Nora looked up at the night sky where she saw a shooting star. Her eyes lit up and closed her eyes. "Oh Hylia, hear my prayer. Please make me immune to the heat in Death Mountain. I can't stand drinking another vial of that nasty Fireproof Elixir… please… make me immune to Death Mountain's fire!"
She opened her eyes to see the shooting star… coming right for her. Her eyes sparkled. "Wow, I've never seen one up close…!" She said in awe before her eyes widened. "Uh oh!"
She tried to run, but the shooting star was way faster. "AAAAAAH!"
CRASH!
"I'm still amazed you're alive." Cinder said.
"Eh, I'm sturdy as a rock!" Nora chuckled.
The trio heard a roar, which made Weiss jump as they saw Vah Rudania walking over Death Mountain.
"Come on! I'll whip something up for ya." Nora said nonchalantly as they walked into Goron City.
BGM: Goron City - Day (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
"Whoa…" Weiss whispered as she looked around as Gorons went about their day.
"Over here!" Nora called out to her as Weiss walked over to her shop, where she saw various weapons and armors in her workshop.
"Oh my! That's pretty-"
Weiss felt something on her waist as she looked down to see Nora taking measurements.
"What are you doing?"
"Just taking some measurements!" Nora said. "Hmm… I do have something that could tide you over."
"What is it?" Weiss asked as Nora looked into her drawers.
"Let's see… they've gotta be around here somewhere…" Nora mumbled as she looked through them. "Aha!" She pulled out two earrings. "Fireshield Earrings! This'll protect ya from the extreme heat!"
"Oh cool." Weiss said as she looked at them. "I… uh… I never got my ears pierced."
"You haven't? Well, let me have the honor of piercing them for ya."
She then grabbed some pliers and walked over to a pool of lava inside of the workshop. "Wait… why do you have a pool of lava in your workshop?!"
"Best use for blacksmithing~!" Nora smiled as she reached in with the pliers and pulled out a stake. "Nah, too big… too big… still too big… way too big… small enough for an ant, ah, here we go!" Nora pulled out a small one.
"I… have a bad feeling about this…" Weiss whimpered.
"Oh relax." Nora dumped some water onto the stake, causing Weiss to sigh in relief. "It's not gonna hurt… much."
"M-much?" Weiss went completely pale as Nora giddily walked over to her.
"Time to get those ears pierced!"
"Wait! Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait! WAIT! WAAAAIT!"
Meanwhile, at the North Abandoned Mine…
A Fire Lizalfos aimed at a bird flying by with his bow, the Fire Arrow trained on it…
"OOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!"
The Lizalfos jumped, missing his shot as he fired at a fellow Lizalfos by accident. The Fire Lizalfos grimaced and looked the other way with a whistle while his fellow monster glared at him from afar.
Back at Goron City…
"Hmm… wonder if I did it wrong. Are you supposed to be bleeding from both ears?" Nora wondered.
"YOU SHOVED A DAMN STAKE INTO MY EAR WITH A FREAKING SLEDGEHAMMER! TWICE!"
"Isn't that how everyone gets their ears pierced?"
"I honestly doubt it." Cinder said as she peeked into the workshop to see what the commotion was about.
Once Weiss was able to collect herself and the bleeding stopped, she took a look in a mirror and saw the Fireshield Earrings in her ears. "Huh… not bad…" She said as she looked around her shop and spotted a sword that caught her attention.
"What's this?"
"Oh that? That's the Biggoron Sword… I made it myself but boy, it was a hassle to make." Nora said.
"I'm sure it wasn't that bad."
"Okay, soooo… I found this blueprint of the Biggoron Sword. Apparently, it had been made before but the original sword was lost to time. My first stop was some material you can only find in Kakariko. It was near this dude who has a love of Cuccos. He said in order for me to get said material, I will need to hatch a Cucco for him. Instead of waiting for a long time for the lil' guy to hatch, I thought the best incubation process was to take it to Death Mountain-"
"Oh no…" Weiss grimaced.
"Surprisingly, the Cucco lived and hatched in fifteen minutes and then took him back to Kakariko as he was looking crispy brown. He then gave me a blue Cucco that he nicknamed Cojiro and wanted me to take it to his wife who was feeling sad that he chose the Cuccos over her and he thought a blue Cucco would cheer her up. She rejected it and so, I had a pet bird all to myself as he gave me the material I needed."
"I've heard this story… it gets better." Cinder said.
"So my next stop was finding some materials in the Lost Woods and during my search of getting lost, I stumbled across a young man who was sleeping. I decided to wake him up with Cojiro, which he woke up and told me he had some illness and gave me this weird mushroom and told me I had to book it to Kakariko within three minutes… which is like, VERY far from where I was-"
"How did you do it?" Weiss wondered.
"Weeeeeeeelllll-"
"Alright, launch me!" Nora said as a Hinox through Nora into the air. "WAHOOOO! THANK YOOOOOOUUUUUU!"
Nora came crashing down into the water behind Impa's house. "Aw man…" Nora pouted as she surfaced. "So much for that awesome landing I was gonna do."
"You had a Hinox throw you?!"
"I tried to have a Talus throw me, but they don't have good throwing arms. They just kept falling apart! So I decided to go bigger!"
Weiss sweatdropped. This girl's off her rocker!
"So anyway, I find this weird potion shop in Kakariko and this old lady gives me some odd poltice thing. I make my way back to the Lost Woods where I find a cute lil' Korok who said that the man disappeared. I give the Korok the medicine and it gives me a Saw. The next order of business was to take the saw to some carpenters… but unfortunately, Bolson and his crew weren't interested in the saw… but some folks near Gerudo Desert were happy to help out with it, as they had told me about some carpenters being near there."
"Okay, so then what?"
"I had enough material to make the Biggoron Sword, but unfortunately, I was missing some material. At that moment, Vah Rudania was acting up and when we settled it down, Yunobo's eyes were bothering him, so I decided to get some eye drops from him. I was given a prescription and made my way to Zora's Domain. King Dorephan gives me an Eyeball Frog and I was supposed to deliver it to Hateno's laboratory within three minutes… sooooo I found another Hinox and he threw me toward Hateno-"
CRASH!
"Superhero landing accompli- ooooof! Aaagh…!" Nora groaned as she fell on her stomach. "I didn't think that'd be hard on my knees…!"
"I crawled my way up to Hateno's lab in the nick of time where Purah was able to make some eyedrops while her daughter patched me up. Once I was able to walk again, Purah finished the eyedrops and told me to deliver it back to Death Mountain within four minutes… and strictly told me not to catapult from Hinoxes ever again. Luckily, Penny flew me as quick as she could and I gave Yunobo his eyedrops-"
"What does this have to do with building a sword?"
"I'm getting there! After I finished, I went back to my workshop as Penny looked at the Biggoron Sword and realized what other parts I needed, so she flew around Hyrule and collected everything I needed and I proceeded to finish making the Biggoron Sword. In fact, I made a few extra because Penny brought a lot more than I needed!"
Weiss blinked. "...You realize you could've just collected all the parts without doing one giant errand, right?"
"Ehhh… where's the fun in that?" Nora smiled innocently.
"I said the exact same thing to her." Cinder said.
"Plus, a little fun fact, apparently the Biggoron Sword was named after a Goron named Biggoron… which, honestly, makes sense." Nora giggled.
"Oh, that's neat." Weiss said as she walked out after paying Nora some cash for the Biggoron Sword, looking around to see what Goron City had to offer, seeing a bunch of Gorons wander around without a care in the world, despite Vah Rudania terrorizing the mountain.
"Rrrgh… damn that Rudania!" A voice complained as Weiss turned to an older Goron who was grumbling to himself.
"I take it that thing's making a mess of things?" Weiss wondered as she approached the Goron.
"Hmm? Who are you?"
"Oh, I'm Weiss Schnee, a traveling Lanayran."
"Never heard of ya… but you're from Lanayru? I thought for sure that race was extinct. Hmm… perhaps I'm remembering the ol' history books wrong." He mumbled. "Ah, where are my manners? I'm Bludo, the boss of the Gorons. We tend to mine near the volcano, but that damned Rudania is making a mess of things, and no matter how often me and my partner shoo it away, it just keeps coming back!"
"I see…"
"A hundred years ago, Rudania once protected the Gorons… but sadly, that's no longer the case. Because of it, we're forced to mine further away from town… and it's endangering everyone! That good for nothing Beast is gonna destroy the city if this keeps up! AAARGH! WILL IT KILL YOU TO SETTLE DO-"
Craaaack!
"Ooof! Oooogh…" Bludo groaned as he had to sit down.
"Whoa, you okay?" Weiss asked with concern.
"Agh, I'm fine… my back's been killin' me for a while now. I sent Yunobo out to get me some painkillers out at the North Abandoned Mine, but he hasn't returned yet. I wonder if he's slackin' off…"
"I can go get him if you want me to."
"Can you? That'd be swell… I'd send Nora but it sounds as if she's busy. Once she starts going, it's near impossible for her to break away from her blacksmithing. Cinder tends to help her out too sometimes. If you don't know who-"
"Ah, I've met them."
"You have, have you? Good for you." He chuckled.
With a nod, Weiss started to head up towards the mine, finding a Goddess Statue on her way up and gaining more health and strength after giving it some Spirit Orbs before wandering up further and coming across a Shrine that caught her attention.

"To you who sets foot in this shrine… I am Shae Mo'sah. In the name of the Goddess Hylia, I offer this trial."
Swinging Flames
Weiss walked forward, seeing some dried up leaves. She planted a Fire Arrow into the leaves as it burned a trail and dropped a barrel to the ground from a platform. She picked it up and then placed it on the switch, opening the door.
She walked through and then noticed a chest against some dried leaves. She opened the chest and pulled out a Stone Smasher. "What the…? Huh, cool." She said as she put it away and walked through, finding a stationary spinning wheel before turning her head to see three Guardian Scouts.
Weiss pulled out the Biggoron Sword, only to realize it was a two handed blade. "Ooof… alright… here we go!" She said as she ran forward and cut through the Guardians with ease, destroying them without even breaking a sweat
She then found a chest, pulling out a Ruby for her troubles as she then made her way up the ramp and found a locked door, making her turn around and walked to a new puzzle, stepping on a switch that made a lantern fall and hang near some dry leaves that held a metal ball. With the power of Magnesis, she pushed the lantern forward, burning the leaves and dropping the metal ball.
She hopped down, collecting ten Ice Arrows from a chest that she landed next to and ran around until she found some stairs and a switch. She stepped on it as the metal ball rolled down and landed on the spinning wheel, causing it to turn and opening up a door.
She ran through the door and found a key in a chest, making her raise an eyebrow. "A key in a chest…? What kind of sick joke is-..."
She shook her head. "Better not to question it, I guess." She said as she walked up the ramp and hopped down, opening up the locked door on her way back and finding a switch on a ramp, letting down two lanterns over some leaves.
With the power of Magnesis and an arrow, the lamps fell and burned the leaves, dropping the barrel from a wooden platform as Weiss hopped over, put the barrel on the switch and walked through the door, where she found the Sheikah shrine in front of her where she proceeded to collect her Spirit Orb.

Weiss walked out of the shrine and then headed off toward the Mine, knocking out some Rock Octoroks that tried to spin out flaming boulders at her, then she walked down the slope, entering the abandoned mine.
BGM: Abandoned North Mine (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
"Hey, careful!" A Goron warned. "These Lizalfos have made this place their home. Poor Yunobo is stuck on the other side…"
"Hmmm…" Weiss glanced over at a device. "What's this?"
"Ah, that is a cannon. We typically use it for mining but unfortunately, Rudania's made it- hey, what are you doing?!"
"Getting rid of a few pests." Weiss said, dropping a Remote Bomb into it and then detonating it, causing a boulder to go flying and destroyed a few crows nests that the Lizalfos were on.
"...Huh! Why didn't I think of that?" He wondered as Weiss walked ahead, using the cannons to her advantage and blowing everything up. Any surviving Lizalfos got a face full of Ice Arrow that evaporated them instantly, as not even a larger base or a skull rock survived the onslaught of the cannons.
A few Keese had unwittingly been caught in the crossfire as they were blown away from the cannons as Weiss continued to destroy everything until it was deemed safe.
"What's going on out there? I'm hearing a lot of explosions!" A voice whimpered from inside a rock building that Weiss was aiming, and once the cannon was in position, Weiss detonated the Remote Bomb, sending it flying toward the rock building and freeing it up.
"Bullseye!" Weiss fist pumped and hopped over, using the wind to carry her over. "Hellooooo!"
"AAAACK! Monsters! They've found me! Aaaaah!"
"Wait wait wait! I'm not a monster!"
"H-Huh…? O-Oh…!" The Goron rubbed his head sheepishly. "That's awkward… thank you…"
"How long were you trapped in there?"
"Oh… I've lost track of time. I found Bludo's painkillers and then these monsters showed up and then this place caved in because of Rudania and… ugh, I've been a wreck ever since."
Weiss gave him a comfortable smile. "There's no need to worry. I blew up those monsters for you."
"You did? I wondered what those explosions were for…" He mused. "Oh! I forgot to introduce myself… I'm Yunobo."
"Weiss Schnee."
"Weiss? …Sounds a bit familiar if I'm being honest." He mused. "Anyway, thank you so much for freeing me, Weiss. I need to head back to Bludo."
"I'll be right there with you."

Back at Goron City…
"Ah, there you are, Yunobo." Bludo said as he was given his painkillers.
"Hey bud~!" Nora walked out of her workshop. "Glad to see you're in one piece."
Yunobo blushed. "Oh, Nora… you know I have Daruk's Protection helping me out."
She giggled. "Yup!"
"Um… who's Daruk?" Weiss asked.
"What? You haven't heard of the big lug?" Bludo asked as he pointed toward a rock carving. "That, right there, is Daruk! The lost Goron Champion that perished from the Calamity-"
Weiss stared at the giant carving of Daruk, blocking out Bludo's explanation over who Daruk was. She narrowed her eyes before gasping.
BGM: Daruk's Theme (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
"Hahahaha!" Daruk laughed. "Piloting Vah Rudania was a cinch!"
"I'm glad you thought so, Daruk." Ruby smiled.
He smiled. "You know what this calls for?"
"What?"
Daruk pulled out some Prime Rock Roast. "Prime Rock Roast! It's very delicious if I say so myself!" He smiled, immediately handing some to Weiss.
"O-Oh!" Weiss said as she grimaced, but Daruk was smiling happily at her as she gulped before she took a bite… immediately chomping down and eating it.
"HUUUUH?!" Ruby and Impa looked on in surprise.
"...I-Impa… are… are you seeing what I'm seeing?"
"I'm seeing it… I'm just having a hard time believing it!"
Daruk grinned and handed over some rock roast for Impa and Ruby. "Want some?"
"Aheheheh… I'm… good." Impa said.
"Oh no, I'm not hungry… I just a whole jar of cookies and-"
"Ah, have some prime rock roast to wash down those crumbs, princess!" Daruk said, handing it over.
"Aheheheh… O-okay…" Ruby said as she looked at Weiss. Maybe it's not so bad… She thought as she took a bite, and felt her entire set of teeth crack. "Owwwww!"
"What's wrong?"
"I think I have a toothache…"
"Ooooh… probably not a good idea to eat this then." Daruk rubbed his head. "My bad, princess. I didn't realize you had a tooth problem."
Neither did I until now…
"Mmm…" Weiss forced the rest of it down. "Aaaah… that… that actually wasn't so bad."
"Hahahaha! Isn't it? Prime Rock Roast is the best you can eat. Isn't that right, little lady?" He asked, happily slapping Weiss on the back.
"AAACK!" Weiss yelped as she was on her knees with that back slap. It was definitely making her see stars as her eyes were swirly.

BGM: Goron City - Day
Weiss opened her eyes and chuckled. "I'm amazed I can even walk…" She joked.
"Hmm? Did you say something? You were staring blankly at that monument for five minutes!" Bludo said.
"Huh? Oh, sorry… I was just reminiscing."
Bludo raised an eyebrow. "Now sure how you can reminisce over a monument that you barely heard of, but to each their own, I suppose. Anyway, as I was saying, Yunobo here is a descendant of Daruk, and as such, he can use Daruk's Protection to protect himself after slamming into Rudania."
"Neat."
"Indeed. Yunobo, go get yourself into position. I'll be there shortly."
"Right!" Yunobo nodded as he took off.
"Now, if you will excuse me, I need to… aaargh…!" Bludo groaned. "Stupid back is flarin' up again…"
"You okay?" Weiss asked.
"No… not really…" He mumbled. "You're just gonna have to go in my stead. Nora, since you're more familiar with the area… you and Cinder escort Weiss."
"You got it!" Nora saluted as she walked into her shop and came out with two weapons, one being the Megaton Hammer.
"Uh… what's the other one?"
"Ah, that… she calls it a "Rock Launcher", I think."
"Grenade launcher!" Nora corrected.
"Ah, whatever." Bludo mumbled. "Anywho, she gave it a special name for who knows what reason. I can never remember the name of it."
"Magnhild!"
"...What she said."
"Okay. Lead the way, girls." Weiss requested as Nora and Cinder nodded and headed off, guiding her straight for where Yunobo went.
And as they got closer, Weiss's Sheikah Slate went off. "What's that beeping noise?" Nora wondered as she batted away a few Fire Keese.
"Oh that? That's my Sheikah Slate informing me of a shrine nearby."
"You mean that?" Cinder asked, pointing towards one.
"Yeah, that!" Weiss walked over to it.
"Good luck! I swear that's just put there for decoration." Nora said. "There's no way that-"
She jawdropped the moment Weiss activated it as she wandered in. Both ladies looked at each other in surprise before they quickly ran after her.

"To you who sets foot in this shrine… I am Daqa Koh. In the name of the Goddess Hylia, I offer this trial."
Stalled Flight
Weiss walked forward, noticing the floor raising up and throwing a block into the air with an electrical outlet for sorts, which in turn touched the ceiling and caused the doors to open up to the shrine briefly before gravity kicked in and it fell into the floor again.
"Okay, I see what's going on here." She said, taking a look around the room and spotting a chest nearby. She hopped on the block, and when she was launched in the air, she used her paraglider to land near the chest and opened it up to get a silver Rupee.
She hopped back down and landed on the block right as the ladies came down.
"Whoa! This is cool!" Nora said.
"What is she doing…?" Cinder wondered as Weiss was launched into the air, and quickly used Stasis to keep the block in place as soon as the door opened up again.
"What the?!" Nora exclaimed as Weiss hopped down and collected her Spirit Orb. "Duuuuude! How did you do that?"
"Huh?" Weiss turned her head to see Nora and Cinder down below. "Oh! Well-"
Stasis deactivated, locking Weiss in briefly.
"...Uh… long story!"

One explanation later…
"I don't get it." Nora said as they were walking through Death Mountain.
"Yeeeeah, kinda hard not to make it sound completely outrageous."
"I mean, I kinda get it… but it's still weird." Cinder admitted as they made their way to Yunobo's location, who was currently harassed by two Moblins.
"Hey… HEY! Leave him alone!" Nora demanded as she jumped in and swung at the two Moblins, sending them straight into the lava.
Weiss sweatdropped. "Why do I feel bad for the Moblins all of a sudden?" She wondered as CInder and Nora approached Yunobo.
"You okay?" Nora asked.
"Oooh, thanks Nora…" Yunobo sighed. "I'm a coward…"
"No, you're not!" Nora put her hands on his shoulders. "If you were a coward, you wouldn't be using yourself as a cannonball to stop Rudania every so often. You're a lot braver than you'd think! I should know, I sometimes watched you do it. These monsters may be intimidating, yes… but you got this! Don't let these monsters intimidate you!"
Yunobo smiled. "Oh… thanks Nora…"
"No problem, bud!"
"Oh, uh… speaking of launching from a cannon, where's Bludo?"
"His back's bothering him." Cinder responded.
"Yikes…" Yunobo winced.
"I'll fill in for him." Weiss said.
"Great! Although, it seems the bridge is down…" Yunobo said before smiling. "I can knock it down if you shoot me toward it!"
"...You sure about that?" Weiss asked, looking straight into the caldera.
"I'll be fine. I got Daruk's Protection by my side!"
"Alright then." Weiss nodded as Yunobo got into position as Weiss aimed and then fired with the help of a Remote Bomb, sending Yunobo flying at the bridge. He bounced off and the Bridge of Eldin fell into the lava, making a safe passage across.
"Let's go!" Nora smiled as the four ran off.
BGM: Divine Beast Vah Rudania (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Rudania roared, sending out Sentries to scout the land. "Sentries… it made more of them?" Yunobo asked.
"More?" Weiss asked.
"From what I've seen, Yunobo had to sneak his way past these things from time to time." Cinder said. "If he's caught in the light, then Rudania will rain down rocks of fire on him."
"It's not pleasant…"
"Then we'll have to be careful. Come on, let's go." Weiss said and turned to Nora. "Lead the way. You're more familiar with this than I am."
"Right!"
The quad went forward, quickly hiding in some cover as a sentry flew by. Nora got into position and fired a grenade, destroying the sentry. They moved on up ahead, hiding and either Nora or Weiss destroying them… or Cinder climbing up and melting the propellers by breathing fire and having them fall into the lava.
They would then reach the first cannon as Yunobo loaded himself up and Weiss fired, sending the Goron into Rudania. Rudania let out a roar and moved up the volcano, where they moved forward and hid and knocked down more sentries as they saw fit.
After another cannon shot, Rudania moved up further as the group made their way up. They stopped at a windy area as some sentries moved around some ore. Yunobo stayed put while Weiss climbed up and used Magnesis to pick up a metal box and dropped it on top of a sentry to destroy it.
She then reached for the second… only for Nora to pick it up easily and threw it at the other, destroying it easily. Weiss jawdropped, looking at Nora in disbelief as the blacksmith grinned with a nonchalant shrug.
"You… are surprisingly stronger than you look."
"I get that a lot. People are always surprised I can bench press two Gorons." Nora slid down the cliff.
"...You can bench WHAT?"
Weiss rejoined the trio as Yunobo got into the last cannon after Cinder knocked some Moblins into the caldera as Weiss aimed and fired, which in turn caused the Divine Beast to roar and then retreated back into the volcano.

The quad crawled up and peeked into the volcano where Rudania rested at the center.
"Alright, it's tamed for a little while." Yunobo said. "Anyone up for some-"
Immediately, Weiss took a running start and jumped into the volcano, straight for Rudania.
"Huh?!"
"She's crazier than you!" Cinder said.
"Wonder why she's going in there…" Nora wondered as she had an idea and looked at Cinder.
"...Nora. No! I know that look in your eye!" Cinder protested as Nora grabbed her.
"Come on, you're immune to lava. You'll be fiiiine!" She smiled and jumped off with Cinder.
"AAAAAH!"
Weiss gracefully landed on the ground and looked up to see Nora and Cinder falling toward her. "...You gotta be kidding me!" She said as she immediately set up Magnesis and caught the Megaton Hammer, where Nora latched on to while Cinder used her tail to wrap around Nora's ankle as she brought them over to her.
"Really?" Weiss could only say.
"It looked like you were gonna put a stop to Rudania's terror once and for all. We wanted in!" Nora said.
""We"?!" Cinder glared.
Weiss rolled her eyes. "Well, there's no way out of here now, so you're stuck here." She said as she placed her Sheikah on the pedestal, lighting it up.
"Well, I'll be darned! Is that you, little lady?"
"What the… who said that?!" Nora wondered.
"Yeah, it's me, big guy. How are you?" Weiss asked.
"Well, aside from Ganon killin' me a hundred years ago, I've been all right for the most part. You came to kill the one responsible for annihilatin' me?"
"Yes."
"Sweet! You're going to need a map. It's somewhere within Rudania. And you two! You make sure the little lady makes it okay, alright?"
"You got it, disembodied voice!" Nora saluted.
"...Suuuuure." Cinder chuckled nervously.
"Hmmm… if there's a lot of suffocating malice in there like Ruta…" Weiss looked into her Sheikah Slate and summoned Penny, Terrako and even Mipha.
"Salutations~!" Penny saluted as Terrako booped.
"You need me, Weiss?"
"Well, I'll be! Mipha! Long time no see!"
"Daruk?!" Mipha said in surprise. "Oh… Daruk, I cannot see you, but it seems you were bested as well."
"You too? I was hopin' one of us made it out okay. Ah well… glad we have Weiss watchin' our backs!"
"We'll get you out of here, Daruk."
"I'll be waitin'!"
"So, who are your new friends?" Mipha asked.
"I recognize her!" Penny said. "Salutations, Nora!"
"Penny! Put 'er there!" Nora grinned as they both embraced, giving each other a bear hug.
"Mipha, Terrako, Nora Valkyrie and Cinder. Cinder and Nora, Mipha and Terrako."
"Pleasure to meet you." Mipha smiled.
"Nice to meet ya!" Nora greeted. "Though I think I've met Terrako once."
Terrako booped.
"I thought so!"
"Sup." Cinder said coolly.
"I'm picking up on an intoxicating atmosphere inside Rudania. Allow me!" Penny put up a breathable aura for Weiss, Nora and Cinder.
"Thanks." Weiss smiled.
"Alriiiiight! Let's go in~!" Nora said as they went inside…
BGM: Aboard Divine Beast Vah Rudania (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
…To find it completely pitch black.
"Oh goodness!" Mipha said. "It's so… dark."
Cinder conjured up a fireball in her hand. "I got this." She said as they looked around, seeing malice everywhere. "Aaaand what are those?"
"Malice. It burns when you touch it, so you need to be really care-"
"EVIL EYEBALL GO SQUISH!" Nora slammed the Megaton Hammer into the eye, destroying it instantly.
"-ful…" Weiss sweatdropped as Nora proceeded to squish the other eyes to her heart's content, using her grenade launcher to fire at an eyeball that was in the air.
Cinder lit up the torches on their way by, opening up doors as Nora smacked away a Guardian Scout with her hammer as Weiss found the terminal and put her slate into it, which not only opened up the hatches to light the place up, but gave her access to control the Divine Beast.
"Well done! There are five terminals throughout the beast. Go get 'em!"
Penny downloaded the map from the Slate, and then brought it up on a hologram. "Here they are. However, only Weiss can activate them herself."
"So we locate them and signal for Weiss? Sounds good to me." Nora said.
"Right." Cinder nodded as they split up.
Weiss immediately turned her attention to a metal door that was blocked by a wooden beam. She fired a Fire Arrow at it, burning it up until it disintegrated and then she walked in to find a terminal. She activated it shortly after.
Terrako booped to get her attention as she looked up to see a terminal on the wall with Terrako on top of it.
"Hmmm…" She rubbed her chin and decided to make the Divine Beast move, which in turn, caused everything to tilt to its side.
"Whoa!" Cinder exclaimed, latching onto a lit torch on the outside, causing a ball to move.
"Hup!" Nora held on to a metal box to prevent herself from being crushed.
"Goodness!" Mipha said as she was on the scales of the beast.
"Neat!" Penny giggled.
"Sorry!" Weiss called out to them as she activated the terminal, and then Mipha and Penny flew down to pick her up and take her to a terminal on the scales, which she activated immediately.
She then went down and made the Divine Beast move again, causing everything to be back to normal.
"Phew…" Cinder sighed in relief and looked down into the lava. "I know I'm immune to lava… but it will more than likely be a pain to try to get back on here."
She noticed the ball rolling down the ramp as Terrako and Weiss took notice as the latter used Magnesis to pull the metal block up, which in turn caused the ball to land on a switch and activate, unlocking the next terminal as Weiss walked in and activated it.
"Hey Weiss, over here!" Nora waved her over as Weiss made her way over to her, seeing that Nora had made an opening through the fire wall with the metal block, where she crawled through and opened up the last terminal.
"Great! Now there's one last terminal for you to activate!"
"I know where it is. Come on!" Mipha said as they went outside and climbed up to the last terminal.
Weiss walked over to it, placing her Sheikah Slate on it… but then darkness came out of it.

"Whoa! What's this?" Nora asked.
"That's the monster that Ganon created to annihilate me. Go ahead and give it a good wallop for me!" Daruk requested as the darkness formed into Fireblight Ganon.
Weiss clenched her fist, readying the Biggoron Sword. "Let's do this." She said as everyone got ready to fight.
BGM: Fireblight Ganon - Phase One (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Fireblight moved around before finding an opening and swinging at Weiss. She quickly tried to block with her shield, but given that it was a two handed blade, she had to resort to blocking with the sword, knocking her back a few feet as Nora jumped over and hammered Fireblight away as Penny fired some lasers with Terrako.
Fireblight shook it off and swung its fiery blade, unaware of Cinder aiming with her bow and fired an arrow, striking it in the eye to stun it as Mipha conjured up water as Weiss did the same with her Biggoron as Mipha unleashed a torrent of water at him while Weiss jumped in and water slashed him, dealing strong damage to the Blight.
Fireblight turned its attention to Mipha as it raised its hand up in the air and threw down pellets of fire at her, but she put up a water shield to protect herself while Penny flew up and slashed down at the beast as Cinder fired an arrow at the eye again, making the Blight turn to Cinder and threw fireballs at her.
Cinder casually caught a fireball. "You call this fire? How pathetic." She said as Weiss slapped the ground as a geyser of water struck Fireblight from below as Mipha proceeded to launch herself and struck the Fireblight in the eye.

Fireblight roared… before conjuring up a protective fire shield.
BGM: Fireblight Ganon - Phase Two (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Fireblight would then conjure up a large fireball, charging it up and then throwing it down toward the group. Nora got into position as she readied her Megaton Hammer with a smirk.
"Swing batta batta… swing~!" Nora swung the hammer into the fireball, deflecting it back toward Fireblight as it exploded, destroying the fire shield and stunning it as both Mipha and Weiss propelled themselves with water as they both launched into the air and then came down, stabbing the Blight with their weapons.
Both of them got off as Fireblight started to charge up a laser at the two, but Cinder fired a flurry of arrows that stunned it, and then Mipha took a running start and threw her trident like a javelin, piercing through it as her trident stabbed the upper wall of Rudania.

Fireblight roared before falling to the ground, becoming nothing more than a puddle of malice.
"Nice throw." Weiss complimented.
Mipha blushed. "Oh, thank you." She said, taking her trident as Weiss walked over to the final terminal, activating it while feeling a little bit stronger too.
"Hahaha! Well done!" A voice said as they turned to see Daruk approaching them. "I knew you had it in ya! Nice job helpin' her out, Mipha!"
"Oh… thank you." Mipha blushed, when suddenly the malice awakened and proceeded to shoot toward Daruk.
"Whoa!" Daruk exclaimed as he tried to use his own protection to stop the malice, but unfortunately, it overpowered his protection and latched onto him. "Aaargh! Nnngh…!"
"DARUK!" Weiss and Mipha yelled.
"Just like with Mipha…" Penny frowned as Daruk was covered in head to toe with malice, as he held a corrupted version of his Boulder Breaker.
BGM: The Champion Daruk (Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity)
"This is gonna hurt, isn't it?" Weiss grimaced.
"Unfortunately… yes." Mipha said gravely.
Daruk slammed his Boulder Breaker into the ground, creating rock pillars to knock both Weiss and Mipha back, the former getting back up and running toward the Goron as she delivered mighty swings with the Biggoron Sword, pushing the Goron back a few inches before he delivered a swing into her gut to send her flying.
"I got ya!" Penny flew up to grab her as Terrako fired lasers at Daruk. He proceeded to use his Protection before curling up into a ball, revved up and launched toward them. They got out of the way, but he bounced off of a wall and smacked into Mipha.
"Ooof!" Mipha grunted as she was knocked away as she stabbed the ground to catch herself and then used a torrent of water to hit him, but he was able to push through and swung his weapon down, creating rock pillars that knocked Mipha up in the air as Daruk made a lava ramp and he rolled off, ricocheting off and slamming into Mipha, sending her crashing into the ground.
"Mipha! You okay?!" Weiss called out.
"Just… bruised up… but I'll be okay…!"
Weiss ran forward, using the opportunity that Daruk was distracted by Cinder and Penny as she slashed him from behind. Daruk turned around and returned fire, where Weiss blocked with the Biggoron Sword but was pushed back from Daruk.
Weiss wobbled a bit, wincing. Yeah, still strong as ever… She thought as she and Daruk lunged as they both swung their weapons, both of them clashing…
…And then the Biggoron Sword shattered upon impact against Daruk's Boulder Breaker.
"Mmmph!" Weiss whimpered as Daruk backhanded her.
"Weiss!" Nora yelled.

At that moment, Rudania let out a roar as several plumes of fire rose up, surrounding the Divine Beast as one of them crested and fell right on top of Weiss.
Cinder gasped, quickly running toward Weiss, but stopped as the lava wrapped around Weiss, her eyes glowing orange.
BGM: Skyloft (Hyrule Warriors)
"You want some of THIS?!" She yelled, unleashing a stream of fire directly into Daruk.
"She can manipulate fire?!" Cinder said.
"Her fire magic has returned!" Mipha smiled.
Weiss snapped her fingers as orange glyphs surrounded Daruk as flamethrowers shot out at him where he used his protection to try and block out the flames. At that moment, Nora swooped in as she put the Megaton Hammer in one of the flamethrowers.
Once it was a nice glowing orange, she smiled as she delivered a strong swing, knocking Daruk across the Divine Beast as he struck a wall.
Gigantic fireballs appeared above Weiss, pulling out the Stone Smash and together with Nora, they both swung at the fireballs, striking Daruk as his protection wore thin. He curled up into a ball and launched himself toward Weiss, but Nora got in the way and hammered him back before pelting him with a few grenades.
A ring of fire appeared below Daruk as a pillar of fire rose up and struck him, shattering the Protection as Weiss launched over toward Daruk. He swung his Boulder Breaker to try and smack her down, but Weiss punched the ground to create an explosion to knock Boulder Breaker off of him.
She then wrapped around him and grabbed his weapon, then turned around and swung into him, knocking him down for the count as Weiss turned, aimed her hand at the malice and burnt it off of him until nothing remained.

"Uuungh…" Daruk groaned as he came around. "What happened… wait… Weiss! You actually saved me!"
"Yeah… unfortunately, I'm a hundred years late."
"Ah, don't worry about it. Bein' dead won't keep me down and out, that's for sure!" He laughed proudly. "Here, I got somethin' for ya. Daruk's Protection!"
"Wait, are you sure that's a good idea?"
"Of course!" He smiled. "Here it comes!"
He clapped his hands as Daruk's Protection wrapped around Weiss.
"Wow… thank you!"
"Hahaha! No problem! Anything for my lil' bud!" He said, happily smacking her in the back.
"MMMPH!" Weiss fell on her knees. "Y-you… you don't know… your own… strength…!" She whimpered as Daruk walked over toward the others.
"Well, I'll be… I never seen a humanoid Lizalfos before."
"I'm part Hylian and part Lizalfos. I'm not a huge fan of it… I'd rather be a normal Hylian or… a regular damn Lizalfos… not this… abomination that my Hylian mother and Lizalfos father made…"
"Abomination!" Daruk said in surprise. "Nonsense! What we have here is a unique individual who ought to be proud of how she looks."
Cinder blinked in surprise. "Wait… what?"
"So you're half Lizalfos. Big deal! All I see is someone who could use a hug. C'mere!" Daruk hugged her tightly.
"Ack! Wait! Wait! Aaaack! Can't… breathe…!"
"That's Daruk for you… he gives the best Goron hugs." Mipha giggled.
Crack!
"My back…!" Cinder whimpered.
"Ah, I probably put it back in place for you!" Daruk chuckled, setting her down as he turned around to say hello to Nora, Penny and Terrako.
Weiss got back up, still reeling from the friendly back slap Daruk gave her. "Good ol' Daruk…"
At that moment, her Sheikah Slate beeped to get her attention. She looked down to see that more summons were now available for her.
