Back in the hospital Dong Kyung talks with her doctor, thanks him for his time and care. While discussing the results, Myeol Mang strides down the hallway, a serious look on his face, says, "Hi." Glancing his way, surprised by his sudden appearance, says, "Hey, how did you know to come here?" He doesn't answer her question, but says, "This time, I brought them, the flowers." Somewhat uncourteously and embarrassed, presents pretty yellow tulips to Dong Kyung.
Her doctor views the newcomer, pleased, pinches his cheek, says, "Do you have one more younger sibling? Aww, the youngest!"
Myeol Mang tolerates the man pinching his cheek, a smile not crossing his lips, only a mild hint of annoyance in his dark eyes.
Dong Kyung looks over, shakes her head, says, "Him? No he is not."
Embarrassed, the doctor, attempt to recover his error, says, "Then, perhaps a boyfriend? He looks much younger than your younger brother though…"
Shocked, she says, "Excuse me? A b….boyfriend? He looks much younger…wait a moment."
Embarrassed says, "Pardon me, I shouldn't have asked something personal. Love even crosses borders. Mere age is…"
Shocked, she says, "Excuse me?"
Smiling, Myeol Mang says, "The age gap is not as big as you think." As he shakes his head, she turns in amazement, gazes, perturbed by his snide comment.
She replies, "What?"
Suddenly, the doctor studies Myeol Mang, thinks he looks familiar, asks, "But…have we met somewhere before?"
Myeol Mang smiles, shakes his head, says, "No, we are meeting for the first time."
Seeming confused, the conversation develops into further chaos for the poor doctor when Seon Kyung appears. He calls Myeol Mang brother-in-law, which seems odd since clearly Dong Kyung denied that he was her boyfriend. Finally he escaped from the odd family drama.
Seon Kyung complimented Myeol Mang on his new hair color, saying, "Brother-in-law, did you dye your hair? It looks good on you. It suits your skin tone."
Looking him up and down, she asks, "Hey, did you dye your hair?" Because if he had, she did not notice.
He responds, "It must look that way to him, I guess."
Seon Kyung links arms with the couple, desiring to take a picture of the three of them. He says, "Let's take a picture. Might as well, while you have the flowers you got from brother-in-law."
She protests, says, "The flowers, hey, hey, they're just…"
Seon Kyung takes out his phone, asks, "Didn't you receive them? Did you pick them up off the ground?"
Myeol Mang proudly speaks up, "She received them. I gave them to her."
Viewing the picture, Dong Kyung is shocked upon seeing Myeol Mang with blondish brown hair instead of his black color, a questioning look raised in his direction. He shrugs, merely acknowledging that is indeed how he looks, at least for her brother. Puzzled by this enigma, follows along to his car, so they can ride home together.
