December 10th, 2022
Just a quick entry today Evangeline, I have guests. We had the swimming party, then went to the family fun center and last the lights. Everything was a lot of fun, but Mari is here and so is Eve. Since Eve being here just kind of happened, and Peter and Clive are here until they need to go to bed too, I have to go. I'll write more tomorrow definitely since we're just staying home. See you tomorrow Evangeline!
"That was a short entry," Clive commented, seeing Julia putting her stuff away.
"I wanted it to be," the teen said.
"Don't you have a lot to write about?" Peter asked her.
"Tomorrow, there isn't going to be that much," Julia said.
"Why isn't your sister coming over tomorrow at all?" Eve asked. "With her family," she then added in a rush.
Smiling Julia explained, "They wanted to be by themselves one more day. I don't mind because they'll be here when we come home."
"Cool," Peter said.
"You don't want them to be here?" Eve asked her boyfriend as she smiled.
"No, I mean… there'll be a lot of babies here," Peter replied.
"You don't need to take care of Finn and Emmie," Julia said. "Just Emily."
"I thought the same," Clive said in a rush to defend his brother before Julia was laughing softly and then responding to him.
"You're good," the teen said. "So… what're we going to talk about?"
"Christmas," Clive said immediately, smiling when his friends were laughing.
"Do you think we could talk about your moving?" Peter asked once they had calmed down.
"What about it?" Eve asked since he'd directed that to her.
"Do you even want to?" Peter said seriously.
"Yes," Eve said seriously. "Mom isn't the only one who isn't a big fan of the way our house is."
"Does Jake think the same?" Mari asked her.
"He doesn't really care, like Dad," Eve answered. "It's a house they say." She then straightened up and said, "I forgot about something."
"What?" the other four said at the same time. They were all looking at each other and were laughing for a while.
When they'd calmed down, Julia said, "What did you forget?"
"To ask the architect what he thought," Eve explained.
"Oh," Peter said, straightening up where he was sitting on the armchair he'd brought to set next to the bed. "I can say what I honestly think right?" he asked his girlfriend.
After she nodded, Eve was laughing momentarily when her boyfriend was putting his thumbs down. "That's not speaking," she teased him.
"Well, I thought that would say I really don't like the design," Peter said. "Without talking," he added in a rush before they were laughing. He and his brother were on the armchairs Julia had in the room and the three girls were on the bed.
"What're you going to do tomorrow?" Clive asked once they'd calmed down.
"You too, unless your parents have something else in mind," Julia told him. She wasn't surprised when he shrugged and she then said, "As far as I know we'll decide tomorrow… either the pool or playing what we have." She studied the boy and asked, "Did you want to do something in particular?"
"You can say you know," Peter said to his brother when he saw him hesitating.
"I'd like to go bowling," Clive said in a rush. "It just looks… fun. It is fun," he corrected himself since he and his family had played on the bowling alley already since moving in with the Castles. "But… we don't have to," he added before they were looking at the door since his father was speaking while he and the other adults entered.
"We do need to let the Castles decide," Isaac told his sons.
"No you… wait, I mean we do discuss it together but our family isn't going to decide it," Castle told him.
"Oh…" Isaac said.
"We have the whole day," Beckett reminded them.
"She's right," Genevieve said in agreement. "But what we'll do afterwards we'll have to see."
"Do we need to go downstairs?" Clive asked with a sigh.
"We do, the girls are going to sleep soon I was told," Isaac said with a smile.
"We'll get the chairs," Castle said when the boys were turning to them after they had stood.
"I'll see you in the morning," Peter was saying to his girlfriend when they were left alone next to the bed.
"What did you want to do?" Eve asked him.
"Bowling too, but I'd love to play in the game room the rest of the day," Peter explained.
"Me too," Eve replied before they were looking down at their clasped hands. She glanced at the adults who were more towards the door and she leaned into Peter, kissing his cheek swiftly. "Night," she told him with a smile.
"Night," Peter said, bringing her hand up so he could kiss the back of it. He did that in a rush, waiting for someone to comment but was relieved when he heard nothing and let her go.
"We'll be back when it's time for you three to go to bed," Castle told the girls once Peter was with his family.
"Okay," Julia said with a quick nod. When the others had gone she went back to her bed with Mari and Eve and said, "You managed a kiss."
"Yeah," the young woman replied.
"Not enough?" Mari asked with a smile.
"No, you'll understand when you get to this point," Eve said. She sighed and then told the two, "I want to really kiss him."
"You haven't yet?" Julia asked in surprise.
"A couple times, but we had to be really fast," Eve said. "So…" she said, trailing off and waving her hand.
"It wasn't that good?" Julia said slowly.
"Oh no, it was," Eve said. "But we were kind of mashing our lips and stopped."
"You're right, that does sound fast," Mari said, not surprised the young woman was nodding in agreement. She then said, "You haven't used tongues yet have you?"
"No," Eve said, unable to help smiling since Mari's tone was hesitant. "That's going to need to wait."
"When you have more time?" Julia asked.
"Maybe," Eve said, speaking slowly as she was thinking. "To be honest I asked my mom how she and Dad started kissing like that and she told me that it just happened."
"They had time," Mari commented.
"Yeah, they didn't date until they were in their twenties," Eve said. "Well… she was, my dad was thirty two when they met," she corrected herself before Julia was asking her about that age difference though she wasn't that surprised by the question.
"Does your dad ever worry about that?" the teen asked.
"Sometimes, but Mom always tells him to stop it," Eve said. She then made a brief face before saying, "He doesn't do that in front of us but I was walking by their room one time and I heard them talking."
"Is it that bad?" Mari asked.
"No, but I think our dads are worried our moms will mind it," Julia said, seeing Eve nodding in agreement.
"Why would they?" Mari said.
"Who knows," Eve answered, Julia shrugging her shoulders. She was startled when the teen and Mari were suddenly sharing a look when it came to her and she said, "I'm not going to be like that with Peter."
"We didn't want to ask," Mari said, Julia nodding in agreement.
"I'm not surprised you were thinking of it," Eve said, smiling at them. "And I've thought of it before but he doesn't mind."
"You've talked about it before haven't you?" Julia asked.
"Yeah," Eve replied. "I brought it up and he said he liked that I was older."
"Really?" Julia and Mari asked at the same time.
Smiling when the pair were sharing a look, Eve said, "He did, and then he was really worried that he sounded gross."
"Not really," Mari said. She smiled when Julia and Eve were looking at her in surprise and said, "Two years isn't that bad… unless he said if you were even older than him it was what he liked."
Shaking her head Eve explained, "He said two years was perfect."
Julia couldn't help giggling before she said, "I think that's his way of saying you're perfect for him… or he thinks you are." She made a face and said, "I'm no good with romance."
"Give it a little time," Eve said. "I was the same way you are, or you think you are."
Shrugging Julia said, "I'm not dating so nope."
"Don't be that hard on yourself," Mari said, nudging her with her elbow. "You can write romance."
"You are?" Eve asked.
"Sort of," Julia said. "I'm kind of writing a twenties novel, but since I'm only thirteen it's just practice."
"And you've gotten to read it," Eve told Mari.
Nodding the girl said, "She showed me a scene between the man and woman she's going to have be together. And then she wrote a little scene between the two guys… and there are the main characters, two women who are together."
"It's obvious?" Julia asked as Eve was smiling wider and wider while their friend had spoken.
"A little, but you do know your parents, Patrick and Trevor and Skye and Mary more than just random people," Eve told her.
"Well… I'm not making them exactly like them," Julia said. "Just what they do investigating stuff."
"Is there anything with airplanes?" Eve inquired.
Shaking her head, Julia said, "It's going to be in San Francisco… it is in San Francisco," correcting herself hurriedly. "And the three men have a private detective agency and the women help them."
"Are any of them family?" Eve asked.
"The straight woman is sisters with one of the two men together. One of the gay women is the sister of the straight guy," Julia said. "That makes sense right?"
"It does," Eve said. She then glanced at Mari and said, "I don't think it does to her."
"Why don't you just tell her the names?" the girl said.
Laughing Julia said, "It'll take too much time."
"Which we don't have a ton of," Eve said, looking at the nearest clock. "But that sounds like a good idea for a lot of books."
"Yeah, I told my parents and they agreed," Julia replied, smiling. "I mean I want to write them together but I'm a little young to write more than just kissing so…"
"It's good practice," Eve said, not surprised when the teen nodded. She then said, "Your parents know you're writing it right?"
"I almost kept it a secret," Julia said. When Mari waved she said, "Except for her."
"I'm not surprised," Eve said, smiling since Julia had pretended to look annoyed. "And they think it's a good idea."
"Dad was really happy I was planning to keep writing," the teen said, smiling since she was remembering her father's reaction. "And that I shouldn't worry about how it reads since I'm young. He went through the same thing."
"If they become books you'll sign my copy right?" Eve asked.
"I'll give you a signed copy," Julia said before she suddenly laughed.
"What?" Eve said, looking at Mari who was frowning slightly at their friend.
"Sorry, I just remembered a story my parents told me about the first case they worked on when they first met," Julia said, then relating it to the two.
"You told me about that," Mari said. "But I don't think you told me about him stealing a file."
"Oh… oh you're right, I just told you about Dad kissing Mom on the cheek," Julia said, thinking that over for a moment. "But yeah, he was distracting her from that."
"He got arrested didn't he?" Eve asked.
"Yep, but they dropped the charges and my dad never left my mom alone after that," Julia said.
"Hey, I resent that," Castle said, standing in the doorway.
"She's not wrong though," Beckett told her husband teasingly while she walked past him into the room.
"Eventually you didn't mind that," Castle commented.
"How long did that take?" Mari asked with a smile.
"Not that long," Beckett said before her husband could speak. "But if you're wondering when that became romantic that took a while longer."
"I had a feeling," Eve said.
"Me too," Mari agreed with her before they were laughing together.
"Don't be mad," Julia said to her father when he pretended to frown at them. "We were talking about romance and stuff and it came up."
"I'm not surprised… though haven't you asked Eve everything you could?" Castle asked.
"No," Julia and Mari said at the same time before they were giggling.
"They're right," Eve said, smiling at the two. "And I don't mind, I would have asked someone if I knew they were dating when I was their age. Ages."
"You know, I would have too," Castle said.
"I did," Beckett said. She smiled when everyone immediately looked at her and said, "Someone on the same floor I lived on was a few years older than me. So I asked. Now-"
"Is it time to go to bed?" Julia interrupted since she was aware her mother was going to change the subject.
"It is," Castle said in agreement. "But you knew that was coming," he added when the three girls were groaning in annoyance.
"That doesn't mean we're going to like it," Mari said, smiling at Julia when she playfully nudged her side.
"Mom?" Julia asked while her dad was getting the air mattress ready for Eve.
"Yes?" Beckett replied.
"When I start to date I can talk to you about stuff right?" Julia asked.
"Of course, I would prefer if you did," Beckett said, wrapping her arm around her daughter's shoulder before they were turning to Mari when she was speaking in a feigned whine.
"You're not going to talk to me?" the girl asked.
"Yeah, but I wanted to talk to my mom too," Julia said, smiling at her friend's tone. "I mean some stuff is going to be too embarrassing to talk to her about."
"Good, that's where I come in," Mari said before she was laughing with the others. After they had calmed down, she said, "But not yet."
"No," Julia replied with a smile before they were looking at her father.
"It's ready," Castle said.
"We'll go to sleep," Julia told her mother when she turned to her and her friends.
"I hope so, we're probably going to have a busy day tomorrow since you two are staying until after dinner," Beckett said, reminding the girls.
"Night Dad," Julia said, going over to her father first. She shared a hug with him and said, "Love you."
"Love you too sweetheart," Castle said. "Try not to talk too much."
"We won't," Julia said laughingly when her father kissed her cheek. She did the same to him before she went to her mother and they were embracing each other before she said, "I love you Mom."
"I love you Julia," Beckett said. "Please sleep."
"We will," Julia said, smiling when her friends were immediately agreeing with her. She got onto her bed once Mari had and they were saying goodnight to her parents with Eve before they were leaving her room.
"Are we going to talk now?" Mari murmured once they were alone and the lights were off.
"No, I know they're going to come back to check on us," Julia said. "And soon, they went to check on Josa and Lizzy."
"You can tell?" Eve asked.
"Yeah, the way they walked down the hall they're on this side upstairs and not their room on the other," Julia explained before she looked over at the doorway. "I guess it's goodnight," she told them. When her friends were saying the same she closed her eyes, hearing her parents pausing by her doorway before they were walking again just before she was falling asleep after everything she'd been up to that day.
Walking into the bedroom, Castle closed the door behind him and locked the door quietly since his wife was reading on the couch. Making his way over to her he sat with her before he took his phone out of his pocket. He turned it on but was watching Beckett out of the corner of his eye for a while until he reached over.
Feeling her husband's arm wrapping around her, Beckett glanced at him before she turned her attention back to her book. She was able to read another page before Castle's hand was rubbing at her shoulder and she closed the book before she said, "You-" interrupted when he was kissing her. Though she was momentarily startled at the suddenness of it, she wasn't too stunned since she'd had a feeling her husband was going to start their night alone. She was responding eagerly, holding onto him tightly though her book was still in her hand. When her husband grunted and suddenly pulled away she told him, "That's what happens when you surprise me," smiling when he was speaking while he took the tome that had been poking into his back from her.
"I didn't want to bother you while you were reading," Castle commented, setting the book on the table on his side. He paused and then asked her, "Did you want to keep reading?"
Merely shaking her head at him, Beckett waited for him to put down her book before he was turning to her and she wrapped her arms around him before pressing her lips to his. She wasn't surprised when he was responding immediately and holding onto her before he was pulling her onto his lap. She was tilting her head when his tongue slipped into her mouth and was pleased when he was tangling his tongue with hers before they began to duel hungrily.
When they parted, Castle was moving to her neck and kissing around to both sides to press his lips to her pulse before he was gently nipping at her skin. When he pulled away he moved to her lips and kissed her yet again before he was slipping his hands underneath her blouse and she was making him stop. "Too much?" he asked.
"No," Beckett replied before she was closing the gap between them. She was slow that time, gently parting her lips just before he was following her lead and their tongues met in between their mouths. They were gently rubbing against each other at first, but she was soon pressing her husband's tongue back into his mouth. She was pleased when he allowed it without trying to fight against her, and they were rolling their tongues before he was pressing against her. Holding onto him a little harder, she felt his hands slipping under her shirt but didn't stop him that time since she was relishing in the way he caressed at her back.
Pressing his forehead to his wife's once they'd parted to catch their breath, Castle told her, "You're beautiful love."
Smiling Beckett said, "Don't worry, we have to take care of those wins remember."
Pretending to think that over, Castle nodded and then suddenly stood, taking her with him to her laughter. He carried her to the bed and was about to set her down when he said, "Would you mind if I take mine first?"
"Alright," Beckett said in amusement before he was carrying her around the bed to the table behind it. "Can I ask what you had in mind exactly?" she said once he'd set her down. She was taken aback briefly when he leaned into her, half expecting him to kiss her. When he instead murmured into her ear she was smiling and then closing her eyes since he had begun nibbling at her earlobe. "Wait, Rick," she said, a little breathless once she'd shaken herself. "You didn't finish," she told him when he pulled back a little and saw he was looking at her in confusion.
Castle was about to speak before he stopped himself and then told her, "I can't help myself."
"I can tell," Beckett said with a smile before he was leaning into her. She felt a thrill go through her at the way he was sensuous that time and she was clutching tightly at him before they were slowly parting. "What do you want?" she reminded him since he hadn't finished telling her.
Brushing his lips to hers Castle said, "I've changed my mind."
"Oh?" Beckett asked, her voice beginning to shake a little since her husband was kissing at her neck. When he started to suck at her pulse to her left, her eyes fluttered closed before she was clutching at him tighter when her legs began to feel a little weak. Realizing that, she was stopping her husband and told him, "Rick you… wait."
Nearly tearing himself away, Castle said, "Yeah I… I've told you you're a goddess right?"
"You've mentioned it," Beckett said with a smile before he was letting her go. She wasn't surprised when he was pulling her to the bed then and followed closely before she was reaching for his buttons as soon as he turned to her. "Don't," she said firmly when he was beginning to take her hands before he was swiftly responding.
"I want to go first," Castle said. He wasn't surprised when his wife was hesitating and he said, "Then we'll have to take turns."
"I'm first," Beckett said firmly, beginning to unbutton his shirt. She tugged it out of his jeans when she had reached them and was going to take it off his shoulders before he stopped her. "Why-" she started to ask before he was reaching for her blouse and pulling it off of her with her help since she couldn't really stop him. She was going to reach for his shirt again when he was grasping at her ass firmly and making her gasp before she arched against him. "Rick," she gasped to him.
"Yes?" Castle asked. He wasn't surprised when she was tugging at the shoulders of his shirt hard and he said, "You're mad."
"No," Beckett replied before he was leaning down to her once his shirt was with her blouse on the floor. She took his kiss and they were wrapping their arms around each other before he was ending the kiss with a grunt.
"Let me…" Castle started to say as he reached for her bra. He didn't rush to it, giving her a chance to protest before he was unhooking it when she merely stared at him. He discarded the black silk before he was gently cupping her breasts in his hands while she moaned and then spoke suddenly, gently making him stop fondling her and flicking his thumbs over her nipples though her voice was a little unsteady in pleasure.
"You still haven't told me love," Beckett said, relieved she'd been able to actually talk.
"Not yet," Castle assured her. He wasn't surprised when she gave him a look but he didn't respond, instead leaning down and kissing at her breasts before he suckled gently at each of her nipples. When he was standing again he let her open the fly of his jeans before he was pulling them off. He was just about to reach for her pants when she was stopping him and tugging down his boxers to his surprise.
"You look uncomfortable," Beckett said simply. She couldn't help smiling at the way her husband was breathing out roughly but focused on getting the fabric off of him. She let him take over eventually, pulling off her own pants while he was distracted with that. She half expected him to comment but when he was grabbing for her she said, "I thought that might be what you wanted."
"It isn't," Castle assured her before he was kissing her, pulling her firmly to him. He plunged his tongue into her mouth roughly and with hers there to meet him he couldn't control himself and kissed her a little wildly. He wasn't sure exactly how he managed to pull away from her, but he finally did and told her, "Don't be mad."
"Unless you're going to throw me I won't be," Beckett replied in amusement before they were kissing tenderly. She smiled when he then picked her up and started to laugh since he laid her down gently. "You're a nerd," she teased him.
"And you love that," Castle said though he was hooking his fingers in her panties and then pulling them down. Once they were discarded he moved to kiss her, doing so gently before he moved to her ear and explained what he wanted for his earlier win.
"Alright," Beckett said before her husband could pull away from her after he'd finished speaking. She smiled when he looked at her, startled, and said, "It's a benefit to me too."
"I want to call you pervert so badly," Castle confessed to her. He smiled when she laughed but it was brief and he was leaning down to her, kissing her tenderly before they were parting and she was settling back on the pillows behind her. "Goddess," he breathed as he took in her body.
"Sheik," Beckett replied. She squeezed at his arms and asked, "Do you want me to start now?"
"That would be nice," Castle replied though he was staring at her breasts. When she brushed her fingers against his jaw he looked up at her and grabbed at her hand before kissing her palm.
Smiling at her husband, Beckett gently slipped her hand away and reached down to herself, sliding her fingers over her clit. She closed her eyes at the pleasure that rushed through her, opening them again to see her husband was staring at her. Smiling again, she slid her fingers lower and gently fingered her entrance before dipping her first two inside.
Castle was nearly breathless watching her fingers withdrawing, glistening with her own moisture and he grasped his erection quickly. When she gently slid her fingers over his length he was groaning at the initial sensation but did his best to calm down before she was repeating the process. Since it was what he had asked for her thanked her the best he could before she was smiling at him.
"Promise me you'll do what I want," Beckett replied.
"Anything," Castle said, closing his eyes tightly when she was slipping her fingers down his member again. "You… what do you want?" he asked her.
"Dominate me," Beckett said simply. She wasn't surprised when her husband's eyes went wide and she nodded saying, "I mean that. And don't ask how much I want, after all these years you know what I like."
"I do," Castle said. He looked down at himself and said, "Before we start." At his wife's nod he said, "Then this kind of became pointless."
"No it didn't," Beckett said firmly, holding her first two fingers to his lips. She smiled when he was sucking at them and told him, "I can do it again."
"Could…" Castle started to say in a rush before he was quickly stopping himself. He wasn't surprised when his wife was looking at him questioningly but didn't respond, leaning down and kissing her. He felt her clutching at him and he couldn't help deepening the kiss before they were slowly parting. "Turn over," he told her.
With her husband's husky tone of voice, Beckett didn't offer any protest and did so, gasping when he slapped his hand on her. He was grasping her ass with one hand and she said, "Are you just going to do that?"
"You'll see," Castle told her firmly before he slapped her lightly again. He saw she was pushing herself up and he made her stop telling her, "You didn't ask what I wanted to do."
"A technicality?" Beckett replied before she was gasping and biting at her lower lip when her husband was slapping her ass again. "Rick-" she started to say.
"This was what you wanted," Castle said. He kissed at her back several times before he was moving her onto it and he proceeded to immediately bury his face in between her legs. He felt a thrill at her cry before he was focusing on licking at her. He did that for a while, relishing in the taste of her arousal and her saying his name once in a while between her gasps before he pulled back and made her turn onto her side.
"What's wrong?" Beckett asked after her husband had slapped her ass a few times and then stopped.
"I can't continue that," Castle confessed. "I hate you being submissive."
Though she hadn't really been that much, Beckett merely nodded since she was aware of how her husband felt. She turned over and sat up, kissing him gently on the lips and said, "It's a relief to hear that. But I do like playing with it."
"Oh don't worry, I loved playing with you too just now," Castle said with a smile.
"Pervert," Beckett told him, smiling back at him. They were growing serious at the same time before they were leaning into one another and kissing gently. She felt her entire body throbbing at the sensation of her husband slowly becoming sensuous before she was clutching at his back. There was no surprise to her when he was running his hands over her back until they were parting to breathe. As he was kissing around her neck she said with a moan when he sucked at her skin, "Rick… you have to let me…"
Not surprised when his wife couldn't continue, since he'd begun fondling at her breasts, Castle pulled away and asked, "You want to get my cock slick enough for your pussy?"
Taking a moment to respond to that, Beckett finally said, "Yes, I do."
"Vixen," Castle said, letting her lay down before he was on his knees in between her spread legs. Once she was ready he looked on again while she was spreading her arousal over his length. As soon as she had stopped he said, "You're leaving this up to me?"
"You're going to dominate a little more?" Beckett asked with a smile though she was tense in her anticipation of their lovemaking.
"I'd like to," Castle said seriously.
"Hmm, start my love," Beckett instructed him before he was shaking his head to her surprise.
"One request," Castle said. When she was just looking at him questioningly he told her, "Hold yourself open for me."
"With pleasure," Beckett replied before she spread her folds with her right hand, holding onto his arm with her other while he moved to enter her. When the tip of him slid inside of her she was gasping at the sudden sensation of him but soon calmed a little while he pressed further in her. "Oh… Rick are… you going to go… th-this slow?" she managed to say since he wasn't going any faster sinking inside her sex.
"Not the entire time," Castle said firmly though his voice was quavering slightly. She was tight and still incredibly slick around him and he was groaning heavily once their hips were pressed tight. "Your pussy is… incredible love. You are," he told her in a rush.
Smiling briefly Beckett said, "Your cock is the same."
"Not me?" Castle asked, pausing before he was about to thrust.
"Yes," Beckett said with a smirk before her husband's lips were crushing hers. She recovered from the slight shock the suddenness of the action elicited and was responding to him hungrily sliding her fingers through his hair before he moved. Feeling his hips drawing away from her, she was gasping in pleasure at the sensation and ending their kiss before she told him, "Please… love," not surprised when he was quick to respond once he'd pulled away from her breasts he'd been brushing kisses to.
"Harder?" Castle asked. He saw her nodding before he was doing so and took in the cries coming from his wife as she was moving with him. He realized he hadn't noticed her feet were flat on the bed but was feeling the result of it since their hips were slapping together. He relished that noise adding to Beckett's cries and moans and he was aware they weren't going to last much longer. He kissed her lightly before moving to her breasts and brushed his lips over them repeatedly before she was pushing on his back.
When her husband raised his head to hers Beckett was kissing him and pressing her tongue into his mouth before they were dueling voraciously. She could feel the pleasure in her body rising and she did her best to distract herself from it before it became too much. In the end, she only lasted a little longer before she was warning him calling out, "Oh… fuck… Rick… I'm going to come… My love… please," gasping out the last before her back arched. Her orgasm was hitting her roughly and she was clawing at her husband's back before he was joining her. The ecstasy rushed through her body and she nearly found a second peak before she was stilling, trembling slightly in her joy.
Continuing to move rapidly in his wife, Castle was almost startled when he stopped and did his best not to collapse on her before he was catching his breath. It took him a little but once he had he mumbled her name into her neck, smiling when she laughed though he could feel her sex tightening around him while she did that. Raising his head he told her, "I was planning on making love with you."
"I'm not surprised," Beckett replied, smiling herself. She smoothed her husband's hair on the back of his head and told him, "But I think it was better to do it that way."
"Too much before?" Castle asked.
"It was for me," Beckett said firmly, not surprised when her husband was nodding. She smiled and kissed his cheek before she said, "Get off me love."
Though he wanted to ask if they couldn't be together again, Castle was carefully withdrawing from her and laying on his back. As she settled against his side he asked her, "Is that it for tonight?"
"I get the feeling you're trying to make sure it isn't," Beckett said.
"And that's it for you?" Castle asked pointedly.
"Not yet," Beckett replied, turning to lay on top of her husband before she was kissing him deeply. Wrapping her arms around him while he was sitting up she pulled away and told him, "Definitely not for a while."
"I love you," Castle told her while he was spanning the small of her back with his hands.
"I love you too Rick," Beckett replied before she was leaning into him for a kiss. She wasn't surprised when neither of them lingered, instead moving to swiftly couple again so they could begin to make love.
"Julia?"
Her eyes blinking open, the teen turned her head and saw Mari was laying on her side, looking at her. "Morning?" Julia told her sleepily.
"Yeah, it is," Eve said from the air mattress. "We're getting up?"
"What time is it?" Julia asked instead of answering since her friend was looking at her phone.
"Eight… oh two," Mari read to them.
"Yeah, we're getting up," Julia finally answered Eve's question before they were laughing and getting off their respective beds. After they were dressed she said, "If you want to go see Peter you could," not surprised the young woman was teasing her back.
"Do you know how much trouble I would be in?" Eve said.
"You couldn't go down though?" Mari asked. When her friends were both looking at her she quickly said, "Seriously, Clive is in the room too."
"I don't think the parents will be happy about that," Julia commented.
"She's right, especially with Peter's parents right there in the next room," Eve said. "And we'll see him at breakfast anyway."
"You mean you will," Julia said with a smile.
"You would go if you could, wouldn't you?" Mari asked Eve then, smiling herself.
"I would," the young woman admitted before they were laughing.
After the three had changed they left the room with Julia leading the way before they were downstairs and in the kitchen. "Morning," she told her parents since they were there already making breakfast.
"Hey, good morning girls," Castle said, a little distracted by the scrambled eggs he was finishing at that moment.
"Should we start setting the table?" Julia asked after her mother had told them good morning as well.
"I think you can wait for a little longer," Beckett replied with a smile. "The Lennoxes aren't here yet?"
"Oh, now they are," Castle said, looking down the hall while he was getting the scrambled eggs into a bowl.
After everyone had said good morning to each other, Julia realized something and asked, "Where are-"
"The game room," Beckett answered. "I think they're playing that's why they didn't come to see everyone."
"Can we go over there?" Mari asked hopefully.
"Yeah, you can get Eliza, breakfast is ready," Castle said.
"What about setting the table?" Julia asked. She suddenly gasped and said, "We're eating in there aren't we?"
"And then we're going to bowl," Castle commented. "And then we'll discuss what else we'll do."
"Game room?" Julia suggested since Peter had mentioned it the night before.
"Sure, why not," Castle said, not surprised when the kids were laughing before his wife was stopping them.
"We'll let you have the morning off, we'll bring over everything we need just make sure your sisters know we're going to eat," Beckett told them.
"Sure," Julia said before they were hurrying down the hall as fast as they could without running.
"You're not regretting doing this are you?" Castle asked his wife after the Lennoxes had taken the plates and utensils down the hall.
"No, I do trust our girls," Beckett said. "Peter and Clive's parents are there and Mari and Eve are well behaved." She then touched her husband's arm to stop him from loading a tray and said, "But do I need to worry about you?"
Castle said quietly, "After last night you're going to call me a twelve year old?"
"When we're around those games?" Beckett teased him. She burst out laughing when her husband was grabbing at her and kissing her neck, pretending to do so wildly. "Hmm," she sighed in joy when he was soon nuzzling at her gently. "Thank you for taking it easy," she told him, smiling at his instant reaction.
"I'm trying to suppress that whole twelve year old thing," Castle explained.
"I don't think you need to worry about it," Beckett replied. She took his kiss he brushed to her lips and told him, "But we really should stop."
"Do we honestly have to?" Castle asked. He wasn't surprised when she was just looking at him and he said, "No one's coming."
"At the moment," Beckett said before her husband was kissing her. She was responding as soon as she had recovered, holding onto him and trying to tangle her tongue around his since he was doing the same to her. When they parted she smiled and said, "You had to take advantage."
"You read my mind," Castle said while he was smiling back at her. He brushed his lips to hers and then told her, "And you're not angry."
"How can I be?" Beckett said. She couldn't help laughing softly at the shrug of his shoulders and then said, "You should let go of me now though love," not surprised when he was quick to respond.
"Should or have to?" Castle asked.
"Have to," Beckett said, laughing softly when he pretended to purse his lips while he looked thoughtful.
"I really don't feel like I should," Castle commented.
Beckett wasn't surprised when he was leaning into her and they were kissing briefly before they turned at the cry of their youngest. "Now you need to," she told him firmly, not surprised when he was quickly doing so.
"Mama," Josie said. "Come to play," she told her.
"You don't want to eat breakfast first?" Castle asked her with a smile. He laughed when the toddler was nodding rapidly and he kissed her cheek before Beckett did the same to Josie's other cheek.
"Mama?" the toddler asked her.
"Yes sweetie?" Beckett replied as she walked over to the island.
"I love you," Josie said.
"I love you too," Beckett said with a smile before they were sharing a kiss.
"What about me?" Castle asked, going over to them.
"I love you Dada," Josie said quickly and seriously.
"I love you ceann beag," Castle said before they were sharing a kiss. "Now are you ready for breakfast?" He shared a smile with his wife when Josie was nodding somberly and he kissed her cheek before his wife was setting her down. He watched her going down the hall, Rosie walking next to her as if to herd her and he said, "I guess getting the dogs helped."
Shaking her head, Beckett told him, "Get the food love."
"Right," Castle said, following her to the counter. He wasn't surprised when she was turning to him immediately and he said, "I'm getting the food," in a rush.
"Not that," Beckett said before she wrapped her arms around him tightly. As he leaned into her she wasn't surprised her husband hadn't needed to be told what she wanted and they were kissing deeply though briefly.
Once they'd parted, Castle and Beckett brushed their lips together once before they were reluctantly letting each other go. Though they kept glancing at one another, they were getting their breakfast so they could eat and begin their Sunday with their family and friends.
