Santana rubbed her temples, "I need a new assistant."

"What about our cousin?"

"That is so helpful." Santana rolled her eyes.

"This one." Quinn snapped her fingers making an image appear.

"Oh, Matt, yea he's good." Santana nodded, the image faded "I'll shoot him an email right now." Quickly typing Santana leaned back in her chair "Hopefully he will understand that we are in the protection business and not the money business."

"He's a good guy." Quinn promised.

"Well by end of day he shall be my assistant and if he's good enough my future replacement." Santana stood up brushing her hands down her suit, the email said report to her, he was going to start shadowing her during the meeting. They only had to wait a few minutes.

Knocking he entered the glass office as soon as she gestured, jacket in hand he began rolling down his cuffed sleeves. "My apologies for my appearance, I was helping out in the hand to hand training."

"That's alright Cousin." Santana nodded, she tended to hire lesser gods and immortals along with her mortal employees. "I need a new assistant, the last one didn't understand what we do here."

Matt chuckled pulling on his jacket "What's to understand, we protect people who need to be protected."

Santana smirked "Exactly what I wanted to hear."

"I'll find you one who better understands us." Matt promised holding his hand out for the files.

Santana smirked again extending her hand "I already have the perfect one in mind, that is if you don't mind working for me."

Matt grinned taking her hand "I'm in."

"Everything will be waiting at your desk in the morning, family photos are fine and today you will just be shadowing me." when Matt shimmered to a shadow the girls laughed "Not literally." Santana swiped at him. "Smart ass."

"Anything I need to know about today's client?" Matt asked seriously.

"She's Santana's soulmate." Quinn grinned.

"Alright, gimmie some." Matt held out his fisted hand, Santana shook her head tapping her knuckles against his. "So who is she?"

"She is a descendant of a muse, we think Terpsichore's maybe even a close relative." Quinn said leaning against Santana's desk.

"Cool." Matt nodded adjusting his tie, throwing his arms out to his sides he said "Do I look cool? Am I all set to meet the boss's future wife...ooof." holding his side where Santana elbowed him he chuckled following behind them to the meeting room, big or small they always met the clients in the same meeting room.

"Don't be a ass that's Karofsky's job." Santana smirked.

"Yes Boss." Matt smirked.

"Can you go grab us some donuts for the meeting, just like a random two dozen, my favs, Quinn's favs, your favs and some of those bright colored ones with sprinkles and cream filled ones." Santana rattled off her list.

Matt nodded, "Only security place I know that opened up shop in a building because it was near a coffee shop, donut shop and a gym." laughing Matt headed for the elevator.

"Whatever," Santana waved him off calling over her shoulder "use the company card."

"Okay." he waved without looking back.

Matt returned with the donuts just as the group showed up for the meeting, since he knew of no other meeting set he introduced himself. "Hello, you must be our 9 o'clock, I'm Matthew Rutherford, I am sure Santana will be right down." as if on cue the elevator pinged and the doors opened with the Latina and blonde stepping out, Quinn all smiles, Santana all business with a cup in hand.

"Welcome." Quinn held her arms out as if to hug everyone in the lobby, but her eyes zeroed in on the man in the bow tie. "I don't believe we have met."

"Quinn this is Blaine Anderson, he's our manager." Brittany smiled. "Blaine this is Santana's sister Quinn Fabray."

"Pleasure to meet you." Quinn snatched his hand between her two shaking it, pushing past the loneliness she saw the mist form a smiling face. "I'll take these." Quinn smiled taking the tube holding the blue prints.

"Hi Santana." Brittany beamed giving her a wave.

"Good morning Brittany." Santana smiled. "Mike, Tina." she nodded to the duo, everyone was dressed in business suits except for Quinn, Brittany topped her suit pants with a casual silky light blue tank top.

"Your shirt is beautiful Santana, the color complements you."

"Thank you, I think yours does too." the color matched Brittany's eyes.

"My mom says it's my best color, but I like all colors because it's not fair to have a favorite." Brittany smiled. As if on cue Matt slipped next to Brittany and Santana opening the donut box with the glazed donuts including ones with colored sprinkles. Beaming Brittany picked a pink one with sprinkles, Santana reached in picking a chocolate glazed chocolate donut.

Quinn held her hand up "Maple bacon."

Matt slipped over to her offering Mike, Tina and Blaine donuts as well after Quinn snagged hers. "The conference room is ready when we are." Matt assured Santana.

"I really like your coffee cup." Brittany nodded to the cup in Santana's hand.

"Thank you, it's a replica of a Mayan hot chocolate cup." Santana smiled, she had the real one at home.

"I don't drink coffee but I have a coffee cup with music notes and a ballerina." Brittany said walking with Santana to the elevators.

"This isn't coffee, I already had my coffee." Santana took a sip not paying attention to Matt and Quinn ushering the others into the opening elevator.

"It isn't?" Brittany glanced in the cup confused, it looked like a foamy coffee from her point of view.

"It's hot chocolate," Santana admitted, "my mother's recipe would you like a sip?" Santana ignored the knowing smirks from Quinn and Matt, she never shared her chocolate.

"I love hot chocolate, the Mayans, Olmecs and the Aztecs all share credit for it's discovery, they mixed it with coffee and chili peppers." Brittany rattled off excitedly then remembered who she was talking to adding quietly "But I guess you already knew that."

"I did." Santana nodded "But it's nice to know I'm not alone." she gave Brittany a smile. "There was a documentary about it last night, Quinn was reading and wouldn't watch it with me, I really have no one else to talk about it with." Santana said the leggy blonde.

"It's chocolate, they discovered it, you're addicted, what's more to talk about?" Quinn teased Santana before stepping into the elevator with the others "This one's full ladies you'll need to take the next one." Quinn waved as the doors closed.

"It's the caffeine, not the chocolate." Brittany shook her head, Santana smiled. "I..I watched it too. I like history I just don't always understand it." Brittany admitted. "I'm better with music."

"We all have our strengths, one of mine is hot chocolate." Santana offered her cup to Brittany.

Smiling Brittany took it, blowing on the foamy hot chocolate Brittany took a sip asking, "Is that chili pepper?"

"Yes, my mother's recipe is a very old family recipe." Santana nodded.

"It's very good, I like it." she offered Santana the cup back as the elevator doors opened.

"This is us." Santana nodded for Brittany to go first, following she smiled "Level C, conference rooms." pushing the button before taking the cup back from Brittany.

"It's not 1, 2, 3." Brittany said surprised. The elevator buttons were marked with letters instead of numbers poking the C she waited for Santana to explain.

"They always had L for lobby, so I had them put O for offices, C for conference rooms and G for gym." Santana chuckled, she owned the building she could have the elevator buttons say whatever she wanted them to say.

Blaine looked at Quinn confused "They're was plenty of room." Tina giggled making the dark haired boy even more confused.

"Quinn's a professional matchmaker."

"Oh." Blaine nodded as the elevator moved up to the conference level "Ohhh." his eyes widening he looked a Quinn understanding "So Brittany..."

"Likes Quinn's sister," Mike explained "and Santana likes her back."

"Brittany's never been shy about liking someone." Blaine reminded Mike and Tina.

Mike shook his head "Something's different this time, Santana throws her off, but in a good way."

"Do you have a favorite type of music?" Santana asked.

"No," Brittany shook her head "it just wouldn't be fair to all the other music."

"Makes senses." Santana nodded. "I love all chocolate."

"I wonder what made the Maya try it." Brittany asked as the doors opened.

"I have wondered that myself." Santana admitted gesturing for Brittany to go first. "I thank the gods every time I have coffee and chocolate."

"I wonder since it's supposed to be an aphrodisiac if the goddesses Ixchel or Xochiquetzal had anything to do with them discovering chocolate?" Brittany asked as she stepped out of the elevator. "I mean Aphrodite had her shell so the Greeks decided oysters were an aphrodisiac, which it is, so maybe they pushed somebody in the right direction too."

Taking a sip of her hot chocolate Santana pointed with her cup in the direction of the conference room "I never thought of that but it makes perfect sense." Santana offered her cup to Brittany again, smiling the blonde took the cup taking another sip.

"Stuff like that would be so cool to know."

"It would." Santana agreed "Then I'd know who to thank for coffee and chocolate." Brittany glanced her, Santana shrugged "It's a thing, I literally thank the random guy who discovered coffee every morning and the random guy for chocolate whenever I eat or drink it."

"That is so cute." Brittany giggled.

Santana blushed at being called cute, though she would deny blushing with her standard 'ethnic people don't blush'. "And here we are." Santana pointed at the open door.

Matt had the blue prints pinned to the cork board and was pulling down the transparent sheet in front of it so they could write on it with dry erase markers as they discussed things. Grinning he held up saucers for Santana and Brittany's donuts "Ready when you are Cousin."

Putting her donut on the saucer and leaving Matt to hold it Santana pulled out a chair for Brittany, once Brittany was seated Santana left her cup with Brittany and went to the blue prints taking the dry erase marker from Matt.
