There's a park not far from the house that Ricardo has wanted to explore for awhile, never quite able to find the time to go there, but he's worked out some booking issues for the school, and figured out some travel issues, and now... well, now he's rid of most of his to-do list and the house is quiet, the twins and Alicia sleeping peacefully. He taps his fingers against the desk and glances over at where Andre is playing quietly, mindful of his sisters' need for rest.

Ricardo pushes aside some paperwork and kneels down next to him, hugging Andre close. "Hey," he whispers.

Andre peers up at him, smiling a little. "Hello, Daddy."

"It's pretty quiet around here right now, huh, bud?" Ricardo runs his fingers through his son's dark hair, trying to tame it a little bit. "What do you say we go outside for awhile?"

Andre's eyes brighten. "Outside, daddy? Can we play catch?"

"We can," Ricardo says. "But do you want to go for a bit of a drive first?"

"Where?" Andre asks, his brows furrowing in thought as he peers up at Ricardo curiously.

"There's a park nearby, I'd like to take you to it. How does that sound?"

Andre beams. "Yes, Daddy!" he exclaims before catching himself, looking horrified. "Yes, Daddy," he whispers, eyes wide.

"Let's go then," Ricardo says, scooping him up. "C'mon, little man. We'll go get some toys, something to snack on, and we'll go."

Andre hums, kicking his feet playfully. "Daddy, will I get to go to wrestling with you again soon?"

"Yeah, kiddo. I'll talk to your mom about it," he promises, wandering around the room and filling up a bag with necessities. "Now then, ready for the park?"

"Yeah!" Andre stage whispers, grinning even wider as Ricardo grabs his keys and heads for the door.

"Me too," he says with a chuckle, closing the door as quietly as possible behind them and turning to lock it. "Here we go then."

"Yay!" Andre says, finally free to be a little louder once they're away from the house.

Ricardo chuckles and vows to make more time to do things like this, just him and Andre, until the twins are older and can join them. Not only does it give Alicia and Sofia some much needed time to themselves, it also helps him to bond a little more with his children, which is always a good thing, considering how busy he gets between traveling for his own wrestling dates and the school.

Once Andre is settled in his car seat, Ricardo leans in and presses a kiss to his forehead. "Park time," he says with a bright grin, settling in to the driver's seat and glancing back at his son in the rear view mirror once more before putting the car into motion.
