All Might flew back, throwing a punch to send powerful winds.

Marvin cut through the wind like tissue paper, slamming his fist into All Might's chest.

The Hero crashed into a building, bringing it down on top of him.

He burst up, barely blocking as Marvin slammed into him again.

"Incredible- ugh, spirit," All Might grunted, sliding back a little from the hits. "Hero."

Marvin jumped, punching All Might across the face.

All Might stumbled back, and Marvin launched into his stomach.

All Might coughed up blood as Marvin hit his injury, stepping back.

"O-ok, Hero. I think you've beaten me," All Might coughed before Marvin slammed his fist into All Might's face.

"You asked if I was a monster, right?" Marvin asked, his voice guttural as he pummeled the Pro.

All Might's eyes widened as Marvin drew his fist back, summoning 30% One for All with rage.

"WELL, HERE'S YOUR ANSWER," Marvin roared, punching All Might with all his force.

All Might blocked, throwing Marvin off with one arm and getting up quickly.

"Young Midoriya, control yourself," He called as Marvin exploded out of a destroyed building.

"You made me angry too," Izuku's voice sounded before Marvin punched All Might hard.

All Might matched Marvin's punch, and the strikes created winds strong enough to demolish houses.

He matched another punch, and Marvin's feet dug into the ground a little.

Marvin leaped forward, kneeing All Might in the jaw before pulling himself with Blackwhip.

He landed an axe-kick on All Might's injury, causing the Hero to gasp in pain.

"HOW DO YOU LIKE IT?" Marvin and Izuku roared before Marvin kicked the Hero again.

All Might jumped at them, punching them in the jaw before kicking them in the side.

Marvin tanked the hits, twisting and kicking All Might's head, and All Might stumbled back.

"If you will not cease your actions, Young Midoriya," All Might said. "I will be forced to stop holding back!"

"GOOD," Marvin roared, punching the Hero in the stomach.

All Might blocked and drew back his fist, striking Marvin across the jaw.

Marvin twisted, kicking All Might in the chest and jumping back.

He matched a punch, and the buildings beside them exploded, the winds ripping through them like tissue paper.

It was a flurry of matched punches, each creating winds strong enough to rip apart neighborhoods.

All Might stepped forward, his weights falling off his arms.

Marvin growled as he began to get overwhelmed, feeling rage bubble in his chest.

"DIE!" He roared, matching another punch with All Might.

The ground around them turned to dust, and the energy released pulverized almost everything that wasn't fortified, even some that was.

Marvin's knees buckled at the force, but he gritted his teeth, refusing to lose.

His aura flared violently, and All Might grit his teeth as it pushed down on him.

Marvin jumped, kicking All Might in the chest with both legs before summoning Blackwhip.

He pulled himself back, using Wind Force to collect power while charging One for All.

He launched after the Hero, drawing his fist back and summoning every ounce of his power.

Izuku leaped forward, and the two shared control, pouring their rage into their strike.

All Might stood, drawing back his fist, ready to match the strike.

"One for All," Three voices said.

They were inches from each other, their power glowing in their bodies.

"Detroit."

They threw their punches, the energy around them becoming visible.

"SMASH!"

Their fists collided, and the energy exploded violently.

A tornado ripped through the training area, carrying up buildings like feathers. The winds could be felt long past the training area, ripping apart trees even far away from where the strike was.

Nezu sighed in relief, thankful he'd thought about removing the students and faculty as they were eliminated. The collision between All Might and whoever was in control of Izuku's body would've killed anyone close by, even if they had enhanced durability.

He wasn't a fool; he knew someone else was inside Izuku's body. The mannerisms were nearly identical, the differences almost impossible to notice, even for him. But since Chiyo had told him of the two Quirks, since it was his responsibility as the principal to know, he'd paid close attention to Izuku.

Nezu determined the person sharing Izuku Midoriya's body wasn't dangerous, given that the boy looked more relaxed and confident instead of tense and uneasy, as he would be in a hostage situation. Still, he wanted to speak to them after this was over.

He watched as the winds finally subsided, and the air cleared to show All Might in his skinny form and Izuku, his arm broken. Their fists still touched, and the two slowly let them drop.

"Pro Hero: All Might has been eliminated," The robotic voice said. "Class 1-A passes the examination with 255 out of 135 points."

'Huh? How?' Izuku asked, his mind clear again.

'All Might can't fight any longer since he reached his limit,' Marvin explained. 'Although injured, we can still fight. And All Might being defeated would make you pass the Exam instantly, so he was worth at LEAST 135 points. Combine that with the 120 you'd already collected, and you get that.'

"Young Midoriya," All Might coughed, staring at him. "Are you alright?"

Izuku nodded slowly, his breathing ragged. "Yeah. It's just-"

He rubbed his neck. "Well, one, you hit Momo in the stomach after she'd already been injured there. And well, you called Marvin a monster."

All Might winced. "I'm assuming he doesn't like that title?"

Marvin shook his head. "Look, Toshinori. Earlier, I talked with Nana. She's very nice. But she told me I wasn't a monster and never was. When you called me that, it pissed me off for two reasons. A) I just don't like being called that, and B) it felt like you were disrespecting Nana, who I respect highly."

"I see," All Might sighed, bowing his head. "Please, forgive me, Young Midoriya, and Young uhh-"

"Last name's Mikrai," Marvin told him, and All Might nodded.

"Young Mikrai, please forgive me for my words and actions. I didn't mean to upset you," All Might said, bowing slightly.

"It's ok, All Might," Izuku smiled. "But- uhh, I think Recovery Girl is going to kill me."

All Might smiled. "Maybe not kill, but she'll keep you there for two or three weeks."

Izuku grimaced as they left the training area, and Principal Nezu walked up to them, utterly unharmed.

"It's me, Nezu. Am I a rat, a dog, or maybe a bear? All you know is that I'm the principal!" Nezu exclaimed.

"You'll need to get that checked out," He told Izuku cheerfully. "And I also want to talk to you about something, Mister Midoriya."

"Me?" Izuku asked, pointing to himself.

"Yes. But that can wait until you're healed," Nezu replied, turning back. "Once you're healed, please head to my office. There are some things we need to discuss."

Izuku dragged himself over to Recovery Girl, who sighed, not even surprised. His classmates were on beds next to him, all of them unconscious, Marvin's aura having knocked out those that were still awake earlier.

"I looked into your friend there," She said, gesturing to Izuku's head. "There's no registered Quirks like his, or any that could have merged to form it, either now or in the past."

"Could his Quirk be a mutation?" Izuku asked as Marvin groaned.

"I'm not sure. Nezu will know more than I do," She told him, bandaging his arm after healing it.

"He wanted to speak to me," Izuku said, and Recovery Girl nodded.

"Go. Don't strain your arm or use your Quirk for the next few hours; eat well and get plenty of rest," She told him before shooing him away.

'I'm not sure why people keep looking for my home,' Marvin grumbled. 'Why would I want to go there?'

'Wouldn't you want to see your family...' Izuku trailed off, remembering, but had already said enough.

Marvin snorted. 'My parents are dead, and so is my sister. I don't have any family I know of and don't have friends. What would I want to see? The Hunters?'

Izuku flushed at his slip-up, reaching the temporary office Nezu had set up.

He entered, and Marvin immediately tensed at the atmosphere of the room. The cold seriousness of it was giving him heavy flashbacks.

"Y- you wanted to see me, sir?" Izuku asked, sitting down and trying to stop Marvin from destroying the place.

Marvin's eyes were crazed as he glanced around, wanting to destroy their room. It was too similar, too much like the Hunters, with its dead walls and plain furniture.

"Yes, I-" Nezu paused as he looked up, seeing Izuku's slight twitches. "Are you alright?"

Izuku nodded. "Y-yeah. It's just- I don't like plain rooms."

Nezu raised an eyebrow. "You, or the person renting your mind with you?"

Marvin and Izuku tensed, and Marvin suddenly went still, his breathing becoming so quiet he might as well have been holding his breath.

'He can't be a Hunter. They're gone here,' Marvin muttered, his voice echoing. 'What ARE you?'

Nezu watched the change with interest. In a second, Midoriya had gone from nervous and twitching to calm and collected, staring at him with eyes that were much too mature for someone his age.

They weren't the eyes of a student or even a Hero but of someone who'd survived. They were cold and calculating, never leaving him and blinking slowly, and Nezu felt like he was staring at a predator somewhat.

The air in the room grew cold, and for a second, Nezu felt like he was back being experimented on again.

"I mean you no harm," Nezu said, raising his hands to symbolize peace. "You will not be harmed here."

Marvin snarled internally but kept his composure outwardly. You could glean even the smallest amount of emotion, and he knew that Nezu was a very, very dangerous person to give information to.

"How do I know that?" Marvin asked before narrowing his eyes. He'd been forced to show himself.

"This was your plan, wasn't it?" He asked, and Nezu smiled.

Marvin swore internally. He'd been manipulated so effortlessly that he didn't even realize it until it was too late.

"I will admit, this was only a hunch," Nezu told him. "But I'm glad it worked."

"And how did you come up with this?" Marvin asked, raising an eyebrow.

Nezu smiled again. "Well, I recognized Mister Midoriya's difference in attitude during certain situations revolving around overstimulation to stimuli, particularly light and sound."

He pressed a button on his desk, and Marvin's eyes widened as the background noise of the outside returned. That's what had been missing; the sound in the background of every space had been eliminated in this room, effectively making complete silence, jarring Marvin's enhanced senses on a subliminal level.

"By making a room as visually unappealing as possible, along with creating absolute silence," Nezu explained. "I effectively created the same overabundant stimuli but in the opposite direction. A reverse flashbang or sonic attack, if you will."

"And that would draw out the same reaction Izuku has whenever there are too many things," Marvin realized. "Me."

"You," Nezu nodded, steepling his fingers. "Now, how did you get into Mister Midoriya's head?"

"I don't know," Marvin replied with a shrug. "I woke up there the day of the Entrance Exam and have been helping him ever since."

Nezu hummed a little. "Interesting. Do you have any family we can return you to?"

"I'm an orphan," Marvin said coldly. "And even if I had family, how could you remove me from Izuku's head?"

"I'm sure I can figure something out," Nezu replied. "I'm assuming there are physical changes whenever one of you is in control?"

Marvin nodded, jerking a thumb to his body. "It gets stronger when I'm in control, and I can use more of One for All than Izuku can. We can share control, which makes us stronger, at the cost of our self-control. Sharing for too long results in a loss of inhibition and carelessness, which you saw."

Nezu frowned but nodded. "Hmm. Very interesting. If you can share control, that would rule out any ghost or mind-control Quirk. The increased strength implies a binding attached to Mister Midoriya's body, making separation more difficult."

Nezu sighed. "Does anybody know about this?"

"Momo, All Might, and Recovery Girl," Izuku answered, taking back control. "I told Momo after I fought Stain and All Might and Recovery Girl after passing out during the obstacle race."

"I'm assuming Miss Yaoyorozu also knows about One for All?" Nezu half-asked, and Izuku nodded.

Nezu was quiet momentarily, going through the options in his head.

Quirks to transfer memories existed, but the person inside Izuku's head seemed more than a simple memory. The way the joining was described, it didn't seem like either had a Quirk capable of doing such a thing, and the body amplification essentially tied the person to Izuku's body.

"Would you harm any of my students?" Nezu asked calmly.

Marvin raised an eyebrow. "If I had wanted to, I'd have done so already."

"That is not what I asked," Nezu said, staring at him.

Marvin snorted and grinned. "Your Quirk is intelligence; you understood my answer."

Nezu sighed. "You must understand that I am doing this out of concern for the safety of these students."

"I won't harm anyone who doesn't deserve it," Marvin told him calmly.

"And who would deserve it?" Nezu asked.

"Those that attack me or others without cause, who are a threat to the safety of those I care for, or who have any semblance of killing intent," Marvin replied.

"You can sense killing intent?" Nezu asked. "How so?"

"Don't ask about my scars if you don't wish to speak of yours," Marvin replied; the training he'd gone through to sense intent wasn't something he was about to share with anyone if he could help it, not even Izuku.

Nezu nodded. "I understand. Can you tell me your name?"

"Marvin Mikrai," Marvin replied. "I'm seventeen from what I can dig up, and I lived in 2024 America."

Nezu frowned. The time discrepancy almost completely eradicated every plan he had to remove Marvin. Without a body to receive the mind, it couldn't be moved.

"Recovery Girl has told me that you have a Quirk," Nezu said, brushing past the problem for now.

Marvin shrugged and rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm surprised I had one. Must have activated when I arrived in Izuku's body."

"If we find a way to separate Mister Midoriya and you, would you care to study here at UA?" Nezu asked, and Marvin did a double take.

What the hell? Since when did people offer him stuff? Was this a trap? It had to be. But a trap so close to his precious students? Nezu said he didn't know how to remove him yet, so what was the point of a trap? Was he really just being nice?

Marvin nodded slowly. "If that would be no bother."

Nezu smiled. "Great, we would just have you complete several placement Exams to determine which class you would be in."

"Yay, more tests," Marvin muttered.

'Hey, maybe we'll be classmates,' Izuku said. 'You can hang out with us.'

'IF they manage to separate us, which I doubt,' Marvin replied. 'I haven't found a way even to come close to replicating what happened, let alone undoing it.'

"Is that all, sir?" Izuku asked.

Nezu nodded. "Yes, you may go now, Mister Midoriya."

He watched as Izuku left, jumping from his chair and leaving the temporary office.

Nezu walked over to Recovery Girl, who was tending to All Might in his skinny form; the other students had recovered and left by then.

"You spoke with Young Midoriya?" All Might asked.

"Indeed, I did. I also spoke to his friend," Nezu replied.

All Might coughed up some blood. "So he told you, too?"

Nezu nodded. "I offered Mister Mikrai a place at UA if the two managed to separate."

All Might looked confused. "Offered him a place? Why? Isn't he dangerous?"

"Indeed," Nezu replied. "In the same way, you or I are dangerous. Mister Mikrai seems to come from a dark past that shaped his experience. From what I can tell, it's unlikely he can return home. The second best option would be to find a way to build a body for him and transfer his mind to it."

"And how would you do that?" All Might asked, coughing again.

"I'm unsure as of now. We don't have a sample of Mister Mikrai's blood or an idea of his appearance," Nezu said as if discussing the weather. "We could ask Mister Midoriya to sketch it; I hear he's quite the artist."

All Might smiled a little. "You still haven't answered my question. Why would you offer him a place here?"

Nezu laughed. "Quick as ever."

He became serious. "The first reason is that his being here allows me to watch him closely for any threatening behavior while minimizing the shock of being in a new place as he already knows Class A, even if they don't know him."

"And the second?" Chiyo asked.

Nezu took a deep breath, looking down sadly. "I'm afraid he lived a life quite similar to my own, and I wouldn't wish to take someone like that and throw him onto the streets. It would be cruel."

Izuku sighed as he sat on the bus, listening to the rampant discussions between his classmates.

"I can't believe we passed!" Mina exclaimed. "I thought we were going to fail!"

"Everything went so dark. I thought for sure we failed," Kaminari added.

"Yeah, but who managed to defeat All Might?" Kirishima asked, turning to Bakugo and Todoroki. "Was it you two?"

Bakugo scowled. "My explosions didn't faze him; he took them without issue."

"My ice only slowed him down," Todoroki said. "And my fire was as effective as Bakugo's explosions."

"Then who was it?" Kaminari asked.

The class turned to Izuku, and he flushed, rubbing his neck.

"Listen up," Aizawa said from the front. "I'm going to show you a video from your fights to show you where you went wrong and how to improve. You'll get your answers then."

1-A went silent as a large screen appeared from the floor near the front of the bus and switched on.

They watched as Izuku destroyed the listening bugs and explained the plan before they split off in pursuit of their respective Hero.

"You could see us?" Mina exclaimed.

"Midoriya had the right idea destroying the listening devices but forgot about cameras," Aizawa replied.

The camera switched to Shoji, Hagakure, Tsu, and Ojiro running through a city-like construct.

1-A gasped as Aizawa dropped from a telephone cable and immediately went for Hagakure.

Hagakure was wrapped up in his Capture Weapon before anyone could react, and Aizawa advanced.

He swung Hagakure into Tsu, releasing his Capture Weapon as the two girls went down.

Aizawa jumped back from Shoji, wrapping his Capture Weapon around the boy's arms.

He pulled Shoji off-balance before dodging Ojiro's tail, still advancing on Shoji.

Ojiro went after him, and Aizawa leaped, causing Ojiro to hit Shoji.

Aizawa grabbed Shoji's tail with his Capture Weapon, pulling him off balance.

He landed, kicking Ojiro in the jaw with both feet.

Aizawa jumped back from Shoji, eluding the boy with ease.

He wrapped his Capture Weapon around Shoji's fist and leaped over the boy's head.

Shoji was pulled off-balance and punched himself in the face as Aizawa pulled.

Aizawa advanced, hitting Shoji in the body twice before punching him in the jaw.

Shoji stumbled back, and Aizawa grabbed the boy with his Capture Weapon before kneeing him in the face.

"The plan to have those with mutant-type Quirks fight me was good," Aizawa said. "But you failed to discuss anything after that, assuming me not being able to erase your Quirks made me defenseless."

Shoji went down just as Tsu managed to get up.

She leaped at him, using her tongue to try and capture him.

Aizawa jumped over, shooting his Capture Weapon at her.

It soon became a battle of agility, with both student and teacher jumping around like acrobats. Tsu was barely holding on; Aizawa was much faster than she was, even with the high-density weights.

Tsu was eventually captured and eliminated, Aizawa setting her down gently next to Shoji.

The screen switched to show Uraraka and Momo fighting Midnight.

Momo leaped in, wearing a gas mask and swinging her staff quickly.

Midnight dodged, but Momo continued her assault, forcing the Hero back.

Momo stepped forward, swinging her staff in a wide arc.

Midnight cracked her whip, hitting Momo in the arm and causing her to drop her staff.

She grabbed Momo's mask and ripped it off, forcing Momo to breathe the sleep-inducing aroma.

"NOW," Momo yelled, and Midnight paused.

Uraraka dropped from the sky, tackling Midnight and cuffing her before the Pro could react.

"Oh, well done," Midnight said. "Quite a clever plan if I say so myself."

"Yaororozu and Uraraka's plan was excellently executed," Aizawa commented as the video ended. "Care to share your reasoning with the class?"

Uraraka gestured to Momo, who took a deep breath.

"Well, I know Midnight can get distracted during combat, especially if her opponent is challenging," Momo explained.

"So, since Yaomomo was the more diverse of us two, she went in to fight while I used my Quirk on myself," Uraraka said, rubbing her arm. "It was really exhausting since I had to deactivate it constantly so I wouldn't float too high."

"Couldn't you have used a string or something to stop you from floating away?" Mina asked.

Momo shook her head. "Midnight would have noticed that if I had on my body, and there wasn't anywhere close by we could tie it."

The class turned back to the screen, which switched to show Mina, Tokoyami, and Kaminari against Ectoplasm.

The fight was rather even since the three managed to destroy a decent number of Ectoplasm's clones, though it was clear they were being overwhelmed.

1-A's eyes widened as Ectoplasm created a giant clone nearly the size of the building they were in.

The three students were captured, with even Dark Shadow unable to break free.

"Kaminari now would be a good time to use your Quirk," Mina yelled as she struggled.

"I would hit you guys, too," Kaminari yelled back.

"Just do it," Tokoyami yelled. "I'll cover us with Dark Shadow."

Kaminari charged up his Quirk while Tokoyami quickly wrapped himself and Mina with Dark Shadow.

He released his most potent shock, screaming as he pushed himself to the limit.

Tokoyami screamed in pain as Dark Shadow took the brunt of the force.

The giant Ectoplasm fell, letting them go as it did.

Kaminari fell, his brain fried as he gave two thumbs up.

Tokoyami passed out, the effort required to hold back Kaminari's shock being too much for him and Dark Shadow.

Mina jumped forward, somewhat unharmed, beside her hair being lightly singed.

She slid toward Ectoplasm quickly and punched him in the jaw, much like she had done to Aoyama in the Sports Festival.

Ectoplasm stumbled back but threw a kick that hit Mina in the stomach.

The girl fell, knocked out, but Ectoplasm stared at the cuffs on his foot and smiled under his mask.

"Having two close-range combatants to cover your long-range is a standard Hero strategy," Aizawa explained. "But the ones you picked to do so were ill-fitted for the mission, seeing as Ectoplasm is much faster than them."

Izuku stared at the screen, somewhat impressed. "I was wondering how you defeated Ectoplasm after you were eliminated."

Mina flushed. "Well, we didn't really plan it. We just went with whatever we could."

The screen changed to show Jiro, Sero, and Koda against Present Mic.

'Hmm. Not much changed,' Marvin noted as Jiro countered Present Mic's yells. 'Still as annoying to listen to as ever.'

They watched as Koda commanded bugs to Present Mic's location, with Sero jumping in and taping the Hero up before he could scream again.

Jiro passed out, her ears bleeding from using her Quirk so much.

Aizawa sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose as he watched Mic get defeated by bugs.

The screen changed, and Izuku tensed as it showed him, Uraraka, and Momo facing All Might.

"This is what I want you to see," Aizawa said. "Because this is the kind of fight I expect from my students."

"Woah, I didn't even see that," Kirishima exclaimed as Izuku tanked All Might's hit instead of Uraraka.

"We can see that, though," Mina winced as Momo set off the flashbangs.

1-A watched as All Might hit Momo in the stomach, the girl's scream of pain ringing in their ears as they collectively thought:

"Oh, shit."

They watched Izuku explode from the building, and their eyes widened as Marvin's aura began overpowering everyone in the vicinity.

The class leaned back, somehow able to feel it even through the screen, watching Izuku surrounded by Blackwhip.

1-A collectively decided never to hurt or even attempt to hurt Momo, their eyes wide as Izuku began to float.

"You can fly?" Mina exclaimed.

Izuku rubbed the back of his neck. "It's only something I figured out during this Exam; I'm not exactly sure how it works yet."

He watched himself fight All Might and felt a pang of regret in his chest. He'd lost control again and attacked his teacher without holding back.

Bakugo stared in silence, watching Izuku pummel the Pro Hero. His most powerful explosions had only lightly stung All Might, and Izuku was pushing All Might back with his punches.

Todoroki stared, too, but at the real Izuku, not the screen. His Quirk, made to surpass All Might, hadn't done anything but make the Pro raise an eyebrow, but Izuku was drawing blood.

'I truly can't hold a candle to him,' He thought, watching All Might and Izuku's fists connected, destroying buildings with just the wind.

"Hey, Midoriya, what did you mean by making you angry too?" Sero asked. "You were already angry."

Marvin shrugged. "A slip of the tongue. I meant to say, 'You made me too angry,' but it came out wrong."

Sero nodded in understanding and turned back to the screen.

Momo raised an eyebrow, and Marvin grinned before handing control back to Izuku.

"How much of that fight was you?" Momo whispered in his ear.

"Maybe 10%," Izuku whispered back. "Marvin really doesn't like being called a monster. The final hit was both of us."

"Final-"

Momo's eyes widened along with everyone else as Izuku launched at All Might, the Pro Hero drawing his arm back to match the punch.

The final blow ripped apart everything surrounding them, including the camera, which cut off roughly as the winds shredded it.

"Woah, remind me never to piss off Midoriya," Kaminari said.

"Agreed," Tokoyami added. "We should add Yaoyorozu to that list as well."

"That was so scary!" Mina exclaimed.

"But cool, too!" Kirishima said.

"It was still scary," Hagakure said, waving her arm. "To be able to fight All Might head-on!"

"He wasn't trying," Marvin said gruffly.

"But he said he stopped holding back," Iida reminded him. "How is that not trying?"

Marvin rolled his eyes internally. "There's a difference between not holding back and going all out. I wasn't holding back during the Sports Festival but went all out during the Exam."

The class nodded in understanding. Bakugo stared at him, noticing the ever-so-slight difference in posture. Ponytail also had tensed a little, and his eyes narrowed. Ponytail was always relaxed around the nerd, but her shoulders were tense now.

The nerd's posture changed again, and Ponytail relaxed. Wheels were turning in Bakugo's head; something about the posture change affected Ponytail, too, but Bakugo didn't know what or how.

"You're interested in that boy," Kurogiri told Shigaraki at the League of Villains' hideout. "Izuku Midoriya."

"Shigaraki," Giran cut in as he entered. "The League of Villains is quite popular now. I hear you're planning something big."

Shigaraki turned the photo of Izuku he held into dust as he turned to Giran.

"And who are they?" He asked as a heavily scarred man walked in with an eccentric blonde girl.

"Huh. Your picture didn't do you justice," Dabi said. "You're uglier in person."

"You're the hand guy!" Toga exclaimed. "You're with Stain! Let me join, too."

"Kurogiri," Shigaraki said. "Remove them. One is rude, and another is a bratty girl."

"At least let me introduce them first," Giran said, walking up.

"This is Himiko Toga, and she's on the run from the police investigating several murders," He said, gesturing to her. "She says she wants to join because she wants to become like the Hero Killer."

Giran gestured to Dabi. "He hasn't done any flashy crimes but has taken Stain's ideas to heart."

"Are you serious about being villains?" Dabi asked, looking at Toga. "I doubt it if you let someone like her into your group."

"What's your name?" Shigaraki asked.

"You don't need to know that. I go by Dabi," Dabi said. "I'll tell you my name once the time is right."

"My new mission," Dabi said. "Is to carry on the Hero Killer's will."

Shigaraki scowled. "Everyone is hung up on Stain. You're all USELESS!"

He rushed to Dabi and Toga, hands raised to dust them.

Dabi raised his hand, and Toga pulled her knife, preparing to retaliate.

Kurogiri activated his Quirk, forcing their hands through portals and stopping them from fighting.

"Calm yourself, Tomura," Kurogiri said. "The League needs new members, and it's best to do so now that Stain has put us in the spotlight. We can use this."

Shigaraki pulled his hands from the portal and stormed off without a word.

"He's too young to realize," Giran said.

"And insane," Dabi commented as he removed his hand from the portal, and Toga nodded.

"Agreed," She said, also removing her hand.

Kurogiri turned to them, deactivating his Quirk. "I ask that you wait for a response until later. Due to All Might and the Hero Killer, Tomura will come to his own answers soon."

Author's Note: And that's the chapter! The League has been formally introduced, and the next chapter will have the shopping scene.

Before anyone asks, no, Marvin and Izuku aren't at the level of All Might. It's better to say that Izuku is at the level he was at during Endeavor's agency, probably a bit less. Marvin's peak strength would be comparable to Izuku in the Paranormal Liberation War, or around 30% of OFA.

Combined, the two are somewhat lower than Vigilante Izuku's strength, though their mastery of Blackwhip, Float, and OFA, generally, is much lower, along with losing control if they share.

If canon Vigilante Izuku were to fight this enraged Izuku/Marvin, Vigilante Izuku would win, but it wouldn't be an easy fight is what I'm saying. They're strong, but they still have a long way to go before reaching the strength of their canon counterparts.

Someone asked if Marvin would become a consciousness of sorts. The answer is no, not in the slightest. Marvin WILL lose the ability to overtake Izuku's body entirely, but he'll be able to help in the real world. It'll be made more apparent during the Kamino incident, and a LOT of things are going to change.

I'm somewhat sticking to canon as of now, but after the Kamino Incident, things will become VERY canon-divergent.
