Author's Note: I wanted to address some questions/concerns I got after I posted the last chapter.

Yes, Marvin's being in the outside world is permanent or at least continuous. As I said in one of the previous ANs, Marvin will retain the ability to share control with Izuku when needed but will be unable to control Izuku's body completely.

Another thing, I've gotten a few asking about smut. Yes, smut will eventually enter this story since I enjoy writing it as an author.

In regards to Izuku and Momo, however, it'll be a while until they go anywhere close to that. They love each other, yes. But they're still teenagers and in high school. There will be some slightly intimate scenes since they'll be living in dorms; something's bound to happen. But in terms of actual smut and sex scenes, it'll be a while.

Also, the 'M' rating is because there will be a lot of exploration of Marvin and even Izuku's past moving forward. Remember that both of them were suicidal, and Izuku's is even canon, as in one of the episodes, he mutters to himself how if he'd jumped off the roof, Bakugo would've been complacent in a suicide, and that's why he didn't do it.

And finally, yes, I'll continue to put content/trigger warnings over the scenes I believe deserve them. They will include the eventual smut scenes once they show up in the future.

This Author's Note is rather long, but I had to address a few concerns. Anyway, enjoy the chapter!

Panzer looked around, taking in the surroundings as he waited for Hebi and the others to come back.

The bar was little more than a pile of rubble now, the mix of Izuku breaking the ceiling, All Might breaking a wall, and Rescue crashing through it being enough to make it collapse.

The Nomu were dead, some of them riddled with holes, while others had just been blown apart from sheer force.

Panzer glanced at "Izuku" out of the corner of his eye. Hebi had communicated a plan to him in code, ensuring it would sound like inconsequential small talk to anyone who didn't know.

"Hey, Panzer," 30 called. "How long until Fury gets here?"

He was standing somewhat close to "Izuku" but not close enough to warrant suspicion, keeping himself several long steps away and hovering at the edge of what would be personal space.

Panzer shrugged. "Who knows? Hopefully, she gets back soon; who knows what could happen."

30 nodded, ending the seemingly innocent conversation as he turned to look around.

He noticed Hebi running towards them, Momo following beside her and Grace flying overhead.

"Hey, Fury," He greeted as Hebi reached them.

"Izuku!" Momo exclaimed, running over to "Izuku" and hugging them tightly.

Toga did a double-take, hugging the girl back slowly.

Momo suddenly twisted, and Toga screamed as Momo slammed her onto the floor.

Momo stepped on Toga's wrist, pinning Toga's other arm by the elbow before creating a knife and holding it to Toga's neck.

"Nice try," Momo's smile didn't reach her eyes. "Who are you?"

"W-What?" Toga exclaimed, panicking. "I-I'm Izuku. Y-you know me, Yaoyorozu."

"Izuku calls me Momo," Momo replied blandly, pressing her foot down harder on Toga's wrist.

"OK, OK!" Toga exclaimed, letting Izuku's form wash off her and reverting to her normal body.

"That went a lot smoother than I thought it would," Uraraka stated as she and the rest reached the airship.

Marvin rolled his eyes under his blindfold. "It's my plan, of course it would go smoothly."

"Izuku?" Toga exclaimed. "Help! Help me!"

"Is she being serious?" Iida asked, looking around at the group.

"She's insane," Marvin answered. "And that's coming from an insane person."

Tsu blinked. "You're insane?"

"We're getting off track," Momo half-shouted, still pinning down Toga. "What do we do with her?"

"Capture and take her to ANVIL," Hebi replied. "She'll be put in a cell there."

Momo stood slowly, backing away from Toga and letting the crystals she'd made turn back to lipids.

Toga didn't struggle as Hebi cuffed her, instead just looking like a child that had their favorite toy taken away.

Hebi forced Toga to stand, and Toga kept her head down, looking depressed.

"I'm sorry for fucking your boyfriend," She mumbled to Momo.

'You've got to be fucking kidding me,' Marvin groaned.

Momo just looked confused, clearly not having heard her. "What did you say?"

Toga repeated it louder, and the entire group froze in shock.

'Well, there goes that idea,' Izuku and Marvin thought simultaneously as Momo recovered.

"BITCH," She yelled, a staff shooting from her palm.

She'd struck Toga across the head before anyone could move, her staff blurring.

Toga hit the ground harshly, falling out of Hebi's grip from the strike.

Momo hit her in the ribs as Toga hit the ground, causing the bones to crack.

Toga continued speaking, seemingly unaware of the anger she caused.

"His blood was so good," Toga said with relish.

Momo went to hit Toga again, but Hebi stopped her, grabbing the staff before it cracked Toga's skull open.

Hebi hid a wince as the staff struck her palm; Momo could hit hard with that thing.

"Creati, you have to calm down," Hebi told her as she let go, flexing her hand to get feeling back in it.

Momo ignored her, spinning the staff and striking Toga in the stomach harshly.

"Creati, stop," Panzer exclaimed, trying to push Momo away to stop her from killing Toga.

"Stay out of this," Momo hissed, her staff striking Panzer across the shoulder.

Toga giggled. "He was very gifted, too."

Momo felt her face heat up, embarrassment matching her anger at Toga's words.

She tried to push past Panzer, but he blocked her path with his body.

"Creati, you can't-"

Momo's staff hitting his jaw cut him off.

"STAY OUT OF THIS," Momo yelled, beginning to hit him angrily.

Panzer blocked with his body, wincing slightly at the hits.

'Do we keep watching or do something?' Marvin asked, both amused and impressed at Momo's skill.

'I'm pretty sure we're supposed to PREVENT people from murdering others,' Izuku replied, feeling scared at Momo's anger.

Marvin's Factor flared, making everyone freeze as Marvin sighed.

"If you kill her," He told Momo. "It'll stay on your conscious forever. Trust me; it's not a thing you want to do without serious thought behind the action."

"You're defending her?" Momo asked, eyes wide in anger.

Marvin scoffed. "Fuck no, I wouldn't mind her dying in the slightest. I'm saying it shouldn't be you to kill her because killing changes you as a person."

'How old were you when you did that?' Izuku asked.

'Five,' Marvin replied as he restricted his Factor to be just above his skin again.

Momo huffed angrily and turned to Toga, grabbing her by the shirt and pulling her close.

"Explain," She barked, barely restraining herself from ignoring Marvin's words and smashing Toga's face against the ground anyway.

"She tried to rape us," Marvin said, deciding it was just better to tell the truth. "All she managed to get was a kiss, and I tore her lip in half when she tried. I absorbed her energy after using her blood."

Momo paused and turned to them. "You let her-"

"We didn't have a choice," Marvin replied, not letting her finish. "We were bound, and it was the only option we had. We were exhausted; we wouldn't have been able to fight if I hadn't absorbed the energy."

Momo's face morphed to understanding, nodding slowly before she turned to Toga.

Her face became cruel. "You tried to rape my boyfriend?" She hissed, the barrel of a cannon forming from her arm.

The cannon struck Toga's chest harshly, and the villain looked down in fear.

Everyone who wasn't from Rescue Team One did double takes as the cannon appeared, none of them having seen what Momo had done to the Nomu.

Hebi put a hand on Momo's shoulder. "Creati, you can't kill her."

"I'm proving a point," Momo replied, not taking her eyes off Toga, who was now staring at her fearfully.

"You even think about touching him again," Momo hissed, the cannon pressing a bit more into Toga's chest.

"Ok, ok, I'm sorry," Toga said frantically. "Just get that thing away from me."

Momo took a deep breath, letting the cannon sink back into her arm as she stood.

"Are we capable of leaving yet?" She asked Hebi, her tone awfully formal as she kept her anger in check.

Hebi shook her head. "The airship's not getting back up from that kind of crash. The bottom's completely shredded. Not even Tempest is getting this thing back up."

"Who's Tempest?" Izuku asked, glancing between Rescue. "Is he part of your team?"

"Pilot," Panzer replied, rubbing his shoulder where Momo had hit him. "Damn good at his job, too. The crash should've been lethal, but Tempest saved us."

He jerked his head back. "Me and 30 got him out; dude's out like a light, though."

The 1-A students turned to the front of the seating area of the destroyed airship, seeing a man huddled up in a corner, clearly in a deep sleep.

Marvin frowned. 'He's blurry to my senses. That's not something I've experienced here.'

The Hunters eventually learned to hide from Marvin's senses for short periods, figuring out that it depended on the wind created from movements. Their tech had created counterwinds to match their movements, effectively making a net zero for short bursts.

But nothing Marvin had seen in Izuku's world even showed signs of doing that, even with Quirks. The closest thing was fire Quirks, which appeared as black spots to his senses due to how they behaved.

"But if we're talking about people," Hebi said, turning to him. "You're that 'Vampiric Dragon Wraith' thing Cypher and Nezu keep talking about, aren't you?"

Marvin paused. 'Well, fuck,' He muttered, angry at himself for letting other people figure it out. 'That fucking sucks.'

He shrugged. "Out of all the things I've been called, that's not the worst one," He told her, acting nonchalant.

"You're a parasite too," Hebi stated, and Marvin wished he could uncover his eyes to give her a bored look.

"One, it's a mutualistic relationship," Marvin said, deadpanned. "Parasite means there's no benefits in it for Izuku, and that's wrong. Two, I don't necessarily need Izuku for survival, so it's wrong on that second bit, too."

Hebi rolled her eyes. "Whatever. You're still the one who was controlling his body during the forest, weren't you?"

"Um, actually, we shared control," Izuku said, shrinking back a little as Hebi's stare landed on him.

'How do you not get intimidated by that?' Izuku asked.

Marvin snorted. 'Oh please, I've faced far worse things than a snake girl in a Kevlar vest.'

"Wait, so you weren't the one fighting, Dekiru?" Uraraka asked, looking at him.

"I- umm, well," Izuku stammered, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Hold on," Marvin called, walking over to Toga. "She has no business hearing what I'm about to say."

He picked Toga up like a ragdoll and snapped his fingers in her face.

His Factor slammed into Toga's body, causing her to jerk violently before going limp as she passed out.

"Cool," Marvin said, dropping her unceremoniously before turning to everyone else.

He clapped his hands. "Now that there's zero chance of nosy bastards hearing things they shouldn't, I can explain."

"Let me guess," Bakugo scoffed. "You shared a body with the nerd, but you can come out when you want to."

Izuku blinked. "Uhh, that's kind of right?" He said, rubbing his arm. "How did you know, Kacchan?"

Bakugo clicked his tongue. "You've been different since the Entrance Exam. And you were actually intimidating sometimes. I had suspicions since the first day at UA."

"Yeah, no offense Midoriya," Tsu said. "But you can't really be scary at all, kero."

"What?" Uraraka exclaimed. "We all saw that rampage during the forest, right? I think that's pretty scary."

"That was you?" Hebi asked.

"Um, well, it was both of us," Izuku replied nervously. "We kind of both lost control. I saw Momo captured, and it kind of broke something inside of me."

"And the marble dude said something about human experimentation," Marvin continued, his arms crossed. "Let's just say I disagree with that thought."

"Wait, so you've been sharing a body with Dekiru this whole time?" Uraraka asked, gesturing between the two. "So, who are we actually friends with?"

"Midoriya," Marvin replied. "I don't really take over when you guys are around. I fight, beat up whoever I'm fighting, and go back. That's pretty much it."

"Did you know about this, Yaomomo?" Uraraka turned.

Momo sighed and nodded. "Izuku told me after the Stain thing. After we got our Licenses. Do you remember those days after Stain, when I wasn't myself much?"

"You were processing what Midoriya told you," Tsu realized. "That's why you seemed so angry at Midoriya that day during the training exercise All Might gave us."

"Ok, all of this is incredible to know," Hebi cut in as she turned to Marvin. "But where did you come from?"

Marvin paused as he went over his memories, blinking as the last one from his home world appeared.

"Would you believe me if I said ritualistic sacrifice and suicide?" Marvin asked, blinking at her.

Hebi stared for several seconds before groaning and rubbing her eyes.

"You're serious," She said. "You're actually serious."

Marvin shrugged. "What? Did you want me to say I got hit by a truck and somehow woke up in Midoriya's body? I got isekai'd, either way, isn't that enough?"

"But why Midoriya's body?" Iida asked. "If you were going to do something so brash, why didn't you choose to have a body of your own?"

"Didn't have a choice," Marvin replied. "I was going to be sent to, 'A place to leave my memories behind,' which I thought was the graveyard, but I woke up the next day in Midoriya's head."

He frowned. "Didn't really work, seeing as I can now remember more than before. Like, hell, I can remember what I ate for breakfast the second Tuesday after my sixth birthday."

Marvin waved it off. "Anyway, yeah. I've been inside Izuku's head since the Entrance Exam, and I've helped him stay alive and trained him."

"So that's why he can use his Quirk so well," Bakugo said. "You trained him."

Uraraka, Iida, and Tsu, along with Rescue gave him odd looks of confusion.

"What are you talking about, Bakugo?" Iida asked. "What does Midoriya's Quirk have to do with him?"

Marvin uncovered his left eye, glaring at Bakugo with the silent promise of pain as Bakugo opened his mouth.

Bakugo closed his mouth with a snap, and Marvin quickly covered his eye before anyone else noticed, masking it as him just having an itchy face.

"Bakugo?" Uraraka asked. "What were you going to say?"

Bakugo sucked his teeth. "It's nothing. Don't worry about it."

'Asshole was about to tell them about One for All indirectly,' Marvin muttered.

'But her doesn't know about One for All, how could he tell them?' Izuku asked.

Marvin sighed. 'He doesn't know about it specifically, but he knows you didn't have a Quirk, much less the ability to master its abilities, before UA. So by telling them that, it would show them that you got your Quirk. You also hang out around All Might often and have his number, it's not hard to make a connection.'

Hebi observed them with interest. There was something between the three teens, she didn't know what, but knew there was something.

She sent out a call to get them picked up since the airship was still trashed, doing a quick headcount and requesting a vehicle that could hold twelve, knowing Grace could perch atop the vehicle with little issue.

"Also," Hebi said, putting down her radio after getting confirmation. "I never asked, how did you four get here?"

Bakugo, Iida, Uraraka, and Tsu all looked around nervously, not meeting Hebi's eyes.

"The night's beautiful, isn't it?" Uraraka said, looking up.

Hebi's eyes narrowed. "What did you do?"

Iida coughed into his hand. "We might have… Well, it was one time, and we really didn't have many options, but-"

"Just tell me what you did," Hebi sighed, rubbing her eyes.

"Fine," Bakugo snapped. "We took one of the trucks and drove here."

Hebi paused, taking several deep breaths as she processed Bakugo's words.

"Excuse me, I don't think I heard correctly," She said, her tone sickly sweet. "I swear I didn't just hear you say you stole ANVIL property to come on a dangerous rescue mission that not only could've killed you but other people as well?"

The four teens flushed, hiding their faces and avoiding Hebi's gaze.

Hebi sighed. "Where did you leave it?"

"You mean where it took a shit and died?" Bakugo replied. "About three blocks from where we saved the nerd."

"It died?" Habi asked, staring at him sharply. "What do you mean it died?"

"Are you deaf?" Bakugo snapped, hating how Hebi made him feel like a small child getting reprimanded. "I said it died three blocks from the nerd. Some giant wave thing came and killed it."

Hebi blinked, a very small amount of her anger disappearing. At least they hadn't crashed the truck on purpose.

"Ok, I can understand that," Hebi said as calmly as possible. "That wave took us out of the air, so I know it wasn't intentional."

'Wait,' Izuku thought. 'You released a lot of energy when you appeared. Do you think that's the reason the aircraft fell?'

Marvin's face went perfectly blank. 'Momo said that my Factor messed with tech here, so maybe? I wasn't holding back against that bastard, so it's possible.'

Hebi noticed the change in Marvin's expression out of the corner of her eye and turned, observing him carefully.

"That was your fault, wasn't it?" She asked, causing Marvin to sigh.

"Look, I'm not sure," Marvin grumbled, his voice dropping to its normal sound instead of the one he typically used around people. "Apparently, I released a lot of energy when I appeared, but I'm not sure."

Hebi blinked. "You just have zero hesitation, don't you?"

Marvin shrugged. "You asked, I answered. Pretty simple."

His senses went off, and he looked left, seeing a large truck driving towards them.

"Assuming that's taking us out of here?" He asked, his hand resting on his knife anyway.

"Yes," Hebi replied before noticing the position of his hand. "No one's fighting, you can relax."

Marvin scoffed as the truck slowed near them. "Last time I did that, people died, Miia," He rolled his shoulders, watching the group that got off the truck.

The group avoided them, though they avoided him most of all, some of them going purposefully out of their way to avoid being next to him.

'Is my Factor doing things?' Marvin sighed. 'I'm restraining it as much as I can, but I'm not sure.'

'It's fine,' Izuku replied. 'You just look kind of scary even without it. The scars, bandages, and armor covered in what I think is dried blood, along with the fresh blood on you can put people on edge.'

Marvin looked down, uncovering his eyes and noticing the large stains of blood across his hands, arms, and chest.

'Huh,' He thought. 'Didn't notice that.'

He reached to touch his face, his fingers coming back with semi-dried blood.

"Must've gotten on me when I blew Magne's head off," Marvin said somewhat louder than he intended to. "That's going to be a pain to wash out of my hair."

"I'm sorry, you did what now?" Hebi asked, being the closest to him.

Marvin looked at her, causing her eyes to widen and her body to stiffen a little.

He quickly covered his eyes, missing Hebi's slightly shaky breathing as he did.

"Anyway, I blew Magne's head off," Marvin said, tightening his blindfold. "I wasn't planning to, but she managed to stand after I slammed her face into the ground, so I didn't really have a choice."

Everyone excluding Izuku stared at him in shock, including the last few members of the team that had come to search the area.

"What?" He asked.

"You blew someone's head off?" Hebi asked slowly.

Marvin shrugged. "Cut that Compress dude's arm off too. And cut Shigaraki's hand off and made him disintegrate his own wrist. I'm pretty sure Dabi's shoulder will be stiff forever, and that Spinner guy has several broken bones."

"Dude, you fought the League of Villains by yourself?" Panzer asked.

"Yeah, why?" Marvin replied.

Rescue Team One shared a unanimous 'what the fuck' look with each other, deciding to be cautious around him from then on.

The group got into the truck, with Team Dynamight going in first, followed by Izuku and Momo, and Rescue Team One, Panzer carrying the unconscious Tempest, with Marvin entering last, even though he'd been closest to the truck.

Marvin put one foot on the bench, crouching and resting his weight on it, his other foot on the ground, mostly for balance.

"Bodyguard?" Panzer asked, recognizing the calm yet tense seating position.

"Soldier," Marvin replied gruffly, his left hand resting near his knife. "Got used to it after thirteen years."

"How old even are you?" Uraraka asked, blinking.

Marvin smirked. "Guess," He said. It was always fun to see what age people pegged him as.

Uraraka shrugged a little. "I don't know, maybe mid-20s?"

"I can see it," Tsu added. "You look twenty-three."

"I would say twenty-nine," Iida said thoughtfully. "You seem too mature to be around our age."

"You're all wrong," Marvin barely kept from grinning, showing his teeth wouldn't be a good idea in such an enclosed area.

He cracked his neck with a sigh. "I'm seventeen, barely older than you guys."

Everyone except Izuku did double takes, clearly not expecting him to be so young.

"Wait, you said you were a soldier for thirteen years," Bakugo pointed out. "If you're seventeen, then that means…"

The back of the truck went silent as its occupants reached the same conclusion: Marvin wasn't just a young soldier, he was the definition of a child soldier.

"But… how?" Uraraka asked, slightly saddened that someone just a bit older than them had to be a soldier from such a young age.

"Lost my parents," Marvin shrugged as if the haunting memory of their faces wasn't burned into his mind's eye. "Got chased, had to fight."

It was like someone had sucked the air from the truck, being so quiet that even their breathing felt deafening in comparison.

The 1-A students, mostly Uraraka, tried to make small talk with Rescue Team One, trying to dance around the truth bomb they'd just been hit with.

Nobody asked Marvin any more questions after that, slightly afraid that his answer would throw them in for another shock after days of them being plentiful.

Marvin didn't mind; he preferred listening anyway. Talking felt painful, cutting his throat open like dozens of sharp blades.

He hadn't spoken much after Rinai's death; he hadn't had a reason to.

If forced to guess, Marvin would say he'd spoken less than five hundred words in the three years between Rinai's death and his committing suicide, and most of those were right after the incident happened when he was still grieving.

'Are you ok?' Izuku asked after about ten minutes of nobody saying anything to him.

Marvin gave a half-shrug. 'Just getting used to my body. It's fucking annoying being able to hear the blood in people's veins. There are so many smells, too; my eyes haven't adjusted yet, but if they follow the pattern, then my eyes will be able to pick up some bullshit like the individual hairs on a person's head.'

Izuku winced a little; enhanced senses were incredible until they prevented you from interacting with everyday society.

Marvin shifted the bag of clothing he carried, opening up a side zipper and pulling out a pair of Level 5 earplugs.

He put them in, sighing in relief as the sounds died a little. His hearing was still ridiculously enhanced, but at least he didn't hear the muscle contractions every time someone in the truck so much as breathed.

They reached ANVIL's base without interruption, with almost everyone inside relieved that they'd be able to rest.

As they poured out of the truck, they saw Jona and, surprisingly, Nezu, waiting for them, along with Aizawa, who looked like he wanted to strangle someone and bang his head against a wall simultaneously.

"Ah, Mister Midoriya," Nezu smiled as he saw Izuku. "A pleasure for you to be back."

He noticed Marvin and smiled before noticing his outfit and pausing.

"Mister Mikrai," He greeted with some hesitance. "May I ask about your change in style? I'm not saying red doesn't suit you, but I think it would look better if it didn't come from where I think it did."

"In my defense, they tried to kill me," Marvin replied, deadpanned. "I did what I had to in order to survive."

Nezu sighed. "Were there any… difficulties?" He asked, really hoping he wouldn't regret the question.

"Magne's dead," Marvin replied calmly. "Compress lost an arm, Shigaraki lost his hands, Dabi's bleeding, and the others have broken bones. OH, and we have the vampire bitch tied up."

Nezu groaned internally, unsure whether to be thankful Marvin hadn't killed the entirety of the League and paraded their bodies around or upset that he was talking about having killed someone with such nonchalance.

'The fact that my expectations were so low to begin with is the concerning part,' Nezu thought with a sigh.

"Excellent," Nezu tried to smile. "Do you know how long you'll be staying with us?"

"No clue," Marvin shrugged. "Masked bastard had a lot of energy, so did Mr. blue-balls, so I'm not sure."

"That is wonderful," Jona butted in. "Unfortunately, there are rather important things we have to deal with."

He snapped his fingers, and most of the group jumped as Bakugo was tackled to the ground, a collar being snapped over his neck a moment later.

"Cypher, right?" Marvin asked, tensing slightly at the movement behind him but not turning to look. "Any reason your men are tackling teenagers?"

"He stole and destroyed ANVIL property, among other crimes," Jona replied before turning to his men. "Please take Mr. Bakugo to the Brig, and the three who joined him are confined to the barracks until morning. Oh, and please take Ms. Toga to the Brig, as well. Take Tempest to the Infirmary."

"YOU DAMN BASTARD," Bakugo roared, struggling against the person holding him. "THE DAMN NERD WAS SAVED BECAUSE OF US AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY US?!"

"Tell that to the Guard you put in surgery."

"MAYBE IF THE DAMN EXTRA HADN'T GOTTEN IN THE WAY HE WOULDN'T BE THERE RIGHT NOW," Bakugo replied.

"Bakugo," Uraraka almost pleaded. "Please, don't make this harder for us. We did steal that truck after all."

Bakugo scowled and sucked his teeth. "Whatever, Pink Cheeks," He grumbled, stopping his rant but still scowling deeply. "Stupid damn extras."

Marvin watched the scene unfold, his control a hair's breadth away from snapping. Suppression collars, jail cells, and cuffing teenagers? It read too much like the Hunters, and it was only Izuku and the rest being in the area that stopped him from snapping.

"Cypher, can I ask what made you think putting a teenager in a jail cell was a good idea?" Marvin asked, his voice dangerously calm.

Izuku's eyes widened, and he stepped back, pulling Momo with him, knowing that he really didn't want to be close to what was about to happen.

"It's a grey area, I do not like to tread unless I have to," Jona explained carefully removing his mask so those before him could see his tired face. "Is it something I like to do? No. Is it something I avoid? Yes, when I can. Is Bakugo going to remain that way? No, he committed a felony when he attacked my guard for simply doing his job. I have to decide how I am to handle that."

His eyes locked with Marvin's, not once wavering, "If you were in my position, would you let a volatile, unstable, person with such a lethally explosive Quirk with zero self-control run free after nearly killing an innocent?"

Jona's words had the opposite effect he intended, and with each one, Marvin was pushed further into a silent rage.

The last question, though, that sent him over the edge.

His Factor exploded violently as Marvin laughed. It was low at first, barely a chuckle, but grew rapidly, becoming a crazed laughter that shook his body and rang across ANVIL's base.

"Oh, that's fucking rich," Marvin laughed, holding his stomach. "That's fucking amazing."

He laughed again, his Factor paralyzing everyone in the area even as Marvin tried to stop himself from going lethal.

His laughter stopped abruptly, cutting out as if it'd been a prerecorded video. The base went deathly quiet, where you could hear someone drop a pin.

"You know," Marvin growled, his head down. "For someone that avoids doing something, you sure as hell didn't think twice about it."

He uncovered his left eye, glaring at Jona and barely holding back his Factor from giving the Hero a heart attack on the spot.

"Your eyes, hold so much pain."

Marvin snorted, but internally, he was seconds away from rushing Jona and snapping his neck.

"One day," He whispered, his voice still carrying easily. "One day is all it takes to break someone, Cypher. Hell, if you're lucky it'll take that long, some of them break before they reach the fucking cell."

He pulled back his Factor, taking a deep breath to restrain himself.

"Let me take a moment to ask," Marvin growled. "I fit under all of those criteria you just listed. Every. Single. One. I just hurt every innocent in the area and I'm stopping my Quirk from making them fucking drop dead where they stand."

He took a deep breath, pulling back his anger. "Are you going to lock me up too? Hmm? I fit under all the criteria, after all."

Marvin covered his eye again. "But I'll tell you this. You can go ahead if you want. Throw me in the cell, but know that if you do that, this'll be the last night this place exists."

The drake cracked a smile, and started to let out a rather deep laugh, "Why? Why would I put you in the Brig? You don't do it intentionally, and trust me lad I KNOW intent."

He shook his head. "You have a wild Quirk, yes, but you target your prey with such precision; it's uncanny. Your abilities invoke a form of crowd control that is sometimes needed in a situation."

"You control yourself, really well. The reason Bakugo is getting this treatment is he resorted to violence as his first and ONLY resort. You at least use your damn head, unlike him, I feel as if I can trust you. He's damn lucky I don't have him ACTUALLY arrested!"

Marvin froze; lucky? Lucky? Bakugo was lucky not to have his life be tainted by the memories of a prison cell because some asshole thought they were being merciful?

'That's it,' Marvin growled, raising his left hand and putting a single finger on his shoulder.

'Lucky this, fuckface,' He thought, pulling back his middle finger.

"MARVIN, NO!" Izuku yelled, jumping forward.

Blackwhip rushed out, grabbing Marvin's wrist and jerking it off course.

Nightmarish Vision slammed into the ground, its energy carving a tunnel about five feet wide and four times as deep.

The assembled group blinked in shock as thin wisps of steam rose from the ground, along with a light hissing sound as the tunnel rapidly cooled down.

'Midoriya, I swear to fucking god,' Marvin growled. 'Either you let go or I'm frying YOUR brain too.'

'I'm not letting go,' Izuku replied firmly. 'You can hurt me if you want, but I'm not going to let you hurt somebody who's done nothing to harm you.'

'He imprisoned a fucking TEENAGER,' Marvin barked. 'You know DAMN well how I feel about that.'

Izuku took a deep breath. 'Kacchan made his choice, Marvin. I'm grateful he saved me, and I'm grateful for Uraraka, Iida, and Tsu too. But what they did was still against the rules, Marvin.'

Marvin sucked his teeth, ripping out of Blackwhip's grip with a snarl.

"Some fucking gratitude," He muttered as he turned back to Jona.

"Thank him you're still fucking standing, you Scape Ore Swamp reject," Marvin growled, jerking a thumb back at Izuku.

Jona stared at him passively, his mind running numbers as he glanced at the hole Marvin's attack had left in the ground.

"It's a shame," Nezu spoke up, his hands behind his back. "It really is."

Aizawa, who'd elected to stay silent the whole time, tensed. It was that tone again; Nezu was pissed.

Marvin raised an eyebrow at him. "Shame that he's still standing? Yeah, I agree."

"No," Nezu replied. "A shame to see such potential be thrown into the trash. Such wildness isn't permitted inside UA, so I'm afraid I'll have to retract my offer to make you a student."

Nezu wasn't serious; he knew kicking Marvin out to fend for himself was exactly the opposite of what was needed, but he had to drive the point home. Marvin's actions were of those who hadn't lived with consequences, or who, at the very least, didn't think of them before acting, that had to be fixed.

Marvin paused; Nezu wasn't serious, was he?

He sucked his teeth. "Whatever," He said as he turned. "Keep your bullshit to yourselves. Fucking Hunter wannabes."

The ground exploded as Marvin rushed away faster than anyone could track, disappearing from ANVIL's base before anyone thought of stopping him.

Izuku moved to follow, but Momo grabbed his arm tightly, pulling him back.

"You need rest, Izuku," She told him. "Marvin's old enough to figure things out on his own. Besides, he'll probably come back after he calms down. Where could he go? He doesn't know anything about Japan."

"That's what I'm worried about," Izuku sighed, relaxing against Momo.

"Well," Nezu said. "That is not the reaction I wished for my words to induce."

"He's otherworldly, judging on his abilities, reactions, and mindsets," Jona analyzed and sighed. "He's not of anything I've come into contact with, but he operates with the mentality of a fire-and-forget missile… once released, only one thing matters."

Izuku suddenly looked uncomfortable, avoiding looking even remotely in Jona's direction.

"Is there something you wish to tell us, Mister Midoriya?" Nezu asked, noticing Izuku's discomfort.

"Uhh, well, I-" Izuku rubbed his neck nervously. "I'm not sure if Marvin would appreciate me saying it."

"Midoriya…" Jona stopped himself before he realized something, "The mentality, the training, the disregard for social norm, the utter disregard for any form of consequences… he's a suicide trooper."

Izuku took a deep breath. "He got here by killing himself. He stabbed himself in a vital area and used the blood to make some kind of ritual. Marvin isn't really from here."

Nezu raised an eyebrow. "Mister Midoriya, so what you're saying is…"

"Marvin's from another universe, yes," Izuku said. "A brutal one, from what I can tell. It had tech much stronger than ours and a group called Hunters, who did… horrible things. Things that, on paper, sound a lot like what Cypher just did."

"Sounds like his world might as well been hell for people like him. He was dehumanized almost entirely." The drake sighed, rubbing his brow, "There is still hope for him, though… would you agree, Mr. Nezu?"

"I do," Nezu replied, his eyes somewhat distant. "He is like me; I figured as much when I met him. But, unfortunately, it seems Mister Mikrai was subject to it in ways I never was, so I cannot determine how much of him is human, still."

"Marvin's human," Izuku told him. "He's human, just like me."

Nezu sighed. "I'm afraid that's not what I meant, Mister Midoriya. I mean his actions; his mind seems broken in ways I can't begin to comprehend, and he seems to run off instinct in a similar way to a beast, just with far higher intelligence."

"Isn't that a bit harsh?" Izuku asked. "He's made plans before, detailed ones. He made one just a few hours ago to get me away from the League and did it again so Bakugo, Uraraka, Iida, and Tsu could save me."

"ALL OF THIS IS GREAT," Momo said loudly. "But can we talk about this when Izuku doesn't look like he's about to fall over?"

Izuku blinked, feeling a wave of exhaustion crash into him, seemingly stopping his breath short as his body felt weak.

He stumbled a little, yawning widely. "Now… that you… mention it."

Momo caught him as he fell, holding him tightly as he passed out.

"See what I mean?" She asked the adults as Izuku slept on her.

Izuku groaned, nuzzling his face into her neck before going back to sleep.

Momo turned bright red, looking down and trying to hide her smile at Izuku's actions.

"I believe we have kept you here long enough," Nezu smiled. "Mister Midoriya does need his rest, we can revisit this topic at a later date."

"We'll see you at Bakugo's hearing in the morning. Rest well, and bring earplugs." He gave a respectful western-style bow, placing a fist on his chest and bowing before righting himself and heading back towards the main building.

Momo half-carried, and half-dragged Izuku to the Infirmary, with Izuku somewhat waking up for bits and walking before falling asleep again.

"You know, you could've waited until after you were in bed to pass out," Momo grunted as they walked.

She didn't expect Izuku to respond, but to her surprise, Izuku stirred, groaning a little and nuzzling more into her neck.

"I… love you," Izuku groaned sleepily against her skin.

Momo froze, turning red and slapping her hand over her mouth as she felt Izuku's lips against her neck. She was thankful nobody else was around, or the situation would've been even more embarrassing than it already was.

She leaned away a little, trying to move Izuku's head away from her neck, her face still dark red as she tried to control her breathing.

'Ok, move him slowly, Momo,' She thought, slowly turning Izuku's head away.

Izuku groaned, putting his head back where it was and burying deeper into her neck.

Momo bit her tongue, deciding to try and ignore the shivers in her body and get Izuku to the Infirmary.

It was after several almost torturous minutes that Momo put Izuku on a bed inside the Infirmary.

Momo took a deep breath as Izuku shifted in the bed, and she smiled as she watched him.

She turned to leave but Izuku reached out, grabbing her hand lightly.

She turned and sighed a little. "Izuku, you need to be asleep. You're exhausted."

Izuku stared at her through half-closed eyes, a slight smile on his face.

"You're beautiful," He told her softly, his voice barely a whisper.

Momo blushed a little, her smile warm and soft as she squeezed his hand.

She sighed before lying down next to him, wrapping her arms around him and pulling him in.

"Momo?" Izuku squeaked. He'd wanted her to stay, but he didn't expect her to lay down next to him!

She kissed him softly, as if he were made of the most fragile glass, but pushed as much love into it as she could, like she was trying to push all of the thoughts in her heart out through her lips and into his body.

Izuku kissed her back, feeling an airy warmth in his chest as she pulled away.

He opened his eyes slowly, and even though Momo was covered in dirt, her ANVIL gear messy on her body, her hair sticking to her face through her half-undone ponytail, and even though her eyes were heavy with tiredness, her face covered in small cuts and a bruise on her cheek that would certainly be nasty tomorrow.

Even through all of that, Izuku thought she couldn't look more beautiful, with her gentle, almost shy smile, how her cheek indented a little like a baby dimple, the way her eyes seemed to glow under the light, and how her eyes, even through the tired tears that formed when you yawned too much, still looked at him with unfiltered love.

So when Izuku whispered, "I love you," to Momo, breathing it out like it'd been trapped in his lungs, gently, as if it would break if he said it too harshly; and slowly, like he was trying to write it out into the air to keep it in the records of the universe.

When Izuku said it, he meant it.

Momo's smile blossomed over her face in the way a butterfly spread its wings, glistening brightly as the light bounced off her lips like a kaleidoscope, her chest heating up like a furnace, forcing her to gasp in a breath as the weight of his love rested on her soul.

She cupped his face. "I love you too," She whispered like it was a lover's secret, some mystery of their hearts only they could know, as if a blind man couldn't see how their love made the stars shine brighter for each other.

She kissed him again; gently, barely placing her lips on his, but they stayed that way for what seemed like eternity to them, communicating all of the words they couldn't say, everything from the depths of their hearts that only someone you love could bring out.

They broke apart, smiling a shy smile, giddy as school children with their first love.

The doctor who found them asleep couldn't separate them; because their bodies had intertwined in such a way that it could hardly be told where one of their arms began and where their hearts ended.
