*Setsuna POV*

She didn't know who this girl was but she loved her already.

While some might be disappointed that they weren't participating in the finals of the Sports Festival, Setsuna was having a great time watching this match instead. The explosive kid from 1-A, Bakugo, was getting clowned by an out of nowhere Gen. Ed student named Midoriya.

Setsuna wasn't quite like Monoma who was pleased that someone from 1-A was getting embarrassed but rather that Midoriya was just a riot. The splitting girl hadn't noticed her during the early stages but thinking back on it she must have been doing the same stuff without anyone knowing better. Midoriya seemed dead set on mildly inconveniencing her opponents, in this case Bakugo, with how she used her quirk.

The other greenette's power seemed to be the ability to portal her own body.

The 1-B girl didn't quite understand all the mechanics behind it but Midoriya would just move a limb and it would pop up elsewhere while two portals, one on her body and the other where the body part popped out, swirled about. The Gen. Ed student had her hands appear right in Bakugo's face and she'd flick him in the eye, snap her finger in his ears, pinch his nose, and after each time she would let him chase her around while laughing her head off. While it was clearly disrespectful when you thought about it, Midoriya turned it into such a ridiculous spectacle that no one could help but treat it was such and laugh along.

It helped that she wasn't a hero student for sure but at least everyone collectively winced when Midoriya used her quirk on one of her legs and it appeared from beneath the pursuing Bakugo's chin and knocked his head straight back. It didn't stop him though but he fell face first when he tried to run after her only for there to be a hand grabbing his ankle and he looked up, red faced with rage, while Midoriya was once again taking off to lead him around. He was so mad in fact that he seemed to have completely forgotten that he had a quirk because now he was just running after her normally and shaking his fist in anger while screeching obscenities at her.

Midoriya herself was laughing while running towards the edge of the arena and instead of pull some tricking maneuver she just kept going and dashed for the exit while Bakugo followed after, completely ignoring that they had been in match, and Setsuna lost it alongside the cackling crowd.

She HAD to find that Midoriya girl later.

Izumi's quirk is called 'Portal Body' and as expected she can portal her own body parts.

I first got the idea for it when I was thinking about Janemba's portal attacks from Dragon Ball Z and I thought it'd be fun with an Izumi who was just kinda fucking around.

Not sure on any sort of pairing for this one. I just used Setsuna here because who better to enjoy this. I've been trying to add more ideas for the yuri fic but I've struck a bit of a creative block currently so if there's dynamics or personalities you want to suggest then feel free.
