Tanya finished her story and Loki stared at her.
For Loki, every one of her children had a story of their own.
Tanya's story was quite dazzling.
The thing that shocked Loki the most though was that Tanya was a boy.
Loki looked at Luna who was half drunk in the middle of the day.
Tanya had only started telling the story in the morning.
"You knew this Luna?"
"Yeah."
Loki looked back at Tanya.
Tanya wondered what Loki would say.
There were many things going through her head but she couldn't tell what Loki would say.
"So Tanya, you're a guy?"
Tanya scrunched her eyes.
She expected Loki to say that but hadn't expected Loki to say that at the same time.
"Yes."
Loki looked at Tanya's chest.
"Would ya let me..."
Tanya quickly cut her off.
"No."
Luna smiled at Loki.
"You can touch mine."
Both Loki and Tanya fell.
Luna bursted out laughing.
"Say, when we gonna get to that village Tanya?"
Tanya got up.
"Five more days."
Luna spat out her drink.
"Five more days of pissing and shitting in the wilderness?!"
Tanya didn't know what to say.
She was taking her time getting to the village because she wanted to have time to collect herself.
Loki seemed to sense what was on Tanya's mind.
"I think Tanya wants to have time to collect herself."
Luna made a sigh.
"Alright, but who's going to feed the baby? We're all flat."
Realization dawned on Loki and Tanya.
Tanya realized she hadn't brought milk to take Mary back with her.
However, she should be able to quickly fly back with Luna back to Orario.
Loki looked at her chest.
"Yeah, I don't think I got any milk."
Tanya spoke her thought.
"We'll think of something when we arrive."
Luna made a yawn.
"Alright, wake me up when we stop."
Back at the Familia, Kuro woke up groggily.
He headed into the main living room and into the kitchen.
After getting some food, he went back into the living room and started eating.
Listening carefully, he could hear the mansion wasn't very loud.
Even though it should be busy and lively during this time of day.
Kuro wondered where they were.
Felix came into the living room.
"Kuro, you're here?!"
Kuro looked at Felix.
"Yeah?"
"I thought you went into the dungeon with Gareth, Riveria, and Finn."
Kuro shrugged his shoulder and ate.
"No one told me anything."
Felix touched his chin.
He wondered how he should tell Kuro that Loki, Tanya, and the rest of the higher-ups were gone besides himself.
"Uh Kuro, can you do me a favor?"
Kuro looked at Felix strangely.
This was the first time Felix asked for a favor.
"Shoot."
Felix blushed for a moment.
"You see, I'm going on a date Melis today. So could you take care of the Familia for me?"
"Where are Loki and Tanya?"
Felix thought back to what he saw.
"I think the two with Luna are on vacation."
Kuro narrowed his eyes.
They get a vacation but he doesn't?
This is clearly a sign of something.
Well, it didn't matter.
Kuro waved his hand.
"Alright, have fun."
Felix became cheerful.
"Thank you."
"And try to stay on top."
Felix didn't fully know what that meant but felt encouraged.
"Alright, see you later."
Kuro watched Felix leave and finished eating.
More Familia members woke up and came into the room.
Kuro cleaned his dish and went back into the living room.
He made a poster and hung it.
It wrote that Kuro would be in charge while Loki, Tanya, and the others were gone.
If they needed anything, they would speak to him.
Kuro sat down again and was lost in thought.
Out of the corner of his eye, Kuro some something.
It was baby Tenya crawling sneakily.
How the kid got out of her crib was unknown to Kuro.
But he was a little curious as to what she was going to do.
Silently, Kuro walked behind Tenya.
Tenya suddenly sighed and looked behind her.
Quickly, she attacked.
"Uncle Kuro."
Kuro cringed upon getting called uncle.
His ptsd triggered for a moment and he shivered.
"Please don't call me that. Also, what are you doing out of your cell? Are you trying to be a smooth criminal?"
Tenya's blinked at Kuro and her stomach grumbled.
"Hungry, no maids to feed me."
Kuro eyes widened a little.
"Huh, don't tell me they're slacking on the job."
Tenya shook her head.
"No, today is their day off. Don't know why, but mom not in my room today."
Tenya didn't like acting as a child but she wanted to put in an effort to look like one by making childish sentences.
Kuro looked at his chest.
"Yeah I don't think I got any milk."
Tenya face planted to the ground.
Kuro laughed at the sight.
"Hold on, I'll get you something."
Kuro headed into the kitchen and came back with a glass of milk that had a straw.
He placed it down and Tenya started drinking.
The milk tasted great and Tenya wondered how it was made.
Kuro made a michevious smile.
"So, how does dragon milk taste?"
Tenya spat out what she was drinking and stared at Kuro incredously.
Kuro bursted into laughter.
"Look at your face! Don't worry, dragon milk is good for kids."
Kuro suddenly seemed to have a realization.
"Hmmm, I think today might be your birthday. Hold on, let me get you a present."
Tenya watch Kuro leave.
She stared at the glass of dragon milk and blinked.
Feeling hungry, she decided to go back to drinking dragon milk.
Different world, different milk, she guessed.
Kuro came back with a green pillow.
"This is a magic pillow that can fly. I use to use it for uh... purposes."
Kuro placed the pillow down and beckoned Tanya to climb on.
Tenya narrowed her eyes suspiciously and climbed on.
She could feel a connection with the pillow as if she could control it.
Suddenly, the pillow floated up into the air, carrying Tenya with it.
Tenya eyes widened, this was actually a magic pillow!
The pillow flew and Tenya felt joy that made her giggle.
Kuro watched as the pillow flew around with Tenya on it.
