"Aunty?" Miles snuck to the woman's side, "Jess," he gently tugged at her shirt.

"What's up? You're supposed to be taking a nap," she reminded him.

"I…I wanted to know if you could answer a few questions for me?"

Jess watched him dance about nervously, "Ok, what question?"

"You have to promise not to tell Miguel though."

She sighed, "What mischief have you caused now?"

He swayed a little more, pulling the photo album out.

Jess took it, flipping through the pages.

"I didn't take it maliciously," he quickly stated, "He and his brother were arguing in the hall and I was in his room just looking around and I was scanning it some when he told me we were leaving," he stammered out, trying to make it not look too bad.

Mommy scanned the pages with a disconnected apathy, "So, you snuck it so you could get a better look?"

He shuffled, "I wasn't trying to steal it. I was just trying to get to know him better."

"Then why not just ask him about himself?"

"I don't know, it was a dumb decision," he shrugged, "I just…I was curious and…I tried, I got short replies…"

Jess handed him back the book, "You need to give him this back."

"He's gonna be mad at me," the teen groaned, "Do you at least know who the ladies are in the picture?"

"Not really," She shrugged, "I teased him years ago about getting a girlfriend and his eyes glazed over in a subtle sorrow. So I figured it's a touchy subject for him and I dropped it. Peter might know, he was friends with Miguel a little longer than me."

Miles nodded, a little disappointed.

"But I do know that you are going to give him that back. And have a good apology ready, because I don't imagine he's going to be pleased to know that you stole his property. But I doubt he'll be mad."

"I…I didn't mean it like that. I was just…"

"Go take your nap, and if you haven't given it back by bedtime, I'm going to tell him. And I really don't want to be the one."

His shoulders fell, "Yes Aunty," with that he slumped away to put the album in his bag. Miguel was going to be so upset with him. He sighed, pondering a way to tactfully explain it to him, since he didn't do great explaining to Jess.

The trio said a goodbye to Virgil as they decided to head on to HQ for some hours. Jess took the time to quietly remind Miles to return the book.

This actually gave Miles a better idea, "Hey Margo?"

"What's up?" Spiderbyte looked up from her screen.

"I need a favor," he started, receiving a raised brow from her, "I need the coordinates to Miguel's dimension please. I'll explain. Later, I promise, I just need to run there for a second, barely."

She tilted her head away. He was obviously trying to be sneaky, "Will this come back to bite me?"

"It shouldn't. I'm not going to break anything, I just need to do something really quickly and I'll be back just as quick."

Margo shifted in her seat. She checked the cameras, seeing Miguel in his office, "Ok, please don't get me in trouble man."

"Thanks so much," he used his watch to open the portal and quickly jumped in.

Miles sat on the side of a building. He knew the building they were sitting on, if he could get back to that building he could trace their steps back to the Penthouse.

"Perfect," he found the building, from this angle he knew how to get there.

As he planned his route his senses went off. Acting on his feet he quickly jumped away from a stab, piercing the building and nearly him.

"Not right now!" He dodged another spear, "Dead quiet when I'm here with Miguel," he hid behind the building, still plotting out his route.

A loud roar rang out as a creature jumped towards him.

"What the h3ll are you?" He shot it with several webs before swinging away, avoiding it landing on him.

When he thought he swung away, his webs were cut.

"I don't have time for this!" He aimed another web, getting grabbed before he could web off.

The giant gripped him tightly as they dropped to the ground.

Hulk roared in his face, as Miles pushed his hand. He reeled back some, scrutinizing the spider-man he was holding.

"You're not the right one. Where is the other one?"

"Other who?"

"Deadpool."

"Who the h3ll is Deadpool? Put me down!"

Hulk sneered, dropping the kid, "You're supposed to be Spider-man? But not the normal one. Where is the normal one?"

"I don't know, I was looking for him too," a quick lie. He didn't know this beast.

Hulk 2099 growled, saying nothing as he transformed back into his human form. He looked around, hurrying off into an alley before more people saw him.

"What was that about?"

"Pst," a whispered called out from a man in a trench coat, "I know the other Spider-man. The one with bad posture but an amazing a double money sign. Are you looking for him?"

Miles just shook his head and hurried off. He ended up taking his suit off, figuring it was a bit more trouble than it was worth. Well, he left the mask on still, out of paranoia.

After that weird event he managed to find Miguel's house. He typed the code he remembered Miguel typing in the backdoor and hurried in, making a bee line for his bedroom.

"Ok," the teen pushed the nightstand drawer closed, "like it was never even gone," now to get back to HQ before he was missed. Thankfully he knew how to open a portal directly there.

A head peeked into the bedroom, watching him walk into the red.
