"So unfair." Cassi sat back on the sofa and crossed her arms. "Hmph, I'm not a child."

"You bloody ought to be one by the way you don't seem to listen. Don't think I have forgotten that little miracle in New York." Crowley stood before his daughter. "Be thankful it's only for a day."

Cassi looked to the angel for help as he stood next to Crowley. "I'm sorry, darling but I must agree with your father. It's one thing to use frivolous miracles for everyday tasks but it's another story when you send us to Soho without our consent."

Cassi scoffed. "I-I made sure you had the Bentley to return in."

Crowley placed his hands on his hips. "Not the point."

"Bu-but papa was walking around the house like a zombie, mumbling incoherently and you sounded miserable on the phone. I wanted you two to be happy."

Aziraphale sat next to Cassi and took her hand in his. "While it's greatly appreciated, my darling, um, problems between your dad and I are for us to deal with. A child shouldn't worry too much about them. Agreed?"

"Did he cry? Dad looks like a crier."

Crowley's mouth gaped open. "N-now how…how do you know I-I-I didn't ask your dear papa…um, for his hand?

Both Cassi and Aziraphale sat in silence as they looked up at Crowley. "He did get a little emotional, I'm afraid." Aziraphale informed as he stood. The angel kissed the demon's cheek and smiled. "But it's quite alright we were both emotional."

"By the way, dad, you look very handsome in that suit, not that you don't everyday but-" she too stood and circled her father, "-I can see why I was miracled that night." She laughed.

Crowley grumbled and was about to snap his finger when Aziraphale stopped him mid snap and whispered something in the demon's ear, making the demon gulp and cleared his throat.

"Papa?"

"Yes, darling?" Aziraphale snapped his head towards his daughter and took a step back from his partner.

"You've had that engagement ring since 1941?"

"Not quite, no. Um, for a minute there I did think we were back in time however, my darling, the shop was exactly the way it is today, since you could not have possibly known how the shop looked so back then. I also noticed the snow outside and figured we had been transported miles away instead of years and I must confess," he blushed, "I had our rings made in, hmm, during the pandemic."

Crowley took a step back. "Whot!? Ngk…whot? Not only were you going to ask me to move in with you…but you were going to ask me to marry you?!" Aziraphale shrugged innocently as Crowley shook his head. "Angel, I swear…you," he groaned, "you can be infuriating." He said playfully.

Aziraphale smiled and wrapped his arms around the demon's waist. "Infuriating? Me? An angel? Obviously not."

"Obviously." The demon mocked.

Cassi knew when it was her cue to leave. Without a word, the nephalem picked up her cat and retreated to her soundproof room.

Crowley pulled Aziraphale closer, making their bodies curve perfectly into one another. Aziraphale began to play with Crowley's lapel, content smile on his face while inspecting the demon's suit. "Angel?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you."

Aziraphale looked up at his lover and smiled lovingly. "I love you too, very much so." He leaned in and kissed the demon's lips.

—-

Cassi clutched the kitchen counter in despair. "Papa," she pleaded once again, "you need to understand my point of view."

"And I sympathize, darling, I really do but dad said you're grounded for a day."

"That is fine but why can't I be grounded tomorrow? He never said which day."

A pajama clad Aziraphale turned to his daughter, glass of water in hand. "I don't…think it works like that?"

"Ugh, papa, please," she whined, "it does not matter if my room is soundproof, I can still feel it so please, I beg you. Either that or you guys stop…making up."

"Alright." Aziraphale gave in. "But leave your mobile phone on, take the car, and be back by dinner. When your father wakes, I'll distract him."

Cassi held a disgusted look on her face.

"What is it?"

"You really rather kick me, your own daughter, out instead?"

"Oh, darling, your dad is right. You rather are innocent."

"What does that mean?"

Aziraphale chuckled and walked out the kitchen, not before reminding his daughter to wear wamn clothing. The angel made his way back to his bedroom where a sleeping Crowley, a very naked sleeping Crowley, laid under the covers. Aziraphale placed the water glass on the side table, removed his robe, letting all his wobbly bits be on display, and joined his lover on the bed. The angel pulled the covers off his lover and could not help but smirk at his handy work. Crowley wore the angel's markings on his shoulder, chest, back, neck and he was positive Crowley's inner thighs could be an easy game of connect the dots. As always, he would miracle away the visible markings on the demon's neck and arms, the rest would remain their little secret.

There was something else Aziraphale could not help but admire and that was the new jewelry on Crowley's hand. His cock twitched at the memory of how he had commanded Crowley to stroke him with his left hand only so he could feel that little piece of silver on him. Meanwhile, Crowley turned in his sleep and sighed as he opened his eyes to see Aziraphale sitting up beside him. "What happened?" he asked dazed.

As Crowley sat up, Aziraphale handed him the glass of water and encouraged him to drink. "Well, after the fourth round, where I had you on your stomach, hips up as I ate that delicious hole of yours, making you come twice just by doing such an act, you insisted you could keep going after I offered you time to recuperate. I was apprehensive but you were unwavering, so I guided you to our bathroom where I bent you over before our long mirror in there and started to fuck you again. I'm not sure if it was the sensation or something else but after you came again, you passed out. I do apologize but I kept going, I was close and you know how fussy I get when we're interrupted and I don't finish. Afterwards, I cleaned you up and put you to bed. You've been asleep for almost two hours."

"How kind." Crowley chuckled and winced as he took a sip of water, suddenly noticing how dry his mouth was.

Aziraphale removed the glass from Crowley's hand and placed it back on the side table. "Do you want me to heal you?"

Crowley shook his head. "I'm alright, angel. I should have known you were a beast by how you ate those ox ribs."

Aziraphale chuckled and, upon noticing the demon's hardness, decided to straddle Crowley's hips. He opened himself wide enough to easily sink down onto Crowley's cock. He did not move, nor did his lover. "Your lips are bruised." Aziraphale gently caressed Crowley's lower lip with his thump.

Crowley leaned in and began to kiss along the angel's jaw in sweet chaste kisses. "I'm fine." He chuckled. "Damn, you really loved that suit."

The angel slowly began to move in a slow and lazy manner. "I did, yes. How could I not when you were wearing that when I first fell in love."

"Ah, when you realized you were in love."

"Make love to me?" The angel moaned.

Crowley tiled his head back to get a better view of his lover. "I thought we were already doing so." He chuckled as he began to thrust upwards.

"Do-do you have a fantasy you wish to partake in?"

Crowley smirked and held tight onto the angel's hips, grunting quietly. "Are you offering me the chance?"

Aziraphale nodded.

"Garden of Eden."

The angel halted. "Garden of Eden?"

"'I gave it away.'" Crowley mimicked Aziraphale. "A rule breaking angel?" He grinned. "Too bad you're not as innocent and naive as you once were." He thrusted his hips up, with a little bit more force. "That would have been fun.

Aziraphale gave Crowley a playful smile and gestured to heaven. Their room became a small portion of what was once The Garden of Eden, and it delighted Crowley to see that once upon a time angel straddling him. "I'm still innocent."

Crowley guffawed. "Please describe again how you made me pass out?

"I'm not sure what you're talking about, you wily serpent." He played with the demon's long locks.

"Our outfits, the garden, you using me to pleasure yourself, hmm, it's almost perfect."

"Almost?"

"I believe…mmm, you had your wings on display?" The demon smirked.

Aziraphale laughed and kissed his lover, nay fiancé, and while doing so, his glorious white wings unfurrowed from his back.

Elliot's loud laughter attracted many eyes on the nephalems. "I'm sorry," he tried to calm himself, "but…it's the best story I have heard in centuries."

Cassi rolled her eyes. "I'm glad I amuse you, please…laugh at my misery."

The red haired nephalem was glad her friend agreed to meet her at a coffee shop. Cassi was simply relieved to get out of the house while her parents made up and celebrated their engagement. She didn't mean to inform Elliot of every detail that went on at her home, but once Elliot noticed her unnatural mood, he had to ask what the matter was.

Meanwhile, Elliot's shoulders shook as he nodded. "I will, oh, little nephalem, I will." He wiped away an imaginary tear. "You do have to admit, it's quite enjoyable."

"Nothing enjoyable about knowing when your parents are…doing that."

Elliot seized his laughter for small chuckles. "You should be proud you managed to get them back together after their tiff. It all worked out in the end, I see, even getting engaged."

"I'm not…too sure how they will marry, dad can't step foot on holy ground. Have you entered a church before?"

"I have, yes. Once or twice did not care much for it but it was fun to tempt a priest." He grinned.

"I was proud of my miracle." Cassi beamed. "I mean, I've transported myself to places but never others, especially an angel and a demon, powerful ones at that. Felt as if I stopped time for a bit." She laughed.

"Um, Cassi," Elliot widened his eyes at a realization, "did you not say your dad can manipulate time?"

Cassi sipped the last of her tea. "Yes. My papa has a theory that it is because he was one of the angels who created the galaxy and all that good stuff."

"Did you though?"

Cassi's red curls bounced as she shook her head. "Did I what?"

Elliot leaned closer and placed his crossed arms on the table. "Stop time? You could not have possibly known if you did, in honesty. It was just the three of you at home and I'm sure your parents would not have even noticed."

Cassi laughed. "Don't be silly, of course I did not."

"Try."

"Wha-what? Stop time?" Cassi had the good mind to laugh in her friend's face, but Elliot seemed determined to amuse the idea. "Right. I'm leaving, you have clearly lost your mind and I…I do believe my parents might have finished by now." She stood to leave while Elliot followed.

Elliot gently pulled Cassi back by her wrist. "Do give it a go." He said in a low tone. "Remember, not only are we made to look like our parents, but their abilities are passed down to us. I am able to stand the hottest flames and not be damned and I too have wings like my mother."

Cassi's lips became dry as she looked around the shop. The rest of the patrons were leisurely chatting away, minding their own business as they ate their biscuits, pastries and sipped their drinks. She removed herself from Elliot's grip, raised her fingers and double snapped. Cassi rolled her eyes when nothing came of it.

"What were you feeling when you did it? Your thoughts?" Elliot inquired.

"I don't know but can I leave?"

Elliot opened the door for her and commented, "You know, if you are able to, it would be a great feat. Imagine a nephalem able to stop time, it's already impressive how your dad is able to, maybe the only other being apart from god, and now you. Maybe heaven knows of it already." Elliot shrugged. "From the great vine of mine, hell knows all about you by now and they are not as nice as heaven when it comes to going with them; heaven asks you to go while hell will just plain kidnap you. They will not care who your demon father is, nor care how much you plead for your release. They will not care if they separate you from your parents, you might not even see them again. You might have accidentally stopped time and I would suggest you learn how to do it properly and on purpose." He leaned down and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. "Right. I'm off."

—-

Without a second thought, Cassi flung the entrance door open, not caring if it closed as she slammed it shut, practically running to the living area. She had been gone for almost three hours, surely, she thought, they would have finished by now. To her relief, Crowley laid, once again, on the armchair, legs dangling as usual, as he watched the second episode of the documentary he was watching almost three days prior in the meantime, Aziraphale sat on the sofa, a bridal magazine in hand, notebook on his lap. "Oh, hello, darling." Aziraphale greeted without turning away from the magazine and taking down notes.

Crowley's hair was back to shoulder length and it seemed he stopped wearing his shades at home. "Back already from…wherever it was you went to."

"Library, dearest." Aziraphale covered for his daughter, knowing full well she probably met her friend.

Cassi disregarded their words and knelt in front of her demonic father and shook his arm. "Dad," she let out a long breath, and before she could ask what she wanted to ask, she turned to Aziraphale, "no…I meant, papa."

Aziraphale looked up from his magazine. "Yes?"

Cassi opened her mouth and closed it a second later. She looked back at Crowley, then back at Aziraphale. After a silent moment, she stood and groaned, not knowing how to even ask or start the conversation. "Ugh, bloody brilliant." She stomped out of the room and up the stairs.

Aziraphale and Crowley exchanged a puzzle look. "She gets that from you." Crowley stated.

It was well into the night when Cassi could do nothing but toss and turn in her bed. Of course, she could just make herself fall asleep but what was the point when she learned she could possibly stop time like her dear old demon father, hell knew about her, and the thought of being kidnapped by them, and potentially not seeing her parents again, terrified her. Apart from that, the other reason for her uneasiness was simply because she had many questions interrupting her mind lately. Questions about love, about hate, heaven, hell, and now she had questions about what exactly she was. Elliot seemed rather comfortable at the fact he was more demon than angel and that was okay for him. Cassi had never explored either side well enough, but she felt more at ease doing good in the world, spreading love and joy. If heaven knew of her existence from day one, did they know what she was capable of? Did they have her down to the last detail? Of what she could accomplish or not? If they thought her a threat for earth, heaven or hell, would she be eradicated just as Elliot predicted they would do to them? Would they too try to separate her from her parents? She had just found them and had gotten used to their love and care. It was nice to have someone after years of loneliness.

Cassi wiped her eyes and left her room. She quietly walked to the other side of the hall and knocked on her parents' bedroom. Aziraphale had asked her to come in. "May-" she clutched the doorknob, "-I sleep here tonight?"

Aziraphale sat on the bed, a different bridal magazine in hand, while Crowley had already fallen asleep, arms around the angel's waist. Aziraphale lowered the magazine and removed his reading glasses. "Of course, darling. If you don't mind dad mumbling in his sleep." The angel gently unwrapped Crowley's arms from him and pushed the demon to the other side of the bed, waking him up.

Crowley sat up, hair a tangled mess, eyes half opened. All while Cassi crawled into bed with them and laid between her two parents as if she were a frightened toddler. "What's happening?" Crowley mouthed towards Aziraphale.

Aziraphale shrugged and placed his glasses and magazine on the side table. "Are you alright, darling child?"

Cassi covered her head with the blanket. "Yes…um, my room is cold."

"I can warm it up for you and get you some extra blankets." Aziraphale suggested.

Crowley laid on his side, supporting his weight by his elbow, snapped his fingers, and uncovered Cassi's head in the process. Cassi's view was that of the darkness, with some hues of blue until Crowley spoke softly, "Let there be light."

Cassi marveled at what happened above her afterwards; an illuminating explosion appeared, followed by the forming of stars, nebulas, and constellations. Aziraphale smiled and laid on his side as well, mirroring Crowley. "Oh, we might have to take a trip to London soon." The angel said, disregarding what was happening above.

Crowley fluffed Cassi's pillow and tucked her in like a burrito. "What for?"

"For our wedding rings, of course. The magazine suggests we make it a day as to, um-" he reached back for the magazine and reading glasses, "'-involving your partner in all wedding things is a great way to bond before the wedding and making sure the groom does not feel left out.'" He read and placed the magazine and glasses back.

"Oh? I'm groom now?" Crowley playfully scrunched his nose at Aziraphale. "As far as I am concerned, you are already my husband. We can get you a matching ring like mine and be done with it." Crowley began to gently pat Cassi's stomach.

Aziraphale shook his head. "No, no. That one was made especially for you in mind. If you'd like we can have the same engraving on the wedding ones as well. Or would you prefer something else?"

"The engraving is fine, angel. You really don't need to go through the trouble."

Aziraphale pouted and bore his puppy dog eyes. "You said I could have an earthly wedding and I have been planning."

"For three years, it seems." Crowley chuckled. "But alright, we can poke around some jewelry shops in London and find us some wedding bands."

Aziraphale radiated. "Oh, thank you." The angel looked down. "Hm, she fell asleep."

Crowley looked down as well and smiled. "That was the plan. Not a child, yet," he chuckled, "falls asleep by pretty lights and our voices." He tucked her in more. "Wonder what's troubling her. Her whole charade when she came home…I did not like it. Has she told you anything?"

Aziraphale was apprehensive because he knew there was a slight chance it had something to do with Elliot however there was another chance it was something entirely different. "I wouldn't worry. She'll inform us eventually."

The salesperson held Crowley's hand as they inspected the simple grey ring on the demon's left hand. "I think I have just the right bands to match this one."

"Oh, yes, please, thank you." Aziraphale beamed.

Meanwhile, the demon could not help but sigh after a long morning. The family had come up from the cottage where Aziraphale had insisted they find the perfect wedding rings for them to exchange during their ceremony. They had gone through at least three shops and while Crowley did love the prospect of him and Aziraphale having matching rings, mostly to let people know the angel was his and his alone, the demon did not know how much time and effort went into planning a wedding. On the drive back to the cottage, the day they had gotten engaged, Crowley had commented on how he was finally able to call Aziraphale husband, only for the angel to correct him that instead of husband, they were betrothed. "I want a proper wedding as it will be my only chance to experience one." The angel had stated.

"Can we agree that if we don't like anything from here, we can call it a day? Or at least take a break?" Crowley questioned as the salesperson left.

Aziraphale nodded. "We can have a break. I must admit it's rather disappointing not to find the right ones. We can do lunch and discuss music."

Crowley raised a brow. "Music?"

"For the reception."

"Um, angel, you said you wanted to invite Muriel, Maggie, and Nina… adding Cassi here and we will be a total of…six. Do you really need to bother with music?"

"Oh, you should use the song Like a Prayer from Madonna. I think you'll like that one." Cassi began to hum.

Both parents glanced at their daughter. "O-Oh, you know that song, darling?"

Cassi nodded enthusiastically. "One of my favorites. Rather catchy, do you know it too, papa?"

Crowley bit his lip, trying to hold back his laughter.

Aziraphale cleared his throat. "Ah, yes, um, dad showed it to me when it first came out. Do you, uh-"

"Do you know what it's about?" Crowley interjected. "What the lady is singing?"

Cassi cocked her head. "Um, the person is in love with the other person and their love is almost translucent to a heavenly experience."

Aziraphale looked at his daughter with adoration, all while Crowley chortled. "Your dear papa gave a similar answer thirty some years ago." The demon looked at his angel. "I told you…just like you."

Aziraphale blushed and cleared his throat once more. "Um, darling…that song…ugh, Crowley I'm n-not explaining, please let her continue to think that."

Cassi held a pondering expression as she went over the lyrics in her head, humming in the process.

Thankfully the salesperson returned, holding an opened display box. "Here we are." They showed the rings to the family. "You see this one has the same slim feature as your current ring and the same color. Could be a perfect match."

Aziraphale held Crowley's hand, retrieved one of the rings being presented, and slipped it onto Crowley's finger. "Ah, perfect match indeed. What do you think, dearest?"

Crowley inspected his hand, and the two slim grey rings did seem to go together. "I wear two while you wear one?"

Aziraphale nodded enthusiastically. "I was the one who proposed."

"I don't understand." Cassi voiced. "'Just like a prayer, you know I'll take you there.'" She sang. "They are praying, are they not?"

The parents glanced at their daughter, Aziraphale chuckling nervously and before any parent could say something, "Oh, I love that song. I played it for my partner when we first spiced things up." The salesperson commented. "Madonna can really add that sexual element to anything." Noticing Cassi's baffled expression, they continued, "She's singing about oral sex." They leaned in and whispered.

Cassi narrowed her eyes in a puzzled expression as she mouthed the words "oral sex". The nephalem went through her knowledge of sex in her mind. "Wha-what…do you mean by that…exactly? There's…more than one way to have sex?"

Crowley's laughter roared through the shop. "I believe we'll take the rings." Aziraphale ignored Crowley and smiled, although a blush was clearly visible on his face. "Cassi, darling, why don't you look at some earrings for yourself, hmm? Something new to wear for the wedding."

Crowley suppressed his laughter and, as his daughter walked away, he whispered, "Don't you two read those pornographic books?"

Aziraphale looked over at Cassi. "We do but I take out some elements." Crowley looked impressed. "As far as she's concerned, sex is done in a missionary position every time and everything is quite tame."

Across the shop, the nephalem huffed as she was well aware she was being sent away although it did not take her long to entertain herself by looking at the beautiful jewelry behind the counter. "What a gorgeous necklace." A blonde saleswoman marveled before Cassi. "May I?" The woman extended her hands. Cassi leaned forward as the woman inspected the necklace. "I have been in this business a long time and I just know this is silver mixed with meteorite."

Cassi looked at her parents. "Um, I'm not sure. It was a gift from my parents."

The woman grinned. "They must think the world of you. Their little earth."

"Shax, what the hell are you doing here?" Crowley had come up behind Cassi and pulled her away from the counter.

The demon's appearance changed to that of the demon Shax. "I would have asked you the same question if I hadn't witnessed your interaction with that sales human." Shax turned her attention to Cassi and extended her hand once more. "Shax." She introduced.

Crowley held Cassi's hand in his. "Aziraphale."

The angel's smile faltered as he walked over. "Ah, Shax. My, what a, um, surprise." Aziraphale reached for Cassi's hand. "Come, darling, let's, uh, leave Crowley to it. Demon business, I presume." He whispered the last sentence.

Only when Crowley felt Aziraphale hold their daughter's hand tightly in his, did the demon let go. "What is it? I'm busy."

"Buying human trinkets and getting married? To an angel, no less. Our master will be furious."

Crowley crossed his arms. "Eh, hell and I have an understanding, I don't bother you and you don't bother me. Quite simple."

"We have an assignment for you."

"I don't do assignments for you anymore. Did you not listen to what I just said?"

"We need you to track someone down."

"I swear it goes in one ear and out the other." Crowley began to walk away.

"Hell wants the other one. The one just like your daughter."

Crowley halted and turned around. "Wha-what do you want with him?"

Aziraphale tried to draw Cassi's attention to the rings the salesperson had presented previously. "Do you like these, darling? Would pair nicely with the engagement ring, I do say so."

"Is that the demon from before, when we left for the cottage?" Cassi looked over at the demons on the other side of the shop. "Is she…going to take me?"

"What? Of course not." Aziraphale held his grip on her. "Why would you think that? No one is taking you anywhere."

Crowley walked back to his family and shook his head, answering Aziraphale's unspoken question. "Right, so, sales human, where were we?"

Cassi turned to where both demons were, only to see Shax was nowhere to be seen. "Dad," Cassi spoke softly, "will…would demons take me to hell if they wanted?"

"Wha-what?" Crowley placed his arm around Cassi's shoulder and pulled her into him. "They wouldn't dare and if they did, they would have to go through me. I once stopped a horde of demons from entering the bookshop, you know."

"Uh, I do believe that was me." Aziraphale interjected.

"Regardless, you have two parents who are willing to risk everything for you so…no," Crowley sniffed, "no one will be taking you anywhere without our permission. I'll like to see them bloody try."
