Hello once again!

This is Chapter 6, and I hope you enjoy it!

This is a short one, so I hope you look forward to the next chapter which is VERY long.

It has also come to my attention that my chapters are not loading. I don't know what to do since I am still very knew to this so think of this chapter as a way of seeing if you all can see this!

I have been looking on the Internet to try to find a solution but I haven't found one yet so if you know how to fix it please leave it in the reviews

SUMMER IS FULL OF PAIN

As summer started, Naruto didn't go out much; he was always next to Haruto.

Haruto, his best friend, was hurt, and he couldn't do anything to help; it hurt Naruto, being powerless and having to watch as Haruto suffered.

After three weeks of rehabilitation, Haruto was finally better.

They took walks together to help Haruto's body recover, walking to the playground, the academy, and the ramen stand. They went everywhere.

After two weeks of messing around with Haruto, it was time for life to throw a curveball into Naruto's life once more.

While walking to the playground, they were suddenly surrounded by villagers.

As Naruto looked around, his heart started pumping fast; he suddenly became aware of everything around him once again—the wind, the trees swaying, clothes and fur rustling, the eyes, the eyes were always so full of hatred.

He then saw that people were letting a person walk through, "Why is this happening?! What did I ever do to deserve this?!" Naruto thought to himself.

Haruto then sniffed the air and began growling; Naruto noticed this and became scared.

"Did you think that I would let you off the hook? You don't have your friends to protect you now!" The voice said.

Naruto instantly recognized it, it was Mebuki. He grew so scared he forgot to breathe. He started to run away into the forest with Haruto following behind.

Both of them heard the sound of footsteps coming towards them; some of which grew closer and closer no matter how fast they ran.

As they continued to run farther and farther, Naruto began to regain his senses; he quickly observed his surroundings and leapt onto a branch. "Come on, Haruto!" Naruto shouted.

Haruto bit Naruto's pant leg, and once Naruto felt the weight, he launched him to another branch with a swing of his leg.

Haruto then landed on the branch, and Naruto climbed up after him.

Naruto then ran and jumped onto Haruto's branch; he then grabbed Haruto and together they continued to run from branch to branch, this time heading back to the village.

The civilians didn't have the stamina of a ninja or the mindset of a ninja, but they were still smart.

The civilians helped each other climb up the branches and followed Naruto.

Naruto then used a thin branch as a vine and swung across to another branch; he then broke the one he used to swing and continued running. He laughed for a bit before focusing back on running.

They then saw a light, "There it is, Haruto! The exit to the forest!" Naruto stated with pure joy in his voice.

Haruto let out a small squeak of happiness.

As they exited the forest, Naruto ran to the only safe place he knew of - the Hokage's office.

As he ran, he had to take shortcuts and go through hard-to-access areas to lose the villagers.

He ran as fast as he could and fortunately, he made it.

Mebuki and the villagers made his summer a living hell, he had to sleep at the office sometimes because of them.

They broke into his apartment multiple times, and many things were stolen from him.

However Hiruzen gave Naruto new things to replace what was stolen so he didn't really care. He also gained some protection because Hiruzen couldn't be bothered with Naruto everyday.

Before he knew it, the academy's second year had begun, and Naruto finally had a break.

A bit of a filler chapter but it shows how Naruto's summer goes . . . maybe I should put these chapters separate from the main story but oh well.

Yeah, I don't really know how to make fights so I hope you can tolerate my horrible writing.

Like I said in the beginning, there will definitely be a much larger chapter tomorrow, so I hope you look forward to it.
