"…Ibara Shiozaki, I hope to learn from you all as we work together in the future" she explains, her bag behind her being carried in her vine like hair, giving a small bow out of being polite. Others in the class such Tokoyami and Ojiro bowed in return, while most others waved or welcomed her verbally. Shoji, however, was simply wide eyed.

"Make sure to give proper introductions, we have much to get through in the coming week before the sports festival and it would be best if everyone was familiar with one another" Ectoplasm explains. "Enjoy the weekend for the time being" He continues, leaving the classroom as he closes the door behind him…wait how does someone with no arms do that.

Ashido, Iida, Kaminari, Tokoyami and Hagakure immediately went over to greet Shiozaki into the classroom, some waving and saying hi, while Iida was giving a much more formal greeting, more so greeting her to the class as opposed to a personal greeting. The rest of the class were either still around Midoriya and Jiro or packing up their bags and having personal discussions about their plans for the week ahead, along with the ideas and tactics for the sports festival.

"So, when did you guys make it official?" asked Uraraka to Midoriya, moving over to the group after packing her bag for the day. Midoriya looked over his shoulder to see her approach. "O-Oh! We s-sort of talked about it a-after the…incident" he says, talking quieter through the last part of the sentence. Kirishima seeing this, quickly moved the conversation along. "Well, what about after? You two get all kissy kissy?" he said with a chuckle, a few others joining in a chorus of giggles, causing the young couple to blush brightly, both realising that they hadn't kissed yet.

Midoriya begins to wave his hands and stammer with a bright red face, causing the group to laugh as Jiro just stayed quiet, blushing into her table as she tried to pack quicker. Yaoyorozu soon comes behind Kirishima, hitting him on the back of the head, causing him to quickly rub the back of his head in pain. "Now that's quite enough, they clearly have things to figure out, being so crude is cruel" she says, everyone eventually agreeing.

On the other side of the classroom, Shoji moves towards the group talking to Shiozaki, looming over the group due to his height. The group falls quiet, still not fully used to the tall boy, or his intimidating presence. Shoji raises a hand, morphing into a mouth "We never were properly introduced, I'm Mezo Shoji, welcome to the class" he says before bowing slightly. He was expecting a concerned or disgusted look but was surprised when she simply smiles and bows back. "Thank you, Shoji, I look forward to working with you".

All conversation is cut short by Mineta opening the door to the classroom, soon quickly shouting as he reels back. "WO WO WO BACK UP! DON'T YOU DARE HOLD US HOSTAGE, BACK YOU ANIMALS" quickly causing the class to look at the doorway, revealing a sea of students from the various other courses at UA. "Do you all have business with this class?" Iida asks the crowd, nobody responding as they continue to talk to each other, taking photos and videos when they can of the class.

"They are looking at the people they will be up against in the oncoming week, they know we are the only people with any form of experience in the school" Todoroki calmly explains to the class, still packing his books into his bag. "Good point, we did survive the villain attack at the USJ Afterall" Sato adds on.

Kirishima soon moves to the front of the building 1-A group at the door of the room. "Come on guys you gotta let us through, we got training to get on with" he says with a grin, insisting the crowd moves.

"Well don't you sound cocky, just like the rumours support, are all of you this cock sure of yourselves?" came a voice from the crowd, people shuffling as a student came into view. The student soon came to the front of the crowd, staring down Kirishima. The student had purple, raggedy hair with bags under his eyes, he looked tired, though it wasn't certain if he just had a bad night's sleep or if he was tired of Kirishima's attitude.

"Theres a reason people are here and that's to challenge you, all of you. We know that there is now a spot available on the hero courses and that's what we want. Not all of us chose to be on the courses we are on, but not all quirks are built equal. We don't care who you are or what you can do, we know we can do better, so we are coming for all of you. Just because one seat is up for grabs, doesn't mean we won't steal more seats if we can, you bring your best or I'll take your seat right from under you" the student says, his speech seemingly making the other students more confident in their resolve to be here.

The class of 1-A grew tense, realising that this event wasn't just to have fun and show off, there are stakes now. Kirishima huffs, raising his head. "And you call us cocky, got a name?" he asks. The student straightening up slightly, simply answering with "Hitoshi Shinso". He then quietly walks off, saying what he wanted to say before the crowd slowly disperses.

"Great, the whole school is going to be going after us now!" Mineta says as he panics, others sharing his concern. "He makes a point though, this is a competition, not just an opportunity" says Tokoyami, Sato and Ojiro nodding in agreement. "But what if we do lose our places? What happens then?" Ashido asks, clearly concerned as Asui moves to her side. "We will be fine, Ribbit. We are here for a reason, we just have to prove it, Ribbit."

The classroom soon began to empty, discussions soon calming down as people began to head out of the door, excited to leave and have the weekend to themselves because of the last few days events, as well as the upcoming week. Jiro was outside the classroom, waiting for Midoriya as he finished talking to the others, giving last wishes, Kaminari refusing to let him go quite yet before managing to break free, quickly moving towards Jiro with his goofy smile.

Jiro smiled, taking a step closer to him. "What did battery head want?" she inquires, seeing him trying to hide his cast for a moment. "H-He was adamant about the cast, said I had to wear it over the weekend and get it off on Monday. He said good enough for him and…yeah" he says with an awkward laugh, moving his sleeve up to reveal the white cast, now with a yellow lightning bolt coursing through the middle of it, a black outline to make it pop,

Jiro couldn't help but giggle because of it, melting Midoriya's heart, both starting to head down the corridor. "So, where were you anyway? Couldn't find you after lunch" Jiro said with a hint of concern, looking over to Midoriya, who was happy to calm her worries.

"Oh! All Might wanted to talk to me, helped fill me in about the sports festival, as well as what'll be happening with me next week" he says, Jiro nodding. "About Bakugo's trial?" she asks, surprising him as his eyes widen slightly. "How did you- ". "Me, Shoji and a few of the teachers are going as well, to give statements" Jiro says, causing Midoriya to smile, moving a little closer. "I'm glad you are going to be there" he says. She blushes at the comment but smiles back at him. "Of course, I'd be there regardless to be there for you" she says, still blushing but her hand grazes his, not confident enough yet, but her pinkie finger gently curls around his, making a simple, but close connection as they walk down the corridor. The action makes Midoriya blush, threating to remove his hand from hers in a panic, but the closeness of the act made his finger tighten around hers, sealing the intimate act.

The couple kept holding hands, or at least part of their hands as they strolled out of the school, soon on the roads back to the residential district. "So, wanna grab something to eat?" Jiro asks, Midoriya smiling as he quickly nods, both soon heading to a nearby train station to get into the centre of the city faster. As they go through the task of buying tickets and finding their platform they talk about what food they are craving, soon deciding on hunting down a place that sells good Katsudon, a rice dish served with a breaded deep fried pork cutlet, the thought making Midoriya's stomach grumble, making the boy cough to distract Jiro from the noise who simply lets out a small laugh, realising she has been laughing a smiling a lot more since she met Midoriya.

The train now arriving, both quickly getting onto one of the cartridges and sitting down. Their thighs gently pressed against each other due to how close the seats are, but neither minded, both still talking, the discussion now going to their training, the preparation for the sports festival.

"So, the main problem I'm currently having is endurance, using my abilities, with my gadgets or not, its mainly my jacks that suffer. Even though they are metal they are still part of me, and when they are injured, they are a nightmare to heal, if they get damaged enough to stop working, I don't know what I would do in a fight" Jiro explains, twiddling a finger around one of her jacks, Midoriya keenly listening to her every word. "I was thinking of endurance training, because I need to get fitter since my only way to get around is to run, but I don't know how that would help with my jacks" she finishes.

Midoriya gives it some thought, before pulling out his notebook from his bag, started to sketch and doodle, catching Jiro's curiosity as she peeked over his shoulder, before Midoriya showed her what he was drawing. "What if it wasn't the only way you could move?" he says, causing Jiro to look at him confused, cocky her head before she looks at the notebook. Inside was a crude drawing of a stick person wearing what looked like her speaker boots, kneeling and using them to propel themselves through the air.

"Think about it, what if you used a concentrated soundwave to thrust you off the ground, you would need to work on rolls to help you land or maybe even use another soundwave to soften the blow. Like super jumps in a videogame" he explains, pointing at the drawing. Jiro had always wanted to try and improve her movement but never really knew how to implement it, let alone have a solid idea for it, but here Midoriya was giving her examples of how to best use her own quirk, she was in awe. "and if you talk to the gadget department they could make something to possibly put speakers into you're sleeves for even more contro- ", "How do you do that?" Jiro cuts him off.

"W-wha?" Midoriya asks, confused at where it came from. "How do you know how to help people with their quirks? I see you give other's suggestions and help with their quirks, like mine. Look I explained the problem and you already gave a brilliant answer" she compliments, causing the boy to blush and sink in his chair slightly. "I-It just comes naturally, I've always had an interest in quirks, and my thought process is always thinking of problem solving" the boy explains, making Jiro smile at him deeply. "Thank you Izuku" she says with a smile.

Midoriya smiles at this, still blushing but straightening up slightly, moving to look at one of her jacks. He casually gently grabs one of the jacks, twiddling the tip with his fingers. "Now as for your jacks, I'm not sure how to improve the endurance, maybe ask one of the hero's? I'm sure Cementoss can help since his quirk is also endurance ba-"he stopped talking when he saw Jiro in her seat, blushing bright red and covering her mouth, panting slightly, her body tense as Midoriya realised that she was casually massaging a personal part of her, immediately letting go of her jack as he turns deep red, waving his hands in a panic. "K-Kyoka! I'm s-so so sorry! I-I swear I d-didn't mean a-anything by it! I-I would n-neve-!" "Tickets?". Midoriya's rambling was cut off by the train conductor, a tall man in a dark blue conductor uniform asking for their tickets for the train. Jiro didn't look up, simply grabbing her ticket and passing it to the conductor, Midoriya doing the same. As the conductor examined the tickets and handed them back to the couple, Midoriya looked at Jiro, sighing. "Kyoka I'm sorry" he said.

It took a moment, but Jiro looked back up at him, letting out an exhausted breath that she had been holding onto. "I-It's okay Izuku, my jacks are just sensitive at times, especially when I'm relaxed" she explains, understanding where he was coming from since he has often seen her stab them into direct concrete. "Just ask next time, okay?" she asks, Midoriya immediately nodding.

The train soon stops into the city centre station, both getting off the train, Midoriya was still tense from the interaction, not sure what to do and what might be okay now. Jiro looked behind her to see Midoriya looking worried, giving him a soft smile as she offers her open hand, wanting to hold his as she looks up at him. He is surprised by this, not taking Jiro as someone that is open to public displays of affection, soon moving forward and taking her hand in his, their fingers wrapping around each other in a tight embrace, both smiling as their cheeks tint, moving into the bustling city centre. The couple soon finds the place they are looking for, a local quick eat spot that specializes in Katsudon and similar breaded dishes. Walking into the small little restaurant, they sit down and are quickly brought menus, already ordering their food and drinks before looking at each other.

"So, what about you? That quirk for now anyway is self-destructive, do you have any plans to work on it?" Jiro asks they young hero to be. Midoriya was in deep thought, wondering himself how he could improve his quirk, All Might had time to properly train with this quirk, but with Midoriya he has much less time, especially with All Might's rapid decline. He kept thinking, not able to tell Jiro much about this either because of the promises he made to his idol.

"Well, I'm a really late bloomer with my quirk, so my body hasn't had time to grow with my body, so I need to do endurance and strength training to build my body up so I can start to use my quirk better" he explains, Jiro trying to understand as she nods along.

"Every time I see you use you're quirk you break something, you put in you're all so what if you don't?" she asks, Midoriya giving a confused look, a quirk is a quirk, how do you only use a little?

"Okay think of it like this, when I use my quirk to create soundwaves I think of a dial on a speaker. Do I need to burst a door open? Dial it up to four, smash a cement wall? Crank it up to eight, life or death? Crank it up to eleven" she explains. "You always seem to be on max, so what if you could dial it down, only using a little bit of it?" She suggests, twiddling with one of her jacks again.

Midoriya's eyes were wide, he couldn't believe he didn't think of it like that, some quirks where either on or off, that's how he thought his was, but it wasn't. it wasn't a switch, it's a dial, and dials can be adjusted!

"Kyoka that's brilliant! You're a genius!" he explains, bursting with happiness as he looks at his girlfriend with admiration and joy, making said girlfriend blush, but smile at the compliment, she never thought she was smart, especially compared to her classmates like Momo and Midoriya.

Their food soon arrived, quickly enjoying the meal as they discuss more casual things, such as what they wanted to do over the weekend, both agreeing to relax but facetime through the weekend to talk about what they are doing. They soon finished their meals, Midoriya insisting on paying this time around since Jiro paid last time, both giving a polite bow to their server before moving back outside.

They both started walking back home, heading to Jiro's house first since it was closer, holding hands the entire time back. They arrived back to her house, smiling at each other as they stand outside her house.

"Izuku" Jiro says, looking up at him. "After the sports festival, lets go on a date, a real date" She says, blushing as she looks down now, fiddling with her hands, feeling like she is confessing all over again.

"Y-Yes!" Midoriya blurts out with rosy cheeks, tense as his back goes stiff. "I-I'd love that, Kyoka!" he says, causing both to relax and smile, before Jiro steps forward, wrapping her arms around his torso in a deep hug, sinking into him with a relieved sigh. Midoriya wasn't expecting it, but welcomes it as he hugs her back, holding her close to him as he arms wrap around her shoulders. They stayed like this for a moment, before reluctantly separating, Jiro moving to the front door.

That's when they saw the curtains partly open, a pair of glasses peaking through, Jiro groaning as she mutters "I'm going to kill her" she gets to the front door, giving a slight wave and smile to Midoriya. "see ya Monday" she says before walking inside. Midoriya waves back, looking at the mystery figure and giving them a quick wave as well before they vanish due to Jiro pushing them away. Midoriya simply smiles and walks back home alone, his mind a flutter with new ideas to improve his quirk, and thoughts of that warm hug from his girlfriend.
