FRIENDS DAY OFF

As Naruto left the academy he had a big grin on his face, 'I can't believe I finally became a ninja!' Naruto thought as he put his hands behind his head.

While walking with Haruto, he heard Kiba call his name, "Hey Naruto! Who do you think we'll get for our team sensei?" Kiba asked as he ran up to Naruto with Akamaru on his head.

Naruto gave it some thought, he didn't trust the ninja from the village anymore after all that had happened so he didn't know who to expect.

While thinking of an answer he realized something, "Hey Kiba, do you think we'll get in the same team?" He asked.

Kiba, Akamaru, and Haruto all seemed surprised. Kiba grabbed Akamaru from his head and held him in his arms and started getting him, "I don't know but it'll be a big pain if we aren't" Kiba said while rubbing Akamaru's head.

As Naruto thought about it he copied Kiba by grabbing Haruto and started rubbing his head. He decided to not get too deep into the thought and remembered about his present from the Hokage, "Hey Kiba, you want to come to my place and play some games?" Naruto asked with a smile.

'Naruto has a gaming console?!' Kiba thought in shock. Kiba then shook his head violently as if he was clearing his mind, "Sure! It would be nice to get the mind off wouldn't it?" Kiba said with a grin and with a bark from Akamaru.

Naruto thought about all the fun they would have but then he realized that he hasn't spent much time with the rest of his friends compared to Kiba, "We should invite everyone too, it would be a great way to get closer with them too" Naruto said with a smile and excitement.

Kiba thought about it for a while but ultimately came to a conclusion, "sure let's invite them, if we get them in our team it would really help" Kiba said with a small smile.

After they invited their friends Naruto and Haruto headed back to their apartment while they all got permission, besides one of them, they got ready instead.

As Naruto entered the apartment he realized that it was a mess that was definitely not suitable for others coming over, "This is dirtier than a back alley, and I've seen my share of them more than I'd like to admit"

Naruto then put his hands into a crossing position, "Shadow clone jutsu!"

3 Naruto's came out of puffs of smoke and then instantly went to clean, one focused on the bedroom, another the bathroom, and the third went to the kitchen, the main Naruto stayed in the living room to clean.

After 2 hours of cleaning they had finally finished, "finally, it looks as clean as Ichiraku Ramen now! And that place is the cleanest place I know!"

As Naruto sat down on the couch he remembered something important at any event, "snacks!"

He then got up and looked for snacks but didn't find any, "I hope they're fine with ramen" Naruto said to himself with a chuckle.

Then a voice came from the door, along with a rustle of a bag, "I'm fine with ramen."

As he looked at the door he saw his friends Shikamaru, Choji, Shino, Kiba, Hinata, and Hitomi, all standing at the doorway.

Naruto looked at them surprised and wondered how long they were there, "hey guys, how long were you watching?" Naruto asked nervously.

Shikamaru, the smartest person in class but also the laziest replied, "We've been watching for the past 10 minutes, we didn't feel like interrupting" Shikamaru said lazily while holding Haruto in his arms.

Naruto looked confused and realized that Haruto wasn't on his head anymore, he then looked at them and wondered if they just didn't want to help. Naruto pushed those thoughts away and set up the gaming console.

They then started playing a fighting game, Naruto got paired up with Hitomi and Hinata while Kiba was teamed up with Shikamaru, Choji, and Shino. When they had all left Naruto had one conversation stuck in his head.

1 hour into the game, Shikamaru came with an interesting question, "hey I've been wondering about something for the past few days now but . . . with Hitomi back, that leaves an odd number of kids in a team, there's going to be at least one left out" Shikamaru said lazily like always.

The game seemed to stop as they all thought about it, it made sense one of them would be left out.

"Don't worry about it! I'm sure it'll be alright!" Kiba said while sporting a grin plastered onto his face.

The group took after Kiba and quickly pushed the thought away and went back to playing.

However, hours after they had all left for the night, Naruto was stuck thinking about it as he laid down next to Haruto.

Naruto then went to sleep with Haruto close nearby.

Alright, well what should I do now? Please give me team suggestions! seriously I have been having huge trouble with this

partially why this chapter is so small is because of school, it's been hectic; a big part of it is because of Fortnite! I've been grinding in order to get level 70 and I actually did on Friday so congratulations to me!

I can't wait to play the new season!

But yeah, 2 chapters left till I go on break of writing, my own time skip ark lol.
