She was seriously considering taking the damn cloak off as the humidity of the island was finally getting to her, she followed the Charming couple up the trail that would lead them to Pan's lair and then to Henry.

But she was glad not to have her old long hair anymore. One more perk that came with being cursed for thirty years she guessed hearing Regina behind her huffing at the warm air damping away the sweat that gathered on her forehead with a white handkerchief

She tried her best blank out the conversation between the husband and wife in front of her, but that was proving harder than she thought. A lot harder.

"Hey, need a break?" David asked his wife between pants holding up the lantern to guide them in the darkness

"No, I'm good" his wife answered

"Are you sure? You shouldn't overtax yourself" he continued panting

"Sounds like you need a break" his wife teased

"No, no. I'm good" he insisted

"David Nolan let himself go" she teased to her husband

"Does he look like he'd let himself go?" Amelia rolled her eyes at the conversation the couple were having as she pushed forward through the jungle

"How much further?" Regina asked the saviour behind her a few paces behind the redhead

Emma looked at the map once more as a piece of jungle foliage hit her in the face from being pushed back by Regina "We should be getting closer. Pan's there" she told her as they caught up with, Amelia, David and Mary Margaret making them stop to catch their breath "We are on a straight-line course" only for the others to watch as Emma's face fell as she looked at the map again

"What?" the red head asked the blonde

"Son of a bitch!" Emma exclaimed "How is it now behind us?"

"How can that be?" the Princess asked her daughter

"You got us lost" Regina accused Emma

Hook held his lamp up to the map to get a better look at the map "No, she didn't. It's the camp. Pan's moving it"

"Does that mean my viewpoint has moved as well?" Hook nodded at the assassin meekly as she huffed in frustration.

"He's playing tricks on us" David pointed out

"If Pan's camp keeps moving how are we ever gonna find Henry?" Emma said the question that was one everyone's mind out loud.

The group came to a pause on with their trek to the fresh setback gathering to discuss their next move. the redhead had to give up on a chance of a viewpoint, seeing how Pan could easily chop and change the location of the camp. It would only waste time they didn't have now.

"So, this whole track has been for nothing?" Emma said defeated to the group

"I told you walking was idiotic. I suggest using magic. We can materialize in the camp and grab Henry" Regina suggested to the group her frustration starting to get the best of her anger

"The last time we used magic, it blew up in our face's" Amelia argued with the woman "Remember the dream shade arrows?" the former Queen simply rolled her eyes at the redhead as Mary Margaret spoke up

"We don't know where the camp is" the princess added looking at her former step mother "Have you even been listening?"

"Pan'll have shields against magic I fear" Hook told them "Such an attempt would end in your death and more importantly, mine. That's why we are walking"

"Well then, what's your idea? How are we going to find it?" Regina asked the pirate

"By using someone he trusts"

"Who? Cause I guess, he certainly doesn't trust you" David retorted making the redhead to quietly chuckle to herself

"A fairy who lived here when I was about" Hook continued "She might still be on the island. She'd be an inside source, knows all about the camp, can get us in. She might even have some pixie dust left. Perhaps we could fly in"

"You mean fairy dust" Emma asked the man

"Pixie dust" Amelia corrected the blonde, it was mentioned in her father's writings in her brief study of the journals "It's much stronger than fairy dust"

"Like nuclear fairy dust" David confirmed Amelia's point

"Wait.A fairy?...Tinker Bell?" Emma asked the others.

Simply hearing the fairy's name again after all these years made the assassin's stomach drop. Her fists clenched to her sides as the memories of meeting the woman flashed through her mind and what that simple meeting had effected her future. She had to push the tears that threatened to fall to focus back on the conversation.

"Do you know her?" Hook asked the blonde

"Every kid in the world knows her."

"That's a bad idea" Regina suddenly tells them taking the assassin by surprise "Mark my words: This Tinker Bell is not going to save us"

"Regina's right" the assassin found herself saying out load, making them all look towards her including the former queen herself "The fairy will only make things worse for us and Henry"

She couldn't let happen to John and Thomas happen to them. Tinkerbelle would not take away more people she cared about.

Enchanted Forest

Many years ago

The first thing he heard as he awoke from another night of peaceful slumber next to his new bride wasn't the sound of seagulls and the sounds of the gentle waves hitting the hull of the Godspeed like he had gotten used to over the last couple of months.

No. it was his wife hunched over a bucket in the corner of their shared cabin throwing up last night's supper. Again.

With a groan he sat up on their bed with nothing but a bed sheet covering himself as he watched his love cough up the last wave of sickness.

"You okay?" he asked his wife as she spat out the lasting taste of the bile into the bucket

"It goes after a while, I'll be fine" the redhead tells her husband as she stand up from her position on the floor with the bucket throwing its contents out of the window into the sea before taking a heavy seat at the bottom of the bed holding her head and stomach as the wave nausea moved on.

"Maybe you should go see a healer when we make land" he suggested to her

"I don't need to see one, I'm fine" she insists to her new husband as she is joined at the bottom of the bed.

Her reassurances did nothing to ease the worry in his head. He had seen many healthy men come and go from the ship after suddenly getting sick. And he wasn't willing to chance his wife's sudden change of wellness, he wasn't going to stand by and let her stubbornness get in the way.

"Amy, for all we know something is wrong. You've been on the ship for months and this is the first time you're throwing up. I'm worried"

She knew why she was worried about going on dry land even for a second. On dry land she was at risk of being seen by the Brotherhood, meanwhile their work took them all over the continent at any one time.

Always on the move

After her father's death, not only they had lost an assassin, but their only sea captain even if they found someone to take over the Jackdaw, Master Romeo knew everything there was to know about the sea

Taking his larger hand into her's her green eye's met his blue seeing they concern that laced in face "I'll go if it will stop you worrying" he seemed to finally relax at her words as he leans forward to capture her lips in a tender kiss only for the redhead to quickly move her head to the side so he kissed her cheek instead

A frown grew on the Captain's face at his wife reluctance to kiss him "Really? No kiss?"

"You know the rules Cap, not until you've shaved, it feels like kissing a –"

"Sea urchin yeah I know" he finished her sentence for her "but that doesn't stop me from kissing other places" he warned her before he quickly attacked the side of her neck with his mouth, she didn't fight him as she lied back on the bed and let out a flurry of giggles as his stubble tickled the sensitive skin of her neck and collarbone.

Ignoring his wife protests John moved himself so that his hips sat comfortably between her legs as he had finally caught his wife's mouth with his, gently pulling up the skirt of her dress to the top of her thighs, his hand stroking the smooth skin as she hummed in agreement to his touches.

Detaching his lips from his wife's and opened his eyes to meet her green eyes he continued to fall in love with day after day "I love you" he softly tells her taking in the vision beneath him as the morning sun came into the cabin hitting her red hair, making it look brighter than it was

"I know" Amelia replied stroking his stubble covered jaw with her thumb "I love you too" she sweetly tells him.

She felt the familiar heavy by comfortable feeling in her heart whenever she told him she loved him. She loved feeling that way with him. Exposed. Vulnerable

While distracted, the redhead quickly turns the table on her husband as she flipped them over onto his back despite his obvious larger physic.

Only to realize that had been a mistake. A big one.

John's smile as his suddenly changed into a frown as his wife froze on top him as he swore he saw her face turn green before jumping off him just about making it to the bucket in time to continue her previous take of hurling into the object.

Despite her's and Regina's warnings about the fairy Hook led the group to where he knew the fairy lived on the island in hope she still resided on the island. She had a bad feeling about this plan the hero's and Hook. The close she got the more unnerved she got about seeing the fairy again. All she knew was that she would know the full force of the Black Widow if any of them got hurt.

She lagged behind the other's determined footsteps keeping an eye on the former queen behind her. The fairy could be anywhere and with her sixth sense not giving her the advantage like it always did, she felt completely exposed. She hated that feeling.

Sensing the unease coming off the usually composed assassin in front of her the former queen needed to know why the redhead didn't want to find the fairy, she had an opportunity with the other's slightly out of earshot if they remained quiet

"So.." the assassin heard the former Queen say behind her breaking the silence between them "Why don't you want to see Tinkerbelle?"

The assassin paused as she thought of the answer, she knew she couldn't tell her everything that the fairy had told her years ago "It's complicated. How about you? I'd thought you'd be jumping at the chance for some Pixie dust" she said coming to a stop allowing the other's to pull ahead.

"Same" Regina answered coming to stop in front of her "It's complicated"

"Well then, look's like we're at a standstill Queenie"

"Or I could just casually mention how your related to Rumple, that'll get your little family to listen to you" she lightly threatened the redhead "I do still have the letter"

Amelia couldn't help but grin at the woman's attempt "I was wondering when you would use that against me, go ahead tell them, I still won't tell you what happened with Tinkerbelle" she calls her bluff

"Then why did you tell me?"

"And here I thought the whole sacrificing myself using the Apple would be enough to tell you that, or was the declaration just because we were about to die?"

The former Queen knew what she was talking about. Not that they'd had a second spare to talk about it. She did tell Amelia that she did love her. And she meant every word. In the heat of moment the redhead thought it was because the trigger was going to kill them

"No..it wasn't" she tells the woman honestly

"Then trust me why I don't want Tinkerbelle's help" she tells the woman "Especially when it comes to people I care about most"

"She hurt you" Regina easily guessed by the assassin's tone.

"She did a little more than that" the assassin tells her before turning to catch with the other's leaving the Queen alone.

Once on dry land Amelia kept close to her husband's side as the crew made the last-minute preparations for their short stay in the Enchanted Forest. Amelia couldn't help but look closely into the crowd of sailors and merchants that worked around the dock's looking for work with the ships that harbored there. She scanned each face carefully, men, woman, even children in case they were looking for her.

A hand on her shoulder made her jump only to find the hand belonging to a freshly shaved John "Hey easy, everything's okay" he tried to calm his jumpy wife.

"It's not, they could be here" John made her turn towards him taking her pale face into his large hands

"Hey, it's okay, you'll have men with you when you go to the healer and they take you to the tavern, they'll be on the lookout for anything out of sought. We've prepared for this day"

Amelia meekly nodded at her husband as he took her hands into his before he leaned forward to kiss the crown of her head "Everything will be fine, and you'll finally meet Robin tonight and we'll have fun and forget all about them"

"The sooner we get back to sea-"

"The better" he finished for her "I'll see you tonight" he tells her as he leans down and plants a loving kiss on her lips that earned a few wolf whistles from the crew. Amelia gigged in embarrassment as they parted for the next few hours.

A few hours later

She was finally going to find her soulmate. After all these years she was finally going to find somebody to love. She wanted to feel free again. As free as the redhead she had met a couple years ago had.

She huffed in annoyance as she paced her chamber waiting for Tinkerbelle to return with the pixie dust with the promise of finding her soulmate. She still remembered the red head assassin that saved her and Snow those years ago like it was yesterday. She still let guilty how she had left things with her.

She was trying to help, and it got thrown back in her face. She could still remember how the girl confidently walked across the railing of her chambers before jumping out of it with the confidence of the bale of hay would be there to catch her fall. But that didn't matter.

This was her Leap of Faith Amelia had told her to take and she was taking it today.

She and Tinkerbelle had reached the tavern her soulmate was in supposed to be in "Inside here, lies the beginning of your happiness. All the pain in your past will be just that. The past" Tinker Bell take her hand and leads her to the window to look into

"I just need a moment" Regina hesitated

"You're nervous. I get it. But look!" Tinkerbelle looked through the window to see a woman and man with their backs to the window, not able to see their faces. Tinkerbelle notices the greenish glow of the dust that had landed on the outstretched arm of one of the pair, the woman.

"There she is" Tinkerbelle pointed with her finger "The woman with the lion tattoo"

Regina steps in to look at them herself. She sees a man and woman with the backs to the window holding out their right arm that both held similar lion tattoo's on the forearm.

"That's him?"

"Her" the fairy corrected Regina. A woman, her soulmate? Surely something was wrong

"Pixie dust doesn't lie" Tinkerbelle tells Regina seeing her doubt of her soulmate being a female "Come on, this is your chance of love and happiness. A fresh start. No baggage. You can let go off all the anger that weighs you down. Now, get her"

Regina takes a deep breath trying to calm her nerves "Okay. Okay, I can do this. I can be happy" she tells the fairy with a small smile

"I know you can. Go" Tinkerbelle tells her before leaving her at the tavern door

Tinker Bell leaves the young Queen at the tavern door. Regina hesitates a moment longer. Then she opens the door. The woman with the lion tattoo and long redhead hair that reminded her of Amelia's own red hair rejoices with a group of other men, sharing a drink with them. Regina watches the scene for a moment. She then decides to slam the door shut and hurriedly flees the scene in fear.

Hearing the sudden slam Amelia, turns towards the tavern door to see it shut and undisturbed as John's friend Robin notices her sudden change of demeanor from that of glowing happiness to sudden seriousness

"Everything okay Lady Amelia?" the archer asks the woman he had just met. The table suddenly gets quiet including John who suddenly becomes worried.

"Amy?" she snapped her head back around to meet her husbands concerned face as she gave her husband a reassuring smile

"Everything's fine, I thought I heard something" the others around them continued with the jovial festivities

"Are you sure, is it something the healer said?" John asked his wife

"No, it's nothing bad. Nothing bad at all" she sighed out grabbing his hand on the wooden table giving it a reassuring squeeze

"You sure?"

"Yes Captain, its good news. I'll tell you back in our cabin" John's concerned face softened into a contented smile, the door slam forgotten about as they enjoyed their limited time with Robin.

Continuing their trek through the never-ending jungle she had caught up to Mary Margaret and David taking a turn holding up the dim lantern. Her eye's shone a dull golden color as she tried to use her sight to aid them to anything that might jump out on them. She was enjoying her own company until it was interrupted by none other than the former Princess herself

"Hey" the small voice disturbed her seeing that the younger woman's had slowed down her own pace to match her own

"What do you want Snow?" Amelia drawled out as her eyes went back to their normal color

"Nothing, it's just...

"Here we go"

Ignoring the redhead's comment she continued "Are you okay? You've been a bit quiet since Hook suggested finding Tinkerbelle"

"It's nothing Snow"

"It seemed more than nothing Lia" Mary Margaret probed the redhead for more information

"We have a..complicated history" the assassin finally tells her

"What did you do?" David suddenly speaks up having overheard the conversation

"Nothing" Amelia exclaimed offended by the Prince's insinuation "Why do you assume I did something?"

"You really want us to answer that question?" he retorted at the former Widow

"Fine" Amelia huffed in annoyance defeated "It was before I started to work for Regina" David gave his wife a sideways glance as this was something they had already wanted to find out "She and I had a confrontation, it didn't end well" she sent a look towards David "but she walked away very much alive"

Present

Was Tinkerbelle just another curveball that was being sent her way for punishment the same way Rumple's letter and her father's ship for her past, or was it just a very bad week she was having?

Having heard from Emma that Regina had decided to hang back, thinking having her there would hurt their chances of getting the fairy to help them. It only spurred the redhead on. she wanted the fairy to see her as a reason to help them.

The group now minus Regina came to stop under a tree house with a ladder that led up to it.

Hook went first as the other's waited. In the Widow's current mood he didn't think it would be a good idea for the redhead to go in first. Beside's he needed to find the pixie dust first for David. Seeing it disappointingly empty he calls down to the other's.

"No one's home. Come on up" Hook told the people group down below. Amelia let out a breath she didn't know she was holding as David climbed up behind the pirate.

As the Prince entered the tree house, he immediately went searching for the dust Hook believed that could cure his current problem, a dream shade coated arrow had caught him as he went to save his wife from being hit by it, unfortunately for him the poisoning was already making it way through his system.

"Where would it be?" he asked out load as he shook out a blanket looking for the dust

"She won't leave dust just lying around, mate. It's not here, I promise. I'm sorry" Hook says to the Prince as Emma entered the treehouse

"It's pretty bare" the blonde observed straight away as she poked her head through the hole "Reminds me of some place. I thought a tree house would be more cheerful" she continued as Amelia and Mary Margaret followed her into the tree house "Where I used to live. That's it"

Amelia shrugged at the blonde's observations "I've stayed in worse" the assassin commented offhandedly as she made her way to the small balcony that was attached to the tree house observing their surroundings

"Worse than this?" Emma probed the red head

"You try hiding yourself in a hull of ship with twenty other men and see how you get on" she informed the blonde gruffly; Emma visibly shook at the image.

"Because it's just a place to sleep" Mary Margaret tells her daughter

"What would you know about that?" Emma questioned her

"I didn't always have a canopy bed in a palace. I had a place like this, too. Once" she tells her daughter

"You did?"

"A tree stump" she informs her daughter truthfully "When I was running from the Queen. Believe it or not, I understand this Tinker Bell. The true question is: Why does she have a ladder? Fairies have wings"

"Guys, I've found something" David called out to the others. Amelia looks towards the Prince to feel her stomach drop see a white handkerchief in his hand.

"That's Regina's" Mary Margaret realizes taking the item out of her husband's hands "How did it get here?" Mary Margaret asked out load

"She's been tracking us, watching Regina" Emma realised as Amelia's head spun at the thought of Tinkerbelle having Regina. No not again.

"But, if she's been watching her-"

"We're in the wrong place" Amelia growled out as she crosses the room snatching the handkerchief out of the Princesses hand "I'm gonna kill her" she promises to herself before running towards the railing and jumping over the railing straight down to the ground before running into the jungle alone.

"Lia!" Mary Margaret yelled after the redhead

"What the devil had gotten into her!" Hook exclaimed in shock at the Assassins behavior

Mary Margaret grab's her daughters arm to get the blonde attention "Emma she has a history with Tinkerbelle. She'd going to kill her if see she's taken Regina"

"We need to go" Emma tells them as they scramble for the ladder to quickly find Amelia before she did something stupid

Past

Pixie dust never lied. Tinkerbell saw it with her own eyes as the dust landed on the red headed woman with the lion tattoo on her arm. It was destiny.

People linked by destiny will always find each other. Regina and this woman were always meant to find each other. She just gave destiny a little nudge in the right direction.

The green fairy found the open window of Regina's chamber easily enough and found the lonely Queen sat up in her large canopy bed awake despite the late hour

"How did it go?" Tinkerbelle asked the Queen immediately desperate to know how it went between the Queen and the redhead still in her small fairy form

Regina simple shrugged in reply "Eh, it was-" at the Queen non-answer Tink sized up into a human and shrugged her wings away before climbing up on the end of the bed facing the Queen

"What happened? I don't understand, you're not glowing with new love. You should be glowing" she tells the Queen

"Because it didn't work. The pixie dust. It was wrong. I went in and met her, and she was awful. She was just awful" she complained to the fairy

"Are you sure you went to the right person? I know there were two people with similar tattoos…" she trailed off

"Yes, the redhead with the lion tattoo. That wasn't the problem"

"What was?" Tink asks the Queen in confusion, the dust is always right

"You" Regina tells the fairy straight

"Me?"

"Yes, you. You're a terrible fairy"

"You didn't go in, did you?" she concluded

"How dare you?"

"It's okay. You were afraid"

"I'm not afraid of anything. I can't believe I let you distract me"

"No. Don't do it. What you need is love" Regina shakes her head at the fairy getting angry

"I had love and he's dead. And I suffered. And what you've send me to do wasn't gonna change that! Goodbye!" she yelled at the fairy dismissing her

"What about me? I stole for you and for nothing. I'm in big trouble"

"As I said you're a terrible fairy"

"I thought we were friends"

"I don't have friends. Fly away, moth. Don't let the doors catch your wings on the way out"

This was her last chance to make something out of nothing. Regina had given up on her chance of happiness, there was only one other person to make stealing that dust worth the trouble she was going to be in with Blue. Looks like her little nudge needed to be changed into a push.

She stood outside of the tavern she had just been with Regina she waited until she could speak to the one person that could make tonight right. She had her chance as the redhead she had only seen from behind step out of the cheers that flowed out the tavern as she stepped out into, the cold night.

She was smiling to herself laughing without a care in the world as she stopped in the middle of the street and let out of one last breathy laugh holding her stomach lovingly, she was in a world of her own until she froze snapping her head up to look around her with clenched fists as she became aware of another presence.

She knew she was there.

Stepping out of the shadow's Tinkerbelle made herself known to the redhead

"Who are you?" Amelia' asked the short blonde in a green dress

"My name is Tinkerbelle. I'm not here to harm you, I need your help" Tink tried to reassure the redhead. She seemed to relax but not fully as she kept a close eye on any sudden movements, she made "Can I ask, what your name is?"

"Amelia" she answered with a small smile "What do you need Tinkerbelle?" she sighed out

"I need you to find someone for me, I was here with her earlier tonight, she was meant to find you, but she got scared and ran"

Amelia's eye furrowed in confusion "Who am I to this woman?"

"You're her soulmate"

"I think your mistaken" Amelia chuckled at the fairy, she went to leave Tinkerbelle in the street and re-enter the tavern, but the fairy stopped her

"Pixie dust doesn't lie!" she suddenly exclaimed "Please I need you to find her, she's too scared to find you, she's so alone and unhappy"

"Your mistaken" Amelia persisted as Tinkerbelle saw the tears start to brim the edge of her green eye's "I'm married"

"So is she" Tink retorted "She's miserable, her husband doesn't love her, but you can change that, you can make her happy"

"I'm happy with my husband and he loves me and I him. Goodbye" Amelia put her hand on the doorknob of the tavern to turn it to re-enter the public house and get away from the woman

"Please Regina needs you" Tink accidentally let's the name slip. She wasn't meant to know who her soulmate name, not yet anyway.

"Regina?" Amelia paused looking back at the fairy. She only knew one Regina in the entire world "The Queen Regina?" she questioned the blonde woman

"You've met her already" it was more a statement than a question

"Years ago" she answers the fairy completely bewildered from the revelation "W-Why are you even telling me this?"

"I'm in a lot of trouble for stealing the pixie dust for her, even more so that I'm speaking to you, you need to see Regina and show her your tattoo" she says pointing to the one on her forearm

"You're mistaken"

"No I'm not. Regina needs you; she needs a fresh start. Don't you want to find your soulmate?"

"I-I" Amelia stuttered in confusion. Soulmate? She looks though the window to see John still sat at their table with Robin, completely unaware of what was going on outside. John wasn't her soulmate. But she loved him, proof of that love now lied in her stomach as a new life started to take form inside of her.

"You can have a fresh start as well together, no baggage, you can both let go off all the anger that weighs you down" Tink went on in the background

No. She was not wrong. John was her fresh start from the Brotherhood, from her father. and nothing, Nothing, not fairies with dreams of a happily ever after for her. Not even Regina, was going to get in the way of the family she was growing. She wasn't that eighteen year old anymore. The naive girl that thought she could have a Queen.

"Shut up!" Amelia screams at the woman as the tears started to flow down her cheeks. Anger steamed off her skin in the cold night as she closing the distance between them taking the fairy by her arm dragging her to the shadows of the alley

"Amelia!" Tink protested

"I'm pregnant" she hushed to the fairy making the fairy to stop fighting her a watery smilre grew on the redhead's face as she said the words she thought she would never get to say to anyone let alone a stubborn fairy

"I have finally found happiness. Without pixie dust, that's how it should be. Dust didn't smuggle aboard the Godspeed when my father was murdered. Magic didn't make me fall in love with John. I did that all on my own, even though I thought I couldn't have it. Magic didn't make this child" Amelia finished holding the small bump she should have noticed that was growing by the week.

"Regina chose her path and I chose mine, nothing, not fate, destiny or magic will make me leave the man I love for some fantasy I once had as a foolish child thinking I could freely love another man's wife let alone a Queen. Even if what you say is true"

"Just go to the palace and find her, she'll be happy to see you I'm sure" Tink tries again

"No. Because I've already found him" Amelia didn't give Tinkerbelle a chance to reply as she stormed back into the tavern to find her husband

She ran as fast as she could tracking the footprints that lead from the spot Emma had left Regina to a cave, she saw evidence of drag marks and a set of footprints leading to the cave, she came to a slow pace as she approached the cave hearing a pair of voices.

"It's too late for me" Tinkerbelle tells the former Queen

"Only if you kill me"

"I won't kill you. But I won't help you either. Besides, it's probably too late. He's been with him too long" She hands the heart back to Regina.

Regina stared the fairy down as she took her heart from the fairy safely back into her hands. She didn't quiet process what happened next when Tinkerbelle was suddenly pull backwards by an unknown force as she saw a hooded figure, she knew holding Tinkerbelle up against the cave wall with a steel blade help up to the fairy's exposed throat

"Hello Tink" a dark voice she knew was Amelia's greeted the green fairy

"Amelia" Tink whimpered in fear

"You and I need to have a little chat" the redhead growled through her teeth

Tink's heart sank as Amelia left her in the deserted street as she rejected her pleads to help the lonely Queen. Her stealing the dust had come to no avail as she shrunk down and flew away from the tavern. As she

"Stop!" Blue voice suddenly said behind her. the green fairy stopped and turned to face her superior "You stole that dust"

"I know. I thought I needed it to prove to you that I was a good fairy"

"You could have proven that by being a good fairy. By listening to me"

"I was following my instincts" Tink tried to defend herself

"Which are so far from being correct" Blue sighed in disappointment "This can't be forgiven"

"Wait. Wait. Everyone deserves a second chance. We always tell people that"

"But, Tinkerbell, this was your second chance"

"Please. I promise. I'm so sorry" Tinkerbelle begged Blue

"You betrayed my trust"

"I can regain it. Give me a chance"

"You can't. For one simple, tragic reason: I no longer believe in you" Blue waved her wand making Tinker Bell's wings disappear and she helplessly falls to the ground. Blue flies away into the night leaving the former fairy to fend for herself.

"Amelia!" Regina exclaimed at the redhead in disbelief "What are you doing?!"

" Oh we go way back. She ruined my life"" she tells Regina without looking back "

"How exactly did I ruin your life" Tinkerbelle asked the assassin "You threw my offer of happiness in my face" Regina watched the confrontation in confusion, what did she mean by that.

"Because you are the reason my family are dead!" she screamed in the former fairy's face in frustration, her eyes filling with rage, filling up with tears.

"What?" the fairy gasped in disbelief as the redhead kept the blade poised at the base of her neck.

"The night we met, someone from the Brotherhood saw me with you. They followed us for years before they boarded our ship in the middle of the night taking our three-year-old son out of my arms and a bullet in my husbands stomach. All because you couldn't let me be with the life I had. Give me one good reason why I shouldn't scalp that blonde hair off your head"

"Melia stop" Regina tried to call out to the red head, this wasn't Amelia speaking. It was the Widow

Tink heard the familiarity in the former Evil Queens voice as she tried to "Wait you two know each other?" at the question Amelia pushed the blade further against her throat to silence the fairy

"She's the reason they even found us" Amelia tells Regina glowered at the fairy "she's the reason their gone"

"This isn't you anymore" Regina told the woman "she can't help with Henry; she doesn't even have her wings"

"Then there's not much point keeping her alive then" Amelia concluded as she reached her armed blade back ready to kill the former fairy when Regina grabbed it in a firm grip making the red head look back at the brunette with anger in her eyes

"No! This is not you!" Regina tried to reason with the angry Assassin "Please don't do this. If she die's so does the chance to get back what little family, you do have" Regina begged to the former assassin. She knew the assassin could easily overpower her with the strength she had yet she just stared at her before the hidden blade disappeared back into it's place, letting go of the fairy's neck a shaky breath left her lips as she forced herself to look away from the source of her anger.

"Get out" she voice now lacking the anger that went behind the earlier threat to kill her. The simple order was enough for the fairy to leave the pair behind in the cave. But the fairy needed to know how they did know each other, by hiding herself around the corner to listen to whatever the pair had to say.

"Have you gone completely insane!?" the former Evil Queen started once they were alone

"She took you, what else was I supposed to do, sit by and let her kill you" she rages back at the former Queen

"That's not your job anymore!" she argued to the redhead

"Then what is it?!" she spat in the Queen's face "Why the hell I'm I even here!" she yelling next to no one pulling at her hair in despair "first it was the letter, then the Jackdaw and then Pan, and now her being here is just too much"

The former Queen didn't know what to say at the assassin's outburst. It was all getting too much for her. But she did need something answered.

"I know" Regina sympathized, she wanted to forget the memory that connected to Tinkerbelle of her soulmate, but there was still one thing on her mind she needed answered from the Assassin. "What did she mean" she started gently "Tinkerbelle said she offered you a chance to be happy. Why didn't you take it?"

"Because I was already happy with John" Amelia tells her letting out a shaky breath that made her feel all the fatigue of the events in Neverland so far "She said she could help me find my soulmate, but I didn't need to" she said taking a seat on the cave floor. God's she was so tired "I was happy"

The admission made her throat choked her on words as she fought back the wave of despair as the former Queen struggled to watch the woman that stayed with her through thick and thin, through victories and defeats, Amelia had always been there for her. And now she didn't know what to do as the collected woman in front of her seemed to be breaking down in front of her very eye's.

"All my life I've been raised under a prophesy of being the chosen one. To erase dark magic once and for all. It was all planned out for me since day one. Falling for him was the first thing I had control over in my entire life. And according to her, even that was wrong" her felt her heart breaking all over again.

The assassin openly wept in front of the former Queen "It's all my fault he's gone" she suddenly says "I should've walked the other way maybe then destiny or fate wouldn't have taken them both from me"

"You don't know that" the older woman tells her

"No I do know that. I don't deserve happiness. I'm a villain"

"You are not the villain here Melia" Regina breathed out grasping the sleeve that covered the lion tattoo

Amelia turned her head to look at the Queen herself "How can you be so sure? I was about to let the Widow out"

"You were never the villain, there was always good in you, even if I didn't want to see it. I'm so sorry but you deserve to be happy even if it's not with me"

Regina's own guilt embed her emotions as she stared into Amelia's heartbroken and beaten features as it had finally dawned on her what she had put the red head through over the last decade she worked for the Evil Queen the inner turmoil of killing the only family she had known for the one she found.

Cupping Amelia's face she leaned down and placed a loving kiss on the redheads lips before pulling away and resting their foreheads together breathing the other in as they let their last kiss be that.

Their last.

Guilt weight heavily on the fairy's heart as she listened to the Assassin's words, peaking back into the cave to see the pair in the lovers embrace.

Looked like she didn't need to intervene in the first place. They'd found each other on their own time.

Tink left the pair in the cave as she made her way back into the jungle only to stop raising her hands into a surrender when a group of people got in way holding out swords. She recognized Hook straight away as he held his unsheathed sword on his shoulder while a blonde next to he held out a sword with another man doing the same and a dark haired woman aiming a bow and arrow at her

"Where's Regina and Lia?" Emma demanded out of the woman

"Who the hell are you?" Tink retorted

"A pissed off mother. Where are they?" the tension grew as the group didn't wafer their assault against the fairy, until Regina and Amelia left the cave unharmed together.

"We're fine" Regina reassured the group

"Do you mind removing those?" Tink asked the family and Hook "You might stick me. But I'll take you down"

"It's okay" Amelia spoke up to the family "She's not gonna hurt us. Just stand down" she reiterated pushing down David's sword, his blue eyes met her's and saw the puffiness to them before lowing his sword and the other's did the same.

"Is she going to help us?" Hook asked the Queen and Assassin

"Well, look who the queen dragged along" Tink drawled towards the pirate "Hello Hook"

"Lady Bell" he greeted back

"She's not gonna help us" Regina announced to the others

"Why not?" Emma looked towards the former couple

"Tink, after all we've been through together" he shrugs at her "A little assistance"

"She doesn't have any magic" Amelia tells the blonde

"No pixie dust?" David chimed in

"Not even her wings"

"How?

"I guess people just stopped believing in me" she sent towards Amelia and Regina "And even if I would have helped you he's too powerful" she gravelly tells the group

"But you know where Pan is?" Mary Margaret inquired

"Sure. But it won't do you a bit of good"

"Let us be the judge of that" the archer says confidently "Does he trust you?"

"Can you get us inside his camp and out?" Emma added hopeful

"Maybe" Tink answered the blonde un-trusting "Why should I help you?"

"Because I believe in you" Mary Margaret tells the fairy

"Just get us inside. We'll take care of things from there" Emma reassured the fairy

"And what's in there for me?" Tink asked "Other than a dead sentence from Pan when you're gone with your boy"

"You can come with us" Emma promises her

"That's right. A home. That is what you want, isn't it?" Mary Margaret added with conviction

Tink nodded "Okay. Listen closely. Pan trusts me. He'll let me in. And maybe, just maybe I'll leave a way open for you. But you'll only get one shot. So you'd better have a good plan"

"Thank you. We will" Emma echoed

"Come with us to our camp. We'll figure it out" as the others filed back into the jungle Amelia couldn't move as she let her tired eyes close. Mary Margaret was the last to leave to see that Amelia hadn't moved she approached the Assassin placing a gentle hand on her shoulder making the red head look at her

"Lia? Are you okay?" she asked her old friend with concern

Amelia put on a brave face for the Princess, she made herself smile gently at the woman she's watched become a woman "I'm just tired Snow"

Mary Margaret seemed to let out a sigh of relief hearing this from the older woman "I know, we've all had a long day. You know you can call me Mary Margaret"

The corner of Amelia's lip quirked up in a half smile "I will never call you that"

"I know" The princess let out a small laugh as she wrapped her arm around Amelia's waist and encouraged her forwards, grateful for the support she let the Princess take her away from the cave she had finally let everything come to the surface.

The rescuers had decided to rest before they made their next move against Pan with Tinkerbelle. Regina had moved away from the group as the others made for their own tents or sat around the campfire to eat and drink. Tink found Amelia in her tent sat crossed leg alone reading a journal.

"You found her" Tink said softly to woman kneeling in front of the Assassin

"Coincidence" she tells the fairy without looking up "A target of mine was working for her. I simply took advantage of the circumstances"

"But you found her" she whispered, "Tell me. Do you love her?" Amelia shut the journal and looked up to level with the woman she was ready to kill over half an hour ago.

"We need to find Henry, that's all that matters now"

Tink looked at the woman sadly "People linked by destiny will always find each other" she tells the assassin softly

"Destiny can go to hell" the redhead tells the former fairy before opening the worn journal again ignoring the fairy's presence

Defeated the fairy walks over to Regina and sits down by her side "Did you ever go back and find her? The woman with the lion tattoo?" she clarified

"No" Regina tells her even though that the very same woman was only sat ten feet away from her.

Tink shook her head in disbelief knowing the blatant lie "Unreal. Do you know how selfish that is?"

"It's a lot of things" the former Queen retorts in offence "But how is it selfish?"

"Because you didn't just ruin your life" Tink subtlety looked at Amelia sat up in her tent holding something tight in her fist "You ruined hers"

Back in her tent the redhead couldn't concentrate on her father's words and sketches that covered her aged pages as the day's event caught up to her. Here eye's strung and her eye's blurred from the emotions that boiled over in the cave, snapping the book shut she grabbed the chain that sat around her neck and lied low near her heart that held a plain silver ring that symbolized her love for her Captain holding it tight on her gloved hand she wished she had it's twin that went into the ocean.

She wasn't ready to let go of her first love go just yet. Not until she understood everything that was going on around her.

AN: Thanks for reading!

Who saw The Witcher reference in this chapter? Let me know who did

Also who saw the mention of Amelia's lion tattoo in the first first full chapter of this story (Broken)

First appearance of Robin Hood in this chapter, Yay!

Just to be clear even though I love OutlawQueen. I have my own plan for Robin and how he fits into Amelia's life and into future seasons. #WidowThief
