A/N: HI! So this is my first Arrow fic, despite watching it from the beginning. Last year with Flash ending I decided to do a rewatch, and I fell in love with the show again. Then I was attacked by three plot bunnies who wouldn't leave me alone! Plot Bunny 1 was what if Felicity was baby momma? And Plot Bunny 2 was "What would Sara be if she didn't get on the boat? A nurse!" Bunny number 3 is a secret for now… Then I realized that I could put two of my plots together, and that the third one also fit into this little AU that was being credited. Thus the story was created!

Major thanks to Bkworm4life4 my amazing beta who made sure I could celebrate my birthday with the posting of the first chapter (even if she has a crap ton going on)! I hope you enjoy this story!

Chapter !

"Come on Lissy," Linda McAffe said sitting on her computer chair that she had dragged over to her roommate's side of the room.

Felicity Smoak sighed as she turned from where she was working on her laptop, "Felicity. My name is Felicity."

Linda laughed, "I know, but I had to do something to really get your attention. I've been talking to you for five minutes, but you haven't heard a thing that I've said because you've had your head stuck in the computer."

"Well, you've got my attention now, is this about spring break still?" Felicity sighed pulling back her dark violet hair into a ponytail. Where Felicity sported the gothic look, her roommate was the picture of what many thought a MIT student should look like with light brown hair and sporting a preppy look.

"Yes! You, me Starling City!" Seeing Felicity's doubtful look Linda continued, "C'mon Felicity! You said no to fall break and you went home to Vegas for Hanukkah, so Spring Break may be our last chance to do something together! You never know what psycho we might get paired up with next year. Plus, you are finally eighteen, it's time to live it up a little!"

Unmoved by Linda's impassioned speech Felicity countered, "Even if I wanted to go," she held off a squeal of excitement from Linda. "Even if I wanted to go," she emphasized "there's the minor problem that I can't afford to go."

Grinning Linda countered, "Have you forgotten what my dad does for a living?"

Felicity thought for it a bit and shook her head, it wasn't coming to her.

"He's a pilot for an airline! One of the perks of the job is that we can get tickets for free anytime, so it's not a big deal!" Sensing that Felicity was starting to give in, Linda continued, "You'll stay with us of course, so there's no hotel costs, and my mom is from Georgia so she will feed you until you are ready to explode so no food costs. Plus, you've been working so hard, you need time to relax before the stress of finals is upon us. Even geniuses need to have some fun." She turned on the pleading eyes, "Please Felicity, come with me and don't make me face my family by myself? You know how much they love you." When they video chatted and in all of the boxes that she sent her daughter Linda's mom had included Felicity.

"Okay Fine," Felicity agreed, regretting it the moment the words came out of her mouth. "On the condition that you leave me alone so I can finish this." She said gesturing at her computer.

Linda shrieked with happiness and did a little happy dance wrapping Felicity up in a huge hug. She quickly let go, "You won't see me until the end of the day, so get back to work. I've gotta go call Mom to let her know you'll be joining us. She'll be so excited!" With an excited squeal Linda was out of the room.

With a sigh Felicity shook her head and turned around and got back to working on her project.

"Oh, my goodness, I can't believe it!" Linda squealed as she jumped up and down in excitement.

"What?" Felicity asked, wondering what had gotten into her friend. They had been watching a movie in Linda's room when her phone signaled an incoming text.

Linda held up her cell phone, "We just got invited to A Queen-Merlyn party!" Linda squealed again as she positively vibrated with excitement.

"And that's a good thing?" Felicity questioned, Queen-Merlyn sounded like some sort of renaissance themed dinner or maybe a drag queen show, she wasn't sure.

"It's only the hottest Spring Break party in Starling City! I can't believe it! And it's going to be at a roof-top bar at the best hotel downtown. This is so cool!" She suddenly stopped her happy dance, and panic appeared on her face, "Oh no! What am I going to wear?"

"Clothes?" Felicity blithely suggested, and Linda shot her friend a glare. "I'm sure we can find something appropriate for a Queen-Merlyn party. Is it renaissance themed? I'm asking because of the Merlyn thing, you know King Author's magician, Merlin." Felicity stopped her babble, "And I'm judging by the look on your face that there isn't a theme and the party isn't what I'm thinking it is."

"No," Linda shook her head, "No theme, just a club in the sky with the hottest hosts!" She gasped, "But what are you going to wear?"

"Me?" Felicity questioned, "Who said anything about me going? Even though Mom gave me a Fake ID, I'm not planning on using it!"

"Oh, you're going all right, and don't worry about being carded, it's a Queen-Merlyn party nobody's going to be checking ID's! Now I think I have this little black dress that will look perfect on you." She started towards her closet, "And I think there are a pair of the prettiest black heels that will go perfectly with it!" She worriedly looked over at Felicity, "Are you able to walk in heels?"

Felicity snorted, "My mom is a cocktail waitress, I'm pretty sure she bought me my first pair of heels as soon as I could walk."

"Duh!" Linda giggled, "I can't wait to see what you look like all dolled up!"

Felicity sighed; it looked like she was going to a party.

Hours later as she swayed to the heavy bass beat looking over the night sky and sipping her third sangria, she decided it wasn't too bad of a party. Outside it wasn't as crowded as inside and the drinks she'd had already, had loosened her up to the point where she was actually enjoying herself. She decided it was time to go dance at this party, so she tossed back the last sip of her drink, and turned around only to run smack into a hard chest. "Oh frack! I am so sorry; I didn't see you there! If I had seen, you there I would have obviously not run into you. But unlike some forms of birds my eyes can't see what's behind me. And I'm stopping there." Felicity placed her free hand over her mouth so she wouldn't continue to babble on and embarrass herself any more in front of the very hot guy who's chest she had been pressed against.

Blue eyes and a huge grin split the guy's face showing perfectly straight and white teeth. He deftly took the empty glass from her outstretched hand. "Would you like a refill?" He asked, his voice both soft and deep.

She cautiously took her hand away from her face grateful that her lipstick hadn't come off on her hand. "I think I've hit my limit. Anymore and I'll be drunk, and I don't want to be drunk, just a bit more social, not that I need alcohol to be social!" She rambled, as the blue eyed man was still grinning at her.

"Do you talk like that all the time, cause it's kinda cute." He said.

She giggled, "That's the first time anyone's ever said that. Usually it's 'Felicity don't you ever shut up?' Or something to that effect."

"Felicity? That's a beautiful name to go with a beautiful girl."

Another giggle escaped her, "You're flirting with me, right? Please tell me you are because you're like the hottest guy in here."

His smile stretched even wider, "I am most definitely flirting with you. The whole goth thing is really hot on you." He set her empty glass down on the table beside where they were standing.

Felicity didn't know what to say, hot guys didn't normally flirt with her, but she was in a different state far away from her normal. "So, Mr. Flirty what's your name?" For some reason that brought an even bigger smile to his face.

"Oliver. Now that we know each other's names, may I kiss you?" He asked as he slowly leaned into to her and gently pulled her body to his. Unable to speak she just nodded. "Good," then he proceeded to give her the best kiss of her life. Her arms went around his back pulling him in and she recreated her favorite scene from "The Princess Diaries' where Mia's leg popped.

When Oliver pulled back all Felicity could say was, "Wow!"

Her hand moved behind his head, and she drew his head back down and into another searing kiss. This time he was the one saying, "Wow!" He looked into her eyes and asked, "You want to go back to my room and get to know each other a little better?"

Felicity blushed, "You're asking if I want to have sex, right? Not sitting around chatting about what our favorite colors are, mine is red." Her eyes closed in embarrassment. She knew she had to stop the stream of consciousness speaking.

Oliver leaned down to her, "Yes, I'm asking if you want to have sex with me."

"Then the answer is yes, very much yes!"

"Good," Oliver let go of her back and took her hand to lead her to the elevator. As they made their way through the crowd, she spotted Linda. Her friend looked at Felicity being led away and gave her a huge grin and two thumbs up.

Entering the elevator Oliver push the button and pulled Felicity to him, "I'm going to kiss you again." He warned before leaning in to devour her lips. Their kiss was cut short by the bell and the elevator doors opening. "It's close," Oliver promised as he lead her down the hallway, swiping his keycard, the door swung open and Felicity stepped into a magnificently appointed room.

She turned on Oliver, "This is beautiful, but I don't know if I can cover my half? I'm on scholarship at MIT, but I do get a stipend and have a few side hustles and my mom sends me money when she can." She would have continued, but Oliver was kissing her again.

"Felicity?" He said cutting her off.

"Yes?"

"Don't worry about it, it's already paid for."

"Okay," Now that she was here, and they weren't making out she was starting to get nervous. 'How exactly does one start a one-night stand?' She thought, but Oliver took control and started kissing her again making all thoughts go away.

After one amazing orgasm they lay together in the bed Felicity trying to get her higher brain functions back online. "Hi," Oliver said gently running his finger down the side of her face as they laid facing each other. "You back with me?"

Felicity smiled at him trying to get her breathing back under control, "So that happened." Oliver chuckled and she continued, "and I wouldn't mind it happening again." He leaned in, giving her a gentle kiss, slipping a hand under her hip he placed his other hand on her side and pulled her on top of him. Laughing, she leaned down and kissed him deeply. She started to kiss down his chest when a thought suddenly hit her, "Condoms!" She gasped sitting upright.

He looked confused for a split second before panic washed over his face. "Shit!" he exclaimed, sitting up pushing Felicity onto his lap. "Please tell me you're on the pill!"

"I'm on the pill," Felicity replied. "Take it every day with breakfast, not that I actually eat breakfast most day, just brush my teeth, take my pill, and drink coffee. Lots and lots of coffee."

Oliver looked relieved, "I'm clean," he said. "I think I even have my latest test results on my phone if you want to see them."

She thought on that for a minute analyzing what he'd said, "It's okay I believe you. I don't have any test results to show you, but I haven't been with anybody in like a year."

The grin reappeared on his face. She had started to associate that smile with 'something naughty was about to happen', "Since the horse is already out of the barn, what do you say we continue without?" he asked as he leaned over to kiss her neck.

"Well, the pill if taken correctly is 99% effective, and I take it correctly." Felicity hesitated her mother's lectures about safe sex dancing in her head. While she was thinking Oliver started idly tracing designs on her chest drawing ever closer to her breast. "Okay," she said bashing all thoughts of her mom and safe sex out of her head. She leaned down to continue the exploration of each other's bodies.

"Felicity," the name filtered down from somewhere far above, someplace she couldn't be bothered to figure out. She moaned in protest, getting a deep chuckle in response. "Felicity," her name again, this time the voice was accompanied by a light shake of her shoulder and she could feel someone pushing her hair out of her face, then a kiss. Sighing, she kissed back, what a way to wake up. Blearily she opened her eyes her clear vision and grimy feeling eyes letting her know that she had slept in her contacts. Once her eyes cleared, she saw Oliver lying next to her, "Good morning." He greeted her with a loose smile, "Your phone has rung several times."

That was when her brain really came online, "Frack, Frackity, Frack, Frack, Frack!" The bold Felicity aided by alcohol was now a slightly hungover regular Felicity and she was still in bed with the hottest guy she had ever met who she had had sex with, multiple times the previous night. Embarrassed, she slid beneath the covers pulling the duvet over her head.

Oliver gently tugged the covers down chuckling at her response, "Last night was amazing. Why don't you call your friend back, get a shower, and by then I'll have room service delivered and some clothes brought to the room so you can change."

The offer sounded heavenly, but Felicity didn't want him to have to go to all that expense on her behalf. Sitting up with the covers still covering her breasts she faced Oliver, "I don't think I can afford all of that, but I will accept the offer of a shower though."

Mirth sparkled in Oliver's eyes, "Don't worry about the cost. Anything specific you want to eat?"

"Coffee! And no nuts, I'm allergic. It's not a pretty sight." She shuttered dramatically.

"No nuts, got it." With that he whipped back the covers and padded into the bathroom naked.

Felicity took the time to appreciate the view and commit it to memory before she also got out of bed. She was sore, but in the best way possible. Moving as fast as her aching body allowed her, she gathered up her scattered clothes from theprevious night, grabbed her cell, then quickly slid into the bathroom once Oliver had vacated it. Looking in the mirror her make-up was all smudged and her hair was a tangled mess. She quickly sent a text to Linda letting her know where she was and then hopped into the shower.

A knock sounded and the door cracked open, Oliver said, "I'm leaving the clothes on the counter here along with another bag."

"Thanks!" Felicity sang out, the shower helping her feel tons better.

Once her shower was over, she dressed in her underwear from the night before and put the clothes that Oliver had provided; a pair of capri sweatpants with Starling emblazoned on the side and a T-shirt that matched. The bag contained a toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairbrush, and make-up wipes. Either this hotel was super accommodating or it was Oliver's one night stand bag. She figured it was probably the later judging from how last night had gone, but she put it to good use. Coming out of the bathroom barefoot she felt loads better, and the smell of coffee was just the icing on the cake.

"Come to mama," she said as she made grabby hands at the coffee pot.

Laughing Oliver poured her a cup, "Cream or sugar?"

"Both," she replied watching him pour a generous amount of each. The room service tray held a plate of small pastries, another platter of assorted fruit, a few slices of toast, and a couple of yogurts on ice.

Handing her the coffee cup he gestured to the tray, "Help yourself."

She spotted her favorite pain au chocolate. She took one of the small plates from the tray and grabbed the pastries, a couple strawberries, some blueberries, and a yogurt and retreated to the small table in the room to enjoy her food. Biting into the pain au chocolate, she sighed. It was flakey, buttery, and the chocolate was the best she had ever tasted. "Oh, my goodness, last night was worth this!" Felicity's eyes widened as she realized what she had said, "I don't have sex for food and last night was amazing as well!"

"I thought the foot in mouth thing was because of the alcohol." Oliver laughed.

She popped another bite into her mouth. "I'm always great at saying things the wrong way, alcohol just makes it worse." She laughed, "Sometimes when I was little my mom would stop me by putting her hand over my mouth."

Oliver gave her a smirk, "I prefer my way of getting you to be quiet."

Flushing Felicity remembered the kiss, "It was more enjoyable. Little Felicity would sometimes lick or bite the hand that covered her mouth." She finished off the pastry and watched

as Oliver picked a few fruits to eat off the tray not bothering to get a plate. "So where do you go to college at?"

"I'm in between colleges at the moment," he said evasively. "Do I remember you saying you go to MIT?"

She nodded, "Finishing up my sophomore year."

"So, when do you head back to campus?"

"Tomorrow, I'm staying with my friend, Linda. Her dad's a pilot so she was able to score us some free tickets and we got upgraded to first class! I felt so fancy, like a high roller!" Her phone dinged with a text from Linda telling her that she was on her way to pick Felicity up.

"Want to exchange numbers? That way if I'm ever in the Cambridge area I can look you up?" Oliver asked.

"Sure," She pulled up her text messages, "Okay give me your number." He rattled off his number and she punch it into her contacts and sent, 'Hey it's Felicity, MIT girl.' "Just one more thing," she held up her RAZR and snapped a pic of Oliver, "This way I'll know it's you when you call."

"You should retake that with my shirt off." He teased as he grinned and winked at her.

"You're incorrigible!" Felicity laughed at him.

He pulled out his Blackberry, "It's only fair I get one too."

Felicity groaned, "I look horrible."

Oliver's face softened, "I think you look just fine, now smile." He said as he took the photo. "Perfect!" he announced.

Felicity's phone dinged again after looking at it she sighed, "That's Linda, she's pulling up. Bye Oliver." She stood up, popped the last bite of her chocolate pastry in her mouth and got all the crumbs off of her clothes. "Are you sure that you don't want me to give you any money for any of this?"

He stepped over to her and gently pulled her in and placed a soft but through kiss on her, "I think that's payment enough."

The kiss left her a bit dazed, and she stumbled a bit as she gathered her clothes from last night and walked out of the room. Just before she left the room she turned and shyly said, "I had a wonderful time last night."

"Me too." Oliver said as she pulled the door shut..

Coming out of the lobby Felicity spotted Linda's car and hopped into the front seat.

"Oh my god girl, did you just have a one-night stand with Oliver freaking Queen?" Linda shrieked as Felicity closed the door of the car and buckled in.

Wincing at the very loud noise, "Could you not be so loud? And while I didn't ask his last name, his first name is Oliver."

Linda fixed Felicity with a shocked look, "Did you not know who he is?"

"No? Should I have?" Felicity questioned, wondering what had Linda so excited about her having been with Oliver.

"You don't know?! Oh girl! Wait until I tell you who you just spent the night with!" With that Linda put the car into gear and they took off.
