I made a sequel! I made a sequel! I made a sequel! I'm so excited! I always wondered what would have happened after the end of 'Tigers and Truces', and now I'm answering that question!

Before we get started, I would like to credit and thank the very awesome Devilheartsblog on Tumblr, who had the idea for Diana capturing the wizards, which sparked this sequel, and came up with the title, which I love so much; it's perfect! So thank you very, very much for the ideas, and for letting me use them; I really appreciate it!

'Oh my god…oh my god…oh my god…' Roxy repeated for roughly the hundredth time as she paced back and forth in the Winx's loft in a haze of panic. 'Oh my god…oh my god! What the hell did we do?!' She whipped around to stare at the Winx, all of whom looked just as worried as her. Well, they had damn good reason! The Earth Fairies they'd worked so hard to free had just walked outta Tir Na N'og and, surprise! They wanted revenge on the wizards, and also, double surprise! All of humanity! Which seemed disproportionate. But Morgana hadn't wanted to listen to reason, nor had she wanted to listen to what was only a few steps above panicked begging, so now they had insanely powerful fairies plotting humanity's downfall. And it was. All. Her. Fault!

'Roxy, it's okay…' Bloom tried, approaching her cautiously, holding out a hand in an attempt to soothe her. But Roxy wasn't ready to be soothed. Roxy was ready to panic.

'No, it's not! We released vengeance fairies! Vengeance, Bloom! They want humanity gone, and…well, I don't actually know exactly what they want to do to the wizards, but Morgana didn't give me the feeling it was gonna be fun.'

'I think Morgana will think it's fun,' Stella chipped in with a comment no one had asked for or found remotely helpful. Everyone turned to stare at her blankly, and she sunk down in her chair. 'Sorry. Just ignore me.' Roxy took a deep breath.

'The wizards are in danger. Serious danger. We need to warn them.' Yeah, the wizards had been their enemies for a pretty long time, but after their team-up to save Duman (and kinda her and Gantlos after they'd ignored all common sense and got themselves knocked out and locked in a cage), it felt like they'd been on much better terms. And after seeing another side to the wizards, she couldn't sit back and let Morgana wreak vengeance on them.

'Roxy, I agree, but…' Bloom sighed. 'We haven't seen the wizards since we saved Duman. And you and Gantlos after you ignored the plan and got darted and-'

'Yes, I remember, Bloom, I was there,' Roxy interjected. She didn't really need her lack of judgement to be rehashed, thank you very much. Bloom shrugged and let it drop.

'How could we warn them if we don't know where they are?'

Ogron groaned in his sleep, his pleasantly dreamless haze being encroached upon by a sense of dread he couldn't pinpoint. He wasn't sure what was happening, all he knew was that it was bad. Very, very bad. Images flashed through his mind, and his expression twisted with pain as his brain tried desperately to make sense of what was happening. Tir Na N'og…the White Circle…a rush of energy… Suddenly, everything clicked in one petrifying moment of clarity, and he bolted upright, gasping and sweating.

His entire body was trembling, and he just sat for a moment, struggling to breathe through his panic. No… They'd been freed.

He could hear trembling gasps like his own, and he turned to see Gantlos, Anagan and Duman in similar states to him.

'They're free.' He didn't need to say it. They all knew. But he felt like he had to. He had to say something. Had to kid himself he had some weak semblance of control as everything fell down around them.

'…Anyone else feel like they've got a rave in their skull?' Duman asked after a moment, contributing the question nobody had asked for. Despite the generally unhelpful nature of the words, Ogron had to agree with them. He rubbed his temples, trying to quell the ache pounding at his skull.

'That's a pretty accurate description,' Gantlos conceded, groaning slightly. 'This isn't good.' Ogron shook his head. No. No, it wasn't.

'What do we do?' Anagan asked, wincing and rubbing his head. The wave of energy that had just been unleashed across the entire planet hurt like the White Circle's energy, but ten times worse. But despite feeling slightly like he might throw up, Ogron pushed through to struggle to find an answer to Anagan's question. He was the leader. That was his job. Not that that made it in any way easy to think of what to do when there were hundreds of fairies with significantly more magic than them presumably out for their blood.

'…We have to get out of Gardenia.' Gantlos frowned.

'Running? That's our plan? Run away?'

'Yes. I know it's not your favourite strategy, but we have basically no magic, and, well…' He looked awkwardly at Duman, who sighed.

'I'm still too weak to fight.' The shapeshifter's magic was still barely working after he'd overtaxed it escaping the smugglers a month ago, and his arm and leg, while mostly healed, still ached badly when he tried to move them, the bones barely back together. Gantlos pulled his boyfriend closer, stroking his arm reassuringly.

'Where are we gonna go?' Duman asked quietly, staring down at where he had clasped his hand around Gantlos's.

'…I don't know. But we've fought here far too many times; the fairies will be able to sense us all over the city. And it won't take them long to show up looking for us. And if they find us…' He trailed off. He didn't need to say it. If Morgana got her hands on them, they were dead for sure.

Roxy skimmed over the rooftops of Gardenia, her eyes searching the streets and sky for the wizards and Earth Fairies in equal measure. Same as yesterday, all she saw were pedestrians and birds. And those birds hadn't seen anything. But she had learned that pigeons were surprisingly gossipy. Which was useful information that she could definitely use to stop the Earth Fairies. Not.

Casting a final glance around from the air, she sighed and fluttered in to land in front of Love and Pet, de-transforming and heading inside.

Despite the global crisis she and her friends had inadvertently caused, Love and Pet was as busy as ever, people clamouring to be served while Bloom stood at the counter in the eye of the storm, calmly writing down people's appointments like there wasn't an army of vengeance fairies currently plotting humanity's demise.

Bloom looked up and caught her eye, frowning as she saw Roxy's downtrodden expression.

'Excuse me just a moment.' She politely excused herself, the customers at her counter all speaking over each other in a panic as the only calm person in the store walked away, leaving them to their pandemonium.

'I take it by your expression that you didn't find the wizards.' Roxy shook her head.

'You think the fairies could already have got to them?'

'No, we'd know if Morgana had fairies here. We'd have sensed them. Not to mention that a huge battle between the wizards and the Earth Fairies would draw some attention.' Roxy nodded, but her mind kept drifting back to the cold, malicious tone in Morgana's voice when she'd spoken of revenge. Dammit, the wizards had popped up when she hadn't wanted them to for months, why had they decided to vanish the one time she actually wanted to find them?!

'Roxy, we've checked the whole city; I think they must have left,' Bloom said. 'Maybe they sensed the Earth Fairies' release, or they just got out of the city after we saved Duman. I'm sure they're fine. They have centuries of experience in magic, after all. Would our lives be easier if we'd exchanged cell numbers? Yeah, probably. But we can't really do any more to find and warn them.' Roxy sighed and played with her hair. That wasn't what she wanted to hear. Of course, she hadn't really heard what she wanted to hear since the Winx had told her she could keep all the fairy pets she'd adopted, despite the one-pet-per-customer rule.

There was the sound of something expensive breaking, and Bloom's eye twitched.

'Dammit. Stella!'

'What?' came the answering yell from across the store. 'That was broken when I got here!' Bloom facepalmed and shot Roxy an awkward glance.

'You gonna be okay? It's just that I have no idea whether that was insured, and…'

'It's fine. I'm fine.' Bloom squeezed her shoulder reassuringly.

'We'll work this out, Roxy. Promise.' The redhead turned and began elbowing her way through the crowd towards an already making up excuses Stella. Roxy sighed and leaned against the wall, absentmindedly stroking Bloom's sheep, Belle.

'I swear to God, I'm never taking the advice of random psychic voices ever again.'

Ogron managed to teleport into a forest about ten miles outside of Gardenia and dropped to his knees immediately. Damn. He was weaker than he'd thought.

'Ogron!' Anagan knelt next to him, staring at him with worry. 'You okay?' He nodded, gratefully taking Anagan's outstretched hand and allowing himself to be pulled to his feet.

'We've barely made it ten miles outside the city,' he remarked with irritation. 'We won't be safe here.' But he couldn't summon the magic to make it any further. The return of the fairies' magic had weakened him too much. He resisted the urge to kick at a rock with frustration at how far he and his friends had fallen.

'Gantlos and I can help more with the spell…' Anagan offered helpfully, but Ogron shook his head.

'No. We can't all deplete our magic. We're going to need it if we have to fight.' Which they would. He knew it. Which was why he didn't try to teleport any further; he couldn't afford to drain himself. Not now. No matter how much his stubborn nature tried to convince him otherwise.

'So…what?' Duman asked, leaning on Gantlos but evidently trying not to look like he needed help standing. 'We just walk?' Ogron hated that that was the plan. No, that wasn't even a plan. But they didn't have the resources for a real plan beyond 'hide'.

'…Yes. I suppose we do.' Shrugging off his dizziness and the arm Anagan tried to offer him for support, he set off. He didn't know where he was going; it didn't really matter. All that mattered was that it was away from where the fairies would be searching for them. In hindsight, he should have had a real plan for if this ever happened. But he'd been far too arrogant, believing that no one could ever free the fairies. He couldn't help cursing his self of a few months ago.

Where are we going to go? The question echoed in his mind as they walked and walked, moving far too slowly to do anything to quell his rapidly-building anxiety. They didn't have anywhere they'd be safe. They didn't have a home. None of them had had a real home in a long, long time. He supposed they'd just have to sleep wherever they found shelter.

He glanced up at the sky and winced; the sun was starting its descent towards the horizon. They only had a few hours of light left. And they hadn't made it nearly far enough from Gardenia for him to feel comfortable going to sleep. They had to move faster, but Duman was already flagging, and badly, groaning with pain every time he put weight on his injured leg. He'd consented to Gantlos supporting him about an hour ago, and good thing too, as Ogron highly doubted he'd have made it this far without the help. But even so, they weren't making the progress they should be.

'Ogron…' He winced. He had a horrible feeling he knew what Anagan was going to say. And that he was going to have to acknowledge that it was true. 'Ogron, we have to stop. Duman's exhausted, and this is hurting him. We need to find some shelter and get some rest.' Ogron stopped, but he didn't turn around, just staring ahead for a minute, wishing he could argue. But Anagan was right. They had to stop. Had to rest. Not that he'd ever manage to sleep, but he could at least give his overtaxed body a respite.

With a sigh, he turned around, about to concede, but he froze upon seeing the expression on Gantlos's face.

'Gantlos? What…' Gantlos shook his head sharply, glancing around furtively, his gaze scanning the trees. Ogron's stomach turned to lead. He knew that look. He knew that intense searching. His friend had heard something. Please…please don't let it be them…

As though the universe was laughing in his face, dozens of fairies burst out of the trees in a veritable swarm of wings and furious magic. Ogron shot a glance at Anagan, and the two of them threw up a shield just in time to block the bolts of magic that came flying at them, struggling not to drop from the impact.

'How did they find us?' Duman cried in a panic, and all four wizards froze as they heard cold laughter from behind them. Oh no… Please let me be wrong…please oh please oh please… But Ogron's initial identification was proven horribly accurate as he turned to see a fairy with long reddish-brown hair and purple and green wings regarding them rather the way one might regard insects one was considering crushing. Diana. Major Fairy of Nature. Of course they had to be found by a major fairy.

Diana smirked and walked towards their shield.

'Well, well, well. And what are you four doing out here? If I didn't know better, I'd almost think you were trying to run away.' She laughed with cold amusement. 'My, how the mighty have fallen. Cowering before me. You thought yourself so powerful, didn't you, Ogron? And now…you struggle to maintain a shield against me.' Ogron opened his mouth, a furious retort on the tip of his tongue, but Anagan caught his arm, shaking his head. The message was clear; they couldn't afford to aggravate Diana any more. They were already trapped; making Diana angry would achieve nothing beyond speeding up their own (likely very painful) demise.

Diana smiled at their interaction.

'Oh my. You must be afraid of me, if you're allowing yourself to be mollified that quickly. When last we met, no force on this Earth would have stopped you from smugly running your mouth.' She smirked. 'I must say, this is a distinct improvement.'

'How did you find us?' Ogron growled, breathing through gritted teeth in a barely-working attempt to keep from spitting whatever fiery retort his mouth came up with.

'I am the Major Fairy of Nature, Ogron. I have a bond with all of nature.' She gestured to the tress around them. 'Perhaps you should have tried to hide somewhere less connected to my senses. Or did you fail to notice all the trees, and grass, and all the plants of all kinds that grow in this forest?' Ogron cursed mentally, and Diana laughed at the surprise on his face. 'You're slipping, Ogron. You would never have made such an error in the past. You would have used magic to cover your tracks. Or perhaps now you simply lack the magic to do so. I can see how much effort it's taking you to keep up your paltry little shield; do yourself a favour and submit now, because, trust me, this is not a fight you can win.' No. There was no way in hell Ogron was just giving in. He wouldn't let Diana get her hands on his friends.

'Gantlos, keep Duman safe,' he ordered, calling forth all the energy he could manage.

'Ogron…' Anagan muttered nervously, watching the fairies with apprehension. 'We're outnumbered three to one.' Ogron nodded.

'I know.' He took a deep breath, and the shield fell, a blast of magic bursting from his hands and stunning two fairies. He managed to summon a smirk. 'I haven't slipped that far, Diana.'

'Let's see how long that cocky attitude lasts, wizard.' Diana's hands crackled with energy.

'Anagan, cover Gantlos so he can get Duman out of the fight.' Anagan complied, blocking attacks to allow Gantlos to help Duman to shelter, much to the shapeshifter's protestations.

Diana hurled attacks at Ogron, and he flung up his hands, catching the magic and throwing it back at her, relieved to be able to use her magic against her, seeing as how his own was barely at a tenth of its original strength. He countered attack after attack, holding off Diana while Anagan tried to keep the warrior fairies off his back. But Anagan was weakened just as he was, and Ogron whipped around as he heard a cry of pain.

'Anagan!' Anagan was on his knees, blood streaming from a wound on his head as a warrior fairy raised her spear, its tip already tainted with crimson. Ogron turned to run to him, but he fell to the ground as he felt something snare around his ankle. He looked with horror to see thick vines snaking up his legs, binding him firmly in place.

'Getting a little distracted, are we?' Ogron snarled up at Diana's satisfied smirk as she turned to watch the fairy bring down her weapon on Anagan.

'Anagan!' Anagan tried to struggle to his feet, but he was far too dazed. Just as a scream began clawing its way out of Ogron's throat, a furious shape leapt from the trees and tackled the fairy to the ground, the earth shaking as he got to his feet and stomped his foot, knocking the fairies off their feet.

'You okay?' Gantlos called, watching the fairies apprehensively.

'Y-yeah…' Anagan managed, dragging himself up. As Diana watched the exchange furiously, Ogron took his chance, blasting her with all the energy he could manage, sending her flying into a tree. He didn't stop to feel satisfaction though, focused on freeing himself from Diana's vines. He got free just as Diana got to her feet, and he rolled aside, barely missing her furious attack.

'C'mon, up.' He felt Gantlos's hand close around his own, pulling him to his feet. He shot him a grateful smile, and Gantlos nodded to him. 'Duck.' Ogron had learned in his many centuries of knowing Gantlos that when the Wizard of Destruction told you to do something, you didn't stop to ask why. You just did it. So he ducked, just in time for Gantlos to clap his hands over him, knocking the three warrior fairies above them to the ground with his seismic waves.

'Thanks.'

'Let's do thanks later, okay?' Ogron could tell Gantlos was nervous, his eyes darting to look towards the forest where he'd taken Duman. The blonde wizard wouldn't leave his boyfriend on his own like this if Ogron and Anagan stood any realistic chance on their own, which meant that Gantlos was practically vibrating with worry. No, scratch that, he was literally vibrating with worry. The ground around him was trembling slightly.

'Guys, just out of curiosity, do we have a plan of some description?' Anagan asked nervously, backing away from the warrior fairies as he held up a shield against their attacks, using his super-speed to avoid the vines that were bursting from the ground in an attempt to snare him.

'Yeah,' Gantlos replied tersely. 'Survive.'

'Specific,' Ogron muttered, getting ready to throw another attack. He winced as he barely summoned a spark. He was running low on energy. And Diana and her fairies seemed to have given up on magical attacks, instead weaponising nature itself against them. Anagan dodged the vines sprouting from the earth, while Gantlos cracked the ground, destroying the plants where they sprouted, but Ogron's powers were useless against physical attacks by the plants. All he could do was repeatedly use more magic than he had to blast his bindings away. The constant overuse of his magic was making him dizzy. He wanted to fall. Crumple to the ground and just stop. Let his body rest. But he had to keep fighting.

Another vine shot from the ground, snaring his legs. He readied another spell, but when he tried to free himself, nothing happened.

'No…' He tried again as his bindings tightened. 'No, no, no!' He was dragged to the ground, by now unable to do more than struggle.

'Ogron!' Anagan was at his side in a heartbeat, kneeling down to free him.

'Anagan, watch out!' Anagan wasn't fast enough to see the warrior fairy hurl an attack at him, and he crumpled next to Ogron, barely conscious. 'Anagan! Anagan, wake up!' Anagan just groaned in response, vines already winding their way around his wrists, tying him down, immobile even if he was able to get up. 'Anagan!' At Ogron's shouts, Gantlos pelted over to his friends, staring down at Anagan with horror.

'He's just unconscious,' Ogron reassured him. He saw Gantlos relax slightly, but he had to tense back up and defend as Diana tried to attack him with the by no means paltry magic wielded by a major fairy, a power he now had to defend against alone. Ogron cursed his own magical weakness, desperately struggling against the vines, to no avail, unable to do anything but watch helplessly as Gantlos fought a dozen fairies with significantly more strength than him.

It was only a matter of time until an attack made it through Gantlos's defences, the magic colliding with his chest and knocking him to the ground, gasping from shock and impact. The fairies swiftly took advantage of the gap in his defences, and attack after attack slammed into him as vines tied him down, leaving him unable to even try to defend himself.

Ogron fought the urge to close his eyes as Diana flew over Gantlos. The blonde wizard was obviously clinging to consciousness, his eyelids fluttering as he groaned with pain.

'No!' Ogron cried as Diana prepared another attack. 'Don't! He's down, you don't have to hurt him any more!' He was begging, but he couldn't be bothered to be a slave to his pride. Diana glanced over, catching his pleading gaze, her lips twitching into a smirk.

'Stopping would probably be the compassionate thing to do, wouldn't it? Well, unfortunately, we're not the Fairies of Compassion.'

'Gantlos!' Ogron cried out as Diana's attack went hurtling towards Gantlos. Just as it was about to make contact, a very familiar animal leapt between it and Gantlos, slashing at the magic with its claws. Oh no… For a heartbeat, his brain tried convincing him that maybe it was some random mountain lion. A random, grey mountain lion. With pink accents to its fur. No…

Duman roared furiously at Diana, and Gantlos struggled to lift his head to look at him. Seeing his boyfriend not only in the fight, but using his powers when he was far too weak to do so safely, his eyes widened with horror.

'Duman, no!' Duman ignored his shout, growling up at the fairies, standing protectively in front of Gantlos.

Next to Ogron, Anagan's eyes fluttered open and he looked at Ogron in confusion.

'What…what's happening?' He heard the roar and struggled to see what was happening. When he caught a glimpse, he gasped. 'Duman, no… It's not safe…' Duman either didn't hear him or just didn't care, leaping forwards and shifting into a hawk, clawing at Diana with all he had.

'Ahh! Get off me!' Duman refused to heed her, continuing his attack until Diana managed to grab hold of his wing, yanking him away from her face, eliciting a sharp cry of alarm and pain. 'Insolent fool!'

'Duman!' Gantlos cried as Diana's hand glowed with power that coursed into Duman, who screamed and transformed back to human form, dropping to the ground, out cold. 'Duman! What did you do to him?!' Gantlos demanded, struggling furiously in a desperate attempt to get to the man he loved. But the vines held firm, and Diana laughed to see his futile efforts.

'Oh, don't worry. I'll make sure you're not left out.' A few seconds later, Gantlos's head lolled back, his body still crackling with the energy from Diana's attack. There were a few heart-stopping moments where Ogron feared the worst, but then he saw the weak rise and fall of Gantlos's chest, and breathed a sigh of relief. His relief was short-lived, however, as the warrior fairies came in to land next to him and Anagan, moving the vines to bind their hands and feet as they yanked them upright. Ogron tried to struggle, but he was too weak. He had no strength left to fight.

He glanced up, catching Anagan's gaze. His friend wasn't fighting either, still bleeding, and as his eyes met Ogron's all the redhead could see was fear and worry. He imagined the same emotions were reflected in his own eyes. How had this gone so wrong? Gantlos and Duman were both out cold on the ground, and he and Anagan were bound and in the grasps of the Earth Fairies.

'About ten minutes.' Diana smirked at Ogron. 'That's how long your cocky attitude lasted, wizard.' He looked away, and she caught his chin, lifting his head to look at her. 'I told you you should just have surrendered.' Ogron shook her hand off him, glaring at her with what little defiance he could muster. Diana just laughed, lifting her hand in front of his face. A pale pink flower bloomed in her open palm, and she breathed in.

'Bad dreams.' She blew a cloud of pollen from the blossom into his face, and Ogron coughed as his vision blurred, his mind shifting in and out of focus. He could hear Anagan calling out to him, but then his voice trailed off into coughing, then into nothing as the world faded to black.

I thought it'd be nice to see Duman protecting Gantlos this time around. Just because Gantlos is probably the more protective one in the relationship, that does not mean that Duman won't throw himself headfirst into danger to protect his boyfriend.

So, that's chapter one! Please review if you liked it!
