MEMORANDUM

TO THE LOYAL, CHOSEN GUARD:

Now that you have arrived in your first location, you are tasked with two important feats. First, locate the man known as 'Joham.' There are stipulations to this first task. You must only locate him when he is in close proximity to one of his hybrid offspring. This is imperative to the success of the mission. The second feat is tied directly to the first: the hybrid is to be taken into custody, unharmed. If the child is killed, the mission is a failure.

Joham is to be eliminated on sight. If this proves difficult, or if he is in possession of more than one of his children, do what you must. So long as one is left alive and taken into custody. The survival of one hybrid will grant you permission to open the second letter in this collection.

Of course, discretion is required. Witnesses must either be silenced or eliminated.

You now possess more power than the guard at the turn of the millennia. You are to utilize what gifts you have alongside you on this mission. Assignments were given with intent for each named individual; it is up to you to determine each guard member's role. The roles will be clearer once the first step of your mission is complete and the second letter is open before your eyes.
