Tanya walked through the streets of Orario.
Her appearance was of a young woman who looked to be twenty.
Taking in the sight of everything, she listened carefully.
From what she could tell, she was in a medieval fantasy setting with dwarfs, elves, and other intelligent beings.
The last thing she remembered was going to sleep in her room in Berlin.
When she woke up, she was in these streets.
The only thing she had on her right now was her combat knife.
Keeping her calm, Tanya collected information quickly and casually.
Little by little, she learned the basic framework of the city she was in.
Revelation like gods and adventurers appeared but Tanya kept her calm.
She tried to feel for her magic again but still couldn't feel it.
Sighing with acceptance, Tanya focused on other things.
What was she going to do now?
"Being X."
Tanya muttered quietly.
She expected time to stop and for Being X to appear but Being X didn't.
After so many years, Being X disappeared just like that.
Or maybe Being X was trying to pull a fast one on her.
Looking around, Tanya could see people spending money.
She would need money if she wanted to live in this new society.
Many thoughts passed through Tanya's head on how to make money.
She could do magic tricks as an entertainer.
Waiting for combat in the war was boring.
She learned many magic tricks to entertain herself and her battalion.
Thinking about it, Tanya decided it was worth a shot.
Unfortunately, she didn't have anything on her to do magic tricks.
Perhaps she should go into an alley and encounter some bad people.
Maybe they'll have some money on them.
It was stupid and dangerous.
She'd rather set up someone else as bait.
Studying the people around, she found two drunk shady-looking people.
It shouldn't be hard for her to take on two skinny poles.
They went into an alley and she secretly followed them.
After a few twisting alleys, they found a shack went up to it.
"Collectors, open up!"
One of them yelled loudly.
"I already paid you today!"
The voice of a young woman yelled angrily.
He looked at his buddy with a smile.
"Did we get paid today?"
His buddy smiled.
"Of course, we didn't. Open up or we'll break your door down."
"Leave me alone!"
The young woman angrily yelled inside her house.
"Guess we'll have to bust this door down. You asked for it."
The two grinned and started shaking the door.
"I am a goddess, have you no fear!"
They shook the door harder.
"A dirt poor goddess is all you are!"
Tanya continued watching silently.
They were definitely stupid to offend a powerful being.
Not that she could say much.
The two continued shaking the door but it still didn't open.
"Open up already!"
"No!"
The young woman's words angered them further.
Tanya flexed her muscles.
She could still remember that day when Mary Sue gave her a beatdown.
Ever since that day, Tanya often worked out when she could.
The door finally opened and a skinny red-haired woman was revealed to be behind the door.
Her slanted eyes saw Tanya and she yelled.
"Save me, friend!"
The two men turned towards Tanya and Tanya dully looked at them.
There was nothing to be gained from helping the goddess in front of her.
As a goddess, she was probably as skimpy as Being X.
"Don't mind me, continue."
The two men glanced at each other and glanced back at Tanya.
"What are you doing here?"
Tanya shrugged her shoulder.
"I don't believe you own these alleys, and I don't believe you have any business in my business."
They became pissed at her words.
"Quite the mouth you got. You want us to shut you up."
Tanya rolled her eyes, she had better things to be doing than arguing with unintelligent monkeys.
She turned and started walking away.
As she expected, they ran towards her.
She turned to them and threw dirt.
They instinctively held up their arms to block the debris.
Tanya kicked one of them in the nut and she winced.
Her imaginary nut still did not like it when she did that.
The others lowered their arm and Tanya grabbed their neck with her right hand.
Instinctively they reached to pry her hand away.
She dug her nails in and they choked with pain.
Tanya choked slammed them against the wall and pulled out her knife.
She held it toward their eyes.
"Do you have any friends?"
He immediately responded out of fear.
"Yes."
Tanya didn't like that, it meant he could continue finding problems with her.
Should she kill them or let them live?
The other one recovered from his nut being busted and took out a knife.
That answered Tanya's question and she jammed her knife into her captive skull.
Her captive fell and the man with the knife became panicked.
"You! Do you know what you've done?"
Tanya fearlessly took a step forward with her knife.
Her eyes gleamed dangerously and the man became afraid like she expected.
He turned to run away from her.
A mistake as one shouldn't show their backs to their enemies.
Tanya closed in and grabbed their hair.
She yanked it and he fell to the ground screaming in pain.
Tanya swung her knife down through their skull and they died.
A sigh made its way out of Tanya.
First day in this new world and there was already trouble.
Tanya looked at the shocked red-haired lady.
She wondered what she should do with this red-haired goddess.
The goddess seemed to recover.
"Ah! Thank you. Although I think you went overboard."
Tanya narrowed her eyes and stood up.
The goddess made a smile and stood her ground.
"My name's Loki, care to tell me yours?"
