AN: Here we go. To those of you who haven't heard yet, JustLuck has started a reading fic on this called Reading Blades of Remnant: Complete Compendium. He asked me to do that and I gave him permission.

Next Step

In a dark place somewhere in Remnant, there is a dark castle on a cliff. Beneath that castle is a valley with large pools of black substance. Out of this substance, Grimm were crawling out of and moving out to the world to devour anything they find.

Inside the castle, in a room with a large table and many windows Emerald and Mercury were looking down at the sight below with an apprehensive look.

On the table, three men had sat down. One was Tyrian, who was actually crouched on his own seat, looking around maniacally. Across from Tyrian was a large man with tan skin, brown hair and brown beard. He wore a two-tone olive-green coat over a black shirt that extends to his forearms, just past his elbows. Interestingly enough, out of the sleeves poke several scars. He wears black pants with pouches strapped onto each pant leg, and brown boots with white fronts.

Then there was a lanky man with short black and gray hair and a thick black moustache. He wears a gray overcoat with matching pants. Underneath the coat he wears yellow dress shirt with a black tie and over them a cordovan vest. He also wears cordovan shoes. The man was currently browsing on his Scroll information that the Queen Virus provided before Beacon Tower collapsed. As well as whatever Emerald and Mercury brought back with the Scroll Mercury used to broadcast what the hacked Atlesian machines were doing.

Emerald and Mercury turn towards the three men who were sitting down with wary looks on their faces.

"I still fail to understand why Salem didn't just kill you two," the moustache man said to the two condescendingly, pausing in checking whatever it was he was checking.

This annoyed Mercury, who stepped forward only to be blocked by Emerald.

Moustache man shook his head before speaking again, "If losing Cinder wasn't such a huge loss, I would actually thank the two who bested her."

Emerald grit her teeth at hearing that, but she was afraid of the madman called Tyrian. Otherwise she would have shot the bastard down right there.

"Speaking of which, how pathetic can you be to be beaten by mere brats," Tyrian said, before giggling maniacally.

Emerald was just about to draw her weapons when the doors to the room opened. Revealing the ashen skinned woman responsible for the latest breach. The woman slowly walked towards the far end of the table to the throne like seat. "Watts, do you find such malignance necessary?" the woman asked calmly, though there was a slight edge to her voice.

"My apologies, ma'am," the moustache man, now named Watts, apologized humbly, "I'm not particularly fond of failure."

The woman sat down before speaking again, "Neither am I. However, as I recall, the blame lies with Cinder, who allowed herself to be defeated." The woman was clearly not pleased about that fact. "The Beacon Tower has fallen, but the school is not under our control because of that beast," the woman clutched the armrests of her seat with her red eyes glowing with barely suppressed fury, "And we don't have a Fall Maiden. And most importantly, Ozpin could still be out there."

This woman, who was named Salem if Emerald remembered right, terrified the mint haired girl. Apparently, she was the ruler of the Creatures of Grimm.

Then the said woman directed a glare at Emerald and Mercury, "Tell me, children. How is it that the Fall of Beacon only succeeded partway?"

"…We…don't know," Emerald said in fear.

"You don't know," Salem said with narrowed eyes, clearly not liking the answer.

"Ma'am," Watts spoke up, earning the woman's attention, "I believe I may be able to piece together what happened from the remaining footage that these two were able to get."

This made the Grimm-like woman smile a little, "Oh? Do tell us, Watts."

"Well, from what I was able to see, it looked like there was a tornado on top of the tower," Watts began to explain, "Then it seemed like the surrounding debris was gathered into a large ball before being flung at something. This was followed by what looked like a sandstorm."

"Did Cinder make those two tornadoes," The large man finally asked.

"I doubt that," Watts replied before opening a certain file on his Scroll, "From what information Atlas has on these 'Blades' the two phenomena seem to be what are called 'Blade Combos'. From the list of known combos, the first tornado is Cyclone, which is formed by two wind elemental Special Arts."

"Are you saying that it took two of these Blades to best one of us," the large man asked again.

"Not by themselves," Watts continued, before fiddling with his Scroll a little before glancing at Salem, "May I use the hologram?" Salem nodded to signal Watts to do it. With that, Watts placed his Scroll on the table which soon formed an image of the final moments of the recorded footage where the Tower had fallen as a result of the dragon Grimm and the Titan ramming into it during their battle. "Look at this image I was able to enhance," Watts said as the hologram zoomed in on a particular spot in the air. The image was still a little blurry but there was clearly someone in a red dress being attacked by something large with what they guess is a large spear. "As you can see, something attacked Cinder by dropping on her with what I assume is a large spear," Watts explained as Emerald and Mercury's eyes widened at the figure that they now believe is responsible for Cinder's death.

"It's that Talos asshole," Mercury growled at the image, earning everyone's attention.

"You know that thing," Tyrian asked with an eager look.

"He's a Blade, and his Driver's Pyrrha Nikos," Mercury said with a growl.

"Pyrrha Nikos?" Salem repeated with a raised eyebrow, "Tell me Watts. How probable would it be for the four-time Mistral champion to be the last thing in Cinder's thoughts?"

"Assuming she didn't die upon the impact when she and this 'Talos' reached the ground and that the girl in question was within visual range, it's quite possible," Watts said simply, he wanted to give Salem a better answer, but there were too many variables to say for certain.

"Then it seems we have a problem," Salem said with a frown, "Because Pyrrha Nikos is dead."

This earned surprised looks from everyone else in the room. "How could you possibly know that," Watts asked in disbelief.

This earned him an angry look from Tyrian, "Are you questioning our goddess?"

This seemed to make Watts do a double take, "O-of course not, my apologies."

"This could mean that the power of the Fall Maiden could be anywhere," The large man said with a frown of his own.

"It doesn't matter for now," Salem then said as she rose up, "Regardless of not gaining the Fall Maiden or Beacon, we must press on for now." Then the ashen woman turned towards Tyrian, "Tyrian, you will continue your hunt for the Spring Maiden, but do not engage her until we have a replacement."

The madman grinned with excitement, "Gladly."

"Hazel, you must be our new contact with the White Fang. Despite all of this, Adam Taurus still remains loyal. Ensure that Sienna Khan feels the same," Salem then said, addressing the large man.

"As you wish," the man, now named Hazel, said simply.

"Doctor Watts, you will go to Mistral and meet our informant at Haven Academy," Salem then ordered Watts who nodded in acknowledgement.

"Umm…" Emerald sounded out unsurely.

"Speak, child," Salem said, wondering what Emerald had to say.

"It's just…what about the girl with silver eyes," Emerald asked unsurely.

"What about her," Watts asked uncaringly, "She's not a threat to us."

"But she was able to beat Cinder with that Blade of hers," Emerald talked back angrily.

"Oh?" Salem sounded out curiously, "You know the wind Blade that was able to best Cinder?"

"Yeah." This time it was Mercury who spoke up, "His name's Roze, black hair, white eyes. Wears a red cloak like his Driver and has a Core Crystal in the shape of a blooming rose."

"Like I said, what about them?" Watts said, still not seeing a problem other than them defeating Cinder which angered Emerald all the more.

"That's enough," Salem then said as she raised her hand. "Tyrian," Salem addressed.

"Yes, my lady," Tyrian spoke eagerly.

"Spring can wait, find the girl who helped in besting Cinder," Salem said with a small smile. This made Tyrian clap his hands while giggling maniacally. "And bring her to me," Salem finished, causing Tyrian to slump with a pout. But then the madman shrugged with a grin. "Despite not gaining control of Beacon, the school has still fallen, and Haven will be next," Salem then said, addressing the entire room. Then the woman stood up from her seat before turning towards one of the windows, "And this time- AAGH!" Salem interrupted herself with a sudden scream at the sight in the window.

This made everyone else in the room to get off their seats and look to the window in alarm.

"My lady, what did you see?" Tyrian asked frantically, trying to see what scared their queen so much.

The said queen was looking at the window while touching the left side of her ashen face with red veins as if trying to confirm something. "…It's nothing. Now leave," Salem said after a moment.

"Are you sure you're alright?" Watts asked, earning a glare from the woman.

"Leave. Now," Salem said, which prompted everyone to leave the room in a slight hurry. With Emerald and Mercury eyeing the woman warily. Once everyone left Salem alone, the woman looked at her reflection in the mirror. "What was that?" Salem thought. For an instant it looked like half of her face was replaced by one that wasn't her own.

It has been many weeks since Ruby, Jaune, Ren, Nora and Penny along with their Blades left the Kingdom of Vale for Haven Academy.

Right now, the remaining members of JNPR were standing in a forest. With Nora and Ren being in the middle of an argument.

"I'm just saying, there's more members of JNPR in this team than RWBY so it would only make sense for Jaune to be the leader," Nora said. The hammerer had decided to upgrade her outfit a little. She now had a white top with a navy-blue bomber jacket with pink stripes. Her hammer emblem was on the back, but it had suffered some damage. Her skirt was also slightly longer with pleats. She's also wearing calf length white boots with pink laces and black mid-wedges, soles and tips.

"But it was Jaune who decided it," Ren argued back. The black-haired boy has let his now back-length hair down. But he had switched his previous green coat for a longer, sleeveless version. Under that he wears a black turtle neck with red tasseled ropes over the hips. He also wears white pants that get tighter below the knees and calf high open-toed black sandals. From his middle finger to his biceps he wears gradient, pink to black detached sleeves with metal armbands.

Which made the orange haired hammerer groan, "Urgh! How can I make it more clear!?" Then Nora started pointing at each member of JNPR in turn, "One, two, three! That's more than one." After counting three on one hand, Nora lifted one finger on the other hand for emphasis.

"But we're helping Ruby with her objective," Ren argued back calmly, "Wouldn't it make sense for her to be the leader?"

"A compelling argument in my opinion, despite ignoring the fact that we also have a vested interest in this," Otohime added in, all the while Electra was looking between the Flower Power duo with a mildly confused look.

"Guys," Jaune called out from large fallen tree he was hiding behind, "We need to focus. Also, Ruby is fine as a leader."

"…If that is what milord decrees," Joana said from beside her lord Driver, despite having a mildly skeptical look at the latter part. As did Nora who looked a little betrayed at their leader not wanting to be the leader. Any further argument however was interrupted by the ground shaking a little, causing everyone to go on high alert.

Jaune looked deeper into the woods from his cover with a small frown, "It's here."

Out in the forest, a large flurry of rose petals appeared out of trees before separating into Ruby and Roze. Just as Roze had a minor wardrobe change, Ruby had a major one. She was now wearing a white décolletage blouse with brown studded wristbands on the arms. She still retains her black combat skirt, but over that she now has a black overbust corset with red strip holding it in place. She now has thigh high stockings decorated with an image of a long-stemmed rose. She also now wears black boots with red soles that have four straps each. Finally, her signature cloak is now held by a singular clip on the right side of her shoulder in the shape of her rose emblem. And the cloak itself was sligthly torn from the bottom.

The two firing their respective weapons against an enemy that was coming out of the woods. A walking pile of floating rocks with red veins and what looked like a white mask with a single yellow eye on the largest rock that acted as a torso. Unfortunately, Ruby didn't realize that she had led them off a cliff with the monster following and barely missing a swipe at them. Which sent the rosy Blade and Driver into the trees.

"Bad! Landing! Strategy!" Ruby complained as she hit multiple branches before reaching the ground. Or she would have if Roze hadn't landed down first and caught her into his arms.

"You alright?" Roze asked as he put Ruby's feet on the ground.

"Yeah, thank-Whoa!" Ruby exclaimed as she used her semblance to get herself and Roze out of the way of the rampaging stone monster that almost swiped at them. The double sized flurry of petals moved to a clearing where the monster followed them.

"Let's get that thing off of them," Jaune said as he took Joana's weapon and ran out. Ren took to trees with Otohime deciding to stay on the ground.

"Don't forget us!" Nora said cheerfully as she took out Magnhild in its grenade launcher form, "Get on, Electra!"

"Okay!" Electra replied cheerfully before jumping on Nora's back. Then the orangette fired the launcher, firing herself and Electra into the trees right next to Ren.

"We need to draw it's attention away from Ruby," Ren said as Ruby zipped around the rocky monstrosity while Roze was on the ground firing.

"We could use some help guys!" Ruby shouted out for an instant before having to use another burst of her semblance to dodge a swipe.

Nora started by launching several grenades at the rock monster's back. Otohime also fired her ether cannon upon the thing. But all the two did was make it stumble forward. Meanwhile Ren jumped from tree to tree, firing Stormflowers on the monster as he did. But the monster just kept swiping at the green clad ninja while also covering its face occasionally.

"Hey! Ugly!" Jaune shouted out, earning the monster's attention. Jaune held Joana's Catalyst Scimitar vertically in front of him while pressing his palm against the hardlight blade. Soon the blade was growing ever so brighter as the monster was advancing on the Arc boy. "Arclight!" and then he swung the weapon, sending a burst of light against the monster's face. But the thing was able to bring its arm to block the attack, although Jaune took note of how the red veins on the stone arm seemed too thin for an instant before thickening back. "We gotta get in closer somehow," Jaune muttered while Ren tried to get the jump on the monster, quite literally. The green clad ninja spun with blades of Stormflower to get in contact with the thing, but the thing ducked while covering its face with both arms, causing Ren to hit at it's body that easily deflected the dagger blades.

Then he landed near Jaune and Joana. "My blades don't hurt him." Ren informed while Ruby had gotten on the ground with a determined look.

"How about this?" Ruby said while loading an electric Dust cartridge into Crescent Rose. Then she fired on one of the monster's arms which seemed to be unaffected.

"Crap," Nora exclaimed as the rock monster then raised its arm and smashed it into the ground, creating a shockwave that sent everyone flying back. Ren managed to grab Nora and Electra and land relatively short distance with them. Otohime used her tendrils to grab onto a tree branch, shift her momentum to swing over it, and land herself on the ground with her usual grace. Roze and Ruby anchored themselves on the ground with their respective scythes. Jaune unfortunately was sent flying, and even when Joana caught him, she was sent flying as well. Straight into a rock which sounded more painful for Joana than Jaune.

"Joana," Jaune exclaimed in concern before moving off of her so that the knightess could get up.

"Do not concern yourself with my health, milord," Joana said reassuringly as she stood up easily.

"That's it!" Nora shouted as she switched Magnhild into its hammer form while charging at the monster, "Electra, zap me!"

"Okay," Electra said happily before concentrating, "Zippizippizappiiii." As the little electric Blade chanted, her halo started crackling with electricity which was being absorbed by Nora. Which made the girl smile savagely at her little power trip. And then she jumped at the rock monster, which swung its arm to counter the attack. But it proved to be useless when Nora's attack made its arm shatter into a million pieces.

"Nice one," Roze said with a smile at their hammering duo's accomplishment. A smile which was wiped when the monster flung the pieces of its shattered arm at them.

"Nora!" Electra cried out as she dropped off of Nora's back and summoned her shieldhammer to block the projectiles. Roze and Ruby dodged one each, before cutting a particularly large one in half together. Ren was nimble enough to avoid them, and Otohime merely sidestepped them with almost insulted look. Jaune…he was able to avoid the remaining rocks flung at him. Some of them a little too close to his crotch for comfort.

"Hey, be care-EEK!" Jaune cried out as he cowered at another rock coming at his face. Or it would have if Joana hadn't made a barrier to block it.

"Please stay vigilant, milord," Joana reminded her lord before smiling a little, "Although that monstrosity has been disarmed now."

Thankfully everyone was too busy to notice the accidental pun.

Meanwhile the rock monster moved close to a large tree stump, before a large skeletal looking Grimm arm came out of the body and went inside the tree stump. Then the tree was pulled out and the monster now had a tree for an arm.

"Okay, how to do this," Jaune thought aloud so that everyone could hear him.

"His body is too thick to break through," Ren supplied first.

"It doesn't care about its body," Jaune said as he thought more.

"Plus, it can gather new limbs," Nora called out.

"But it's protecting its face," Jaune then said as he remembered the few times they aimed for its face.

"We can't break it," Ruby called out.

"Milord, if I may suggest, your Art seemed to do something to its arm," Joana added her two lien in.

"Which would mean that light element is most effective," Jaune said in deep thought as an idea started forming. "Guys! I got it!" Jaune called out earning everyone's attention. "We hit it harder!"

"…Is that all?" Otohime asked with a questioning look.

"No, seriously! It's trying to keep us from its face. If Joana uses a Special Art we might be able to knock off its limbs and finish it off," Jaune informed everyone.

"I believe I have one that can do that," Joana said, agreeing with her lord Driver's plan.

"If Joana says so, then let's do this," Ruby said with a grin.

"Yeah!" Nora and Electra agreed in unison.

"Okay," Jaune then said, "Ruby, Roze, left. Ren, Otohime, right. Electra..." Jaune had a mildly apprehensive look at the next command he was about to give, "...Hug Nora."

"Yay!" Electra cheered with a bounce before jumping on Nora to do just that, charging her Driver with another dose of electricity too.

"Great." Jaune turned away from the powering up Nora before throwing the Catalyst Scimitar back to Joana. "Go for it!"

The knightess answered with a nod as she charged the monstrosity that was currently occupied by Ren, Otohime, Ruby and Roze. "Hey!" Joana called out earning the monster's attention. The monster swiped at Joana with its tree arm, but the mecha knightess jumped over it as she grasped her sword with both hands. "Have at you! Radiant Crusade!" With those words a set of four holographic angel wings appeared on her back. The wings glowed brightly for a moment, before unleashing a swarm of light particles everywhere. The monster brought its rock arm to block the attack that washed over its body. But the next thing it knew, its hold on the limbs it had gathered begun to fail, causing the mish mash body of rocks and one tree to fall apart.

"Ready!" Nora shouted as she felt that she had charged enough, which was Electra's cue to let go and step aside. Just as Joana's attack ended, Ruby used a burst of her semblance to zip to Nora, pick her up as a pink flurry of rose petals before zipping to the monster that was rapidly recovering its control over its body. But not fast enough, because before the thing could even try to stop the oncoming missile, Nora came out of the rose petals and struck the main body with everything she had. Shattering the whole thing.

Only a single large chunk of rock remained with the monster's face on it. But soon enough, the ghost like Grimm, Geist, burst out of the rock it was possessing and tried to float away. Only to be blown into bits by a well-placed shot from Otohime. "I believe that marks this mission as a success," the beautiful water Blade said with just a hint of smugness in her voice.

"Indeed it does," Ren couldn't help but agree with his Blade.

Later on, the team is found in a nearby village.

"We truly cannot thank you enough," Said the elder of the village to the team of Drivers and Blades.

"Just doing our job, sir," Ruby said with a smile.

"That's right," said Penny who was left in the village in case some other Grimm appeared. Speaking of Penny, in order prevent her from being recognized from the tournament, the team felt it was necessary to give her a bit of a make-over. She was now wearing a green tank top with a black bomber jacket with neon green lines on it that mimic circuitry. The mechanical maiden was also wearing tan capris with the same shoes she had from before. As for her hair, it took some effort, but the team was able to brush it straighter, making it slightly longer and allowed Penny to still wear her pink bow in a low ponytail.

"That Geist had been skulking around the village for days now. I was worried we might have to move," the elder said, clearly relieved at the fact that it wasn't necessary.

"You could always come with us," Ruby offered cheerfully, "We could escort you to the kingdom."

The elder chuckled at the offer, "I take you're not from these parts. Anima is a large continent. And while it may be safer within the kingdoms, we prefer our way of life."

"I suppose I understand," Otohime said with a small nod and a smile.

"Thank you," the elder replied with a smile of his own, "If there is anything more we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask."

The team looked between each other before Ren spoke up, "Our previous arrangement is more than sufficient."

Later on, the team found themselves in a blacksmith's shop where the smith, who was a horned faunus placed a new armor on a counter. "There you go, son." The man said jovially to Jaune, "It's gonna be heavier than what you're used to, but you'll thank me the next time you go up against a set of claws."

"I…don't know what to say," Jaune said at the sight of the new armor they had ordered for him.

"Don't gotta say anything, just put it on," the blacksmith dismissed easily, "I'll go get the rest." With those words, the bearded faunus moved to the back of the shop to do just that.

"Milord, I believe you should put this armor on now," Joana said with an encouraging smile.

"Oh, right," Jaune said as he went to take off his current chest plate before placing it on the counter next to the new armor. "…Guess I was gonna grow out of it eventually," Jaune said wistfully.

"A sign of progress," Ren said encouragingly.

"Yeah…progress," Jaune said as he turned around for the moment. Which made Ruby snicker for some reason. "What? What is it?" Jaune asked as Roze also had quirked an eyebrow while Penny and Kos-Mos just stared at something with tilted heads.

"What is that!?" Ruby shouted as she pointed at Jaune's hoodie.

"What? My hoodie? I've always had this," Jaune said in confusion.

"It's got a cute little BUNNY RABBIT!" Ruby then cried out at the sight of a cartoonish rabbit on Jaune's hoodie which was previously covered by his armor.

"It's Pumpkin Pete!" Jaune shouted back defensively, "You know? From the cereal?"

"Milord, I told you this could happen," Joana said with lament in her voice. The knightess had told her lord to find a shirt under his armor for a long time now. But he never listened to her. A decision he sure was regretting now.

"What did you do? Send in box tops for a prize?" Ruby asked, still laughing at this revelation.

"Yeah, fifty," Jaune admitted, which only made Ruby laugh harder. All the while Roze was covering his mouth in an attempt to stop himself from laughing. And he was failing miserably as snickers were escaping him. Which only served to make Jaune slump in depression at being laughed at like this.

"It is hardly that amusing," Joana said in a threatening tone, which did nothing to stop Ruby or Roze. The reaper Blade was now laughing openly seeing as he had to stop Ruby from falling backwards from her laughter. The overly happy grins Nora and Electra sported didn't help matters for their blonde team mate.

"…I fail to compute the humor in this," Kos-Mos added in.

"I believe this is because of normally goofy Jaune making himself more goofy than usual," Penny supplied (un)helpfully which only served to make the blonde boy slump further into depression.

"That is not helping!" Joana shouted angrily.

"Raise your chin, Jaune," Otohime said with a pitying look, "There are some things we do not need to grow out of."

"Thank you!" Jaune shouted out thankful that at least someone doesn't mock him right now.

"Can't have a huntsman without his weapon," the blacksmith said as he brought in Crocea Mors. The formerly completely white shield/sheath now having gold accents. "That was some fine metal you brought me. Accents the white nicely. Where did you get it from?" The smith asked out of curiosity.

Jaune looked at the bottom of the shield with a sad look as it had a line going over the shield in the shape of Pyrrha's circlet. "From a friend," Jaune answered truthfully. After Pyrrha's death, team JNPR was allowed to take any of her personal items. Jaune decided to take Pyrrha's circlet and any other metallic equipment she had, except for Akouo which had been stolen by someone the night the red headed champion was killed.

Without further ado, Jaune decided to put the new armor on, while the rest of the gang went to wait outside. When Jaune did come out, the team couldn't help but admire the new armor. The gold-lined white chestplate covered more of his torso than the old one. He also had similarly colored braces and black gloves with gold colored armor plating over his fingers. There was also a red sash around his waist, the same one Pyrrha used to wear which was now repurposed.

The whole team had varying looks of approval as Jaune drew out his upgraded Crocea Mors with the shield.

"It cleans up quite nicely don't you think," the smith commented, having stepped outside too.

"Lady Nikos would be so proud of you," Joana said with utmost devotion at her lord Driver's growth. That actually made Jaune smile a little. The Driver and the Blade had had extensive talks about what happened, so that talking about Pyrrha wouldn't end up being a taboo. Though that didn't mean she was mentioned all the time as if she never died.

"I still think a grenade launcher would've really completed the look," Nora said with a critical eye.

"That would be impossible to implement with the sword and shield," Kos-Mos commented passively.

"Nothing's gonna stop team JNPRR now," Ruby said cheerfully.

"Or they can try, but they will fail," Roze said with a twinkle in his white eyes.

"As long as we're together, yeah," Jaune added in as he sheathed Crocea Mors and put it on his side.

"You kids sure you won't stick around?" The smith asked the gang while leaning against a support pillar, "You've been really good for this town."

"Our deepest apologies, but we have our own mission," Otohime said respectfully.

"Make it to Haven Academy," Nora said, throwing her arms up in excitement.

"Supposedly the next village has a working airship," Joana added in.

The smith nodded in acceptance before stroking his beard, "Can't say for certain. The Scroll signal was bad enough when Beacon Tower was still standing. Haven't heard from Shion village in a while."

"We can send regards to anyone if you want," Penny offered happily.

This earned a chuckle from the man, "Thanks for the offer, but there's no one in particular I'd like to send regards to. Anyway, you kids stay safe."

"Thank you," Ruby said, and with that the team left the village they just helped.

"Food?" Jaune then said as they walked with their packs.

"Check," Nora said helpfully.

"Water?" Jaune added in.

"Acquired," Otohime spoke up.

"Dust and ammo," Jaune then said.

"Locked and loaded?" Electra said happily.

"Thank you, Schnee Dust Company," Nora said, which made Ruby look a little glum as she was thinking about her partner.

"Map?" Jaune then spoke up.

"Uhh…Ren has it," Nora said unsurely.

"No I don't," the black haired gunner replied.

"Guys, please tell me you're joking," Jaune half pleaded.

"Worry not," Kos-Mos said, as Penny pulled out the map they needed, "Master and I took it upon ourselves to procure a map."

"At least some people have a sense of responsibility," Joana said, while giving Nora a meaningful look, which was shared by Otohime. The two Blades earned glares and a raspberry from their resident carrot top.

AN: There, the vol 4. is officially kicked off. And Penny has a bit of a new look. Thank you Chocobolover69 for helping me with that. Also I might be a little lazy with the team name, but I couldn't come up with anything new.

And also, Salem has to move forward without a Fall Maiden... or actually any Maiden unless she can find a suitable replacement. I wonder who could it be?
