Happiness' pov
I got up early today. I am excited for the next few days because Riley finally graduated high-school. I am happy, as always. Things got pretty boring because all the days were the same. Riley gets up, eats, gets ready for school, learns for 5-6 hours, gets back home, eats again showers and goes to sleep. Boring, right? Well, now we have the chance to make some friends! I know it seems weird, but Riley doesn't have any friends.. I am sad for her, even though I am supposed to be happy. She doesn't really fit in because she is different from others. They call her a ''nerd'' and make fun of her. Sadness is needed a lot lately.
Disgust's pov
I am really disgusted by those children who make fun of Riley at school. I don't understand why they want to make fun of her for being smart. That's not something to be ashamed of! Let's get on with today. Happiness woke us up early today! I want to sleep more.
''It's time to start a new day guys!''
That's what she says all the time. This is how it happened today:

''Start a new day guys! We knowww!'' I said
It's time to take attitude. This summer holiday is going to be the best one. I am going to take care so Riley has the biggest glow up ever!
Happiness's pov
This is such a good day! I am going to make Riley feel so happy-
''What are you doing disgust?! We don't need you right now.''
''I know what I am doing'' sais disgust, not caring about what I said at all.
''Eww, we have to get rid of the glasses and the hair. No wonder the kids keep saying Riley is nerdy!''
''What do you mean?! Do you want to change Riley so she can fit in?!''
''Exactly.''
Then she started controlling Riley.
Riley's pov
When I woke up today, something felt terribly wrong. I go to look in the mirror as soon as I got up. I see my face and focus. I think there's something wrong with me, not the kids at school! I have to change a lot! I will go to the salon and wear contacts from now on.
''Mom!'' I yelled.
''Yes sweetie?''
''Take me to the salon now please!''
''I can't. Why do you want to the salon anyway?"
''I want to change my hair. That's not important. Just take me please!''
''I said I can't, and your father isn't home. Maybe another time.''
Anger's pov
''What does she mean another time?! I want to go now!'' I say, angry.
''Wait!'' says someone annoying (happiness)
I press the red button without any hesitation.
''Then I will go alone!''
I kept my hand on the button as Riley was getting ready to go alone.
''It's not good! Not at all!" says happiness
''Don't worry! It's going to be epic!''
The only one who isn't saying anything at all is sadness. She is always like this. Sadness only comes to help only if we call her. That's good, I don't want someone like happiness here. Happiness is enough.
Riley's pov
I am finally ready to go. I sneak out silently as mom is speaking on the phone really loud. I have some pocket money. I think it's enough to pay. I go to the salon happily, thinking what style of hair should I get. I think bangs are good. I enter the door to see a shocked lady.
''Are you alone? You seem little?''
''Don't worry ma'am, I am 15 years old.''
I lied actually. I am only 13, but I don't think someone will ever find out! Hehe!
*time skip after she finished*
I am done. Now I will buy some contacts. I open my phone to see I have 30 missed calls from mom. What should I do?
No ones pov
''She should go home!'' says happiness.
''Yeah, I agree!'' says fear.
''No, she shouldn't. She has to get a glow up!''
''Yeahh! Let mom stay there.''
The emotions start fighting over the buttons. They completely forgot sadness exists for 2 minutes. Suddenly, happiness looks at sadness.
''Say something! I can't stop them!''
Sadness' pov
I don't know what's happening! Both sides are good. Riley should get a glow up, but if she returns home she can't get it. At the same time mom will be worried. As I think, I see anger showing me with his hands the 'dead' sign. I understand quick and I say.
''I vote for a glow up.''
Happiness looks disappointed at me. Fear the same. Disgust and Anger start dancing like crazy and take over the buttons right after I answer. I don't know if I did the right thing! I hope I did. I see Riley ignoring the calls and going to get some contacts. I hope she will get the glow up, at least. Happiness and Fear leave the room disappointed. I try going after them but happiness stops me.
''I don't think you should come. ''
''oh.'' I say, shocked.
I stay there in a corner, watching disgust and anger laugh. I am scared for Riley's future, but I can't change my vote now.
*after she gets the contacts*
Riley's pov
I think I should go to a restaurant with my only friend Manda. I am so sad she isn't at my school. Anyway, I call her and she answers in shock, and starts yelling.
''Where are you?! Your mom is searching for you with the police!''
When I hear that I hung up, because I realise if I tell her where I am, she will for sure tell my mom and I will get grounded, so no thanks. I close my phone and keep going. If I ran away from home, now I won't get back. If mom grounds me, I shouldn't go home at all. I only have a few bucks left, but I think I can afford a sandwich.
Disgust's pov
''Don't you think we're going too far..?'' I say, with fear in my voice.
''NO! Don't be a- don't be a loser.'' Says anger
''Don't call me that, but… okay.''
Happiness and fear tried to stop us, but anger just likes this idea too much.. to run away from home because of a glow up is too far, everything we did is too far! I can't stop him now. I have to do as he says.
''I will go to bed. See you in the morning.'' I say.
I know it's a bad idea to let him alone there but I don't want to deal with this anymore. I will just go to sleep and dream about how I didn't have this idea ever.
Happiness' pov
I went in bed early, but I just can't sleep. I am so tired, but my eyes don't want to hear about sleeping. I can't stop thinking about disgust and anger taking control. I fall asleep after 2 hours or more, but at least I did fall asleep.
At around 3 am I hear some noises and wake up. I see disgust sleeping and I start screaming.
''WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!''
''Sleeping! Isn't it obivious?''
''You let anger alone to control Riley?!''
''Yeah? Any problem?''
''YES! HE IS ANGER!''
''Stop yelling!'' says fear.
''Don't you hear what disgust did?! When did you come to sleep?''
''Around 3 hours ago. Why?''
''3 HOURS?!''
I get up and run to see what is anger doing. When I enter the room, I just remain where I am. I can't believe what he did! I didn't believe he was so crazy until now! I just can't believe..
