Chapter 21: Relocated by the Enemy

In Fairy Tail's basement, Cana was still attacking Mavis' projection in hopes of freeing her real body from the lacrima. "FAIRY GLITTER!" Her attack struck Mavis once again and the first master screamed as her body vanished within the bright light of the attack. When it faded, Mavis was nowhere to be found. Cana was concerned about her friend and lacrima wasn't even scratched. "Oh no...I failed..." Suddenly she heard a loud crack and turned to the lacrima and saw it was beginning to break. More cracks appeared through the lacrima until it completely shattered and Mavis fell to the ground. Cana immediately rushed to where the first master was and held her carefully in while being distressed about her condition. "Master Mavis, are you okay, wake up!"

The first master didn't respond at first, but then her eyes slowly opened. She seemed weak, but, finally awake from her long slumber. "It seems my muscles are atrophy, I can barely move." All Cana can do was smile at the first master.

In a far-off location, Irene and Acnologia were staring at each other. The Scarlet Despair gave her enemy a small smirk. "So, let's begin our dance."Acnologia stared at Irene intensely while her staff glowed brightly. Acnologia sensed something powerful was coming and was struck by the side by a large, mysterious attack. His foot dug into the ground and was surprised by what the attack was. "An Atmposheric enchantment."

Irene pointed her staff at her enemy and it glowed once again, Acnologia was blasted away as well the ground surrounded him, Any ruins that were in the path were destroyed and the ground was torn asunder. He managed to finally stop and figured out exactly what he was confronting. "So you can use your power on anything you desire." He smiled excitedly. "A rare high enchanter." Acnologia raised his arm and the ground underneath Irene began to crumble. She was struck by a large, intense pillar of magic, but she managed to evade it by doing a backward flip into the air and landed on the ground safely. Even she thought it was a little close for her comfort dodging an attack like that. So far, Acnologia was impressed by his opponent. "For someone who learned from that sad black wizard your power is impressive, what fun."

Irene couldn't help but feel humbled she received Acnologia's praise. "Is that so, I'll gladly take the praise. I heard a lot about your ability, I can see why the emperor fears you. However, once his majesty requires the Fairy Heart, he'll fear no one."

Acnologia didn't seem fazed at all by Irene's words. "I see, so, his goal is to surpass me, right?"

Irene continued to smirk at the dragon king. "It's a strong possibly."

And Acnologia lost interest in the subject. "Does he honestly believe that I'll leave you, pathetic humans, alone until he's ready for me, how ridiculous?"

Irene couldn't help but see the irony in Acnologia's words. "Oh, seems you're forgetting your origin, you were once a pathetic human once, right." She lifts her staff slightly above the ground. "Still, it would be better for me, if you didn't interfere, his majesty's view is on this is just a game." She set the pointed end of her staff on the ground and she had a devious expression on her face. Then the ground immediately became bright, white light and expanded rapidly underneath them and beyond. I need him to stay focused, no distractions."

From afar August caught the sense of magic power. "This magic...it's Irene..."

Acnologia was curious about the spell. "What spell is this, I never saw anything like it."

"Yes," Irene replied as her spell already reached the horizon. "This spell didn't exist back in your time four hundred years ago. This is the magic born of a new era."

Both were now standing in what seemed like a white void now. Acnologia quickly figured out what Irene was doing. "This power...have you enchanted the ground beneath our feet?"

"I have..." Irene replied again. "And it stretches across the entire kingdom."

Acnologia looked at Irene once again and was puzzled about her true identity. "Who are you, tell me."

A bright light began to enshroud Irene as she gave the great Dragon King a small smirk. "If you're asking my name, it's Irene. I hope we meet again someday, until Acnologia..." The light enveloped both of them and extended to the rest of the kingdom.

In Northern Fiore, Lily and Gajeel saw the strange light. "What did that red light come from?"

Zoro was curious about who was making the bright light. "Better yet, who is making the bright light?"

Jimbei looked uneasy and saw the direction. "It was coming from the east."

On another part of the northern area, Aquapad, Chelsea, and Lisanna saw the red light. "What is that?"

"Your guess is as good as mine."

Everyone in Sabertooth, Blue Pegasus, and Crime Sorciere saw the light and were curious as to what it was or what it meant.

Jula, Angela, and Thorn saw the light from the town of Hargeon.

"Holy, what is that red light?"

"I can sense the magic power and it's so strong."

"This can't be good."

Rachena and Slither saw the light too. "What the hell is going on?"

"There's a light coming from the east, but, who is casting it?"

Mard Geer sensed this power and felt a little uneasy. "It seems that our plan has changed slightly."

Lamy was perplexed at what magic power she was sensing. "Fufufu...this can't be good."

Syka, Goliath, and Aquaius woke up just in the nick of time and broke out of the containers. Lamy was happy to see this. "Oh, you three are awake..." Despite her happiness, she felt that that magic power and was still on uneasy.

Soon, the entire kingdom of Fiore and its people was cast into a world of bright light that could be seen from the stars above. "World Reconstruction Magic: Universe One!"

Mavis began to dream about her dear friend Zera and how she had to say goodbye.

"If you disappear on me, I'll just have to just have to use my magic to recreate you again and we can be together still!"

"I know that's what you want, it only worked the first time because you weren't aware of it, if you know that I'm an illusion it can't be like before..."

Zera's words made her feel sad and remembered the last words she asked her. "Hey Mavis, you know you can find a fairy, do you?"

"Yeah, inside my heart..."

"It's true, and I'll be there for you, I'm not leaving you, I'll always be in your heart and forever."

"Promise me that you'll be in my heart!"

"Yes, I will!"

Mavis felt herself fall on the floor with a thud which awoke her and saw Cana wasn't around. "Cana...Cana...where are you?" She stood up which surprised her. "I'm having a bit of trouble moving around, but I'll manage." She snapped her finger which stopped the rumbling and gave her new clothes. "Good, my magic still works..." She made her way to the doorway and climbed the stairs while hugging the wall. She managed to reach the guild floor and where it was also messy and empty. Seeing such a sight worried her. "There's not a soul in here...that strange light earlier...what is going on?" She quickly sensed a powerful yet familiar presence a serious look formed on her face and saw Zeref sitting on a chair. "Zeref?"

Compared to Zeref, he just smiled at his former lover. "Mavis..."

If what happened before was all of Zeref's doing, Mavis became drastically worried about what happened to the other guild members. "Everyone is gone, what did you do?"

"I ensure I had no part in that, nor did I expect to hear right now, honestly, the whole situation is perplexing."

While Mavis was glad nothing had happened to her guild, she still glared at Zeref. "Why are you here then?"

Zeref continued to smile at Mavis. "The question is, why are you alive?"

B

In another location within the twisted forest, a familiar scream could be heard throughout the area. "What the hell is going on, I don't know where I am!?"

"Right now you're on top of me,"

Natsu looked down and sure enough, he was on top of Lucy and accidentally groping her breasts and all with Happy underneath her right arm. "Oh, you guys!"

Lucy tried to recollect what happened to them recently. "Last thing, I remember is being hit by August's fire spell, and quit groping me." She muttered the last part.

"Yohohohoh...I admit I thought I was going to die," Brook was getting up rubbing his head. "Wait, I'm already dead, yohohohohoh!" He then saw Natsu's hands on Lucy's breasts. "Hey pervert, stop groping the girl!"

Natsu gave a glare at the skeleton. "Like you have room to talk!" He then pumped up his hand. "By the way, I canceled out that fire spell!"

"Did you?" Lucy asked.

"Yeah, for a while," Natsu was suddenly pushed by Lucy. "Cancel out your grabby hands!"

They heard a small noise nearby and saw Akame lying on the ground before pushing herself off the ground. "What exactly hit us?" She groaned again as she put her hand on her forehead in an attempt to stop her headache.

"Akame!"

Usagi jumped out of a tree he was hanging on. "Is everyone here?"

Brook then realized someone was missing. "Wait, Robin isn't here, oh no."

After several minutes, all six were standing and looked around their new surroundings. Happy was the first question about where they currently were. "It's weird, I wonder, how the heck we ended here?"

Natsu took a few sniffs to see if anyone else was around. "I can't get a whiff of Mest, Robin, or August at all."

Akame could attest to that. "I can't feel their auras either so they must be in another location far from us."

Natsu then remembered something. "Akame...Usagi...Brook..." The three looked in Natsu's direction who was narrowing his eyes at them. "Can you explain what you guys were talking about before August used his magic on us?"

"Natsu, this isn't the time," Lucy said trying to calm down the fire dragon slayer.

Usagi tossed his swords aside and then got on his knees while bowing his head which took Natsu, Lucy, and Happy by surprise. "I'm sorry...forgive us..."

Brook did the same tossing his sword aside. "Allow me to explain, as you know, Robin and I overheard Mest talking with Akame..."

F

Mest was having a chat with Akame in a hallway further away from the other guild members. "Akame, I want you to come along with us, just in case something were to go wrong..."

Akame was a little confused. "I don't get it, why do you want me to come along?"

"No questions, just please come along with us."

Brook was in his ghostly form quietly peeking at the two while Robin was using her ability to peek and eavesdrop at the private conversation.

F

"I see..." Akame had a confession of her own. "I sensed you two already but didn't think much about it."

"So, you already knew we were watching you?" Brook inquired.

"Yes, I was curious about how this negotiation would go, I also did notice that Mest had something else planned." She clenched her fists which Natsu and the others noticed. "But I had no idea he would do such a drastic thing, if I knew he would resort to that, I would've stopped him myself." Akame was still getting used to resolving things without killing. If the negotiations with August had gone well, then he would at least would've become a neutral party instead of an enemy.

Usagi and Brook continued to bow. "Please forgive us...Natsu, Lucy, Happy, we shouldn't have kept this from you, our carelessness led to this mess."

Natsu's expression relaxed a bit as it seemed he accepted their answer. "I see..."

"The only one that should be blaming is Mest," Happy commented. "However, what's done is done I guess."

Lucy agreed. "Yes, but other than that, what exactly transpired during all the chaos?"

Usagi had a theory about that. "I don't know, but it wasn't August." Everyone looked at the rabbit mink. "Before that light enveloped us, I noticed that August seemed distracted by it, but he most likely recognized the light and I heard him mumble someone's name."

B

"Leone!"

"Luffy, where'd you go!?"

In a desert rocky area, Gray, Juvia, and Sanji were standing on top of a rock pillar shouting Leone and Luffy's name. Gray still didn't know what happened to Leone and Luffy, let alone where they were at the moment. "This doesn't make sense, how did the entire landscape change like this?"

Sanji lit a cigarette and put it in his mouth as he blew out smoke. "Talk about crazy, someone must use a crazy spell or something and now the girls are missing."

Juvia was a little worried about what happened to Leone. "Strangely, we haven't heard from Leone yet, her powers should be able to find us if she's still in her beast form."

That much was true, Gray sighed and was still resolved to find their missing teammates. "Either way, I'll look for them, Sanji, Juvia, keep an eye out for Erza. Leone should still be in her beast form, so she's bound to hear us or to smell our scents." Juvia and Sanji nodded at the ice mage.

Wendy was with Carla on a rocky landscape. "Hey Gray, Juvia, Leone, Sanji, Luffy!" She called but no response so she took a few sniffs. "I can't even smell them, they must be far away."

"It's obvious that they're not around here." Carla commented.

Luffy awoke on a rock nearby a waterfall. "Whoa, what was that?" He rubbed his head and realized he was on a branch. "How did I get up here?"

He sensed something nearby. "Who's there?"

Coming out of the water, was Aquapad, Angela, Jula, and Thorn. "Aquapad, Angela, Jula, and Thorn, how did you guys get here?"

"Don't know, but, it must have something to do with that spell," Jula replied.

"No doubt, someone must've used a powerful spell to pull whatever they wanted to do," Angela agreed.

Thorn saw the waterfall. "Looks like we're near a waterfall, but, what location are we, and where are the others?"

B

Meanwhile, Makarov and the rest of the Fairy Tail guild found themselves at an unknown beach and were just as confused. "What in blazes was that?!"

"We're outside, but we were just in the guild hall!"

"Yeah, where the heck are we, I'm totally confused!"

"We seemed to be missing some folks!"

Cana quickly noticed someone else important wasn't with them. "Does anyone where the first master is?"

Warren checked his monitor while Macao was looking over his shoulder. "This is so crazy, what is up with the map?"

"Can you figure out where we are with that do-hickey?"

They weren't the only ones who found themselves in a strange location. Mirajane and Lisanna were also with the rest of the guild. "What is everyone doing here?"

Jet and Droy were puzzled as to why and how they ended up with them. "Wait, what..."

"Mira and Lisanna weren't here before..."

Mirajane approached Makarov. "The sky lit up and here we are." The old guild master. "We saw that light too."

Lisanna looked around and saw that the two people she was with weren't around. "Where did Aquapad and Chelsea go, they were just with me."

"Guys, the enemy forces and they're super close!" Romeo stated.

Mirajane glanced at the guild master. "What now?" Makarov had a dark expression on his face. "We must do battle."

Warren continued to look at his monitor. "Fiore...looks wrong."

Zoro was wandering through a twisted forest as well. "Crap, why is the landscape look so screwed up?" He was starting to get annoyed. "I don't know who made that light but they're going to pay." He suddenly tripped over a branch and fell over with a thud. "Damn it." He began to push himself off the ground when he felt something plush and soft that he was grabbing. "What the-"

His eyes widened and quickly gasped with a gaping mouth as to what he was grabbing. He tripped over and fell on an unconscious Leone and his left hand was on Leone's left breast. "Crap..." His muttering tone was enough to wake Leone and she opened her eyes. Both stared at each other for several seconds before freaking out and Zoro got off Leone and both sat on the ground. "Zoro, watch your hands!"

"Hey, it wasn't my fault I tripped over a branch," Zoro barked despite his blushing red face. "Anyway, I thought you were in the South!"

"Funny, I thought you were north, but, other than that, did you see a weird light before blacking out?"

To her surprise, Zoro nodded. "Yeah, I did, Lily, Jimbei, and Levy were heading back to the guild when we saw this light shining. The next thing I knew, I found myself in another location and walked through until I...you know..."

Leone stood up. "Either way, we can assume our friends are in different random places too."

Zoro rubbed his head roughly in annoyance. "Damn...I need a drink."

"For once, I agree," Leone commented.

Chelsea groaned as she started to come around. "What the hell just happened now?" She remembered the last thing was seeing the light in the sky. She managed to push herself off the ground.

"I see, I'm not the only one here," She turned to see Robin. "Oh, Robin, why are you here?"

Robin rubbed her head. "It's a long story, but, I'll fill you in later." She saw something that got her astonished. "What is that thing?"

Chelsea turned to see what the pirate was looking at and to her surprise, there was the other gateway that lead to her world. "No way, that's the other Gateway, the one that leads to our world."

Robin began to observe the strange ancient gateway. "I see, it's quite interesting than I thought." She took out the book and flipped a few pages. "So, this is the gateway that is spoken on this page."

Chelsea was confused about what the woman was doing. "Uhh...what are you doing?"

Robin glanced at the former assassin. "I need to discuss something to discuss."

B

Brandish and August found themselves in a different location and were sitting underneath a tall, twisted tree. Brandish managed to regain her consciousness. "August, what did you do?"

August already knew what had transpired upon them and probably everyone else in the Spriggan Twelve. "This isn't my magic, Irene cast a Compression Magic."

Brandish had a confused look on her. "What does that mean?"

"She used her power to enchant this entire land mass and then alter its shape," August explained. "As a result, the people probably are in random locations as a result of this magic."

Even to Brandish, what Irene had done was a feat nothing more than incredible, and was puzzled by it. "I don't understand, why would she do that?"

August had a theory that could answer her question. "I guess that she moved the emperor close to the Fairy Heart and Acnologia is likely far away."

B

Back at the Fairy Tail guild, Zeref stood up from his chair and explained what had happened to Mavis. "Anyway, you likely know why I'm here but how I got here is another matter, the game board has been rearranged. The players have been moved as a result of the kingdom being shrunk." Mavis was a little surprised to hear this detail. It's now one-twenty of its former size, perhaps even smaller."

Mavis already knew what the purpose of doing that was. "Is that to increase the probability of clashes between our forces?"

"That tactical mind of yours, it seems that Irene wants to end the war in her special way..." Zeref approached Mavis and looked down at her. "As good fortunate, I'm face to face with the Fairy Heart."

Irene sat down on a very large stone chair and breathed a sigh of relief. "I must say that went better than I expected, that was my first try." She sitting a chair and crossed her legs to be more comfortable. "His majesty is at Fairy Tail's headquarters and hopefully Acnologia is across the sea. I admit there is a curious feeling of excitement of not knowing exactly where I ended up either." She was sitting in the throne chair belonging to the King of Fiore and had the royal army standing before her. "But, maybe, you can tell me."

The king himself, Toma E. Fiore, Princess Hisui, and Arcadios were also present. Acradios asked the question all of them were wondering. "Hey, who are you?"

B

Just outside, Happy saw a surprising sight before him and the others. "Look!"

Natsu, Lucy, Brook, Usagi, and Akame saw what was ahead and Lucy became immediately confused. "Mercurius is next to Kardia Cathedral!"

"I don't remember them being this close," Natsu commented.

Meanwhile, Akame had a shocked expression and fear was present in her eyes. "It can't be...there's no way. How is there an aura that's just powerful as August's?"

"Oh my, did that mean that light we saw put these two buildings close somehow?" Brook questioned.

Usagi had a bad feeling about this. "I have to guess it was probably the Scarlett Despair that August was whispered about before we got caught in that light."

On another part of the rock lands.

Franky was inside his motorcycle and was regaining consciousness. "Damn, what kind of super spell was that?"

"Your guess is as good as mine, Franky." Usopp was pushing himself off the ground until he felt something plush and soft. "What the..."

Franky froze at what Usopp was touching as he pointed down which the long nose sniper did and once he looked down to see Nami, who looked flustered and angry at the same time.

"USOPP!" She roared while blushing red mostly from anger.

The sniper comically jumped away in terror. "Nami, please, I didn't know I was on you, I didn't mean to...please don't hurt me!"

Nami sighed as she sat up. "Relax, I'm upset but right now, my head is still throbbing from that weird light."

"What was that?" Chopper was waking up on a rock. "Usopp, Nami, Franky, I'm glad to see you guys."

"Same here, but, what kind of light was that, any ideas?" Franky inquired.

"You got me, I'm just as confused as well," Usopp said scratching his head in confusion.

Chopper looked at Franky. "Is your machines alright?"

Franky inspected the machines for any damage. "Hmm...they seem okay and a relief that they are, without my equipment I wouldn't be able to do any repairs."

Usopp saw a weird change in the location they were in. "Guys, look at the landscape, it's all twisted!"

Nami observed the land. "You're right, it's like an earthquake occurred and messed up the ground."

"Maybe, but we all know that wasn't an earthquake," Usopp said.

"Anyhow, we haven't got the time to theorize at what happened, we need to find the others and quick," Franky suggested.

Nami nodded. "Right, Franky, you get your machines up and running, once you do, we'll move on and search for the others!"

"You got it!" Franky did a thumbs up.

"Usopp and Chopper, you guys stay on guard duty for any enemies that might be lurking by," The two pirates were a little nervous at that order. "Do we have to, can you help us out?"

"Yeah, we don't know what scary bad guys will show up and-"

He and Choper froze the moment they saw their navigator glaring at them. "Did I need to repeat myself?"

"Eek! No way, ma'am!" Chopper and Usopp exclaimed comically.

B

In a remote location, Gajeel was lying on a shore with a forest overlooking the ocean. The iron dragon slayer coughed as he regained consciousness and stood up. He noticed where he was not and was confused in more ways than one. "Where am I..." He thought of what happened before he defeated Bloodman. "I think I died."

Just then he whiffed out a familiar scent and turned around. "Gajeel, is that you?"

"Jimbei, how did you get here?"

"I should be asking you that considering that you vanished in a portal."

Before Gajeel could respond, Jimbei saw something ahead. "What's that?" The iron dragon slayer looked in the direction where the former warlord was looking at. "Hey you, are we in hell or what?" He heard the specter talking in a distorted voice but couldn't make it out. "Huh, who are you?"

Gajeel saw the specter finally taking shape. It had taken the form of a young girl around Mavis' age with long brown hair in pigtails and smiled at the two. "I'm Zera one of the first faires."

The two stared at her blankly not knowing how to respond. After several seconds, Zera began to sweat and turned away covering her eyes with her hands while trembling, and quickly ran behind a nearby tree. "Oh my gosh, this is so hard! I'm just not good with people!"

If this was hell, at least, he would think unless he didn't meet with Jimbei. "So, this isn't hell considering I met with Jimbei."

Jimbei cleared his throat. "Excuse me, young lady, do you know what's going on?"

Zera was taken by surprise. "Wait you two can see me?" She decided to get that answered later. "First off, this is reality, someone cast a spell that warped the land and moved everybody at random, and before you got sucked into the underworld just in the nick of time."

Now it struck Gajeel like a train once realization set in. "You got to be kidding?" He then remembered what he said to Levy right before Bloodman's dying attempt to drag him to the underworld with him and covered his mouth out of embarrassment. The iron dragon slayer quickly got over it and looked at Zere again. "If this isn't heaven either, then where are we?"

"Fairy Tail's sacred ground Tenrou Island," Zera replied. "But, it's not an island because it's connected to the mainland."

Gajeel blinked a few times. "Alright, who are you?"

"I told you my name is Zera."

That still didn't tell Gajeel much about the younger girl. "Never heard of you before."

Zera grumbled seemingly a bit miffed. "Ugh, Mavis, you never told the guild about me, that hurts my feelings."

"Do you know Mavis?" Jimbei asked curiously.

"Yes, but..." Zera realized something about the strange Fishman. "You're not a member of Fairy Tail, how could you see me?"

Hearing that made Gajeel remember something. "Hold on, only members of Fairy Tail could see Mavis, how can you see Zera?"

Upon hearing that gave Zera a theory, two to be exact. "Well, first off, Mavis must've awoken from her long slumber and I was reborn..." Her explanation was puzzling. "Uhh...maybe revived..." Gajeel was having a hard time following Zera's explanation. "Mavis' magic power and consciousness were instantly reset and I was automatically reborn as well."

Gajeel crossed his arms and didn't catch much but he started to understand a little of Zera's explaining. "I don't get it, but it sounds like you were reborn after Mavis woke up."

Jimbei was a little puzzled at this but clearly understood a little more. "Indeed, magic does deactivate when a user faints or loses consciousness."

Zera gave them a nod. "Right, but, I'll only be around temporarily." She had a slightly somber expression on her face. "The very least hope I have is that Mavis remembers after all these years because soon I'll vanish again." Once again, Gajeel didn't say anything, though Jimbei had questions. "Excuse me, can you find anyone that's close by?"

Zera shook her head. "Unfortunately, I can't.." She then came out behind the tree. "Anyway, it's an honor to meet you guys." She offered her hand, although, Gajeel didn't move, but, Jimbei offered his hand. "Same here, Zera." Though when his hand reached the young girl's hand, his hand went through hers. "Sorry, I'm just an illusion, but it's clear that Mavis' magic power is stronger than before!" Her voice sounded happy.

Gajeel felt like he was wasting time and turned away from Zera. "Not to be rude, but this isn't the time to shoot the breeze."

Jimbei agreed with that. "Indeed, our friends are still out there, and considering this change in the land, they could not know their way around."

Zera had to agree as a determined smile was on her face. "Of course, since I'm an original guild member, I say, let's go and protect Fairy Tail."

Rachena and Slither were at an unknown mountain about a mile away. "Damn it, how did we end up here?"

Rachena rubbed her head while using her spider-like legs to push herself up. "Crap, my head feels like someone sat on it." She giggled cutely. "Then again, I would like that."

Slither groaned in annoyance. "Gee, do you have to say that?!" He recollected himself. "Anyway, what was that light?"

Rachena had a serious look on her face. "Not sure, but, it seems a human must be the reason, I wonder if the king and the others are somewhere else."

Mard Geer and the other demons of Tartaros will be at a grass hilltop. Their guild was on behind them. "Looks like the tables have turned for us but also for our enemies."

Kay approached the underworld king. "Yes, though, the land seems different."

Lamy came running towards the two. "Mard Geer, Kay, I can't find Syka, Aquaius, or Goliath, I mean they did come out of their tanks, but I felt a strange sense of dread then I blacked out and found myself here, but no sign of them."

Mard Geer put his hand under his chin. "It seems that light must've teleported us in random areas, no doubt, that Jackal and the others have been relocated as well."

Shino was seen wiping off the dirt of her scientist uniform. "So it seems, so, your majesty, what is our next move?"

Mard Geer looked at the sky. "I suggest we split into, Kay, you're with me, we're going to search for any Fairy Tail humans or their allies." The Neo-Necromander nodded. "Lamy, you take Shino and search for the others."

Lamy placed her hands on her cheeks. "Fufufufu...yes, but I have one more thing to say..." She then looked around where Hell's Core was and saw it in rubble "Hell's Core is gone!" She began to bawl her eyes. "It's tragic, our laboratory is ruined, that spell must've messed it up somehow."

Mard Geer groaned but he sighed. "I suppose it can't be helped, though, it's a turn of events, we'll just have to make do without it, in the meantime, let's find Fairy Tail and Lamy, take your group and find the others, then once you do, contact me."

"Yes your majesty!" The demons saluted.

In an area that had a forest with a few trees that were laying on the ground, Syka was rubbing her head. "Crap, what..." She was perplexed at the area. "This land looks..."

"Twisted..." The scorpion demon looked at the demon gargoyle, who was seemed to observed the area quickly as he did. "Whatever got us here, must have something to do with the land's twisted arrangement." He had additional thought. "At any rate, it's obvious that Mard Geer and the others are somewhere out there."

Syka had to agree. "Yes, though, we don't where we are, if the humans are sure to make a racket with their war, so...if we lay low for a while, their battle will start again..."

"Yeah, yeah, we find the battle and we find Fairy Tail..." Jackal interrupted sarcastically. "But, as long as we-" He stopped abrutply when he felt his arms were moving normally, he was in disbelief that the handcuffs were gone. "The handcuffs that sealed my power, how did they-"

"Jackal!" Syka exclaimed. "How did you get here?"

Jackal rubbed his ears after the outburst. "Crap, do you have to yell like that?" Before Syka would respond to that, Jackal put his hand out. "Don't answer that, anyway, I was in a jail cell back at Hargeon and then suddenly I saw a strange light in the area. Before I knew it, I blacked out and found myself here with you guys."

Goliath had one theory. "It seems that a powerful human wizard is responsible for this twisted landscape."

"What makes you think a pathetic human is responsible for this?" Jackal asked with a scoff.

"Simple-minded as you are..." Syka commented which earned her a glare from the demon jackal. "It's obvious this was done by a powerful wizard, as much as I hate to admit it though." She then looked at the sky for a moment and looked back at the two demons. "Either way, let's continue on, surely, the humans will start their way soon and once that happens, we'll follow where the battle is and no doubt, Fairy Tail will be there."

Goliath had to agree with that. "Yes, no doubt, their allies will be there too."

Jackal gave a manical smile. "As long as Fairy Tail and their friends are at the battlefield, I couldn't care less, I just want to make those bastards pay for what they did especially keeping me prisoner, it really pissed me off!"

Everyone in Fairy Tail and Fiore felt uneasy and confused at the same time. Each of the Straw Hat pirates saw the light and was puzzled. Zeref was in shock as to what was happening. "I can't believe it, Irene, have you gone and used that spell? A magic that re-organizes the world."

Natsu, Lucy, Akame, and Usagi were standing in front of the two buildings, Kardia Cathedral and the royal palace, Mercurius. Lucy was both amazed and confused seeing them so close to each other. "How in the heck are they so close like that?"

Natsu was more confused at what he was seeing. "I don't know, did Magnolia and Crocus merge?"

Happy was in the sky to see from a bird's eyes view to see if there was anything else surrounding the two buildings. "I don't see the guild nor any other buildings for that matter!"

Brook was in his ghostly form searching the sky as much as he could. "Oh my, quite the sight, but it looks like the landscape is more messed up than we thought."

Lucy was still having a hard time believing any of this was real. "That's crazy."

Usagi was trying to sense others using his Observation of Haki. "Hmm...nothing yet, my haki must be off due to the shock."

The only thing not wondering what was going on was Akame. She was too busy feeling overwhelmed by the terrifyingly powerful aura she was sensing. Sensing August's aura was one thing but another that was the same level as he was impossible. To her, this was neither the time nor the place to confront someone who was just as powerful as August. "We have to get far away from here as possible."

Lucy turned to Akame's direction and saw the worried expression on the other girl's face. "Akame?"

Natsu quickly sensed something and turned his attention to a corner of a large rock. "Wait, that smell, someone's here!"

He was right and they were all surprised to see who it was. "Gray!"

"Juvia!"

"Sanji!"

Gray and Juvia shared the other group's happiness. "Natsu, Akame, Usagi, Brook!"

"Lucy, and Happy too!"

Sani twirled around towards Lucy. "Lucy, my love!" He cupped her hands. "Are you alright, did you get hurt in any way?"

Lucy sweatdropped. "Uh...no."

Akame had a question. "How did you three get here?"

"We were just walking around trying to figure out where we were," Juvia replied.

"Same with us," Usagi commented.

Brook had something to share. "We also lost track of Robin though."

Sanji caught that detail. "Wait, Robin was with you guys, where'd she go?"

"That's what we like to know," Lucy spoke. "We were with us until that red light shined over us and then we found ourselves here."

"Let's just hope that Robin is with one of our friends or two," Brook hoped feeling a bit concerned.

"What about the others?" Akame asked.

Gray rubbed his head. "Listen, we have to explain something to you guys." The others were puzzled as the ice wizard told the others about the Erza's fight against one of the Spriggan Twelve and that two demons invaded Hargeon.

"Hold on, Jackal and Syka returned?" Natsu questioned.

"Yes, Syka was defeated from what I heard, Jackal was captured by using a pair of Sea Prism Stone handcuffs," Sanji replied. "On top of that, Jula, Thorn, and Angela stayed behind with our allies for the time being."

"Though considering the landscape changed, they might've ended up somewhere else too," Juvia added.

"As for the rest of my crew, I don't know where they are," Sanji said taking a cigarette and his lighter. "Man, things are getting complicated." He lit his cigarette and inhaled then blew out his mouth. "It's obvious that an enemy probably used a spell to do this."

"How do you know that?" Natsu asked.

Sanji crushed his cigarette in his hand and looked at the fire dragon slayer. "Think about it, it's obvious that this wasn't teleportation magic, no doubt it was probably one of the Spriggan Twelve, I know it sounds crazy, but, from what I can recall in the past days, our opponents have magic powers that we have never seen before ones that be used in different ways."

They had to admit that the pirate cook brought up a good point, Usagi was the first to agree on that. "It makes sense, our enemies so far have magic that's different and strong, so, we can assume that one Spriggan Twelve member was able to pull off that spell and I'm guessing it was from that light we saw in the sky."

"Also, Wendy, Carla, and Leone are missing too, though, we can only hope that we'll run into them or at least meet up with us later," Juvia spoke.

Meanwhile, within the royal palace, the royal guards, the Wolf Knights, and Arcadios were all laid on the floor utterly defeated by Irene's hands. Arcadios was shaken to his core by how powerful their enemy was. "H-how, how can she be so powerful?" Irene seemed quite pleased with herself in wiping out her enemies with ridiculous ease.

In fear for his daughter's life, Tom stood in front of Hisui as a means to protect her. "I...beg of you, do what you want with me, but, please, spare my daughter!" Irene only smiled at the frightened princess before pointing her hand at her and Hisui cried out in pain as shocking light surrounded her. Toma and Arcadios became instantly worried about the princess. Within a few seconds, Hisui transformed into a small mouse. Toma was speechless at what he was seeing. "Wha...what have you done to her!?"

Arcadios himself wouldn't have believed what happened to the princess if he'd not seen it himself. "She was turned into a mouse...dear god..."

Irene scoffed at the king. "Can you still love her in that form?" The mouse Hisui looked at her father with teary eyes. The Scarlett Despair gave a sadistic expression. "The fact she's a disgusting rodent!"

Toma picked up his daughter in his hands and he began to cry, nothing has changed for him about his only daughter. "Of course, I can, she's still my child! Oh Hisui, I will get your body back to normal!" The display of his love for Hisui soured Irene's mood. A parent loving their daughter. She hated the very idea herself as she closed her eyes and sighed lifting her staff which was giving off a red light however she sensed something outside and looked out a nearby window. "What is this?"

Toma saw this and was puzzled about what got the enemy's attention.

The Scarlett Despair's left eye glowed within her pupil and zoomed in on the view she was looking down. She saw Natsu and his friends.

"Natsu, see that?" Happy was pointing at something in the sky.

"An eye!" Lucy blinked.

"A huge one at that!" Gray added.

"It's a monster eye!" Brook exclaimed.

Irene saw the skeleton and was puzzled at what she was seeing. "A talking skeleton, what kind of dark magic is this...wait..." She sensed no magic coming from the skeleton leaving her more puzzled. Something else caught her eye, it was a woman that Gray was carrying on his back with the same hair color as hers. "That scarlet hair...it can't be."

Robin was explaining to Chelsea what she learned from the book she found in the Fairy Tail library. Chelsea's reaction was that of shock and confusion. "Wait, you're saying that the book you have is Zeref's journal of what he's been doing and what worlds he's been at during his travels?"

Robin nodded her head. "Yes, it also mentioned Zeref doing more of his research in a world that had science and magic, but, he didn't clarify the world's name, however, in theory, it's possible he was creating more demons and it seems whoever is charge of this world was troubled about his work and attempted to stop him at any cost."

"Where is the gateway to this world of magic and science?" Chelsea asked.

Robin shook her head. "I'm not sure, the page for that is completely torn and while others have written but all are smugged with mud and water stains."

B

Loud sounds of fighting could be heard on the beach as Fairy Tail engaged the nearby Alvarez army. Makarov grew into a large size and punched several of them out of the way. "Damn it, how could there be so many!"

Mirajane and Lisanna were fighting off a small group of enemies. "Man, these guys won't let up."

"No joke, but we must fight them off as quickly as we can."

Romeo was using his magic to blow other enemies away. "Get out of the way!"

Fujika was confronted by several enemy soldiers. "Let's get her!" Each soldier charged at her, but she was able to evade their attacks using her Observation Haki.

"She's so fast!"

"No, I think she's predicting our moves!"

"How can she do that?"

Fujika snapped her fingers and her snake staff attacked the soldier by slamming its tail against one soldier into another and another.

"Kill that witch!"

Fujika decided it was time to demonstrate her magic power. "Arc of Creation: Dragon Wings!" Purple-like dragon wings sprouted from her back and on her lower back something grew. "AND DRAGON TAIL!

"Whoa, she's flying!" Jet and Droy cried out in surprise.

"She's got a dragon tail too!" Macao and Wakaba added with gaping mouths.

Makarov was impressed. "Wow, that's quite the magic power you have."

As flattered as she was, she had to keep focus on the battle. "Time to blow you guys away!" Fujika declared as she flapped her wings at the soldiers and blew them away with a strong powerful wind.

"Wait, I think I remember a former member of Grimoire Heart who had a magic power that was similar," Mirajane recalled.

"Yes, I believe his name was Rustyrose," Lisanna added. "I wonder how she learned of magic like that?"

Fujika landed on the ground looking at the two Take-Over sisters. "I'll be happy to explain that later, but, I can say I owe master Mavis for showing me this kind of magic."

That was a little more confusing, but, they decided to take her word for it.

"Fujika, you were amazing, you still look beautiful!" Macao glowed with a perverted look on his face.

Cana threw several cards at an enemy and quickly took him down. She turned to Warren while he was looking at his monitor. "Master Mavis is alone at the guild, let's go!"

Warren was trying his best but still couldn't figure out what was what. "I can't, I have no idea where it is anymore!"

"Listen up, to get to the guild, head there now!"

Everyone in Fairy Tail was caught off guard when they heard a voice directly transmitted to their minds. Chelsea couldn't help but feel a little creeped out by it. "Hey, what was that voice?"

Robin was confused but then... "Also, are any of the Straw Hat pirates still around?" That managed to get some of the Straw Hat's attention.

Luffy was a bit surprised. "Whoa, who was that?"

Sanji was swooning. "Oh, was that the voice of a girl?"

"Talk about creepy!" Nami whimpered.

"It was a ghost!" Usopp and Chopper yelled while hugging in fright.

"I don't think it's a ghost, but, it's more likely we hearing this voice in our heads," Franky surmised.

Leone heard the voice and so did Zoro. "Who was that?"

"Don't know, but, whoever it is sounds bossy than Nami,"

"You need to assemble at the guild hall before it's too late, the enemy might've separated you, but you must come together, now!"

Laxus, Pango, and Tigress heard the voice, but didn't say a word.

Temukai, Rena, and the rest of the Thunder Legion also heard the female voice. "Snort...snort...a human female...voice is talking to us."

"That was a bit freaky..." Rena commented. "Though, it's obvious that the voice is on our way...I guess."

Natsu and the others were looking in the direction the voice told them to go. "I think the guild's that way!"

"Sounds like we should that way."

"Aye!"

"Can we trust some random voice?"

"What if it's another rival to steal you from me?"

"Somehow, I doubt that," Akame did agree with Gray, though. The voice could be from the enemy leading them into a trap.

"Mavis is in trouble, go and help her! I know she's like a mother to all of you, so, don't waste any time and get over there! You must protect her!

Chelsea thought that was going to be a little too far for her. "Whoa, whoa, it could be because we joined the guild, but, I do not see Mavis as my mother!"

"Straw Hat Pirates, I would like you to help in any way you can!"

Sanji was smitten even more. "Anything for a little lady, whoever you are!"

Chopper had a determined look. "Either way, we should help."

"Guess we got nothin to lose." Usopp shrugged

Franky grinned. "Either way, as long as we get to kick some ass, I'm all for it,"

Nami sighed. "Looks like we're going to get in a scary fight."

A couple of guild members quickly found out what direction the voice was coming from and where they needed to go. "The voice is guiding us in the direction of the guild."

Warren pointed the way to go. "I think the guild is that way!"

Lucy and Juvia were wondering who exactly this mysterious voice was and Gray was wary about it. "Whose voice is that, why do they even care?"

"C'mon, this isn't the time to debate whether we trust the voice or not, we need to save a young lady's life!" Sanji declared with a serious look.

"He's right, let's help Mavis!" Natsu roared.

Back on Tenrou Island, Zera couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed, she did come out strong not to mention to the entire guild and their pirate friends. Gajeel noticed the way she talked quite easily. "You came out pretty bossy, you could've sounded a bit nicer and said 'please'."

"It's fine, as long as our friends got the message, they'll surely find the guildhall including us."

Levy gasped quietly with relief and joy. "It's him..."

The other members recognized Gajeel's voice including Jet and Droy. "That sounded like Gajeel."

"That's great!"

If Gajeel was with this voice, then that was good enough for Cana and the others to trust it. "That means the voice is on our side!"

Natsu and the others began to head toward the guild where the voice was leading them. "Back to the guild hall you guys! We got work to do!"

Luffy grinned. "That was Jimbei's voice, glad he's okay."

His other crewmates were relieved to hear the former warlord's voice. "That was Jimbei's voice!"

Usopp and Chopper cried in joy. "Jimbei!"

"He's alright!"

Zoro smirked. "That's good."

Sanji had a smile. "Looks like he survived in the north."

Chelsea and Robin looked off in the direction where the voice they heard earlier was guiding them. "So, the guild is over that way, huh?"

Robin nodded. "Yes, perhaps on our way, we'll meet some of our friends," She created several arms on her back and created a large pair of wings. "Whoa, you can do that with your Devil Fruit powers?"

Instead of answering the young girl's question, she picked up Chelsea by her arms like a baby. "Up you go."

Chelsea began to stutter. "Wait, do you have to fly this high?"

"We'll be able to cover more ground while flying," Robin replied. "Once I spot any allies, we'll have them join us." She flew in the air while carrying freaked-out Chelsea. "Hold on tight or you'll fall and break your neck."

"Thanks for the tip!" Chelsea barked with shark teeth.

B

Walking through a forest, Elfman was leading Yukino, Frosch, and Lector in the direction where the guild was. "So, does anyone have a clue where we are?"

"There's a mountain, a forest, and a river."

"Well, the voice said that the guild hall was this way,"

Yukino had no qualms about Elfman's guidance. "I see, that's where the nice voice told you to go, right?"

The thing about Elfman hearing a voice bugged Lector. "Was it nice?"

"I think so,"

"Considering that Elfman was the only one to hear the voice, so..."

"I didn't hear a signal a single word."

Elfman had a pretty good idea why he couldn't only hear it and not the others. "Guess only Fairy Tail wizards can hear it, though, I heard Jimbei's voice too which is a bit puzzling."

That would be the most logical conclusion for Yukino. "If that's true, is a good idea for us to tag along."

Frosch stopped and looked a bit sad. "I want to see Rogue."

"If everyone is heading to the guild, I'm sure Sting and the others will be there too," Lector assured the other Exceed.

"No other option, we just got to trust the voice," Elfman suggested.

Suddenly, they heard a rustle not too far from them. Yukino and the others turned in the direction where they heard the noise. "Who's that?"

"Whoever it is, I hope they're friendly."

"Rogue!"

A shadowy figure approached them revealing the figure in a light, Yukino's eyes widened with disbelief. Never in her life, she thought she would be able to see her once again. "You...my big sister."

Sorano shared Yukino's expression and she couldn't believe who she was seeing right in front of her as well. "Yuki...no?"

Elfman and the others looked between the two sisters before being shocked beyond belief together. "They're sisters!? HUUUUUUUUH!?"

There you have it, Fujika's magic will be similar to Rustyrose's magic power, but it'll have more abilities to show, for now, that'll be shown in the future chapters. Hope you like it, but, no bad reviews, that won't be tolerated!

End of chapter.
