NO NEED TO WORRY! WHY!? BECAUSE, I AM HE… The crash of a hand on top of the alarm clock brings peace to a waking Izuku's ears. Upon realizing that he won't be able to fall asleep, the boy reluctantly got up and performed his morning routine. Once Midoriya had finished, he lay in his bed pondering the events of last night. While his mind debated whether it was just a dream or reality, Midoriya glanced around his room enduring the now condescending stares of the All Might posters on the walls. But that all soon came to a sudden end when from the corner of his eyes the boy caught the glint of metal from his desk. Curious of what was responsible for catching his attention, Midoriya stood out of bed to investigate.

Upon setting sight on the unknown object, the teen was left flabbergasted. There before his eyes were the sickles he had received from Lobo. After recovering from the initial shock, Izuku slowly took hold of the weapons and proceeded to give them experimental swings. As Izuku's mind replayed the night's events and accepted his newfound power. His body began to transform as it did the same; increase in height, nails becoming claws, teeth into fangs, fur sprouting on his body, along with a snout and tail.

When Izuku inspected the side of the sickle he stopped taking notice of his reflection on the blade. From the reflection a figure, much like Lobo himself, peered back at Midoriya. However instead of staring into Lobo's blood red eyes there were a pair of emerald green being reflected on the blade.

After taking in his wolf transformation. Izuku set the weapons back on his desk before changing back, looking at his hands admiring the newfound power within himself.

"So that was not a dream. Then that girl… I need to rescue her." Izuku reaches down for the sickles. When he noticed a letter was also on his desk with a simple message.

Xxx xxxxxx Eri's location -Lobo

P.S. happy hunting

"That saved me the trouble of finding her the hard way." Midoriya transforms, grabbing his sickles and heading into the closet, disappearing within its shadows.

(Underground Overhaul base)

Overhaul was in his lab testing his current recipe for quirk erasing bullets. An improvement from last month's mixture. However it did not even come close to Overhaul's desired outcome. As Overhaul was inspecting the current results. He was interrupted when the door to the room creaked open.

Through the door came Shin Nemoto, a member of Overhaul's 8 bullets, dragging a terrified little girl into the room.

"Ah, Shin, I was beginning to wonder when you would arrive," Overhaul says.

"Apologies, master Overhaul, Eri has been quite rebellious today."

"Mister Lobo is going to save me!" the little girl covered in bandages yells out.

"Mister Lobo?" Overhaul questions while giving Shin a confused look, which he responds with a shrug.

"My friend! He was with me at night when bad man hurt me!" she exclaims

"I don't have the patience to hear a curse ramble about their imaginary friends. Shin secure her to the chair." Overhaul ordered his subordinate.

"I won't let bad man hurt me." Eri cried out, fighting against Shin's grip. Her struggle only delayed the inevitable, for her adversary was a grown adult physically stronger than herself.

With Eri bond in the chair, Overhaul prepared the tools needed for the planned procedure on the girl. When the equipment was all set, Overhaul approached Eri removing his gloves.

"Now we should commence," Overhaul claims.

Fear having trapped the words in her throat, Eri shakes her head desperately against those words.

"As you can observe, there are only three of us in this room. No one is coming to save you, no savior, no hero, no mister Lobo," Overhaul declared with irritation in his voice. "Now enough setbacks let's proceed."

However, before Overhaul could lay a finger on the girl. A sound cuts through the air of the compound. A sound that froze all in the vicinity, in their place. A single sound that carried many messages and emotions, from its source; anger, hatred, bloodlust, and to its listeners; fear, pain, …death. But, to a little girl it brought hope, safety, and a promise of freedom from the nightmare she was in. The sound from a lone individual, a simple whistle.

Eri let a small unnoticeable smile creep on her face while pronouncing a quiet whisper of mister Lobo. This catching Overhaul's attention, gives a quick glance at the girl before turning to address the other person in the room.

"Shin locate the one responsible and bring them to me, so I can properly deal with such a nuisance."

"Of course, master Overhaul," Shin responds, turning to leave for his search.

"Oh, that won't be necessary."

Both men immediately turn to the dark corner of the room where the voice had come from. Not taking their attention off said corner, they questioned if they heard things right. Tho before they could question their sense of hearing any further, a pair of emerald eyes shined through the darkness.

"You have some nerve coming before me; Shin."

"Who are you?" Shin inquiries upon Overhaul's command.

"Who, me? …I'm but a simple hunter eyeing his prey."

"Let me be more precise. What is your name?"

"Lobo de la Muerte."

Shin was feeling uneasy at the shadowed figure's nonchalance while under his quirks effect. And was questioning the truthfulness of the answers given. However he could not back down, to be of use for Overhaul he had to push onward.

"What is your purpose here Lobo?" asks Shin with slight hesitation.

"Two things, one rescue her and two kill him," responds Lobo, shifting his gaze to Eri then Overhaul respectively.

At those words Shin pulls out the gun he carries ready to defend his master, if their guest dare make a move against Overhaul. "You have wasted your time on a foolish endeavor confronting master Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai."

"And you, your last breaths of air," says Lobo.

"This annoyance has gone long enough, Shin silence this pest," commands Overhaul.

Upon hearing those words Shin shoots where Lobo's chest should be. However when Lobo starts to chuckle Shin does not hesitate unloading two more in the chest and a third to the face. But Lobo goes on like nothing has happened.

"Your quirk, Lobo."

With Lobo's continued laughter, Shin's previous unease transformed into a small pit of dread. A pit that grew with every passing second that Lobo continued laughing.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you"

"What is your quirk? Answer me, now!" Shin demands.

"Quirkless," Lobo states flatly.

Making everything in the room go quiet upon his statement. Not even a breath was taken or released by Overhaul or Shin. Once Lobo had finished taking in his prey's dumbfounded expressions. He had decided that play time was over and the hunt should begin.

"Now that the child is safe, you have a 5 second head start."

At those words both yakuza members look down to see the shadow of a humanoid wolf under the now empty chair Eri should be strapped onto, coming from the corner Lobo was in.

Before the yakuza could speculate how this was all possible. Two sickles glistening within the darkness were spun and struck against each other, which was followed by the counting one. Brought the men back into the situation they were now facing.

Shin swiftly grabs Overhaul and drags his master out of the room and down the corridor. His fear blocking the knowledge that his master disliked being touched by others and the outraged orders Overhaul was shouting.

Clang, 2.

Once realizing his orders were not being heard by Shin. Overhaul promptly explodes Shin into a mess of blood before putting him back together.

"Now will you listen to me?" Overhaul asks with indignation.

"Master Overhaul? Wha.. what is …"

Clang, 3.

"You must evacuate, master!" Shin pleads upon hearing the countdown. However Overhaul disregards his subordinate's frantic state, severely annoyed by the individual that dare steal Eri from his clutches.

While Shin was preoccupied thinking on how to escape, Overhaul was formulating how to retrieve Eri and make this Lobo pay for his audacity.

Clang, 4.

"Where are the rest of the 8 bullets!?" Overhaul yells in frustration at this whole situation. "Shin, locate the remaining bullets, we are exterminating that pest of a mutt."

"But, master…" Shin tried to argue, however the stare Overhaul was giving him did not allow disobedience.

"Of course."

Clang, 5

The two yakuza members suddenly turn to the other end of the hallway when the lights on that end suddenly shut off.

"Man you're slow, didn't even reach the other end of the hallway," the pair of emerald eyes criticized. "Hopefully your fight is better than your flight."

Having lost his patience Overhaul did not hesitate touching the ground to send spikes into the darkness where the eyes reside. But to his growing anger there was no sign if his attack struck its target. No flinching of the eyes, no grunt of pain, no sound of concrete tearing flesh, nor any movement hinting the attack connected.

"For someone that hates quirks to the degree of labeling them a disease. You seem to fancy displaying the power of your own quirk to others."

"QUIRKS ARE NOTH…"Overhaul begins to yell out, only to be cut off by Lobo.

"I don't want to listen to the rambling of a dead man," Lobo snarls out while striking the ground with the sickles, rushing the two men while dragging his blades across the floor and baring his fangs for his prey to see.

The yakuza waste no time in sending attacks to the silhouette made from the flying sparks. Yet nothing was slowing Lobo down, with each passing second the working lights between hunter and prey diminished, those emerald eyes got closer, the darkness got closer, and their attacks became ever more frantic.

Overhaul had never truly felt fear after gaining control of his quirk. For he was always top dog amongst the yakuza because of it. However, here nothing he tried was giving results; spikes, pitfalls, erecting barriers, collapsing the corridor on top of Lobo to stop his charge. Nothing! For, as soon his creations were enveloped in the advancing darkness they seemingly disappeared giving clear view to his adversary. That kept charging in a straight, direct line towards him. Was this truly his end, just when he started making progress on the quirk erasing bullets.

However, before Overhaul could consider his life, darkness took hold of his vision to never see the light of day for Lobo had reached him.

The hunter had captured his prey.

Author Notes: Hello, hope you enjoyed the chapter. This is my first time doing something like this, so feel free to let me know how I'm doing. As for future updates they may take longer to be posted. I already had chapter 1 and part of this chapter written before deciding to post the story here. Which resulted in such a quick update this time. But let's see how things go, so until next time.
