Myeol Mang gazes soothingly at Aunt Soo Ja, says in a comforting tone,
"Recently, new medication from a clinical research has passed a safety trial. So, they're requiting additional patients. Tak Dong Kyung is on the wait list as of now."
Aunt Soo Ja amazed, asked
"Then, when can she begin treatment, Doctor?"
Myeol Mang responded,
"We have to wait for blood results, so that will take about two weeks…if she's a candidate then she will only have to come into the hospital once in awhile for treatment."
Glancing over at her Aunt, Dong Kyung optimistically says,
"See, Aunt let's just wait and see what happens. Yeah? Just be at peace."
Aunt Soo Ja concerned asks,
"Are you certain she does not need to be hospitalized immediately?"
Myeol Mang responds calmest tones,
"No, she is fine."
Aunt Soo Ja concern written in her eyes, inquires,
"There's a chance, right? She can live?"
Myeol Mang responds truthfully, no doubt in his voice,
"Yes, we're in the process of saving her right now."
Dong Kyung gazes at him, astounded by his confidence in his statement, wondering how he can be so certain she will not die.
