that got me."

Lori: "Come on, Ronnie Anne! Who was the girl who went on an investigation with Lincoln and Clyde to clear her brother's name?"

[Ronnie Anne rolled her eyes as she remembered those days.]

Lori: "You did. And who was the girl who bit her father to protect me and my baby?"

[Ronnie Anne gave off a smile.]

Ronnie Anne: "I did?"

Lori: "Of course you are. You've been getting stronger as a person these past months, and I think you can take on someone as competitive as Lynn any day. You're Ronnie Anne Santiago and you are literally a tough girl!"

Ronnie Anne: "Thanks for the reminder, Lori."

[A little later, Ronnie Anne decided to sleep on the couch since there was only one bed for her brother and his lover. Bobby put a blanket over his sister before she spoke up.]

Ronnie Anne: "Bobby?"

Bobby: "Yes, Ronnie Anne?"

Ronnie Anne: "Thanks for letting me stay here. I just didn't want to go home without Lynn right on top of me."

Bobby: "It's fine, Nie-nie. Lori and I couldn't just couldn't let you sleep outdoors, but I do know you'll have to go back home soon."

Ronnie Anne: "I know, but Lynn-"

Bobby: "Don't worry about Lynn, sis. I'm sure she'll be putting her foot in her mouth over this competition nonsense real soon. In the meantime, you're welcome to stay with us for as long as you like."

Ronnie Anne: "You're right... Thanks again, hermano."

Bobby: "Sweet dreams, Nie-nie."

[Bobby kissed his sister's forehead before heading to the bedroom. Unbeknownst to Bobby, however, Ronnie Anne started texting a message on her cell phone.]

Skatergirl04: Hey, Lynn. It's Ronnie Anne again. Meet me at Ketcham Park tomorrow at noon. We are gonna finish this whole thing once and for all.

[Ronnie Anne sent the message before she started texting a second one.]

Skatergirl04: And you better have your mask on, because we are gonna finish this, luchadore style. Adios.

[The Latina then put down her phone before going to sleep, all the while thinking about Lynn.]

Ronnie Anne: She must already be asleep by now. But I'm sure that bragger will get the message first thing tomorrow morning.

[Bobby went into the bedroom where he saw his baby mama sitting on the edge of the bed holding a book.]

Bobby: "Hey, Babe. What's that you got there?"

[Lori looked back at her boyfriend with a smile.]

Lori: "A book of names for the baby. I thought maybe it's about time we discussed it together."

[Bobby nodded before walking over to the bed. The Latino sat down next to Lori before the blonde woman opened the book. The couple then started looking over the pages for male names.]

Bobby: "So, what do you have so far?"

Lori: "Alfredo...Herman...Joaquin...Bobby Junior... How about you?"

Bobby: "Burt...Oscar...Martinez... What if we named him Lincoln?"

[Lori thought for a moment. Naming her baby after Lincoln seemed cute, but part of her believed that one Lincoln in her family was already enough. Although it could work as a middle name.]

Lori: "I think we can put that name on the list."

[After a few more minutes of looking over the book, Bobby and Lori had a list of them made on a piece of paper.]

Bobby: "So, what name should we give to the baby?"

Lori: "Well, I was thinking we'd name him..."

[Lori then leaned toward Bobby's ear and whispered something into it. Bobby thought for a moment before smiling at his lover.]

Bobby: "I think it's a perfect name, Lori. It really suits him."

[Bobby then leaned his head on Lori's stomach and spoke to it.]

Bobby: "You hear that, mijo? You're gonna inherit one of my middle names...and it'll be your first."

[Bobby then put his hands on his girlfriend's baby bump and gave it a kiss. Lori then lifted the Hispanic teen's head so that he was facing her.]

Lori: "You're such a sweet guy, Bobby. That's why I accepted your brownies two years ago."

Bobby: "Yeah... You know, it's really hard to believe that our little bumblebee is almost here. I just hope he can wait until after we graduate high school."

[Lori then kissed Bobby on the lips before she spoke to him again.]

Lori: "I'm sure that he will, Boo-Boo Bear."

[With that, the loving couple got under the covers and laid next to one another. Lori looked over at the wall on her left and smiled.]

Lori: "There..."

Bobby: "Huh?"

Lori: "That's where our picture is gonna be when we get it."

Bobby: "You really can't wait for that picture, can you?"

Lori: "Well, what do you expect?"

Bobby: "No worries, Babe. I can't wait either."

[Lori giggled at Bobby and held his hand.]

Lori: "I guess we're all a little impatient, aren't we?"

[With that, Lori snuggled next to Bobby and the Latino embraced her before they drifted off to sleep.]

Meanwhile, in Koch's apartment...

[Koch laid down on his bed as Yuri was getting undressed in the bathroom. She later came out with her hair let down and wearing a red bra and thong.]

Koch: "You know, it's been three days. Don't you think it's about time you told me everything about yourself?"

[Yuri sat on the edge of the bed before looking over at Koch.]

Yuri: "Do you really want to know?"

Koch: "Well, I know that you're hiding from the law... But, if you want my honest opinion, I'd say fuck 'em. Fuck 'em all to hell for all I care! I used to be a detective for the R.W.P.D. before those ungrateful pen pushers kicked me off the force, all the while my so-called partner, Castleton gets a fuckin' promotion! If anything I should've gotten that promotion instead of that fame-grubbing prick!"

Yuri: "I feel sorry for you, Matt. Being wronged by the very people you were serving. Just like my papa was. By the way, you said your partner's name was Castleton, correct?"

[Koch nodded in response.]

Yuri: "He's that very same man who put my friends in jail. Because some blonde babushka and her nosy brats prevented us from making clean getaway."

Koch: "Well, how about that? We have ourselves a common enemy. That asshole has no soul...no soul at all."

Yuri: "I've known Angelina and Esther ever since we met up in Detroit. Ever since my mother died, I joined my comrades in a few odd jobs, robbing stores, car-jacking, holding people for ransom. They've been guiding me through this life for years just to get by. But now, they're locked up and I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself."

[Yuri's eyes started welling up with tears before she buried her face in her hands. Koch sighed before sitting on the edge of the bed beside her.]

Koch: "Damn... Well, I really wish I had a solution to that."

[Yuri didn't respond.]

Koch: "Why don't you tell me more about your friends?"

Yuri: "Well... Esther was originally from southern states before she met me and Angelina in Detroit, and Angelina herself got a job working for this all girls group...called themselves Lost Hermanas or something along those lines. From what Angelina told me, the group was at war with another gang called BoEMC. The former leader of Hermanas used to be in that gang before she got kicked out."

[Koch's eyes widened before he started thinking for a moment. He seemed to remember an encounter with BoEMC when he was still partnered up with Castleton. And it was that very place where he collected money from Alex.]

Koch: "BoEMC, huh? You know, my ex-partner happened to get comfortable with those crooks. I mean, with that asshole Rodd in charge, the D.P.D. just look the other way while those scumbags do their dirty work."

Yuri: "But what if something were to happen to Rodd?"

Koch: "Then I'd assume that the whole gang would fall apart and their relationship with the police would become hostile again."

Yuri: "You know, Angelina told me that she infiltrated BoEMC a few times to get information from them. This redneck, Bearl Boon, not very bright, he has a huge fascination with someone named El Jefe."

Koch: "You don't say?"

[Koch started to think for a moment. He knew that he wanted to get back at Castleton after being laid off, but he knew that he couldn't do it alone. But since he learned a few things from Yuri, he knew she wanted to get revenge on his former partner as well. Maybe he could form a partnership with this Yuri, then maybe the two of them would work out a plan to get back at Castleton, and perhaps the entire police force as well.]

Koch: "Hey, Yuri? I've been thinking."

Yuri: "Da?"

Koch: "We both hate detective Castleton, right?"

Yuri: "Da?"

Koch: "And we both want him to suffer, right?"

Yuri: "Da?"

Koch: "Well...what do you say we team up? I mean, we both want that cocksucker to get what's coming to him. But doing it by ourselves might not be such a smart idea. If we partnered up, however, we could take him down a notch or two."

Yuri: "Hmmm... You make...very valid point."

Koch: "Think about it... If we work together, we could get away with anything...almost. So what do you say, miss? Wanna be like Sonny and Cher?"

[Yuri thought it over. Koch had just told her he was once a police detective, but ever since he got fired, he wanted payback on his ex-partner, just like she wanted to. In the end, Yuri knew that she needed help if she wanted to get back at Castleton. And so, the Russian woman decided to seal her partnership with Koch in the only way possible: She pulled the former detective in for a deep kiss with as much passion as her heart could give.]

Yuri: "How is this for partnership, Kochavich?"

[Koch was quite dazed by the Russian woman's act of partnership.]

Koch: "Woah...damn..."

Yuri: "We'll be way more than Sonny and Cher, dollink."

[Koch snapped out of his daze before fixing his hair.]

Koch: "Okay then... I guess this means we're...partners now."

[Yuri nodded and sat down next to Koch.]

Yuri: "So what should we do first, comrade."

Koch: "Well, I think I have a plan."

[With that, Koch leaned into Yuri's ear and started whispering into it. Yuri was convinced at this plan and nodded.]

Yuri: "Very well. We will make our plans in the morning."

[With that, Koch and Yuri got ready for bed. They both snuggled up with each other under the covers as Yuri gave Koch a seductive look.]

Yuri: "Kochavich?"

Koch: "Yes?"

Yuri: "I know we're...partners now, but we might need to look into getting more help if we are to put your plan into action."

Koch: "I know that... In fact, I'm already thinking of somebody who might be able to help us. But, I'll tell you more about it in the morning. Now let's get some sleep... God knows we're gonna need it."

Yuri: "That's good to know. Good night, my big chelovek."

Koch: "You too, sweetheart."

[As Yuri wrapped her arms around Koch's arm, she fell asleep. Koch wrapped his other arm around Yuri before he went to sleep as well. As he slept, he started thinking to himself.]

Koch: Oh yes, Cas. I see an opportunity, and when I seize it, my new friend and I are gonna make you regret abandoning me when I needed you!

Gamelover41592: That sounds possible.

wollyworld: Thank you.

Hawkeye2006: Looks that way.

Shining Light50: Damn right.

Geo Soul: Yeah, there's definitely something stirring.

Mike The Red Engine: Thank you.

DarthWill3: I think Koch and Yuri will probably find a way. I mean, you never know what to expect.

Jacksonangelo105: So am I.

ClearwaterMK2: Maybe they will marry in the future, but right now they still need to focus on graduating High School.

DukeyDukeyDoo: Technically, we're on chapter 28 now, but we'll get to the end soon.

Ellis97: We shall see.
