RAAAAAAAAAAA! New chapter!

Night hummed to himself in satisfaction, standing over the newest member of their group.

The sand-colored dragon was sleeping against the ground, Hathcock had just been transformed hours ago and it seemed like everything turned out great.

With the third new member, his group was complete. At least until he got cleared for more dragons.

Jasper and Viper were outside the hangar doing their own training, still trying to figure out how their new bodies worked.

Jasper learned just a while ago that he could breathe fire like he could, so he was outside trying to learn how to control it. He had no idea why, but it seemed like no matter what he did, he could never get as hot of a flame as Nightfall could.

Then Viper was messing around with his color-changing scales. He still wasn't comfortable using his venom since the incident, so he was practicing something else.

Night frowned thinking of something. He was used to leading squadrons and groups into combat, he has even taught a few other pilots since he was one of the best. But, he has never done ANYTHING like this.

None of them knew how to be a dragon. Hell, he was still learning every day about being a dragon...

Viper was a trained airman, but he was never in any real combat situations, and he never had any ground training, so he definitely needed training.

Night frowned at the next dragon in his mind. Jasper had no military training... period. He is probably going to have to be trained by just about everyone here so they can help catch him up.

And then there was the new dragon. Obviously, Hitchcock was more than likely going to be the easiest out of all of them. He was obviously very skilled since he was one of the few people who had a bigger reputation than himself. He hadd years of skills built up, the only thing he would need is probably to be re-educated about more modern weapons and vehicles.

Everyone was going to have to learn how to be a dragon, there was no getting around that. But, all in all... not bad. The dragons he got all seemed to be confident and he had faith in them.

...It helped that he knew all of them.

The sand-colored dragon started to move and twitch.

Well... almost all of them.

The dragon's eyes began to twitch and open showing off his obsidian black eyes. His eyes opened up all the way groggily, "Oh god, I feel like I have been asleep for weeks..."

Night smiled, "I mean, the body that you're in technically has..."

The dragon's eyes shot open all the way, "So I take it that the transformation worked?" he said while looking down at his new claws.

Night nodded, "Yep, how do you feel?"

The sand-colored dragon didn't say anything at first, trying to get up off the ground, his legs shaking as he tried to stand up.

"Well, considering I didn't wake up feeling like an old man, pretty damn good," Hathcock said, smiling.

He stood up all the way, his legs still shaking a bit. He took a look over at Night and took note of his stance, copying him by tucking in his wings.

Night smiled mentally. Ya, he was going to be the easiest to train like he thought. It wouldn't surprise him one bit if he was flying before everyone else.

Night nodded to him, "All right, as you were briefed, you need a new name since you're legally dead."

"Can I be called the White Feather?" He asked jokingly.

Night chuckled, "No, that would be too obvious,"

Hathcock chuckled with him, "Ya, I figured," He nodded, "Give me a little bit to think about it, so what are we going to be doing for now?"

"Well for now, we need to get you used to being on four legs, so for right now, just go and do some laps around the hanger till you can run," Night answered.

The sand-colored dragon nodded and started taking shaky steps. Getting more confident with each step.

Night left him to himself for a bit, going to go and see what Jasper and Viper were doing outside.

He walked out of the hangar door to see them doing... nothing.

Viper looked like he was looking of into space and Jasper was just watching him quietly.

"What's going on?" Night asked as he walked up next to Jasper.

"Viper learned that we can hear really good," Jasper whispered to him.

Nigh chuckled, he remembered when he learned that, "Not only that, but he should be able to smell really good too."

Viper turned to look at both of them, breaking from his trance-like state, "We should see later who can hear better!" Viper challenged.

Night laughed, "That would be good to know for the future."

"And smell," Jasper said while nodding his head, agreeing with them. He may be a dragon now, but the thirst for knowledge was still there and it would always be there.

Jasper turned to look at Night, "So how is he doing?" he said while motioning his head towards the hanger.

"Right now, he is running a few laps to get used to his new legs" Night answered.

As soon as he said that, they heard something hit the ground, hard. Everyone flinched, remembering how hard that first walk was.

"GOD DAMMIT!" A voice shouted from inside the hanger.

Yep, face-planted onto the ground.

Night looked back to the brown dragon that stood next to him, "Jasper?"

It took a second to remember that was his name now, he turned back to Night when he realized that Night was talking to him, "Ya?"

"Are they working on the new suits for you guys?" Night asked him.

Jasper nodded, "Ya, they got are measurements while we were still in the tubes developing."

Night nodded back, "Good, then they will be ready once we are done then."

"Done with what?" Viper asked him.

"Training, you three are almost completely different than me with completely different powers, you need to figure out how to use them," Night said, motioning to Vipers color-changing scales.

Jaspers's ears perked when he remembered something about the new dragon in the hanger, "Hey Night, did you see his tail?"

Night nodded, "Ya, it looks like it has the stinger of a scorpion on the end of his tail," Night said remembering, "Don't worry, I'll have it tested before we have another accident."

They heard the dragon hit the ground again.

"CURSE THESE LEGS!"

Night sighed, "It was going to be a long month..."
