Chapter 29: Showdown of the Tomboys
The next day, at the Loud House...
[Lynn woke up from her slumber and stretched out while her gothic sister and roommate still slept in her coffin. Lynn didn't really get a good sleep as she still couldn't get Ronnie Anne out of her mind since last night's argument. She sat up on the edge of her bed and pondered to herself.]
Lynn: What am I gonna say to her? How am I gonna tell Ronnie Anne that I'm...s-s-s-s-s...that I want to apolo...apola...
[Lynn groaned as she felt sick thinking of the right words for sorry. She then took a deep breath and calmed down.]
Lynn: "I'll just text her to meet me at the park or something."
[Lynn then opened her drawer and pulled out her cell phone. She looked at the phone to see that she had three text messages. She looked over the messages to see that they were all from Skatergirl04, and she clearly knew who that was. When Lynn looked kept looking over the messages, she was shocked to see that they all said something about challenging her to a fight. This news caused Lynn to let out another groan.]
Lynn: "Oh, for God's sake!"
[Lucy shot up at the sound of her older sister's voice and turned her head to look at her.]
Lucy: "What is it, Lynn?"
[Lynn looked over at Lucy.]
Lynn: "Sorry, Luce. I'm trying to muster the courage to apologize to Ronnie Anne, and she decides she wants to fight me...at noon!"
Lucy: "So what? You're a tough girl, Lynn. Why are you so afraid of Ronnie Anne all of a sudden?"
Lynn: "Well, I..."
[Lucy stared at Lynn as the athlete tried to think of a good excuse.]
Lynn: "I guess...I just don't feel like it today. I kinda wanna forfeit."
Lucy: "No way, Lynn. You're going to face Ronnie Anne in that match whether you like it or not. You've dug your own grave and now you've got to dive in it... You should to consider yourself lucky."
Lynn: "Wha- How am I lucky, Luce?!"
[Lucy said nothing as she got dressed and headed downstairs for breakfast. Lynn groaned as she couldn't get an answer out of her younger sister.]
Lynn: Maybe Lisa might have some ideas.
In Lisa and Lily's room...
[Lisa had just gotten out of bed as did Lily and was getting dressed when she heard a knock on her door.]
Lisa: "Whoever is knocking, you may enter."
[The door opened and Lynn walked in looking a bit worried.]
Lisa: "Good morning, athletic sister. I take it this day finds you well?"
Lynn: "I wish it did, Lise."
Lisa: "Whatever do you mean?"
[Lynn showed Lisa the text messages on her cell.]
Lynn: "Look at this!"
[Lisa looked at the messages before looking back at Lynn with a look of concern.]
Lisa: "Might I ask what this is all about?"
Lynn: "Ronnie Anne wants to fight me at the park at noon!"
Lisa: "And why are you showing this to me? Surely, a girl of your strength can take on Ronalda Anne Santiago."
Lynn: "I know, but I'm..."
[Lynn sighed.]
Lynn: "I'm having a really hard time trying to put on a strong face and I don't know why."
[Lisa pondered for a moment and examined Lynn.]
Lisa: "Well, if my knowledge of emotions is correct, it appears that your conscience is taking its effect on you. So you must be suffering from guilt."
Lynn: "Wha? That's a load of bull! It's gotta be! I'm not afraid of anything."
[Lynn folded her arms and closed her eyes while her brainiac sister just stared at her.]
Lisa: "Incorrect... It appears that you've been suffering from this rare display of empathy ever since you've beaten Ronnie Anne three times in yesterday's winning streak."
[Lynn gritted her teeth and looked from left to right.]
Lynn: "Okay, so maybe I am! But, I really need your help, Lise! I don't want to look like a wimp if I face her like this! Don't you have something that can help me deal with these emotions or whatever?"
Lisa: "I regret to inform you that I do not. And even if I did, I would prefer not to give you any as they'd only be for scientific purposes. As for this luchador match with Ronnie Anne, I think that is something which you will have to learn on your own."
Lynn: "But, but..."
Lisa: "You know, such an outcome could have been avoided if you had given Ronnie Anne a fair win. You cannot fight reality, Lynn Junior...all you have to do now is face it."
[Lynn groaned and grabbed her head.]
Lynn: "Why is everyone beating me down today?!"
[With that, the athlete left the room and shut the door. Lisa then looked at her younger sister.]
Lisa: "If I didn't know any better, I'd say that karma is finally getting to our athletic sister."
Lily: "Poo-poo!"
In Lincoln's room...
[The only boy of the Loud family woke up wearing his shirt, underwear and socks. He then got out of bed and took out his pants and shoes before putting them on.]
[Just then, he heard a knock on the door.]
Lincoln: "Who is it? I just got up."
[Lincoln walked over to his door and opened it to find Lynn looking a bit worried. Lincoln sighed as she looked at his older sister, feeling a little off.]
Lincoln: "What's going on, Lynn? You look different somehow."
Lynn: "Linc...I have a bit of a problem, and I might need your help."
Lincoln: "What is it now?"
[Lynn walked into the room and shut the door.]
Lynn: "Well...let's just say that your crazy girlfriend is asking me to meet her at the park for a...luchador match."
Lincoln: "First of all, she's not my girlfriend, secondly, why are you coming to me for help? Aren't you supposed to be a pro at lucha libre?"
Lynn: "That's the thing, Linc... I know I'm a pro at this, but I...I feel like something's trying to hold me back. Lisa says it's my guilt, but I'm gonna prove her wrong!"
Lincoln: "Well, what do you want me to do about it?"
Lynn: "I kinda want you there as our referee."
[Lincoln shot a deadpan glare at Lynn.]
Lincoln: "Seriously?"
Lynn: "I just need someone to cheer me on...or Ronnie Anne...or both... Whoever you'd rather root for."
Lincoln: "I don't know about that, Lynn. I kinda feel like this is your problem."
[Lynn put her hand on her brother's shoulder and looked directly at him.]
Lynn: "Look... If you help out with this, I promise you that I'll pay for pizza at Gus' Games and Grub after the match... What do you say?"
[Lincoln's eyes widened and then he gritted his teeth and looked left to right. He knew that Lynn was trying to bribe him, but her offer was really tempting. Lincoln sighed as he considered his older sister's offer.]
Lincoln: "Okay, if I must."
Lynn: "Thank you so much, Linc!"
[With that, Lynn pulled her brother in for a hug, but was squeezing a little too hard for Lincoln to handle.]
Lincoln: "Can't...breathe!"
[Lynn immediately let go, allowing Lincoln to breathe again.]
Lynn: "Sorry about that."
Lincoln: "Don't make me regret taking this offer...okay?"
[With that, Lincoln left the room and headed outside.]
[Lynn's mind was still torn over this whole situation. She hoped that Ronnie Anne would get over yesterday's mishaps, allowing the jock to make amends with her. But that wasn't the case. This girl was going to challenge her to a lucha libre match. Normally, Lynn would take her down, but her guilt was making it really difficult for her to do so.]
[In any case, Lynn slapped herself in the face two times.]
Lynn: Get a grip, Lynn! You got a match to win, and you're not gonna look like a coward in front of your brother!
[With that, Lynn left the room and followed her brother down the stairs and out the front door.]
Later, at the costume shop...
[Ronnie Anne was looking around the shop for a luchador mask for her big fight. Finally, she approached the masks section and saw bunches of them. She checked each one until she found one that was purple and gold.]
Ronnie Anne: "Perfecta."
[Ronnie Anne took the mask before making her way to the payment desk. The Latina then put the mask on the desk and the clerk decided to make conversation with her.]
Clerk: "A big fan of lucha libre, I take it?"
[Ronnie Anne leaned against the desk
Ronnie Anne: "You could say that."
Clerk: "Well, this might be a bit controversial, but...did you ever hear about El Jefe?"
[Ronnie Anne's eyes widened when she heard that name.]
Ronnie Anne: "Who?"
Clerk: "El Jefe...? Alex Santiago? He used to be a big champion back in Mexico?"
Ronnie Anne: "Oh, right, him. That guy who got sent to jail months ago?"
Clerk: "Yeah... I heard he murdered his wife outside the city limits."
[Ronnie Anne's face went pale as she heard those words. She still couldn't ignore the fact that this man, who was supposed to be her father, would go so low as to murder her mother.]
Clerk: "Miss? Is something the matter?"
[Ronnie Anne snapped out of her thoughts and looked back at the clerk.]
Ronnie Anne: "Oh, it's nothing! I just...used to be a...big fan...of his. I just can't believe he'd do something so sickening."
Clerk: "Yeah, kid, it's really sad... When you think you know a person, they end up crossing a line they can never come back from. His trial should be coming in a few days."
Ronnie Anne: "Yeah... I hope they find his ass guilty."
[The clerk let out a chuckle.]
Clerk: "You and me both, kid. Anyway, the mask is ten dollars."
[Ronnie Anne nodded and gave the clerk a Hamilton before taking the mask.]
Clerk: "Thank you for your purchase! Please come again!"
[She waved goodbye to the clerk as she started heading for the door. But as she approached it, she bumped into a guy who had just walked in.]
Ronnie Anne: "Oh no! I am so sorry, sir! I guess I wasn't-"
[The man, who looked like he worked in cable, simply looked down at Ronnie Anne with a look of aggravation.]
Man: "What the hell are you lookin' at, punk? Get lost, why don't ya?!"
[Without a second thought, Ronnie Anne ran out of the store with the mask. The man looked back at the Hispanic girl as she made her way towards the park. That remark from the man had made Ronnie Anne angrier than she was.]
Ronnie Anne: "What an estupido cabron!"
[Ronnie Anne then shook the thought of that man out of her head and focused on Lynn instead. She drank a few protein shakes while she was staying at her brother's apartment, and she did some exercising at the gym before all of this. She had to beat Lynn's streak once and for all.]
Meanwhile, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...
[Lori was sitting on the couch typing on her laptop while her boyfriend was out on one of his jobs. Lori had also told Bobby to get her some pizza and ice cream from Flip's after work. Lori had her cell phone in her pocket so she could call Bobby or 9-1-1 in case there was an emergency. The only thing person in the house (on some level) was Jill, who was busy sweeping the floor.]
[Just then, Lori got a notification on her laptop saying that someone was calling her. She moved her cursor to the answer icon and clicked on it to find Lisa in Leni and Ronnie Anne's room.]
Lisa: "Greetings, eldest sibling...and unborn nephew."
Lori: "Hey, Lise... How are your studies for 1st Grade going?"
Lisa: "Straight A's once again. What about yours?"
[Lori smiled and rolled her eyes. It's a wonder how her second oldest sibling is so smart for her age.]
Lori: "I think Bobby and I are literally making some progress here. There's only a few more days until we're finally out of school."
Lisa: "Of course, Lori. I can't believe it's finally coming to this. Well on your way to being an adult and a caring mother to your first progeny."
[Lori chuckled.]
Lisa: "By the way, this may not be a good time, but...are you aware that Ronnie Anne hasn't come home last night?"
[Lori's face fell when her second youngest sister said those words.]
Lori: "No...I'm not."
Lisa: "Well, this might be just a guess, but I have reason to believe that Ronalda might've gone to your humble abode after a fight she had with Lynn."
Lori: "How do you know all this?"
[Lisa's eyes widened and she looked left and right.]
Lisa: "Uh... Just...a wild...guesssssssss...?"
[Lori stared at the child prodigy with one eyebrow raised, seeing right through her worried face.]
Lisa: "Okay, I might've installed a few cameras in your lavatory a few weeks ago."
Lori: "Ew! Lisa, what is wrong with you?!"
Lisa: "Now, calm down, eldest sibling! It was only for security purposes. Plus, there's evidence that shows that your love interest's sister has been staying with you guys last night."
[Lori put her hand on her face and sighed.]
Lori: "Okay, Ronnie Anne has been staying with us. I'm sorry I had to keep it a secret from you guys, but she was literally afraid of going home after that whole business with Lynn."
Lisa: "It's quite alright, Lori. I understand why you and Bobby wanted to do so. Plus, I'm sure Lynn's going to be putting her foot in her mouth soon."
[Lori sighed. She knew it wasn't easy for Ronnie Anne to be harassed by the Loud family's athlete. But she didn't want to put more stress on her than she already had.]
Lori: "Thank you, Lisa... Just promise me that you won't tell the others about it, okay?"
Lisa: "Well, when you see her, tell her that she needs to come back home. I think Lincoln is worried about her the most."
Lori: "I will soon, Lise. And promise me that you won't install any more cameras in my apartment...ever."
Lisa: "No need to worry about that, Lori. Those are the last cameras I will ever put in your home. Also, when you and your significant other finally graduate high school, I'll be sure to convince my colleagues at the university to see if they'll accept the both of you."
Lori: "I literally appreciate that thought, Lisa. I'll talk to you again soon."
Lisa: "You too, Lori."
[With that, Lisa hung up. Lori sighed as she thought about Ronnie Anne. She just had to hope that Ronnie Anne would be able to go back home and face Lynn.]
Later, at Ketcham Park...
[Lynn waited on a wrestling ring standing in a flat grassy field in the park made from nearby trash cans and red string, made by Lana, of course. A small crowd of kids and adults were also gathered around the ring to watch this event take place, most of the adults being the kids' parents who want to keep their eyes on them. Lincoln stood by one of the ropes holding his father's cowbell (which he borrowed). Lynn's friend, Margo Roberts was also there to help her concentrate. Lynn couldn't get the thought of Ronnie Anne showing up and humiliating her if her guilt got the best of her again and it was driving her up the wall. She checked her watch and saw that it was five minutes past noon.]
Lynn: "Where the hell is she? She's late!"
Margo: "I don't know? Maybe she needed more time to get ready?"
Lynn: "She's the one who made the call, Margo! She's gotta show up soon!"
[Margo looked at her friend, worried about her behavior.]
Margo: "Lynn, don't you think you're being a little paranoid?"
Lynn: "Paranoid? Puh-leeze! When has Lynn-sanity ever been paranoid?"
Lincoln: "I think Margo might have a point there. You haven't been yourself since yesterday and it's-"
Lynn: "Did I ask for a lecture, Lincoln?!"
"I think the real question is, did you ask for a beatdown?!"
[Everyone turned to the source of the voice and there was Ronnie Anne with her mask in hand.]
Ronnie Anne: "Hola, Lynn-sanity! I hope you're prepared to face the wrath of..."
[Ronnie Anne put her mask on before finishing her sentence.]
Ronnie Anne: "...La Ronalda Anne-Nihilator."
[Ronnie Anne then climbed onto the ring and eyed the Loud family athlete. Lynn was scared at first, but then decided to put on her tough face.]
Lynn: "You really want to do this, don't you?"
[Lynn put on her own mask and got ready to wrestle.]
Lynn: "Then let's get this show on the road, amiga!"
Ronnie Anne: "Oh, I've been preparing for this momento since yesterday!"
Lynn: "You know you can't do this, faker! You don't have what it takes to beat me! And by the way, when Lori's baby is born, I'm gonna be teaching him every sport I know!"
Ronnie Anne: "Not if I do it first, Lynn! Now let's go! Vamos!"
[The two girls kept staring at one another before Lincoln yelled out.]
Lincoln: "Readyyyyyyyyy... Fight!"
[As soon as Lincoln rang the cowbell, the two girls charged towards each other before clashing their hands together. The two girls looked towards one another as they struggled to see who would go down. Lincoln and Margo simply watched the two girls going at it.]
Lincoln: "Go, Ronnie Anne!"
Margo: "Come on, Lynn! You can do it!"
[After hearing those words, Lynn felt like she was getting the upper hand against Ronnie Anne.]
Lynn: "You really think you can beat me?!"
[The Latina was almost about ready to fall over, but she kept her ground. She really didn't want to keep losing to this girl.]
Ronnie Anne: "Yes, I do! And not just for beating me, but for all the times you treated Lincoln as nothing more than a punching bag!"
[Those words hit Lynn so hard that she started to become weak in the knees, allowing the Hispanic girl to tackle her to the ground. Lincoln then got onto the ring, dropped to his knees and started counting while banging his hand on the floor.]
Lincoln: "One...two...three... Ronnie Anne wins round one!"
[With that, Lynn and Ronnie Anne got up and made their way to their corners to rest. Lincoln then walked over to Ronnie Anne and started rubbing her shoulders, which the Latina seemed to be enjoying. Margo did the same for Lynn as well.]
Margo: "What was that for, Lynn?!"
Lynn: "I don't know, Margo! I just..."
Margo: "We can talk about this later! Right now you need to focus!"
[Lynn took a deep breath and put her tough face back on.]
Lynn: "You're right, Margo! I just can't let her get to me this time."
[Lincoln continued to rub his friend's shoulders and she smiled with bliss.]
Lincoln: "Did you have to say those things about Lynn?"
Ronnie Anne: "Are you kidding, Lame-O? That so-called tough girl seems to have feelings. I just need to hit her where it hurts."
Lincoln: "Okay...I guess. Just try not get too carried away, alright?"
Ronnie Anne: "For someone like Lynn, I can't make any promises."
[Lincoln was worried. He didn't want either of those girls to get hurt, but given his older sister's competitive nature, he might have to side with Ronnie Anne on this.]
[When the break was over, Lynn and Ronnie Anne got out of their seats and prepared to wrestle again.]
Lincoln: "All right, everyone! It's time for round two! Ready? Annnnnnnnd... FIGHT!"
[As soon as Lincoln rang the cowbell, Lynn started with a karate kick, but Ronnie Anne dodged it. The athletic girl then skidded onto the floor but quickly got back up and turned around to strike at Ronnie Anne. However, the Latina ducked and ran towards one of the ropes before flying back towards Lynn butt first. Before Lynn could react, Ronnie Anne's rear end slammed into her face and pinned her to the ground. Lincoln froze for a minute, not knowing what to say.]
Ronnie Anne: "You going to count, Lame-O?!"
[Lincoln snapped out of his thoughts before climbing back onto the ring and started counting.]
Lincoln: "One! Two!"
[But before Lincoln could say three, Lynn grabbed one of Ronnie Anne's arms before throwing her towards one of the ring ropes. The athletic girl stood up while Ronnie Anne made a quick recovery. The Latina tried to tackle Lynn again, but the athlete turned and grabbed both of her hands and flung her towards another one of the ropes on the side of the ring. Ronnie Anne flung back towards Lynn but the athlete crouched, causing the Hispanic tomboy to trip over her. Lynn then walked over to Ronnie Anne, grabbed her by the legs, and flipped her over. The athletic girl then turned around and looked down at her opponent.]
Lynn: "Why did you have to resort to this, Ronnie Anne? Why couldn't we have discussed this whole thing without a fight?!"
[Ronnie Anne got back on her feet before glaring at Lynn again.]
Ronnie Anne: "You had plenty of chances to settle this peacefully, Loud, but now it's too late! The damage has been done, and there's no going back! If you want my advice, it'd say it's time to swallow your pride and give up!"
Lynn: "No way! If anyone's gonna be swallowing their pride, it's you!"
[Lynn then charged towards Ronnie Anne like a bull seeing red. However, Ronnie Anne jumped while Lynn ran into the rope, flinging her back towards the Hispanic girl again. This time, she caught the Latina and held her down while bending one of her legs. Lincoln got on the floor again and counted.]
Lincoln: "One...two...three... Lynn wins round two!"
Lynn: "Hah! Still got it!"
Lincoln: "And it looks like we have a tie! Only one more round can break that tie and determine our winner!"
[The two girls got up and went back to their corners while their partners started warming them up. Ronnie Anne was starting to feel a little underwhelmed at Lynn's recovery of strength. Lynn, on the other hand, felt a mix of relief and fear.]
Margo: "Looks like you're getting your groove back, Lynn."
Lynn: "Yeah...I guess I am."
Margo: "Okay, is there still something wrong?"
Lynn: "NO! Nothing's wrong! I'm gonna win this fight against Ronnie Anne even if it kills me!"
[Margo's eyes widened. She had no idea how to respond to what Lynn had said.]
Ronnie Anne: "Your sister is relentless, Lame-O! Maybe getting to her wasn't such a good idea after all!"
[Lincoln was incredible torn at this point. On one hand, his friend seemed to be letting her desire to beat Lynn get to her head. On the other, his older sister has been going overboard with her usual competitive self since yesterday. The white-haired boy then looked at Ronnie Anne.]
Lincoln: "Come on, Ronnie Anne! You are not going to let Lynn beat you this time! You can do this! I believe in you!"
[Lincoln then gave Ronnie Anne a quick peck on the side of her head for good luck. This was enough to get the Hispanic tomboy to smile with determination.]
Ronnie Anne: "Gracias, Lincoln..."
[The break was over and the final round was about to begin. One half of the crowd was cheering for Lynn while the other was rooting for Ronnie Anne.]
Lincoln: "This is it, folks... The final round! Whoever wins this round will be named lucha libre champion!"
[Lynn and Ronnie Anne stared at one another, preparing to give each other all they got.]
Lincoln: "Ready... FIGHT!"
[With that, Lincoln rang the cowbell as fast as his arm could go. Lynn started with a karate kick to Ronnie Anne's chest, sending her back towards the rope. The Latina tomboy got back up and dodged the athletic Loud's charge before scrambling behind her and dropping her shorts, revealing white panties with little basketballs on them. Margo and Lincoln's eyes widened as they looked at the athletic tomboy's underwear. This enraged Lynn so much that after she pulled her shorts back up, she kicked Ronnie Anne so hard in the stomach that it sent her flying backwards towards the rope. Lynn then walked over to the Hispanic girl.]
Lynn: "You just couldn't stop, could you, Santiago? You just had to make it harder for me as it is!"
[Ronnie Anne chuckled as she looked up at Lynn.]
Ronnie Anne: "Just like Lynn Loud, Jr., always kicking people when they're down!"
Lynn: "Stop it!"
[Lynn grabbed Ronnie Anne before throwing her to the other side of the ring.]
Ronnie Anne: "You think you're better than your siblings? The only thing you're better at is putting them in the hospital!"
[Lynn grabbed Ronnie Anne again before giving her a few punches to the face.]
Lynn: "I mean it!"
[Ronnie Anne spat blood right in her opponent's face, causing her to turn her head away.]
Ronnie Anne: "You care about nobody but yourself, Lynn Jr.! You can never be number one in any reality! And do you know why?"
[Lynn's face started to crack as Ronnie Anne kept taunting her.]
Lynn: "You're really pushing my buttons here!"
Ronnie Anne: "Because you are nothing but a complete, egotistical waste of space and a thorn in your family's side! It's a wonder why Lincoln puts up with you for all these years!"
[Reaching a boiling point, Lynn screamed, picked up Ronnie Anne by the legs, spun her around for a few seconds, and threw her towards one of the ropes in anger. Ronnie Anne ended up on the floor while Lynn looked down at her.]
Lynn: "Okay, Santiago! I tried to reason with you, but now you left me no choice! I'm not gonna let some wannabe luchador insult me any further!"
[Lynn then climbed onto one of the corners of the ring and got ready to give Ronnie Anne the finishing blow. Ronnie Anne just looked up at Lynn and smirked at her. Lynn made her jump and fell towards Ronnie Anne before elbowing her in the stomach and landing on her back. Lincoln and Margo cringed at the sight of the blow while the crowd groaned. Lynn then got on her knees and looked down at Ronnie Anne, who appeared to be in pain. The Hispanic girl had her hands wrapped around her stomach as she moaned in pain.]
Ronnie Anne: "Ahhhh! I...think I got a...cramp!"
[Lynn's breathing had gotten slower and her expression turned to worry as she looked down at her opponent, who looked like she was suffering like crazy. She then looked around her and saw her brother and Margo giving her stares of shock. The athlete then felt something a girl like her rarely ever felt...shame. This shame was so hard that she couldn't even hide it.]
[Lynn couldn't take it anymore... She took off her mask and looked down at Ronnie Anne again.]
Lynn: "Are you alright, Ronnie Anne?"
[Ronnie Anne looked up at Lynn and glared at her while still breathing in absolute pain.]
Ronnie Anne: "Do I look like I'm alright?! You pretty much broke my damn ribs, you psycho!"
[Those words made Lynn feel even more guilty...so much so that she started to shed a tear.]
Lynn: "I...I'm so sorry, Ronnie Anne! This wasn't supposed to go down like this! When you said those things about me, I just...lost control! I couldn't help myself! You have to believe me!"
[Lynn groaned and covered her eyes, as her voice started to break. Ronnie Anne turned her head towards Lincoln and winked at him, making the boy wonder what the hell she was up to. Lynn couldn't see it as her face was still buried in her hands.]
Lynn: "I can forfeit the match! You can win this whole game by default! Okay?"
Ronnie Anne: "Yeah, right! Haven't you done enough to me for one day?!"
Lynn: "I get it, Ronnie Anne! I screwed you up real bad, but I'm already paying for it! I'll let you win this whole game, and we'll call it even. What do you say?"
[Ronnie Anne thought for a moment while Lynn looked like she was begging. It was driving her crazy.]
Lynn: "Please, Ronnie Anne!... I really can't take this anymore!"
[Ronnie Anne's expression changed from angry to hopeful as she looked up at the athletic tomboy towering over her.]
Ronnie Anne: "You'd really do that?"
[Lynn then took Ronnie Anne's hand in her's and looked straight into her eyes.]
Lynn: "If it makes Lincoln happy, of course I would."
[As Lincoln heard those words, he didn't know what to say. He knew his older sister was pretty rough, but he knew that she had a softer side that she rarely showed. Ronnie Anne looked up at Lynn and smiled.]
Ronnie Anne: "Gracias, Lynn... You really do have a heart."
[Lynn was so fixed on Ronnie Anne's face that she failed to see her fist slam into her right eye. The athlete then yelled in pain and covered her eye before falling on her back, giving the Latina the chance to jump right on top of her, roll her on her back and twist her arm. It was pretty clear that Ronnie Anne was faking her rib injury just so she could distract Lynn.]
Ronnie Anne: "I've already taken a lot of beatings from my dad, cabrona!"
[Lynn couldn't move as all the strength she had at the start of the match had faded away due to the guilt.]
[Seeing Ronnie Anne give Lynn that shiner brought back some painful memories to Lincoln, both literally and figuratively.]
[The Latina then looked at Lincoln.]
Ronnie Anne: "What are you waiting for, Lame-O?! Start counting!"
[Lincoln snapped out of his thoughts before getting onto the ring, dropping to his knees and started to count.]
Lincoln: "One..."
Ronnie Anne: "In Spanish!"
[Lincoln sighed before counting in Spanish.]
Lincoln: "Uno...Dos...Tres... And the winner is...La Ronalda Anne-Nihilator!"
[Ronnie Anne stood up and raised her hands in the air in victory while the crowd cheered. After a whole day of getting beating down yesterday, Ronnie Anne had finally won against the Loud family's athletic just laid there on the ground staring at the winner in disbelief.]
Lincoln: "Way to go, Ronnie Anne!"
[Ronnie Anne then took Lincoln's hand and pulled him into a hug.]
Ronnie Anne: "Thanks, Lincoln. I don't think I could've done this without you."
[Lincoln blushed in response. Lynn's face showed a look of regret and utter defeat as she watched her brother and Ronnie Anne embrace. She knew that she let herself get tricked, but she also knew that it was now time for her to swallow her pride and take her defeat like a good sport. The athlete stood up, took off her mask, and took Ronnie Anne's hand before shaking it.]
Lynn: "I guess you win fair and square, Ronnie Anne... Congratulations..."
[Lynn gave Ronnie Anne a small smile before she turned around, dropped her mask, got out of the ring, and slowly walked away feeling powerless. Ronnie Anne was quite confused by this and turned to look at Lincoln.]
Ronnie Anne: "You better wait right here, Lincoln. I have to see how your sister's doing."
[With that, Ronnie Anne got off the ring and followed Lynn. As the crowd started walking away from the scene, Lincoln walked over to the end of the ring and called out to Ronnie Anne.]
Lincoln: "Okay, Ronnie Anne! Just don't be too long, okay?"
[Ronnie Anne turned around to look at Lincoln and gave him a nod before she continued walking in Lynn's direction. Margo then left the ring and headed home, which left only Lincoln.]
[The white-haired boy then turned his attention towards the readers.]
Lincoln: "Well, I don't know how this is gonna go down, but maybe things will be looking up soon."
"Well, look who we have here."
[Just then, two shadows hovered over Lincoln. The white-haired boy looked up at them and gulped.]
Meanwhile...
[Lynn was sitting by the lake looking down at her reflection in the water. The black eye on her face beared a painful reminder of Ronnie Anne's final blow. One part of her felt upset that she let herself be fooled by Ronnie Anne's trick and lost because of it, but another part of her felt like she had it coming. All that bragging to Ronnie Anne must've really gotten to her.]
Lynn: Well...you did this to yourself, Lynn Jr.. All those years of practice and training and you've let yourself get beaten by another girl. Then again, I guess you were asking for it.
[Lynn continued staring down into the lake as she thought about all the times she was rough on her only brother. Lincoln wasn't really a sports person, and yet Lynn still insisted on having him join her in her activities from time to time. But looking back at it now...maybe she was being too hard on him...and Ronnie Anne as well.]
"Lynn?"
[Lynn snapped out of her thoughts as Ronnie Anne appeared behind her.]
Lynn: "Ronnie Anne? What are you doing here?"
Ronnie Anne: "I just came to see how you were doing?"
Lynn: "I'm fine."
Ronnie Anne: "You don't look fine, Lynn."
Lynn: "How could you tell?"
Ronnie Anne: "Well, it's not just your eye, I can tell you that."
[Lynn looked away from Ronnie Anne while the Hispanic tomboy sat right next to her.]
Ronnie Anne: "What happened to you? You were doing really well yesterday, but-"
Lynn: "Well? Ronnie Anne, I was practically demolishing you at every sport we played! I left you in the dust!"
Ronnie Anne: "You sure did, Lynn."
[Ronnie Anne chuckled a little before she stopped.]
[However, Lynn thought that now was her chance to tell her how she feels.]
Lynn: "Okay, I'm just gonna come out and say it! I'm sorry! Okay?"
Ronnie Anne: "And...?"
Lynn: "I'm sorry for making you look inferior."
Ronnie Anne: "And...?"
Lynn: "I'm sorry for making you spend your money on food for my own selfish needs."
Ronnie Anne: "And...?"
Lynn: "I was a sore loser and a big egotistical cheat. How much more of this can I take?"
Ronnie Anne: "I think that's about enough."
[Lynn looked back at her reflection in the water and sighed. There was something else that she wanted to tell Ronnie Anne, but only when the time was right. However, given the circumstances, Lynn couldn't keep it a secret any longer and turned her head back to the Hispanic girl.]
Lynn: "Do you know why I was being so rough to you these past couple of days?"
Ronnie Anne: "Because you hate being a loser?"
Lynn: "No! Well, yeah. But also...I just wanted to make you stronger. I couldn't do so with Lincoln, so I thought you'd be a better partner than he was."
[Ronnie Anne was quite surprised at this and listened with intrigue.]
Ronnie Anne: "What are you talking about?"
Lynn: "You know about that predicament at the out of town market?"
[Ronnie Anne groaned and rolled her eyes as she thought back to that day.]
Ronnie Anne: "Ugh... Don't remind me..."
Lynn: "Well... I thought about that for a while, and wondered, what if such an incident were to happen again? So I dragged you into some competitions so you'd be strong enough to defend yourself in the future. Then maybe after that, you'll be able to be Lincoln's protector from then on. God knows I've failed at that."
[Ronnie Anne thought for a moment. That athletic girl who seemed to be rough with her brother wanted to help Ronnie Anne get stronger by putting her through some competitions. Part of her felt a little bad as she never realized Lynn's true intentions. But it still would've helped Lynn to be a little more honest with Ronnie Anne.]
Ronnie Anne: "I really appreciate what you're trying to do, Lynn. But maybe some people just can't meet up to your standards."
[Lynn sighed before Ronnie Anne put her hand on her shoulder.]
Ronnie Anne: "But maybe I can."
Lynn: "You'd do that for me? Really?"
Ronnie Anne: "Sure I can. I've done so with Lincoln before...and look what happened to me."
[Ronnie Anne lifted up her hoodie and shirt, revealing her surgical scar.]
Lynn: "Ewwww!"
Ronnie Anne: "I know, right? Pretty gross."
[Lynn let out a chuckle in response.]
Lynn: "Ah! You crazy girl! Come here!"
[Lynn then pulled Ronnie Anne in for a hug before giving her head a good knuckle rubbing. There were hardly times when Lynn would show off this affectionate side to her, and Ronnie Anne smiled as this happened.]
[However, their moment of bonding was soon interrupted as they heard the familiar scream of a certain white-haired boy in the distance.]
Ronnie Anne: "Was that Lincoln?!"
Lynn: "Yeah, it sounds like he's in trouble! Come on!"
[With that, the two girls raced towards Lincoln's aid. When they arrived, they saw Lincoln being given a wedgie by two familiar figures. Lynn's face turned to anger as she recognized the two big boys messing with her only brother.]
Lynn: "Oh no! Hank and Hawk!"
Ronnie Anne: "Who?"
Lynn: "A couple of jerkasses from Hazeltucky. They gave me a sprained ankle and nearly ruined our Halloween Haymaze back in 2016."
[Just then, Hawk lifted Lincoln by his underwear before leaving him dangling on a tree branch by said underwear. Lynn and Ronnie Anne clenched their fists and marched over to the two bullies.]
Lynn: "Hey, you assholes! Get your hands off my brother!"
[Hank and Hawk turned to look at the female jock and her friend before walking over to them.]
Hawk: "Well, look at we got here, Hank. It's Little Miss Lynn Lousy!"
Hank: "Who's your little girlfriend, huh?"
Ronnie Anne: "Girlfriend? What the hell are you implying?"
Hank: "And where did you get that shiner, Lynn?"
Hawk: "Did your girlfriend give it to you?"
[Lynn covered her black eye in response while the two bullies chortled at her injury.]
Hawk: "Lynn Loud let herself get beaten by a girl! That is just too priceless!"
Hank: "Yeah! And there's nothing she can do about that wimp! Not after he gave us the winning point!"
[The two bullies chortled to each other. Ronnie Anne clenched her fists and gave the towering jocks a glare.]
Ronnie Anne: "Oh yeah? Just watch me! I socked Lynn in the eye, and I can do the same to you estupidos!"
Hank: "Oooooooh! I'm so scared! What is a stupid little girl like you gonna do about it?!"
Hawk: "Yeah! You're both tiny! We've got balls bigger than yours! Oh wait, girls don't even have balls, do they?!"
Hank: "Yeah! I thought for sure that she lost them after letting that loser McCann beat her up!"
[And the two bullies laughed again. Feeling her blood boil at that reminder, Ronnie Anne charged towards Hank, headbutting into his crotch and causing him to fall to his knees. Hawk looked down at Ronnie Anne, clenched his fists and pounded them together.]
Hawk: "Oh, now you're gonna get it, you runt!"
Ronnie Anne: "You have to catch me first, puto!"
[With that, Ronnie Anne ran as Hawk chased after her. At that point, Hank recovered and turned his attention towards Lynn.]
Hank: "Okay! I guess that shiner wasn't enough to stop you, was it, Dork?! Then I think it's time to put your whole body in a cast!"
[Hank raised his fist and tried to punch Lynn in the face, but the athlete blocked it with both of her arms. Lynn tried to counter attack Hank by punching him in the face, but the older jock blocked each one with his fists every time.]
Hank: "You can't help that dork, girl! You're weak and blind!"
Lynn: "Shut up, you asshole!"
Hank: "Admit it! You don't have what it takes to knock me down! And when my buddy's done with your girlfriend, he's gonna put her where your wimpy bro is now!"
Lynn: "He may be a wimpy bro, but he's MY bro! And you have no right to pick on him!"
[In response, Lynn did a karate kick at Hank, hitting him on his gut. Lynn then made a perfect landing before giving Hank a few punches to the older teen. The first one hit Hank in his stomach and the second one hit his jaw. Just then, the big kid decided to block any more with his fists, but the Loud athlete refused to stand down if it meant protecting her only brother from harm.]
[While this was going on, Hawk ran after Ronnie Anne as they approached the playground. Ronnie Anne jumped over the sandbox where a girl who was around five years of age had just finished building a sandcastle. Hawk then tripped on one of the edges of the sandbox and fell onto the castle, turning it into nothing but sand. Hawk got up and continued running after Ronnie Anne as the girl cried over her ruined castle.]
Hawk: "Why you little- When I catch you, I'm gonna turn you into boneless mush!"
Ronnie Anne: "Just try it, you polla!"
[Meanwhile, Lynn was nearly out of breath as Hank kept blocking her every move.]
Hank: "Are you gonna give up and cry now, Princess?!"
Lynn: "How dare you call me princess, chump! You're the one who's gonna be crying when I'm done with you!"
Hank: "I like to see you try...so you can lose again!"
[Hank then raised his fist and was about to give Lynn one big punch to her face. However, the athletic Loud jumped over Hank, confusing him before she landed on his shoulders and rode him like a bull ride at a country bar. The jock tried to shake Lynn off of him, but the sports girl kept her grip on the bully, wrapped her legs around his neck and started punching his face.]
Lynn: "I think you're better off working at a bullfight!"
[Hank growled as Lynn kept riding on him.]
Hank: "When I get a hold of you, I'm gonna break every single bone in your body so bad that you'll never play sports again!"
[Hank kept running around in circles trying to get Lynn to fall off, but the athlete was still holding on to him for dear life.]
Lincoln: "Woohoo! Go Lynn!"
[Finally, Hank managed to grab Lynn and yank her off of him before throwing her towards the tree. The big teen then looked up at the white-haired boy, who was in shock over his sister's defeat.]
Hank: "Looks like this sore loser of a fighter can't help you now, Nerd!"
[Hank then looked back down at Lynn, who simply sat against the tree with a bleeding cut on her ankle.]
Hank: "And as for you. You got any last words before your next trip to the hospital?"
[At that moment, Ronnie Anne was heading towards Hank with Hawk still pursuing her. Lynn noticed this and gave Hank a smirk.]
Lynn: "Yeah... Don't take your eyes off me."
[The Latina then slid between the big boy's legs and Hawk headbutted his rear end, causing both boys to crash into the tree, the vibration causing Lincoln's underwear to rip a little on the branch. Luckily, Lynn managed to get out of the way before Hank and Hawk crashed into the tree. Lynn and Ronnie Anne looked at the two bullies and the Latina started pounding her fists. Hank's nose was bleeding after bumping it on the pavement, much to Hawk's disgust. However, the teen was doing his best not to puke at the red substance.]
Ronnie Anne: "Wow! You guys are really dumb!"
Lynn: "Yeah! You really need to watch where you're going next time."
Hank: "Awwwww, man... I think that runt broke my nose!"
Hawk: "We're gonna get you little squirts for this!"
[Hawk then pointed at the white-haired boy still hanging by his underwear.]
Hawk: "You too, you white-haired albino! You're all gonna wish you haven't fucked with us!"
[Lynn scoffed before walking over to Hank and Hawk.]
Lynn: "Not so tough now, are ya? I mean, you guys really do stink!"
[Lynn then turned around and leaned forward. And before Hank and Hawk knew it, the athletic tomboy let out a fart in their faces, causing them to start coughing, gagging and waving their arms in an attempt to fan out the stench.]
Hank: "That girl's nuts! I think some of it's in my mouth!"
Hawk: "Let's get out of here before I lose my lunch!"
Hank: "No need to tell me twice!"
[Lynn and Ronnie Anne watched the two bullies as they ran out of the park.]
Lynn: "Look at those losers run. And all because they're scared of a little gas."
Ronnie Anne: "Yeah... They should take a trip to Amsterdam."
Lynn: "Why's that?"
Ronnie Anne: "Because of the Dutch ovens."
[With that, the two tomboys laughed, bumped their chests together and followed with a high five.]
Lincoln: "Uh, guys...? A little help?"
[Lynn and Ronnie Anne looked up at Lincoln, who was still hanging by his underwear on the branch.]
Ronnie Anne: "You okay up there, Lame-O?"
Lincoln: "I've kinda had worse, to be honest."
Lynn: "Just keep your pants on, Linc! We'll get you down from there in a couple of minutes!"
Lincoln: "I'll keep them on when I'm back on the ground, thank you."
[Ronnie Anne stood on Lynn's shoulders and helped Lincoln down from the branch. The boy then dropped to his ground with a thud. He then got back on his feet and rubbed his rear end, trying to straighten out his underwear.]
Lynn: "Something tells me I better add fries to your order."
Lincoln: "I guess you could say that."
Later, at Gus' Games and Grub...
[Lincoln, Lynn and Ronnie Anne were at a table enjoying a meat lovers special pizza while the white-haired boy also had a side of fries, courtesy of Lynn, of course. Lynn sat on one end, while her brother and Ronnie Anne sat next to each other on the other end.]
Lynn: "Wow, Ronnie Anne! You should've seen yourself when you went right under Hank before his chum smacked into him! Totally awesome!"
Ronnie Anne: "You weren't so bad yourself, Lynn. I mean, did you see how one of them was about to gag when his friend's nose was bleeding?"
Lynn: "I know! Two big boys afraid of a little blood! I pretty much get my share of cuts and bruises and you don't see me getting queasy over it."
[The two girls continued chatting about what had just happened while Lincoln smiled knowing that they were getting along.]
Lincoln: "You know, Lynn, I was thinking you weren't gonna actually do this, but I guess I was mistaken."
Lynn: "C'mon, Linc. After what you just went through, who am I to leave my only brother in the dust?"
Ronnie Anne: "Or in this case, in a tree."
[Ronnie Anne let out a chuckle, earning her stares from Lincoln and Lynn. The Latina then thought it best to change the subject and cleared her throat.]
Ronnie Anne: "So, Lynn... Why did you settle on fries for Lincoln anyway?"
Lynn: "Alright, so, you know how you use skis to go down a snowy mountain?"
Ronnie Anne: "How would I know? I've never been on skis before in my life."
Lynn: "Well, I have, and there's two ways of positioning them."
[Lincoln and Ronnie Anne listened with interest.]
Lynn: "First of all, when you want to stand still on your skis, you have to move your toes together and the skis will look like a slice of pizza...like this one for example."
[Lynn then showed her brother and his friend a slice of her pizza.]
Lynn: "And as for the fries..."
[Lynn looked over at Lincoln.]
Lynn: "You mind handing me a couple of them, Linc?"
[Lincoln shrugged before handing his sister a couple of fries. Lynn took them and continued her lesson.]
Lynn: "Anyway, you would need to straighten your skis if you want to go and they look like these french fries right here."
[Lynn showed the others the fries before eating them.]
Lynn: "So, yeah. Skiing isn't like skateboarding or anything. You need a lot of practice if you want to get used to them."
Ronnie Anne: "That's pretty interesting, Lynn. You think you can teach me how to do that sometime?"
Lynn: "Only when the weather's right."
[At one point, Lincoln felt the need to use the bathroom. So he put his slice of pizza on his plate, got out of his seat and headed into the little boy's room.]
[Ronnie Anne then looked at Lynn. Since Lincoln was busy, Ronnie Anne thought it was now time to speak.]
Ronnie Anne: "You know, Lynn. I thought about what you said to me at the park...about making me stronger...and..."
Lynn: "Yes?"
Ronnie Anne: "You think you can let me be your new sparring partner?"
[Lynn's eyes widened and she had both her hands on her face.]
Lynn: "You're kidding me, right?"
Ronnie Anne: "Would I lie about that? I want to be a good for Lincoln, and I want to be a good protector for my nephew after he's born."
Lynn: "Aw, yeah! Now that's what I'm talking about!"
[Lynn laughed as she raised her fist at Ronnie Anne and the Latina gladly bumped it with her own.]
[At that moment, Lincoln had just come out of the bathroom before sitting back at the table.]
Lynn: "Guess what, Linc? You're off the hook."
Lincoln: "I'm what now?"
Ronnie Anne: "I decided that I'm going to be Lynn's new partner from this point forward, so you're free of any more fighting activities."
Lincoln: "Woah, seriously?"
Lynn: "If you don't believe what she's saying, then you might as well hear it from me. This girl's my new partner now, so you're no longer needed for sparing. Of course, we know that sparing isn't really your thing."
Lincoln: "I didn't say I don't believe her, but I was kinda hoping something like this would happen eventually. I mean, you guys both know how to use your fists and such. I'm proud of you."
Ronnie Anne: "Thanks, Lame-O. Now, what do you say we make a toast, all three of us?"
[Lincoln nodded before he, Lynn, and Ronnie Anne raised their cups of root beer.]
Lynn: "To our new partnership, and to the beginning of a beautiful friendship!"
[The trio then tapped their cups together before sipping them down.]
Later, at the Loud House...
[Ronnie Anne was in her and Leni's room chatting with Bobby and Lori online via her laptop.]
Ronnie Anne: "You're not gonna believe what Lynn and I did!"
[Bobby and Lori listened carefully from the other end from their apartment.]
Ronnie Anne: "We took on Hank and Hawk when they were bullying Lincoln."
Lori: "Really?"
Ronnie Anne: "Yeah, those losers were no match for La Ronalda Anne-Nihilator."
Bobby: "Oh, Ronnie Anne, you could've been hurt! I mean, they were like twice your size, weren't they?"
Ronnie Anne: "Come on, Bobby. With Lynn's help, taking care of those goons was a piece of cake. Besides, we weren't gonna let them hurt Lincoln, were we?"
Lori: "All the same, we're really glad that you and Lynn made peace with each other."
Ronnie Anne: "I know...in fact, I think she's started to make some improvement since then."
Lori: "You don't say? Well, I assume that means that the rest of my family doesn't have to put up with her competitive attitude anymore?"
Ronnie Anne: "Sorta... I mean, she just started her process, but I think that match at the park was definitely a good start for her."
Bobby: "Just promise me you won't do anything like that again. You could've put yourself in the hospital again."
Ronnie Anne: "Bobby, I'm okay. I've suffered a lot worse."
Bobby: "I know... We're just glad that you're back home with the Louds."
Ronnie Anne: "Yeah... By the way, how are your studies for your last days of school?"
Bobby: "I think they're going well. In a few days, we'll be taking online college classes as soon as we graduate. We're planning on having you and the Louds watch our little bumblebee while we take these classes."
Ronnie Anne: "That's great, Bobby. I'm glad you guys have thought ahead."
Bobby: "Of course. We only want what's best for the baby. We'll talk to you sometime tomorrow, okay, nie-nie?"
Ronnie Anne: "You too, hermano. You and Lori have a good night and I hope you two pass. I love you all."
[With that, Ronnie Anne hung up before jumping onto her bed and laying on it. She then turned her gaze towards the readers.]
Ronnie Anne: "Well, this was a tough time, but I think Lynn's gotten better. We're not going to be doing any more competitions, but I think this new plan can benefit both of us."
[Just then, the door opened and there was Lynn pumped up for another round of sparing.]
Lynn: "Hey, Ronnie Anne! You ready to put your fists to the test again?"
[Ronnie Anne smirked at the athlete.]
Ronnie Anne: "You know it, amiga! Let's go!"
[With that, Ronnie Anne got off the bed and followed Lynn out of the room.]
[Poking his head out from his bedroom door, Lincoln watched as his older sister and Ronnie Anne heading downstairs. With a smile on his face, the middle child of the Loud family looked at the readers and spoke to them.]
Lincoln: "You know, I'm very happy that Lynn and Ronnie Anne managed to work things out. And all it took was a wrestling match to settle things between them...otherwise, I would've been left hanging on that tree until nightfall. Plus, with Lori and Bobby almost out of high school and their baby due in a couple of weeks, there's no way that anything else can go wrong from here."
Meanwhile, at the Royal Woods Detention Center...
[As Alex was laying on his bed doing some sit ups, the sound of a nightstick tapping on the bars suddenly took him out of his thoughts.]
Guard: "Hey, Santiago! Someone wants to see you."
[Alex sat on the edge of his bed before looking at the guard.]
Alex: "Yeah? And who might that be?"
Guard: "Oh, I think you might know this guy... Now let's go before I get upset."
[Alex cell then opened up and the big man followed the guard out of the cell block to the visitor's area. When Alex got there, he saw who the visitor was. There was Rodd sitting on the other side of the glass with a look of unease. Alex just greeted him with a cocky smile as he sat down.]
Alex: "Eyyy! Rodd! How are you?"
Guard: "Well...I think I'll let you two become reacquainted... I'll be watching you."
[The guard chuckled before leaning against the wall by the door. Alex picked up the phone and spoke into it.]
Alex: "So, R-Man... How have things been with the brotherhood?"
[Rodd stared at his former friend as he picked up the phone on his end before speaking into it.]
Rodd: "Well...I'd say that things have gotten better for us. After your little business with the Hermanas, we managed to seize what was left of their territory. Also, we decided to have women fight alongside us so we won't have another Las Hermanas giving us trouble."
[Alex responded with a chuckle.]
Alex: "Good for you, amigo. You know, I really admire your determination. Did I ever tell you that?"
Rodd: "I don't know if I'd say the same about you, Alex."
Alex: "C'mon, amigo... What's that for?"
Rodd: "I think you know goddamn well what. Look at yourself... You go sleeping with our enemy and exploit them for your own petty reasons...and now you're in a cell awaiting judgement."
Alex: "Hey, how is getting my familia back a petty reason?"
Rodd: "Listen to me, Al. I can't keep helping you with your problems! They're getting out of control!"
Alex: "Rodd, we've been best bros for a long time! Why can't you give me a hand? At least one more time?"
Rodd: "Yeah, but what does it mean for you?! I heard on the news about what you did to your wife!"
Alex: "So you're calling me a murderer now?! It's not like any of you outlaws never killed anyone in your life!"
Rodd: "Maybe we did, but we don't take pleasure in doing it! I joined this gang to free us from the poverty of Motor City's downfall! The only reason you ever joined was just to make something of yourself. But then, you left us to find a new career without ever contacting me!"
Alex: "I wanted to step away from the criminal life, alright?! I wanted to make a fresh start, get married, have kids! I just wanted to lay low!"
Rodd: "Yeah, and you basically treated your family like they were nothing but ragdolls to you! Some fresh start..."
Alex: "I had to keep them in line, don't I?!"
Rodd: "So you take your own wife into the woods, brutally murdered her, and then you lied to me about it! You know, we in the brotherhood have a very strict rule about hurting or killing our old ladies, and anyone who breaks that rule ends up losing their balls!"
Alex: "That wasn't my fault! It's that blonde slut and that white haired shit-stain she calls a hermano! It always has been! They poisoned my wife's mind and forced me to put her down! Then they did the same to my kids and now they think I'm a complete monster! That whole Loud family is nothing but degenerate white trash!"
Rodd: "ENOUGH! Alex, what I've heard from you is inexcusable! You've got no one to blame in this situation but yourself, and you are nothing more than dead to me and the rest of the brotherhood!"
Alex: "Are we really getting into this now, Rodd? Those kids took my son and daughter away from me, and I need your help in getting them back."
Rodd: "You expect me to help you out? After all the bullshit you pulled? I think you've picked the wrong guy for a job like that."
[Alex groaned and put down the phone in frustration. He then put his hand to his forehead and started to think before putting the phone back on his ear.]
Alex: "You know, Rodd...I've been thinking..."
Rodd: "Huh?"
Alex: "I've been thinking about how I ended up in this little shithole to begin with. How there were two SWAT teams waiting outside that warehouse back in Fernville...waiting for their chance to strike."
Rodd: "I don't really know what you're talking about, Alex... Maybe you've been followed?"
[Alex quickly pointed at Rodd.]
Alex: "No! I was set up! I mean, how the fuck did they even let you in here, huh?"
Rodd: "Are we seriously-
[Suddenly, Alex banged his fist on his side of the glass, startling Rodd.]
Alex: "I WAS FUCKIN' SET UP! AND I'M LOOKING AT THE GUY WHO MADE THAT POSSIBLE!"
[Rodd closed one of his eyes and gritted his teeth in response to Alex's yelling.]
Guard: "Alright, that's it, Santiago! You're ass is going back to confinement!"
[The guard then marched over to Alex, who still had his eyes fixed on Rodd, and tried to get him on his feet. But due to Alex's strength, the big man was able to put up quite a struggle with the guard.]
Alex: "I thought you were mi amigo, but you're just like the rest of those fuckin' pigs! You think you can just sell me out to the law and FUCKING GET AWAY WITH IT?! YOU DON'T KNOW WHO THE FUCK YOU'RE FUCKING WITH YOU FUCK!"
[Just then, a second guard showed up to help the other in grabbing Alex before dragging him towards the door.]
Alex: "I TOOK OUT THE FUCKING TRASH BACK THEN, AND I'D FUCKING DO IT AGAIN AS SOON AS I GET OUT!"
Guard: "Yeah yeah. That'll be the day, Santiago. Just give it a rest already!"
Alex: "YOU'RE GONNA LOSE IT ALL SOMEDAY! AND WHEN THAT DAY COMES, YOU'RE GONNA REGRET YOU EVER FUCKED WITH EL JEFE! MARK MY WORDS, HARBURTON!"
[Rodd simply sat there as the guards dragged his former friend out of the visitor's room. The biker president sighed as he hung his phone up before getting up and walking back outside.]
Rodd: Damn, Alex... What the hell happened to you, man? How did it all go down like that?
[As soon as he was outside, Rodd walked across the parking lot towards his Harley. Unbeknownst to him, however, Koch and Yuri were watching in a nearby pickup truck wearing disguises. Koch had a black coat, a matching black hat and a fake black beard. Yuri on the other hand, was wearing a beige coat, black jeans, fashionable shades, and a brown wig.]
Koch: "There goes the man, Yuri. He must be heading back to his little hangout in Motor City."
Yuri: "So do we go after him, Kochavich?"
Koch: "Nah, we'll leave him alone for now. But first, we need to pay a little visit to an old friend of his. You know what to do, don't you...Carmella?"
[Yuri changed her voice and accent to sound like a kind and caring Mexican housewife.]
Yuri: "Of course...mi amor."
[At that moment, Rodd got on his bike and revved up his engine before driving out of the parking lot. As soon as the biker president was out of sight, Koch and Yuri got out of the truck and walked across the parking lot towards the Royal Woods Detention Center.]
Koch: "Just stay close to me, baby. I'll do the talking and you just try not to blow our cover."
[Yuri sighed and rolled her eyes.]
Yuri: "Calm down, Koch. I know what I'm doing."
[Once they entered the building, they stopped at the front desk. Koch cleared his throat, getting the attention of the receptionist.]
Koch: "Hola, señorita. Me and mi be-oo-ti-ful wife have-a come to pay mi hermano a visit."
Receptionist: "And just who are you supposed to be?"
Koch: "I am Señor...Jose Santiago, Alejandro's little brother. And this is my wife Carmella."
Yuri: "Charmed to meet you."
Koch: "Might we have a few moments with Alejandro, por favor?"
[The receptionist sighed and rolled her eyes.]
Receptionist: "Alright, sir. If you want to visit a prisoner, you'll have to sign a visiting application and then wait for a few days."
[The receptionist then reached into one of the drawers and pulled out a visiting application before handing over to the man.]
Koch: "Oh... I see... Well, I just came all the way here from Meh-hi-co to see mi hermano and I'm not too familiar with the rules in this country."
Receptionist: "Just sign this form and mail it back to us when you're done. Once your application has been processed, we'll inform you in two or three days...or something."
[Koch put his hand over his face and sighed.]
Koch: "I understand, señorita."
[With that, Koch turned around and started heading out the door with Yuri following behind him.]
[As they walked across the parking lot back to their truck, Koch groaned in frustration as he looked at the application.]
Koch: Stupid fucking laws. Who do they think they are?
Yuri: "So, what now, genius? There's no way we'd get approved!"
Koch: "I'm thinking, okay? Just get off my back!"
Yuri: "Well, you don't have to be angry at me, okay?! I was only keeping my mouth shut like you said!"
Koch: "Alright, fuck it... We'll talk more in the truck, okay?"
[Yuri sighed as she and Koch continued walking until they reached their truck. They got in, Koch started the engine, and drove out of the parking lot before making a right turn in the direction that Rodd went, much to Yuri's confusion.]
Yuri: "Where are you going, Kochavich? Isn't your apartment the other way?"
Koch: "I know, but we're just going to pay a little visit to somebody."
Yuri: "You don't mean?"
[Koch nodded before Yuri could finish. The Russian woman could tell who Koch was referring too.]
Yuri: "But didn't you say that Rodd was involved with the police? They could shoot us both on sight."
Koch: "We'll discuss how we're gonna handle this once we check into a motel. It might take some time, but trust me, it'll all be worth it."
[Yuri folded her arms as she looked out the window. After a few more minutes of driving, Koch finally spoke up.]
Koch: "So, how are you doing?"
Yuri: "You know, at this rate, we're never going to get my comrades out of jail."
[Koch sighed.]
Koch: "Look, I know the last plan didn't go over so well, but the next one will be even better...if we even get one."
[Yuri slowly turned her head to look at her partner.]
Koch: "But once we've seized our opportunity, we'll take care of Castleton and help your friends out."
[Koch then put his hand on Yuri's cheek.]
Koch: "Just trust me on this...baby."
[Yuri rolled her eyes and smirked.]
Yuri: "For you Kochavich, how can I refuse?"
[With that, Yuri took Koch's hand and kissed it. The ex-detective chuckled as the truck passed by a sign that said "You Are Now Leaving Royal Woods. Come Again Soon!".]
A/N: Well, that was something, wasn't it? Lynn and Ronnie Anne have made up and are now closer than ever. Rodd is cutting all ties with Alex. And as for Koch and Yuri, they kind of suck at prison infiltration. But there's just one more challenge that Bobby and Lori have to face before their baby arrives, and it's their last days in high school before graduation. How is it going to go for the both of them? Stay tuned!
Gamelover41592: Indeed.
Geo Soul: Okay.
DarthWill3: I don't know. That match means a great deal to Ronnie Anne.
wollyworld: Thanks.
ClearwaterMK2: Maybe... We'll just see where this goes.
