*Random Fate/PJO Fact*
In the "Fate/stay night" series, one of the most iconic and powerful Noble Phantasms (legendary weapons) wielded by a heroic spirit is the holy sword Excalibur, famously associated with the legendary King Arthur. Interestingly, in the "Percy Jackson" series, Percy Jackson himself wields a celestial bronze sword called Riptide, which also has the ability to transform from a pen into a deadly weapon. Both swords possess unique and extraordinary qualities, befitting their wielders' heroic destinies.
Chapter 1: Unexpected Arrival
The aftermath of war left Shirou Emiya standing amidst the wreckage, his senses overwhelmed by the acrid scent of battle dissipating into the air. Yet, as the smoke cleared, he realized he was no longer in familiar territory. Instead, he found himself in a realm entirely alien to him.
On what had started as an ordinary day in Fuyuki City, Shirou's attention was suddenly drawn to a strange disturbance in the atmosphere. Before he could even begin to comprehend the anomaly, reality itself seemed to contort and bend around him, whisking him away to an unknown destination.
"Where... Where am I?" Shirou's voice echoed softly in the strange new environment.
As he stood there, bewildered and disoriented, a sense of déjà vu washed over him, though he couldn't quite place why.
Meanwhile, Rin and Sakura, who had been surreptitiously observing Shirou from a distance, were also caught off guard by the abrupt shift in their surroundings. They too, found themselves displaced from Fuyuki City.
"Did you see that, Sakura? Shirou just vanished!" Rin exclaimed, her voice tinged with concern.
Sakura nodded in agreement. "Yes, we must find him. Let's trace the remnants of mana and follow wherever it leads."
With determination etched on their faces, the two girls set out on a mission to locate Shirou and ensure his safe return.
Unbeknownst to them, back in Fuyuki, the enigmatic magus Zelretch chuckled mischievously to himself.
"Well, well, young Shirou," he mused, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Welcome to a world of myth and monsters. Let's see how you fare in this new realm."
Meanwhile, as Shirou navigated the unfamiliar streets of the bustling city, his attention was suddenly seized by the piercing cry of a harpy slicing through the air. In an instant, a monstrous bird descended from above, poised to attack an unsuspecting civilian.
"I won't stand by while innocent lives are in danger!" Shirou declared, his resolve firm as he summoned his twin swords, Kanshou and Byakuya, into existence with a resolute cry of "Trace On!"
The clash of steel against talons marked the beginning of a fierce battle as Shirou valiantly defended against the onslaught of creatures emerging from the shadows. With each swing of his blades, he fought with unwavering determination, his every move a testament to his honed skills and unwavering resolve.
But as the battle raged on, Shirou soon found himself outnumbered, facing not only the harpy but also a horde of hellhounds and Stymphalian Birds. Yet, in the face of overwhelming odds, he refused to yield, drawing strength from the voices of Rin and Sakura echoing in his mind.
"Remember your training, Shirou. You can do this!" Rin's voice urged him on.
"You're not alone, Shirou. We're right beside you," Sakura reassured him.
With their words fuelling his determination, Shirou unleashed a barrage of attacks, his movements fluid and precise as he fought back against the tide of adversaries.
With each strike of his blades, he carved through the enemy ranks, his resolve unyielding even as the battle grew fiercer with each passing moment.
Sally Jackson, a mortal with a clear-sighted vision that pierced through the veil of mystique, watched from a safe distance, her heart pounding with a mix of fear and wonder at the unfolding spectacle before her. She had always known her son Percy had extraordinary abilities, but witnessing another's display of power left her awestruck and breathless.
As the battle reached its zenith, Shirou's determination surged, each strike of his blade a testament to his unwavering resolve. With one final, mighty blow, he managed to subdue the last of the menacing creatures that had threatened innocent lives.
"Is it... is it over?" Shirou gasped, his chest heaving with exertion as he surveyed the aftermath of the skirmish.
Just then, Rin and Sakura, who had been diligently tracking his whereabouts, appeared at his side, their presence a comforting reassurance amidst the chaos.
Rin, ever the pragmatic one, couldn't help but roll her eyes at the mention of their mysterious benefactor. "Well, look who decided to drop us a bone," she muttered sarcastically, her annoyance evident in her tone.
"For now, yes," Rin responded, her tone serious. "But we can't ignore the fact that we're not in our own world, Shirou. Something brought you here, and we need to find out what."
Sakura nodded in agreement. "We'll face whatever challenges come our way together," she affirmed, her voice a steadfast declaration of unity and support.
Back at the apartment they found themselves in (apparently courtesy of the enigmatic old man who seemed to have a penchant for unexpected gestures of generosity, though Rin couldn't help but scoff at the thought of his supposed kindness), Shirou and his companions delved into the task of unraveling the mystery behind his sudden displacement, all the while nursing a simmering annoyance towards the mysterious benefactor who seemed to be pulling the strings from afar.
Meanwhile, high above Olympus, the seat of the gods, Shirou's mother, felt a strange disturbance ripple through the fabric of reality. Sensing an inexplicable shift, she ventured forth, her movements causing a ripple effect among the divine inhabitants of the celestial realm.
Whispers spread like wildfire among the pantheon, murmurs of anticipation and apprehension swirling in the air. "She is moving," they murmured, their voices echoing with a sense of foreboding and curiosity.
Unbeknownst to Shirou, the intricate threads of fate had woven his destiny into the tapestry of this new world, where myths and legends walked alongside gods and mortals. Little did he realize that his path would soon intersect with that of Percy Jackson, setting into motion a grand adventure filled with heroism, camaraderie, and the discovery of one's true self.
