Rocket was in the kitchen wearing safety goggles as he was making Rocke ramen soup as it might help with that nasty cold raging through his body which made him feel bad for him which Loganand Rocket Senior understood finding it sweet he was doing this for Rocke. "Well soup's part of the comfort for when you're sick besides meds." he told them cutting up onions with his claws but would wash his paws afterwards humming plus Rocke had kept getting out of bed with Rocket gently redirecting him backto their bed or the Yellow Bedmarine as Rocke called it which he found sweet plus Rocke had feverishly said he wanted to go to John and Yoko's plus had his Beatles Satchel on which Rocket had gently removed putting it on the rack near the front door where Rocke always put it, after they came back from an adventure or a shopping spree at John and Yoko's or the art store
"He'd stagger feverishly all the way to John and Yoko's on Fifth Avenue if we'd let him." Rocket Senior told him making Rocket smile at that imagining that going to his and Rocke's room with the ramen hoping it would help him feel a lil better as he was worried about him.
"He'll be okay buddy, as that cold's rough and takes a lot out of you." Rocket Senior told him seeing him piuring the soup into a bowl adding a spoon heading to their room seeing Rocke sit up woozily and slowly relieving Rocket that he'd stayed in bed. "Ooohhhhh ramen, you made this." he told him.
"Uh-huh of course I did as I care about you." he replied to him asRocke was eating up which made him relieved but felt he was burning up getting a cold cloth placing it on his furry head. "That should cool you down a little which is normal in this situation but it's okay to feel puny." Rocket told him.
"Yeah, I don't like that feeling, Rocket." he said softly as Rocket patted his back gently as he was coughing but saw him getting sleepy lying back down knowing Rocke would be paying another visit to Lennonville guessing he'd been there a lot recently thanks to the cold.
"It's okay buddy, go to Lennonville and shop at John andYoko's there." he said before leaving their room with The half empty bowl making Rocket Senior smile. "Logan stepped out on Xavier's business and Kira's taking a nap." he told him seeingRocket nodding.
Shocket and Itsy were putting the kits to bed after storytime, with Linda's help but Itsy noticed Shocket was distracted guessing it was about Rocke being sick knowing it was just that bad cold that was going aroubd seeing her nodding hoping Mocket and Shock were doing okay in the multiverse. "They're probably having fun in the multiverse Shocket like you did when you first met the Rockets includihg Rocke when you were protecting them from Captain R." Itsy said to her reassuringly majing Shocket smile.
"You have a point Itsy and should talk to my dad, about this." Shocket said yawning as she was tired from mom stuff and havibg fun.
